We ate here while attending a conference in the hotel. We were one table out of about 4 that were full and the wait for our food was very long. The food was pretty average. The chicken fettuccini alfredo had a lot of chicken it. The lemon pannacotta was good. Just, notheing special.

Located within the Hyatt Regency Dallas, it is a nice dinner option. Speed of service may depend on the level of busy-ness and flow of guests. Variety of Italian cuisine options to select, including a make your own pizza. A comfortable environment to eat on your own or eat with friends/colleagues. There is another restaurant located right next door but Parrino's offers more inexpensive options.

Mario knows everything about the menu options and provides fabulous service. He appears to love his profession. The pizza and sea bass were our favorites. The seating in the Hyatt atrium was a bit loud, but they offer seating inside too.

We went because it was the nicest looking one for a special dinner. Meal was just ok, atmosphere was ok tables to close to others . Prices were a bit muck.

I enjoyed the food and service in this restaurant. Waiters constantly mill about to make sure you have everything that you need.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner here recently. The service was excellent throughout, the setting was relaxed and enjoyable. The menu selections were great and the food, particularly the pasta was delicious. A wonderful experience

After traveling and checking into hotel looked for an easy dinner option and stayed at the Hyatt and dined at Parrinos. We were more than happy with our choice. Excellent food and service. Food came quick which was fine given a long travel day. Martini price was very high but everything else was reasonable especially for a hotel based restaurant.

OUr waiter was wonderful! Great energy and knowledge of the menu. The food was excellent. Would have dined there more than twice if it were open other nights.

Fantastic Brick Oven Pizza! Mario was my waiter and he's been there for 33 years. How amazing is that?

My kids and I ordered pizza and dessert after a long trip in traffic from the Cotton Bowl. Very gourmet and yummy. My daughter insisted I order a second pizza for her (and we saved the left overs for breakfast in the morning!).

Restaurant was OK, service was good, food order was lost. Only a litle expensive. Probably would not repeat.

Stayed at the Hyatt and didn't feel like leaving the hotel so I tried Parrino's. What an incredible place to eat, the steak melts in your mouth and my server (Mario) was on it from start to finish. See photos posted by iGrade.

We were staying at the Hyatt for the ACDA convention last week. Because of the number of people staying in the hotel we placed an order to go before the crowd hit so we could eat in our room and get our son back to his choir rehearsal on time. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up they pushed me aside so they could seat a huge line of people. When they finally got back to me I was told my order had not made it back to the kitchen and it would be another 30 minutes before it was ready. Extremely disappointed! We had no choice but to wait on the food and when we finally received it the steaks were overcooked. Not worth the money!

Calamari was delicious! Batter was perfect. Husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had the chicken picatta - so delicious! Water glasses were never empty. Peach Bellini was perfect and not too sweet. Will most definitely eat here again when in the area.

Wonderful! The pizza is amazing and pasta. They made me a special made gluten-free pasta and did the sauce on the side. They had amazing desserts and wonderful service. The server was happy and pleasant. The waiters all attended well to the people dinning with no issues. They catered very well to the solo diners there. There were 2 at that time. And they catered very well to us and checked in on us. The atmosphere was great. Prices decent. Everyone was polite and waiters very helpful! We left happy!!! Wonderful food. As you can see by the pics, we ate every last bite.

Our server was an awesome and fun lady! We had a lovely quiet meal while we were for a conference which is not easy to do! The Hyatt manages to make this small restaurant intimate in the middle of all the hub-bub.

We went to the Geo Deck at the Reunion Tower and decided to try Parrino's for dinner. We were not disappointed. This is an Italian bistro but they have the Strauss burger (supposed to be made of grass fed beef from the Strauss Ranch) on the menu. I wasn't disappointed having a Strauss bacon cheese burger instead of the Italian food/pizza choices.

We ordered the margarita pizza from the bar area and it came out cold. They came and got the pizza and re-made it. It was just the right temperature, but it lacked flavor. The tomatoes were a little bland. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't a flavor explosion for the price.

Everything, the waitress was so friendly, when we walked in every one was customer service friendly.

Nice enough restaurant that is inside the hotel. It was almost empty so it was all a bit awkward with staff standing to attention almost staring at you and waiting for instruction. Decent enough Italian food.

had 7:00pm reservations for Saturday night and they were closed. Deserted. The staff said "they do that sometimes". Highly unprofessional. Won't be back.

Shared a salad and flatbread with a friend. Nothing special. Salad was over dressed. Service was good and the place was packed.

We have been to this restaurant twice during our stay so far. It is inside the Hyatt regency hotel. Our server was Mario both times and was awesome. The food comes out really fast and is delicious. There is no wait and the inside is small but quaint. Your drink gets refilled quickly and it is reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The menu isn't incredibly large but everything we have tried so far has been great.

I paid almost eighteen bucks at a five star hotel in downtown Dallas for the most forgettable pizza EVER!

We arrived well after traditional service time but the energy of the staff and the quality of the food was as if it were prime time.

I had the fish and my husband had the lamb. Mine was so salty, I couldn't even finish it. My husband really enjoyed his meal, so maybe it was just me.

Great customer service and fantastic hand crafted pizza. This was one of the few places to eat within the hotel where the cold temperature inside did not cause the food to become immediately cold.

Had dinner there last evening with friends and the food was fair at best. Do not expect Italian food even though that is what they say they serve. Definitely not worth it, only if you don't want to leave the hotel, which was our case.

Absolutely Loved it. Food was fabulous and staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back just to eat here again.!!

We ate here a couple of times on our trip because we really enjoyed the food. The classic flatbread was soooooo good!!!! Just the smell from the pizzas cooking in the wood oven was great. We had pizzas, pastas, wine - all good size portions. Food was fresh and you had an inside table you could watch the chefs cooking. The hostesses were friendly and the servers were efficient. Really enjoyed it!

I ordered lamb tournedos which I believed to be similar to tournedos of beef (more common restaurant offering). The lamb (?) was pounded into multiple patties which I was unable to cut. Interesting presentation. I was fortunate enough to flag down the hostess who promptly removed the plate. No staff member appeared to discuss my reason for returning the dish. Approximately 15 minutes later the same hostess appears with new plate of the same entree. I asked why would I want a second order of the same, and in the previous 15 minutes be asked if I wished to select another item from the menu. After this second plate was returned the waiter appears and asks what is the problem. The adjoining restaurant, Centennial Cafe, offered great food and wonderful service!

Food was relatively flavorless. None of the three of us finished our entrees. Caesar salad lettuce was chilled nicely. Couldn't seem to get our water glasses refilled, even though the the restaurant wasn't even half full.

Chicken Alfredo with Penne Pasta is what's happening here. Always go with the special though! Mario is a great cook! :)

everything from the server, entree to the Tuesday special surf and turf. Filet Mignon with Shrimp was very good.

Stopped in the Hyatt Regency Hotel to visit a friend and ate at Parrino's Oven. The service was polite and fast. I thought the food was very good. I had the grilled chicken fettuccini - excellent! Highly recommend.

The hostess was rude, snapped back at me for requesting additional table since more people are coming. Waiter was in so much hurry with taking the order. He just wanted us to get whatever, inhale our food then leave. I ordered moscato, and it was not chilled. The entree was supposed to be garnished with herb parmesan but there was non on my plate. Since the restaurant is located inside an elite, well known hotel brand, i was so surprised at how poor the service was.

We were extremely surprised with the steak at this Italian restaurant. This steak was cooked as requested (medium) very flavorful and well-seasoned. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday so we splurged ($200+ for the three of us). Our mom had the steak and my sister and I had a pasta dish. Both pasta dishes were good but the steak was truly exceptional. I had two glasses of their wine (a blend which I believe was called Patra something). I enjoyed the wine. Our server was Mario who was pleasant as well. Overall, a great place to celebrate a special event!

Only had appetizers and drinks, had a great wine selection and the hotels best food. Terrific service, Thank you Manwell

The service and food at Parrinos is outstanding! Trying the lamb is a must! You also cant beat the pizza for the kiddos. Make a point to try it out if your'e in the area.

Small restaurant in the Atrium level of the Hyatt Regency Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX. Italian cuisine and open fired pizza. Food is very good, prices are a bit high, service (when we were there) was very slow. There were several staff standing around and very few customers, but we received poor service. The waiter never came back to check on us, there was no offer of adding cheese to our dinners, and no bread or rolls are a part of your dinner.

We needed a quick light meal after a long day of convention activities. The pizza was delicious--prepared while we waited--and we took it back to our room. Nice friendly staff

I don't think there is anything this place makes that isn't good. I ordered the steak and it was incredible. This is coming from someone who had to be in the mood for a steak to order it. I ate every last bite. My Mom & best friend ordered the sea bass and that was delicious as well. We all also decided to split dessert after dinner. My Mom ordered the citrus gelato with the blood orange drizzle and that was just amazing. My best friend ordered a hazelnut cake of some sort which was also very rich but still tasty. Out of all of the restaurants at the Hyatt this one was definitely a winner. Fantastic food and the service was wonderful as well!

We stayed at the Hyatt Hotel few days and enjoyed the restaurant having dinner. Was delicious food, romantic, excellent service. Good prices.

I was quite surprised how good the pizza was especially at a hotel in Texas. From the east coast and a bit of a pizza snob but this totally exceed my expectations. My wife said her Caesar salad with shrimp was very good. Friends had the pasta and at first the portions looked small , but actually was just enough and very tasty. Would recommend if here either on business or pleasure.

While staying at the downtown Hyatt Regency in Dallas I had the opportunity to dine twice at Parrino's Oven. The food and service were great on both occasions. The Shrimp & Grits were suprisingly good. The tiramisu is to die for. Wonderful expeience.

There are three restuarants in the hotel, a spots bar, an "american style resturant" and this one which is "italian style" restuarant. After reviewing all three menu's we choose this one because it offered the best variety and was not much more than the other two fom a cost perspective. The decor was definately the best, I wuld not say romantic but more intimate than the other options. The service and food were exceptional.

And goof portions. Service very polite and smiling. Inside Hyatt Regency so nice atmosphere and prices are acceptable.

We had a quick bite at Parrion's Oven, the pizza was very good. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The Path to this restaurant within Hyatt Regency, had a beautiful pond with water fountain and coins at the bottom.Really refreshing and relaxing.the Buffet Style Breakfast had a big spread with a lot to offer. The food was excellent.

One of few food options in this convention hotel (Hyatt Regency Dallas). The pizza, especially the cheese was quite good. Not greasy and the crust was a nice artisan style.

Located in the Hyatt Regency Reunion, Parrino's Oven is both intimate and pleasant experience for an in-hotel reasonable Italian meal. Nothing fancy, just good food without loud talking or music.

The pizza was very good. We dined in the Centennial Cafe but wanted Parrino's Pizza, and the wait staff was most accommodating!

The salads are very good here and the pasta is average. The steak was cooked very well. I did not get pizza but that did look good. The staff is attentive as long as it is not too busy.

after a long day of conventioning - this was a nice treat - bottle of wine and some Italian food - decent pizza, flavorful lamb and good pasta.

Called a couple of hours ahead to place reservation since there were several in our party. By the time that we got there, we had picked up one additional person. They quickly added another seat. The Parrino's pizza with heirloom tomatoes was wonderful and the Caesar Salad had great thin parmesan shavings all over top. Just wonderful. The salad and pizza were enough for the two of us to share. Our waiter "Mario" was super. Brought the share plates before the meal was served. Took care of our many checks. Would go back anytime.

After a drive of 350 miles, we chose to eat at the hotel instead of dealing with traffic and parking. We were most pleased with Parrino's Oven. The host offered to seat us in a booth which was intimate, comfortable, and quiet. The dinner menu provided many options. The restaurant also offered an extensive bar menu. The waiter's wine recommendation was excellent. We ordered chicken ravioli and beef papardelle (sp?). Both were delicious and attractively plated. The waiter was most solicitous and attentive, obviously wanting to please. We enjoyed a leisurely and delicious at Parrino's Oven. I recommend Parrino's Oven.

The food was delicious. 2 nights of my stay I ate at Parrino's. The first night I had a great waiter who was there when I needed him and let me be when I had things to do. The 2nd night our waiter kept rushing us and not allowing us to make any decisions. We felt a little uneasy the rest of the evening. The food definitely made up for the issues with the wait staff.

We came here for an early dinner prior to an event we were attending. The wood burning oven gave us the impression that their pizza might be good. We were wrong; they may have the right oven, but don't know how to use it. The crust was soggy - not crisp as you would expect. The pizza was smoothered with cheese and the toppings were pedistrian. The end result is even worse than you would get from one of the pizza delivery chains.

I ate here. Cool environment. There is good food. Great service. Oven Baked Create Your Own Pizza is delicious.

Fantastic pizza! The only disappointment is that they are not open every night, as advertised. When I arrived on Wednesday evening, they were not open, but they were finally open on Saturday evening.

Was there with a large group and they were very good to work with us. The appetizers were delicious and the pizza was great. Cooked in a wood fire oven which makes it more wonderful. The only bad thing was when they burned something on the grill, it got very smokey and it bothered quite a few of us.

Pat and I ate here are first night at the Hyatt Regency. It was so good that we took our Travel Leader's staff here for dinner our 2nd night here. Dishes of note included: insalata di caprese made with local made mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, arrgula and grilled ciabatta bread; wood fired pizza; and grilled gulf shrimp. The service was very professional. It was great to have an excellent Italian restaurant right where we were staying.

We ate here twice during our stay at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the chefs provided excellent food.

The restaurant is small and slightly noisy, but the service and quality of food is excellent. Although the restaurant was extremely busy our wait time was minimal and my wife enjoyed our meal.

We had arrived at the hotel very late in the evening and after freshening up found this restaurant to be the only one open in the hotel. They informed us that they were only going to be open for another 10 minutes but would accomidate us. We ordered the flatbread appetizer and salad. Our waiter took my husbands drink order and ran off, never asking me what I would like to drink. Very nice salads came out quickly but no flatbread. When we had just about finished our salads our appetizer appeared. I opened my mouth to order a drink and our waiter once again ran off. The flatbread was very good. Upon finishing our flatbread our waiter appeared and wanted to discuss dessert at length. No, I wanted a drink with my food!

Stopped here after arriving into Dallas late. I was greeted and placed my order quickly. I enjoyed a nice caprese salad and a pizza. The salad was delicious and the pizza was fresh. The pizza oven was where the patrons could watch the kitchen team prepare the pizzas. Service was outstanding and quality/portions were excellent. I will definitely return, thank you!

The food was ok, the staff was very attentive, a bit pricy, but it is what to expect in a hotel. The pizza is really good and the spaghetti and meatballs were enough for our kids to split. Portions are large.

We stayed at the Hyatt recently for the Don Henley concert, and decided to eat here prior to the concert. Smart move! My wife had the special, chicken and mushroom ravioli, and I had chicken parmesan. We had salads as well. Service was attentive, the room itself was very nice, with a private and comfortable booth, and everything was delicious. It's nice when your hotel has a good restaurant, and this place is a winner!

Had a nice working dinner here. Most in my party ordered a shrimp pasta dish that was tossed in a very light lemony sauce. The salad was great as well. I would return here for dinner.

There is no comparison between the Centenial Café (horrible) and the Parrino's . The service was impeccable, attentive, timely. The food was delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed.

fried cheese was 2 squares for $10..... Pizza was good. It was 9:30pm on a Saturday and they wanted to close due to not a lot of customers. Closing was at 11pm.

Dined here as a couple on a Monday. Although the pizzas were good and the regular table servers were nice, the head waiter was unfriendly and aloof. The place descended into a circus with very loud groups and children running all over the place and the staff spending all their time attending to them rather than providing service for people trying to have a pleasant meal. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for couples!!

I enjoyed my dinner at Parrino's Oven. Paul and the other wait staff were attentive, and the Spaghetti with Meatball dish was tasty. The meatball was 4oz and made with beef, pork and veal. I wish I could remember the name of the Italian wine I had but it was also very good. I finished off with the tiramisu. The dishes being enjoyed by the other diners looked good as well. If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, I would recommend this restaurant.

The ribeye steak is well worth the money and time. Great service. Only down side...small tables made for a cramped experience when everyone has a large plate, water glass, wine glass...

After having a delay at the airport we arrived late to our hotel.,we decided to have dinner her and it was super tasty. The grilled chicken fettuccini was an awesome selection. Additionally had tender spinach and it was extremely delicious. The customer service was excellent.

We really wanted to eat here while staying at the Hyatt, but unfortunately it was not open until the 4th day of our stay. Because of other previously made plans, we couldn't eat there. i do know that it is open now from 5pm to 10pm.

Ate Valentines dinner here after staying in the Hyatt regency hotel. This Restaurant is located on the second floor and very small but a great Italian style restaurant. I had steak and lobster with asparagus and sweet potato ravioli's and salad with blackberries toasted glazed walnuts with raspberries and blueberries and goat cheese. Delicious food and great service.

Posted the daily special and we ordered it but once we received our bill they had charged us the normal price and would not honor posted special. Spoke with restaurant manger Cindy and she didn’t care.

Had a pizza here one night, pasta another night, was at the hotel for a conference and didn't want to leave. Both items were fine, nothing special but not bad. If you are stuck at the hotel it's not a bad option, and a reasonable value.

Not bad! I got in and not wanting to go out decided to eat here. Have stayed at the hotel several times before but never tried Parrino's thinking it was only pizza. Well I was wrong. Other than pizza of course a small limited menu with daily special's. I being cautious chose the pasta with marinara sauce. It was really good! very fresh salad came with it. moderately priced red wine and I was a happy person. Try it!

I am currently staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. I ate at the Perrino's oven on 31st May. I must say that the food was delicious. I ordered shrimp pasta and my hubby ordered beef pasta. Both dishes were yummy!

Great pizza and very fast service. They have a large selection and more than just pizza to choose from. I had a pizza craving that night.

We thought that since this was a wood fired pizza it would compare to others, but we were a bit disappointed. The crust was not firm on our Carne pizza but kind of flimsy. The flavor was OK, but we have had much better wood fired pizza's.

Ate off the buffet at Parrino's. Theydo a good job keeping the pizzas stocked and the pasta bowls over flowing. Food was hot, and there's ceasar salad, parmesan cheese and ceasar dressing. 2 types of dessert to choose from. Kids prices are good!!

I had dinner with friends one night and I can't remember if I paid $17 or $24, but I got a special of the night steak dinner marinated or something and it was one of the best I've had in awhile. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

food and servicr were above average. a nice spot in the htotel to gather with friends for coworkers better than the café by far

Anthony, the host, was amazing! Gave us an anniversary surprise. Called our room the next day to be sure we were having a great time. Food was great. Recommend it to anyone visiting there.

Breakfast was really good with the option of omelettes and a nice buffet. We also had lunch there. The chicken quesadilla was more like a flour shell taco but it was really good. It’s a bit spicy.

Very good and quick. It is a small restaurant, but they got us in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. The food was very good.

It is very dark in here. And the chairs are very uncomfortable! We ordered calamari and split a pizza. The calamari was hot and freshly fried but on the chewy side. The pizza was large enough for 2-3 people and was great. The items were also fairly reasonably priced. Overall the food was good and the atmosphere needs some help. But the servers were very attentive.

This restaurant understood customer service. We were greeted and seated quickly. The food was also served to us in a timely manner and was delicious!

Parrino's offered delicious entree's and excellent service. We enjoyed dinner at Parrino's during our previous stay at the Hyatt Regency and knew that we would return. Grilled gulf shrimp and grilled were our choices for entrees. Both were perfectly cooked. Our grandson enjoyed a pizza - thin crust baked in a wood-fired oven. Service was attentive and gracious. We were glad that we could enjoy fine dining without hassling with downtown parking.

We dined here as we are staying at the hotel. We really love the creative cuisine that the chef has created. The server (Paul) was great and very helpful. The beer selections were good as well. I had a meal with eggplant and it was wonderful. They grilled the eggplant and served it over pasta with a tomato sauce. It was filing and tasted great. My wife had a small entree made from chick peas and grilled bread with a mild cheese. It was surprisingly very tasty as well, since chick peas are kind of B flat by themselves. We split a tiramisu and it was good as well. She has a limoncello and I had a nice port so it was a very positive experience. We likely will eat here again before leaving the hotel.

Believe it or not this place has a terrific rib eye steak! My waiter, Mario, did a great job as well.

We had the special of the day and was extremely satisfied with our meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Was busy, but our food was out in a timely manner. We were impressed with the food.

Kids loved the cheese pizza. We loved the fresh roasted veggies, pesto, and wine selection. The wait staff from host, to server was fantastic!

I stopped in for a light late night bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised. The maitre d' was VERY accommodating and found us a table quickly. When we returned a few nights later, he remembered our names. Excellent pizza baked in a brick oven. The tiramisu is great.

We ordered about 6 different entrees and each was amazing! The portions are abundant, the bread and balsamic vinegar w/ pesto was so delicious!! The staff was very knowledgeable and we had a great dining experience!! Thank you Parrino's!!

Had the pleasure of dining fountainside. My waiter was very personable and attentive - just seemed to take forever for a med rare 4 oz steak. Worth another visit though.

Nice thin crust pizza was delicious. The standard size is too large for one person. Service was quick and did not dissapoint

Great food choices, but wish there was more gluten free options. Wonderful service, everyone loved their dishes.

If you're planning on dinner make reservations. The two small restaurants can not handle the volume of their guests. The food was delicious, but we were VERY lucky to arrive before it got busy.

Great food, decent price. An excellent dining option if staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, as it is located within the hotel.

You know when you get someplace on vacation, and you get that first big meal after travelling all day? The one you have been craving? The restaurant you pick can either nail it and make your night, or foul it all up and wreck it. Parrino's made the night of two very hungry travelers. We went there because it was in the hotel, but we got more than we expected. They have great food, and we got great service.

Very tasty brick oven style pizza. We ordered 2 (Margarita and Carne) with a calamari appetizer to share and it was just right for 4 people. Service was excellent with pleasantries and sincere interest on the part of our server throughout our visit. Being conveniently located in the hotel lobby allowed us to not have to venture out after a long day.

The restaurant seating is in the large Hyatt regency atrium, and so makes for an interesting view. The breakfast buffet is reasonable, though $22 for an average buffet felt a little steep. Your best breakfast option in the hotel

Good variety of well prepared food that was not excessive in price, but not cheap. Pizza was crispy crust, and carbonara was creamy and rich.

I had a really great experience dining at Parrino's Oven. The wait was comfortable, even with a busy night. The host was very attentive and communicated with our group on a regular basis. Once seated, the waiter gave a great presentation of the offerings and took our orders quickly (but did not make us feel rushed). The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very nice as well. I ordered the sea bass and thoroughly enjoyed it.

First night in Dallas, ate dinner here. Had the chicken Alfredo and pistachio cheesecake. All was very good with good sized portions. Refilled your drinks like crazy. Very attentive staff.
its inside hyatt regency hotel.
very kind and excellent staff at this restaurant. good food and very well priced, no complains. this restaurant is situated in beautiful place inside hyatt regency hotel away from lobby and much peacefule place for dining.
