Adam and Jose will take great care of you whether it's a watermelon mojito or some drink they made for me with grapefruit....yuuummmm.

We had a reception there and the music was great and the service was good and the drinks were simply to die for.

The patio bar Part & Parcel was amazing. I also was pleased with the location amd ease of commute between the hotel and the local midtown bars. The staff was also very pleasant and knowledgeable about the hotel and city. The F&B manager Yeme also came by to make sure we were well taken care of. All around beautiful time in Houston.

I visited the hotel bar (Parcel)this weekend for my friends birthday party and I had an amazing time. Highly recommend the bartender, David’s old fashion. They were delicious. I enjoyed the hotel/bar atmosphere and the bartenders are amazing. Will definitely come again and visit the bar for sure. Over all I had a great time. Special thanks for the bartender(David) who made sure my friend and I had a great time.

Did a happy hour at Part & Parcel. Energetic bar tenders. Attractive crowd. Great live mystic! An unexpected find. Restaurant upstairs is cold (a plus in Houston) with good food. Definitely worth stopping by even if a local.

Part of the Whitehall Hotel. Part and Parcel is a great relaxing place to meet and socialize. Reasonable prices for a downtown location and easy parking. Meeting place for both in town and out of town visitors. Attentive staff.

We could not be more grateful for Erica and her amazing crew for being such gracious, kind, friendly, and welcoming hosts! We were blown away by the fabulous service provided by Erica and her team this evening! Wow! Every detail of our event at Part & Parcel was perfectly taken care of! We highly, highly recommend this venue! And, please specifically ask for Erica! She is THE BEST! There could not be a more perfect person for the job!

My coworkers/friends and I have made countless visits to P&P. Its out #1 go to spot. It’s so convenient to our office and their happy hour specials are the best in the area. And you can’t beat the live music. Nothing better than having a drink in hand, hanging out with good friends while someone sings/plays acoustic in the background. Make sure you say hello to Erica Storch when you visit. She’s one of the event planners and just a jewel to be around. She’s so accommodating and makes every one feel like a VIP!

Our company sponsored an event here and it was nice. We were blessed with great weather. The service was nice and the finger food was adequate. I do not know the cost of food or beverages.

Loved sitting outside with live music! Outdoor traffic did not bother us at all. Enough sitting for everyone.

The patio bar here is amazing! It's a beautiful spot to enjoy a beverage after work with friends or coworkers. I really enjoyed their happy hour specials and food. We were also provided great service from Mia! She rocked!

Had a great evening and watch party for the UT vs LSU Game this past Saturday night. Great food/drinks and friendly staff. The patio was open and plenty of seating with a nice cool breeze on what was earlier a hot summer day.

THE Outdoor patio bar for downtown Houston! Live music, great drinks, beautiful location. The lounge setting invites you to sit back and relax. Great mix of people which is so typical of Houston. Reminds us of the old Party on the Plaza days!! We will certainly be returning!

I was there on a Thursday evening, after a business conference, so live music was playing. A nice laid back outdoor atmosphere. The band playing was a little off, but, you could sit in an area further away so it wasn't bad. It was a gorgeous windy evening and my colleague and I each had a margarita totaling to $21.00. Maybe the bartender was having an off night, but, the drinks weren't that good: way too much ice, hardly any salt on the rim. After, we just ended up going elsewhere for drinks.

I am part of a run club that goes here every week. We love coming here because the service from Jose and Adam is always great and we love the atmosphere of the outdoor bar. I would highly recommend coming to this bar.

I'm a little surprised at some of the very positive ratings of the food at Part and Parcel. I stay at the Hotel when I need to work at a nearby office and one thing you can't say t is the food in any of the food outlets here, in fact by Houston standards it is less than average. I will walk some distance rather than eat here. Put that to one side and for this end of Downtown it is a good bar. The bar staff are really good and the range of draft Beer is more than adequate and everyone drinking other things seem content. The music is always drowned out by passing emergency vehicles and general traffic noise...but hey this is Downtown Houston not some rural area where you expect peace and quiet. So for a confusing end to this review I actually stay here partly for Part and Parcel so I'm positive about it but nothing more than an average rating.

Walking through the Whitehall hobby to get to Part & Parcel was impressive...outside on the patio, high rise buildings surrounds this cozy, beautiful spot. Street tacos (especially the poblano & cheese), empanadas & nachos were AMAZING! It was a gorgeous day for a day to night event.

Although still a little chilly to sit out it was nice to keep warm under one f the lamps provided. The bar area was a little grubby, could do with a spruce up but nevertheless we had a nice time and some nice beer was drunk We tried a couple of the tapas style dishes as we were not hungry enough to eat in the main restaurant, nice, not great but pleasant enough for the few dollar prices if you are not too hungry. Service was OK, attentive but not over friendly All in all very pleasant.

Was invited by a co-worker to the 1 year anniversary party for the bar Part & Parcel. The place was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I went inside the hotel and the lobby is beautiful. I need to come back for a stay-cation. I will return to the bar on another night.

We really enjoyed the live band and the em - STRONG - specialty cocktails. Made for a very fun evening!

Windy evening, wonderful life sound, cold beer and sangria with fresh fruits - what more can you demand? Perfect place, best bar in downtown Houston!

I was at the Whitehall for a birthday celebration and this place is absolutely lovely! The outdoor bar is very nice, the athmosphere is great, and the live music adds a special touch. We truly enjoyed the very good food and beverages as well as the outstanding service provided by Ayla, one of the fabulous bar tenders, who made sure we were always well taking care of. This is a place a truly recommend!

Took my family to see the art car parade and this was the perfect area to view the cars! Sat outside at Part and Parcel for perfect view, drinks and amazing tacos! Service is always great and helpful! Love this outside area, well maintained and layout is perfect! Cozy couches to relax and tables for a quick drink and a bite!

Bar manager is excellent, she accommodate my holiday party in a busy day and always smile and making sure we were okay during the party.

The staff is extremely friendly. The drinks are delicious--try the Pampelmousse!--and so are the bar snacks. The bar is a great place to relax and listen to live music. It also has great happy hour specials.

Nice place to relax with a beer and smoke. Food menu is quite ok, as a snack with beer. Personnel is very friendly.

This is the outdoor bar for the Whitehall Hotel. Very attentive service, pleasant atmosphere and heaters to take the edge off the evening breezes.

We were staying at the Whitehall Houston and popped downstairs for a drink. We found it was a really nice outdoor area, especially as it was quite hot and humid and there was a cool breeze blowing which made it very comfortable. The barmen were friendly and happy to chat and the only downside for us was that it closed on Sundays.

Craft cocktails, craft beers and live entertainment. Perfect right? Even better because there is plenty of seating everywhere and the views are AMAZING!

This is a great place to hang out for pre drinks. Sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere- good selection of Cocktails and other beverages. Out door setting with entertainment when we were there. Service was also great this bar appears to be associated with a very nice hotel called The White Hall. Worth a visit when in Houston!

I recently attended a conference at the Whitehall Houston. Part & Parcel was a great place to have a small meal outside. Shout out to Jose, the bartender, who was very attentive and personable.

Part & Parcel is the lovely outside bar. My colleagues and I are lucky enough to be here on a warm December night, even by Houston standards. David the bartender is fantastic and remembered my drink, even after I was gone for a couple of hours. The house Bourbon, Truth, is delicious. The Whitehall Houston,thus far, is a promising venue for a corporate meeting.

Nice bar and nice staff. Refreshing drinks that are not to pricey will most deffinetly come again and enjoy the live music i was told about.

The bartender and wait staff did an outstanding job of recommending tasting food and drinks along with being very personable.

Spend all day in an office makes this the PERFECT place to be after hours. The crafted cocktails make it PERFECTION!

I booked a room here during the World Series for a weekend and I could not be more impressed. My room was amazing with a beautiful view and the food was phenomenal. The staff made me feel right at home and very tentative to my inquiries. Edgar's Hermano has some of the best quesadillas I've ever tasted! The outside bar, Part and Parcel, had live music and fantastic drinks. I will definitely be recommending my colleagues to stay here and will be returning soon!

Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was great. You do not have to dress up however if you stopped in before going out you were not overdressed.

The drinks were excellent, service great and the entertainment talented. Seating was at a premium while we were there, but there was an interesting variety of bar stools, stand up tables and benches in covered areas. The bar inside had very little business, so this was the place to be.

Love the environment! Food and drink was fantastic! Weather was great to enjoy outside seating in a super clean area, not typical to most downtowns!

We recently had an office happy hour and dinner at The Whitehall. The food was superb!! Service was superb!! Erica was so so wonderful - couldn't speak more highly of her!! Definitely one of the best restaurants Downtown!

A couple of weeks ago I stopped at Part & Parcel before going up to my room and it was just okay. I thought I'd give it another try tonight and the dynamic duo of Adam and Jose were working and they completely changed my mind about the outside patio at The Whitehall Houston. They were friendly and attentive! Great job guys on making my visit an awesome experience!

Excellent catering services and business hosts! I thought they did an awesome job putting together a luncheon. The choice of food is excellent :) I enjoyed every bit of it!! Whitehall has been our number one go to for event booking and happy hour at the Part and Parcel! :)

I visited the hotel's bar with some friends and had a very good time. The drinks, food, and live music were just perfect and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon.

Part and Parcel is the outside, patio bar of the Whitehall Hotel, which is well-located downtown. An inviting space, with varied seating options for groups of different sizes. Some interesting cocktail options, including an "old fashioned" Southern drink featuring bourbon, orange and beer that was surprisingly refreshing. Appetizers we sampled included a meat and cheese platter that was good and an unconventional tortillas and cheese combination that was very tasty. Quite a few taco options- the ones we tried were all good. We were not staying at the Whitehall, but the lobby space is quite attractive.

A few of my colleagues and I stopped by The Whitehall to try the outside bar Part&Parcel. The gentleman (Devan) attending us was very full of life and very patient with our rowdiness. Good guy! As we were leaving,the lady at the front desk (Carmen) was very generous to inform us that parking is complimentary to Part&Parcel visitors. I would definitely recommend the bar outside,great atmosphere!

Went to the Grand Opening of the new bar. Great outdoors space. We had a wonderful time band was great. The staff was amazing! Can't wait to go again. Planning on going with the girls for a drink after work sometime soon.

The drink menu is pretty limited and the sangria I got wasn't all that great, but it was big and the patio was very, very cool. Worth a visit for sure!

What a lovely oasis in downtown. Service is friendly and attentive without being invasive. The cocktails are refreshing and the food is delicious. We tried several of the appetizers especially fond of the queso flameado and humus. The patrons seem more local which is surprising from a hotel bar. I really liked the mix of people. This will be a regular stop for me!

I just love the ambience of the first hand downtown experience in the outside setting. The service was fantastic!

Small menu, needs to be expanded however full bar and if the weather is right you’ll have a beautiful romantic night . The food portions for appetizers were decent and the service was good. Small courtyard area to look at the beautiful skyscraper views !

My coworkers and I went this past Thursday to check out happy hour. They had a one man band who is an amazing singer and put on a great show. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining! To top off the evening we had the best waitress ever her name is Mia! She was attentive, never let our drinks go empty, kept us updated with our order, and checked on us every chance she could. we never asked where our waitress was or wondered what's taking so long. She was so sweet and nice that we will be coming back every Thursday!!

Recent weekend leisure Hotel stay. Part & Parcel outdoor bar set the pace for a laid back weekend. Charming ambiance with large lighted arbor and big trees with lights along the curb. Happy Hour entertainment and prices. Heather from the bar was so friendly she immediately made us feel welcomed . We took her suggestions to order Oyster tacos and the deviled eggs on menu. Both were spot-on! Disappointed that Stella Artois beer was not carried but Heather offered alternate suggestions. The Bean bag toss was unexpected surprise and we did try our under and over hand throws. What a delightful time we had.

Was here to spend get a few drinks for happy hour, and I had a great time! Outside seating was spacious and comfortable. Ayla was great, and served us some amazing drinks throughout. The food was great to snack on, and the live music was very entertaining.

This place is super cozy with both delicious food and delicious drinks. On some nights, they have a cute little band that plays while you enjoy the ambiance. Its a great place to meet up with friends you already have or to make new ones, and I make sure to stop by anytime I'm in town.

If you're in downtown area, and want to connect with some friends in a very cool vibe place, this is it! The drinks are amazing. The service is great and the food is delicious! This is great for couples, friends, AND corporate events!

A very interesting and delightful venue. It is hard to believe that an outdoor setting in Houston on a hot day could be comfy. But--it is. Located at The White Hall, Part and Parcel manages to create a charming setting to enjoy beverages and light bites (or not so light) with friends. A surprising addition was the live music. Adam Estes was playing when we went. This man has talent like crazy. His melodic voice complimented the quaint setting. I love how there are small areas to sit with friends--outside sofa and chairs with tables. So nice. There are also tables along the rail. I would pass sitting there because I felt like I was sliding off the tiny stool. However, I can forgive the stool thing, because the overall atmosphere was very inviting. Although the wine selection is not huge, it certainly provides a solid selection. This is a great location to host events. The charm, elegance, and warmth of the people who work there made me take mental note to go back soon.

My first time here. Loved the atmosphere and music. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I’ll be going back. Didn’t try any food but good prices on happy hour beer.

Drinks outdoors in the courtyard of the Whitehall Hotel. Seems a little strange to have an outdoor place in downtown Houston, but it works. Fans and being on the eastside of the hotel helps when relaxing after work. Drinks are a little expensive, but can be a good place to gather.

It is a really neat place to go for drinks and appetizers. You would never know you are downtown, there is such a great atmosphere! Plan to go back as soon as I can, to this relaxed courtyard bar, It is open Tuesday-Saturday, 4pm-10pm, weather permitting.

What a nice place to celebrate a birthday with friends and family! Live music, awesome atmosphere, excelente service, very friendly service, best drinks. Did I mention a great location? Just an awesome place to enjoy!!

I never ate hear but I drank here every night of my stay. The staff is great!! The drink options are far from lacking and theres live music on the patio each night.

This is such a great place to plan an event for a group! I have planned events for large groups at Edgar's and Part & Parcel and they were both fabulous. The spaces are accommodating and comfortable, service is top notch, food and drinks are delicious. It was SO easy to plan and coordinate thanks to the help of the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager Erica Storch-she makes the process so easy and is there to ensure the event executes flawlessly. I have worked with her multiple times and will continue to go back for more! I couldn't recommend this place higher if you need an after work happy hour, company event, birthday party or dinner!

people are nice and drinks are great. Can't wait to go back. It is very nice to lounge around. Cant wait to come back
