A True Taste of Naples in the Heart of Richardson!

By jllantin |

A True Taste of Naples in the Heart of Richardson, Texas! If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience that transports you straight to Southern Italy, look no further than Partenope Ristorante. This is more than just a pizza place; it's a culinary gem that truly embodies the spirit and flavor of Neapolitan cuisine. The Pizza: The star of the show is, without a doubt, their Vera Pizza Napoletana. The crust is perfectly charred, light, and chewy—a testament to the skill of Master Pizzaiolo Dino Santonicola. Whether you go for the classic Margherita or try the beloved, spicy-sweet Calabrese Pizza with Calabrian honey, you're experiencing a pie that has been recognized as one of the best in the entire U.S. Beyond the Pie: Don't stop at pizza! Their entire menu is a masterpiece. The house-made pasta dishes are outstanding, with the creamy Spaghetti alla Nerano and the Saturday-only Lasagna Napoletana being absolute must-tries. Start with the Polpette al Sugo (meatballs) or the rich Burrata appetizer. And be sure to save room for dessert, as the Tiramisu is the perfect authentic finish. Atmosphere & Service: The dining room is warm, elegant, and welcoming—making it an ideal spot for a relaxed date night or a celebratory dinner with friends. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to offer expert recommendations from their impressive all-Italian wine list. Partenope delivers an authentic journey of taste and an unforgettable dining experience. It's truly a top destination for genuine Italian food in the DFW area. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Appetizer was spot

By crazybocrazy |

Amazing! Appetizer was spot on with delicious flavors. Service was great but hurried. We chose the Gladiator pizza not for the faint of heart but the crust was delicious. We did enjoy the spiciness of the Calabrian chilies but the too die for component was the pancetta. I want a whole plate of that. Will definitely return. They are a newer restaurant and well worth the trip.

yummy pizzas

By Lynnbrownstone |

Their pizzas were great from their pizza oven. Be aware of spicy ingredients even if the pizza is not labeled as spicy...It's too bad that not all menu items were available after a couple of hours of being open...They have nice cocktails.

Great family owned gig

By 83lovetotravel |

Visited this restaurant with family to celebrate the holidays. They have a ton of vegetarian choices to choose from. Very friendly staff and live the buzzing atmosphere. Ask for the house special spicy oil to top on your pizza or pasta to add the extra zing. Don’t forget to indulge in their desserts.

Wonderful restaurant!!

We were staying at a local Dallas hotel and was looking for an off-site restaurant that had a kid's menu that our kiddos might approve of. I saw the Partenope Ristorante on google maps and we all went for a walk. We showed up with 9 people and they sat us right away. I think we got lucky because they asked if we had a reservation. Our waiter was the wonderful Marcello. He is truly a gem. We had a few appetizers, drinks, main meals, and dessert. All the kids loved their meals. Each order was very good, and Marcello had us laughing all evening. Definitely do not miss this restaurant when visiting Dallas!!

Great find give them a try

By plan09 |

Couldn’t find them on TA but took a chance. Husband and wife owners, lovely! Food great! Enjoyed everything. Pizza had that great wood fire fresh taste. Eggplant app could have been a meal. Service from Leslie made our night.

Good dinner spot!

Overall it was a nice place and good food! We started with the Mr. T and it was beyond! The Fusilli Al Pesto very good…the pistachios were an interesting addition! The tiramisu was a great way to end the meal!

Best Pizza in Dallas!!!

By Renee M |

Best Pizza in Dallas!!! Perfect coal fired crust. The only place, other than Italy I have been able to find this kind of quality pizza was South Florida. If you haven't tried this place, you need to check it out. They even do pizza making classes! Owner and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Really cute casual atmosphere in a charming old building downtown. One of the best kept secrets in Dallas!

Shame about delicious food, terrible service

By DiegoMtzCab |

The girl is a rude hostess. Restaurant was half full and did not have comfortable and large tables. The waitress reluctantly serving and rushing customers The food is delicious but you have to take care of those aspects that make the place look bad.

Great Italian food and authentic pizzas in a nice welcoming atmosphere. The pizza crust was delightful and crispy thin

SPECTACULAR FOOD and SERVICE!

By MonDee |

This reminded us of our trip to Italy! If you want authentic Italian pizza and pasta - this is a MUST! The food was phenomenal and the service was outstanding. We tried the Salsiccia, the Trifolata, Regina al Prosciutto (my fave!) and the Montanara. If you like pasta + pesto, try the Fussili al Pesto. YUM! The tiramisu melts in your mouth. We will be back to try everything else on the menu!

Excellent restaurant

Great dinner!

By Katie C |

We stopped in to Partenope for dinner around 5:30p on a Saturday evening and were seated right away, thought the restaurant filled up quickly after. We ordered the Napule cocktail which was delicious! We skipped apps and decided to share a margherita pizza and the lasagna , which is a special only offered on Friday and Saturday evenings. The waitress told us it sells out each night, so we decided we should try it! Both were great, and we cleaned the plates. We took a look at the dessert options and both ordered a scoop of the dark chocolate gelato which was absolutely perfect to end our meals! We would recommend this spot!

Best Gluten Free pizza I've had

By Matt G |

Best gluten free pizza I have had and they also have really good dairy free cheese for those that need that as well. I can't speak to if they are celiac friendly as I only have a sensitivity.

Casual Italian restaurant with tasty food, convenient for Downtown Dallas residents.

By scott |

Located in a historic downtown building, its menu is pizza-centric but the other menu items are fine too.

Excellent Dining Experience

By Angela H |

We arrived about 15 mins before our reservation time but were still seated right away. Our waiter gave us spot on recommendations for wine and appetizer and what topping to add to our pizza. Our bruschetta was delicious and the cocktail of the night was refreshing. For dessert we had the cannoli which was better than most I’ve had.

Trifolata pizza

By ng4uk |

Had the trifolata pizza and it was great. Nice flavor of topping combo. I took the pizza Togo so it was a little soft by the time I got back so I would recommend asking them to cook it a bit longer if you want some crunch or a less chewy crust. Overall would order again.

5 Star Authentic Italian Pizza!

By Blueskylove |

The best Authentic thin crust pizza and Italian meatballs in Dallas! Delicious pizza margarita. Excellent service. We loved our friendly waiter Britton. Nice ambience. Located near our hotel on Elm. Our go to next time in Dallas.

Good experiences

By Jasmin G |

Really good pizza and Polpette. We were a party of three and we all enjoyed. Choices are good on pizza. We did not try the pasta. Only a few choices of beer, but a reasonable wine list available. I would recommend this restaurant if you like pizza with thin crust.

Outstanding Food and Service

By DallasTexasfan |

Excellent Italian food and service. We tried both pizza and lasagna (which is served only on Friday and Saturday nights). This was the best lasagna I have eaten in the US!

Not great

By Philip F |

I was excited to hear that the chef from Cane Rosso had started a new restaurant, but unfortunately that excitement faded after my in laws (who are Italian) with my wife and I ate.. the Appetizers were not very tasty and the Pizza was under cooked and cool. They rectified this by cooking new ones which was good, but still there was something missing. Not terrible but not great. We may give it another try in the future, as they may be working out the kinks, but not anytime soon..let’s hope they can turn this from a Cane to a Cane Rosso plus!

Excellent pizza

By Bibinho |

Excellent address in Downtown Dallas. A high quality Neapolitan pizza. It was very good, the restaurant is very beautiful. I recommend 1000%… Reserve your table

I would return!

Nice atmosphere, open kitchen and great vibes. The food was tasty and the service was top notch! We had a wonderful dinner here and the food tasted like authentic italian, yummy!

Good but not great. Both kids

By Andrew Grove |

Good but not great. Both kids had pizza and the rest pasta. No bread provided with meal and service was just ok, somewhat dismissive. Atmosphere was ok, just nothing stood out for me. Price moderate

NICE SURPRISE

By Andrea P |

REAL NEAPOLITAN PIZZA, LIKE BEING AT HOME, VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS IN A VERY NICE ENVIRONMENT

Amazing pizza!

By Illicia0825 |

The pizza here is some of the best in Dallas! Beautiful pizza oven with lots of options to choose from. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Very solid Italian food, good prices, good service

By kleic |

My husband and I were visiting Dallas and this was one of the only restaurants we could find downtown that's not part of a chain. We were not disappointed! The portions were generous but not overwhelming, the gnocchi was cooked just right, and the bread was to die for. Good beer and wine selection, friendly and knowledgable service. All together a really good experience.

Delicious and great ambience

Delicious meal! I was n in town for a business convention and a group of 10 went for dinner and everyone loved their meals.

Great local restaurant

By SusanC |

Ate here twice in the past 2 weeks. Once in restaurant and once for pick up order. Both experiences were very good. Pasta, salads, pizza and wine were all very fresh and delicious. Very quiet and great location in downtown Dallas. Easy to park in near by parking garage and walk which is a plus in Dallas. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. Pickup up order was easy to get also. Parked in front and it was ready to go on time with bottle of wine which was also priced very reasonably.

Stylish restaurant

By A K L |

We enjoyed a very tasty meal at this lovely Italian restaurant. Service was attentive and friendly with a great menu to choose from both drinks and food-wise. The interior was nicely done. Food was tasty and we couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommended.

Terrific meal

The food was wonderful. Had bruschetta, a pizza, and gnocchi. Service and atmosphere were also very good. Definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere and service- so so food

By nativetexan68 |

We dined here based on the recommendation of a friend. We had tickets to a show at the Majestic and this was right across the street. Great ambiance, friendly service, crowded but cozy. The reviews rave about the pizza and lasagna. So we started with meatballs for an appetizer and each tried a glass of red. Both were very good! Highly recommend. Since the entrees came with such high reviews - we had to try them. The Tridente had a great flavor but sadly the crust could have been crisper - completely floppy and required either folding or a knife & fork . The lasagne had no flavor - very disappointed. I will say the highlight and the only reason we would return would be for the dessert- nothing short of incredible. We tried the dark chocolate gelato with a side of espresso and the pumpkin zeppole - Italian donuts. Lightly crispy on the outside and super flavorful and delicate on the inside. Stop by for dessert after the show - skip the entrees.

Excellent Italian!

By Jim T |

We had heard great things about Partenope and they did not disappoint! From the calamari to the bolognesee food was well prepared and presented...nice wine list, too. Local owner, Dino from Naples greeted us as we entered the restaurant. Please support this establishment...it's the real deal!!

Pizza in Dallas

By Sonovento |

Thanks to the suggestion of friends I found this Italian pizzeria in Dallas that I can review very positively. He provided wood, well-leavened dough and pizza with a cornice as in the best Neapolitan tradition. Margherita lives up to the expectation. I will come back to try the cuisine that offers a very interesting menu.

Nope to Partenope

By jane_oz |

Pizzas are soft, doughy and under-cooked. You can fold them up like a tortilla. I was experiencing this at home so bought at pizza stone to crisp up the base. Try it. Toppings are boring, basically a few types of cheese and variations on ham/prosciutto/sobresse. Where are the olives, anchovies, seafood toppings? Spicy is not spicy at this place. There are no condiments on the table to add flavour. The margarita tasted like kool aid, void of tequila. Decor is nice. Service is fine. There are plenty of Italian restaurants in the vicinity- try others would be my recommendation.

Perfecto, do not miss this Gem!!!!

By Jdcline78 |

Came here with a large party on a business trip. Chef Dino was more than accommodating we tried almost every appetizer on the menu not a single one disappointed amazing pizza, perfectly prepared pasta, Great wine list, Overall phenomenal. In addition the service was great. Thank you Dino I will be back

Good pizza

By Mikko P |

Good Neapolitan-style pizzas, liked the base a lot. Reasonable pricing, and the service was good. The exterior of the place doesn’t do justice to the interiors, so don’t be fooled by the appearance. We walked past it a couple of times and thought the place is closed.

Pre Theatre Dinner

By les h |

Wanted a before theatre pizza and found Partenope Ristorante were we found a good selection of pizzas and GF pizzas, service was good, food was good and the restaurant soon filled

Very good calzone at this restaurant. It wasn't as stuffed as some calzones I've had, but it was tasty and very large. The pasta dishes my colleagues ordered looked very why good, but they were smaller and not as filling as the calzone.

Ok

By Irene Eng |

An average Italian restaurant: a little dark, a little tight and a little bill. Service and food are ok. Pizza is delicious, so is the eggplant.

Great Italian

By Carol C |

Not an enormous menu, with an emphasis on pizza, but everything we had was good. It was worth being there to see the beautiful tiled pizza oven! Lovely atmosphere, great service. As a bonus it was just a short walk from the Hotel Indigo where we stayed.

Divine

Great restaurant in downtown Dallas. The pizza was delicious, raw materials of excellent quality, clean and welcoming environment. Two days in Dallas and two dinners at Partenope, I don't think there's anything better. Book and you won't regret it

Some of the best pizza I've eaten

By ELPScorch |

Highly recommended, nice atmosphere, great fast and friendly service, great food. Very tasty dishes along with the pizzas. The smoked mozzarella on the pizzas make a world of difference.

Facing Main Street Garden, Relaxed Tucked Away Place with Good Food and Personal Attention

By L Frank |

We've been twice. Last night met friends. Had two good salads, the house salad was way above average for that sort of thing and then a burrata and squash salad. Meatball appetizer is good but not distinctive; I just like meatballs! Fried Cod appetizer gave variety. And prosciutto pizza was very good. They have a nice chewy not too thick or thin crust. And our waiter was attentive but not pushy. We stayed a long time and the people around us did too. Booths and tables and bar. It's on a prime corner but diners are invisible from the street which was an odd design choice; you can't see the activity level inside and aren't drawn in that way, but if you just dive in the door you will find a nice sort of old fashioned place that is comfortable and very good.

classy, chic italian in dalls!

By ryantravels13 |

I ate at the bar as I was by myself and I really enjoyed it. The bartender/server was really nice and he made some great recommendations for pizza and dessert. He never let my glass (iced tea) go empty which is hugely underrated as a service. Not only was the quality of the pizza and dessert (the pistachio cake) great but they really have interesting ingredient combinations and recipes you don't see anywhere else.

A Saturday night dinner.

By James M |

I can say that this restaurant was filled with younger professionals, so it is popular and in a good location to attend other events. The bartender was excellent in is courtesy and suggestion for wine. I found the food uninteresting in its flavor. I was greeted with a dismissive attitude.
