Visited while in town for a convention at the Hilton Anatole. Very convenient to get there and back. Food was good and reasonably priced. We had the bread appetizer(great portion size), a pepperoni pizza, and a sprite (can) and it was under $40. Our waiter was friendly and took good care of our table. Their menu is kinda limited but that probably helps keep prices down. I would recommend to others and eat here again should we be in the area.

We've been in before and usually sit at the bar. This time because the bar was full we opted for a table on the patio. We stood at the hostess stand while the hostess and a server conversed about something with their backs to us and waited. The server looked up and went back to talking and the hostess never looked up so we proceeded to the patio and seated ourselves. Waited about 15 minutes even after a server appeared looked at two tables and looked me in the face and went back inside. So we took our business across the street to El Bolero where they smiled at us and we spent about $100 there.

By the reviews I was expecting Excellence, What I got was An average pizza, and rude service. We came as a family and as such was happy to sit outside, so we would not disturb any one with our conversation and laughter. At first all was looking good, we took the waiters advice on the pizzas, and the App. The App came and was very good I think it was called the board, it was lined with nice flavorful items, really good goat cheese. We were outside it was hot, the ice melting in our drinks almost as soon as they got to the table, we asked for ice several times, our request was met with rolling eyes? like we were bothering him, so sorry. Pizza's came well I eat a lot of pizza and have to say PH, PJ, and even Dom.. can do a BBQ chicken and onion, bigger and better! The margarita we had heard about was OK but nothing to write home about, Atmosphere and family time still going to get a nice review, until bill time, bill for two pizza's one app and drinks for 5 $64.00 not too bad, I hand the waiter a $100.00 bill and he says would you like change? Yes please, I looked around the table and told everyone to pick they chin's up off the table. When he returned he placed it on the table I figured out percentages and went with 12%, as soon as I put it on the table he came back to the table, took the tip and gave us a rather rude good bye, sounded almost like good riddance. won't be back.

It would be hard to praise this new pizza and beer restaurant enough. Exhausted and hungry I passed up the all night Denny's and headed down Market Center Blvd. in hopes of finding something decent to eat. It was 9:30 on a Thursday. Pie Tap was open and looked inviting. So I parked and went in. Wow. What a pizza! The executive chef developed the natural yeast himself. It takes some 96 hours to make the dough and it shows. The pizza is a cross between a Neopolitan and New York one. The rim of the crust is puffy but the entire crust is also crisp. Very, very good. In fact, I would say award winning. I was given the grand tour. What a set up! Two Italian gas fired ovens, great, well organized walk in, dough tempering frig, etc. The egg and semolina pasta is hand made and either hand cut or extruded through an Italian extruder. Then it is cooked to order in a large pasta boiler. The beer list is impressive. All in all a great place with excellent food and friendly folks, who know exactly what they are doing. I will be back as often as I go to Dallas.

We were a bunch of work colleagues looking for an easy going, but nice dinner. Pie Tap was recommended to us and we decided to give it a shot. The interior is nicely decorated with a cool atmosphere. The outside was also comfortable albeit smokey as the restaurant is located next to a BBQ joint. Being a pizza joint, it’s all about the dough, which was very good. We ordered knots and fondu for starters—knots being garlic bread and fondu being bread and butter (it’s not fondu as in dipping fondu). For mains we got a pizza and a couple half chickens. The pizza was good, thin and crusty with the right amount and balance of toppings. Half chickens were downed in a matter of minutes, juicy and tasty. All in all a nice place with good atmosphere and good service.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and, since it was my first time there, he explained everything. They make the pizza dough in-house and in small batches. Pizza was made to order and it was delicious! We shared a salad (big portions, enough to share). The ambiance: very loud, bar-like. Younger crowd. I will definitely come back here when back in Dallas.

Not being familiar with the area, this place seems a bit out of the way--but just a few blocks off the highway in a residential area. Indoor and outdoor seating this place was busy for lunch, even on a Thursday. They make their crust in-house via a special process and we were not disappointed. Really good wood-fired pizza. We had the mushroom which was amazing; and the margarita, which was also good. They offer dipping sauces for the crusts, but we chose not to use them--we had a salad and half pizza for a lunch special and it was just enough. Some local brews on tap. Fast friendly, knowledgeable staff who were really into their product! Nice to see. They tempted us with a chocolate cake for dessert, but we were full from lunch and opted out. maybe we'll try it next time. Would definitely eat here again. Looks like a great place for small groups.

We had a great time at this fun restaurant. Unique menu items. We loved the fondue with rosemary bread and the salads were EXCELLENT! Great place. Can't wait to come back!

My daughter took me here. She wanted me to try her favorite place for pizza in Dallas. I was not disappointed. The crust is delectable. Make sure you order the dipping sauces! The have a decent beer selection and a well stocked bar. Go hungry so you have more room for that last slice of pie.

We went on a Sunday around 11 and there was hardly anyone there. We were seated immediately and our server was very kind. We started with the cinnamon rolls which were to die for. Then each of us got a different entree. I loved my chicken and biscuits. There was not one thing negative to say about this place. It wasn't even in a crazy busy part of town so driving there wasn't bad either.

I was dining here with a group of 5 Saturday evening, great beer and wine selection plus full bar.The restaurant was full but our service was great from the whole staff. The staff was on point as to making sure the entire dining room was taken care of.We had 2 pies and a salad for dinner plus the meatballs and fondue as appetizers and everything was excellent and the bread they served with the fondue was prepared fresh to the order and it was very good.

I really like the salads and pizza here. I had pasta once and it was not quite up to their pizza. They don't have much for parking. It's either valet or walk a distance because all other parking in the area is tow-away....

Wood oven pizza with flavor! Reasonably priced with variety selections. Outdoor dining and nice atmosphere. Visiting Dallas from NY so finding good pizza is a plus!

My business group ate at Pie Tap not once, but twice during our annual meeting conference in Dallas. The pizza dough is prepared over a 96 hour period and has an incredible, authentic taste. You can order your own masterpiece and they will build it for you. They will bring it to you with love and with the libation of your choice. I recommend the coffee porter. Also, they offer doughnut holes made from their pizza dough and dusted with suger that are to die for, when paired with their Dallas honey dip. This place is worth the visit, and more than once if you are in town for a few days.

Great find while in town for lunch. The mushroom pizza was very well done, crispy crust and savory flavors. We sat at the bar and the service was wonderful, attentive and helpful. The salads were large and went well with the pizza. Good wine and beer options. It was busy, but worth the wait.

Definetely Best Pizza that I have eaten. And I have been eating them around the world. Very delicius American Pizza.

I went with some friends and the pizza was so good. They had a good mimosa and bloodie mary special as well. The atmosphere is great and I would highly recommend it.

I loved this place not your typical piza joint but a very cool atmosphere. Maybe a little on the pricey side for pizza. But still great pizza. The blackberry mimosa was awesome. Service was great too.

Great fun place to eat. Love the menu and the pizza is good. A bit hot for the patio in the summer but they are very accommodating here. Great food and great service.

I eat pizza all over the US and this another excellent choice. To be fair, the " to go" window being shoved in the back like a dungeon isn't too cool. The pizza though!!!! Incredible! I even ate the entire simple salad with dressing before devouring my pizza. Parking can be tricky.

We had a great dinner here - the pizza is phenomenal. Very fresh ingredients and the dough is insanely delicious! We sat at the bar and watched them prepare all the food which was fun! David was our waiter and provided terrific service. The donut hole dessert looked like a reason to go back soon! As did the various pasta dishes we saw go by! But it would be hard to return and not get pizza again! Also make sure to get the three dippings sauces with some extra "bones" for dipping.

Needed something close to our hotel and this came up with good reviews. It was everything and more. Highly recommend the prosciutto pizza and sitting at the pizza bar and watching the process. Really good.

The best place we ate on the whole trip. The pizza was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was good but loud. We loved our food and would recommend it to anyone.

I just had an an exceptional dinner here. Hummus was beautifully served with about five vegetables and this gorgeous bread made now with 3 ingredients. The I had a delicious 1/2 chicken with a marvelous horseradish sauce (options available) and a wonderful Caesar salad side. Courtney provided super courteous service. I sat outside on a hot night but no one complained. What a great time!

Walk into this restaurant and immediately there is a great vibe, up-tempo loud music and unique experience garage decor. Pizzas you can see being prepared and as you look around, the room is full of dishes you want to be trying too. We had the hummus starter followed by margerita and pepperoni pizza. Six thumbs up from three discerning travellers who wish this joint would set up in the UK!!!

I recently placed an order from Pie Tap from the Design District location in Dallas. I went directly through their website, placed the order for delivery and then waited for my 2 pizzas to arrive. Roughly 45 minutes later we decided that we should look outside to see if the order had been delivered. Low and behold there were our 2 pies sitting on the ground for who knows how long. No one rang the door bell or called letting us know that the delivery was there. I scurried in excited to try my new pizza and grabbed a piece of this delicious pie. As I took my first bite my fiancé yelled from across the table, "Don't eat that, there are ants all over it". As I looked down there were 100's of ants on my pizza, which were now all over the table and unfortunately I'm sure I ate a few :(. I immediately reached out to Pie Tap and told the young gal of my experience. She said, "The delivery people don't have anything to do with us and I would suggest you place a complaint online". I own multiple business' and n an effort to help Pie Tap fix the problem I reached out to them on Facebook and found the contact us link to leave them a message. I was contacted via email and on Facebook apologizing that this happened and in both cases were asked if I purchased through a 3rd party or through their website directly. I responded with my order number 1515683365 which was done through the pie-tap website. The email that I received was from Sara Lowry. I have since emailed Sara twice asking if there would be a remedy for the $50 worth the pizzas that were left on the ground and received no response either through Facebook messenger of email. Based on the 1 ant filled bite I took I think the pie is good however I have a serious problem with the level of customer service I experienced and lack of follow through on their part. In todays times, especially in the food industry there are many options to choose from and not a lot of pizza shops that sell $25 pizzas. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS SELLER, they take no responsibility for their business and you might end up eating ants, not pizza! I wish it didn't have to turn out this way but 2 weeks later and the internet at my fingertips, there you go.

So much fun! Delish! Sourdough crust was made from 300 year old crust! Great job JP! He was so attentive and gave great recommendations!!

Very good pizza, garlic knots and homemade doughnuts. I would have liked more sauce with the doughnuts. The sausage and onion pizza was excellent. Service was great and helpful with the menu.

Last day in town, and we decided to try something different. Went to Pie-Tap. Very full wine, beer, and cocktail menu. The pizza itself was very good. The crust was light, and did not fill you up. Great flavor with the pizza we had. Service was great and all staff was attentive. The only drawback was the noise level. Cinder block and glass do not make good absorbtion materials.

I have been here multiple times when visiting our daughter in Dallas. Every time I go I am impressed by the quality of the food and the variety offered. Obviously they are very pizza centric with the wood fired oven and as expected, all the pizzas have been excellent. The more surprising thing is the pastas, salads, and meatballs are also excellent. They also have a very good wine list with different options at different price points and plentiful selection of craft beers. This coupled with the various specials on different nights keeps us coming back and never being disappointed.

We went here for the pizza. It was good but it was all specialty type pizza. I tried the one with arugula, prosciutto and fig. The crust was great and there was plenty of arugula. But I had to look for the prosciutto and fig. I don’t know how to describe the cheese on the pizza. It was there but just not a lot of it. At our table we also had a pepperoni and the sausage pizzas. Everyone loved the crust but this is not a place that has a lot of cheese and sauce on the pizza. Overall it was ok and I’m glad I tried it but I would not go back for pizza. I’d try something else.

The pizza was amazing and had so much flavor! The chicken sandwich was also amazing! The service was also amazing. The atmosphere in the restaurant definitely fits the food. This is a must try!

We tried Pie Tap for the first time and although I liked the chicken meatballs and sausage pizza, I had an upset stomach all night and the next day. The pizza was fairly greasy and I think that is what upset my stomach. It is popular with families and was crowded on a Saturday night. Parking was very difficult and we finally found a place after circling several times. I am not sure if I will go back because there are other Italian places that I prefer and I don't want to risk an upset stomach again.

Every was done well. Pizza was exceptional, and that started the the crust. Salads were good, nice local beer selection. Close to the Hilton Anatole, you can walk from there, maybe 10 minutes.

The pizza was good. Oven bricked pizza and the frozen drink with gin was good. The service was good.

Uninspired menu, but extremely fresh salad ingredients. Take out consisted of the caesar salad ingredients thrown in a box, in a fairly unappetizing manner totally lacking and sense of presentation. The grilled chicken salad topping was a minuscule portion served in a separate box. The chicken Milanese sandwich was excellent

While visiting Dallas my wife an I came to Pie Tap and enjoyed a great meal. The service from all the staff was superb. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came in for dinner, super hungry, so we started with a charcuterie board. Then we each got our own pizza. Mine was sausage, and his was mushroom. They were delicious, and we left full and happy.

Had brunch with my partner and two other friends. Oredered the mushroom and egg breakfast pizza. It's a large pizza (able to feed two people). It was good, however the egg was just a bit undercooked for my taste. The service is pleasant but scattered, our entries all came out at all different times. I will say that the roasted rosemary lemonade was DELICIOUS!!!!

So we ordered a pie and a simple order and we get instead of pepperoni pepperoncini and egg!????? Then they redo our order and do not compensate for screwing up our order. Nice work guys!

So tasty. We had the fondue to start (not really fondue, just warm melted cheese and cream but very tasty) and we had the chicken parm pasta and mushroom pizza for main. I couldn't stop saying "mmmmm!", I really enjoyed it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent pie and great staff. Bartender was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The pizza was thin, crisp with top notch ingredients. Although not in the menu, they let me split a custom pie 1/2 and 1/2 so I could try both choices on 1 pizza. Excellent!

Pizza was homemade, delicious! Local beer was yummy. Especially the cranberry one. Crafted cocktails were delish and the bread knots were divine. Highly recommend. Cool vibe- fun spot.

In my opinion best pizza in dallas. Pastas are ok but get the pizza. Be sure to ask about their daily specials for some reason it’s a big secret. Monday’s it’s half price wine carafes a great deal.

I can't wait to come back! I brought my friend here for brunch after reading an article in the Observer. I would not have thought to go to a pizza joint for brunch. The average selection of belini, mimosa, bloody mary and a coffee drink called the Nitro which includes whiskey for breakfast. Yum, we had a bellini, blackberry mimosa and the nitro all very good. Breakfast optiona include a few pizzas and then the average breakfast fare. We had a pizza topped with egg which was buttery and flavorful. Also had the goat cheese egg white omlet, amazing. I am not usually goat cheese fan but it was not overpowering. Definitely give it a try.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we are glad we did. We started out with the Fondue which was very yummy. For dinner we ordered the pasta and the half chicken. Both were very flavorful and filling. Our server was very friendly and prompt. We will certainly return to try some other items on the menu.

Simply put, AMAZING!!! This place was very easy to find from our hotel. Parking is a bit limited but once you get inside it more than makes up for it. The food is great! The service spectacular and friendly!!! Little pricey on the drinks. $12 for Jack Reserve and coke! Good choice of microbrews. All in all a great place to go meet friends or take a client to..

Delicious pizza, wonderful outside patio, superb friendly service. If you like it spicy, ask to add Calabrian pepper oil. Easy parking and cool space!

Many craft beers to choose from, This is a good place to hang out with friends. The staff was helpful and nice. I was in on business and the location was close to where I was staying. You can watch them cook through the glass partition's into the kitchen. I order a pizza which was o.k. It is just my opinion, not saying it was bad. The flavor was good and I like thin crust pizza that has a crunch to it. The crust was tough and chewy is why I didn't like it. I liked the atmosphere enough to try this place again when in town but will try a pasta dish. Just not a fan for there crust.

Second visit. Not sure why this place is not packed. Atmosphere is cool. Server (Ryan) was as friendly and engaging as we have experienced in years. And the food! Chicken meatballs with the artisan bread was fantastic. Wife and I shared the Prosciutto pizza and it was extraordinary. We do not remember having a thin pizza that checked all the boxes. So many perfect flavors. We cannot wait for our third visit.

My co-workers and I usually begin our business trips at Pie Tap when we are in Dallas. The salami has is my favorite and the chocolate cake with whip cream is out of this world. Any good meal can be easily ruined by the lack of service, but at Pie Tap, that's the least of your worries.

Everything was outstanding on our Saturday visit for Brunch. Started off sharing a huge cinnamon roll for the 5 of us, Mimosa's with blackberry and orange juice in a delicious Champagne. The Breakfast sandwich was SO delicious and huge. The 3 pizzas were very yummy and the pizza dough is amazing but the crunchy potatoes with a kick were memorable...don't think I'll ever be satisfied with any other "tater"!! Sitting outside was delightful and the service was excellent with friendly efficient servers

We ate here on a Sunday late afternoon. Service started out a little slow, but we learned that our server was sick so ended up being transferred to a new one, which was no problem at all. We started with the garlic knots, which are served with a whipped cream cheese spread, and it was all SO. GOOD. We then had the salami pizza, which was also great and plenty big enough to share between two people and take some home. The design of the restaurant is really neat, very modern. They do charge for each individual soda refill you order, which was a bit odd, so we stuck to water. Once we were finished it also took awhile for our server to bring our check, take our payment, etc. even though it didn't appear to be busy. We would definitely come back for the great food though.

Friend and I had dinner a few nights ago and ordered drinks which were delicious. Had the charcuteri board and the workman salad to split. Both were very good and a ton of food. We split a pie and had the salumi and margarita half each. Yummy!!! Only problem was waiter wasn't familiar with the drinks or wine and didn't bring our salad until after we got our pizza. They also had no change for us to pay in cash. We liked the atmosphere and would return because the food is great.

Went on Fathers Day it was awesome. Pizza was so good. Very fresh, sauce was very good. Will definitely go back. Was first time for us.

This is my favorite pizza in DFW and honestly anywhere I've traveled. Living in Dallas means that I get to go to Pie Tap whenever I want, although I try to limit myself! The Margarita pizza is a classic and one of my faves, but I also liked the Mediterranean one with pistachios and dates (interesting, different flavor). Stop in and check out this quirky pizza hub!

I visited the Pie Tap on Oak Lawn Avenue twice,... pizza for lunch, gluten free crust, very tasty. Brunch on a Sunday was 2 eggs with bacon and potatoes --also very tasty. The service is also very good. This is an interesting restaurant and bar, and you can watch your meal being prepared in the open kitchen.

Just a great find. Went here with another family that was attending the same conference at the Hilton Anatole. Everyone was extremely happy with their dinner choice and the service was spot on.

We had two pizzas, sandwich, and salad for the 5 of us. The crust was so light and crispy on the pizzas. I loved the prosschuito pizza. And the pepperoni was delicious also. Great find.

Had a great lunch with friends on a Saturday afternoon. I recommend reservations but we got lucky... The chicken meatballs were delicious and whatever pizza you choose you can't go wrong.

Fist time here and really enjoyed my visit. Had the fondue, chicken bbq pie and a bottle of Malbec. Everything was really good. It was really busy but they got us right in and I was surprised how fast all the food came. They have a great outdoor area with heaters. Highly recommend stopping in for a pie and drinks.

At there with my family and can't wait to get fat. My advice is to go hungry as the appetizers are too good to pass up and the pizza is fantastic. The fired cheese wrapped in proscuito is out of this world as are the meat balls. they are even better when accompanied with their bread. The pizza is good sized and was delicious. The ambience is nice and, even when crowded, the noise isn't bad. The service was attentive and the check out able side terminal was a nice touch. Won't hesitate to go back.

Ventured over to Pie Tap for lunch today. Great surprise. Pizzas looked awesome, staff was very good, friendly and accommodating. Had the Pappardelle Bolognese. Just the right for a lunch portion. The pasta was just a bit thicker than usual, but still very good. Of course, the sauce made it. Perfect service. Was only sad we couldn't try the bar. Perhaps next time! Because there will be a next time!

This place is definitely worth a try. The atmosphere is really industrial and cool with loud music and a great vibe. Pizza was one of the best I've ever had! Recommend pepperoni with caramelized onions, it was fantastic. I'd a very thin crispy crust and everything is fresh. I just wish we had one in Ohio! Go there!

Had reservations for 5 at the restaurant, we were early and was greeted. Host was very nice and courteous, and brought us to our table. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on the food and drinks. The have a large amount of ale beer. The appetizers were tasty. The pizza and bolognese was the best ever. The staff is very attentive and assist you.it is a restaurant that you will keep on going back when visiting

Plenty of options for both food and drinks. Wished it was a bit warmer, to access the outdoor patio area, great atmosphere.

Driving around by our hotel and found this place. Fantastic!! loved the atmosphere, but the pizza was outstanding. Our waiter was very informative of the menu and the beer list. Definitely a place we will go back to.

We've dined there twice and the food was great. The last two times we've gone in the past 2 weeks, the wait has been 2 hours long. Plenty of empty tables inside and out. Even with the staffing shortage, there are remedies to staffing issues.

My son and I stopped in here prior to attending a Maverick’s game. We started with their fondue. Great choice. Wonderful flavor. The roasted pecan jam is a fantastic compliment to the goat cheese fondue. I just wish it came with two loaves of the bread. We shared their “salami “ pizza. Which had a variety of meats on it. Their crust was very good. And because the style is thin, after half a pizza later, I didn’t feel overly full. I look forward to visiting here again.

YES! Hands down Pie Tap had our favorite pizza among all the new pizzas we’d tried for the year! Their dough is amazing, there’s nothing like it! We also love their unique and tasty toppings, like their “Mushroom with Egg” & “Fennel Sausage”! We were not impressed with their salads, so we’ve learned to order and thoroughly enjoy their fabulous sides instead, like their “Broccolini with Mushrooms” and “Mashed Cauliflower”! We would also gladly recommend their “Roasted Chicken”, “Bolognese Pasta”, and, “Roasted Rosemary Lemonade”. Strong suggestion to our company to order from their fine beer and potent cocktails menu while leaving their wine list alone! Great service throughout in an electrifying setting - FUN! Happy Travels Y’all!

Brunch on Sunday, enjoyed pizza, biscuits and gravy and chicken Meatballs with pasta. Everything was wonderful and dessert of donuts was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience. Luis was a great server too.

Visited Pie Tap with our family of five. Service was solid, meat and cheese board delicious, and pizza yummy. We will be back.

I was extremely impressed by the extremely yummy pizza and great service. If you are in the area this place is definitely worth a visit.

My wife has been to Pie Tap a few times and has been telling me it is a must. I finally broke down and we went for date night and was surprised at how good the pizza was. We decided to share a pizza and a salad. They were both fantastic. The pizza was a real wood fired crust and the cheese was delectable. The salad was fresh and enjoyable, but nothing to write home about. The drink menu looked great and my wife got a drink that was made with a local coffee that was great. I usually stick to the beer and loved the seasonal local selections. I would definitely say this is a must try. The parking is a little tight and tough to get in and out, but other than that definitely nothing negative to say.

Met friends here before heading off to a concert not too far away at the AAC. I sampled a few bites of theirs then ordered my own. Wowsa! I rarely eat pizza since I over-indulged many years ago. Yummy food! I ordered the sausage pizza because I'm a meat lover. Very good. I'm not much for alcohol, so I can't comment on the drinks. I will say I like the portion sizing. It's not a ton to share, and I'm gorging myself with cheap eats. So, yes the price is a bit higher. For that, I include the wonderful patio location and the quality ingredients. Besides that, it's hard to find parking on a Friday, so include extra time in case you have to park farther away and walk to meet your crew.

Our large party from our conference was well taken care of during our visit. We all ordered difference pizzas and they all looked great. I really enjoyed my mushroom creation with egg (who knew). The food tasted very upscale without upscale prices (I think there was a special that night) and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Worth a visit for sure.

Stopped in for dinner while on a business trip. Thrilled with the entire experience. Excellent service and great food and draft beer. Highly recommended if you are in the mood for a simple flavoful pizza and a quick beer (or 2 or 3)

Stick to the pizzas, skip the salad! Had the mediterranean salad with rotisserie chicken and it was underwhelming. The chicken had no seasoning and was dry. Salad was okay had too many tomatoes for my preference. Ambiance is nice and they have a patio.

We had the fondue and margharita pizza. Both were outstanding. The craft brew we had were also very good. The server was attentive and answered every qurstiin we had. Next time I'm in Dallas, I will return to PieTap!

My husband and son went late on a Friday night. My husband said the service was terrible and incredibly slow but that the pepperoni pizza was the best he has ever had! I personally was not a fan with the leftovers he brought home. I would much rather go somewhere with good pizza and great service.

Sat at the bar. Two tv’s to watch. I could not make my mind up between the pasta and the pizza as both looked fab. Went with the house salad and the meat pasta. Both were excellent. The beers were good, and the staff were super helpful. Will definitely be back again.

...Pie Tap is about the only pizza place where the sausage pizza isn't way too salty - as it is nearly everywhere in Dallas. We've tried two locations (the other one being the one in Addison) and the pie is consistently the best I've tried in over 8 years trying so I now drive 25 min each way to get a truly excellent pizza!

Loved, loved, loved this place. We had their signature salad, pizza with arugula and prosciutto and margarita pizza. I had the darkest beer on tap, as recommended by our waiter. My friend had the margarita against the waiter's advice. She should have listened. Don't expect a traditional cocktail, it's more like a whisky sour.

In town for volleyball. Nice place, great atmosphere. Ordered the chicken melt and it was yummy. It cane with the shoestring fries that were cooked perfectly. I also ordered the New York Sour, which was great after I mixed it. I also ordered a salad that I haven’t ate yet but I’m sure it’s delicious. I’ll update my post if not..

went there for lunch and had some terrific pizza. Well worth the detour off the beaten path. oddly the humus was great as well.

This is a really cool pizza place for friends who want a hip/modern vibe with good pizza. The menu is creative and does offer more than pizza. I didn't find it to be overpriced considering the quality of the food. The only real issue I had was the way they serve soft drinks.... I know it is petty but I don't like it when table service restaurants serve beverages out of a can. I am not sure if you are charge for every "refill" but even if it is all you want the presentation just seems janky to me.

Excellent pizza and fresh salad for only $10. My second time here. Fast friendly service. easy free parking at lunch (but evening is valet).

Eaten in several times. Always great. Tonight it was Über eats. It arrived cold. With ONE SLICE OF SALAMI PER PIECE. Pitiful.

The chicken sandwich was very good and I enjoyed the industrial/cute decor of the resteraunt . The staff is very friendly

Pizza Pizza cant go wrong with Pizza. They were hot and fresh. The options were endless. The bartender was great at well

Walked into Pie Tap with no idea of what it was like. Great decor in an area that is seedy at best. Ample parking on site. Food is fantastic. Been to 16 states do far and pizza was best by far. Staff were friendly and committed, almost passionate. Prices reasonable. Go out of the way and savour the experience.

I was staying at the Anatole for business and wanted to get out of the hotel and explore a bit. The food and service was great. Took the bartenders recommendation for a pork sandwich and it did not disappoint. Tool him what kind of drink I liked and he made me something to fit my taste. Delicious and priced right.

My husband has been coming up to stay with me on weekends while I have been staying in Dallas because my mom has been in ICU for a few weeks. We found Pie Tap while looking for a restaurant near the hospital. We just keep going back!! The atmosphere and decor is awesome and the service is excellent!! The pizza is amazing, possibly best I've ever had!! It has such a great menu that I want to try something different everytime I come! The Chicken Parm is sooo good! Loved the Chicken Meatballs and Ceasar Salad!! The Simple Salad is also delicious. My husband got the Chicken Melt Sandwich and he raved about it so I had to have a bite of course! Delicious!!!! Tgey hsve Brunch til 3pm on weekends!! Mimosas are very refreshing and it's hard to decide what you want! We ordered the Sausage Gravy and Biscuits and they were the best ever!! I noticed that it's a great place to meet friends or family as we saw several larger parties each time ee have gone snd they have a nice outdoor patio for dining! We will be headed there again and not just when we are at the hospital!

Super cute place with a variety of seating. We ordered take out since a friend/neighbor recommend the place. We have kids so take out is sometimes easier. The take out process is a little different. The hostess takes care of the order on the phone, the payment and bringing you the meal along with her other duties. I can see why alleviating the bar from this work is nice for the bar but I didn't really like it. The space at the hostess stand is small, three chairs and full of people. I would have much rather spent time at the bar. My husband for the chicken parm ($16 plus tax) and said it was great. I ordered the pappardelle and bolognese. The pappardelle noodles are made fresh and very good. The bolognese has a great wine flavor and the meat/carrots are a bit chunky. Overall a very good bolognese. We will try the place again and get drinks next time.

The atmosphere is great! We wanted to sit at a different table but were told it was reserved, however in the time we were there no one sat down. There was a "hostess" (Hispanic with a bun on her head), she was a but rude and snobby. We simply asked if someone was going to help us. She turned and responded, with a till of her eyes, yeah, and turned back around. It was another 5 min. before anyone came. Scott the waiter was very nice and attentive!

We went to Pie Tap around 5pm on a Saturday after sampling the beer at the Texas Ale Project. It is in the same area. We got a table right away. We ordered salads and a pizza. The pizza was delicious. They have a choice of sauces. We ordered marinara. The pizza we ordered came with the toppings and cheese but no sauce. There was a whole range of people there from children with parents to over 50 crowd to the 20's - 30's age group. The service was a little slow but not enough to complain about. They offer a variety of choices from pizza to hamburgers to pasta. Everything was fresh and home made. Kid's menu. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and we would go back.

As a self-admitted pizza addict, I was ecstatic to find a nearly-new artisan pizza "workshop" half a mile from my regular hotel near downtown Dallas. Opened less than a year ago in the design center neighborhood off Turtle Creek, Pie Tap Pizza has already spun off two other locations with another in Plano opening soon. It's easy to see why they are growing fast. With an energetic faux-industrial vibe, decent prices, and top notch pizza, Pie Tap serves up a nice variety of fresh, organic toppings aboard one of the best crusts I have ever experienced in the US. Their specialty pies include classic margherita, pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mushroom, veggie, and my selection: sausage. There is no tomato sauce on this pie. The gorgeous crust is topped with a little olive oil, awesome fennel sausage, carmelized onions, and house-made mozzarella that I chose instead of the smoked mozz as advertised on the menu. With a little of the house-made marinara on the side for dipping, this was one fantastic pizza and I devoured Every. Last. Bite. Vegan (eye roll) and gluten free (heavy sigh) options are also available. The basic salad that started the meal was one of the freshest I have ever had with greens, shaved carrot, radish, and fennel, organic tomato, and a nicely acidic red wine dressing. A wide variety of beers are available on tap and solid wine choices are available, albeit at slightly high prices even for the Metroplex. Bonus points: "Tappy Hour" takes a couple of bucks off a glass of wine or beer. Double bonus points: You can order for delivery INCLUDING wine or beer AND the booze is HALF PRICE for delivery. The folks at Pie Tap are on to something.

This place is great. The staff is friendly, good selection of drinks including $2 frose. The goat cheese fondue is delicious! I'd drive back to Dallas to have it again.

We ate there twice in two days because the food and service were exceptional. The pizza crust was the best I have ever had. We had more dishes than just pizza and they were all great. It is just on the west side of Dallas.

We search for the best pizza in every city we visit and we were not disappointed in Pie Tap. We had a great salad served with knots. Knots are actually cooked pizza dough served with whipped butter. YUM!! The pizza was fabulous. We had a pepperoni pizza and added sausage and jalapeño. The crust was perfect and crunchy!! Fun atmosphere and the service was great!!

Folks at work were raving about the quality of the pies here, so we had to try it out. Indeed the pizzas were fabulous (i was a little surprised that my smoked salmon on top of the pizza was cold but loved the dish) and we learned there is no sugar in the crust. The ambiance is industrial charm with cinder blocks making up one wall. I stood 20 minutes in front of the two bathrooms and left without being able to use one. The waiter told us that on busy days there is a line. So go before you come here.

We ordered for delivery to our hotel. Service was quick, pizza was hot. Quality ingredients on the pizza. We had the pepperoni and the chicken. Both were excellent. This is much better than the normal pizza delivery services as the cheese and toppings are quality.

Think of a beautiful place with wonderful pizzas and beers?! The design of the place was mt well thought out, beautiful and very cozy! The pizzas were a nice surprise, crispy and super tasty! All wonderful! The super friendly attendants!!! Wonderful environment! Love!

Recently I placed an order on doordash. This contained two pizzas, a Margherita with additional jalapeños and a Veggie, as well as a coleslaw salad. Upon arrival the pizzas were completely cold! There was not enough cheese on the Margherita in my view. And I didn’t like the taste of the veggie pizza, as the broccoli taste was not good. And the coleslaw salad was so so only. I think that I would not order any more in this eatery.

I have had pizza all over the world including everywhere in Italy. The mushroom pizza they serve is one of the best pies I have ever eaten. Dough was light and not filling, crispy, the ingredients where fresh and tasty, the service was outstanding. Frankly an amazing place and will go bank every time in Dallas

Casual Restaurant Located in the Design District. We thought we'd try one of the new restaurants that's opened in the last year. The food was great. Can't say enough about their "Salami" Pizza. It had several kinds of meat and was incredibly well done. We were here on a Labor Day Monday and they were serving Brunch. My wife had their Blueberry Pancakes with real whipped cream. She loved the pancakes and we'll be coming back for more. I had a great Old Fashion as well and she had a blackberry martini she loved. Great atmosphere. Great Service. Parking is tight. We'll be back.

I went to the Pie tap twice on my trip to Dallas. It was by far the best option near the hotel I was staying and is one of my favorite pies in the CONUS. The waitress was the same both nights and she was fantastic. The first night I had the margarita and man it was really good. I would eat this once a week if I could. Next up was the pepperoni. Now a lot of times I find them to be greasy and can overpower everything else, but not theirs. Flavor bomb! If you are looking for a great pie this is your place.

We returned to this restaurant on a Sunday when the nearby Town Hearth was closed so parking was not nearly as difficult as when it is open. The pizza here is the best in Dallas. We had the sausage this time and the flavors melded together perfectly. The crust is light and tastes very fresh. We also tried the Caesar salad and it was very good. Service is excellent. Add a couple of beers on tap and you have yourself an excellent meal.

The food was great. Pizza was very unique but tasted awesome. The ranch was the best I’ve ever had. Make sure to try the garlic knots.

Ate here on night during a show at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 10-minute walk away. It was recommended to us by some customers that had been there the night before. Very small parking lot, but hey, we walked. Didn't have a reservation, but they squeezed us in on a busy night at the countertop seats that watch the lady making the pizza dough crusts. As it turned out, she was a true entertainer and very good at her job! It was an unexpected delight. We each ordered pizzas, but three different ones. My sausage with caramelized onions was, in my opinion, the winner. Very good with lots sauce and toppings. My companions loved theirs too, but they were both a little too "foofy" for my taste in pizza. I mean really, who puts dates and pistachios on a pizza? If you are into those, this place has it. ;-) Would I return? Definitely, and especially if I can have the same seats again.

We enjoyed our first visit to Pie Tap. The service was efficient and friendly. Worked we us quickly because we were headed to the Stars game. The goat cheese fondue was so delicious and the favorite appetizer of the group. Salami pizza was awesome! Neapolitan style pizza was fresh, flavorful and topped with a generous amount of ingredients. Definitely will go back!

Great group lunch with delicious prosciutto pizza and workshop salad. Surprise of the visit? Loved the rosemary lemonade which I could not imagine without the taster.

The only reason I gave 4 star rating was the food. The appetizers and Pizza were excellent. However the service left lots to be desired. They got very simple drink orders completely wrong, and it wasn't till the manager - who was very helpful - straightened everything out. Yes we will return for the food. GREAT PIZZA

I am looking for the new Pie Tap Pizza Workshop that is on Henderson. Oak Lawn is the original. I was at the Henderson restaurant that has only been opened for 3 weeks. I was meeting my cousin for lunch on lower Greenville and she then shifts plans to Pie Tap, which I had never heard of before. I walked into to a spacious restaurant with this aromatic feast of pizza cooking I was immediately greeted by two staff members and guided to a table. The waiters were on top of everything, welcoming me as a first time visitor, tending to my every request with great care. During lunch, the manager came to our table to introduce himself and check on us. We ordered the Caeser Salad and Goat Cheese Fondue for appetizers. Overwhelming bursts of flavor with that Goat Cheese Fondue and artisan bread with a jelly created an exceptional delight of flavors in my mouth. The salad had the perfect amount of dressing and large enough for two of us to share. My cousin ordered a Mushroom with Carmelized Onions pizza and I had the Margherita one. We literally could have shared one but having leftovers has continued the experience that even my picky, 13 year old nephew said, "That pizza was really good!" as he ate some of my leftovers. Every bite exuded freshness. As a bread aficionado, I could tell these hand crafted ingredients were indeed "made with love" as they claim. I love that on their menu they write, "Our Dough is sacred. 96 hour process. 5 ingredients only." Melt in your mouth deliciousness. We had an early lunch so missed any crowds. There $2 Tappy Hour is enticing. The outdoor lounge area will be perfect with a bit warmer weather. I give the restaurant a 5 for quality, courtesy, professionalism but especially the freshest pizza with the most exquisite ingredients I have ever have. I would recommend dining there even though take out pizza would still be great. Make sure you have time to hang out and talk like my cousin and I did. Enjoy the environment, the scents, the incredible flavors.

my wife and I ordered the lunch special chicken sandwich and salad. we both got a half chicken and completely different salads/dressing than we ordered. The waitress messed it up. So we told them and they brought us the correct order after a wait. Will not return - nothing special about the food.

First things first: the food was very good. We had a pizza with "gluten friendly" crust (am I the only one who interprets that as "great if you want gluten"?) and chicken wings -- both were very good. Drinks were a mixed bag -- mixed drinks were great, but they were out of my choice of beer (the thing they're known for), and when I ordered a bottled import, it took forever to get a glass to drink from. A simple thing, and yet they totally blew it. Our server was wonderful when he could be himself -- but things went south when he had to recite what was obviously the management-mandated opening script. Manager paced the place non-stop, and finally stopped by our table -- but it felt forced. Unlikely we'll be back since we're passing through, but if we did, it would be good if the experience matched the food.

Came here on a Thursday after work and I must say I was impressed. We were shown our seats and we ordered our drinks.... 5 dollars for beer since it was happy hour! We basically then just ordered appetizers for all of us to indulge in! The atmosphere was perfect and the conversation and laughter was much needed! If you’re ever in Dallas, stop on by, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was okay. We got there for an 11:15 am reservation right when it opened but they sat us right out at a table in the middle of the sun at 98 degrees heat. When we asked for another table in the shade or inside, they told us it was “reserved” yet no one showed up at those tables at least for another hour. We quickly ate and left. Disappointed. Will not spend money here again.

It's perfect. The crust, the char, the cheese, the sauce.. it's like a party in your mouth. It's got a sophisticated atmosphere. The only downfalls: 1. If you're going to have it, eat in. Don't order online on ubereats - it'll take awhile, and it comes colder than it should. No fault of theirs, just doesn't taste as nice as it does straight out of the oven. 2. If you're a larger person, the seating can be hard to share on some tables. (it's picnic table style seating with no backs to the chairs).

Great pizza and the bartender was top notch. He was fun and engaging, and since I was there alone it was nice. Beer options and drink choices also fantastic.

On a business trip and ventured down the street about a mile from the hotel to this great find. What more could you want...cold beer & excellent pizza. I had the sausage pizza and swapped out the smoked mozzarella for regular mozzarella. The pie was great with what appeared to be a sour dough crust and baked in wood fired oven. A great local Helles lager draft went great with the pizza. This place is well wort the visit.

This was the worst Chicken Parmesan I have ever had. It was dry and fried and no Sauce over it. It had a half piece of sliced cheese on it. Then i asked for some tomatoe sauce and they gave me about 2 tablespoons in a small bowl and charged me $1.00 for that sauce. So for $30.00 I got chicken Parmesan, Caesar salad and ice tea. Probably the worst meal I've had in a long time.

The crust is excellent. The freshly baked bread - very tasty. After that ... everything else is average to poor: - server had no idea what the beers were, couldn't describe them, etc. Finally, she just gave up and brought us tastes of various things. Then, when she (finally, long wait at 5:30pm when place was not crowded) brought out beers, got the order wrong. - utensils were delivered (again, after a long delay) after food was delivered. Allowing what might have been hot food, to go cold (yes, it took that long) - Pizza toppins were undercooked - they have two desserts, both were pretty tasty, I'd suggest the donuts, if you are into sugar, with the honey. Supposedly "home made" chocolate, was cold and was starting to separate. Didn't appear to have been tempered (or stored) correctly - Salads were unremarkable. Typical lettuce fare - Wine bottles were stored incorrectly (bottles standing, allowing corks to dry out) - pacing was terrible. cold salads delivered then at the same time - hot appetizer was delivered. Even though when ordering, we said (very clearly, trying to help our server who seemed to have no training and no experience) - let's start with an appetizer and then we'll have some salad and then our pizza - water glasses remained empty Management could be seen wondering around and they were three deep at the front door to greet - but clearly not interested in ensuring guests were treated correctly. Three times we were told about the $10 pie Tuesday. I guess when they have a "sale" on the food, folks feel better about it. Place is very loud.

Stopped by for lunch today. The place can't be more than a few months old and still had that new restaurant smell to it. And in this case, that smell was pizza! While I never saw the oven, I am assuming it was wood based on the pile of lumber out front and the smell inside. The place is casual but cool without trying to hard. Great bar although I did not partake. But I did have their ceasar salad to warm up and then the salami pie. 12" of crispy, crunchy deliciousness. If ever over on that side of town, this is a place to spend a lunch or dinner for sure.

We have eaten take out from the Pie Tap location on Hendersen Avenue a few times, and we have always enjoyed the pizza. The fresh ingredients and amazing crust make for a delicious combo. The only drawback is that that location of Pie Tap is always crowded and the wait times at peak dining hours are ridiculous. Hence why we have always eaten take out. However. we were recently in the Design District with a large party on a Saturday night. Once I realized that Pie Tap accepts reservations I made reservations a few days in advance and we decided to try it for a dine-in experience. I am so glad we did! Even on a busy Saturday night, the wait staff was extremely accommodating for our party of 8. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Excellent beer and wine menu as well.

Pizza was good and service was faster than expected. Some fine area beers to be had and options other than pizza available.

Great find in the Dallas Design District. We sat on the patio and had the meat and cheese board with wine while taking in the view of the Dallas Skyline. The pizza looked amazing and my husband said the Rosemary bread was out of this world. They unfortunately do not have a Gluten Free Crust or bread option at this time, but we have been told that they are working on it. Really enjoyed our evening in the Dallas Design District.

I'm a local and Tried this for the first time yesterday, and my friend and I loved it! Pizza was divine and service was over the top (thank you, Troy!). We heard from another customer that brunch is also fantastic, so we're already planning a quick return!

Upon arrival the place was moderately busy, but I had no trouble getting a seat. The beverage came in a can, but that wasn't a huge issue. I ordered the knots and a Margherita for dinner that evening. The knots were great. They were hot and fluffy, and the whipped spread was a perfect addition to the starter. The pizza, however, was a bit of a disappointment. The top wad cooked, but the bottom had a raw, doughy texture. Flavor wise it had a lot of potential, but the bottom kind of ruined it. Might be worth a second visit if nothing else was available.

Had lunch here with friends while visiting Upper Room Dallas. Great hang spot if you're group loves pizza. Really enjoyed the aesthetic and the service was great, would definitely go back!

We are frequent Pie Tap lover’s. Love the meatballs as an appetizer. I do not eat red meat so these delicious chicken meatballs are to die for. Can never leave unhappy when I order the mushroom pizza. I also do not eat egg, so I get it without it. Other people, swear by the egg. Never can leave, without dessert. Make it two thumbs up with chocolate blackout cake!!

Let me start by saying that I rarely write a bad review, but I thought I needed to speak my piece on this place as all of their reviews were glowing and misleading. Review - My husband and I tried this new pizza restaurant as the reviews were very good, though warned you needed a reservation if you arrived after 6. We arrived at 5 to avoid any issues, only to be told by the hostess that if we couldn't eat within an 1.5 hours, they couldn't seat us as they had reservations. What??????? Poor hostess service. She could have asked us to sit outside if they were booked as there were many open tables and it was a beautiful evening. As we knew we would be out in an hour, we sat down. Our waiter was a bit lifeless/not friendly, but did provide good service. And I loved the atmosphere (industrial). We ordered a margarita pizza. When it arrived, there wasn't much to the pizza....basically cooked dough with a little sauce onside and 3 whole basil leaves. If there was cheese on it, I couldn't find it. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised and very disappointed! Wish we would have gone to Kenny's across the street! one last thing....if you do try this restaurant and you have kids...you will be eating outside. Another thought - this place seems to only want the 20 something crowd and wants to be a bar.

This is a very cool restaurant that we went to for Sunday lunch. Really liked the pizza- crispy, wood fired oven pizza. The service was very good and they did a great job on the design of this restaurant......glad to see this area finally developing We will be back......

I'm beginning to make this my go-to pizza joint. Pie is fresh tasting and has a nice assortment of combinations. Crispy this crust doesn't weigh you down. If you like stuffed crust, super bready, meat lovers, pizza drowning in plastic-tasting cheese, don't go here.

Went on a Wednesday night with four of us! Shared two salads and two pizzas! They both were delicious! Enough for four we also had the lollipop chicken wings were super yummy! The deserts were the best part of dinner! Couldn’t choose which one I liked better! Donuts and chocolate cake are the only two options which are both a must! Wish they had a cappuccino!

We were looking for a resturant we could walk to from the Anatole and found it. Thursdays are 1/2 price bottls of wine and we were seated right away. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was excellent. We got the fondue (great hot, fresh bread) and the pasta. The meatballs were more like sausage with fennel but the bolognese was great. They called their dessert doughnuts but they were more like zepole. (Little fried dough balls rolled in sugar) absolutely loved this place. We may go back this weekend.

Tuesday special all pizzas $10. The great think is you can order half of one kind and half another. This way you can taste all the varieties.

This place serves some of the best pizza ever. The way they cook the food in the brick oven where people can see is amazing. The restaurant is in a great location and you can see Reunion Tower light up when you step outside. Great for brunch and dinner on a date night or with friends .

As far as I am concerned, this is the best pizza around! We came down for a weekend to Big D, and chose this over a pricey place that would have been about an hours drive...and we couldn't be happier!! From the delicious crust to the fresh toppings; even the pepper flakes tasted super-fresh!! They also had a great selection of locally brewed beers and wine! I love, love, loved this place, and can't wait to come back!

we went in for lunch around 2 PM. They were not that busy and we were seated immediately. Service was very friendly - they have lots of drinks on the menu including loads of local craft brews - I had a black lager which was great. My son had the cheese pizza which was great. my wife and I had the veggie pizza and we were able to substitute the cheese of our choice. It was good. we also ordered the chocolate cake dessert. They also have a donut dessert but unfortunately the manager was not willing to mix and match the 2 desserts. Good service, good pizza and good beer

Ok, this place does have a bar. There is a decent beer selection-draft and can/bottles. Very cute décor-industrial vibe, but still cozy. There are several different places to sit: seating at the "pizza bar" where you can watch them prep and make the pizzas, some communal type tables, and "normal" tables. Good salads (not over-dressed) and excellent pizza. There does seem to be attention to detail. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and friendly. Will return in the future to try some of the pastas.

My daughter and son in law took me to Pie Tap Pizza with the three grandchildren where they have gluten free pizza for my daughter and grand daughter who have celiac. The pizza variety was different but very tasty. The prosciutto pizza had an aged balsamic vinegar on it that made it more of a sweet dessert pizza. We boxed up the left over pizza which I planned to feed my grandchildren for lunch the next day. When lunchtime rolled around and they were chomping at the bit for pizza I looked in the frig and couldn't find it. Called my daughter at work and she said that we must have forgotten it at Pie Tap. The kids had their hearts set on that pizza so guess where we went for lunch. Will definitely return when I am back visiting in Dallas.

This is a must try restaurant. Great made fresh pizza dough for their delicious pizzas but also have sandwiches and salads. The draft beer selection is full of choices.

Thought I'll try this place out was down the road from my hotel read the reviews on here. Staff very friendly bartender knew his stuff I ordered the Margarita pizza was good when it first came out as it got colder the cheese had gone hard and was like rubber. Apart from that all was good.

From the time you walk in, until you leave. A full great experience ! The hostess was So nice and friendly . The server was attentive Without hovering . My friend had a wonderful fresh salad , I believe it was the Workshop salad. It was a great portion , so fresh surrounded by wonderful salami. Yum ! I am really picky about pizza. We did just simply the Pepperoni. It was WONDERFUL! The crust was a hand tossed type , the perfect amount of marinara and cheese, that crust was so crispy ! I am Impressed. And I will definitely be back. As we were leaving they opened the door , thanked us and told us they hoped we would return. I will !!!

This location in particular Is my favorite. The pizza is killer- I like to order the vegetarian (sans the eggplant) add pepperoni, The crispy kale on top is delicious… The chicken meatballs are great. Anything that comes with bread(they bake it themselves), order extra bread, you won't be sorry but you will be fat(but happy)😂 Great selection of tap beer served up by Troy and Nicole… Again two of my favorites

...That I'm unable to eat there tonight. I had a Margarita pizza and a lemonade. Great crust, great red sauce. Left wanting more.

Yes, you heard me right - house made donuts at a pizza place. The pizza and beer is great as is the pasta. In particular I liked the Pappardelle Bolognese and my daughter went for the pepperoni pizza which is big enough for one person. But the best is last and that is the house made donuts with honey or chocolate sauce for desert. A fairly small place with both indoor and outdoor seating (needs good weather) and reasonable parking. It was close to our hotel and a place we would visit more than one time if out travels allow.

The second we walked in we were sat at a table. I loved the industrial look they were going for. There waiter was nice and quick to get our order and food. I ordered the archer (whiskey type drink), but wasn't carded which is odd because I look so young haha. The food was great! We ordered the pepperoni pizza. It was definitely enough for two and then some. We will come back for sure, i highly recommend.

I got the pepperoni pizza with bacon. The pizza was great and the service was ok. It is a little expensive for pizza, but not terribly so.

This place is the perfect place for a great Pizza and local brew. I was only in Dallas for one night and am fortunate to have found Pie Tap. I can't say enough. Pizza was spectacular, food came very quickly and they have a great selection of Custom beer on tap. They have a lot of wine too but that's not my thing. My server , Andy, was attentive and very helpful with his recommendations. This place really knocks it out of the park.

A few interesting, but overall limited, choice of pizza combinations - toppings & cheese were quite sparse. If there is such a thing as diet pizza, this would be it. A sausage pizza without tomato sauce a little unusual? Thin, limp crust surrounding a thick, dry outer crust they call "bones". For those, you'll need the dipping sauce they sell for extra $. Servers were friendly. Very noisy once full which made it difficult to converse with anyone not seated right next to you. Unfortunately, just not our style of pizza. Maybe the pasta dishes and salads are better?
Excellent!
We stopped on a whim not knowing anything about it but just had a few minutes to grab a quick bite. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating. They offered lots of suggestion and info. Very clean. The food was phenomenal! We had garlic knots, mushroom pizza, kids pasta and some drinks. Would love to go back next time we’re in Dallas!
