Great authentic Mexican food.

By Joseph H |

My family and I ate here during a recent trip to Las Vegas. The tacos were fantastic. Each type of taco had different combinations of flavors and toppings. The quesadilla that my wife ordered was likewise great. Prices a little high, but worth it. Definitely recommended.

Poor service

By Heather |

I had the blood orange margarita, a pollo taquito and a potato & cheese taquito. The margarita comes with a spicy rim, so keep that in mind if you don't like that. The food was good, but the cashier was not friendly or very polite. I don't anticipate returning anytime soon.

As good the second time

By jgot |

We discovered Pinches Taco at the Container Park on a 2014 visit. At the time, we were not fond of Mexican food. Turns out, we hadn't tried good Mexican food. So on our return visit to Las Vegas, we had to return to Pinches Taco to see if it was really that good. We ordered our meal. Finished the food. Then ordered more. We started with Mexican corn and three tacos in a combination plate. The corn was slathered with Mexican cream (which tasted like mayo), with cheese and spices. Delicious and very messy. In the combination, we had asada (beef), al pastor (pork) and pollo Mole (chicken) tacos. They were all good, but we thought the salsa on the mole taco fought a bit with the other sauce. But the asada was good enough that, when we decided we could do two more tacos, it made another visit on our plate. For the other taco, we ordered a California chile pork, which was nice and spicy. But not as yummy as the asada. The combo plate came with rice, beans and chips. Honestly, they were good, but not something that stood out next to the tacos. Last visit we had a great pineapple juice. This time, we had hibiscus juice, which was sweet, tart and delicious.

Better than Expected

By vegascarroll |

We recently ate here on a very busy weekend. Ordering process was painfully slow but our food was very good. Some of the better Mexican that we have had in Vegas and has a great roof top eating area

Cool little place

By JessG13 |

I realize Pinches is actually a chain, but this location has a super cool vibe because... well it is in a retrofitted shipping container. As one of the eateries in container park it is designed like the others to have you eat outside the contain in the little community. There are limited tables inside, but why? Once you order you are given a Loteria card to place on your table as a locator. I am not familiar with this game, but I love these little cards. It fits well with their traditional Mexican / Dia de los muertos theme. I have been here a few times because it is easy, quick, tasty Mexican food with great vegetarian options including nopal (cactus) that was recommended by the staff. They are always busy and must be doing very well as they just opened a second location in town at The Gramercy on Russell Road.

One of the best Mexican meals I've had outside of Mexico!

By Morleycat |

Really I think you can't go wrong with any item on this menu. I had the tortilla soup and fish tacos which were both incredible, but so many other things looked incredible. Be advised these are small tacos but the bang for your buck is so good that it doesn't matter. Authentic, fresh and made with love. Eat outside on the patio and enjoy the live music and ambience of Container Park.

New Location at the Gramercy!! Off of West Russell and the 215..

By Sandra D |

Verry yummy! Defanetly a new lunch place for me... Can't wait to bring my family in. The staff is delightfull, Great atmosphere, I love the truck seat booths.. The food has a wonderful flavor, and it's not too spicy.

Great Mexican food

By AZGandalf |

Really good food and reasonable prices. Carne asada burrito was great combo of flavors. Down town location in Container village very nice.

Tasty!

By Matthew A |

We had some time to kill and ended up in the container park. An owner of a different container suggested we get tacos at Pinches. We got a sample platter and it was delicious. The service was quick and the tacos were tasty. I just wish we ordered more.

Good and authentic

By 007DAWG |

It's a great little spot where you order at the counter and then take your food up on the roof for outside. Nothing fancy just good solid traditional Mexican food. I would eat here again

A cool little place to hang out in the container park

By KY_IT_GUY |

My wife and I sat on the patio/deck outside of Pinches on a warm sunny day in November and enjoyed a few beers and some really good tacos. I had a good time interacting with the staff when we ordered our food and drinks and even though you order your food inside, they came out to check on us to see if we needed anything else. This is a cool place to hang out and enjoy good food and music day or night.

Soooo good!

By oconnors13 |

Definitely check this place out! It's so gooood. Lots of options! So flavorful, the right amount of kick. Quick service too! "Real Mexican food cooked by real Mexicans" great concept!

Gringa Tacos

By Vegas Life |

Their Gringa tacos are the best ever. I love tacos and this place has some of the best tacos I've had. Their carnitas nachos are the bomb too. Great place!

Best Corn on the Cob ever

By Benito_y_Lupita_P |

Wanted a quick bite while visiting the Container Park. In a word, ¡delicioso! The tacos are legit Mexican goodness. Pick a few and you'll like them all. And the corn on the cob, smothered in a delicious mexican cream, cheese and chili powder, is a must order.

Awesome tacos.

By Maggymccreary |

I love this place, it is the closest to real mexican street food you can get, it's fresh, tasty, fast, but, not too fast, because they make the tortillas on the spot... WHAT?!?!?! amazing, so delicious, and the corn in the cob WOW! Dos x beer on tap, lager and amber, tasty aguas frescas, great service, the people there are amazing. I always go when I'm in Las Vegas, every time I'm in Las Vegas.

Confused by 5 star reviews

By Lizurd |

With every ounce of my being, I wanted to love this place. The setup was perfect: it's in a container park (which I love), the menu had some of my favorites that unauthentic places would generally miss (like al pastor and horchata), and I witnessed a woman speaking Spanish and making the tortillas by hand (a great sign). I even loved that Loteria cards were used as table markers. Unfortunately, things fell flat once I started tasting things. The horchata had a LOT of cinnamon, the rice was almost like plain white rice with a dash of tomato sauce in the whole batch for a little color, my al pastor taco was super dry, the chicken in another taco looked like potato and lacked flavor. The carne asada was good as plain steak, but it didn't have the traditional asada seasoning. It just tasted like someone cut big chunks of meat off of a plain steak. The beans were decent, and the tortillas were good. *The staff was very nice!* As much as I wanted to love this place, I didn't even want to take a third bite of any of my tacos. I'm a little confused by all of the awesome reviews here. I would actually give it only 2 1/2 stars, but I think that 2 would be too low, so I went with 3. Maybe there is no other Mexican food in Vegas? I wouldn't go back.

Excellent food

By Katie |

We usually holiday in Mexico and it's one of our favourite foods. This place certainly hit the spot. Great food and amazing blood orange margarita!! Recommended. Great little place too.

Great Mexican food in a great park

By saucymoe |

We had tacos here after playing at the park. I wouldn't classify this as top Mexican cuisine, but the location definitely made everything taste better.

Good food

By Darryl D |

Fast friendly service. The fish tacos were good but I really enjoyed the chicken mole tacos, the mole sauce is really excellent. I will try to make it back before we leave!

Wish they were in FL

By AmberQu |

What this place lacked in atmosphere, the food made up for in yumminess. The service was just adequate. The place was small. There was a line and a bit of a wait. But none of that mattered once the food was ready because it was super tasty. I wish there was one of these near where I live, I would definitely visit again.

Lunch at The Container Park

By Chas49 |

We have been to the container park multiple times over the years and this is a must stop when we come to Vegas. The food is always outstanding and the help is great.

Great blood orange margarita

By Txtohawaii |

I've never had a blood orange margarita before, it was awesome. The food was very tasty and a good value. The staff was very friendly and a joy to chat with.

Pinches burrito amd taco meal.

By hopper1983 |

Burrito was filled with to much rice and not enough meat. And salsa for the chips didnt taste to fresh. Partners tacos were good but when asked to make a meal out of it charged us and extra 3dollars for more rice and some bean dip. Just thought value wasent there.

Real Mexican food!!

By ReneeA35 |

The sign was right at this place. My husband who travels to Mexico said this is authentic Mexican food. Tacos, rice, beans and chips were spot on. Yum. Totally eating there again on our next visit.

Excellent Mexican Food Experience - Real Mexican Food made by real Mexicans

By C S |

My Vegas plan was eating good & local! It turns out the best food is outside the casinos. A block or three walk from Heart Attack burger joint & Fremont Experience The Container Park, a lovely installation of artist shop spaces in a beautiful arrangement of shipping containers, with an interior courtyard set up as an elaborate playground for kids, and a series of cool, upscale artisan shops offering food, drinks. There we stumbled across Pinches Tacos. Pinches serves up the best Mexican I have had since leaving California. My dish was flautas, crispy on the outside with a potato & onion filling, decked a spicy red sauce, crema & cotija cheese & served with a tomatillo salsa - a perfect blend of spicy & crispy. We also ordered burrito asada, also with a tomatillo salsa, high quality beef - simple & tasty. Their beef is grass fed and reasonably priced. The trio of tacos was a beautiful dish, with traditional soft sided tacos, lightly crisped and each taco had a different filling & tasty sauce, like carne asada and a shrimp with red sauce. The side of beans were also quite tasty. They make in house chips (flour tortilla based) and a nice pineapple aqua fresca. Prices were great. Seating is limited and picnic style indoors & out. Enjoy!

Hand made tortillas!!

By GeoffChen |

Flat out the best taco joint in the country! The only tacos that I've ever had that were even comparable were those I got in Mexico. The tortillas are nice in thick because the are hand made and the lengua is to die for...big chunks that are soooo tender the melt in your mouth. It's a must try in Vegas!

Delicious, quick, and kind

By Familia A |

Great food at a reasonable price. The staff was responsive and nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great location in a creative environment (container park).

Great for lunch

By dumplings_n_grits |

I was impressed. It was pretty authentic mexican. I had the combo plate which was 3 tacos with rice and beans. The asada was tasty, well seasoned and full of steak. The gringo friend taco was packed full of stuff. It does get a bit busy at lunch so go early

Best food we ate all week.

By Dawna Leigh W |

Of all the restaurants we ate at during our week in Las Vegas, the food here was by far the best ! I had shrimp tacos with rice and street corn. My son had the asada burrito. Everything is made to order, so there is a wait , but it was well worth it. The street corn was amazing !

Nice little burrito place in sweet location

By R H |

The sea container park is an oasis in the constant washing machine of light and noise that is Las Vegas and Pinches is a nice Mexican eatery in the corner. The service is good and the food is really nice. I had a fish burrito and it was fresh and tasty and I sat outside on the tables enjoying the winter sunshine. I would recommend it if you like mexican food.

The 9205 W Russell Rd edition

By FadedFoodie |

Saw the sign coming out of a business meeting just after noon. First timer, ordered a carnitas burrito. Nice presentation with salsa and a few chips - not too many to go to waste. Burrito texture was excellent with ample guacamole. Salsa was a bit watery. Could do better. Staff is terrific - cheery and helpful. Could be a great happy hour hang. Returning...

Great tortillas!

By lucybaddog |

This place is great for a quick cheap eat. The prices are right and the food is very flavorful and perfectly cooked. The tortillas are so fluffy.

EXCELENTE!!!!!!

By DougandDawn1 |

Doug and Dawn here, just had some really delicious tacos, down at container park! After walking Freemont St. we kept walking to Pinches Taco. The selection is unbelievable, with about 100 choices. Dawn and I have recently been on a vegetarian diet, so we had all veggie tacos. The place is authentic, great outside seating, and most of all, DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Would go again

By illini0127 |

Paid $14 for my meal of three individual tacos and horchata. However the food was good and I'm sure the rent is very high with it being in Container Park. Service was good and they were not busy at 8 on a Sunday night

Very good food.

By BBQJIM |

Food is very good. The say "Real Mexican Food by Real Mexicans". A for sure spot on Fremont Street in Container Park. Very small, with big flavor.

Love the tacos al pastor and the chilaquiles!

By Lakeside31 |

Cute little place with great food, and wonderful blood orange margaritas. We liked it so well that we went twice. Service is top notch- they really want their customers to be happy.

Best Authentic Mexican Ever

By Rangila |

Great menu choices, fabulous food. Sit inside or outside. Outside allows you to better enjoy the live music. Give the Blood Orange Margarita a try-so worth it.

Worth the walk down Fremont st.

By Omar A |

We`ve stayed lists of times on Fremont Downtown Casinos. First time ventured past the casinos and into the neighborhood. Well worth the trip. We ended up at Container Park. It's a shopping and eating district and the food was well worth it. You got to have the "sopes" , they are delicious. The tacos are great the combos are worth it. You got to go. One more reason to go back. : ]

Dont miss the fish tacos!

By FoodVagabond |

This place in the somewhat new Container Park down in "old" Vegas is the right pick for authentic and crazy fresh tacos. We had tree different tacos with meat, pork and white fish and they where all supercrisp and very tasty with cabbage and great tasting cactus salsa that added that extra twist to the food. Beware if you ask for hot salsa on the tacos though as hot is really HOT in Mexico. We are used to very spicy mexican, thai and indian food but we where sweating after eating this salsa and had to flush it down with a couple fo extra beers. Yeah i know its a hard life........ha he. All kidding aside. If you love tacos, just go. Thank me later.

Yummy!

By bzymom22 |

We wandered down to the Container Park from Fremont St. Our cabby had told us to check it out. The guy in the toy store recommend it as a good place to eat. I had the Not a Nachos with chicken...chips and guacamole were so good! I had a margarita -also good. I think it was $15 for both...could easily share the nachos with another person. A yummy pit stop!

Tasty Tacos

By LVXtlman |

I have always been a taco snob. Beef has been the way to go, even though there are a myriad of other ingredients that work. So I decided to go for a bit of a change. I have never liked coleslaw but I tried the Camaron which is a shrimp with Veracruz slaw. Between those and the blood orange margarita, was probably one of the tastiest meals I have ever had.

Best Tacos

By JackieShawnLuva |

This is another of our regular stops when we are in Vegas. The container park this is located in is amazing. The tacos here or anything you get is authentic and some of the best Mexican food I have tasted at a restaurant. Definitely a place you have to visit before you leave.

Great find

By Ironcity |

This will be added on to my list of places to visits when I’m in Vegas. Great Mexican taco shop in container park downtown Las Vegas. My friend had a taco salad and loved it. I had 3 al pastor soft taco and some watermelon water and it was great. Great friendly staff. Sitting inside or out. Lunch was about $7-10

FREAKING Delicious Tacos

By Autumn R |

The line is loco long and the beef and chicken tacos even crazier. I had two visits in one night. FREAKING DELICIOUS.

A Must-Stop Location

By Conniesat |

Located in Container Park downtown, this small restaurant is big on flavor. Great food, but the star of this show is the Blood Orange Margarita. If you are looking for the best drink in town, look no further. See you in August!

Very good food.

By William L |

Authentic is the word that applies to this restaurant the most. The food is excellent and the prices are pretty good for the quality that you get. The menu does not show kids menu items but they do have three kids choices at five dollars apiece. Again great tasting food that is authentic and tasty.

Excellent Street Taco family style tacos

By PJJ33 |

This was recommended by a local LV resident. This is a cool family friendly street style taco place that does an excellent Gringo Taco. Pair it with a Michalada and Flan for dessert, heaven on earth. Been there 2x and it never fails.

Real Mexican food

By SteveStockCarFan |

Tasty food at reasonable prices. Only problem was selecting from the extensive menu! Plenty of outside tables when weather permits.

Authentic Mexican food in Container Park

By BeachBabe8662 |

This was a recommendation from a local, and turned out to be a great one. Inexpensive, authentic, big portions, delicious and friendly staff. You can eat inside at one of the 3-5 tables or outside, or take it to go. And Container Park is definitely something to do - fun shops run by local vendors in oversized shipping containers. A great place to do something off the strip.

Disappointing

By conventiontraveller |

I'm from California where there is no lack of good taquerias. The owner/brothers are inviting and very hospitable. I had the three tacos, each of different type. I felt all of them were under seasoned and lacked character. The meat was just too gristly for my taste though common in most places of this type. Chips are just ok. Margaritas are killer...try the peach.

Incredible food...

By Robyn B |

We visited this place while shopping at Container Park. The food was just wonderful. So tasty and generous portions. The staff was great too, had fun interacting with us tourists! I wish there was a location here in Massachusetts, as I would eat there regularly!

Not overly impressed

By Chiefbuff |

Sorry was not overly impressed with the layout, menu and service. You counter order and they deliver to the table. The table has no condiments, hot sauces etc and they only have one overly hot sauce behind the counter. Tacos were ok not much to rave about as was the quesadilla. Limited beverage choices with no non-carbonated unsweetened drinks likes iced tea. Don’t see it as a go to place for us there are a lot of choices in the area with better offerings.

Of my entire Vegas trip, this was my favorite meal

By JBV Films |

Kid friendly location (no kids after 9pm though) hand made tortillas, corn on the cob like you've never tasted before, and better (and cheaper) than any fancy restaurant you'll find on the strip

Best darn tacos, street corn, and Micheladas north of the border

By Marian J S |

In town for the weekend and ate a lot of food - some of it pretty fancy. Hands down, best place we went was Pinches! Got a nopal taco, a pastor taco, an ear of succulent cheesy spicy street corn, and the best freaking Michelada I have ever had (and I've had many!) On a 105 degree day in the blasting Vegas sun, Pinches was an oasis. Go to this place. And buy one of everything because it's probably gonna be pretty amazing.

Husbands 50th Birthday

By Staci F |

The best vegetarian nachos in Vegas. It a nice little spot but the food is amazingly delicious. I went hungry and left full. I could probably eat there everyday.

This is for the location off Russell and 215.

By Mel C |

The staff are attentive and very friendly. Drinks are good and Happy Hour is Sunday and Monday for drinking at a crazy low price. Tuesday's will get you a buck a taco. They are very good. And you can even get them to go.

Great Fun on a Beautiful Evening in LV

By JFBHouston |

A bartender on the Strip told us that Pinches Taco was the best Mexican food in LV, so, being experts on Mexican food from Texas, we drove downtown to The Container Park. First of all, The Container Park is worth the trip, just to see it. The "Park" is made from containers that have been stacked on each other to form a "mall" so to speak and each establishment has it's own container, almost like a food truck in containers. The center of the Park is full of tables and everyone takes their food to one of these tables to eat--just a big party. Pinches was excellent--by far the best Mexican food of the trip. We can't wait to go back!

Part of every Vegas trip

By ROBDRUMS |

Never disappointed. Homemade, authentic Mexican dishes. My fiance and I always adds Pinche Taco to our Vegas trips. The breakfast is great and worth the price.

Great food

By Dawn F |

A group of us, approximately 24, met here before a meeting. The food and atmosphere was great. We were able to order individually which made paying easier.

Authentic yummy food.

By Sue T |

This place was recommended by some friends in the area. I loved the container park - totally unique and fun location. We both got the combo plate - comes with 3 tacos, rice, beans and chips. I absolutely couldn't decide on the tacos so asked the chef to decide for us. They were all delicious but of course now I have no idea what kind they were. :-) We also shared a ceviche and chips, which was nice and fresh on a hot Las Vegas afternoon. All in all a good meal.

The Tacos, The Tacos, The Tacos

By GlasgowVegas |

The Tacos, The Tacos, The Tacos Ate here twice in the week we stayed in Vegas. I love Mexican food and this is superb. It's a small container in the container park, with a small menu. It feels like going round to someones house. The Tacos are wonderful. They are all made to order, small plates with rice and black bean and totilla. The UK has nothing like this, you must try here if you are over. I love the decor, I love the food. You need to pay with card as a heads up but you can have an amazing meal for 2 for 40-50 dollars with drinks.

Yummy Tacos!

By Crissy N |

This place has great food and margaritas at reasonable prices. We came here from the strip and overall downtown Vegas has way more affordable food and drinks.

It was OK but a little pricey

By lmarl72936 |

Food is ok, not the best not the worse. We waited in line for almost 15 min then another 10 min for the food to be ready. Prices are a little high but other then that I would say it was ok at its best.

Good but pricey!

By doggiedaddie |

I always try the carne asada tacos when going to a Mexican restaurant. These were not bad but cost way too much for such a simple taco. I pay between 1.50 and 1.99 for very good tacos. The line is way too long and not enough places to sit. Overall I might go back but there are so many Mexican eateries to check out if you live in the southwest.

Great food and atmosphere!

By Megan G |

This place located in the container district on Fremont street in Las Vegas is a must when in town! The atmosphere is great and the food is even better! Try the corn and asada fries!

Great Michelada

By Sarah B |

We went here during the afternoon mid-week and ordered a michelada, the chorizo dip and the Latin Lover shot. Unfortunately they were out of the last two, but the cashier was very nice and apologetic, so we got our red beer and headed out to discover the Container Park. That was a very good michelada! I'm a bit of a connoisseur in this category, and this was close to the best I've had. The seating is limited inside, but it's easy to find space to sit outside, or walk around like we did. We hope to visit again next time we're in town and try their food.

Big flavor and atmosphere in a little space

By Conniesat |

You wouldn't think you would have such variety when you walk in the door, but the menuboard is jam packed with choices. The tacos are delicious, and you can choose from beef, pork, shrimp, or fish. You can get a small snack or a whole meal. There's even tables to sit inside and dine. The best surprise are the blood orange margaritas. They are one of the best margaritas I've ever had. All in all, dining here was a great experience and a delicious choice. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from Fremont St. experience.

Vegas bound

By alma v |

We stopped here after the Freemont Experience. I Ordered the nachos and were really good. No complaints. Rest of the family ordered tacos and they didn’t like them. They said tacos tasted like old meat and had to much spice. Place is located in a 2 story place with other shops and places to eat.

Real mexican food made by real mexicans!

By PatriceM53 |

Walked by Pinches Taco on our first visit to Shipping Container Park in Las Vegas. Was attracted by the claim of "real Mexican food make by real Mexicans". Had the pork burrito as recommended by one of Pinches' friendly staff....fantastico!!! Flavorful and authentic. We'll make Pinches Taco one of our regular restaurant stops when visiting Vegas from now on!

Authentic

By JPfullhouse |

Best chicken flautas!!! Small authentic Mexican restaurant, family owned. Great service and food was delicious.

Wonderful Taqueria

By Vic777_12 |

Creative set up in a container in Container Park: Vibrant colors, folk art throughout. The menu is expansive. Everything is made fresh when you order. That means the dough for your taco is shaped by hand and cooked on the griddle when you order-- no pre-made tortillas here. The portions are generous. The only thing is there is limited seating because it is in a re-purposed trailer/container.

Family Friendly Burrito and Taco Spot

By Aymster71 |

We popped in on Friday afternoon for lunch after a recommendation from a friend. This place is tiny but order and pay then they’ll bring it out to you. Plenty of outdoor seating and a few tables inside too. I had the Carnitas burrito, husband had Pollo burrito. Both came with fresh made tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious! The burrito was huge, grilled and wrapped in foil then cut into two halves. I was way impressed with them, and the woman who took out order was very friendly and helpful.

What is Everyone Smoking?

By mauiwolf |

I don't know what the fuss is all about. This spot was extremely average. The meat in the tacos was dry and over-cooked and they were really tiny. I was not excited at all. The wife's burrito got the same reaction. There are so many outstanding reviews on here of this place it makes me wonder if the tacos came with a side of hash, if you know what I mean. I will say that it's the best Mexican food in the Container Park.

Authentic mexican food

By Vicki R |

I ordered the chicken enchiladas with rice and my husband ordered the pork burrito with rice.. very good food..everything tastes great and the service was friendly, I would definitely come back

I would expect good tacos

By Jim B |

]I love the Container Park, and my wife always loves Mexican. We tried Pinches Taco, as they have another location on Russell near my mother's house. I love good tacos the traditional way - soft corn tortillas with onions and cilantro. A good taco starts with a good tortilla. Unfortunately the tortillas at Pinches are not good. The fillings are decent, but the tortillas were thick and rubbery and tasteless. What a disappointment. Also, there were cheap mixers for the margaritas prominently displayed behind the bar. What kind of decent Mexican restaurant uses horrible mixes for the base for a margarita?

Dinner

By Martha C |

Great Costumer Service, Excellent food, I will go back to this place with all my family and friends I love it.

A yummy late lunch/early dinner!

By Julie K |

I stopped off here after going to the Bike Fest which was a little ways down the street. I wandered in Container Park and decided to eat at Pinches Tacos. I ordered the 3 taco combination which for me was a fish taco, a carnitas taco, and a chicken mole taco. I also decided to try their blood orange margarita. Everything was delicious! It was a beautiful but windy day. I sat outside on the patio with my table flag and waited for the meal to be brought to me. It was a great place to people-watch. I love Container Park and I will definitely be back to try more tacos at Pinches Tacos.

"Real Mexican Food By Real Mexicans"

By jgot |

We stopped at this small stand at the Container Park, in downtown Las Vegas, while eating our way around the park. We split two tacos for lunch and enjoyed the genuine flavor so much, we went back for dinner. For lunch, we split the asada (grilled angus beef) and pollo mole (chicken and mole sauce), with a glass of fresh pineapple juice. It was so good, and so flavorful, that when we were trying to figure out what to have for dinner, we went back for more. At dinner, we got the three-taco combination plate with refried beans and rice. In addition to encores of the beef and chicken from lunch, we added the Al Pastor, slow-broiled, marinated pork. I had to get another glass of that amazing pineapple juice. If it had been closer to the Strip casino where we were staying, we would have visited a couple of more times during the week to sample the rest of the amazing menu. We truly thought it was some of the best, most authentic Mexican "street" food we had ever had.

Nice place to get street tacos

By Chuck M |

Alot of choice for mexican food. Quick and easy to get in and out or dine there. Food is great and resonably priced.

Authentic Mexican food in downtown Vegas

By xx_mamber_xx |

We stopped by container park on a Wednesday evening a couple weeks ago and decided to give this place a try. Their food was excellent and the staff couldn't be friendlier! We are from Southern California and it was a nice surprise to find some authentic Mexican food in downtown Vegas! Definitely will make this place a regular stop.

Tasty and satisfying

By serene23539 |

Friendly staff, good prices, really nice tacos, good portion sizes - get one for a satisfying snack or more for a full meal

I had high hopes this would

By Glenda P |

I had high hopes this would be an authentic Mexican place away from the strip. I was wrong. Serves me right for eating in a shopping center 🤦🏻‍♀️

Fresh...

By John L |

...does not describe this great little find. Hiding in the back of Shipping Container Park, its a small, clean and did I say fresh? Really good tacos.

Best Mexican food!

By ballfarm |

We live near Chicago so get a lot of good Mexican food there. We were visiting Vegas & were down by Fremont Street sightseeing when we saw the container park & chose Pinches Tacos for lunch. My husband ordered a steak burrito & I got 2 al pastor tacos. Both were amazing! Really great flavor! Not as much meat in the burrito as we are used to back home but it didn’t detract at all from enjoying it! The homemade tortillas are so nice!

Fantastic service and fun, unique atmosphere

By Amy R |

Pinches has become one of our "locals". The service is some of the best service we've received in Las Vegas. Friendly, courteous staff. It's rare that you will wait for ANYTHING at all. It's fun, colorful, the food and drinks are good, the prices are right. They have a great Happy Hour all week/weekend.

Solid Mexican Restaurant Away From Everything

By Marcus N |

I order the three taco combo and my wife ordered a burrito. I enjoyed my meal, but my wife not so much.

Great Mexican food in a unique setting

By Chris L |

First, Container Park in Las Vegas is worth visiting if you are in the Fremont Street area. And Pinches Taco in the park has great Mexican food so search it out. Only thing missing were the free chips and salsa we are used to in the Midwest. But the staff was friendly and the opportunity to eat outside added to the eating experience. We were there for lunch on a weekday, so no crowds. One of us had a burrito and one had T/F (taquitos/flautas) and both were excellent.

Excellent Mexican Food inside a shipping container.

By Jim B |

Container Park is a nice location for this restaurant and the food was excellent. Red Enchiladas were very spicy which we love, the Mexican Corn on the Cob was the best we've had since we lived in New Mexico and the chicken quesadilla was prepared just right with a slightly crispy tortilla. Salsa and guacamole was better than most places too. Can be a little pricey when you add cocktail(s).

Real Mexican food, by Real Mexicans!

By Blinkiewich |

"Real Mexican food, by Real Mexicans!" Their slogan does them justice, Pinches Taco is good Mexican food at a great price although I feel they are gouging a little on the price of the Jarritos. We tried most of the taco menu and the Mexican corn on the cob over a few visits and the food was delicious with quick, happy service.

Yum!

By kari1001 |

This place was recommended to us by a Vegas local we chatted with on the bus on the way to Fremont Street (as was container park, otherwise we never would have gone there). It is nothing special to look at, but the food and margarita were exceptional! The guy at the front counter was helpful in choosing from the different selections of tacos. I got the 3 taco special and my friend got the burrito. Both were delicious! The tacos were a great size and had a generous amount of toppings - they were wonderful and authentic. The burrito was stuffed and so yum! The margarita was just right on a warm afternoon. I would definitely recommend checking this place out - it's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the Strip and Fremont St.

Just what I was craving

By natalied698 |

The salsas, guacamole, chips and meats were definitely authentic and homemade. The Pinche fries were flavourful and satisfying as a meal. The beers they serve are very complementary to the meal. Was by far the best meal we ate while in town.

Looking for good Mexican

By MarkWaters1974 |

I was looking for good Mexican. I did NOT find it here. I had 4 different tacos. The prawn was the best. But that's not saying much. The staff were friendly. But the chicken was tough it must have been pre cooked and Te heated as the edges were tough. The citrus pork was cold and generally the flavours were pretty average. If you want great Mexican then do t go here. The beer was good.

Container Park Lunch

By Perkadventures |

Had a great lunch here. Various types of Mexican food freshly made at a reasonable price. Was welcomed coming in and when leaving. Order taken at counter, table flag for food to be delivered either inside or out. Will return if in the area. Inside new downtown container park on Fremont st

Authentic & Delicious Mexican Food

By Arty |

We were staying at a hotel in Downtown Las Vegas and, because of Covid, had planned on either eating take-out or eating at restaurants with outdoor seating. We were tired of the food being served in the hotels and decided to walk up Fremont to see what else we could find. I hadn't ever visited the Container Park and was fascinated by the Flaming Mantis and the idea of a sort of "plaza" made from repurposed shipping containers, so we went inside and looked around. What a happy discovery to find Pinches Taco's! I had wanted to try authentic Mexican Food and this place was a plus because we could eat our dinner outdoors. As it happened, we discovered the upper terrace eating area and so took our large plates of food up there where we enjoyed the view of the mountains, the sunset, and the neon lights! I had chicken enchiladas--they were very tasty and not too spicy. My spouse had a humungo burrito with pork, chicken, beef, rice, beans and who knows what else. He enjoyed it but could hardly finish one half of it! I am no expert on the spicing of Mexican food, but we enjoyed this and had a happy visit. The Container Park is definitely worth a visit, too!

best mexican

By lakers60435 |

During our holiday in Vegas we went there twice, it was sooo good. We tried the fish burrito, the al Pator taco and the corn on the cob. Everything was delicious. No need to go to la comida downtown anymore. We sat aoutside, overlooking the container park and afterwards went to Oak & Ivy for cocktails. The perfect evening !!!!

Perfect little tacos and much needed respite from wild Fremont Street Experience.

By ckreie |

Loved our late night tacos here. Fresh ingredients, with homemade tortillas. Washed it down with a tall Mexican Coke in a bottle. Counter service was friendly, too. Got a little over stimulated at the Freemont Street Experience. Pinces, and the Downtown Container Park, were a great little break from the action.

Love it

By esims04 |

This place was very popular at lunch time! Their potato flautas were really good as an appetizer. Their asada tortas were also great but too much bread and not enough meat on it. The horchata was spot on authentic. They have two places to sit inside and covered seating upstairs. They bring your order to you even if you sit upstairs. Bring your own water though, 3 bucks for a bottle of water!

Great Spicy Food!

By Lemon Cat 9 |

Great Spicy Food! This place has great tacos and burritos. Got a bit of a spicy kick! Lots of flavor. Tasty food. Nice staff!! 🌮🌮🌯🌯

Good street tacos.

By PNW2010 |

Nice spot to stop for lunch in the container park. Very limited seating inside as it is more of a counter to order from. There is limited sun cover outside. Large menu available and basic beverages. Not bad for a quick lunch stop.

Tastiest Tacos!!

By S G |

We ate lunch here by chance while visiting the container park, and thank God we did!! Seriously was one of the yummiest things I ate all weekend while in Vegas! I had the Pollo burrito and loved!! My bro in law had the tacos and he said they were amazing. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and a nice cold Dos Equis to go with the meal! Muy delicioso!

Awesome Mexican Food

By AaronC10Toronto |

Great homemade and delicious Mexican good right inside Container Park. If you are coming down to Freemont Street then you must check it out. You won't be disappointed.

On a Budget!!!

By JetSetWithB |

I just love the Container Park and all of the dinning options. Pinches Taco's offers descent cheap eats. The cozy chalk board menu provides "AmerMex" food and more traditional dishes for others. The staff is excited to offer suggestions and they even bring your food to you when you dine outside.

Starving!

By anniefran83 |

This place is located in a perfect atmosphere. It's called the container parkway! Has tons of shops & dining spots here... The tacos are with handmade tortillas. Please have the Blood Orange margarita!!! Yum. We also ordered carne azada fries

Everything was perfect!

By Megan G |

We stumbled onto this place on accident and loved it! The atmosphere of the container park was amazing. We went with a group of ppl and shared everything. Everything was perfect from the asada fries to the corn and horchata.!! Will visit every time!!

Great Tacos!! The carne asada

By Tbird12345 |

Great Tacos!! The carne asada was cooked to perfection. No fat like a lot of times. We ate outside in the sunshine. Please late afternoon.

Pretty good tacos

By kimhanson915 |

Container Park is another great find when visiting Vegas. I love all the shops, restaurants, entertainment and family friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our tacos from Pinches before walking over to Fremont Street.

Very Authentic Mexican Food

By Deb W |

I had 2 tacos, the street corn and chips and salsa. It was too much food and I ended having a second meal from this. The flavors were all very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Muy Rico

By DanyMark88 |

You can´t get much more Mexican than this. Without a doubt this was one of our best meals in Vegas when we were there the first time around. A mouth watering serving of carne asada con papa, perfect size portions with just the right amount of heat to give the dish the punch that it needed. Efficient service, friendly staff and amazingly cheap prices. Sitting on the roof of the containers listening to the live music whilst sampling this incredible food was the perfect way to end a very special day for the both of us.

Very good food

By C5215XEdeniseb |

The food was really good. Quick service. The "Container Park" district is a neat area. Made completely of shipping containers stacked upon each other. An Uber driver suggested we go there. Wish I had more time to explore the area.

One of the best Mexican meals I've EVER had!

By gerialexander |

Do not miss this place! It is a little bit of authentic Mexican, and a little bit of Tex Mex. We have had a hard time finding good Mexican in Vegas, but this place can't be beat--in Vegas, Texas, California, etc. They even had a "gringo" menu! Portions are huge. We were easily able to split the asada burrito and an order of chips and a special queso type dip. There are a few tables inside, but most are outside. The employees were incredibly friendly. It is now on our list of "must do's" when we return to Vegas. We have Mexican about once a week, as it is one of our favorites. Like to think I'm an expert when it comes to Mexican, so trust me, if you miss Pinches Taco, you are MISSING OUT.

"Mexican food made by real Mexicans "

By EriumV |

"Mexican food made by real Mexicans " this is the sign you will see outside the container, inside you will see their name pinches tacos. They have a variety of jaritos sodas to choose from as well as traditional sodas to choose from. We ordered chilichilles, bean and cheese burrito, French fries, everything was good. The prices were a little high but i felt comfortable with the quality of the food. Nothing was exactly how we make things in my Mexican household but it was still very good. We are coming back to eat next time we are in town.

Authentic Mexican

By Sheryl |

Tried 3 different tacos; carnitas, pollo, and pastor. The pastor was our favorite of the 3. It was authentic which is not our usual type. Our friends had the Mexican corn and it was messy but good.

Start of the best evening I had in Las Vegas!

By jsundog |

We arrived around 9pm on a warm, windless evening and enjoyed a peaceful, comfortable, outside dinner in one of the quirky areas of Las Vegas. We were greeted by the boisterous expulsions of the Preying Mantis at the entrance to the container park. After a quick tour of the shops we settled in to some Tostadas and Burritos with drinks. The food was authentic, fresh, and plentiful.

Best Food in Las Vegas

By Michele F |

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Our group had Pollo (chicken) Flautas, Pollo (chicken) Quesadillas, and Tortilla Sopa (soup). The food in Las Vegas is good, but we’ve been here for a week and this is the best we’ve had yet!

Street struck feel

By Alan B |

I wanted to check out Container Park as it's a really cool concept (old shipping containers as the buildings). My salad with chicken was OK, but the chicken was a little chewy and the salad has a lot of cabbage (cole slaw they say) and some of it was a little too hard and crunchy (as if it were towards the ends of the cabbage). They have outdoor seating, some with umbrellas. I would definitely give them another try and get something more traditional (tacos, burritos, etc.). As I was eating my salad I could see other people's dishes and they looked better than mine.

“Only the cooks know - and they are too busy”

By Buckeyetoyou |

Ready for a laugh? We are regulars who even supported Pinches through the pandemic. We came for breakfast today. As is common at breakfast, we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant at 11 am. We saw 4 employees. Seated, we asked for a cup of coffee. After 10 minutes a paper cup of cold stale coffee was placed in front of us and the waitress said, “I don’t think you will want this.” (We assume it was still in the pot from the day before - gross). We told the waitress, asked for hot coffee, and asked if we could order our food. She said she didn’t know how to make coffee, and “Only the cooks know how to make it, and THEY ARE BUSY”. Oh, I thought this was a restaurant where people come for food and drink and pay for that service. We left. If your cooks are too busy to prepare food for customers then don’t open for breakfast - or just don’t open. ¡Vergüenza!

Cute place with good tacos

By NancyAndrew |

Love it. Everything was done well with great flavors. I got the sopes, taco, and corn. All were mouth watering delicious.

Not good.

By Jason S |

Bland Mexican food. Enchilada sauce like ketchup. Bland minute rice. Mole ok. Poor tequila in margaritas, and I’ve made monthly trips to Mexico for work so I’ve lived authentic Mexican. And more like $$$ not $ for rude service.

The Gringo Taco was the best.

By jpDills |

A family group went for dinner. Service was good and they handled the group well, but the food was only so-so. The best thing on the menu was a special called a "Gringo Taco". I think we will be trying other places next time.

Best food I had in Vegas

By brettlevy |

Wow Wow Wow! I had the Darkness Burrito. Very spicy . . . But holy smokes it was amazing! I'll eat here any chance I get!!!

Great quick dinner

By Kermo75 |

We loved our meal. The authentic Mexican food was made to order. A small wait, but it was worth it for the food to be fresh. Moderate pricing and good portions. My husband said the margarita's were good also!

Unusual site for a Taco shop

By Bill55055 |

I was pleasantly surprised when we found this little Taco shoppe in a container park. It had been recommended by a local and it was quite a find. I had the Mexican breakfast burrito and my son had the huevos rancheros. Both were excellent. The price was great, service was good and food was superior.

best pinches tacos!

By SheWei |

Not only was it an adventure to get to container park specifically to try pinches tacos on a saturday night; it was worth every bite in cab fare. The tortillas for the tacos are made to order along with a friendy staff. I tried the tres pinche tacos of tacos I never have tried before. Nopal, mole and carnitas. The nopal was delicious as was the rice and beans. Felt like I was eating something my abuelita would male in her kitchen. Pinche tacos is chingon and we will be back for more.

Best mex in downtown

By weltreiser88 |

try the corn on the cob. it's the best I've ever had. also the whole area around it is just an awesome place you shouldn't miss

Sicker than a dog :-(

By 47yellowbomb |

2 of us ate at Pinches Taco on April 8 & 9th. We went back the second night because it was so tasty. We had beef and chicken tacos with rice and beans. This is the only time that we actually ate the same meal on our vacation. I can't be 100% sure if it was this restaurant but I think we got the worst case of food poisoning that we both have ever experienced. We have been sick for 4 days. I don't write this review lightly but I would hate someone else to go through the 4 days of hell that we just experienced.:-(

Checking out new Taco places

By julie197042 |

Came to location on 215 and Russell at Gramercy to check out the tacos and street corn. Our waitress was friendly, I ordered 2 carne asada and 1 chicken taco and corn, they were good I preferred the carne the corn was crisp and fresh. I enjoyed the atmosphere and will return again.

Short on seasoning, good service

By dolomoto |

Disappointed...I was looking for some great flavor depth...Maybe some roasted chilis or some great queso fresco. What I got was mediocre flavors; my burrito had mildly flavored beans and rice and chicken. The tortilla was fresh as were the chips and salsa (with nice fresh pepper). Maybe I should have asked for some zing...As served my burrito was just alright.

Unique Mexican Flare!

By runaway2travel |

This was the second stop on my TasteBuzz Food Tour, and it did not disappoint. It delivered as promised on some delicious goodies. For our samplings we had the Mexican Street Corn & Aquas Frescas. Both were delicious and something out of the normal from what I see back in Michigan. From a look at their menu, there are some additional temping goodies I look forward to trying once I return to Vegas on my next trip! It's easy to find on the left as you walk into Container Park, with both indoor and outside seating depending on your preference. The staff was fast and friendly.

Only hungry enough for a Churro.

By iowacityia |

My wife and I visited around noon on Saturday, March 19th. We were just out walking, exploring the Fremont street area, and came upon the Container Park. We checked out the park, saw Pinches Taco, then saw the word Churro, on the storefront. We were still full from a large breakfast, but we could make room for a Churro. There was a decent line of people inside of the small shop, but we got to the front of the line in no time at all, then waited outside for our Churros. Hot and delicious! So yummy! And the saddest part is that we saw several delicious looking plates of food getting served to others, but we were not hungry enough for that. Our loss for sure. I would love to stop back and taste some of the offerings.

Real Mexican Food

By Tiffany L |

Absolutely perfect. Growing up on the West Coast my entire life I appreciate real Mexican food by real, amazing, Mexicans. When the sign reads, "made by real mexicans" you chuckle then you thank Jesus! Blown away everytime. I recently married my British bloke and lived with him in England this past year...absolutely no Mexican to be found. Disgraceful! Happy to come home and eat here. Recommend it all day. Great service and food!

Very tasty!

By Fearless680168 |

Enjoyed a great snack - combo plate of three different tacos was delicious and just right. Great service from the employees, who noticed that my mom was a bit overwhelmed by their menu (no pictures.) They offered to help, but I knew what she wanted. Definitely will come back.

Authentic Mexican

By Christina |

My boyfriend heard about this taco joint that lies on Container Park and it was delicious. It is authentic Mexican (the menu on the chalk board is mostly in Spanish - don't worry, they have a laminated menu you can read from that is in English). We both had the gringo tacos and they were lovely.

Okay Mexican street tacos

By NYSAILORGAL |

Stopped in for a quick bite after the MLK parade. Good food, nothing to write home about. Fresh and hot street style tacos. We did a mixture of beef and chicken ones. All good, not great -- just good. Green sauces were much better than BBQ (pollo mole) or red ones. Picnic table style eating. Make sure you sit in the shade -- it does get warm on those benches, even though outside air temps were in 60s. Container park is fun place to grab a quick bite.

First time here!

By robynmankoski |

The Asada burrito was amazing. It was loaded with guacamole which was awesome. Great taste and fast service. Will be back.

Flavorful tacos

By too_few_trips_1 |

We were at the Container Park and were looking for a place for lunch; Pinches Tacos was our choice. The selection was great and the tacos flavorful. The kitchen is small, so service is slow when there are a lot of customers. Luckily, there is pleasant outdoor seating.

Great food !

By Dadwith2boyz |

Quick stop here, great food very large portions. We had chicken burritos and chips and queso. The queso was also amazing!

Pinche Fries

By mightylorena |

Pinche Fries is French fries covered with refried beans, sour cream, fresh Mexican cheese and guacamole enough to feed two maybe three people. We also had tacos al pastor, marinated pork pineapple flavored taco topped with cilantro and unions and fresh salsa. They have fresh horchata and tamarind water.

Excellent

By Nancy B |

We hit the location on Russell Road but I assume they are all the same. A little confusing at first. An interesting combination of sit down restaurant and taco bus. Speaking of tacos, they were fabulous, as was the tostada. Refried beans were ok. Good, but not amazing Margarita and friendly service. Cute space too. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome REAL Mexican Food

By BugattiBoi88 |

FINALLY! I was able to stop procrastinating and try Pinches Tacos! I've obviously been missing out because my most recent visit was amazing! I came here this past weekend anticipating happy hour however the nail salon across the way took longer than expected. No biggie! Hungry as I was I still wanted some tacos! After drooling over all the pictures on Yelp my cousin and I finally arrived. The open kitchen conept is pretty dope because you can actually look inside and see them prepare your food. Everything made FRESH from SCRATCH! Thank you taco God's! The bar has this cool indoor outdoor set up and that's what seemed most appropriate for this occasion thanks to the beautiful weather. When you choose to sit in the patio your bartender is also your server. I wish I could remember her name but the amount of margaritas I had kind of umm clogged my memory ha! BUT what I will say is that she was awesome and made some strong recommendations for us being that we were newbies. Happy hour was over but we still rolled with the tacos and margaritas! Oh let me tell you though, these weren't your typical wimpy pre-mix tasting cheap tasting margaritas by far. The pour wasn't stingy at ALL and they tasted great! The street tacos were a good size and I was blown away with the bursting flavors. All in all this place rocks! I WILL be back to make it for happy hour!

Excellent Mexican Food!

By Fourbaughs |

We grabbed lunch here after we got settled into our hotel and we weren’t disappointed with our first lunch in Vegas. My husband got the Asada burrito and I got the shrimp burrito and both were amazing! The food was well prepared and full of flavor-definitely authentic. The prices were reasonable-our two meals were $25 together....our bill ended up being $40 because we got a couple of draft beers (which is a little much for beer-but oh well). My only refret is that we didn’t get the Asada fries-we saw a few plates of those come out and they looked incredible.

Bad Timing

By Phil Hertel |

Visited Container Park with friends who'd done some research and found this place recommended as authentic Mexican. No question that the flavours of our soft tacos were excellent, just disappointing that the pork and beef inside them seemed to be the last scrapings of the day. Sure, April isn't the busiest time of year, so whilst we strolled up to place our order with no line to wait in and wandered to our seats outside with our (very good) margaritas, I'd still expect the establishment to ensure that we got freshly cooked ingredients. If only to avoid this kind of negative review on TA. Despite this, I'll probably return on a future visit to Vegas to give it another try.

Good food and fun!!!

By bigdaddyFlorida |

Wanted to do something different and went to container park to listen to music and try this restaurant. We ask what too get and they ordered for us. 3 soft tacos , rice, beans and chips with a good draft beer. We enjoyed it and would go back. We liked container park ,also.

New location Russell & W 215

By Michael Horan |

Great happy hour for the SW side of town. Awesome street tacos and wonderful Margaritas with attentive staff. Center stage is something like a street vendor food truck

Good lunch stop

By Tom H |

Had carne asada and al pastor tacos they were good large menu selection and reasonable in price and quick service for a quick lunch

Good not great

By Christine N |

what we had was very good, the food was very tasty, is it an absolute must return to, not likely. the food was fresh, but a little pricey for what it was.

Their Chorizo Cheese Dip is to Die For!!

By Toni C |

We have been here twice when travelling to Las Vegas, and we will continue to return! Best street tacos ever, and there is a phenomenally large selection to choose from. I recommend the lengua and fish tacos. And yes, I will say it again: their chorizo cheese dip is to die for!

Must eat location

By Aaron |

Ordered the pinche taco platter with carnitas. Fresh tortillas and the beans were delicious. The tacos were amazing. Highly recommended.

Awesome atmosphere

By Gary_schoolfield@yahoo.com |

We stopped in after a long drive from Phoenix and the first thing you notice is the festive scenery. Followed up by friendly service and great food. The place is reasonably priced and accommodates all. The bar is fun and it's a place that you can take your kids.

Ridiculously good!!

By martym607 |

If you consider yourself a foodie and love finding somewhat hidden away gems... THIS IS IT!! Simple food made from high quality ingredients and (I hate to say it) *ridiculously inexpensive!! (I can't use that word) Located in container park, which I now consider a must see attraction for those who haven't been. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a stroll through Fremont north and save room for some of these delicious taco's!!

Upset stomach beware!

By MissLaura1989 |

We visited the container park while on holiday and were a bit underwhelmed by the whole thing. We Decided to grab some lunch here. My husband got a chicken burrito, it tasted ok but did look a bit uninspiring and the edges of the burrito were hard. The real problem came a few hours later when my husband was sick. He has been ill with an upset stomach for the last 4 days which has really messed up our holiday. Think twice before choosing to eat here!

DELISH

By MissEze |

super good eats at container park. they have a few other locations but I've only ate here. really large menu so you can get whatever you're craving.

Good lord the guacamole

By Chris T |

Just go and get some guacamole. It doesn't matter what you put it on (the quesadilla was tasty by itself) just get it and eat it. I'd bathe in that stuff. Add in a nice beer or cocktail from one of the great places in the Container Park and you have an excellent start (or end) to your evening.

Holy cow.

By holsmith82 |

We had read about this place on Trip Advisor, and thankfully we went. I got the pollo taco....😍😍😍!!! Perfect size, full taco full of goodness. Will go back every time we come to Vegas! $3ish dollars per taco, but worth every penny. Neat area it's in, too!

You have to try the flautas

By Bob M |

That's what we were told by people sitting outside after we had already ordered other food. Enjoyed our tacos (beef, chicken and fish) and decided to give it a go. Chicken flautas were incredible! We walked from the Nugget, so could afford the calories (yeah, right... but don't mess with the fantasy!) If we'd had another day, we would have been back. Just sorry we didn't find these guys earlier in the trip!

Good Mexican takeout

By Paul S |

Pinches Tacos had some great Mexican food. There's not much of an eating area, so you'll likely be dining outside at Container Park. We agree with other reviews that it is good, authentic Mexican food in the great atmosphere of Container Park.

Breakfast

By Jenny R |

Delicious, homemade from the bread to the pico de Gallo . Authentic Mexican food. A must visit in Las Vegas. The breakfast sandwich was delicious!

Good Mexican food

By fins4life |

My wife and I went here while in vegas.the food was awesome.we had tacos and chicken tortilla soup and both were great we would visit this restaurant again when ever we are in vegas.

Street Tacos Fremont Street!!!

By lucyvf |

This is in a newly upgraded part of Fremont Street. It clean and in an outdoor cute circular mall setting. There are shops, other eateries, and stages for bands. This spot is super cute and good food. If you haven't been downtown because of its past, well it's time to go back and explore! It looks great!

Cool Little Taco Shop in a Cooler Location

By LeeTrotman |

Pinches is in the Container Park, and it is a very funky little place. It fits right in with the industrial look, so it's perfect for dining. Tacos are better than expected, much more authentic than most Strip places. Service is very friendly, and even if you aren't too hungry, try one of their tacos. Highly recommend.

Pinche delicious!

By eileenontony |

Perfect!! We were there 3 times over a period of 3 days. - our parents went there 4 times (They don't sleep or drink as much as we do). But Need I say more??? The place is freaking awesome. Worth the 10 minute walk in that brutal heat. Everything was fantastic (except for the rice- it was not consistent and I'm very picky about it tasting/looking authentic) but ironically the gringo tacos (hard shell fried), and the burritos were perfect- big portions and well priced. The salsas were off the hook too! And it wasn't because we were tore up either - we also went there sober and it was just as amazing!! A definite must - don't miss out. Mexican fast food Perfected- it doesn't get better than this!!

Taco paradise at Pinches on Russell Road

By gschaafs66 |

Stumbled on Pinches when we got off at Russell Road to buy water prior to hiking Red Rock Canyon. Great find! Very cool decor, spacious eatery, and top-notch tacos and related eats. Mole tacos and the tacos al pastor were awesome, and the addition of grilled pineapple to the al pastor is the only way these should ever be eaten! Staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Vegas.

What a treat

By Ted G |

Had delicious Pinches Fries which were crispy with quacamole, sour cream, cheese, beef, with or without cilantro. Perfect treat to share with blood orange margaritas which were strong but the perfect amount of strong. We’re visiting from Boston, but this will be a treat we talk about for a long time. Located in the Container shopping district where stores are made out of old shipping containers. A delightful little area to visit on your next trip to Vegas! There’s a fire breathing oratory by mantis outside the shops, and a kids play area inside which is extensive.

Tacos

By byRAmazingmom |

I ordered tacos with french fries they had beans, carnita, cheese "oh my it was delicious!" I love the corn tacos, I watched the lady behind the counter preparing them by hand pure goodness.

Mouthwatering Mexican food ...worth the walk

By Cheryl T |

We visited Pinches at the container park .It is worth the short walk from Fremont Experience to enjoy spectacular Mexican food.We knew we were in a a real treat when we watched them making the tortillas for Dave’s tacos while we waited. He had Assad,ElPastor and cameron tacos. The Asada was spectacular. I had the Pollo torta. It was huge and just amazing . Very good Horchata too! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas.

Very good Mexican Food

By RayR84405 |

I was referred here while in Vegas for business as someplace unique with good food. The "container" mall is very unique and trendy / sustsinable. The food is GREAT! I had the street taco sampler wit a chicken, a beef and a fish taco. Came with beans and rice. Had a horchada (has a generous amount of cinnamon) and was just how I like it. They are opening another location as a traditional resturant soon and I plan to check it out on my next trip.
