Food has always been good and prices high for Chinese , even taking into account the above-average quality. For us a big negative was the constant and loud throbbing of some sort of techno "music". Well, that negative is now gone, replaced by delightful traditional swing and jazz. The decor has also lost its edgey modernity. So we now enjoy dining there again from time to time.

Great place with hip decor, attentive waiters(sometimes), good food and low corkage fee. I like BYOB's.

Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly, and the price is good also.

I loved this place since the first time I came here. All Waiters look nice and friendly. Food tastes fantastic.

Love this place. Long wait, but worth it. Reasonably priced. Quirky ambiance with the videos they play. Sometimes feel like I'm @ the MCA, but in a good way. Great menu.

Well with a ton of asia food options in Chicago, Ping Pong isn't one of the best. The room is pretty loud and the food is just okay. I've been there a few times now over the years and it seems to have gotten a little worse. I think it's trying to be something it's not. Even with the new decor, it really just doesn't do it for me.

the service is top notch. greeted and seated promptly. offered hand wipe. fun cocktails and ice tea in stylish urban glassware. appetizers fantastic. eggrolls great. Best crab ragoons Ive ever had. No skimping on these! Meals also excellent. Sesame steak, garlic chicken and Generals chicken all well received. Large bill, but worth every cent. Highly recommended. will go back!

Excellent food, exceptional service! Open air restaurant. Immediate service. Delicious food. Nice drink selection and wine selection.

We were staying in the area and decided to try Ping Pong. We were not disappointed. Nice selection on the menu. Very attentive staff. Grab a table outside if weather permits or one by the windows for great people watching. The chocolate covered fortune cookies were a hit with the kids. One of our better meals while visiting Chicago.

10/10- came in on a whim with my husband. We didn’t make a reservation, and it’s a smaller restaurant so I was nervous they wouldn’t have room, but the kind woman working in the front made room for us, and we were seated in 5 minutes. We ordered the Vegetable Spring Rolls, Pad see ew with steak, and sweet and sour chicken. No notes, all the dishes were phenomenal. The waiter was kind and answered our questions. The restaurant itself was cozy, and perfect for a date night spot. We had been wanting to try this place for years, and I’m sadden we didn’t try it sooner! If you read this review, just go in, you have to try it!!

I've been ordering from and eating at this restaurant for years, and am afraid to calculate how much I've spent here-- now I regret spending anything at all to fatten their bank account. We placed a delivery order tonight and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. I can understand a delay in bad weather, but when I called to check status I was told it was on the way. It obviously wasn't, because it didn't arrive for another 30 minutes. When I called a second time to complain and ask for some consideration on a future order, the manager said she could do "nothing." No consideration whatsoever, no apology, no offer of any kind to make the customer happy. No matter how good the food might be, this left a bad taste in my mouth. There are other great restaurants in the area that understand how to keep a customer happy. I remember reading somewhere once that a business can make a small token investment in a customer-- such as giving the customer a cheap plastic plant as a gift when they buy a new car-- and that small investment will win the customer's loyalty and goodwill for years. Why can't more businesses understand this? A $10.00 credit on a future order would have guaranteed continued loyalty-- yet they weren't willing to do anything at all. Amazing.

We randomly found Ping Pong, as we were seeking a patio in the shade, that wasn’t overrun with tourists. There were only locals at this unpretentious “chopstick” place. The menu is a variety of Asian fusion: mostly Chinese and Thai. We tried the Pear Martini and the Ginger Martini. Both were cool and refreshing, but the fresh ginger had a kick! The spring rolls and the soft shell crab were excellent appetizers. The chicken pad Thai and the cashew chicken were excellent. These might be Staples at most Chinese restaurants, but the ingredients were clearly fresh and the sauce did not overpower the flavors. Absolutely excellent at a reasonable price!!!!! We have it bookmarked in the GPS.

I really enjoy this place , it's small and quaint but they get it right where it counts. Service was excellent and the food was sensational for classic Chinese with a twist. It's perfect b4 a night out on the town or catching up with a group of ur friends. Casual or dressed up you feel right at home and prices were spot on for the portions and quality.

Took my boyfriend here for a special dinner, and as such looked past the high prices. However, we ordered two appetizers, the green beans (VERY GOOD) and the potstickers. The green beans came out about 10 mins after ordering. Then nothing. We waited almost 30 before our Potstickers came out. They were good, but nothing any tastier than a well prepared frozen Trader Joe's Potsticker. But I was determined to have a good night. Then, we waited an additional 40 minutes before our food was served... oh wait, it was someone elses food that was placed before us a s tease for being almost 80 minutes into the dining experience without getting our entree. Another 10 mins and finally our food arrives. JOY! We are starving. I ordered the General's Chicken, which was tasty, but a very small portion (probably about 8-9 medium chunks of chicken.) My boyfriend ordered the Beef Potato Curry, and while tasty, the vegetables (carrots and potatoes) were in huge, extremely undercooked chunks. Not wanting to wait for a new order, (as we'd already been waiting almost 90 minutes for our entree, he ate the beef and rice and left the big vegetables. The problem was that when it came time to pay the bill, I requested that they remove the Curry from the bill, as it was highly unsatisfactory. And they first came over and interrogated my boyfriend as to what was wrong, including trying to cut the vegetables with the provided spoon, and when the server saw they were hard as rock, he admitted that they had been having issues with this and they would alert the cooks. However, they would not remove the item, as they could only offer replacements. At this point, we'd wasted a large chunk of our evening on this place, and so the "solution" offered was hardly a solution. We wanted to leave as by this point it was already 10pm. So we paid full price and left. Though I still left a decent tip, I know that I will never return to Ping Pong again. Breakdown Service: Poor and Slow Food: Good (When properly cooked) Decor/Ambience: Excellent, the place is very neatly appointed Price: Poor - for the portions and the service, the price should be much lower.

Decent Asian fusion a few blocks from the laugh factory. Creative dishes with good flavor. We had several mains that were all good and some apps. that were also good fast service and open late in an area where they roll up the sidewalks early.

Try the Curry! Pretty good wine list and friendly wait staff. But a touch expensive for a neighborhood spot in Chicago

Years ago we came here (2005) to enjoy s super fun experience, the food was sensous and colorful, presentation artistic and service was always a bit snooty but if the food is good its easy to ignore. Fast forward to 2016 - Food (Sesame Chicken) was dry and tough, you could not carry a concversation it was that loud and for half of the price you can go down to Joys down the street and get twice the value. YIKES. Never again.

This used to be great but now it's over-hyped

Good meal, just expected more pizzaz. Date had the basil chicken. I tried the "pork chops." In quotes because the pork was battered and in chunks - it was not a chop. The waiter didn't point this out. A tad on the salty side (they do use MSG but you can request not to use). The Mexican roll very good. We'll give it another try for a 4 or 5-rated meal.

Really enjoyable meal in a very elegant setting. As a veggie, Chinese food can sometimes be uninteresting, but the sesame tofu and steamed vegetable dumplings were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.

This restaurant have been here forever, and finally after living in lakeview for 10 years decided to see what it was all about. I have to say it was pretty bad. I went there with friends and ordered all this food, and the best thing was probably the tea. We ordered the steak and mushroom; so bad, it was like beef in water with tasteless mushrooms. Not going back for sure. My friends were very disappointed too.

This is a little jewel of a place. The interior design is old world Chinese and less is more. Such a nice feel to the place. The service is outstanding. The cocktails are creative we had a pomegranate cosmo and a ginger martini. The server provided some complimentary and tasty shrimp chips. We shared a calamari appetizer with 3 dipping sauces provided upon request. Then we shared the "Everything fried rice" with steak, shrimp, chicken and pork. While it seemed like a reasonable portion, in fact we ate about half of the serving. By then we were too full for dessert but enjoyed the chocolate covered fortune cookies and the fortunes. Then one of the servers went outside and flagged down a taxi for us. We found this place recommended highly on TripAdvisor and Yelp; and we agree!

Stopped by at midnight, maybe a little earlier. We sat outside, enjoying the area. We shared the tuna tartar, as well as a California roll. The tuna was quite good, the California roll unexceptional. Overall, the visit was good.

Ping Pong is a mainstay in the East Lakeview area ans has gone from a tiny store front restaurant to a neighborhood gem that offers up delicious Asian dishes with awesome cocktails for all tastes. I usually struggle to pick something from the extensive menu, I tend to lean toward the Chicken thai basil or the General tsao's Chicken. The chalkboard daily specials are surprisingly delicious and shouldn't be overlooked since those dishes are not always available. Keep an eye out for the special martini as well. It can be a little loud, but the atmosphere is awesome! Constantly changing it's look and feel, it's like heading to a new restaurant but not worrying about figuring out what to order.

We went here for dinner relatively early on a Saturday night before heading to a friend's birthday party nearby. We really enjoyed it! The space is cute, with a variety of table sizes, great windows to the street, and fun decor. There's a big menu with pan-Asian flavors. Lots of cold salads, a nice mix of dim sum appetizers, and a bunch of noodles, vegetables, poultry, and seafood. As long as you like Asian food, I think you'll find something to like here. We were impressed with the food. We started with the lettuce wraps, and the filling was delicious. A cucumber salad was great, too--big chunks of sweet cucumber offset by a salty/vinegary dressing. We got the "general's chicken" for our main; the breading was perfect and it was not over-sauced. We had some Chinese broccoli on the side; it was perfectly steamed, with a lot of crunch. Service was excellent. Everyone was nice, food was coursed appropriately. And the price was very reasonable! Would happily return. Great neighborhood spot.

The decor was ok, but the food was overpriced a lot. They burned our pancake and service was very very slow. I ordered something seems very good from the descriptions (and price). But I ended up having just a regular dishes any other CHINESE or Asian restaurants can pull off.

Great local place with very friendly staff and a strong menu that offers authentic food at reasonable prices

Yesterday, i went to ping pong with a friends and had a seat in outside area. I'm not American and i don't know de local rules. When i vaped she caught my attention with some unorthodox facial expressions, so i stopped immediately. Probably she is the owner or the owner's daughter, Few minutes later, after finishing the starter, i went out the restaurant and stood at the public area, to the side of the table smooking the vape. OMG. The geisha came shouting loudly "10 feets away" and repeat it at least 10 times. I tried to explain that i'm a foreigner and don't know the rules, but the but she kept shouting. I don't even know what 10 feets is (i know "meters") Anyway, I think she forgot i'm a customer. So, if you want asian food, maybe another restaurant bould be beter. If you want to try this one, run away from this woman dressed in oriental clothes and be served by the original waiters.

I went here with a friend and her friends. There was a wait because it is not all that larger. However, the wait was short. PLUS we needed a table of 7 which is always tough. The food and drinks were terrific as was the service!

I've come for dinner multiple times. It's always busy and bustling with energy. However, it does seem it's a bit more style over substance when it comes to the food. -The interior is cool and funky with random Chinese antiques and articles reminiscent of Beijing during the cultural revolution. -I like they use funky mismatched old fashioned dishes. -They give you free shrimp flavored chips when you sit down. -The service is warm and friendly. -Potstickers are decent, but a bit too doughy. They are served with a tasty spicy sauce. -They have some fun tropical-leaning cocktails. The indochine with passion fruit and lime is very good. -Scallion pancakes are delicious. -Both Mee Goreng and Singapore noodles dishes are very similar. They look beautiful and you think they're going to be fantastic. But they don't have much complexity of flavor and taste more like ramen noodles with a flat salty sauce. It's unfortunate, because you really want to like them--but they're just not that great. -Sesame chicken is obviously an Americanized thing to order. But it can be very good. There's is a bit bland and underwhelming and is served with unseasoned slightly mushy pieces of broccoli. -They do serve fun chocolate-covered fortune cookies at the end which is a nice upgrade from the plain version.

Nice ambiance, delicious food, and friendly staff.

Was visiting my sister who recommended this place. Very cute and intimate setting. Very good service, and food is brought out very quickly. I ordered the asparagus with pork and loved every bite! The Heaven and earth dessert was also to die for!

Great service, selection, and prices. A "must-do" when in DC...

Cool place and great food, the decor is clean cut and minimalistic, kinda sacrificing comfort and seatings are close together, Service sometimes a little slow and waiting on weekends kinda daunting. All in all, should give it a try..afterall location is great and most importantly food is good and affordable.

This place continually just gets better. There are constant improvements to the menu and options galore! From the smallest touches; new decorations and hand towel service before the meal and expert cocktails I always feel welcome here.

Fun place in Lakeview for a Friday or Saturday night - good sushi but has other great plates - plus it's BYOB!!!

Great cocktails, interesting fusion menu, lovely atmosphere. The sakatini (cocktail) is highly recommended!

This Asian (Chinese and Thai) restaurant has welcoming friendly staff, creative presentation and excellent quality food. The portions are small but perfect for a normal healthy meal for one. Every dish had high quality ingredients and great spices, sauces. They have many vegetarian options for those who care, tofu and seitan alternatives to meat. The dessert was most creative, fortune cookies with frosting decoration and a asian paper fan listing each dessert along the ribs of the fan. Ambiance was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Cardapio very varied, but the spice may not please all taste. Sweet touch and specific spices, with spicy options. Good suggestion are the soups, very tasty. The proteins have a dubious taste. Gentle service, but be smart in every detail. The dishes are well served and can be shared.

super tasty pan-asian food!

Mediocre asian food and service. Ordered Pinot gris and got a sweet wine. Asked for a change and they still billed me for the Pinot gris even if I had only tasted a sip. Both our chickens had some indefinite taste. Will not go back.

After a long weekend of celebrating, we decided to get delivery from Ping Pong. Most of us were from out of town and boy, were we delighted with the food! Everything we ordered was delicious and we almost finished every last bite!

Ping Pong offers a pleasant yet hip space for the trendy of Boystown. The food is tasty - slightly upscale Asian mix. Lots of choices for all. Plenty of fancy drinks which will set up back some coin. Definitely a repeat.

This was a business trip. I went in because I wanted Asian. And I wasn't disappointed at all. I didn't feel out of place, I wasn't rushed and the food was very very good. At the end of the meal, I was presented with a postcard and was told that if I filled it out, they would mail it for me. That's a fun, nice, added touch! Great place to eat.

Food was excellent! Had chili spiced chicken wings for appetizer, very good! Special was Dandan noodles, yummy as well as scallion pancake. We eat here whenever we go to Chicago, never had a bad meal! Highly recommend.

Menu was extensive. We asked our waiter for recommendations. Food was delish. Service was excellent. Suggest making a reservation.

The restaurant has a nice, warm atmosphere. There is also outdoor seating. The menu is large and there are many choices. The food is flavorful. Nice drink menu too.

I have eaten here three times when visiting my son in lakeview. the staff is always freindly though sometimes slow. Never had a bad meal and my tablemates have always enjoyed there food. What i most like about the place is the variety of the dishes. this is not a chinese restaurant, much more ecclectic than that.

The restaurant is terrific for dining in, but they deliver fantastic take-out too! So flavorful and delicious!

Even though it was right off the street, the atmosphere inside felt intimate. As soon as we entered the door, the people made us feel we were the most important ones there. Food and service was wonderful. We always had filled drinks. Our messes were swept away instantly. The wait for the wonderful food was minimal. The selection was wonderful. Music was nice but sometimes a bit loud.

Ping Pong is an exciting Asian restaurant with a feel of intimacy and a taste that is extraordinary. The place is quiet enough to have conversations and be heard, and the staff is attentive and move about the restaurant checking on each guest, refilling tea cups and drinks, always checking to be sure each course meets expectations. Prices are very reasonable and food exquisite. From soups to dumplings to main courses everything is expertly prepared with some unique flavors and presentations. Recommendations - the egg drop and wonton soups are outstanding and both are plentiful; don't skip the appetizers - the dumpings are huge and the best I have ever tasted. I have two different chicken and a pork dish over three meals while in Chicago and each dish was plentiful and delicious. This is my new go-to restaurant in Chicago. Don't miss it!

Excellent food, drink and service in this small sidewalk cafe! I had the cashew chicken which was wonderful on top of quinoa. My wife had the lettuce wraps which she enjoyed! The Sapporo beer was excellent and my wife enjoyed her Mango Mojito! Highly recommend !

Recently ate at Ping Pong. The food was extremely good, but the service was by far the most outstanding I have had in a while. The servers worked all together and where able to anticipate every request and appear out of know where standing there ready to fulfill the requests. It was like the servers closest to you would take care of new drinks, water , appetizer, serving food. They all were very friendly and ready and table side at the right moments to handle everything . It was like a total group effort of having all the servers, bartwenders, and cooks all taking turns waiting on the table so no one was ever waiting and everyone was completely cared for 200% or more.

Ping Pong offers a long menu of Asian dishes from different parts of Asia. The portions are generous and the flavors have an excess of garlic. If you are sensitive to MSG, you must advise ahead.

A very lush and nice decor forms the backdrop to pan-Asian cuisine served by extremely friendly and efficient staff. Menu offerings are mixed with a dry serving of Shanghai Street Noodles more than outshone by a lush helping of Beijing Enlightenment. A lively, if somewhat disappointing experience.

I was walking past when the name and slogan caught my eye. The slogan is "Chop stick food." They are now open for lunch. The menu look to me that it had dishes from at least 5 different Asian countries. I had a cucumber salad and a "street vender" noodles dish. The salad was a surprise. It was in soy sauce mixed with jalapeno's . It was hot but not noticeably so. It stung my lips a bit. The noodles were the very thin style with 3 different meats including shrimp. It was a very tasty meal but as a retiree a little out of my range for a regular visit.

Ping Pong's décor, mien, and menu are meant to invoke 1930s Shanghai, when that city was the financial, entertainment, and fashion capital of the East, so this is not just another Chinese restaurant. It has a varied menu, fun cocktails, and excellent food. In the summer, it also has lovely outside tables so one can eat al fresco while people-watching on Broadway. Chicago has a dearth of decent Chinese restaurants, and this is one of the best - certainly the best in this part of the city.

Wonderful decor & location. Fun, diverse crowd. Attentive, cheerful staff. Huge menu of Pan-Asian foods (dim sum items,Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese etc.). Good cocktails. Lovely place for outdoor dining.

I went to this place for the first time and it was very affordable and excellent food ....

We were happy to find an Asian food restaurant close to where my son lives on Lake shore drive and we were not disappointed ! The food and the service were great and the perfect Chicago weather was great for outdoor sitting. All in all a great experience!

This a beautiful restaurant with perfect lighting. The service is very good. Our server had recommendations for us and stirred us away from some items. It is Asian fusion so its a combination of Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. We had lettuce filled with a tasty spicy combination of nuts, chicken and rice. We also ordered sushi which was delicious. I had spicy wild mushroom steak on brown rice. (Excellent) while my family members had rice noodles, spicy noodle soup bowl. The only thing I can criticize is the size 8 font on the menu which was difficult to read. I think you find your cell phone flash light useful. In conclusion, I can't wait to visit Chicago again so I can go back. This restaurant gave my taste buds a well deserved workout and I loved it. One last thing; it was reasonably priced.

Right there on Broadway and easy to miss. You walk into a quiet white table cloth setting, simple with a touch of elegance. Excellent service. Many vegan choices besides regular Chinese cuisine. Street parking.

I have been meaning to go here for a few years. As I learned, I waited too long! Excellent attentive service. Has a charming, warm and classy decor. With pleasant and soft background music . Fresh quality and decent sized servings. Was happy to have extra, to bring home for another meal. Good prices for overall value. They have bar service, and with ample Chinese beer choices, but you can bring your own bottle of wine for a small corkage fee. I'll be back and will recommend to family and friends who are looking for a comfortable and higher class Asian fusion eatery experience.

The Pad See Ew we had was incredible! A day later I was still raving about it. Just a short walk from our hotel too. I may stop in again it was amazing! The service was exceptional, have never met such a helpful staff who worked so well together as team! You must check it out!

BYOB with buffalo heads on wall, club music, slow service

We had an excellent experience at Ping Pong which is an outstanding oriental restaurant. We started with their excellent tuna tartare which was perfectly prepared. We followed that with a few noodles and vegan dishes which were all outstanding served by very professional and caring staff who were very helpful to us selecting the dishes. This feels and is a nice neighborhood restaurant in the Lakeview area of town. The only difficulty is finding a place to park since this is a popular place at night on weekends. We finished our meal with a green tea ice cream which was outstanding. Overall an excellent experience and an excellent restaurant in a very nice neighborhood place!

We had to wait for a table but it was worth it. All of the food we tried was delicious. The cocktails were unique and quite strong. Would absolutely go back.

This place has the feel of a funky NYC joint, and always has a great atmosphere. Undoubtedly the best pot stickers in the city and the egg rolls are not to be missed. You can't make a reservation, so be prepared to wait on the weekends.

Ping Pong has been in the neighborhood for a few years and they have continually changed the decor. We had out of town friends visiting and needed a late night meal so stopped in about 10:30pm for the first.....and last time. The service was slow even with only a couple of tables occupied and the food was nondescript. Usually people bring food home from Asian restaurants and although we had plenty left no one wanted to take it home. Bad sign for a restaurant! It's the usual Asian fare. We ordered their Spicy Garlic Shrimp, Cashew Chicken and two orders of their PingPong Chicken. All were forgettable. We'll continue to give this place a miss as there are much better Asian restaurants in the neighborhood.

Three of us met at this very cute restaurant (indoor and outdoor seating) for our first (but certainly not our last) visit to Ping Pong. We started out with fantastic cosmopolitans and complementary shrimp chips (the only meh food we encountered here - they kind of look and taste like styrofoam). We had appetizers of egg rolls and scallion pancakes - I could eat these tasty little morsels (the pancakes) all day long. For entrees, we split two dishes - shrimp egg foo young and tofu pad Thai (both delicious) and two sides - curry cauliflower and toasted garlic rice (delectable too). We literally ate until we could no longer breathe (next time I wear stretch pants), and we had a bunch of leftovers to take home and enjoy the following night. The service was fabulous, prices were very reasonable, and the menu was so vast, we'll have to keep coming back to try new dishes. The restaurant is also in a great little Lakeview neighborhood that is fun to explore. This restaurant is fantastic - the most enjoyable we've experienced in quite a while (and we eat out a lot)! I highly recommend Ping Pong and cannot wait to go back!

it's like eating in a club, so u have to be in the right mood to eat here. friendly staff. loud music. like I said, u have to be in the right mood

Come here for some superb fusion Asian, well presented appetizing and fresh simply perfect. Service is good smiles and bows. Well appointed modern atmosphere very Haut, anyone still use that word anymore lol.

Three of us came to this restaurant as it was close to our hotel. Crowded and we were walk ins but after a short wait they courteously seated us. Service was exceptional. We sat on the patio and when it started to sprinkle we were brought an umbrella. Food was tasty, sauces excellent and very fun and delicious drinks. We had three apps and three entrees and all were good .

Crab Rangoon dipped in boysenberry sauce?!? Lettuce wraps that will warm your soul?! Tuna tartar that will satisfy you like no other!

Great menu with offerings from Thailand, China, Korea. All four entrees and appetizers were delicious. During nice weather the large glass doors open onto the street. Big drinks menu.

I have been visiting this restaurant over the years and each time it has gone down hill. This particular visit I asked for a spicy veggie tofu dish. I even asked for additional veggies and they said they would. Upon receiving my meal, there were virtually no veggies and the very bland. I literally had two pieces of broccoli, and some bamboo. Total rip off. They should be ashamed of themselves. The only reason they are in business is they have duped the locals community. There are better choices. I suggest you try others.

We came here with a group of 6, ordered a ton of different items to share, and can easily say EVERYTHING was outstanding. The service was excellent and would highly recommend this for anyone seeking a great night of Asian cuisine.

The food did not disappoint, and I would ate there a few times during my recent two-month stay in Chicago. The prices are a little high, but so is the quality!

I always go there! Almost obsessed with it. I am Italian and LOVE their food. The place is cozy and ideal for dates or formal dinners. Waiters as also so nice!!! Erika and Golf are very kind and fast. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a special Asian place. Claudia :)

This restaurant has a nice atmosphere, food is very good and drinks are delicious but a little pricey. Try a ginger margarita! Mongolian beef and beef and spicy were good! Visiting Chicago and we found it close to an activity, we were lucky!

This was my first experience at Ping-Pong's and will quite likely not be the last. Our party of 3 enjoyed what we ordered and there are many vegetarian choices. Service was very prompt, very pleasant, very helpful. The weather was lovely & we sat outside - highly recommend. Decorated (frosting, sprinkles) fortune cookies added a whimsical finish!

Worst service ever...even after expecting miserable service, this was attrocious.

Excellent food and service. Even during the pandemic, the restaurant felt clean and attentive to special needs for pick up. Pick up was touch less and the order was perfect. We had scallion pancakes, moo shoo, egg foo young, and a veggie dish with tofu and seitan. We received a call from Mai before we picked up the order clarifying our order. We appreciated that. The patrons eating outdoors sat at least 6’ from each other, and all the workers had masks. Gave us piece of mind. We will definitely return.

The whole front was open to the outside which was very pleasant with the breeze. Had a party of 11. Crab Rangoon appetizer was very good. Spicy soup was good and very spicy. Three shrimp in it. Service was excellent. Sushi was excellent. I see that many people gave this 5 star. To me a 5 star restaurant would be one of the best in the world. This was good but not that good.

This is a very good place to eat the wonderful fusion food they served. The service is very good and make you feel happy. Good place to have dinner

Ping Pong is the most unique Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. It is upscale, contemporary industrial in design. The vegetables are like they went out in the garden and picked it fresh. Yummy!! I highly recommend Ping Pong for anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience that is upscale and very reasonably priced. Most entrees are priced $14-$18.00. Whenever we are in Boystown North of the city, we try to eat there. Give it a try if you have never eaten there.
Ambitious menu...maybe they should choose fewer dishes
After theatre visit...Friendly and attentive service, but the food was just ok... Spicy ramen noodle dish was neither spicy, nor were the noodles raman; spices largely salt in the broth and not in the seafood or vegetables. Tofu noodle dish was just a pile of noodles with tofu stuck on top! Will not hurry back
