We had the spaghetti carbonara, slice of Pizza and the Italian Hero. We could not finish it. The Spaghetti was as good as it was in Sestri Levante Italy. The hero was just like my wife remembered them in NY. Lastly the pie was just like you get in NY also. Crust was just right. Highly recommend it all.

The food was simply delicious and delivered hot . Generous portions . Loved it ! Delivery person was very fast and polite .

My family and I left South Florida in anticipation of Hurricane Irma. We drove 20 hours (Miami to ATL) and didn't want Fast Food, most other restaurants were already closed, but the staff greeted us and made my family feel at home and cooked an AWESOME Dinner for us. Starting with the apps to entrees the food was on point the service was even better. Will be back soon

Fast casual and BYOB in the shopping center with Disco Kroger. The menu is extensive and everything is good, my favorites are the Veal a Limon, Spinach Ravioli, Ceasar Salad with Grilled Chicken, Manacotti, Baked Ziti, and the pizza is really good! They make killer garlic knots and serve salmon and other fish/ seafood. The atmosphere is low key with a couple of flat screens. If you are not in the mood to dine at one of the pricey restaurants in the area, this is a great alternative.

I ordered pizza delivery and they use a service chownow for delivery and ordering. I ordered correctly on the website but 12 minutes later I got an email confirmation different from what I ordered. I immediately called the restaurant but they blamed chow now. I called chow now and they were also useless and said to call the restaurant. There was obviously a glitch on their online ordering. Piu bello does not stand behind their delivery and ordering process. Needless to say I would never order delivery from Piu Bella again.

Nice Italian restaurant in a shopping center that we walked over from the Hampton. Enjoyed the food but no beer or wine available unless you brought your own.

If you want a quick piece of pizza, Italian sandwiches or pasta at lunch in Buckhead, Piu Bello is a good stop. There are plenty of tables for eating at the restaurant and the take out is good.

Split a chicken parm sub and fries with my husband. Both the sandwich and fries were delicious. The fries have a light coating that makes them nice and crispy on the outside, but they’re still soft on the inside. Half the meal was plenty for lunch (and we eat like normal people). We also got a regular cheese pizza to take home for the family for dinner. It was outstanding. The crust is thin and chewy and crispy, so good! The staff was super friendly and the place is casual and comfortable. It was our first time there, but it won’t be our last! There are lots of other items on the menu that I am looking forward to trying.

I've eaten pizza all over the place and this place is by far one of the best. First time here and quite honestly took a chance on it as I don't live in the area and wanted pizza. Wow! Had a slice of lasagna pizza and a slice of buffalo chicken pizza. Amazing! I'll be coming back here again next time in town! Highly suggest checking it out if your in the Buckhead area!

So, now we are up to eating here twice a week, sometimes thrice. Hard to believe it, but we have never tried the wings. Guess we never thought of eating anything except Italian food, here. And, it's hard to even try new (to us) Italian dishes, since we have so many favorites. BUT, OMG, the wings! AND the fries. Who knew? Seriously the best we have ever had. Have been getting ours from Wing Factory for years. These are SO MUCH better! So now we have to up our frequency so we can try all the other things on the menu we haven't had a chance to eat since dining here (and getting delivery and takeout) since the day they opened. IF u are in the market for Pizza, Jose makes the best south of NYC. Really.

Walked over from the hotel and was very glad we did. Great pizza. Fast and friendly service. Good value and really good food.

This is a small place in a strip mall but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my dinner. I had the chicken parm and it was delisious.

The three of us were craving lasagna pizza. We had never tried Piu Bello but based on reviews we decided to try it. We shared a large lasagna pizza $26). It was delicious. The crust was perfect, just the right crispness. The meat sauce on the pizza was great, although a tad salty but still great. The ricotta cheese was great, although there should have been a little more on the pie. There were 8 large slices. Overall it was great. The service was also excellent.

Although this hidden gem is known for its great pizza by the slice (especially the Lasagna Pizza), the Spaghetti Carbonara is the real star of the show! It’s always served piping hot and it is better than I have ever had anywhere including Italy! It’s a small place…but the people are very friendly, the music is classic Sinatra, and the food is wonderful! If you want a real treat this is the best value for Italian food in Atlanta!

This restaurants provides marginal food in a marginal dining environment. This pizza is scant on sauce and toppings, and the dough thinly supports its average ingredients. The dining room, that adjoins the counter where you order, is dimly lit and the deco drab. This may be a fine place for a quick, takeout lunch, but other than that, the city has better, more tasty options.

It was a pleasant place to eat. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My meal of pasta was good, but the pizza ordered by my friend is much better. I'll return but order something different.

We were staying at the Embassy Suites nearby, and I found this in the dining guide so we walked there on a pleasant Saturday evening. There were 4 of us. I had the Veal al Limone, which tasted very good but had very little pieces of veal. I had it with vegetables, and they were very good but the main ingredient? One person in the party had a 2 topping slice, another had a cheese calzone, and the fourth person had a ham/cheese calzone. Zach B was our server and was mostly attentive. 2 of us had Coke Zero, and the other two had water. Overall, it was very good, and I would return if staying in the area again. There is a Hampton Inn just next door so that would be very convenient and where we might stay on a future trip to Buckhead! We will return if it's still in the dining program so we can get some rewards too!

After looking through the limited number of restaurants that would deliver to our hotel (in the Buckhead area of Atlanta), we ordered food from Piu Bello. The pasta some of the best we have had anywhere - specifically the penne alls vodka and the spaghetti and meatballs. I wish they were located in my hometown, as I would definitely eat there often. Bonus points on the speedy delivery service and friendly driver!

We were looking for a place for dinner and found this restaurant near our hotel. Delicious … large Greek Salad and Pizza. Everything was made to order. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Came here to try out some NY style pasta and pizza and everything here is laid back quiet and CHILL!! Most deff would consider coming back!!

First time here and I'm impressed! Pizza is fresh and full of flavor. You can tell everything is made from scratch. I had the house salad and a small pizza and enjoyed both. Give this place a try.

I have been eating here for years now and never have been disappointed! They do a amazing job for quick grab and go Italian! If you go here the garlic nots are a must !

First business trip to Atlanta and it’s raining cats and dogs so I decided to order pizza delivery. Delivery was quick, pizza was hot and cheesy, tiramisu was cold.

Went here on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. It was a short 10 minute walk and we felt safe the entire walk there and back. We walked in and were greeted by the awesome smell of pizza and spices. The waiter was great and we could see why it was so busy ---- Caesar salad had real Parmesan cheese and the pizza was crispy and freshly made. We will be back!

I was visiting my brother in Atlanta with my 2 youngest sons. Because it was raining, we didn't want to go out for lunch. But like most bachelors, my brother had nothing to eat at his house. One son wanted pizza, the other didn't. When we found Piu Bella, their extensive menu had some thing for everyone! The food was excellent and the delivery man was very professional! We will make it a place to visit every time we visit my brother.

The place is very inviting. Cozy and comfortable. Their Mozzarella Caprese salad rivals any that I had during my travels in Italy. Amazing!! The pizza is thin and crispy. Again reminding me of the little pizza bistros I frequented in Italy. Wonderful service and good prices.

I am a picky eater. Definitely not used to trying new things; especially if I'm paying for it. LOL. Being out of my element in Atlanta, I took a chance eating here. Best choice I made food-wise during my business trip! I know my pizza and this place met my expectations! Stop here if you get the chance.

I thought the pizza was very good. We also had ziti and salad which were good as well The service was friendly and quick. I would recommend this place to others.

We stumbled into this place on a whim and absolutely loved it. The food and the staff were amazing. They had some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. It is bring your own beer which I have never heard of for a restaurant but be prepared if you are wanting a beer with your pizza.

I've had lots of pizzas in lots of places. I know a good NY one. They're hard to find outside of NY but these folks do a darn good job. The sauce has that great flavor and consistency, that's almost as hard to find as good dough. The dough has a wonderful consistency and thickness (perhaps just a bit thick for some, but I thought it was just right). The eggplant parmigiana was cut just a little thick but had excellent flavor. If they cut it a little thinner it'd be softer and the skin would be easier to slice. I went back for more.

the arugula with shrimp and chicken and chicken parm was good...the minestrone was flavorful....they have specials of the day like clam chowder

convenient location (although parking lot is difficult to maneuver at lunchtime weekday). Many good toppings: Lasagna pizza is my favorite. good garlic knots; good soups. good desserts ... probably everything is very good...but I've not tried everything. Prices are very good too. If you're in a shopping mood, there are some stores worth going to within walking distance: World Market, Pier 1, TJ Maxx, just to name a few.

Ordered delivery recently and ordering and delivery went fine... pizza came and looked good. Problem was that when we tasted the pizza, it was just bland - it lacked any punch or real Italian pizza flavor. I am Italian and perhaps a bit of a pizza snob - so perhaps I am being overly critical here - these guys get pretty good reviews. That is exactly why I decided to try them. I was underwhelmed and probably would not order from them again... mainly because there are so many better options for Really Good pizza in Atlanta - maybe not for delivery - but there are definitely better options.

BEST Spaghetti I have had in a long time - well presented and prepared at a reasonable price. WORST service I have had in a long time. At 7:15pm on 7/3 there were only -2- servers available, and a full house of patrons. Many patrons were complaining about incorrect orders, long wait times, etc. I personally had to wait 30+ minutes for my food (simple order). The male server was trying to do his best, but was definitely overwhelmed. And, the female server was rude, and lost track of tables (again, overheard complaints from other tables, and as I walked back to my table from soda machine, she was coming my way and stated "watch out" as she barreled by me. The fact that management understaffed the property is not the 2 servers fault - however that is no excuse for bad service. Also, when you enter the property, there is no indication of whether you are to sit anywhere, wait to be seated, order at the counter or order at the register (several of us waited in a line for 4-5min, thinking we were getting ready to order, only to be told that we were suppose to sit and order).....need signage to indicate that - and again, patience from the staff with the patrons is a must for such great food. Again, food great!!

Quaint little spot that has excellent Italian fare. The homemade marinara is stellar, and they have the best garlic knots. The meat lovers and supreme pies are very, very good. I love Sal & Carmine's on Broadway in NYC, and this pizza is close to the real deal NYC pies. We were visiting from out of town, but if we get back to this area, I would eat here again. Heck, I may go back again this week before we leave.

Very friendly staff. He greeted us immediately. We decided to dine in. My wife had the chicken Parmigiano, and I had a calzone with garlic knots. The food was good, really no complaints at all. We would eat here again.

I love, love, love their pizza! This is definitely NOT a fancy restaurant, by any means. Not your date night sort of romantic restaurant. They mainly have pizzas, calzones, garlic bread, soup and salads. While I was not impressed by their pasta fagioli soup or their marinara sauce, I do LOVE their pizzas. I have never had anything but great pizza here. For what it is, Piu Bello is a tad bit overpriced when it comes to full meals vs. slice of pizza. I do wish they'd jazz up the place a little bit and adjust the prices but all in all I gave it a good rating because the pizza is absolutely the best here.

Seriously amazing food. I ordered on line so it would be ready when I got there from my hotel. Food was Fresh out of the oven and beyond delicious! I had meatball and onion roll with the famous garlic knots...not to be missed! Great service, good value, amazing food. Total winner!

They do pizza very well here. I haven't tried their other stuff but it looks good. Parking lot is a hassle to get in and out of but if you're already in the disco Kroger shopping center this is a nice lunch spot.

Good pizza and meat pies... the meat pies are a bit spicy but good for a late night snack. There more items on the menu that looked good but pizza was our choice. The pizza is suppose to be NY style( only experienced the meat lovers), its good but NY pizza....... it's not.The location is in the Kroger and Massage envy parking lot , so be careful or you will miss it. Great prices as well !!!!

Ordered eighteen-inch combo pizza - $25. It was doughy, spongy, missing the last 2-plus inches of toppings on the outside edge (all soft dough). Undercooked, under-topped, and tasteless. I've eaten pizzas in many cities. The designation of large seems to mean more dough only. There has to be better places in Atlanta. Do yourself a favor and avoid Piu Bello (pew!)

Ordered delivery which was much faster than expected given how busy and understaffed most restaurants are these days. The pizza had a great, homemade crust with ample pepperonis and the calzone was fantastic as well.

We came across the place on the labor day morning walk and were surprised the texture of the thin crunchy pizza crust. The dining atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is super friendly. The location is in Peachtree Piedmont Cross Shopping Center.

The take out menu varies greatly from the dine in menu so take some time to dine in! Went on Veterans Day (Friday) and the staff seemed a little sparse but handled it well. Could use another server or two and maybe even another person cooking food because it do take a while for the appetizers to come out but worth the wait. Everything we received was hot and fresh and you just can’t beat that. Small place inside and could use some TLC but adequate. The prices are mid-range but again, you are getting fresh pizza that you see being made while your seated. Will go back again since it is within walking distance from home and there dine in menu has items on there I️ would love to try! New fav pizza place.

Outstanding food at a fair price. This is a no-frills eatery. Ambience may be lacking but if you want a delicious Italian meal then this is the spot. I had grouper and angel hair pasta in a lemon-garlic sauce, and it was excellent. My wife said her manicotti was some of the best she has ever had. And the focaccia was also superb. No liquor license yet but maybe you can BYOB?

My husband and I get many a meals from Piu Bella in Buckhead. Many times, we order it to go and eat it at home. Being a New Yorker, I am always looking for something that has that 'taste," if you know what I mean. Piu Bella is the closest thing I have found in the Atlanta area and I have tried many a places. We have had their pizzas, calzones, full means and cannolli's. No complaints whatsoever. As far as service it's a pizzeria folks. It isn't fine dining. Have you ever walked into a pizzeria in New York City or Queens, and get fine dining service? Not going to happen! Now, if they were short on servers, I can possibly understand a longer wait, but as far as we are concerned, the food will far exceed anything else any day of the week. Let's put it this way, we stopped going to Fellini's and a whole host of other places once we found Piu Bella. We will always be a fan and keep coming back.

Lovely big pizzas - we ordered the Hawaiian and the pepperoni both were tasty and enjoyable. You can get plenty of extra seasoning toppings and some lovely parmesan cheese for free! Price range is fair and the pizzas are lovely. They also warmed up very well the next day

If you're looking for a low key pizza/Italian style restaurant that is reasonably priced in Buckhead, this is the place. The parking is plentiful and convenient. The servers are friendly and attentive. The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend opting for a whole pizza over a slice. The slices have probably been waiting for a bit and you might get that "reheated in the oven" vibe. Order a whole pizza and you won't be disappointed. Coke products from a traditional Coke fountain instead of that awful Freestyle machine. Pasta and salads are respectable, too.

we came here via the scoutmob app. this is such a great little resturaunt. very casual but the menu should be in a 5 star resturaunt! it was amazing their lobster raviolioli was simply delish and their prices are very doable! kind of reminds me of an american deli meets italian. you order your food at a counter and they bring the food to you. simple and quick. next to cvs its tucked away in a plaza

We won't eat pizza anywhere else in the country. I grew up outside of NYC and thought my local pizzeria was the best. When I went back after Piu Bello opened, I found PB was much better. It's either Jose, the pizza master, or the sauce. It's probably both. We love the garlic knots and have not had a single item here that was not excellent. And we've dined here at least 3 times a month since they opened. Don't know what we'd do without them. Menu favorites include (excuse spelling) Chicken Arabiata, Chicken Parm, Meatball and Chicken Parm subs (they call them "hero's), Veal Marsalla, Spag Pomodoro, the spag w/meatballs, the spag w/meat sauce, all the salads, anything gorganzola, and Tagliatelli.

Our group of 8 people with 4 adults & 4 kids enjoyed our Saturday night dinner at Piu Bello. The food was good and fast. We talked a lot with the staff, they were very friendly. We were only in town for the weekend, but would be willing to eat at this restaurant again on a future visit.

We ordered in from this place on delivery dot com. Delivery was fast. We ordered a calzone which was great, a chicken parm hero which was just average. The best part was the tiramasu!!! Very very tasty.

We eat here at least once a week as the pizza is excellent if you prefer NY style (which I do) and the Greek salad is very good. I have tried almost every pizza and all of them have been very good. The service is very fast and you can order by the slice so it is great for lunch.

Located near all the major Buckhead Hotels, this friendly, casual neighborhood place offers much better than average pizza to eat in or to take out. Another nice feature for single travelers is the fact that they offer pizza by the slice, calzones and a sausage and pepper roll which is similar to a calzone and not like a sub sandwich. They also feature a larger menu with pasta and meat dishes as well as salads. A nice fine in an otherwise pricy zip code. Frequented by locals, they rely on a lot of take out business and family dinners. A very positive sign. The pizza is thin and crispy as well as full of flavor. They offer many toppings so you can have it your way. The friendly staff is a plus.

It's a pizza place but I had a really good salmon Italian style (with black olives and tomatos). It comes with a salad and I uncharged to a Greek for a buck. Fresh ingredients and tasty. The focaccia is also very good. My wife had eggplant rollitini. The eggplant is breaded, which she didn't like and felt it was too heavy and a bit soggy. It did have a lot of spinach. If she ordered it again, it would be without the breading, if possible. Waiter was very nice and attentive. Pricing is pretty good since it includes the salad ( or pasta or veggies ) and my salmon was probably at least 8oz.

If you love pizza as I do, this place is the only one you need to pursue. It's the only place I will go in the Atlanta area for pizza, trust me...I'm from NYC and I have lived in ATL for 30 yrs. Their Greek Salad is great.. garlic knots, even their mini cannolis..the best! They catered our Christmas luncheon and got a lot of rave reviews.

We were in town only a few days. We happened to stumble upon this place since it was close to our hotel and decided to give it a try. Don't miss the garlic knots! They are awesome, as is the sauce that is served with them. We didn't try their pizza. So I can't speak to that but everything else we had was delicious. The Chicken Francese with vegetables was delicious, as was the Tortellini. My husband had a Calzone and enjoyed that. If we lived here, we would come here all the time.

Thank you for the great good and even better customer service. We enjoyed a wonderful family dinner. We found you through trip advisor and the community did not steer us wrong.

You can dine in or take out. Covid rules followed well. Yummy food. Large servings. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything you could want in a neighborhood Italian restaurant: great food, generous portions, reasonable prices and a friendly staff. The first time we ordered from Piu Bello we had lasagna and the veal Marsala and both were excellent. There was enough lasagna left over for another meal. Tonight we had the supreme pizza. It was one of the best pies we’ve had in Atlanta. Quality ingredients and the perfect balance between crust and toppings. There was a mixup on our order (entirely my fault) which was handled very professionally (i.e., they didn’t make me feel like a fool). We have found our “go to” casual Italian spot in Buckhead.

I had two slices of lasagna pizza and was really pleased. The ricotta was a nice change! The slices are very large and the crust is perfect!! Just the right amount of crunch.

This eatery was within walking distance of our hotel. The decor is unprentious, which is always a set up for excellent fare. Loved how attentive the server was with our To Go order, making relevant suggestions to enhance the experience.

We got a large pepperoni and bacon pizza and the garlic knots. Ate here as it was near hotel were staying at & it had good reviews. The ingredients all tasted fresh. Crust was good. Knots were the best. They had a lot of different Italian items on the menu but didn’t sample anything else.

The pizza here is definitely amazing. we prefer pizza with a thin but not too thin crust. This pizza is the best. Its had a nice crunch to the bottom. Love it! Wish I lived in Atlanta!

I ordered food for my office team lunch 1 day in advance. The order was 45 minutes late and when I contacted the restaurant I was told they have several orders ahead of mine and hung up the phone. We are a corporation in a building full of potential customers but I will make sure no one in this 30 floor building patronizes this restaurant.

Had the pleasure to stop by Piu Bello over the past weekend, I know we are late to the party since they have been here for over 15 years, but it was really good! Can't believe it took us this long to come here. Just what we were looking for. A simple, classic, Italian spot. Lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, etc. We started with the calamari which was cooked to perfection. A lot of places can't get this right. I had the tagliatelle alla romana and it was delicious. My husband had the chicken francese with pasta which was also very good. On top of great food, the staff could not have been nicer. They greeted everyone who walked in and were eager to help in any way.

I went to this establishment tonight because of the great reviews....as we were visiting my son who just moved to Atlanta. The service was the worst I ever experienced. We ordered a pizza to start out and a half hour later I suggested we order to the waitress. All our food came out at once and throughout our dinner not one dish was removed. I had to ask twice for to go boxes. And there was no excuse as there were only 3 other patrons there. It was disappointing as the food was VERY good but the negative dining experience overshadowed it.

First visit and it was worth he trip. We started with a large Caesar salad that was enough for 4 and we stretched it to 6. We had some home made foccocia bread and garlic knots. Both breads were excellent. The large NY style pizza fed us all and was hot and delicious. All for $36!! We will be back.

This was an unexpected find in the Kroger shopping center in Buckhead. Had lunch there, lasagna pizza to die for and a delicious, fresh, healthy, huge salad

excellent pizza and a great staff, we loved it. The place is very clean, well maintained and the staff was very nice and the pizza was fabulous. Plenty of parking available. We loved it!

Staff is always friendly and the Pizza is great. Great place to meet for a quick slice. The Owner and the team work hard to provide a quality experience for all.

From the outside, it looks like a simple stripmall restaurant, and inside, the looks seem to confirm it. Everything changes once you try the food. Pizza by the slice is great, as are the made to order pastas. All at affordable prices and quick service. No wonder office workers and college students love it.

Always reliable for good pizza whether whole pies or by the slice. Their pasta offerings are also tasty with quality in- house sauces. Was nearby craving a quick take-out pasta and the baked ziti did not disappoint. Known to locals and popular.
Great pizza & salads!
REAL pizza (thin crust, yummy sauce, great cheese, and good toppings) plus great salads. And it's BYOB!
