I had their burger made with Angus beef and, let me tell you, it was delicious! You can put any toppings you may want. The ambiance is sporty but not overdone. Recommended!

The food was great in the Players Sports Bar and so was the bartender that was on the duty around 3:30p on May 20th.

This place was very busy on a Thursday night, but we had great service and food was good for the price. Casual dining and bar, lots of TV's, would definitely come again.

All I can say is you have to try those wings they we're so good I had to order another one. I love when a cook take pride in what they do ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

Ordered a salad and couple of sandwiches. 25 minutes later, they brought out wrong salad. We finally got the correct salad 40 minutes after ordering. The sandwiches arrived 5 minutes later. The service was fine, the food was OK but after the long wait, the night was ruined.

I had the best soup at the bar. Also one of the best Cosmopolitan's I have ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive but not annoyingly so. They stayed away unless you wanted them. I noticed if you looked around, other than at the T.V.'s the waitress appeared. My daughter said it was one of the best hamburgers she has had in awhile. My mother had the crab cake sandwich and believe me she complains about everything and the only complaint she had was it was too much. Let me say she ate the entire crab cake but left half the roll. That is high praise from my mother.

Who would have thought?? A tuns wrap with wasabi! Wow! And the fries were good too! if I come here again, I will have the same thing! The staff is really nice!!

great food we dined in here on a couple of occasions my only dislike is their are to many tvs for a hotel in this class maybe something a little quieter might suit travellers

Great place to meet and greet and have a great view of big screen TV. How can you visit Philadelphia and not have a Philly Cheese Steak. Get one here and it will knock your socks off. It was so delicious , tender meat, great seasoning, so awesome that I could have had another.

I'd like to acknowledge the bartender, Donna at this restaurant. She was very nice, super responsive and pleasant to be around. I ordered the salmon dinner and thought it was very good. Also, HHonors guests get a coupon for 1 free drink or appetizer for use at this restaurant while staying at the Hilton PHL airport.

very good place for relaxation a a good meal. the drinks are good the atmosphere was excellent. price not bad at all, will be back there in december and visit

Had the hot wings and a salmon goat cheese salad. Wings were decent. Salad was heavy on the spinach and a bit sparse on the rest of the salad; rather uninspiring, but somewhat compensated by ample salmon and spinach portions.

We stayed at the DoubleTree on a Tuesday night and decided to get drinks and dinner here. The wait for drinks took about 20 minutes and they were out of the beer we ordered so after 20 minutes we changed up our order and waited a little while longer for what they had in stock. Our waitress seemed uninterested in us when we said we were just going to start with an appetizer and then see about ordering more food. Overall, the food was okay but it was entirely too long of a wait for everything.

Terrible layout, tables are old and dirty, and the food is not good. The wait staff is awesome, and likely the only reason this place is still in business.

I visited this hotel sports bar twice on a recent stay and both times my chair and table were filthy dirty. It seems they rarely get a proper cleansing. If you can get past the filth, I was quite surprised by the garlic buffalo wings. There are 8 in an order and they were large wings with great flavor. The place was busy so they must be doing something right...or just have a captive audience. Hopefully they will get the scrub brushes out.

Cheese steak was cold on top. Waiter either had to many tables or was new because everything took multiple request. $5.25 for a bottled domestic beer. I am staying in the hotel for three more nights but I won't be eating there again.

Had the misfortune to visit this Bar as I was staying at the Hotel...read that review! Apart from the non-existent service, attitude and poor quality food not much else can be added really? When he staff can actually be bothered to recognise or in fact serve you - its not a nice experience - am I really doing you a favour being here/?? If you can get a seat at the Bar you have some hope of at least getting an acknowledgement, however should you have the misfortune to be seated in one of the many and usually empty seats you have no chance of service unless the service staff can drag themselves away from the service counter? Food is served and I use that term loosely when the staff can actually be bothered to bring it out? One guy complained that his order was cold and god knows what happened to it after that as he got up and left? I don't really need to see a message from the Manager "thanking me for my input and advising that they take on board my comments.." because its not a place I would ever return too and would strongly recommend its avoided until the staff are trained and know how to deal with Customers correctly...very poor...

Nothing special here. Asked to have the Stanley Cup Final on a television and the bartender rolled her eyes. Food is okay. Pricey for what you get.

Came here for a quick meal before heading out. Service was quick and friendly. Food was wonderful! Got the fish tacos and husband got a burger. Highly recommended!

Great food , great service ,and place was clean . Food was great Rueben was fantastic . Food came pretty quick I was surprised .

I ordered a nice salad and brought it to my room. The bar was busy because there were several football games on tv. There was a lot of energy in the bar.

Good food, overpriced but paying for hotel convenience. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but handled me quickly.

This restaurant is inside the Doubletree. The wings were good and the beer was cold. The only negative is that the service was a little slow.

Restaurant inside of Doubletree. Excellent service and food was good. Very friendly staff. Bartender was friendly and quick service as well.

The appetizers are over-priced. The service is really slow. The menu is very limited. The food quality is just fair.

The Staff here is great and very friendly. Love the atmosphere! Menu is limited but typical for a sports bar.

Ate here twice with mixed results. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was awful, switched to a bowl of soup which was pretty good. While eating the soup the chef came out and apologized and gave me a new sandwich. The 2nd sandwich was great and it was nice to get the apology. The second night ordered a hamburger and it was retry average. Typical hotel food.

Good food, waitress service has always been friendly, however, at times staffing seems lean and there can be a wait for table service.

Everyone in Players Sports Bar makes you feel right at home! Denise remembers me every time I visit!

Nice bar, good selection of beers. However if you want a cider you may have to explain it is an apple derived beverage...

Don't leave without trying the crab bisque. The Asian and Sriracha wings are wonderful. The bar is stocked with high-end brands. The atmosphere is that of a friendly sports bar. The food is the real winner here.

Brandon Lorquet, bartender extraordinaire, makes everyone feel at home with his welcoming smile, witty converion and beverages.

The food selection is limited and the service is consistently poor. Been here too many times and the results are always the same. Avoid if you can. Only upside is convenience but that is not worth the disappointment.

Ordered the rib eye medium, but it was well done, thin, and not very tasty. I'm always afraid to send food back.

The menu online is not accurate (same for The Landing), but it's close. The salad was better than what was offered on the online menu, and the service was good. Very friendly and not very expensive.

Happy hour specials - eat early. The fish and chips were recommended and they were really good. Located in the Doubletree PHL.

Overpriced and there was no one in the place. We should have known better. The staff did what they could accomodate us. However, do youself a favor and pick another place to eat

I really enjoyed the bartender and the food at Players. The wings are excellent and for a hotel bar it was priced very well. Although there weren't any games on when I was there it is set up for fun. Great seating areas and a monster big screen.

A waitress stole from me and she is still working there. Check your CC statement and make sure it matches your receipt. A waitress (Laura) forged my receipts and gave herself extra tips on 2 separate occasions. The night manager won't return my phone calls and she is still working there despite restaurant's acknowledgement that she stole from me. I was staying at the hotel early October for a work conference. Me and 7 colleagues went for dinner. Laura was our waitress. The menu states that an 18% gratuity will be applied to groups 6+. When she returned our checks I noticed she charged 22%. When asked why she said it was restaurant policy (the restaurant later confirm that this is untrue). In addition, I later saw on my statement that she forged my check and gave herself and extra $4 ON TOP of the extra tip she already wrongly gave herself. The next night I went down and ordered a $7 beer. Laura was behind the bar. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and left a $1 tip. Later I noticed I was charged over $14. She gave herself a 100% tip! The morning manager was responsive but said she doesn't deal with Laura because she isn't on her shift. I left a message with Will Smith, nighttime manager who never called back. Then I called again and Laura answered and took a handwritten message- no call back. I hate to write bad reviews especially about something as sensitive about stealing but seeing how the management seems more concerned about protecting a staff member who has admittedly stolen from a customer than the customers themselves, I felt obligated to warn customers myself so this doesn't happen again!

Located at the Doubletree Philadelphia Airport, this is a nice place to unwind at the end of the day, watch sports, and also enjoy a good meal, There are 2 large HD TVs plus many other regular size TVs situated throughout the room. I tried their Philly cheesesteak - I must say, very delicious. If you don't want to leave the hotel to travel to Pat's or Geno's this is a excellent alternative. You won't be disappointed. Bartender also makes good cocktails.

Perfectly cooked hot wings, good burger, strong drinks, and friendly service. Not the biggest menu, but a really nice variety of choices. The server and manager were exceptional - I wish I could remember their names.

sent back the food because it was not edible and staff was rude and tried to make us pay even though we didn't eat anything

I hope the bar reads this and gives her a bonus. She was so overwhelmed by orders from the bar, and the restaurant, and everywhere else - got no help, dealt with a waitress with attitude, and still made me feel like she wanted to make sure I was properly served, along with everyone else at the bar from what I could tell. Atmosphere is decent. Food was pretty good. For a night before a flight home, I would eat here again. Average sports bar, excellent server.

Very surprised of the quality of the food was very good. Had drinks last night very good crowd. Lunch next day before I flew out food very good again. Service at lunch was very slow need more staff.

Great service and great food! And prices are reasonable! Had the salmon salad. They even have a self serve popcorn station!

This bar is located in the Double Tree next to the airport, and we went to watch the afternoon games this Sunday. The major issue is they had one server on and plenty of customers that weren't getting served promptly. The food was ok, but a little pricey. All in all, not the best experience.

I was at the Hawthorn Suites across the street and the attendant recommended to eat at the DoubleTree since Hawthorn only had vending machines for food at night. What a good surprise finding Players Sports Bar. I had a Philly cheese steak provolone, that was so good and generous I was unable to finish. Delicious. Service is efficient and good. Highly Recommended.

I had drinks after a wedding at the hotel bar. The fruit-tini was amazing! The bar was very clean and the waitress was so nice.

I did not want to travel to another place, and a sports bar is mostly fried food. Drinks came quick. Food was good. Quick and more than enough. Better than expected.

Bar Tender was great ..Food was Great !! Atmosphere Great !! Guess what this whole place was great ..Thanks for making my experience GREAT !!!

Awesome wings and fries for the boys. I had the grilled salmon salad w arugula and spinach. The salmon had a balsamic glaze drizzled over it. The salad was mixed w goat cheese, blackberries and grape tomatoes. Delicious!! Eric was the bartender and waiter. He was awesome!! Pretty classy for a "sports bar". A very nice ending to a great trip to Philly!

Long wait, grumpy bartender who had no help tending bar and serving tables, long wait for mediocre food. Restaurant was closed for a private event, so we couldn't eat there instead.

Recently stayed here overnight for a very early flight the next day. Iβm not a fan, generally, of eating I hotel restaurants. This is an exception! Loved the Fish Tacos!!!! The only drawback was the service being rather slow and haphazard. Shouldnβt take 5 minutes for ketchup... The atmosphere is nice with plenty of TVs going. It was not overly crowded. Iβd go again.

Good burgers and salad. However, Philly cheese steak was disappointing. Lots of tv screens and a pool table. Friendly waitstaff, but took a while for food to come and food is a little pricey.

I have been in hotel since July. Love players. The food is really good...love the buffalo garlic wings...the ahi tuna yummy. I haven't had anything I wasn't happy with. Thank you Brandon Fatima CJ Denise..you all ROCK!!

Does not open at 11 AM. Went for drinks before concert and weβre disappointed because of this. Write the correct times on the website.

We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton and didn't feel like gallivanting around town just for some dinner so we chose to eat here. The prices were decent considering the location (inside a hotel in Philly). Got away with a $40 bill for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service was very friendly and the place is kept very clean! Also, the food was delicious! Some of our food was a wee bit soggy as if it was put on plates that were still a little wet, but that's just minor. What more to ask for?

Nice staff, good service. Food is satisfactory, a bit over priced. Not really all that clean, sticky tables and menus.

Came here for dinner with friends as we were unfortunately staying at the Hilton Hotel before our flight in the morning. We didn't want to be bothered with trying to find anything off-site and the fact that this place had a full bar, we figured we'd be fine. It took a little while for a waitress to come to our table but overall the service was friendly, not great but I wouldn't complain about it. We appreciated that our waitress actually told us not to order 2 of our original picks (one was the mushrooms, can't remember the other) and she said there were a few other things on the menu she would never order either. The food we did end up ordering was edible but that's about it, fairly greasy without much taste. Our drinks were overpriced by a lot, who are these people kidding? Of course we still drank them and ordered a few more rounds but it was pretty disgraceful how much they were charging for a beer ($8 for a Miller Light, seriously?!?)

I only ate here to grab a quick meal before sleeping at the hotel but my experience was positive. The prices were a bit high for being a hotel restaurant but the food was good.

I went here for lunch when I was staying in the hotel. I am a vegetarian, and since the menu only had nachos and a mushroom sandwich to order...I got the sandwich. The bread was fresh, and it was cooked to order. I am always apprehensive ordering vegetables from a bar, but it was not bad at all. It's a bit bland though. They use goat cheese for flavor, but if they swapped it out for feta it would be an amazing sandwich. The french fries were some of the best that I have ever had though, perfectly cooked steak fries with the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere is mainly business guys drinking beers with large TV in the background showing multiple sports at the same time. It was clean. The staff was attentive. Food was pretty good.

We really like the Philly Nachos, Truffle Fries and Grilled Romaine Salad. Lots of TV's to watch your game. Service has been a slow both times we were here but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal.

Stayed a few days, not much around so hanged here - it was friendly and if you like sports, great for that I guess!

Located right in the lobby of the hotel I was in. Big screen tvs, 2 pool tables and friend service. Burgers were good. Our waitress (I forgot her name but I know she is from NJ and had very long blond straight hair) was very friendly, she served us 2 nights in a row with a friendly smile and followed up to make sure we didn't need anything. She was very patient with our very large group (sports team) the 2nd night and got our order and group taken care of with no problems. The team was mostly staying in the Hawthorne Suites across the way. It was nice that we had a place that we were all able to meet and not get in a car to go to.

This sports bar is in the lobby of the Hilton. Like the hotel, the bar area is a bit dated but was still clean and pretty inviting. Was greeted warmly by the bartender and was offered a menu which she had to get a waitress from the restaurant side to bring over. They had to keep shuffling one or two menus back and forth because they didn't have enough. Not the most efficient thing in the world but they were making it work. The menu was pretty standard bar type food and my cheesesteak was pretty good. There were a few "regulars" that came in during the time that I was there. One of these regulars spent the entire time I was there reading reviews of the restaurant to the bartender and the rest of the staff. This gentleman seemed very intent of speaking with every member of the staff about it. The bartender seemed to be interested for a short period of time. He kept reading the same reviews over and over and over and over. It made the bar atmosphere a bit unpleasant because he was so demonstrative in his reading of the reviews. That however isn't the fault of the staff. I would eat there again if I were to be staying in the hotel again, which I probably would

Happy it was open when we checked into the hotel at 9:45PM. Service was excellent, we spilt the chicken tenders which were very good as well. We highly recommend this place. Have fun

went here after an Eagles game to watch the late games - had a good meal, good atmosphere with ok service
Good sports bar
Stopped in for apps and beers while staying next door. Wings and the crab dip were very good. Good selection of beers including local micro brews. Lots of tvs with different games on all around.
