Great Italian Restaurant

By Travelingbear1000 |

Excellent meal. Fabulous veal meatballs, good pizza, wonderful charcuterie platter, and great cocktails. Service was very good too.

Absolutely wonderful evening

By AllanL351 |

The food and service at Pricci were outstanding. The service was the perfect amount of attentiveness. We enjoyed the Calamari and Ravioli as our appetizers. Our entrees were the Ossobuco, the Veal Scaloppini and the Whole Fish of the day; all were prepared wonderfully and the flavors were fabulous. The only negative was that Pricci had Oban Scotch (my favorite) listed on their Scotch menu but were out of stock. Seriously, if you are going to list a specific item on your menu; DO NOT BE OUT IF THE ITEM even if you have to go to the local liquor store. Oban is readily available in almost any liquor store in the Atlanta area. We will definitely return to Pricci. Hopefully, by then, the beverage manager will be successful at keeping Oban in stock!

Low key biz dinner

Party of six: 5 different entrees, 3 apps, cocktails & wine. All met or exceeded expectations for uptown Buckhead restaurant. Pasta, veal, fish were all well prepared and delicious. Ambiance allows easy conversation. Solid service as well. All in all, a stress free business meal.

Certainly - 5 Stars

Great food, service and ambiance! Terrific Valet parking also! We were a group of 8 and were seated immediately and the entire experience was certainly 5 Stars

Great Meal

I really liked this restaurant and I would pay a second visit to it. My main dish was wonderful, incredibly flavorful! The dessert was good too and the service was fine. The environment is elegant and cozy at the same time.

A MUST of your in Atlanta

By Jim H |

Cannot say enough. Arrived early before it got busy. When we left it was packed. Met with Chef and owner who made recommendations. Our waitress (Mary) was competent, friendly, aware of your every need. The meals were plentiful, delicious and exquisite.

Classically Fabulous

By Cee L |

The food, service and ambiance at Pricci are dependably excellent. We began our meal by sharing a beautifully presented baked eggplant appetizer and the best Caesar salad in town, accompanied by a warm crusty bread basket and dips of flavorful olive oil or pomodoro and goat cheese. Table side prep of perfectly prepared Dover Sole was efficient and fun to watch, and our other entree of veal was rich and delicious. Although we often enjoy the tiramisu, we opted out of dessert this time. Our server was attentive and we'll versed in the menu items. While the room was busy, we were able to converse comfortably. There is an extensive wine list from which to choose. Reservations are consistently honored on time, and the inexpensive valet parking makes for easy access. You really can't go wrong here.

Molto Buono, Cinque Stelle!

By john w |

WOW! I used to work in Atlanta 20 years ago and Pricci was my favorite go-to Italian restaurant back then. I was back in Atlanta for a conference this week with 2 important clients from Mexico City and Memphis so I made reservations there for dinner and was not disappointed. Our server Daejah was terrific and Chef Piero still makes the best red sauce in Atlanta. For appetizers we had the Calamari/eggplant chips and Polpettine meatballs - Molto buono! For dinner we had the Veal chop parmigiana, Branzino and Cacio e pepe pasta - Molto buono! And Chef Piero surprised us with a nice dessert medley of Tiramisu and chocolate truffles. We all enjoyed the service, atmosphere, food, dessert & wine and I won't wait another 20 years to come back! MOLTO BUONO!

Always great food

Pricci's has never let me down, very good wait staff, excellent food, wonderful bartenders and a good wine list. Good for business dinner or a romantic dinner for 2

We came to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary- Pricci made it the perfect night. Everything from the service, atmosphere, to the food was excellent. I had the whole fish which was the best I have ever had. Everyone at out table of 12 LOVED their meals. Thanks so much for making the night extra special. We will be coming back!

The waiter, ambiance, and meal was exquisite. We both had salads that comes with fresh baked warm bread. I will return and highly recommend this 5* restaurant.

Even Better the Second Time Around!

By Brooklyn-NYC |

This was our second visit atPicci for Christmas Eve dinner with the family and just can't say enough praises for the place. Salads and Appetizers were great and served promptly. While one of dinner the plate was not exactly done to our request, our server, kitchen manager and general manger were all apologetic and went way out of their way to immediately correct dish. In addition, the general manager also offer to comp that dinner as well. Overall, a very nice place with excellent foods and service.

Felt Like We Were in a Scene out of Mad Men

By David S |

Waiters in white jackets and white table cloths. Upscale "classy" place with interesting decor. The people watching was good including our waiter who was a ex IT guy who like to serve in upscale restaurants. The meal was good - I had lasagna that was delicious. I cannot recall what my wife and daughter had but I know we all enjoyed the meal. Usually I have a printed ticket of what we ordered but I didn't get one when we paid our waiter. The service and experience were both good. The cost of the meal with one dessert was $80. For a place like this the cost was not insane. However be prepared if you cone to this restaurant and do drinks, hor d orves, entrees and desserts you will be in the high cost range. I would definately go again if I was in the area and wanted a place like this for a romantic or nice business dinner. Give Pricci a try when your in Buckhead and want to eat in this type of restaurant.

I see why the short rib ravioli is a favorite!

By jackie_joseph |

This was my first time dining here and everything was delicious. I went with a coworker after work and it was very quiet at 6pm. We both enjoyed a drink- I had the Priccitini and my coworker had a glass of Pinot. The bread was so good and we both ate every bit of salad off our plates. Our main courses were the ravioli and lasagne, both of which were excellent. Not surprisingly, we both ordered the blueberry tart for desert. It was picture worthy. Even though I was pretty full, I ate almost the entire desert. I look forward to returning to try the roasted chicken!

Perfect Evening

By mootooaj |

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary a week earlier (ours is on valentine's day). So, we decided to go to our favorite restaurant, Pricci . It was a Thursday night and we arrived earlier than our reservation. We got seated immediately and the waiter, Dave, appeared immediately, helping us with the daily menu specials and then taking our appetizer and drink order. It was amazing, during the entire night, even after the restaurant got busy, Dave was constantly checking up on us. Super Service. We ordered our usual appetizer, Calamari, but this time we requested it sautéed instead of fried. It was done perfectly along with few pieces of artichoke hearts. This was done with no batter and the calamari were very tender even sautéed. It was an excellent choice. Thursdays are half price wines so we ordered a bottle of Chianti, that is our favorite and was very good. The leftover in the bottle was sealed and they sent it home with us. We again ordered our favorites, Frutti di mare pasta and vegetarian pasta. We asked to have our pasta prepared spicy, since my husband I love spicy pasta with marinara sauce. The vegetarian pasta was prepared with chunks of fresh asparagus, plus other veggies and was very good. Both were brought to our table steaming hot, just the way we like our pasta. The chef did great. While making our reservation, I had stated that it was our anniversary celebration. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I did let them know that it was a week later and we were celebrating early. However, after dinner, our waiter brought us couple of forks, and we wondered why since we were getting ready to receive the bill and go home. Dave our waiter told us to wait and see. It was a wonderful surprise, two chocolate candy bars tart, with a lit candle located on the corner of the plate, two raspberries and a beautiful piece of chocolate with happy anniversary written on it mounted over the two bars. It was beautiful to look at and super tasting also. It was an amazing dinner and a wonderful celebration for us. Everyone at the restaurant wished us happy anniversary and were very nice. We really loved our night and will do this again next year. However, we will return to Pricci again in the near future.

An enjoyable Evening at Pricci

By Brooklyn-NYC |

We really enjoyed our dinners at Pricci. The Cozze Piccanti (Steamed Mussels) appetizer plate was incredible to the point that the sauce was addicting. The veal scaloppini with porcini mushrooms had a light flavor and was very tender. My wife had the Dover Sole that was fillet at the table. Very Classy presentation and the flavor of the fish was also on point. The service was really outstanding from the initial introduction by the maître d to our personnel table waiter was very pleasant as well.

Mediocre......

By FrankPK |

Overall experience was mediocre. The martinis we ordered were watered down. The bread was accompanied by a side of bland olive oil.....no fresh ground pepper, grated cheese, etc. The calamari was tender but the tartar type sauce missed the mark. Caesar salads were crisp and fresh. The halibut was fresh and exceptional with a squash and onion accompaniment. Desert selections were minimal and not very interesting. The service was just okay....very slow at times. Questions regarding the menu were not answered in a timely manner. We expected more from Pricci and don't plan on returning any time soon. It has regressed since our last visit.

Nice Family Dinner Party in Private Room

By DeDe B |

We reserved the private dining room for a family birthday. Many of the people in our party ordered the veal or chicken parm and said it was delicious. The pizza, which we had as one of our apps, was also very good. I had the salmon and found it to be just OK. Wish I had chosen a pasta entree. We all had a great time and it was easy for us to talk-having the private dining room-was helpful with that.

Great food, service and ambiance....

By lovefoxnews |

Choose to dine at Pricci's! The service was spot on with professionalism! The food was delicious and the ambiance was enjoyed. Pricci's does need to consider offering a better bread service and olive oil accompaniment. The oil needs some herbs to add flavor and the bread needs to be consistent. Our first serving was hard and cool while the second portion was warmer and softer. Softened butter should be an automatic offering without having to ask. We look forward to returning!

tom's 2019 B'day outing

By ArnieGA |

Well, it is that time again, This time we chose Pricci. Any chance I go to an italian restaurant that I can trust , I will order LINGUINI FRUTTI DI MARE. I love this dish, but I have to know I can trust the quality of the seafood. With Pricci being part of the Buckhead Group, that is never an issue. Different restaurants prepare it slightly different (some spicier than others) but the quality of the seafood was just way above other restaurants. Fresh and tender. Tom actually ordered the same dish, which rarely happens. We also ordered a "simple" appetizer of sausage with peppers. The sausage tasted freshly made but what made the dish was the sauce. I have no idea what it was but it was delicious Service was great and overall experience was great

Delicious

Everything was delicious and the waiters very professional. The menu is varied and the beverage menu is extensive. Excellent visit.

Dinner at Pricci's

By Chickenneil |

We went with another couple last night and had a wonderful time . We are foodies with what I believe to be outstanding taste with food and wine . We were with friends and as usual The Buckhead dining group didn't fail to deliver. First , Thursday is jazz night and all of their wines by the bottle are half price . A first for us with Avery wide selection. Next we shared two pizzas as an appetizer which were excellent. Our main courses were ample and delicious. Our waitress was outstanding and very knowledgeable. If you want a pasta dish you can order a half order of two of the pastas. We will be going back again on a Thursday for wine, pizza, and jazz . This is a wonderful restaurant.

Anniversary dinner

By MCA300PP |

A friend recommended this to us while visiting Atlanta. Had a great meal. Read mixed reviews about service, etc but our experience was great. It is somewhat loud and the cooking takes place in the open so it is a little smoky but that didn't bother us. Had drinks at the bar first and our table was ready earlier than expected. They gave us bread and olive oil to start and the bread was amazing. Ordered some fried calamari and artichokes for desert and it was good also. My wife ordered the lobster risotto which was good and I had the Ciappino and it was amazing. Service was spot on and the prices were very reasonable. Couple of drinks, appetizer, and entrees were just under $100. Would certainly go back.

Love the restaurant - your waiters are a different story...

By Sally R |

My wife and I dined in the private dining room I think that our waiter was Dan cannot remember. He is an old school guy that apparently has no appreciation for women. He poured the wine for me to let me taste it, she asked and he grimaced wouldn't give it to her she finally had to insist that she wanted to taste the wine as well. Get with the program it's not the 1920s women have rights. For this reason I will not return to this restaurant.

Sad

By Maggielynn164 |

We love Pricci.Usually, we go for lunch but yesterday, we were lucky enough to grab an early dinner before driving home to lookout Mt. I had a wonderful tomato soup that had just been put on the menu. This soup was out of the world GOOD! It was very flavorful without all the cream you usually get. Then, I had the Dover sole which was over cooked and had no taste. The manager came by and asked if all was good and I said “ yes”.I don’t know why I didn’t tell him.Perhaps, I really hadn’t started eating. At any rate, that was completely my fault. My husband ordered the veal chop which he said was OK.and noted that he was cutting it the wrong way.Our server was very sweet and gracious. I WAS hoping she’d ask whether I enjoyed the sole when she saw that I had left almost all of it but she didn’t. We will definitely go back .The atmosphere and Italian music is so wonderful .

Twice in one week, and I'll be going back.

By Jim P |

Pricci has been a Buckhead Atlanta staple for years. But I moved out of town a couple years back and haven't been there in a while. Slick, pretty and upscale, Pricci is actually sort of stylish, without being pretentious. But what makes it special is the food, the wine list, and the service. The calamari was perfect. The pasta was delightful. And the "house" chianti I ordered was a good as I've had anywhere. We had Gianluca as our server, both times. He wasn't just knowledgeable and professional, he was in complete command in terms of timing the courses and providing guidance in terms of the menu. There are quite a few truly fine Italian restaurants in Atlanta. And I appreciate them all. Pricci is definitely among them. And definitely worth a visit.

Excellente!

By LuckySpivey |

The caprese salad was delicious and the scallops were out of this world! The portions were large and plenty for 2 of us to split for lunch. The service was attentive and friendly.

Horrible service, OK food.

By Rob826 |

We had dinner at the bar. We like to eat dinner at the bar and even though we had reserved a table, we told the very nice hostesses that they could give our table away. The carpaccio that I ordered was more like a arugula salad with a little meat. (the meat was not at the bottom or the plate like a traditional carpaccio, but a little meat on top of a load of argula.). The octopus app that my wife ordered was great. Our entrees were great, the spaghettini was al dente which is hard to do and my lasagna was fine. The let down for our dinner was that the service was horrible. The bar staff could not give a sh.. Unable to give a wine recommendation. Never checked on us even when it took a long time for the food to come out and our drinks were empty. Never asked while we were eating if the food was good. When the apps were served as well as the entrees we had no silverware and had to wait several minutes for utensils. And the bar was not even full. Two people should easily manage the traffic. It has been close to a decade that I have not tipped 20% or more for dinner. But tonight I felt that the wait staff owed us a tip....

Excellent meal in Buckhead

By 1Trippermonth |

First time at this Italian restaurant in the Buckhead section of Atlanta. The food and service was excellent but it was not inexpensive. Fish was market priced and many items were a la carte, which affected the price. However, Pricci was an enjoyable place and look forward to a future visit.

Fine dining, beautiful spot

By ATLANTAJK |

For a fine Italian meal in a beautiful setting, this restaurant delivers. The chicken parm is a go to favorite. The restaurant is classy but does not have a stuck up vibe. It is better for a date night than a regular family dinner out.

Upgraded and Tastey

By Colkwlink |

On a recent anniversary dinner, we tried Pricci and loved it. This is not the old heavy Italian of years past. The menu has been upgraded and carries a good selection of light food as well as fish and salads.

Favorite Italian spot in Buckhead

I always have a nice time when I eat here. You should try the Bronzino, I get it every time I'm there.

Spent a wonderful evening here. Chef has assembled an incredible staff. The food and wine were exceptional. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful, Romantic Evening

By Harriet H |

An excellent spot for a romantic evening. I was definitely underdressed in my work clothes, so prepare to tuck your shirt in or wear a dress/nice blouse! Service was excellent, food was divine. I had mushroom risotto, pumpkin ravioli, a fresh mozzarella salad, and pistachio and chocolate gelato.

Excellent

By suz |

The lunch menu was ample and the offerings varied. It was a holiday so noise level not an issue. Croquet monsieur is superb, onion soup tasty and dessert superior. Wonderful place to dine.

Going down hill extremely fast!

By Rob K |

An exercise in incompetence! I have frequented this restaurant for an extended period and its unfortunate demise is near as the management has been taken over by the children. Not only is the front door staff (namely “greasy” Jesse), incompetent but they have no clear appreciation for customer loyalty. Chef Premoli usually takes care of customers but he simply sat back in his den of incompetence and watched the severe blunders discussed herein flood the usually sparking front. After making a reservation and specifically asking for a table in a certain section (and confirming by phone hours prior), Pricci’s purported front door liaisons made us wait for over 45 minutes before giving our promised table to another couple who just walked in. After confronting “greasy” Jesse about what transpired we were met with complete ambivalence and he simply blamed the insulting misstep as a “communication issue” and didn’t even attempt to make the situation right in the slightest. This restaurant will take your money and leave you with an uninspired sense of disappointment. What a truly devastating tragedy as this place used to be a charm. How devastating. Beware!

A Private Room Dinner

By NancyCarolLifton1995 |

Our family of ten had a private room - with wonderful service, delicious food, great wine and a fun time. We all could have thought that since we were out of the way in a back room that we would be ignored. So far from the truth. Our servers were the absolute best. The food was off the charts.

GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE

By YoungOpa |

Four of us went for dinner and without exception, everything was delish! Ihad their pizza and don't remember having better. Our server was beyond attentive. Atmosphere is retro and interesting. We will be back

Good Italian, Nice Atomosphere, Comfortable

By Shigeru Furuya |

Very comfortable Italian restaurant in Buckhead. Food is well prepared and nice presentation. I took 3 course dinner and I rated it very good deal for only $39. Easy to park with valet and easy to get out. I love to come back to try other dishes.

A night out with friends

By Jim K |

We dined at Pricci last Friday night with our regulary eat out friends, so we could enjoy a nice, quiet meal before the busy Thanksgiving week arrived. Pricci, an Atlanta icon restaurant, never ceases to excel. The food is always great, service is always top notch, and the lively (but not loud) atmosphere is always just right. If you like Italian food, then please dine here. You will not be disappointed.

A Wonderful Birthday Celebration

By NYFoodDude |

We celebrated our son's 21st birthday at Pricci. We were unaware of the restaurant, since we live in NYC, but our son goes to school in Atlanta. So we did alot of research. Pricci kept coming up on the top of the list. ANd ...... we were thrilled.....with everything. The welcome, the food, the service. All was top notch, and we had a memorable celebration. We ordered alot of appetizers/pizzas to start. Then everyone (11 people) ordered salads and entrees. Gnocci, veal parm, lasagna, branzino and so on. Everyone loved what they ordered. Our waiter was attentive. Appreciated that they allowed us to bring a cake to the restaurant, which they sliced and serviced, and didn't charge us. Much appreciated. Will definitely go back next time we're in town. Thanks Pricci folks.

We went here for our anniversary

By chadz52 |

We went here for our anniversary and got there early. However, that was not a problem and we were seated right away. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We did the 4 course Valentine menu. The shrimp started was a little overcooked. The lobster salad was great. The scallops with risotto and the short rib ravioli were excellent. The desert options were ok. I ordered the wine pairing and it went perfectly with my meal. Service was very good. We liked the atmosphere and everyone was very nice. However, we just did not feel the food, ambiance, and service rose to the excellent level. With so many excellent restaurants in Atlanta we probably will not return.

I keep trying, but consistently mediocre

By Travelingdawg |

I’ve eaten here 3 times in the last 6 months with various friends and family, after having been absent for several years. The first time back with some friends was sort of disappointing….the food was mediocre and one of our parties entrees never arrived. I get it….stuff happens. We returned a couple months later to give them another try with family members. Again, the food was disappointing. The last time we went was after our reservation at a sister restaurant in their chain couldn’t be accommodated due to an unexplained reason and they were able to switch the reservation to Pricci. Not a good sign on Wednesday for a Friday evening in Atlanta. Well, third time was the charm, as far as being done. Still mediocre unfortunately. I just don’t get it. My litmus test for Italian food is calamari and chicken parm. Neither is outstanding at this restaurant, particularly for the upper end of prices they are charging. Actually they are both solidly mediocre, on par with a chain restaurant. I get it….the location in Buckhead is nice, the vibe is pretty good for the older crowd who frequents the restaurant and the staff is friendly. But seriously, isn’t it the quality of the food the reason most people go out for Italian food? The disappointing thing to me is that they are part of a great chain, the Buckhead Life Group. Chops Lobster Bar is one of my favorite places in Atlanta. I’m really surprised the quality isn’t at the same level at Pricci’s.

Italian heaven: one of my Atlanta favorites

By Chinapjs |

We were 11 and yet service was excellent. Three people could care of us in a private room. Restaurant was busy and seemed to provide excellent service to everyone else too. We ordered four different pasta dishes and a risotto as shared starters. The pastas were great. Possibly the orchetti with spinach a fennel sausage the best. The risotto was really very good. As a main course by veal milanesa on the bone was huge and the best I've had anywhere in a while. My wife had a half order of the veal parm. She loved it but had trouble finishing it as it was still large. Nice looking steak, fish ( branzino, and a chicken dish were some other choices. All well received. Tiramisu and the chocolate bomba were among the raved desserts. Still my favorite Italian place in the Buckhead section of Atlanta.

Impeccable!!!

By Nilesh P |

Had not been here in a long time. We had a party of 9 people mostly vegetarians. This is the biggest challenge when we go to restaurants. Catering to vegetarians is not ever a top priority. At Pricci that was not the case. We were able to eat well and the dishes were excellent very flavorful. Memorable dishes were: Vegetarian Flatbread Pizza, Mushroom Risotto, Angel Hair Pasta, Gnocchi. For me the best dish was the Spinach Tortellini!! Desserts were good too, but was disappointed that they did not have any cream brûlée. The executive chef and 2 sous chefs are all from Italy or trained in Italy. Lastly - service. As expected at one of the great establishments in Atlanta, it was excellent. Our waiter was patient and made sure he understood what we wanted and the customization of several dishes. There was no mistake in any of the dishes we ordered. Drinks were topped up very frequently. Just a very wonderful experience for the whole family. Won’t be leaving a big gap again on returning to this restaurant. Thank you Pricci and your excellent team!!

Authentic cuisine in an Italian ambiance

By Lisa |

Buckhead standard ,decadent chocolate dessert called the Bomba, caprice salad is excellent, valet service for handicapped guest was superlative

Just amazing

By Alice |

The service and the ambiance was very nice here, then the drinks came and the wine was delicious and the mixed drinks as well, then we had Charcuterie board for an appetizer I could have stopped there, I was full, and the bread and olive oil were very tasty too, I ordered one of the specials and it was a homemade duck tortellini,my friend had half of an order of Orecchiette and the Ravioli brasato, it was a delicious dinner and then we topped it off with a strawberry and chocolate dessert, can't remember the names of them...

Excellent Authentic Italian Experience

By Amy D |

We came to Pricci for a business dinner with some clients. The entire experience was great, Eddie the GM greeted us at the door and showed us to our table which was right be the chef called Pierro. Pierro came to the table and recommwmded a few dishes and appetizers for the whole table. I couldn’t be more impressed

Always good

By Wendy S |

Went here mid -week...its always busy. The risotto is fabulous and the service is always top notch. They do have a set 3-course dinner menu that I thought was reasonable.

Lol our waiter was so nice to order me 1/2 of each dinner to try both!!! We were treated SO well for our anniversary n definitely will be back!!!

Delivery meal

By enjoykauai |

Ordered delivery from Pricci. Angel hair spaghetti was extremely dry....just a large clump of noodles. Arugula salad was good. No bread sent with meal. Paid $50 for a $5 meal....never again!

Wonderful place for a business lunch

By Jetster72 |

The setting of the restaurant itself already takes you out of the busy atmosphere that business normally brings with it. The bar set up and the restaurant itself make it easy to transition from a waiting drink to sitting down for lunch. Needless to say the food is divine with ample options for a light or loaded lunch. A big plus is the offer of a full appetizer/salad to be added as a first course to a main for a minimal charge. I opted for the Caprese salad followed by seared scallops. Both dishes were beautiful and equally tasteful. The waitstaff is attentive without being overbearing. A job well done!

Great reall Italian food

We had a great experience at Pricci. One of the few place you can experience real authentic Italian food. Chef Piero is a pro and makes the best food

fantastic !

Best Italian food in Atlanta

By Neal S |

My wife and I had dinner st Pricci three weeks ago and it was wonderful. The Risotto Funghi was amazing. I felt like I was in Italy. I also had the veal Milanese which was outstanding. They made chicken parm for my wife as s special with a side of angel hair pasta both dishes were outstanding. Will go back soon. Wonderful and outstanding food.

Not sure

By Dawn M |

Went with a friend. I was swayed bu reviews to try the goat cheese appetizer, touted as incredible. I really wanted it to be but it wasn't. Salad was delicious and recovered my disappointment. Split a seafood entre and it was huge but had such a strong seafood taste. Not my cup of tea. The fruitfly that swarmed over our meal the whole time was quite bothersome. Just not a fan but glad sime are. The staff is super friendly!

Excellent Food in Stylish Surroundings

By rfreeman2015 |

In an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, Pricci offers a wide variety of Italian dishes. Pea and Crab salad was brought to the table to start the meal, and it was very tasty. Lambchops were on the specials menu, and both my dinner companion and I ordered them. They were perfectly cooked and luscious. The service overall was good but not perfect. Our server provided helpful guidance in selecting a wine but once the wine was brought to the table, he disappeared for about 10 minutes. My companion ordered spinach as a substitution to the potatoes, but her entrée arrived without it. All in all, Pricci remains one of Atlanta’s premier restaurants.

Wonderful relaxing dinner place!

We met some friends here at their recommendation and they were “Spot On”! Terrific prompt service! Delicious cocktails! Fabulous meal and dessert! Wonderful evening!

Good for gluten-free, excellent food and cocktails

By Jean H |

We went here for the first time on a busy Saturday night and loved it. Although the restaurant seemed loud, our table was in a quiet area by a window and was perfect. Excellent service, no problem getting GF options for my celiac husband. Wine list is OK. Gluten-free bread for my husband was good (und unusual to get) but $12 for bread service for him was a bit high. No regular bread was served for me, so I guess they don't have regular bread service. Not that I need the calories. I noticed that another reviewer was unhappy that the secondi did not include pasta. This is, however, what I am used to. The pasta was my primi. I had the cacio e pepe for my primi and it was excellent and veal for my secondi. . Really excellent cocktails. We plan to put this place on our regular rotation.

Great Food and service

By Leslie L |

Pricci is a great restaurant that we dine at at least twice a year. Food is very good and service is excellent. Flora was our waitress and she did a great job. A Georgia Tech engineering student that was very attentive and sweet. The only issue I have with Pricci is the parking. As a person with handicap it is a bit precarious to get into the restaurant. The valet stand blocks the ramp to get up the ramp. Was difficult for me. Please move the stand. We have the same sort of issue at the Atlanta Fish Market.

Kind Of Average

By SavannahDiningDiva |

We came with high expectations for an Italian restaurant in the heart of Buckhead. Was disappointed. Veal piccata not great quality. Pasta a bit tasteless. The highlight for us was the focaccia and marinara sauce starter.

Wonderfully tasty food offerings and outstanding service. The Chef sent out complementary cod balls that were just Devine.

Oh how the mighty have fallen

By John B |

I've used to live in Atlanta and have eaten at Pricci on several occasions. Pricci's front door has in large letters "proper attire required", which is understood because this restaurant is expensive and supposedly classy. We had a reservation that was fairly prompt with only a few minutes at the bar. Drinks were just OK, but for $12.50 a pop maybe a little stronger is expected. Service was relatively good but odd having to ask for bread in an Italian restaurant. We wouldn't have got any without asking as at least 10 minutes had gone by. My filet was good, my wife's "pasta special" was decent but not great. Appetizer of Calamari and eggplant was very mediocre. What was upsetting and not acceptable under any conditions was the attire of at least a dozen patrons in shorts, t-shirts with sandals. That is not proper attire in the world I live in. My tab for two was nearly 200 dollars which was expected. What was not expected was sitting near beach attired shabbily dressed patrons a plenty. Once you allow this in your establishment you are no longer a classy restaurant, you are a panderer to the masses who are supposedly in a place that requires "proper attire required". When I'm dropping big dollars I expect to be around properly dressed patrons not beachcombers in dirty shorts and black concert t-shirts. Lot's of better options in Buckhead than this restaurant by a country mile.

Dinner for Two

By Birdtrout |

We decided to try Pricci which is a favorite of our friends and it did not disappoint in any way. The service was excellent from the time we entered and were shown to our table. The food was beautifully presented and delicious and we wondered why it had taken us so long to try Pricci. Looking forward to a return dinner sometime soon. Fish is wonderful.

Anniversary Dinner

Another wonderful night at Pricci. The staff is very attentive and considerate, making sure that we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic. Shrimp appetizer followed by Scallops in a pumpkin risotto. Fresh red and green Tomato with Fig salad, and Bronzino over sautéed vegetables Tiramusu and the Bomba for dessert capped a perfect evening.

One of Atlanta’s Best

The Chef is extremely talented, personable, and passionate about his food and the quality of his team. Don’t miss out on the pasta, it’s homemade and delicious no matter what you order. For a special treat, try the chefs special pasta. You won’t be disappointed. .

Good Italian

By philke2018 |

Let me start by stating that I am not a big Italian food fan. Most Italian restaurants tend to mistake quantity for quality. Pricci, however, gives you ample food without requiring a new belt. We started with zucchini and egg plant parm app. Split with wife and both thought it very well prepared and delicious. Entrees were lasagna and beef ravioli. Both excellent. Dessert a chocolate bombe. Rich, but good. Thursday nights half price wines gave us chance to try wines we would normally not consider.Had a good bottle at a very decent price. Service was excellent, unrushed, and not overbearing.

Enjoyable Dining at Pricci’s

By Guide768972 |

We have been to Pricci several times this summer and have experienced the same excellent dining experience every time! The ambiance was perfect, the service attentive and accommodating. Chef Piero puts so much care and attention in his dishes that elevates the overall dining experience. The squash blossoms were amazing and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection and his pasta dishes, well, you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. Grazie Chef Piero!

Very good private room for 10 of us. Fine set menu and the surf & turf was great. Excellent service. Good wine list. Will try on a social occasion next.

Worth a return visit

By susan c |

The service at this restaurant was first-rate from start with Manny as our server. The carpaccio appetizer was pricey but delicious; unfortunately we found it scant in size compared to other fine restaurants where we have ordered it. Our veal piccata entree' was generous in size and well executed for the most part. I found the piccata sauce a bit overpowering with EVOO--would have preferred a pat of butter to offset the taste. Grilled asparagus was the best we have ever had, but the linguine pasta was heavy and stuck together--would have preferred angel hair instead. The ricotta cheesecake was to die for--smooth, flavorful and tangy with candied orange. We will definitely make a return trip next time in Atlanta.

Hurried service

By Clara H |

So disappointed in our recent dinner at Pricci. The food was wonderful, as always, but the service was extremely rushed. We had the three-course regional dinner with wine. We were in the restaurant exactly one hour - from being seated to settling the check. A server snatched my glass of wine away before it was finished, and another attempted to take my meal with food left on the plate. Our waiter was very nice - don't think this was his fault. The pace must be set by management. Have these folks ever dined in Italy?

After the many steaks, this restaurant was a relief! Great diner! Great quality! Great service! European quality! Go on thursday evening: wines at 50% 😉

Good friends birthday get together

By Rmp |

On Wednesday March 13, 2019, we had a group of 10 people, 5 couples, to celebrate our good friend’s birthday. The food was very good, lasagna not so good, and our server was excellent. The table we were seated at was not the best location to appreciate the atmosphere of this restaurant. We were having a great time amongst ourselves, laughing and enjoying the entire evening. However, at approximately 9 pm, the manager (dressed in a suit) complained about our noise and said other customers were not happy probably and could we lower our voices. This was so inappropriate of him, and instead of asking us if we were satisfied with our meal and treating us with respect as customers, he had a very arrogant manner about him. My husband and I have been to many high end restaurants in Italy, New York, Pittsburgh, and Atlanta, et cetera, and always were treated with respect as a loyal customer. The majority of us are senior citizens and were not rowdy, only having a good time. I just hope this man realizes without customers, he would not have a job. Thank you in advance for reading this review.

Birthday party for 6

By Birdtrout |

Pricci was a delicious restaurant for this party. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The dinners and appetizers were delicious and must return for the veal Parmesan which some ordered and we all tasted. Soft shell crab appetizer too. The staff beautifully served the cake which the host brought. It could not have been better in any way.

Group Dinner

food was very good the service a little slow. Ambiance was very good. Parking a little crowded. Overall very good experience. we had a set menu so can't comment further on food options

Solid Italian!

By ah64fish |

This was our first time at Pricci, and we were pleasantly surprised. While I think there are better Italian restaurants in ATL, Pricci does a solid job of delivering good service and high quality food. I had the veal chop parm which was a massive portion and even better on day two! My wife had the short rib ravioli, and it melted in my mouth like butter!

July Date Night

By Poolely |

Pricci Was VERY NICE. Server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered the bone in Veal Parmesan and it was IMPRESSIVE!!!! Wife got the Sea bass and she was very pleased!! The size of the Sea bass wasn't commensurate with $33.00, but flavor was good. This is a great place for a special date.

Excellent food and service. Great Italian entree's. Veal chop special & Sea Bass were excellent, cooked perfect. Waitress was top notch.

High quality Italian food

By janiceh |

Very good Italian food. Pizzas, pastas, meats/seafood. The bread dish had three excellent types of bread including focaccia. The extra virgin olive oil for dipping was too bitter for me. The meat and cheese platter appeared for two had an excellent selection including mortadella, prosciutto, spicy copa, hard salami, mozzarella, another cheese, pate, giardinieria. It was so much that we took some home. The veal parmigiana was tough but the coating/sauce/cheese were flavorful. I had the pappardelle with peas, wild mushrooms, and bay scallops in a creamy tomato sauce. It was as somewhat bland but tasted good. The service was good excellent, attentive but not intrusive. The noise level was ok

Family dinner

By mdc2007 |

We had an absolutely fabulous meal! We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday and the staff made it very special. I had the kale salad with goat cheese and corn. It was amazing. The osso bucco and the lamb risotto were delightful and cooked to perfection. We finished our meal with a selection of sorbets and gelato and tiramisu. The blueberry sorbet was fabulous! Top the meal off with a glass of port and excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Pricci service & quality

By H911UProbertp |

With a large group, and Pricci service was impeccable. We have been here before, and this was not a surprise, very well done. I ordered meatball appetizer that I had heard raves over. They were good, but I would not say great. I asked if they had any whole wheat pasta, and was told no. A bit surprised. I also ordered the veal cop Parmesan and greatly disappointed. No seasoning, bland. Also the breading fell off like plaster. I cut up most of the chop and gave it away to some younger guys (carnivores) in the group. Surprised at the food quality, but the service remains remarkable. I would think that in today’s market, they would have some type of whole wheat pasta.

Maybe hit an off night

By cathy r |

When we arrived we were seated right away. We had not even got our coats off when the waiter told us the specials and were we ready to order. We had not even had a chance to view the menu let alone remember what he just told us were the specials. The food was excellent which saved the night but overall it was very rushed.

Super food, drink and service, GF no problem.

By Jean H |

The more we go here, the more we appreciate it. Excellent food and cocktails, tables well-spaced, not too loud, but buzzy. We have always had good service here, but our server last night, Edgar, was exceptional. Lots of gluten-free choices for my celiac husband. Excellent valet service.

Great atmosphere & accomodating service

By Lisa422 |

I like the décor in this restaurant. Serene and classy with an art deco feel. I ordered from the fixed price menu. I was less than satisfied with my salad which was mostly peas and very heavy on the dressing. I was offered something else, but since I was halfway finished eating it, I declined. They could not have been nicer. I enjoyed my pasta and the berries for dessert were outstanding. My daughter also had pasta which was fresh and well presented. My only request is that they are too stingy with the artichoke hearts! Put a few more in your dishes since they are mentioned on the menu! Overall, very good service and the valet parking was a nice touch. I could do without the $2.00 charge for the valet, but do understand that the service needs to make money. When I return to Atlanta, I will visit here again.

Really good food!

By Mary G |

This is among Atlanta's top restaurants. It is my favorite lunch spot in town. They have valet parking and also a self park area. It is a beautiful restaurant, especially during the day. I love the pastas and the salads, but all the seafood is very fresh and delicious. I only recently tried a dessert, the strawberry tart. It was wonderful and tasted homemade. The only negative I can think of is that it can be very noisy at night, probably because it is always crowded - just too popular! This is a very special restaurant.

Ok, but overpriced and under delivered

By Talesofatraveler |

Let's start at the door, Hostess white, mini skirt was inappropriate, super tight and short and could see her butt/thong right through it. Waitress had on yoga pants. Ravioli pasta was good, but stating it comes with roasted vegetables is a joke. A few sprinkles of mini diced carrots is exactly what you get. And it's $22 and needed salt, aside from that it's good, but a salad should come with or actual roasted vegetables! Bread app with sauce was very good and fairly priced, $4. We had to wait to be served and we kept being passed by. The staff was friendly and our entree came out pretty quickly. We were actually served in reverse order- entree, app and then our drinks.Incorrect, but it was all within a few minutes. Water was continually refilled, but my husbands lemonade never was. As mentioned in other posts, it does seem outdated and is a loud atmosphere and the staffs jackets drove my husband nuts! "Cheap jackets made in home-ec. with spandex pants, what the hell?!" Is he exact quote. haha- We were then told upon paying the bill the $25 gift card couldn't be used with our dining card and we didn't receive coffee as I have read others did. Nowhere to park, so you are forced to use the valet $2 and tip and they pull right around to the back, unless you have a Land Rover or Audi, then they park you right in the front. We watched this done repeatedly. We won't be back, but it was a decent experience.

Don’t make a special request

By a o |

My husband and I went to dinner here on a week night. From the moment we sat down at 7:30, we felt like we were being rushed out the door. We ordered cocktails and looked over the menu as this was our first time here. I asked the waiter if I could have a certain salad without cheese. He hesitated and said he would check. I said if they couldn’t, would they maybe leave the shrimp garnish off the tomato soup? He checked with the kitchen and said neither was possible. My husband then ordered wine and then we made our selections for dinner. The waiter then whisked away my cocktail glass before I had finished my drink. While we were eating we were asked several times if we were finished and finally he took my plate and I was not done eating. The food itself was average and not worth the $250 total (wine and tip included) we spent on the meal for 2 people. For that price, one would expect to have dinner at one’s own pace and also to have a special request honored (especially as minor as leaving cheese out of a salad.) There are many other Italian restaurants in Atlanta where you treated like you are actually wanted and the food is much better.

Very nice!

By normancason |

This is a very nice Italian restaurant located right across the Quality Suites, The food and service was great!

mediocre at best

By Angela P |

Fabulous classy place to dine with great live jazz piano bar/singer. However the food and service is was on the downside for the price. Many other better Atlanta areas for the same price with better service and better food. We had to send the calamari back, it was awful !! Other entrees we ordered were just fair. Don't be in a hurry to dine here either, service is very slow,

4.5 And a great choice.

By CobaltConnection |

Came here for a Friday evening business dinner. Reservations are a must. Open Table. At 8pm, the restaurant was packed. Our table for 9 was greeted with a smile and very welcoming attitude. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was professional, personable and knowledgeable. All items chosen were very good. Very noisy due to Georgia/Auburn fans, but that made the night more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pricci !

Glad Some Walk Out Happy...

By BuzDots |

'Cause I sure didn't. Stopped in for a relatively late dinner (8:15 pm) and had to wait for service, wait for food and wait for it to made right. The dishes were not appealing, barely warm and one was not hot at all. I am glad I know what good Italian is 'cause this aint it! Oh... the drinks were good!

A magical evening

Our dinner experience last night was wonderful. From the ambiance to the impeccable service and the delicious food , it was top notch. We felt like we were dining in Chef Peiro’s home and he and everyone else treated us like they had known us for years and were family! You must try the Mushroom and Onion Soup and the Fig Salad . Actually everything was perfection. Our waiter Fabricio made the evening remarkable. We can’t wait to return.

Nice Italian restaurant

By Roadster2015 |

We have been there with a couple to celebrate and it was a recommendation from industry people. Ambience was a bit strange with the dressing code and the design of the restaurant. Food was of a good quality and wine Sauvignon blanc also good. Pizza as a starter is recommended. All in all a nice evening, but the cost is not relevant to the experience.

Pricci a 5 Star Classic Italian Restaurant

By travelstoislands |

If you start your recipe for success with Chef Piero Premoli, a native of Milan, Pricci’s is truly classic. Make reservations ahead of time to score a booth along the back wall a very romantic touch for couples. Or the large table for 8 or more with full viewing of the open kitchen Appetizers must are the Calamari and the Creamy goat cheese spread, warm crushed tomato marinara with freshly baked focaccia. The mussels are amazing as well. A monthly seasonal menu featuring the many regions of Italy is available along with the regular menu. Off of the regular menu we love the Branzini, the Cioppino - fisherman’s clay pot stew, as well as the ever changing pastas. The pastas are all made in house, absolutely divine. On Saturday nights enjoy the Flamenco Italian guitar to set a vibrant tone for your evening. Pricci offers a nice variety of wines with many price points. I believe in keeping the wine consistent with the type of food and have enjoyed the nice selection of Italian wines especially some of the super Tuscans. They also offer a wonderful selection of cheeses to finish your meal.

Very Nice

By Traveler10 |

Exclusive Buckhead Restaurant - Valet parking only - Very nice atmosphere - Musician plays keyboard & sings - Excellent, fresh salad - Lobster risotto - Risotto was tomato based

Sooo average!

By croakies |

It was slow service from beginning to end. Our waiter was overwhelmed and was running two steps behind. We were bussing our own table and directing him. The food was below par, six pieces of octopus but lots of filler, the tomato sauce and goat cheese was so out of proportion, very little goat cheese. We asked if we could get bread crispy, no was the answer! Entrees took for ever to appear! A friend said that if you’re going, the best thing is the lamb but expect overpriced, out dated, arrogant, has been, restaurant, well that sums it up except the lamb was soooo bland! Just add s&p to the dish, so easy. First and last time for all seven of us!

Americanized Italian

By TheHappyCamper2013 |

I was attracted by the high ranking in TA and checked some reviews. I decided to go and had a good meal, compared to many US restaurants. It seems however, the joy of great cooking by using great ingredients well cooked, was lost a bit by trying to cater to local taste. I had the oysters, which should not be on the menu, as they were looking not tasting like oysters, even using US West- and East-coast produce. The linguini with sea fruit was rich, but could have been so much better when the shrimp would not be overcooked and how beautiful the dish would be with only olive oil and some herbs in stead of a rich, but fish unfriendly, overly rich tomato sauce. But my grandmother was from Milano and not Sicily, so that could be part of the explanation. Staff friendly, but not very knowledgeable as regards origin and tradition, although the owner for sure is. I assume he does not drink espresso in his own restaurant. Value for money okay.

Business Dinner with Customers

By Pat D |

Recently went to Pricci with customers (and my manager). While I don't recall everything everyone got, here are some of them. Oysters (appetizer) - I was told they were very good. Ravioli de Brasato - I got this, it was good, I was a bit disappointed in the jus - I thought it would be thicker. Lasagna Essprsa - my manager got this and gave me a taste - EXCELLENT. Two others in our party got one of the fish dishes, and said they were very good. The wine list is quite extensive. The service was outstanding. Very nice atmosphere.

If you want excellent Italian Food in Atlanta

By SNG55 |

If you want excellent Italian food at in a great setting, Pricci is the place. My wife and I come here at least 3 times a month, usually on Thursday. Food is fabulous. The head chef, Piero is incredible. My wife got the veal parmigiana while I got the veal chop. Both were melt in your mouth. We love this place and how Piero, and Marco, the GM take care of us and everyone.

Amazing service, food, and atmosphere

By Isaac H |

This was our first time and will not be our last. It was a family trip to Atlanta. We asked for recommendations for Italian and this was definitely the best. The service, food and flavor, drinks, atmosphere, and all were amazing. Armand was our server and was the best!! He definitely made our night special for our family. We will be back!

Great Birthday Dinner

By StevenHScher |

We had a very close friend in from Chicago for her birthday. We had an excellent dinner. We started with an order of the goat cheese & focaccia ($6). They used to give you this complimentary but now charge for. It is delicious. I had the linguini frutti dinner mare ($27). It was excellent, the linguini is homemade. It was loaded with mussels, clams, calamari, & shrimp. My wife & son had an amazing dish the lobster risotto ($32). The risotto was delicious, it was made with a lobster bisque base & a bits of lobster in it. It also had a nice size lobster tail. It was excellent, the best risotto I've had. Everyone enjoyed their dishes, which were very generous size portions. Our server Manuel was very attentive & helpful with all our questions. He also brought the birthday girl a complimentary dessert. We also had the Bombe dessert which was delicious. The cocktails were great but pricey ($12). It was an excellent dining experience.

Excellent Italian food and service.

By Elaine P |

Wonderful Italian contemporary trattoria food. We had perfectly cooked risotto with scallops - the risotto not chalky or overcooked mush, but a perfect bite and the scallops the same, fully cooked and still juicy with no raw or overcooked parts. The pizza was sausage cheesy delight, the orecchietta with sausage and rabe was garlic and delicious, and veal scallopini perfectly sauced. Service was excellent too.

Welcomed like family.

By Wendy M |

Two of us stopped in on a Saturday night around 5:30 without a reservation. They immediately welcomed us and sat us at a table. We ordered drinks and the chef came along with a cold fish salad he had made for us to try. We enjoyed the salad immensely and had a wonderful meal. The entire staff was so friendly and made us comfortable while we were there. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Never Disappoints - Good Food, Fun Atmosphere

By Brian C |

We often visit Atlanta and have had dinner at Pricci before. Price never disappoints. Our daughter "said yes to the dress" so we were celebrating. We didn't realize Pricci was right across the street from the boutique where she bought her dress. The service at Pricci is always great and the food amazing. Very authentic, a lot of energy, Pricci never disappoints!

Disappointing

By JBWtraveler |

Our second visit. First time was good food and service. Next was a party of 10 on a Friday, so I expected there might be some delays. However, once we ordered drinks, it took about 20 minutes to get them. Two of our party did not get theirs at all. After they weren’t delivered for another 10 minutes, we had to find our server, who had no clue not everyone had been served. She said the bartender was busy (only one we could see for the whole restaurant), but would get to them shortly. Another 20 minutes passed and no drinks. Food was being served. I voiced my displeasure a few times at which point we began to be served by a manager. He eventually got our missing drinks (after about a 50 minute wait), and took the two missing off the bill. But, it soured our pre-dinner cocktail time and had everyone at the table talking about the service. I asked the waitress why she didn’t check to be sure we’d all gotten our drinks when they were being made/served. She said it was her mistake. The food was good, but not superb like some of our other favorites. I don’t recommend going on Friday evenings. I don’t plan to return.

Delicioso!

By M A M |

Chose Pricci to celebrate a birthday and the whole staff made the celebration very special! Food was exceptional — from the appetizers — polpettine were scrumptious — the plate of prosciutto de Parma was perfect with giardiniera and perfectly ripe cantaloupe — to the entrees — the veal steak parmigiana which was pounded and made to perfection and the osso bucco which was a treat — to dessert — a sinfully rich chocolate delight! Service couldn’t have been better! Do yourself a favor, eat at Pricci!

Excellent food and service

By MiteshP |

Birthday dinner with family for my wife. We were treated exceptionally well by all the staff, especially Terry. He was very professional, patient, friendly, and accommodating to our specific dietary needs (vegetarian and nut allergies) and tastes. They do have simple spaghetti to suit youngsters. Food was some of the best Italian I have had in metro-Atlanta. For most of us, this special occasion restaurant is a little too pricey to frequent. I would definitely dine here again.

Wonderful dinner

By john p |

We had a wonderful dinner-a peach and tomato salad, pasta with scallops, a main course of halibut and sliced veal, and a chocolate mousse dessert. The ambience is attractive with a mirrored wall giving a sense of space. The wait staff is professional and friendly.

Down Right Awesome

By chefluee |

Great food and great service. We met friends here in Jully(late writing this review) and the wonderful memories still linger. Of course we tasted each others choices and all were perfect. Our table shared the fresh burrata served with fire roasted grape tomatoes, pickled peppers and pesto....hit of the table(ordered from the dinner menu). The pan roasted grouper was as fresh as could be and a very large portion. Lasagna bolognese was some of the best in the city. Noodles cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth veal bolognese. The chicken pillared was covered with awesome mozzarella with a touch of pesto. Perfect melding of flavors. Then there was the soup of the day which was a pea soup and it was to die for. Wine and cocktails only enhanced the meal. And Pricci has a great selection. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Pricci’s is Still Tops in Atlanta!!

By Dave A |

We have always enjoyed Pricci’s for a number of reasons. The menu is always excellent with plenty of specials and a full menu. Also, the service is superb all the time. Tonight was no different. Our server, Isabel was top notch. We are just now getting back out to travel and enjoy the restaurants wherever we are. Pricci’s was crowded to the hills, and Isabel knew the menu from top to bottom and was very pleasant considering the crowd. She was right there when needed and made it an excellent evening. We highly recommend Pricci’s and ask for Isabel to make the evening even more pleasant.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Food!

By Jim2344 |

Last night my wife and I with some dear friends had a fantastic experience at Pricci! It all starts with Jessy the maitre d'. He sets the tone at the door when you first arrive for a wonderful evening ahead. After having a few drinks at the bar we were seated at our table right on time for our reservation. Next up, Jimmy our waiter. He is a pro in the true sense of his craft and did a wonderful job throughout the evening. Of course Chef Piero did not let us down with the dishes we selected...from the Buratta, to the Ravioli Di Brasato, to the Shrimp Rigatoni, to the Orecchiette, to the Lamb Chops, and the Veal Osso Buco - all were excellent and cooked and presented perfectly! And don't miss out on the chocolate dessert with a raspberry sauce! If you want a great night our in Atlanta this restaurant should be near the top of your list!

Busy Restaurant

By Dave E |

Was here with a large group. Though we were in one of the private rooms, the restaurant was extremely busy and noise from the restaurant filtered in to the room. Despite that, the food and service were very good and it was an enjoyable evening.

Outstanding!! Food & Servers / Sedonia Wonderful!!

By Head2Negril |

How many people can choose from 4 different Pulpo/Octopus/Calamari.....Just unreal. We had them all but the Fried Calamari (tomorrow, Sedonia.. tomorrow). Our server, Sedonia & all the staff were outstanding. Olive Oils/ Bread, pesto, lemon vinegarette, EVERYTHING was beyond a culinary delight! They say, you get what you pay for.. Pricci made every bight and morsel worthwhile. For a Tuesday Night.. this was a hustle & bustle environment with everyone chopping at the bit. What a FIND!! Anyone coming into the Atlanta Buckhead area.. this is a MUST STOP and enjoy treat. One marvelous taste after another!! Salut!! to you all!!

My favorite Atlanta as well as one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. The food, atmosphere, service are exceptional. I have been coming here for over 20 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Tonight I was blown away by the seasonal, special seafood risotto. The desert bombe and "birthday" gift of a flourless chocolate cake were divine. The chef is a native Italian and it shows.

Ok place for Italian food

Average food but the service was very slow. It seems our waitress forgot to bring our wine for almost 20minutes until reminded. Mixed up plates -wrong food to wrong people

Pricci is one of my favorite Atlanta restaurants.

By IN CONSTANT PURSUIT |

Atlanta has many very good restaurants. As a native Atlantan I have my favorites and Pricci is high on the list of those favorites. From the location to the food and service Pricci is an excellent choice. Recently dined their with friends and the food and service was superb. I can highly recommend Pricci.

Above and Beyond

By Bamagot15 |

Pricci is my favorite Italian restaurant when I am visiting Atlanta. Went there with a client and his girlfriend. Tiana, our server, was amazing. We all ordered the Cesar Salad. It was one of the best that I have ever had. My client and I each ordered the linguini di mare, excellent. During dinner, my client’s girlfriend gets cold. Tiana notices and brings a shawl wrap for her to wear during dinner. The Maitre d then comes over and apologizes for the temperature of the restaurant being too cold. Where do you get that level of service and attention?! Only at Pricci’s.

Good Food with great service

Truly our favorite restaurant for high quality Italian good prepared by Chef Pierro

By 500Fraser |

We have Bernard to Pricci do many times because they deliver high quality Italian food with a light touch in cooking...the relatively narrow menu is brilliant because the staff delivered simply delicious food...although there are always specials, the simple pasta marinara is a classic that everyone can enjoy...we are scheduled there for a big family dinner before the Peach Bowl...:so exciting

Fantastic food and ambience

Average at best

By MissyKelly |

There was nothing special about this Italian restaurant that would make me patronize it a second time. Food was just ok and the bathrooms terribly need updating with attention to cleanliness. I came here for a birthday celebration and although the company was good, the food was just average.

Very good kind of classy Italian cuisint

By DrJerryLosAngeles_CA |

Very tasty. I had Caesar salad and lasagna. The salad was good but not outstanding but the lasagna was excellent. Big servings. Reasonable upscale prices.

Superb Luncheon

By suz |

A shared bottle of wine and two delicious appetizers of ocupus and quinoa, coupled with delicious bread was a wonderful start. We thoroughly enjoyed lasagna and veal scallopini entrees followed by a surprise tiramisu irthday dessert. What a fantastic meal and two professional servers added to a delightful meal. Love Priccis...

Excellent Eating Experience

By StevenHScher |

From the minute we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly staff, we were made to feel welcome. This was unlike our experience at The Atlanta Fish Market about a month ago. My wife & I shared the Caesar salad, which came already split on two plates. Each plate was more than enough for each person. They make their own dressing & it was by far the best Caesar salad I have ever had. We both had the Risotto Scoglio, which had bits of lobster in it & a large prawn on top. It was delicious. I wish they would have out more lobster in it, it was kind of stingy. I would have paid more for it. But is was delicious. Our friends had the kale salad, which they split. For entrees they had the snapper & the special risotto with crab & scallop. Both were excellent. Novak, our server, was excellent. He checked on us several times to be sure we were doing well. This was an excellent meal.

Efficiently Served Business Dinner

By WasOnce |

Enjoyed a business dinner here: Small dinner salad of no great distinction, choice of 3 entrees: I chose chicken served over small potatoes and olives, lemony sauce which was very tender and tasty. Plate of four desserts for a table of nine to pass and “share” struck me as a tad skimpy and bit odd for people who don’t know each other all that well. California Sauv. Blanc by the glass. I am glad the service moved the meal along at a reasonable pace.

Expensive for Italian food.

By VanillaAce |

Upscale restaurant with great staff and ambience. Octopus appetizer was small for the price. A patron at our table ordered the gnocchi for $23 and received 8 small gnocchis. Market fish was $38 and supposedly a filet but contained bones. The braised beef ravioli and pesto pasta with shrimp were amazing. The veal was prepared perfectly. The bomba chocolate desert was incredible. Overall, the food is very good but it is a little overpriced for Italian food and we have been to Italy for the real thing. Bring your wallet for wine and cocktails that are very pricy.

Thursday Nite is the nite!

By TheHappyTraveler413 |

What a great place to drink and dine. Thursday nite is 1/2 price for full bottles of wine. Pair a great red with a 14 oz pounded veal chop and you have the ideal meal. Good ambance and like other Buckhead Life resturants, great food and great service.

Atlanta’s Italian Restaurant

By Dbd630 |

An exceptional evening at Pricci, truly one of Atlanta’s Italian dining institutions. We enjoyed a beautifully curated tasting menu with wine pairings selected by Chef Piero. The meal opened with a rich lobster bisque—a specialty of Sous Chef Jacobson—with generous chunks of perfectly cooked crab, tender and flavorful, never chewy. This was followed by buttery scallops served over a hearty, well-balanced risotto. The main course featured sea bass atop a vibrant vegetable medley, cooked to perfection—moist, delicate, and expertly seasoned. Dessert was a memorable chef’s special: a hard chocolate shell shaped like a pumpkin, revealing a creamy vanilla mousse, set on a bed of carrot-cake crumbles. Creative, elegant, and delicious. Service was impeccable throughout. Both the chef and sous chef stopped by our table, adding a personal touch, and Copper, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. A special night and a dining experience to remember. Pricci continues to set the standard for Italian fine dining in Atlanta.

Excellent food & Service

By HolidaymakersS |

The food was excellent. The service was great and restaurant was really busy at the time, but the waitress was really attentive. The beef ravioli was really tasty, it was difficult to choose with so many tasty looking dishes. Will definitely return.

EXCELLENT

A wonderful meal, service and atmosphere. The three tend to be hard to come by in a package deal these days. Pricca does not disappoint.

An ATL classic for a reason

By bertshowbert |

Look, I'm no foodie. But there are a few places in ATL to go if you want real, solid, tasteful Italian food in an authentic setting. Pricci is one. Pricci been in ATL so long I'm not sure it's the hip place to go anymore. Which is fine with me. The decor might be a bit outdated; don't care. The service is impeccable. The food is divine. The desserts will knock you out. David Abbes oversees the operation and the dude just won't stand for anything less than perfection. Solid, romantic choice.

Good upscale Italian restaurant

By tom fraser |

Very nice Italian restaurant that I have been too from day one over 25 years ago…chef Pierro is a real pro we know personally…a true Buckhead restaurant…they have a real problem keeping front of restaurant good staff

Very Good Italian

By Jim J |

This restaurant is a part of the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, and a good Buckhead location. We were greeted by friendly reception. Our table wasn't ready but only waited a few minutes. The receptionist gave a choice of 2 tables. Our server was Edgar. He was nice and provided good service and answered our questions about various menu items with patience and confidence. The wine list is primarily Italian wine and offers a selection from each region of Italy by the glass or bottle. We started with the "special" salad of fig, heirloom tomatoes, and cheese. The tomatoes were very firm and not flavorful. Next we had the Ravioli stuffed with short ribs. The texture of the pasta was very good and the short ribs was good. Our entrees were Lamb Chops and Veal Parmigiana. The lamb was very good and a nice demi glace sauce. The veal chop parmigiana was good and a hearty portion, but lacked in flavor.

Finally an Italian place mom likes

By cjdotheworld |

Ever had a problem with people who don't like their pasta served al dente. 93 year old mom has that problem. She's in love with the gnocchi at this place. We're in love with most of the other dishes. We've dined twice in the past three months. This place is marvelous. Service is incredible. How good is it. Mom and friends went and they didn't have her gnocchi for lunch. The manager came by our table during this visit and remember her from the lunch visit

Excellent as always

Well I had High Hopes

By claymade_traveler |

First, we were swarmed by gnats the entire meal. And the manager knew (told by the waitress) but didn't come visit to say anything. And when I say swarmed, I killed 11 during our meal. Booooo! Next the food was subpar. The King crab risotto was just ok, the snapper was the same. I really tried to like this place because it was supposed to be amazing. But nope, it won't do. This is a Monday and the main chef wasn't there. So maybe the second chef doesn't maintain the same quality, but if this is their best...wow! Ok and then to top it off, the I ordered Gelato and Tiramisu, no brainer right? You hail your tiramisu as in house made and amazing and who can't scoop gelato? Well the tiramisu was just as subpar as the rest of the meal. It tasted OLD. And the gelato was full of ice crystals. Wow, can't say I will ever return for another $183 crap explosion. If they were ever a good restaurant, they sold out and forgot their passion! I should have complained but then it would have been about everything and then it would have been assumed about me. Pricci is pricey but not worth it.

There is a lot to like

By Havasupai123 |

Overall, the food is very good. I liked the cold vegetable (mostly cucumber, I believe) soup - great appetizer when it is hot outside - healthy and cold. I had the meat lasagna as a main course. I would say it is good but not great. There are probably better things on the menu to order like the beef ravioli. My wife let me try some of her calamari appetizer and that was very good, as far as fried calamari goes. I like the fact that there is a self-parking and valet parking option. The service here is generally excellent. Today it was pleasant, but unusually slow even though it was not that busy. Prices are reasonable considering quality and location.

Old Favorite Revisited

By CapeSanBlas06 |

First time here in some time. I will not stay away so long this time. First the wait staff was top notch. Our waiter kept an eye on us without being intrusive whatsoever. I had a ceaser salad, lamb chops and split a tiramisu for dessert. My wife had the summer salad and scallops risotto. Salad was one of the best ceaser salads I've had. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly as were the scallops and risotto. Had a great experience, will be back soon.

Best Italian

By Greg G |

One of the best upscale Italian restaurants in Atlanta. Definitely my favorite. I usually come here with my family on special occasions when I’m in town. The veal parm to die for and has a bone sticking out. I usually eat a little more then half and bring the rest home. At home, I eat the rest and then get the rest of the meat off the bone kinda like a caveman/dog.

Goodtime

Great food. Treated us very well. Congratulated us on our anniversary by all servers and hosts. Wonderful dessert with Happy Anniversary on it. Very nice atmosphere. Thursday is Jazz and wine night. Well worth the visit.

Long time favorite Bulkhead Life "Italian" entry

Very nice setting, interesting and reasonably priced menu with varied selections. Good service but some area a bit "noisy".

The Service was terrific; our waitress (Francesca) was very nice and diligence. The atmosphere is charming.

A new favorite

By ambergrisRome |

It's been around a good while, and I had eaten there before - and truly liked it - but last November I realized that it has become my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. The food is right up there with Frank Stitt's Botega Favorita - and that is really saying something; though its atmosphere is all its own, and just as wonderful. I was celebrating the Marine Corps birthday with an old service buddy - who is a very tough sell - and I was really surprised when he confessed that he had never seen such attentive, perfect service in his life. He had never had a better meal, and couldn't remember one as good, in all his life. And he's pretty old. The the food was tremendous, unbelievable. Veal chops, Osso bucco. We made a great night of it, splurging on the special truffles, galloping through the wine list. It could not have been better. It could not have been more special. I'm hoping we can do it there this year too. Semper Fi.

Fire the manager

By Warren T |

We had a reservation at 5 pm when they open. We arrived and was told to have a seat at the bar as they didn’t open until 5 pm. At 5:02 pm I asked the “hostess” about our seating. I was told the manager was having a meeting with the staff and it would only be 5 minutes more. At 5:12, we left. I refuse to eat a place run this way. No bartender on duty. Do you think they could have sat us at a table, given us water? I ran a bank. Our branches opened 10 minutes early every day, and closed 10 minutes after the posted time. It’s called customer service. If I owned this place, the manager would be fired.

Classic Italian Resturant

Almost Perfect

By James W |

Recently went to Pricci for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived about twenty minutes early and took a seat in the bar. We had only waited a few minutes when they offered to go ahead and seat us, but then we were ushered into a back dining room which lacked (severely) the ambiance of the main room. We advised that we would prefer to wait until a better table came open and what we were there for and were quickly ushered to a very nice table with a view of the entire room looking toward the open kitchen. Our server was very attentive and the cocktails and appetizer arrived quickly and were excellent. We ordered our entrees which were very nice when they arrived - about forty minutes later..... Since we had the nice view the wait wasn't horrible, but it made things not quite perfect. Be sure and ask the Maitre d' what part of Italy he's from.

Where’s the PASTA?

By Experience618165 |

We, two couples, had the veal piccata. It was very good with asparagus added as the side. However, I’m still dumbfounded that a leading Italian restaurant would plate a good dish with no PASTA. I guess I had imbibed my libation too quickly and didn’t notice PASTA must have needed to be ordered separately. What would a dabble of PASTA cost Pricci? 50-75 cents? Tops? Sure expected PASTA at an Italian restaurant.
