We visited the Pullman Market a few times while visiting San Antonio. They have an excellent assortment of foods and several specialty areas, including the Fife & Farro restaurant. We ate at the bar and had a great Caprese Salad and an Americano Pizza. The pizzas are wood fired and the crust is very thin and delicious. Our server, Bri, was very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed watching the open air kitchen and the great teamwork of the staff. They have an outside dining area as well. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely visit there again. By the way, they have an excellent assortment of wines at good prices!

We had so much fun at this amazing new space in SA! We came for lunch at the Market (hard choice but did the Burger Bar), shopped a lot, wandered the Pearl, came back to the Pullman for dinner at Mesquite! Loved all the choices, the gorgeous design, the quality of everything we experienced. Wish we lived in SA so we could go there more often!

This spot is great with a variety of prepared food options that are a culinary delight. Selections from around the world and everyday items combine for a truly memorable experience.

Nothing else sounded good so we picked up a salad, kouign amann, and ordered a pizza and olive oil cake from Fife and Farro. The bakery was great! We found fun candy for the kids. The pizza was good, a little heavy on the sauce for us. They cake had great texture and subtle flavor.

My wife and I love the concept of the Pullman Market. All of the restaurants in the market get their meat from the butcher in the market, all of the restaurants get their bread from the bakery in the market, etc. What they cannot get within the market is farm to market. This is a must see when visiting San Antonio.
Several eateries and a grocery under one roof
This place should rise up the rankings fairly quickly, although there are several (4?) eateries on site, and they may deserve to be rated individually. The market itself should probably be listed as a "thing to do" like some indoor markets (e.g., the Dallas Farmers Market) Basically, 50% indie-type grocery store, and 50% restaurants, with at least a tequila bar, a cevicheria, a bakery/coffee shop, an ice cream place, and two sit-down restaurants. It looks like it's all one ownership group, so it doesn't appear to be startup restaurants, which kills that vibe a little, but it's really nice. The full restaurants have dedicated seating, but otherwise, there are nice lounge-style seats, outdoor seating, and cafe seating once you have something. It's a good place to shop, eat, and rest for a few minutes.
