We actually didn't eat there but got a soda from the home-made soda fountain that was giving out free samples, there were many choices, all of which were gourmet and delicious, also these delicious sodas are only $2 a cup which is a great deal considering the quality. YUM!!!

We’ve been living in a Alaska the last year and I dream of this place. It is always beyond amazing and fresh. The staff is friendly and hip; what more could you ask for. Amazing soda also!

I went to eat there with my school trip. The price was good and the pizza was delicious. The service was a little slow but that's what come with hand made pizza oven pizza. There is one thing that I did not like. That was the hand made sodas. They are not worth the 2 dollars in my opinion. The soda I tried was all foam and did not taste like a ginger ale at all. There was no liquid to drink in the cup.

So the pizza looked too crusty and I just wanted cheesy goodness with crust. So for seven dollars I ordered cheese sticks it was a piece of dough a little bit smaller than a pizza with yummy, yummy melted caramelized cheese. A cup of tomato sauce dip came with. Crust great, cheese great and sauce great. Not salty or greasy and crispy in the center and on the edge. Made fresh when you order so kind of slow....but worth it.

Pyro Pizza has been crafting amazing pizzas with fresh, flavorful pizzas for a long, long time. This food cart is legendary and a great experience. Don't miss it!

Pyro Pizza is always making a fine pie and since it's the only pizza place at Cartopia, it's the best by default. Seriously though, it's a great place, but can't say it's any cheaper than most pizza places I've been to. Cool people passionate about what they do and it makes a big difference. Enjoy!

I took my 2 boys to have pizza at this amazing location at Cartopia. The pizza was delivered in 360 seconds (6 min flat) and it was really yummy. We'd go back anytime. Highly recommended!

Pyro Pizza made the top of my list in memorable foods to my trip to Portland this week. I'm spoiled by having visited Italy several times and most American pizza doesn't compare. Pyro Pizza does. What a surprise to have an authentic Italian experience at a food cart. I'm vegetarian and had the Spinach Mushroom combination; perfectly sauteed mushrooms and barely cooked spinach on a Margherita pizza. I waited for my pizza with a Portland local who said it was the best pizza in Portland. I meant to eat only a few slices but I couldn't stop. It was so good. Extra delight is the natural soda fountain with flavors like Basil Lime, Natural Cola, and a Root Beer Cream combination. I may have to get one more tonight before I leave. LOL! Price is great at around $7 per pizza.

Pyro Pizza can be found in a so-called food cart (like a small street food market). The pizza is prepared in a pizza oven directly in the car and is really very good.

i am a very picky pizza person PPP- and this ranks high! great dough, nice sauce, great personal pizza...and their SODA is home made and amazing!

My partner and I visited this on a whim one evening as we walked past whilst on a trip in Portland. Ordered a margarita pizza and garlic sticks to share. Basil lime soda to wash it down. Great pizza, one of the best I've had so far. The crust was tastytasty! The garlic sticks were also good, but not for the garlic haters out there with the amount of cloves of roasted garlic topped on it. No problem for us (garlic wasn't that strong and I love the stuff), but could see if others wouldn't be as keen. The sodas were homemade and claimed to have only natural sugars. Nevertheless, enjoyable too. Would happily visit again.

We tried two different pizzas. Both were good. The pizza crust was thin and crispy. We ordered and waited for them to call us. Very casual and laid back place to eat lunch.

Grabbed some pizza for lunch in a cool food cart pod off of Hawthorne. They have pretty good wood fired pizza and you can't beat the price.

Good food with ample portions. Staff was friendly enough. Great atmosphere on the patio. We will definitely stop in again.

The foodcart environment isn't my favorite way to eat food. It seems like it is too cold or too hot ... rarely just right. Today, I was too cold. The pizza was a tad expensive, but very tasty. Even though it is in a cart, they have an oven with a real fire that they cook the pizzas in. I got the four cheese pizza and it was more than ample for lunch. I've had mediocre service at other foodcarts in this pod, but the two people working today were super nice.

and through a food cart! i had come upon this food card when i had already eaten my dinner. they looked so good, i was determined to have one before leaving town and that i did and was it gut! i wish we have pizza like this in melbourne. the crust was perfect thinness, the pizza cheesy, tomato sauce perfect tartness and the basil exploded in my mouth, yum!

I visited the Pyro Pizza truck on a whim and boy am I glad I did. The pizza was a piping hot, fresh out of the oven, oooey, gooey goodie chock full of spinach and mushrooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the pie and wished they hadn't run our of pepperoni otherwise, I would've ordered that one too. This place screams little Italy...all out of a food truck! Who knew?

This pizza was excellent. Best pizza ever. Soda choices were hard to choose from, all homemade. Just a great foodcart.

This place is a Portland dream come true so if you want an amazing experience you will get it here. There are more than just Pyro here so if you come with a group you can all get what you want. I got the pizza and a great hand crafter soda. Both tasted great. We sag out by the fire and under the lights and had a splendid time. No Olive gardens are by the food truck pod.

Found in a Food Cart Pod, this is a great, quick option for good wood fired pizza. I had the Margherita, and it was very good, the service was good and quick, and the price very reasonable. There is even a marquee with tables in case of inclement weather.
Authentic Italian Wood Fired Pizza, In a food cart
Went here the other night and was really pleased. The food was excellent, some of the best pizza we've had in a while. The soda is homemade, and not too sweet. Definitely coming back here!
