Great place to stop before the game. We meet friends there have a drink, sometimes diner, sometimes appetizers the food is always good the service is always pleasant. Arthur is always around to make you feel welcomed and make sure you are taken care of. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. We will also stop after a game just to let traffic die down.

My wife and I went to Queenie's for the first time. I wanted to surprise her for her birthday (plus a hockey game, so you know how much she loves me!) She had a filet, and I had a burger. Both entrees came out in decent time, and they were both excellent! Better yet, the service was top notch. I was really pleased with how well they handled things, since my expectations were a little lower than if we were just going to a stand alone restaurant. It isn't cheap, but I didn't care, because the experince there was well worth it. It's not something to do often, but it sure is something to do for special occasions!

The roast chicken here is amazing, along with the cippolini onions, mashed potatoes and the au jus that comes with it. I kept asking for extra au jus and the chef never came through......

We went to Queenie’s before Bulls/Bucks game and the food, atmosphere and service were outstanding. Ribeye and lobster tail were excellent, as was the mashed potatoes and Caesar salad! Having a few drinks we ended up running a bit late for the game so they put our brandy Alexander’s in a plastic cup and sent us on our way. Entrance to arena from restaurant was a nice touch too!

Though it was widely advertised that reservations were not needed for this new restaurant, that is no longer the case before Blackhawk games. The hostess seated us in the lounge and told us we could order from the bar menu that featured burgers, sliders and ribs. This was a mistake. Alcoholic drinks arrived promptly, my iced tea took 3 requests and at least 30 minutes. Eventually, part of our order was brought to 2 of the 4 us without silverware. Eventually 4 of us got 3 sets of silverware so we shared. My char burger was excellent - the fries were barely warm. Various members of the staff wandered by to apologize and vow to solve our simple issues in trying to eat a simple meal at this fancyish restaurant in the United Center. Lesson learned - make reservations and sit at a table not on a couch.

The whole experience was better than expected. I will say not the easiest place to find but once found it was very good. My wife had the sea bass which she described as one of the best ever. My prime rib was very good. Stephanie our waitress was excellent. We shall return

We came here before the Backstreet Boys and sat at the bar. A friendly, fun loving atmosphere with good food and friendly bartenders!!!

The Wirtz organization keeps trying to provide food that goes well with the United Centers events. They hit the target with this place but it's no bullseye.

The good: take advantage of the 40 dollar parking near Gate 4, which is where Queenie’s is located. Yes, you pay a bit more. But you are SO. CLOSE. It was snowing the night we went, so this was a dream come true. We ended up being late for our reservation by about 15 minutes, but I called ahead to let them know and they were very gracious about it. When we arrived, we were still seated right away. Somehow, we managed to get seated in a VIP booth. Cozy and had a tv to watch the football game, but we really didn’t have a view of the rest of the place, which seemed pretty cool. I wouldn’t want to sit here again, but it was a neat experience. Kelsey, our server, was awesome. Friendly, helpful with the menu and checked on us often. The bad: the food was just average. My 10 oz filet was cooked perfectly, but lacked any seasoning or taste. The Bearnaise sauce that accompanied it was delicious, so that definitely helped. My husband said his New York Strip was completely tasteless. He got mashed potatoes with his steak; they were too lumpy and not seasoned very well. I ordered creamed spinach, and it was pretty good. I have definitely had better steaks for less money. This place is very expensive, so just be prepared for that. Dinner and drinks for my husband and me was over 200 bucks. I am more than happy to pay that for a meal if the food is amazing, but that was not the case here. Overall, I would probably come back with friends before a Hawks game. I definitely would NOT come to Queenie’s just for dinner. There are way better steakhouses in Chicago that are not as expensive as Queenie’s.

We came here before the Sebastian Maniscalco event solely because it was the only venue open. Our reservation was not ready. White napkin restaurant if you need that at a stadium. Right out of the box the bread was not crisp but soft like hot American bread. So not classy. My husband’s Caesar looked excellent. My wedge was ok. Light on the dressing and I’m not sure how the bacon was like old rubber instead of crisp. The bad part was the burger. We are Kettle 1 members and normally can split their huge burger. What we got was a well done double patty burger that I personally did not eat. Aside from being dry, it tasted off. The fries were limp and cold. Not a crisp one in the bunch. The waiter saw I didn’t eat and apologized but said the manager would only offer a free beverage. Wow I got a hot tea to go. But hey you get tiny little sealed ketchup bottles! Take note...spend the money on better beef and someone who can cook a burger and we will use Heinz. My money will go to Kettle 1 or the Stadium Club or I’m eating off site from now on.

We didn’t have a reservation but they accommodated us. The service was prompt and well paced. The quality of the food was as good as higher priced steakhouses in downtown. My steak was perfect and the special bone in pork chop stuffed with Guyerre and prosciutto was delicious.

My bestie and I were at the United Center (The House that Michael Jordan built) to see the legendary Cher. We had a reservation at Queenie’s Super Club. VERY friendly and FAST service! Constant attention to making sure all was right. I was surprised to see that the appetizers were generous. I ordered a Caesar salad which was a full size. I also ordered Lobster Bisque was a bit spicy (not used to that) but it too was served generously. Oh! Most importantly, drinks are not watered down! The only thing that I had a tiny issue with was the price. I say tiny because my friend thought it to be reasonable. I guess it depends on who you ask and who’s wallet you’re carrying! LOL! Example: I had three appetizers; bacon covered scallops, Caesar salad, and Lobster Bisque as a meal, and Tom Collins as a cocktail. The total was $82 and with tip we’re talking $100 per person. Some may be OK with that...BUT...being that this was a special occasion, I was OK that night! I do recommend it Queenie’s! Food is delicious, cocktails very spirited and service friendly!

Cracker Barrel makes better meatloaf than this place. It had no Flavor and my husbands salmon had no flavor. This was for a $96 bill. I make better meatloaf with Lipton Soup mix. My $10 glass of sparkling wine tasted like a glass of Alka Seltzer. Beyond disappointing. We were really looking forward to a good meal before a concert.

It was overpriced, with a limited menu and food was just average. I would definitely not go there again. The service was mediocre and our servicer was not very attentive. Even when I specifically asked for her to bring the salad first, I got it with the meal.

We had dinner here before the Josh Groban concert. It was an extremely convenient place to dine. Just park next to the building by entrance #4 ($40 fee) - easy in and easy out. The ambiance is ok. They have a piano bar area that’s right in the entry of the restaurant - the piano player was good. Our server tried hard - there is a lot of help in this restaurant. The fabulous rolls and picked vegetables served at every table are a nice touch. Drinks are expensive. We both ordered fish and chips. First time both meals arrived cold. Replacement meal arrived with fish hot but fries were still cold and soggy. This problem was at the table next to ours as well. I know the restaurant recently opened - I hope they can iron out the opening of a restaurant kinks. This place should be better. Especially for the price - more on the high end.

We ate at Queenie's before a Chicago Blackhawks game last week. Wonderful service and excellent food. It was a bit pricy but well worth it.
Average and overpriced
This is an overpriced restaurant with a limited menu, wine selection and only three brands of bourbon. Other than the bread, everything was just OK. The lobster bisque was tasty but watery. My steak was over cooked. The calamari was average to below average. Service was good. Their prices are too high for what this place offers.
