loved this place. bottom of Caesar's. Ate here within a month of it opening. Returned in November and it was hopping. I just knew this place would catch on. Asked for gluten free, no problem. Carbonara was perfect. Wine list escellent.

Sat at the bar, which was a mistake. The bartender spent his time trying to sell 2 gentlemen bottles of wine and champagne, ignoring everyone else in his section. Order Diet Coke, not 1 bubble in it, No carbonization at all. Then ordered spaghetti and meatballs balls, simple right, WRONG. The said it was al dente, I say it was under cooked. Spaghetti is not supposed to crunch when bite into it. It would have been nice if there was actually some meat in their meatballs. Did I send it back, no, don’t want spit in my food. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

We likely did not need a reservation for 11 am, right when they opened, but we grabbed one anyway. We were sat in the "patio" area, which really means the area out in the Forum Shops, so we got to people watch three stories of mall as well as have a comfortable seat and meal. We started with a bread service with garlic and truffle with a tuna crudo with pistachio. I had the carbonara where they mix in your egg yolk table side (unless you want to do it yourself). My friend had the steak with a side of gnocci, and it looked great, and was cooked just the way he wanted it. It was a great meal and I added in a wonderful glass of Brunello that was available by the glass, even though it was a serious wine. We had plenty of food and we finished with a nice glass of Fernet. The service was great, with glasses always full and checking in on us without being overbearing. Also, I had loyalty points to use from the Lettuce Eat program and the staff very discreetly applied the credit without mentioning a balance. I would not have cared, being out with friends, but it was nice to see it done. This place is only about a year old, but I look forward to coming here the once or twice a year I can make it to Vegas.

This place opened in May. Located on the strip in the Forum shops. Owned by Lettuce Entertain Group who also owns Joes (across the hall in the mall - and one of the top 10 restaurants in Vegas) which has a great rewards program. Super cool decor. Great round booths along the back wall - pick one of these for something romantic. Very good prices on drinks and cocktails. Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned only $14!! Huge wine list. Plenty of bottles under $100. Prosciutto plate was great. We shared a few pastas - and the prawns. Top 2 prawns in my life and I've been to 50+ countries. Cheescake was excellent.

I had dinner here with some friends. We had a college reunion and decided to book this restaurant since I had a great time in Chicago at RPM Seafood. The service was great. Our server was Eric. He's so friendly and professional. Food was fantastic. Everything was delicious. Not one bad dish. I will definitely come back.

A perfect dining experience. 1. Food was delicious. The pasta was freshly made from scratch. .The lobster ravioli was a table favorite. 2. The service was professional and timely. 3. The cocktails were well-made and well balanced. 4. Even though we had a party of 6, there was no forced gratuity. 5. The ambiance was chique and sophisticated, just what we wanted for my wife's birthday celebration. 6. I had a number in my mind for what the dinner cost, so when the bill came and I saw that the number was UNDER what I was imagining, it was like Christmas coming early.

Worst place ever. We booked a table for 9pm, and still had to wait for 50 minutes(!!!) To be sitted. Food is mediocre at best and way over priced. Very disappointed. Never gonna recommend or visit this place again. Horrible experience.

We read really good reviews of the place and thought we would give it a shot. Our thoughts: Had 6 pm reservations. Got there are 545. Hostess (little too power hungry for our liking) says the seating was going to be at our reservation time even though there were 10 empty tables. She was all attitude and its a bad look for the front of any restaurant. Service is spotty. Ton of people floating around but they all look they are not doing too much except walking. Food was good but the portions were tiny. $28 to $30 for pasta dishes and you are still hungry when you finish is not a good combo. Focaccia and ricotta appetizer was ok but the bread was cold. Best part of the meal was the tartufo dessert. Overall, underwhelming. Plenty of other good choices to choose from. Hope this helps.

I went here for lunch. It was very crowded for lunch time so I recommend a reservation. The food was very good. The portion size was good. The service was a tad on the slow side.

We had a very enjoyable evening here; since it was mid-week, we had no trouble getting a table but did make a reservation beforehand. The ambience is very nice, and dimly lit, but you're able to see the action going on in the kitchen. Our server was very personable and attentive as well. My wife had a traditional dish of chicken parmesan, which I tasted. Both of us thought it was really good. I had the lobster ravioli, which was also good. Unfortunately, the portions were so small (4 raviolis) that it was barely even a snack. Thankfully, my wife could nowhere near finish hers, so I was able to fill up on what she didn't finish. Prices were in-line for this type of establishment. We'd definitely go back, but I'd order something more filling.

Wonderful, authentic Italian food. the stuffed squash blossoms were the best I've had. Service was great.

Great restaurant with delicious trendy Italian food. Was great people watching with lots of gorgeous people dressed to the nines for a night out. The staff felt very professional and refined. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD! Came back a second time for an early dinner with my kids and had another great meal.

I found this place to be outstanding. The service was over the top good. They treat you like you are a movie star. The garlic bread app was great as was the meatball app. I had the pasta pomadora for my main entree and it was awesome. I’ll go back here again.

Wow, the entire experience was truly fantastic. Drinks on point, staff very attentive and chef Tiffany put put some amazing food. The truffle mushroom pizza is not to missed and the corn pasta was put of this world.

I had heard about RPM from a friend in Chicago, and when I saw the restaurant was now open in Las Vegas, I had to visit! My husband and I were celebrating a friend's 60th birthday and the restaurant was able to make our visit very memorable. I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and we were greeted with a toast of their Prosecco! Our server was very helpful, walking us through the menu and helping encourage us to share (it is an Italian restaurant, after all!). We enjoyed the truffle bread, wagyu carpaccio, and a caesar salad to start. Afterward we shared a mushroom risotto and king crab pasta (spicy - but magnificent!) and then we split a HUGE dry aged porterhouse steak. The handsome wine manager was able to suggest one of his favorite wines (a Barolo, I believe) and it paired with our meal fabulously! We will DEFINITELY be coming back next time we're in town! 10/10

We went to this restaurant with friends before seeing a show in vegas. The service was good, the food was average. We had steak tartare, bread and meatballs to start. We had to remind them of the bread. We each had a main and one of our party had made it clear no cheese please yet his food came with cheese and had to be sent back. The rest of us were half way through when his food came. Towards the end of the meal an extremely loud siren went off. We were told if there was something in the main shops, they were linked and everywhere goes off. It was so bad we were given ear plugs. We left after almost 10 mins with that going continuously - it was really not a great experience.

If you are planning to eat at this restaurant, don't bother booking a table. Because you simply won't get one. We arrived at the restaurant about ten minutes before our scheduled time and waited about fifty minutes. In the end, we had to leave and find another place for dinner. I also heard one of the hostesses talking disrespectfully of me to the others after I asked her when we would get a table, after they ignored us for more than half hour. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like trash.

The spaghetti was clumped together and flavourless. Lobster ravioli wasn’t cooked fully and also I bit into something hard. And very small portion $32? Prawns were over cooked and chewy. Server was fantastic but all in all very disappointed.

Spectacular Italian food. Loved the Octopus, the bucatini pasta, the king crab pasta and the big Bisteca Fiorentino. Such a great meal to share with my coworkers. It’s vibey but easy to talk in the dining room too. Wine list is really impressive if you love Italian wine like I do.

RPM Italian Las Vegas is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful Italian food and much more. I have been impressed with everything that I have had from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

We had a really disappointing experience here having looked forward to our visit for months . Arrived and were seated promptly at a nice table in the main restaurant - great ambience and buzzy atmosphere - so far so good. Unfortunately that’s were the good experience ended. Placed our order for focaccia bread basket to start followed by the bucatini and cacio et Pepe. Suddenly a horrendous siren sounded and halogen lights started flashing in the restaurant. The alarm went on and on and no one spoke to us to say it was a drill or not to panic . We sat as the alarm went on and on for 25 mins - still no one spoke to us and still no update on our food. Eventually someone stopped by to top up our wine and we asked what on earth was going on. -Apparently it happens fairly regularly if something is triggered anywhere on the property and we shouldn’t worry as it will go off at some point. At this point we were debating whether to cut our losses and leave when a waiter said he could move us outside where it would be quieter. As we had been looking forward to the food for quite some time we agreed. Whilst it was marginally quieter outside and there was no flashing light there was zero ambience. We could have been sitting in any food court in any generic shopping mall. The food eventually came out 45 mins after we were first seated and starter and mains together, and the alarm finally stopped after sounding for over 40 mins. I don’t know if it was due to the alarm and the delay but both pasta dishes were luke warm and then sauces starting to congeal. Both lacked flavour and we weren’t offered Parmesan, black pepper etc… to complement the meals. At no point did anyone apologise to us or even ask us did we enjoy our food so we paid the bill and promptly left to find our way to the nearest CVS for Advils for the headaches we both now had. I know alarms sounding off are beyond anyone’s control but I feel the situation could have been handled so much better with a bit of proactive information. When we kept enquiring how long the alarm would be we kept being told a few minutes - it was over 40. If we had of known how long it would take for the alarm to be silenced we would have finished our wine and left and made a reservation for another time and maybe had a better experience . As it stands it is unlikely we would ever return.

Service was excellent. Value was exceptional and outside of the Cesare salad the food was terrific. Ambience wa also excellent. Had food energy but classy.

Enjoyed lunch before shopping. Great environment sitting outside. Good menu selection and service. We have enjoyed RPM in Chicago in the past, so we wanted to try RPM Las Vegas. We were not disappointed. Food fresh and with great quality. If you are in a mood for a modern Italian Cuisine, this is the place to stop for an enjoyable meal. Sit outside!

This place was busy and packed. We were able to get same day reservations only at 5:15 or after 9 pm, so make sure you get on the list at least the day before if you can. Also expect to spend about $100 a head if you are having any alcohol with your meal. With those two things in mind, make your way here and have a great time. Our group of 3 ended up with a high-top table next to the bar. Servers were very attentive and very helpful and happy to make recommendations if you ask. I had a barrel select Manhattan to start and while it was good, I don't know that it was $30 good. My friends each had RPM gin and tonics, and I think they won on this one (even though I am not a gin drinker). They hand poured the tonic down a bar spoon table side into two fishbowl glasses with a strip from a whole cucumber lining the outside of the inside of the glass. It was pretty and I was envious, although my Manhattan presentation was no slouch either. The meal just got better from there. We shared the octopus appetizer, which was tender and had good flavor, as well as a prosciutto plate that was gorgeous and had tender fat (if you know how hard it is to cut/chew stringy fat in prosciutto, you know why this is nice). I loved my caesar salad and I even had some of the prosciutto with it. I ordered the butternut squash agnolotti, which was just what the server said - fall on a plate. It was buttery and tender and rich. I was drooling over my friends lobster ravioli as well as my other friends carbonara. We were all quite happy. We skipped desert to try something somewhere else, but I was eyeing the tiramisu. It was a very nice meal and I would be happy to come back.

This was an excellent Italian restaurant. The food was great, especially the homemade pasta. Also appreciated there were lots of vegetarian options. Service and atmosphere were also topnotch. Best meal we had in Vegas.

We were there to celebrate a 50 -th birthday & decided to do dsonething different. We prepaid and it included taxes and tip. We had to choose when making the reservations if we wanted the reserve wine package but I wasn’t sure about the others preference so stuck w the base package. We loved the personalized chef driven pairings of each course with our private sommelier in our quiet cozy area in the wine cella. The sommelier greeted us at the door w our first drink & to introduce herself and what could have set the tone for a horrible night was not at all. When reaching for the flute, my purse slipped and hit the glass and spilled the entire amount all over her- from head to toe. Her outfit was drenched but she couldn’t have been a better sport about it! She handled the entire incident w class and dignity and did not make me feel worse than I already did!!! The food started with an amuse bouche from the chef when he introduced himself and then it took off from there - very personal touches and smart, kind, classy staff along w excellent food and wine. I’d recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Came here for dinner right before the Adele concert. Place was not too busy. We had the steak, carbonara, and spaghetti and meatballs. The steak and spaghetti were good but the carbonara was bland. The dessert donuts were good. Loved the dipping sauce Service was friendly and attentive. It’s right inside the strip entrance to the Forum shops making this a pretty convenient place to eat.

We were a group of 12 and all 12 of us enjoyed a delicious Italian food dinner. Beautiful atmosphere and top service. Safety pin!

We found this restaurant online and we were glad we did! The service was awesome, they were offering us drinks as soon as we sat down. I had champagne, my friend had cocktails and they were both excellent. But the best part was the food. I had meatballs and my friend had seafood pasta and they were both awesome. Smaller portions but worth every bite. The bread service was so good! We ate at probably 10 places while we were in Vegas and this was one of the top 3 for sure. Highly recommend!

This restaurant was outstanding! We had a group of 7 for dinner and everything was spectacular. The food was delicious from the Ricotta and Honey focaccia, to the Bucatini and Prosciutto Tortelloni. And the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Just delicious and the ambience was very chic. We dined as a family and Daniel (and team) made us feel comfortable even with his extra duty at the bar. The Chianti was amazing along with a spicy crab inked pasta and a share of the tender ribeye. Kudos to the buy back Cherry wine for my son who turned 21 this year! This was my first time at RPM and will return.

Great restaurant. The food and service were fantastic. Would definitely recommend sitting inside for better vibes. We randomly stumbled in this restaurant and loved it. We would 100% go here again.

Delicious chicken Parmesan and short rib pappardelle. Excellent service and the vibe in the bar is perfect. The sommelier gave wonderful recommendations.

We had a wonderful meal from start to finish. Our server was warm and knowledgeable. The truffle garlic bread was amazing! We also had steak tartare, pomodoro pasta, spaghetti carbonara…everything was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were great too! We were too stuffed to have dessert. We live in Maryland and definitely will visit the DC location!

Terrible - we made a reservation months in advance. It was one of the reasons we travelled from Dubai to Vegas. We got there a few minutes before our reservation & was told there was a 15 minute delay, so we waiting outside along with a few others. After 15 mins , we approached the desk and was told the wait would be another 30 minutes. It was unbelievable!! We waited the 45 mins and there still wasn’t any tables so we left. Please do not take booking if you are u able to manage them correctly!!! You completely ruined our evening.

Second time here. The interior and vibe are great. Grab a U shaped booth along the back wall so you can see whats going on. Service was great. Meatball appetizer was superb. Focaccia was not. Pasta dish was good, if not a bit on the small side. Prawns were excellent. Old fashioned seemed water down, not great.

5/5!! We absolutely loved everything. We both had caesar salads which were delicious. Then, I had the pomodoro which is small and not considered an entree but was the perfect amount for me. My husband had the prawns which were the best he has ever had. Absolutely loved it.

On holiday from the UK. So happy we discovered this place. The food was different class to other Italian restaurants that we visited and the staff were just so lovely and attentive.. Some previous comment mentioned the portion size, which I sort of get if you're used to typical "American" portions. The pasta dishes, in particular, which are so cheap to make were a little on the small side but I prefer to leave a restaurant nicely full not stuffed to bursting so and they were delicious. Although I had the grilled Octopus as a starter at one visit and that was huge. I also saw the size of the desserts which were also big with most people sharing them. So they're not all small. Wish we'd discovered it sooner.

Very good meal and outstanding service. Only opened a couple of weeks ago and the food was fresh and delicious. Pastas were homemade and amazing!!! Service was absolutely terrific. I ordered an entree and they brought the wrong Dish out. Manager immediately walked over and apologized and offered us dessert. They could have not been any nicer!!!

Great atmosphere but the food wasn't that good. The carbonara was unlike anything I've ever had and it was far from traditional.

Superior Service! The entire staff worked with the utmost fluidity, bringing everything you might need at just the moment you thought you might need it. Food was remarkable. How bout that Sommm ;) I think her name is Tasha

This was a calm and comfortable restaurant with really nice staff. That alone was appreciated in the midst of a day of Vegas sight seeing, but the food was excellent! The pasta sauce is just the right amount of spicy and was absolutely wonderful. The server’s wine suggestion for the dish I ordered was also great. I would make a point to return to this restaurant if in Vegas again.

With so much competition in Vegas, especially for Italian, you need to hit a homerun with every dish, every table, every night. RPM was at best a 3/5. Pluses: Server had good personality. Bruschetta and prosciutto starters were out of this world. Spaghetti and meatball was delicious. Negatives: Specifically booked a table in the dinning room, ended up in the bar without explanation. This proved to be ok. Lobster ravioli was undercooked - too al dente (needed at least 1 more minute). Pappardelle Bolognese was far too acidic - almost vinegary. Too much time between starters and mains - close to 20mins. And no acknowledgement nor explanation was given. Sommelier didn't check in to see how we were enjoying the $175 bottle of wine. While there are some reasonable deals most of the Italian wines are expensive - 3+ times retail! It felt they were short staffed by at least 3-5.

Lovely restaurant in Vegas. Hubby had chicken parm and I had the salmon with Brussels. Chicken parm was very good; salmon was small but decent.

Mixed views. Front of house staff were really helpful as I had messed up the booking and they sorted that and made efforts to accommodate us. Starters were good, not great. Lobster ravioli and black truffle chicken were both lovely but the wild boar ragu was underwhelming. Waiting staff were polite but not over friendly and we felt rushed throughout service. It was very annoying when the waiters came to take away a plate when others were still eating (both starters and mains) - a waiter actually picked up two finished plates and stood there waiting for the last of us to finish his starter. Not sure if this is common in USA but it's considered bad service in the UK for waiting staff to approach the table until all diners have finished. Wouldn't go back due to ill mannered service

Was in Vegas for business and decided to give RPm inside the Ceasar's forum shop mall a try. I had the Mama DePandi's Bucatini...basically homemade thick spaghetti with a lightly spicy pomodoro sauce with fresh masil leafs....damn this plate was good and loved the pasta that where cooked Al dente like its supposed to be and on top of it...only 19$ for the plate (and that is not too expensive for a nice restaurant with such good food) ...My experience was so good that i returned the next day and got the exact same plate. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good vibe, good service, good plate and good price .

Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars. Beautiful decor, soft lighting and music, there is a full bar. The server was friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu includes popular Italian dishes, appetizers, salads, bread service, small pizzas, homemade pastas and other entrees, including high end steaks. We had the bread service (truffled garlic bread), shared the RPM Caesar salad. My friends had the Rigatoni alla vodka, Pappardelle Bolognese, Cacio e Pepe, I had the Prosciutto Tortelloni. All of the dishes were the perfect portion sizes, delicious and beautifully presented.

+ Great food at a great price + Bread service was unique and very delicious + Huge wine selection with a good 50-100$ range options + Lots of seating even for bigger groups (we took one of a few circular tables-for-8 which is always nice for conversation vs. 3 4 tops pushed together) - Only knock would be that they were playing club music instead of something more befitting an upscale Italian restaurant. Something like some quiet jazz would have been much more on point for this Portions are a bit bit bigger - 4 guys ordered the Chicken Parm at my table and none could finish - so you could probably do a pasta and an entree and split with your date for example. Tiramisu was huge and from a technical standpoint overly soaked in espresso; however, it was outrageously delicious so I wont hold that against them. The location is at the strip entrance of the Forum Shoppes, and that odd location meant this place was not full up even at prime dining hours on a Saturday. Hoping it lasts cause I would definitely make this a regular of mine on Vegas trips.

Service was good, waiter was attentive. I got the lobster ravioli there were 6 raviolis which were not quite done. Cost 36.00. My partner got the frutta del mar 34.00 small portion . The sauce had no flavor. We also ordered a pizza for 15.00 6 small slices. Pizza was pretty good. Overall it was little food for a big price

We were big fans of RPM Italian when we visited it in Chicago 7 years ago and were excited to have it again in Vegas. We were not in a hurry and appreciated that the Italian salad starter came out well before the hot pizzette appetizer. Both were very delicious starts to our meal. My wife had the carbonara. She loved it in Chicago because they poured the yolk into the dish and assembled it at the table for you. Here the yolk came already on the dish and they asked if she wanted them to mix it. It was still cool but not as refined as our original experience in Chicago. It tasted great though, as did my lobster ravioli. We were 50/50 on dessert but after looking at the menu, decided it sounded too good to avoid. We had the tiramisu and cheesecake. Both desserts were far bigger portions than we expected and were so decadent that they quickly disappeared from our plates. They've put a lot of money into this location -- it's big, it's in a prime location, they are advertising it like crazy on the strip, and there are a ton of staff there to ensure it runs efficiently. Overall it wasn't quite as good as the o.g. location but still food that's worth the price (relative to what's around you on The Strip) and a great experience.

From checking in at the hostess stand to paying the bill, not one part of our meal was less than great. Sean, our waiter, was great. We look forward to eating here every time we come to Vegas. I even had my first Espresso Martini here back in September with my bff. So good, I think I'm ruined for other places.

Exceptional attention from the staff, very friendly, cordial and very respectful. Quick in attention and in serving the dishes. Excellent food, by far the best Italian food we have had in Las Vegas, very well presented and very delicious. For my son who has multiple food allergies, they accommodated his needs very well and suggested multiple options. We were definitely delighted with this restaurant.

Was eating breakfast at my favorite Mon Ami at Paris and the server said you got to go to RPM for Italian. So we tried it. DO go, the food is fantastic and service just perfect. We shared everything. together as couple and it was just right. Carbonara very good. Craving the ice cream special on yes. Maine Lobster Caprese. At the bottom of Caears Shoppes

This was our first time at RPM and honestly it’s a solid place. Service is great, food is delicious and comes fast. Overall the vibe is polished without being overly pretentious. I highly recommend you stop by for dinner here.

Great service and food here. The lobster ravioli was to die for. We also shared the whipped ricotta and honey bread, grilled prawns and crispy brussels sprouts and enjoyed all of them. The sommelier was friendly and helpful in picking out a great bottle of red wine. We thought the prices were reasonable for Vegas. This place is a must to dine at when in Vegas.

My husband and I ate here for dinner. We had a reservation and got there early but they would not seat us. What was frustrating was that several parties of 2 showed up without reservations and were seated right away. Watching this we went back up to the hostess stand and asked again and they said to wait until our reservation time. Once we were finally seated everything got better. The wait staff was excellent. We wanted to save room for dessert so we had appetizers, split the Chicken Parmesan, and had the Hazelnut Tartufo and Tiramisu. We still could not finish everything and left very full.

My wife and I have been to RPM Italian in Chicago several times and thought we would try the one here in Vegas. What a great decision. Our dinner started off by meeting our server, Don, who was excellent and made what was already a great meal into something special. Our server stopped by to check on things frequently and often engaged with us in discussion on an array of topics, but was never intrusive. We had Arancini Balls and Focaccia Bread to start. Both were prepared perfect with a very nice presentation. For dinner we had the Bucatini and Carbonara. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We finished things up with some coffee and gelato. Everything about the evening was great and I have to say we enjoyed ourselves he better than the one in Chicago.

Everything you want in a restaurant, good food, service, ambience, and music. Started with the Sea food platter and Carpaccio both excellent. We all shared the Lobster Pasta which was sooo good, the Bolognese, the Ravioli alla Vodka, and Spaghetti with meat balls. All the pasta were very light. Extensive Wine list. The only negative is you pay for Bread service. We will be back for Happy Hour this week because we really enjoyed our dinnig experience.

Lovely evening with friends and family. Food was outstanding and the hazelnut tartufo is not to be missed. Might be the best dessert I had in the year 2022. Go for it and enjoy!

Was pleansantly surprised! We ate the day before at Catch which was impossible to get a rez at and was very dissapointing! RPM had plenty of reservations and the food was excellent! The service was alos great and had a fun vibe for middle aged couples! We paired it with an after show at Cesars-Absinthe! Perfect date nite!

We went with friends for dinner while here in Las Vegas. We had a table in the bar area. A bit loud but comfortable. The sea salt rosemary focaccia was probably our favorite thing on the menu. Beef carpaccio was good but we’ve had better. We ordered the prosciutto service on recommendation from. Our server. Not worth the $25- olive accompaniments were rather slim. For dinner we had the butternut squash angolotti- rich but tasty, the carbonara- the most bland of our dishes, the chicken Vesuvio and the Chicken Parmesan, which my husband thought the sauce was too acidic. Overall a decent dinner. Expensive for the quality.

This really should have been a 5 star review. The food was amazing and for the most part, the staff were friendly and attentive. Our waiter Damon is the reason it isn’t. When we first sat down, we told him that this was a pre-show dinner and that we were in a little bit of a rush and he basically laughed at us and then disappeared for the next 15 minutes without taking our order. When he finally came back, he was extremely rude and sarcastic when we asked him questions about menu items. I really hope for the restaurant’s sake that he was just having a bad night because his level of unprofessionalism was horrible. Aside from Damon, our meal really was delicious and we enjoyed the restaurant very much. We will give it another try on our next visit to Las Vegas.

Came here for dinner last night and was slightly disappointed. The food here is phenomenal but the service needs some serious work. The waiter we had was overly attentive to the point where it became annoying. The food alone is worth the trip. With proper service this restaurant would get a higher rating.

Reservation was 15 minutes late. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink in a seat at the bar. Condescending bartender. Provolone stuffed peppers were four small tiny peppers. Sauce is sweet and gross! Not what I remember from the Chicago location.

I could not sit next to the kitchen as it was too warm for me. The kindly moved us. The caesar salad was good. The caprese salad was good. The lobster and cheese was fresh. It could have used a few more tomatoes and it needs a bit more flavour. The lobster ravioli was good. My strawberry giggles needed a nit more strawberry so the waiter was accommodating. I enjoyed the tiramisu. The music was a bit loud and some techno music.

Great atmosphere. Great cocktails. The pizzas are just the right size to share with really nice crust. One of the better chicken parms that I have tried. Sauce was tangy with right amount of spice. Will go back to try some of the other dishes that sounded great on the menu.

Our entire family loved this place, this place has a great atmosphere and a cool vibe. Patrick was our Server - he was fantastic, great food recommendations. We all loved our meals. The Sommelier, Natasha, was very knowledgeable and suggested just the right wine for our table based on what we all ordered. You won't be disappointed RPM Italian!

Really enjoyed our evening at RPM. Service is great and venue very conducive to a good time. we enjoyed generous pasta's and interesting starters. Tartare was fresh but course and lacked seasoning. Octopus was a standout! very good wine list of European favourites. White coated wait team added alot to the experience.

Our group of 8 ordered 4 Eggplant parm entrees on Sunday evening at my recommendation, based upon many visits to RPM. Portions that night were 1/2 size of normal, in small ceramic serving dish. Returned to same location & hour on following Tuesday with other friends and ordered eggplant parm again. This time, full portion size in traditional hot stainless serving dish. Very disappointed to have had recommended the dish to my friends and experience basically a child’s portion with no mention of anything from the wait staff. Same price, same good taste, just literally 1/2 the portion.

RPM Las Vegas truly left an indelible mark on our dining experience after a bustling day at the bar and restaurant show. Nestled in an unexpectedly serene location in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace, the venue itself is a hidden gem, boasting an interior that’s as stunning as it is inviting. The culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular, with each pasta dish outshining the last in a delightful parade of flavors that showcased the chef’s prowess and attention to detail. Even more surprising was the steak – a dish that, in a sea of exceptional pasta, stood tall in its own right, both in flavor and preparation. RPM Las Vegas has not only met but exceeded our expectations, securing its spot as a non-negotiable fixture in our future Las Vegas itineraries.

I just wanted spaghetti that said it was made on sight. It came with sauce that was too thick. It was very spicy hot. I asked and was told they put red peppers in. I told them that I didn't order Mexican but Italian and expected to be able to taste the spaghetti and even garlic, not have my mouth put on fire with hot peppers. I would not recommend this place.

Good food and service. We had a wedding dinner . A bit loud. Maybe that's good. We had a wedding reception dinner for 20. Service was excellent and the food was above average.

Stopped in for Happy Hour at the bar before heading to a concert. Prices are more than reasonable and the food and service is very good. The cremini mushroom pizzette was piled with mushrooms and the crust cripsy. The arancini were tasty but not served piping hot from the kitchen. Staff was pleasant and attentive. A nice interlude and pre-concert bite.

It was a long walk from the self parking at Cesar's palace..We has a company dinner at RPM in Cesar's Forum shops...We started we shared appetizers ( Meatballs, garlic bread and grilled octopus..all very good.. I had the grilled skirt steak and spinach.. which was excellent.. the chicken parmigiana looked wonderful.. Overall a great meal!!

We found this place by chance. After walking around Cesar palace we decided to have a drink and take a break . Got to RPM Italian and really enjoyed our dinner .we got bottle of Argiolas Vermentino , super tasty meatballs , Caesar salad , lobster ravioli and short rib bolognese pasta . For the dessert we had macchiato, digestive Amarillo liqueur. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. Our server was very pleasant and friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed delicious dinner. We’ll definitely be back

We were a party of 3 looking for a restaurant with a quiet atmosphere, good food and vegetarian options. We scored big time! This place is wonderful! The options are authentic Italian! (Not just pasta and sauce). The sommelier gave us a great wine recommendation that didn't break the bank. Our entire experience was enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Husband and I came here for dinner few hours after we were married. The server moved us to a more secluded seating and we were given Proseco to celebrate. I had been here once before, but he had not. We had a really good experience especially to have "Italian" food as some of the other restaurants only have a couple of dishes. He had a dirty martini and I had Wild Strawberry & Olive Martini. Bread service (ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS): Whipped Ricotta & Wild Blossom. Entrees: Goat Cheese Cavetelli & Spicy King Crab. Dessert: Raspberry Cheesecake and Espresso Martini.

Had Shrimp, bruschetta for appetizers. There different pasta dishes for starters. Grilled Entrecôte, shrimp and chicken parmeggiano for mails, no room left for Dessert sadly. All foods were far above expectations. Great evening out

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. Great portions - just enough food. Fabulous everything! We had a great server who was attentive but didn’t hover.

Caesar salad, cacio e pepe, chicken parmesan, and tiramisu - all the classics were super delicious. Our waiter was smooth and attentive. A great dinner.

RPM Italian Las Vegas is one of the best dining experiences EVER. ☑️Unequivocally, not only checked all boxes, but also those I had not even considered. BRAVO! 👏👏👏 We chose RPM Italian, nestled inside the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, a hidden gem, to celebrate my daughter's intimate wedding celebration on June 11, 2024. As Chicago residents and natives, we were familiar with RPM restaurants and felt confident in expecting the same level of excellence. They did not disappoint! RPM combines fine dining and Italian cuisine flawlessly. I want to thank the Director of Catering, Tara N., for helping plan this special event and Sean, our server, for going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Their genuine hospitality and impeccable service made all the difference. From the start, you first notice the RPM level of service. Sean, dressed in a pristine white jacket, was highly attentive, informative, and impressive throughout our entire meal. Upon my request, he gave our guests a detailed description of the pre-selected family-style menu, leaving us with great anticipation for the plates to follow. Sean was uber accommodating, informative, and a poised professional. We would come back just for the service. We were greeted with poured chilled Giuliana Extra Dry Prosecco, which hit all the right notes, especially after the wedding ceremony in 108-degree Las Vegas temperatures. The bubbles flowed throughout the evening. This particular Giuliana Prosecco can only be purchased at their restaurants, and it was so decadent that we bought three bottles to go - so worth the splurge ($60). I must give Giuliana's other Proseccos a whirl, which can be purchased at a much lower price point at Binny's. The culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the Truffled Garlic Bread, Giuliana Italian Salad, and Prime Beef Meatballs - WOW - not to be missed!!! Then, each pasta dish outshining the last in mouthwatering flavors that showcased the chef's attention to detail. The Short Rib Bolognese and Cacio e Pepe, in particular, blew us all away. Even more surprising was the Branzino, European bass, and the Black Truffle Chicken Vesuvio dishes that further elevated the epicurean affair in a sea of exceptional pasta, both in flavor and preparation. We rounded the night out in total confectionery bliss with Bomboloni, absolute perfection-fluffy, and moist interiors marked with a crispy outside and decadent hazelnut dipping sauce, and traditional Tiramisu-light and excellent as well, with coffee-flavored cream layers. THANK YOU, RPM, Tara, and Sean, for a beautiful and perfect evening in every way, one we will never forget in the posh and private Sommelier's room. From appetizers to desserts, RPM Italian Las Vegas exceeded all our expectations!

Had dinner with my family last night and loved everything. Best steak of the year award goes to the Wagyu NY steak special! Had the steak tartare. Lobster caprese, 3 different specialty breads, arancinj, Italian salad and more. Our server Eric was great. Super attentive but not intrusive. It was our first time there and I highly recommend RPM!

It was good. But not as good as I was expecting, or hoping. Great cocktails. Great garlic bread. The lobster ravioli was good. Atmosphere is nice. Overall, a bit underwhelming.

Had a wonderful dinner here. Noodles were homemade and were delicious. Sauce was amazing. Prices were surprisingly affordable. In fact, I’d have to say unbelievable for such a good meal. Cheesecake was excellent as was the service. Very attentive and informative wait staff. Too bad we found this place the night before we left. I would have had dinner there every night.

I’ve visited RPM Italian in Chicago years ago so whilst in Vegas I wanted to try the newest location that’s only been opened a couple of weeks. From start to finish it was excellent- great service, and gorgeous drinks/starters/entrees- and the tiramisu- exceptional !! Absolutely loved the whole experience, and will definitely return next time we’re in Vegas.

This was our first visit to RPM Italian in Caesars Las Vegas. The place is nice, the food and beverages were very good. The service by the waitress Elena was excellent. We had dinner here twice in 2 weeks. Because of her we have also been at RPM Italian downtown Chicago, but it was not the same. We will certainly return when we visit Las Vegas again.

My husband and I went to dinner there. We knew that it would be a little more expensive since we're in Vegas. What we didn't expect was the portion size meals we got. He ordered the Rigatoni and there were hardly any rigatoni in the plate. I ordered eggplant parmegana and it was so small. What was totally ridiculous was that you had to pay for bread!!! What Italian restaurant doesn't give you bread with your meal? It was truly a disappointing experience.

Perfect for date night or business dinner. Don't miss the Spicy King Crab Pasta easy to get to the Restaurant through Valet

We had a long stay in Vegas and had dinner at RPM a few times, as it was just that good! Here’s some details on our thoughts: Amazing stuff: Truffle garlic bread Meatballs Prosciutto Tortellini Rigatoni Tomato Vodka Sauce tiramisu Espresso martinis Service - from manager to servers (Patrick was amazing) Things we think could use a tiny bit of improvement, although please note our 5 star review as we would definitely recommend and come back for another delicious meal: Both times our food wasn’t hot, Not cold enough to complain about it, but still not as hot as it should be Chicken parm - although loved that during the month they were donating some proceeds to a feed the homeless program, the texture was just a little off to us Caesar salad - presentation was amazing, but way too much lemon zest. Other things to note: The bathrooms are shared by all, which is good/bad. As a woman, the liquid on the seat isn’t the most pleasant experience, but understand the restaurant had to work with the footprint that already existed. For single ladies, maybe a chance to meet someone new! The tables inside maximize space and you can make friends with the tables next to you The music isn’t typical for an Italian restaurant - seemed a little club like but fit the vibe of the restaurant

This place is awesome. Fancy but not pretentious. Outstanding service. Cocktails are great. Chicken parm was awesome. Rigatoni alla Vodka was to die for. The signature Bucatini is excellent too. Given all the restaurants in Las Vegas it is hard to gain repeat customers, but we have come back since and intend to do so in the future.

We shared the meatball appetizer, I had Spaghetti Carbonara, my friend had the chicken Vesuvio. We each had a drink and the bill came in around $100 which is VERY affordable for fine dining. Worth every penny. This is the best authentic Italian meal I've had since our Italian aunties stopped cooking. Katrina's service was above & beyond. Chef's kiss!
Fantastic!
Great food and drink, at a reasonable price! Staff excellent—friendly and just the right amount of attention! Upon arrival in Vegas all other options were booked and luckily able to dine here. Returned for 50% of my meals. Exceptional service in returning a lost personal item to me. Will definitely return!
