Amazing ramen at such a great price with lunch set. Love the set with 3 gyoza and Sapporo draft. Exactly what I wanted. Service very friendly. I visited the one in West Village.

They messed up my order twice by putting spicy in it I have to order a completely new Roman with no spicy and I made sure to tell them

The vegan miso rekka ramen was fantastic! Amazing how they manage to reproduce a vegan version of the tonkotsu broth. The noodles were barikata (very firm), as I ordered them. The atsuage (tofu) had a nice chewiness. Excellent. 18/20

Great food, great service, first time having ramen, glad I came here. Fast service. Food came out quickly. Great location.

Good value for money. The menu is small but sufficient with the possibility of customizing. The service is fast and sometimes the servers are not present after taking the order. I discovered their electronic stamp card system the last time I went there.

I don't often eat tonkotsu ramen because it is a little richer, but every so often I break out of my routine. THIS was the place to do it. Man, that broth was amazing. Atmosphere and service were impeccable as well. Chase it with some cold sake.

This ramen place has very simple and clear menu. Their price is decently acceptable. The ramen is both flavorful and served up fairly quickly. The broth is rich and tasteful. I definitely would come back for more.
Customizable ramen
Ramen Danbo serves up some decent ramen. I was pleased with how customizable their bowls are. In addition to the option of adding a variety of toppings, you can also customize the noodle thickness, the noodle firmness, the broth thickness, the broth richness, and the spiciness level. Because of this, everyone can tweak the ramen to their own liking and eventually find the most optimal bowl. Additionally, though I'm not a vegan, I'm sure their vegan menu attracts a lot of New Yorkers these days. The only thing missing is a more varied appetizer menu.
