Homophobic management. I went in with a group of 10 friends and my service dog, and was quickly told that apparently my dog had entered the kitchen when he had been in our possession the entire time. I was never asked whether my dog was a service dog, and never issued a warning. When I spoke with their team member, they mocked my last name and called me a slur. As a local Dumbo resident, I encourage others to spend their dollars at a more supportive location in the neighborhood. Horrible people.

Good food and a fantastic beer selection. Collect a card from the bar and serve your self beer from the wall of 24 beers.

On her way to the bathroom, mu wife made a wrong turn and found herself with a employee named Martin. They trippped and accidentaly dropped the food he was carrying, then he started shouting at her telling her that she should not be there repeatedly. She felt attacked and vulnerated by this individual. Good beer, nice place apart from the incident.

We were lucky enough to arrive there during happy hour so enjoyed some delicious cheap beers and some yummy snacks. Looking forward to getting there another time when I can pour my own beer from an impressive selection!

We were parched after a hot walk across Brooklyn Bridge when we found this pub — what a lifesaver. Our teenaged kids loved the root beer and my husband and I enjoyed the beer collection. Service was impeccable.

I loved the self service beer tasting and like that you could buy an ounce or two or 12 or 16. Wash your mug, put you little card on the machine and taste away. While you pay by the ounce and it tallies right on a screen to let you know what it cost, the beer is very very expensive considering that you are really serving yourself.

We visited Randolph Beer after walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, before heading back via the Manhattan Bridge. Just the thing for a couple of folks with tired feet, in need of refreshment! The place was absolutely packed (a beautiful Saturday afternoon), but we found a table outside to enjoy the day. I was impressed with how family-friendly the set-up inside was - games and spaces for children (and others) worked into the seating areas. Very cool place to spend an afternoon! Oh - and the beer was good, too!

We were walking around Brooklyn seeing the sights when we fell on this place. A great concept of a beer wall with 24 micro breweries to sample, you get a card and then you pick up a glass and go and sample!! There were some nice ales and cider that our party enjoyed. If your in the area and like different ales, give this place a go. Great beer, staff and atmosphere.

Came here with my boyfriend while we stayed in dumbo. We were at the 1 hotel and I didn’t love their beer selection. Was so happy I tried it out here beer was great.

On my way to the bathroom, I made a wrong turn and found myself with a employee named Martin. We tripped and accidentaly dropped the food he was carrying, then he started shouting at me telling my that I should not be there repeatedly. I felt attacked and vulnerated by this individual. Good beer, a great opportunity to try many different types, with a serve yourself tap. Atmosphere is relaxed, with vintage arcade games like pinball & skeeball, and a few comfy couches & overstuffed chairs. Staff is ok, seemed minimal during happy hour.

My family and who live near by was coming back from a walk in the very windy Brooklyn bridge park and Brooklyn heights. It was my wife’s suggestion, plus pleasantly surprised. I had written one of the first reviews of Randolph’s, but it was suspended due to content I don’t understand why. The place was packed around 1245 Saturday afternoon with a birthday party of 20 people in the front room and other large tables. The hostess was busy along with Antonio who was our server. Beer selection is great the food we ordered though took a while to come out was good too. Note to self: come earlier on the weekend. We’ll be back.

I stopped by Randolph to have a beer with some friends and we enjoyed it. The place looks very hip, has fussball, pinball and other games. The beer selection is long enough to cover many tastes. The also have a terrace. They accept only payments by card.

We came Saturday afternoon after the Woman’s March in the city and we needed a beer and snacks to munch on as we were on our feet for half the day. My wife mentioned we should go to Randolph’s before going home. We live in Vinegar Hill Brooklyn so it was on our way home and it hit the spot. The Hall was packed with groups even a birthday gathering in the upper level seating. We sat in the back at a large blue banquette and the table was made from an old door. We shared the sliders and big-a$$ pretzel with spicy beer cheese. Yum!!! I had a few beers by “Other Half” and my wife had a Bloody Mary (see photo) from a pre made dispenser. Definitely wanna go back as it’s in my neighborhood. The entrance is on prospect street so they have a sandwich board to alert patrons... Cheers

Three of us went to Randolph Beer on a weeknight about 7:00. We did not have a reservation but were seated immediately. The place has several different sections, we were in the picnic table part. The servers were friendly and efficient. The food was fine, the music was quite loud. I had a Lil' Heaven beer, which was delicious.

Micro brewery and saw the tanks on the other side of the building. Decided to go in. Hidden entrance but when inside, great atmosphere! Fantastic place and beer!

It is a very cool bar to have good beers and eat well. From 4 pm the Rooftop opens and is worth a visit to see the view. Great service and very nice environment.

Across street from WeWork building. This beer hall is laid out across a very confusing three levels. One of these places where you have to order (and tip at point of purchase) and then go to your table and wait to be served. An annoying set up. But the beers are good, the giant pretzel is delicious and I always like a beer hall. The view is basically the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge not exactly a vista but I'd happily go back. Good friends, a nice day and beer is a pretty good equation. I suspect this place is a lot less enjoyable December through March.

Friendly service, Decent bites, beers can be pricey as well as pitchers which come in a miniature size.

My family and I came on the last day for the great roof deck. We did start out on the gaming side, though after shelling out $10 for coins for video games etc… none of the coins worked had to switch out for new ones, but some of them to didn’t work. Waited a few minutes til 1pm for roof to open, separate entrance wristband needed. Limited beer list and food menu. One of the kegs was kicked took awhile for a new one to be installed, opted for the Pilsner instead. We ordered guac/chips…chicken tenders which came with Tots and “2 huge pork tacos”, not huge at all! Views are great as well.

While showing friends from Italy around NYC I asked a friend living in Brooklyn Heights to join us and choose a place for lunch that offered good craft beer. He chose Randolph’s and we found the place pretty much empty on a weekday at lunchtime so we could seat ourselves anywhere we wanted. There’s a lot of “benchy” wooden seating and we easily found a comfortable place. There’s a really nice selection of craft beers available on draft and some are made right at Randolph’s. Three of us chose an IPA made there and IMHO and those of my friends, too, it was excellent for sure. One thing that was unsettling to each and every one of us was the very apparent curt and condescending attitude of the bartender, to whom all orders were placed. Please trust me when I say we presented no problems and simply wanted to place our beer and food orders. It was only after I asked her if we were somehow troubling her and assured me that we were not that she then acted courteously and without the attitude. I suppose we all can have “off moments,” so it wasn’t the end of the world. But most importantly I want to mention that not only the beer was excellent...the food was, too. The menu is extensive for a brewery/pub establishment and the offerings appeared to be interesting, varied and appealing. A number of different dishes were ordered among us and everyone enjoyed their food. The portions were nice-sized and very appealing to the eye when brought out to our table. All in all, I’d say that this very casual place is a nice choice for a very casual meal that will provide very satisfying drink and food.
Unusual location great choice of drinks
First trip to Brooklyn but met a friend who lived in the area so therefore knew of good places to visit. Loved it I drink cider only one to choose from from but wow it was good . We were there on a Monday afternoon so very quiet but must be a really buzzy place at busier times . Worth the walk
