The views were outstanding and the service was great. Nice vibe -very nicely redecorated. We were surprised it was not more crowded on a Thursday night.

In the neighborhood, the opportunity to visit for a drink. Welcome, cozy place with nice background music. Quiet and quiet place. Once installed we receive glasses of water and some snacks... perfect! Kind service and attentive to our requests. A beautiful view of the Chicago River. Place I recommend.

Me and a few girl friends had the best time at rebar. Usama the general manager introduced himself to us and made sure that we were well taken care of. The food was great and the views were amazing. I would highly recommend making this a stop for a bite and amazing drinks while in Chicago.

We had a wonderful table near the window overlooking the river. Our server came by and took our drink orders, and then we didn't see him again for quite a while. When he did come back, he had a little attitude. Worth another visit.

Had the most amazing drinks there...one with smoked ice that was very good, a extraordinary Martini...didn´t order food but the sushis were incredibly expensive. Great view. Lovely experience.

We arrived at lunch hour during the rush of a busy conference next door at the Hilton and yet, we were so impressed with the service. Our waitress was polite, prompt, and anticipated our needs. Thank you for GREAT food and service with a smile (for weary travelers).

Great for light snacks and pre-drinks before hitting another event in the city. Drinks were really good, but pretty pricey. The view at night was amazing, see if you can get a table near the window. Can get a little loud if it's crowded.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Rebar on Friday to grab a drink. This was our first time there but needless to say it won't be our last. We felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave and the reason for that is how much the staff takes care of little details. From the waiter's attention (Juan, he was great), to the snacks (the almonds were fantastic) to how you are served your drink, just great. We felt very comfortable and we will be back.

You cannot beat the strikingly gorgeous view down the Chicago River, watching the traffic on Michigan Ave., Columbus St., and Lake Shore Drive, all in the same view. How cool to watch the boat traffic on the river. Service here is sophisticated and welcoming. Drinks, I had a martini, are excellent. I'm not in the same political page as the owner, but this is the very best spot in Chicago for a drink.

Sure, it looks nice enough, but the service levels were really bad when we were there. No less than 40 mins to get a drink from arrival. Can't be bothered with places like this, and I'm normally easily pleased.

Great drinks and food, good vibe at Rebar. There were few people that had small children there, not the place. Its more of a bar/meeting place for adults.

Had an event in Rebar that was fantastic! The set-up worked well for us, and the service was great. We had more people than anticipated and they handled it well, and very professionally. They were very accommodating of our unexpectedly larger group. Our second time having an event there, and we would again for sure.

Great view, excellent drinks, in upscale atymosphere. Fortunatey, we arrived for an early weekend drink and had an excellent table overlooking the Chicago River. View was magnificant, service was low key and polite. No menu was provided but we asked for a cheese tray and it was very good. Probably the most expensive martini I have had, but the view was worth it. We will repeat.

Cozy spot for drinks and sushi! Get a seat by the window if you can, there's great views of the city too. Can't wait to come back and try something new!

We were staying in the hotel and decided to try this place on our way back to our room. It's better than your average hotel bar. The views are great (river/city), especially at night. I'm not sure I would hang out here all of the time, as drinks are pricey, but I would treat myself every once in a while.

This chic bar can be found of the second floor of the Trump Hotel on Wabash. It offers great views of the Chicago River when seated next to the windows and distant skyline views to the east if you are at the bar or tables in the center of the restaurant. One thing that we found unusual for such an upscale bar, which is not typical of such bars in Chicago, is the offer of a couple of beers on tap. This is the kind of bar you want to bring out of town friends to, especially if you are out to impress them. But don't expect two-for-one specials or discounted happy hour drink prices, it is the kind of bar where if you have to ask the price, you probably cannot afford it. A cognac for over $200 a shot is not for everyone.

Only one service barman. Didn't seem to want to serve us and took his time. Never came back to see if we wanted a 2nd drink so we left.

Really nice location within the Trump Hotel, great Chicago river views but that is about all this place has going for it in my opinion. Not very attentive service and weak/very over priced cocktails(even for Chicago standards)!

The Club Rebar at the Trump Hotel is just slightly above and fronts the Chicago Riverwalk, which makes for a spectacular view and great people-watching. The bar menu itself is quite original with many handcrafted cocktails and great sushi and seafood choices. The shrimp tempura was excellent as was the miso soup. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable in discussing the food and drink selections. The music level is also perfect, providing a great background but not so loud as to deter conversations.

An ultra-cool, sophisticated but casual feeling lounge and restaurant on the mezzanine level. Views of the Chicago River and on this particular night, a rainy landscape of beautiful architecture are on display through the continuing glass that runs the height of this 90 story building. Seated in comfy low chairs we looked at the menu of Asian sushi dining. We enjoyed quite possibly the best and fantastically salted Edamame, delectable Spicy Tuna Roll, soft and delightful California Roll and a brilliant kick of chili sauced Shrimp Tempura Tornado Roll. Enjoyed with a bottle of the perfectly paired Pinot Grigio, I suddenly forgot how exhausted I was and relaxed into the evening of casual dining. There is also a Rancic Hand Roll with tuna or salmon named after Bill Rancic of the Apprentice, who was the project manager for the development of this hotel.

Very nice way to cap an evening. Glass of wine and a cheese plate. Great Service and Location, Location and Location.

Great place, but I felt there are better jewels / restaurants to be found in Chicago. It felt all a bit too touristy for my liking.

Came for after dinner drinks. Perfect. Great, relaxing atmosphere. Very professional sand friendly service. We chose a Rose wine which was served with snacks and popcorn. Perfect end to a great day.

Loved it here. We went for pre-dinner cocktails and appetizers, nice staff, the view was beautiful, and everything was delicious!

Stopped for after dinner drinks. Everything a big city, upscale hotel bar should be. Vibrant, great view, excellent service, strong drinks (expensive but not any different than other area bars). Worth at least one visit for any out of towner. Great for couples!

Love to come & sit here overlooking the rivers. Great wines & drinks & the appetizers are nice, too. Good people watching & the scent of this hotel - I sure wish they would sell it!

The cocktail lounge is not on a high floor but is situated for a nice view of the river. The decor is relaxing and service is great.

Rebar has some of the best drinks in the city as well as a nice food menu. Great views of the river with fantastic service. You will always find an interesting crowd.

This bar came highly recommend by Jennifer, the "Hostess with the Mostess" from Terrace 16 upstairs. Maurice provided 5 ⭐️ service from start to finish. The ambiance was so beautiful. The view was breathtaking. We watched the fireworks while sipping on cocktails. I'll go every time I visit Chicago!

Great view overlooking the river. Great atmosphere sushi was excellent as was the service - and the bonus, a fantastic scotch assortment.

The Rebar is located on the 2nd floor looking directly down the Chicago River and out over Lake Michigan through 2 story plate glass windows. At night the city lights add a special dimension. We loved the atmosphere, the beer, the complimentary peppered popcorn and the snack food.

We lingered long over our very expensive drinks ($22 for a good bourbon) but really loved the fabulous view of the city and the river

A great relaxing place to just chill. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely not a place to get crazy in, but if you’re looking to be low key for a little bit this is definitely the place!

Amazement awaits us at every corner. Spectacular view! Chic casual vibe! Just beautiful! Beautiful bar! Perfect place for a drink!

Juan is wonderful! Had great service, lovely conversation and were not rushed. Had drinks with my husband about 1.5 hours from closing and they accommodated us as well as checked to see if dessert could be ordered even though the kitchen was closed. Sweet people, we will be back!

Stopped in for a beverage while walking around the city/river area. Was nicely welcomed by the staff and seated at a window table - incredible views looking down the river towards Lake Michigan. Drink prices were a little above average, but not terrible. The drinks were very good, and the service was excellent. It was about half full and even then the noise level was great. It's elegant and a great spot for a respite.

Great cocktails at the bar. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Family friendly. Great for a quick cocktail before dinner.

A great location on the second floor at Trump International. A real nice place to enjoy a drink with beautiful view of the river and Chicago skyline.

The Rebar at Trump Towers is a great place for a drink and appetizers. The view of the river and downtown Chicago is amazing. Drinks are pricey, but the view is worth it. The drinks come with rosemary popcorn(wonderful) and a variety of olives. Beats the standard peanuts and pretzels.

This was my first time visiting the Trump hotel and it was so beautiful. Rebar had a great view. I informed the manger Usama that my girlfriend had her birthday today and he got us a dessert. Usama checked on us to make sure our food was good. This is 5 star service I will come back with my friends. Thank you for hiring great team.

Great sushi, awesome cocktails, and happy hour views that steal the show. The staff is nice, the bites are delicious—overall, a fantastic experience.

We came here to celebrate our group finishing the Chi Marathon. Don't leave until you go out on the deck for the view!

By far the best views right over the river sitting in a very comfy chair with pillows, good service, and loved the spiced corn nuts on the table. Nice wine selection. The sauvignon blanc from Austria yummy.

We visited Rebar twice during our weekend in Chicago, and we were not even staying at the Trump Tower! Our servers on both nights did a super job, drinks were good, and the view is fantastic. Rebar has a good vibe beause it is very modern but was patronized by people of all ages. We are 47 and saw many people younger than ourselves, but also many people of our age and some older. We will definitley visit Rebar on our next trip to Chicago!

Obviously there are many choices for quality food and beverage. But quality service isn't as easy to find. Come to Rebar and ask for Juan. He is a true professional. Very polite, informative, kind, and charming. We had a seat near the glass facing the riverfront. Great view! We had a few beers at $8 a piece. Very reasonable for the high end quality. Don't feel like you have to dress up. We stopped in after shopping all day dressed in our casual attire. Rebar also has a big screen and Monday night football was on. I was in heaven!

We love stopping in for a pre dinner cocktail, the pink affair, on our way into the hotel after a fun day out. The view of the river is the best in the city, in my opinion. We have gotten to know so many of the wonderful servers and managers over the years. I enjoy my time spent catching up again and again. It's great to feel like you're truly welcome and well taken care of.

My husband and I stopped in here for drinks before a show during our stay at Trump Tower. I cannot comment on the food as we sat at the bar and only ordered drinks. The cocktails were great and they were able to make my husband a special drink that he is not able to find very often. The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful. I wish we would have had time to come back and eat. We will make sure to do so on our next trip

We stopped in for a quick birthday drink after dinner last Friday. Nice atmosphere and beautiful drinks. Easy to get into and just relax, not like some of the other places we went nearby where everyone was just fighting to be seen. They are doing it right!

Easily accessed from stairs leading up from the Trump Hotel lobby, Rebar i a great place to relax and enjoy your favourite beverage. There was a nice selection of draft beers (the Moody Tongue nectarine IPA was superb) and plenty of places to sit in reasonable privacy (even for large groups of 8 - 10 people). The service was relatively quick though not always very enthusiastic. Definitely worth dropping by.

Some bars serve over processed fruit juice, this bar serves fresh juices and the taste is undeniable. Great place to relax & enjoy the view

Amanda the waitress is most efficient and kind. Juan is also a great waiter. The Martini's and Manhattens were great. Got a haircut next door at Anthony Christiana with Margie and headed next door for a cocktail. Get there early for the window seating watching the boats go down the Chicago River. Watching Kayakers struggle is fun.

Attention to details here. Enjoyable evening when the weather was not so nice. Convenient location in the hotel.

The views from the Rebar wall of glass windows are amazing. it's at the Trump Tower, therefore pricey which was to be expected, yet it is quaint luxurious, great service

Great view of the river, we stopped here for a drink after the Wendella boat cruise. The drinks are a little pricey. The lobby and bathrooms have a very nice scent that is pumped in and are very clean and well maintained.

We went here, two couples, late after U2 concert. It is a neat and funky place. The waitstaff was nice and efficient. Drinks were good!

Awesome view of the river and lake , great service and tastey cocktails! Loved the 2 people tables along the windows, very romantic.

Easy walk from ferry. Great location and ambience. The food was excellent! My son and I enjoyed it very much

Good for a quick drink before dinner or to relax after shopping. The snacks are tasty. Nice view of Chicago river.

Nice place to meet and try a new cocktail. Comfortable chairs, low noise level. They didn't rush us for more orders and offered water without asking. Also had light snacks on the table.

This is definitely a place to visit when you're in Chicago. It's on one of the lower floors of the trump tower and the view of the river is beautiful. Drinks are pricey, but it's worth the visit!

Rebar has a great craft cocktail menu and drinks are served with creative snacks. During our visit they were fried fava beans and peppered popcorn. Everyone, from the hostess to the servers, were friendly and professional. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Great views but the service was poor the quality of the mixed drinks we're bad for the $18 price tag. Two hour wait to sit outside which is understandable but the attitude of the hostess was not understandable and unnecessary.

The vibe is so good here, the view of Chicago River is amazing, service is good (thank you Jose for being the best), live music at 9pm, fabulous drink menu. The drinks are high quality and without lots of fillers. You get what you pay for at the Rebar! Prices are good I think. You can have a light meal here as well if you'd like, or light snacks.

Food can be and should be expensive when it is really good. It is not how we found Rebar. Some sushi rolls are $30 per roll, and yet when you taste them you can help but think that you could have had two rolls for this price, and they would be much tastier than here.

Located in the Trump International hotel, this bar situated upstairs from the lobby enjoys amazing views of the Chicago. Delightful cocktails and snacks are served and made even better by the fabulous view. Definitely a great hotel bar!

I love the people, the view, the drinks. But I get the heeby Jeevies staying in the TRUMP Tower. Can’t do it. Once is enough. Would the servers bring my drinks outside the building?

Had a drink after dinner in Rebar. Service was good. A bit too crowded and too loud for me but would give it another chance.

Had a large group and they handled it very well. Nice room. Service was very good, and staff very friendly. Good selection.

My husband and I stopped in for a drink early Sat. evening. We were welcomed and surprised by staff in Halloween costumes and spooky décor. Loved the scary specialty cocktails. My husband had the candy corn drink with pumpkin whipped topping - divine. I was very sorry I ordered a mere beer. It was such a fun holiday atmosphere with an urban vibe. Don't miss a ghoulish evening here. Prices for drinks reasonable - for the big city. Oh, the peppery popcorn and nut-type snacks are unique. I'd forgotten about this treat from a prior visit.

Had a few (comped) drinks while waiting for our room to be ready. Service was exceptional, drinks were great, atmosphere and views terrific, as were the bar snacks - esp the plantain chips!

Decent spot for a drink with nice views overlooking the rover. I'd definitely return but I would have preferred that: (1) they learned how to make a dark and stormy. I think they used white rum and ginger ale rather than dark rum and ginger beer - big difference on both -- and... (2) we could be sit at a cozier spot along the window than at a 2-top table the size of a postage stamp in the center of the bar area.

This is a must-do ! The view is beautiful, and the service is great. A great place for a relaxing cocktail and appetizer!

very good service. we had an issue with a drink we ordered and not only did they comp it but they comp the new one as well.

You will not forget this place. Expensive but go for one drink. And enjoy the view. I found plenty of parking lots wide open

This hotel bar / restaurant should be avoided. Service was slow - and the place was not crowded. The sushi was mediocre and not cut well ((the hamachi tataki was served with two slabs of fish that measured more than a square inch - not practical to put in your mouth). The beer / wine selection is not great - unless you are a fan of Trump vineyards or regularly lay down more than $200 for restaurant bottles. The clientele was predictable for a Trump property - loud, over-served, and annoying.

We went for drinks and the view and stayed for dinner. The tables near the windows showed a unique view of the double decker roads and street scene across the river. Our waiter was warm and very engaging. The sushi platter for $50 was well worth the price. The sushi chef customized it per our request.

Stopped by for drinks with a friend. We were greeted by a server who brought over rosemary popcorn and a variety of olives. While the appetizer menu was tempting, we saved our appetites for dinner elsewhere. The beer and cocktail menus were impressive, as were the beverages we selected. Prices are higher than usual (cocktails $18) but they didn't hold back on the ingredients either.

nice, albeit expensive, selection of drinks, wine and beer but the music is horrible- too loud for a late night drink

With the terrace closed for the season, I hoped Rebar would prove to be a nice alternative for cocktails and appetizers at the Trump. I came with a friend prior to attending the ballet. At 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, the place was about 80% full. Beautiful view, but service could be a bit more cordial and attentive. Because my friend and I weren’t ready to order our drinks 4 seconds after we were seated, our agitated waitress never returned to take our order. Fifteen minutes later another server finally came by, took our drink order and tended to us for the duration of our visit (and he was great). Don’t let dress code concerns keep you away; despite being inside the Trump, I was surprised to see a variety of dress; more formal guests grabbing a drink before heading out for the night, mixed with (I assume) tourists in jeans and sneakers. Perhaps the setting becomes more formal later in the evening. Both the cocktail menu and the small plates were pretty standard. If your server doesn’t bring you the seasoned popcorn and jar of olives, be sure to ask, they’re delicious! Fun place to experience at least once.

Great view. Awesome drinks and free popcorn. Decorated beautifully. Have been here several times and love this place.

After spending $1000 upstairs at the spa myself and four others came down to enjoy a drink at Rebar in the lobby of Trump Tower. We were originally 5 and they could not accommodate the five of us right away which was fine. Within a few minutes two of our party decided to go on to our next destination. There were only three of us and I kindly asked the server could we now sit by the table right along the river. She said hold on let me go ask if there's a reservation. She never came back for over 20 minutes and told us sorry there was a reservation coming in shortly. We had a drink at the bar when the place was not that busy at all. There were tables available the whole time we were there and yet we were left sitting up at the bar, right beside all the servers, picking out limes and lemons, barely able to move. My drink was a meager $30 and I can not say it was good. I asked for a recommendation and the Pink Squirrel or something like that was suggested and I barely drank it. Think in a place that charges those prices they would treat their patrons with everything they can offer them. Wouldn't bother giving Rebar or Trump another dime!! I don't mind spending money when you don't feel like your dismissed with shoving us into a corner when it was clear we could have a table.

This is an exquisite Lounge and Dinning experience in one cozy, comfortable, opulent but not pretentious lounge. The views are incredible. The staff is very attentive, friendly and skilled but not hovering. The drink selections are wide and varied. Upon being seated you are offered a serving of plantain chips and wonderfully seasoned whole cashews that are very fresh and warm. The menu has some excellent sushi of very high quality, freshness and skillful preparation which is on par with the best sushi restaurants in Chicago. The seared beef was extremely tender and perfectly seared with the remaining beef nice and rare. The seating is very comfortable and difficult to leave. I am looking forward to returning. This is how a lounge should be.

Perfection! The view- Excellent! Food- just ordered drinks but the olives and nuts were wonderful. The olives were quite tasty and obviously imported. This is located in the Trump Tower and the experience in totality is unbelievable!

Beautiful bar with wonderfful views of the river. Friendly and quick service with fun cocktails. Another Trump winner for Chicago!

Not my first time at the fabulous Trump towers . But it was my time at Rebar And it was amazing. Excellent service staff definitely went above and beyond. The quality of food was definitely superb . If your looking for a nice upscale bar this definitely the place. They have yummy appetizers starting at $12 dollars or wonderful seafood tower to tickle your fancy . My husband and I ordered the chicken lollipop which was a crisp to perfection made with teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds. We also ordered the seafood tower which was phenomenal assortment of lobster ,crab, shrimp salmon & oysters. The quality of all of the seafood great everything was fresh and tasty . The staff was also outstanding the manger Usama stopped by to check in on almost as much as out awesome waitress Fatima did . Everything was perfect ooh and did I mention the views definitely worth visit.

This is a great place to grab a drink and do some people watching. It has a great view of the river and you are sure to see jet setters! If you dont want to spend the money to stay a Trump stop by for a drink and relax in luxury!

I ended my day with a nice glass of wine and the Tuna Tartare which was yummy. The tuna came with a side Arugula Salad which was dressed with a very tasty lemon dressing. Nice atmosphere, comfortable and casual.

What a gorgeous view overlooking the river. The servers were so sweet and kind. Cocktails were very creative and used fresh ingredients. What you'd expect from a Trump property.

must try the reveev cocktail! Its the first on the menu and is very good. Bar is very expensive but great cocktails

lovely view, great spirits and appetizers. Service was great and will be back! A must visit while in town.

I booked a table for 5 at Rebar for 8pm on 5 November 2016. When our party arrived at 7.45 we were told that they had not reserved a table and were unable to honor the reservation. that is simply unacceptable.

We stopped for an after dinner beverage, one of the best Old Fashions. The view is wonderful in watching the boats going up and down the river. The service is attentive, good recommendations. Also, a spicy popcorn and olives are served with your beverage. Put it on your list to stop.

Sat at window and watched the city go from day to night, truly gorgeous view. Drinks were expensive, but excellent recommendations from waitress made it worthwhile. Tried a few sushi items, which were good, warning, the ninja sauce truly has a kick! Would recommend this as a place to kickoff an evening on the town.

As a first time visitor of the Trump, I wasn't sure what to expect walking into Rebar, the restaurant located on the second floor. The food, view, and hand-crafted cocktails were great, but the general manager Usama was the true stand out. He was attentive, friendly, and made our visit truly memorable. I will definitely come back thanks to his awesome hospitality!

In the beautiful Trump Tower, Rebar is the place to go if you want to have a drink and decompress. If you're not used to more upscale lounges, be ready to be blown away.

My wife and I were told that despite the name on the building, heading to the 16th floor bar or restaurant was worth it, and they were right! Overlooking the river, London House and other beautiful buildings, the bar at Sixteen is home to a magnificent view. Well worth stopping by for an after dinner cocktail! The staff were excellent and so were the cocktails.

Spent New Year's Eve at Chicago Trump Tower's ReBar - Fabulous Time. Individual drinks are a little expensive, even by Chicago standards - and an absolutely fabulous time. The Music, decor, drinks & appetizers were all absolutely fab! We purchased the 6 person package that included Dom Perignon Rose Champagne, appetizers that included lobster drawn in butter, crab meat - everything was de-lisch! It was a Victorian Steam Punk Theme, so our party donned their tuxes and gowns. And the Gramophone DJ played great music, not too loud - but perfect for the night. Probably one of the best NYE's we have had!! Outstanding!

Diana made us an amazing drink old fashioned so good. The shrimp cocktail was on point. Love the views-we took photos and enjoyed our time there. Love it and will be back. Great vibe.

A friend and I stopped at trump tower in Chicago for a drink with a view. Make sure your bartender is Israel Mata - he will treat you not like a customer, but like a guest! And yes he makes great drinks too.

Rebar is a great spot for a pre or post dinner drink. We were staying at Trump for a girl's weekend so it was convenient. But it's worth stopping in even if you aren't a hotel guest. The service is great and the specialty cocktails are excellent. An added bonus is their amazing spicy popcorn! We didn't have any food, but heard rave reviews about the pizza.

Great atmosphere, pretty dark and interesting menu. Extensive sushi menu too. Though at $32 for a champagne cocktail, it's not a plane I go regularly. Service is impeccable as is standard throughout the Trump Organisation.

This is a great bar at the trump , but the food has gone down the toilet. Sushi and that’s it , 2 months ago excellent now 2:10 Wake up please

It's a nice & stylish bar The cocktails are strong so keep that in mind because they taste great and go down easy the staff was pleasant so it's a great place to relax.

Had drinks with clients after work on a Thursday. Music/noise level was perfect to have a conversation with the people sitting across the table. Service was 5-stars. Amazing views of the Lake and Chicago River. Pricey but well worth it...

The food and drinks at Rebar were simply amazing. Make no mistake this place is quality through-and through. The issue that I have is that the prices are so high there is no level of quality that could ever accomplish what is being charged here. When I cleared the tab at the bar to take my seat and the beer had 500% markup, I knew I was in for a AMEX night!

Very nice atmosphere - absolutely love the olives! Great drinks, views and service. A stop at the Rebar is a must when visiting Chicago.

We enjoyed some very exotic cocktails which were very cool. Helpful staff. Fairly expensive but it is in the Trump ....

My friends and I had just left the Signature Room at John Hancock, looking for one more stop before calling it a night. We decided to check out the Terrace at Trump Tower. Well when we arrived (via Lyft) we found out the terrace was closed because of the weather. But the front desk suggested a stop upstairs at Rebar. Wow! I was so glad we have it a shot before leaving!!! We had a corner booth on a Saturday night. The vibe was chill and the drinks were yum. I will be coming back for the view, it was amazing. I used to live in Chicago and I wish this place existed then :)

Wanted to do a real happy hour (5-7pm) and why not at Trump’s hotel? When we arrived, it was pretty quiet, yet we could not get our server’s attention after being seated. It was by no means her fault. The table next to us just kept talking and talking and talking; she was just being nice. We had dinner reservations around the corner, and only had 45 mins to drink so the host, Maurice, kindly came over to take our order and ensured we had some snackies to absorb our alcohol as well. Drinks were good and shockingly not very pricy. The ambiance is really nice and we got good views from where we sat. Definitely a cool place to check out!

Great place for drinks after a show or dinner. Subdued lighting and attentive service but they could widen their cocktail menu somehat it is a little restricted.

We sat overlooking the river, with coctails that were absolutely the best drinks in Chicago. Everything about this place is top notch!

Went with work colleagues for cocktails before dinner. Drinks were great, service was too - but the view of the river was what made our evening so special. Beautiful spot!

A colleague and I attended the Trump nomination acceptance speech hosted by the local Republican Party at Trump Towers Chicago the evening of Thursday, August 27, 2020. The event was in the Rebar area with the stunning views of the river and the Magnificent Mile. When we arrived Ms. Maria Bejar warmly greeted us and introduced us to her staff, She made sure we had everything we needed to decorate the area and even went the extra mile to work with us to ensure that things where completed on time. The wait staff and bartender were on point anticipating the needs of the guests, and they were just a welcoming and attentive. I always enjoy my visits to Trump Tower, especially due to the level of service and detail the staff extends. Best regards, A.J. Wright

In town on business by myself. I knew I wanted sushi so came here based on good reviews. I did. Make a reservation on Open Table but when I arrived asked to just sit at the bar. Diana at the bar was fantastic. Great service. I started with tuna poke, followed by garden roll and sashimi. She made a great drink for me and the warm cashews were delicious. Will definitely be back next trip here!

The Rebar appears to have slipped from our last 2013 visit. We were looking forward to another visit in 2014 to enjoy Sushi, drinks and the river view. Unfortunately Rebar eliminated Sushi and the remaining selection is limited. Also the treatment of it's patrons seems to have also slipped. Despite having reservations, upon being seated my credit card was immediately demanded "To Hold the Table". However we all know the subliminal message is - we think you are a low life that might dine and dash. I was embarrassing for myself, but worse I was embarrassed for my date. Apparently the Rebar has slipped from the higher end establishment as I once thought it was.

Enjoyed the Chicago Fire roll and our cocktails almost as much as the wonderful staff - thank you, Morgan and Sandra for taking care of us during such an exciting time of our lives! We couldn’t have asked for more!

Beautiful lounge with spectacular views and specialty cocktails. We were staying at the hotel and decided to start our evening here on property with drinks before going out to dinner. Great choice!

Excellent service as the hotel! We hung out here for a couple hours one day and it was very enjoyable with great service.

Nice & relaxing place to regroup after checking into the hotel. Sushi & drinks were very enjoyable, though very pricey for the sushi (for what you get). Service was friendly, though spotty. I would definitely go back next time I'm in Chicago.

Stopped in for drinks after dinner when staying at a nearby hotel. The views are beautiful and the service was very good. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

This bar named to reflect the Reinforced Concrete Frame Supporting Trump Tower while expensive is one of the Classiest Bars I'd been to in all of Chicago. Drinks are expensive but the view is great, the dress code is top earners and the lounge setup is one of the comfiest in all of Chicago's bars.

Loved this place. Was fortunate to get a Gilt City voucher for a rose wine flight with small plates for two for $49. Rose wine pours were generous and the small plates aren't small. The menu changes but when we were there waygu beef sliders, fried chicken sliders, margherita flatbread and a chaucuterie plate were just some of the choices. They also serve nuts and a peppered popcorn with your drinks. Setting is beautiful as it overlooks the river. I times our reservation so we could see the sunset and asked to be seated in front of the window. Loved it so much, I went back with my daughter when the voucher was offered again.

Poor service, bland lamb chops, potatoes, veggies, etc. Meh. Had a corporate dinner & we were pretty much ignored. I guess the tip is built in & service just wasn't really good. Same with the food.

My wife and I stopped in here for a drink while we were walking around downtown Chicago. We sat in some plush chairs around a table right next to the window that overlooks the river and the rest of Chicago. It's a beautiful place in the Trump complex. The waiters are quick and polite and the setting is very unique. We had a few delicious beers and the waiters brought out some snacks as well. Eventually we decided to try some of the food and had a plate of what they call "fried chicken sliders". Of course you can't go wrong with small chicken sandwiches... they were delicious. It's not the type of place you would want to go all the time but it's not a bad idea to check it out sometime. Cheers.

The perfect stop for a spectacular view, creative cocktails, great appetizers, people watching was truly amusing over all a great place to just relax

Very nice view, clean and cosy bar However bar 1/4 full, not even busy. 15 minutes to get someone looking at me and get some snack. A manager moving around before disappearing but doing nothing to help on the floor. Finally order an ameretto sour... one of the worst. Sloshy ice, and no fome when served . did she actually put some egg white in it? not even tasty... I ask the WiFi passcode, none of the hostess or server had any idea. They came after 15 minutes to let me know they had to go at the restaurant to get it. I stayed at Trump Hotel Vancouver so wanted to have a drink a the one in Chicago. Unfortunately the quality and service is not good. What about If I was an LQA or a Leading...

Beautiful bar with a fantastic view of downtown Chicago. Great drink and appetizer selection. Good place to bring business clients or for a romantic nightcap.

Get a drink and watch the river at sunset. Not much to order for kids. Super pricey drinks. Good people watching.

Great spot for cocktail hour or for night cap. magnificent views of the river. Good music, people watching, and winding down.

They just need to be clear on time limit, but Jennifer was the best host ever she was able to meet our needs. Love this spot so far, food was on point and the view was everything with the firework show. A must go to place and it’s a vibe with the right people.

We stopped in here for a drink and were very glad we did. The Trump hotel is beautiful and this bar fits right in! The drinks are expensive, but well worth it. ($32 for a mixed drink and a beer). If you are visiting the city or looking for a place to celebrate something special I would suggest stopping in here. The wait staff is very nice - brought over complimentary nut mix, waters Perfect start to our night!

As a part of a girls' weekend, we stopped by Rebar. Since we weren't guests of the Trump hotel, we didn't get the window seating. Instead we were seated in chairs with a very, very low table. It was comical. We both ordered the expensive cocktails and they were delicious! We only had one each before moving along.

Had dinner reception here. Good food, very good service, modern and sleeck atmosphere. 2nd floor location, decent view of river.

Located on the second floor of the Trump - and with an orientation of viewing east down the river with all of the boat traffic and activities, Rebar is a great place for a drink. The space is big, but feels intimate. It feels almost warm and clubby, with great views of the river and traffic. The drinks are excellent and the service is robust. One of my favorite places for a drink in Chicago.

The service was super nice and friendly, the drinks were also very well made and fun to watch. The atmosphere is super fun and vibey and you can enjoy it anytime of day. Overall definitely recommend going

The other food is very good. Fresh salad. Excellent coffee. Good service, but not exceptional. Walk to Bacon Tavern.

Pretty views, overpriced sushi , small portions . Skip the food and have the drinks. It is just not up to Trump standards.

Great place, but I felt there are better jewels / restaurants to be found in Chicago. It felt all a bit too touristy for my liking.

This place has such a pretty view, comfy seats and attentive service. I love how the seating is spaced out nicely so it isn't cramped and we could hear each other comfortably to relax and enjoy for a few hours. They also put out complementary spiced nuts and peppered popcorn. The ambiance is so nice, relaxing and elegant. Nice place to hang out with some original cocktails and take in the view of the city along the river.

I ordered the mulled wine (Winter Magic). It was so unique and delicious. Accompanied by the best plantain chips and hot nuts! The service was great and a very cool lounge ambiance. Definitely coming back Saturday from Rebar Remixed! There's a live DJ and no cover charge.

Good service and good food. There is live music on saturdays. The view of the Chigago River is very romantic. The ambiance is very modern.

Very attentive staff and manager. Great ambiance. The manager brought over a complimentary dessert remembering that it was our anniversary! Will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for 5 days, came here often and were not let down, drinks generous, popcorn with cocktails,on second floor so not greatest of views but lots of room lots of people, music louder than I like but blends well once place is full and it gets full. Lots of wedding parties while we were here.

A beautiful bar in a building designed to blend in with it's neighbors. Our bartender was personable, efficient and a good photographer. Prices were surprisingly reasonable.

My son and I were walking in downtown Chicago on a beautiful Saturday and were passing Trump Tower and decided to go in. We were seated in a small couch area and were immediately greeted by a wonderful, knowledgeable server. I got a Sangria that we OMG fabulous. Would defiantly recommend!

We had a wonderful night last fall hosting our candidates for a reception before the 2018 Gubernatorial elections. Maria Bejar helped choose delicious foods and roped of a dedicated area for the event that gave our guest a beautiful view of the city. We hope to host events here in the future. Great location with amazing views and spectacular service.

Visited Rebar for a couple late night drinks. They have an extensive selection of wine and beer. The cocktails were quite strong and yet still tasted very good. The view overlooking the river and Chicago architecture is what makes this bar special. Local popcorn and olives are served at each table. Our waitress did an excellent job of keeping the popcorn stocked. Drinks are a bit pricey, but it's a trump building so what else would you expect.

We met friends for a quick bite and drinks one evening. The food was delicious but expensive. The drinks were great and the ambiance pleasant.

Comfortable, upscale, in the Trump tower, over looking the river. Had a fun signature drink with complimentary peppered popcorn & allspice Fava beans! Unique with a great view.

Wanted a hotel bar to just crash and chill out in prior to bed, but was a little to uppity for us. It was also hard to find a glass of wine for less than $24.

We went to Rebar for a couple drinks before we went to dinner. The layout is very trendy and the view is fantastic. The drinks were very good and so was the service.

Overall good experience, cocktails were good - expensive but worth it. Just a little dead energy wise.

Rebar in the trump tower is a great place to sit and watch the free fireworks on a Wednesday and Saturday evening. Prices were very reasonable and the food was really nice.

After a boat tour we stopped in for a drink and then also had some Appetizers at Rebar. The views of the river are stunning, the drinks and food lovely. Glad we stopped in after a hot day on the tour boat! Great way to cool down!

We decided we didn't want to venture out of the hotel so we decided to try Rebar. The chicken sliders were fantastic and the Chicago pizza was outstanding. We also had the mushroom quesadilla which was out of this world. In addition the views of the river were unforgettable.

Just arrived in the Windy City and checked into our hotel. It was late afternoon and looking for a nice place to have a cocktail--not a dive or a traditional bar but something more upscale. Used my I-Phone to see what was "around me" and saw that Trump International Hotel was within walking distance and headed that way. BEAUTIFUL bar and and incredible view of the Chicago River. We had a table next to the window and enjoyed our views. There is a good selection of Bourbon as well as quick bites to hold you over until dinner. We had the Goat Cheese Flatbread and it was enough to split. Very nice decor--very open and warm colors!

Second floor bar in the Trump with a great view of the river. Definitely worth a visit if you have not been here before. They played loud dance music when we were there, but really it is more of a sit and enjoy the view type of environment. My impression is that most of the traffic is from tourists and hotel guests, not locals. If you were in Chicago regularly you would not spend time here, but for visitors it is worth checking out at least once.

Stopped in for a drink and our server recommended Reveev which has acai, blackberry and champagne. It was so delicious so we asked for a recommendation on appetizers. She recommended the taleggio, golden raisin, truffle honey flatbread which was absolutely amazing. We were seated by the window and were very happy with the very view of the water and downtown chicago. Food was yummy, drinks were good and service was outstanding.

We went to Ivanka's Trumps Rebar for drinks . The view is amazing . We heard their was a dress code but were able to get in with shirts and sandals and then saw others getting in with even " sporting" shirts on and tennis shoes . No one said anything about what we had on. Served peppered popcorn and flavored nuts as snacks kept them full all the time. Very friendly . Drinks not any more money than any other place in Chicago .

We had the most amazing time at the rebar club with our friends. Our hosts were amazing and serves us the most amazing drinks. By far the best staff in Chicago. We only wish we came here sooner to experience the amazing atmosphere and service.

Located in the Trump Hotel, Rebar is a great spot to have a drink and a lite bite. With views that span the river and city, settle into those deep, plush chairs and order up your favorite cocktail and enjoy the sunset. Tasty snacks (black pepper popcorn and wasabi peas) are sure to stir your appetite - order the chips with 3 kinds of dip - the cheese one is addictive!

The view is fantastic over looking the river and it is a very cozy spot. The drinks are a bit pricy, which you should expect from this type of hotel. Not a large menu, but very good.

My mother and I were in town spending Christmas with family in Chicago and visited Rebar for drink and desert. This place has outstanding service! I ordered a Chocolate Martini, which wasn't on the menu but the waiter had it made for me. The martini was the best that I've ever had. Also, we had the caramel cheesecake, which was to die for. The view in the place is magnificent with views of the city and the Chicago river. The interior of the bar is modern and very nice. The only downfall here is the price, but what do you expect from a Chicago hotel bar?

love to go there for my sangria! cute place good location if you start with sangria hard to stop I live the little snacks they give like nuts and olives
Great bar, great view, great drinks
What can I say perfect drinks, great food and the view is worth the visit alone. Of course being in Trump Tower service is bar none exceptional!!
