Food was great with a wide selection of different seafood. The service was great and the drinks were great. Would recommend.

love the food at this place and i wil be back very very soon and it was very close to my hotel that i stay at

As someone else shared we had the same experience- strip club/club music playing. All unedited songs such as “slob on my knob” and n***** bombs in almost every song. Very inappropriate for guests celebrating birthdays with kids as young as 1-2 years old, my own four year olds son or elderly there. Not very family friendly. Asked to speak to a manager and spoke with someone named “Ramon” claiming to be the manager. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize, just blamed the music jukebox and they have no control. However, the WHOLE time we were there it said “music has been paused…” it was playing from a speaker attached to someone’s phone. When I told him he said I was lying and that it was the jukeboxes fault and that it’s “happened before” and he’ll let the jukebox company know but they have no control over what plays. Unedited songs? In a family restaurant? That doesn’t play on a jukebox. Maybe edited (trust me I know I’ve worked in a place that had one and if it “malfunctioned” as he’s claiming there’s a way to override it and or turn it off. When I asked to speak to someone higher, he said he was the GM and no one was higher than him. his name was Ramon and Ramon is not listed anywhere as the GM. My family and I spent over $170 there for dinner and had to sit through club/ inappropriate music the whole time. And for the manager (or who claims to be the manager) he said he found nothing wrong with the music playing. Sad. Just sad. We loved going there and it certainly makes me question ever taking my family (especially my son) back to a place like that.

Cold beer on tap, very good seafood choices and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Bartender has a good hand if you’re getting mixed drinks … draft beer is cold and refreshing. This is our second visit in two days.

I dont know if there trying to save money or what but let me tell you, their calamari stripes are to die for BUT know they have the rings which dont taste the same, their onion rings are not the same either, they were out of Oysters, their blue crabs are the tiniest things. Dont get me wrong , Im a huge fan of Red Hook. Their boils are awesome, its just that this last visit was very disappointing.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CHEATED!!! We ordered a half pound of scallops and received only 7 very small scallops!!! These were about 1/2 inch scallops- check it on Google… the average amount of small scallops for 1/2 lb. is 30 scallops. We checked every dish… we got only 7 scallops!! 7 scallops for $16.00!!! When we complained to two managers- they could not tell us how many ounces were in 1/2 lb.! Our waitress knew, but not the managers of the restaurant! The manager refused to remove the cost of the scallops we DID NOT RECEIVE!! The managers were rude. There was no customer service! No intent to be helpful. What dies this tell me??? Did they cheat us on everything we ordered???? This was NOT A small order. We ordered 5 lbs. of shrimp, 5 lbs. of crawfish, 4 lbs. of Snow Crab & the 1/2 lb. of scallops!! With drinks this was a $700 bill!! On that type of order I expect Excellent Customer Service, not a rude ‘manager’ who can’t even tell me how many ounces are in a pound or half-pound when they sell each item by the 1/2 or full pound!!! I even requested that they bring out a scale & show me 1/2 pound of scallops- I would pay for the extra 1/2 pound, but they refused!!! This infers that they KNEW they were cheating me!! I will research where complaints can be lodged for restaurants who falsify the weight of products sold.

The restaurant has a nice feel to it. Walk in, get greeted and seated. The cajun margarita was better than expected, flavorful and not to strong. The food was exactly what we were looking for. Seafood with lots of butter and garlic with just a touch of heat. Everything was perfectly cooked. You can get different seasonings and heat levels. We really enjoyed it.

This is a five star dinner with all kinds of sea food. Had crabs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes. DELICIOUS seasoning, GREAT SERVICE!!

This is the go to spot for a casual dinner and drinks. Always a positive visit. Drinks are great every visit. Bartender (Joel) always makes our drinks on point. Will continue to frequent this spot.

we showed up at 8:50 PM tonight and waiting at the seating area for 15-20 minutes and talked too Two different girls and asked how’s many and they booth said just a minute be right back, and disappeared inside the a third girl came out and asked how many i told her 4 and she said “o i’m sry we are no longer taking people due to short shaft” well i did get aggravated and told her what had happened and she said “well i don’t know who you talked to but we are not taking anyone Bye” service like that will ruin a good business! and i will never be back period

The food was great. You can order the the half pound or pound. He all sorts of crabs, shrimp, sausage, crawfish and other seafood. Service was great and moderately priced. Would definitely recommend.
Good food. Poor entertainment.
Ok. Had a hard time deciding how to rate this place. Service was decent, maybe a tad on the slow side. The food is unique compared to many other restaurant chains. But what turned me off was the live entertainment. I would be hesitant to return just to hear Michael Jackson or Prince songs butchered. Among others. Granted, this is my personal opinion.
