Food and Service was great, Loved the Cocktail, As a lover of seafood this is a Simple yes every time

It smells and ghetto. It used to be good not long after they opened but now the food has really gone down at this red lobster.

I have always enjoyed dining at Red Lobster restaurants. The food is usually good and the prices are reasonable. My most recent experience took place June 12th of 2012. I took the Mrs to the Red Lobster location at the Gateway Mall in Brooklyn, NY. It was early evening, about 5 PM. A table for two was available, so we did not have to wait for seating. Our server Donna was as sweet as could be - welcoming, patient and made menu suggestions. Our food came in a timely fashion and was generally good. My only complaint was an intermittent odor that smelled as if milk was spilled on the carpet and then allowed to sour. It put a damper on an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

Long queue to get in but was worth the wait. I had my first mango iced tea which was tastier than I expected. I ordered the set menu-clam chowder to start with cheese biscuits, shrimp and scallop Alfredo, salad and chocolate brownie. I took the latter home as was so full.

The food was excellent, the drink was delicious but the wait it's a little long but it was worth it the good extra good and them bisque awwwwww

We went for dinner as we've done many times as a family at this particular restaurant. Vanessa F was just so helpful and amazing even my 3 year old said " she is so nice!" The food was great as expected but the service was just amazing I had to post. I will reach out to the restaurant manager and let them know also.

My friend and I wanted a table or booth but we were told they were all reserved. We stayed there two hrs and there were only 4 other people in the restaurant and the booths remained empty. What was worse was the food. We ordered two platters but the only thing that was tasty was the fish. Everything else tasted like battered and deep fried too long so only crunch no taste .

Well, I generally would not go eat out at Red Lobster due to previous rude front desk service. Finally went, and must say I was disappointed. The atmosphere was too loud, noisy and the server was too distracted. I ordered the shrimp tacos. It looked appealing but when I picked it up, the tortilla just broke apart before I even placed it in my mouth. The tortilla were not even cooked. When my server came to ask about my meal, I told him that it was not good. The tortillas fell apart. He did not offer to replace my meal. At that point, I was soo annoyed that I just scraped everything off the tortilla and ate it just like that. Do yourself a favor and if you order this dish, make sure they warm the tortilla. Trust me it makes a huge difference between enjoying your meal and being annoyed like I was.

I've gone here with my partner about twice a month for the past few months since we realized this is the closet location to us. It's right off the Belt parkway. There's always partking although you may have to search a bit in the main lot if it's Friday evening thru Sunday afternoon. The least crowded time time Mon-Thurs before 3. Good food, great drinks, pleasant and accurate servers.

My friend and I had dinner. We both had the dinner special which came with soup, salad, choice of entrée and a brownie for dessert. I had shrimp over rice and Manhattan clam chowder and a salad.

Mervin our server was excellent, very attentive, and management to the bartender to our party of five the best drinks. The food was delivered right on time, had a great time, and we will be back as always....

Regardless of the long wait till we were seated our waitress was lovely. The food was okay. I really enjoyed their Caesar salad, however my fish burger/sandwich had no taste and the fries were kinda hard an PS- there isn't any wifi available.

My last visit was one of my best visits, I've ever has at a red lobsters, my server was training a new server, my first reaction was, here we go, lol, but they were both excellent, so the tip was doubled, and she walked away saying thank you and that was awesome, I would definitely ask for this server by name on my next visit, she was serious about her craft, most definitely from the corporate sector, I would mention her name, but here's all you have to do, ask for your best server at the check in desk, lol, she's second to none....

We always visit this Red Lobster because it’s one of our favorite the food is great the drinks are delicious and it’s close to home what more can you ask for

Somedays they are very slow to the point I walked out. Other days serve is ok. Food and drinks are ok.prices are reasonable. Sign up for coupons on their website. Great location and perfect after shopping at the stores around the location. For simple hanging out time great place to go.

The nice thing about Red Lobster is that their food is generally consistent. What made this visit special was the outstanding service we got from our server. It made a routine visit something special. This branch is certainly worth a visit.

On my older son Birthday, we asked him to choose the place. It was not surprise for us when he chooses Red Lobster. Our family is not high on meet but we are sea food lover and Red Lobster is the place if you like sea food. We never disappointed when we eat there. Today, was no exception, every thing was as we expected, our waitress (Nina) ( I hope I spill it correct) was extremely nice. We waited for 25 minutes until we seated, but it was worth it.

This location of the chain had a few issues in the past but has stepped up quite a bit!! The food has been excellent in recent weeks, and even on the busiest days served hot and fresh. The staff has taken on a new attitude, there are smiles and a patience with customers that wasn't there previously. I have made it there for lunch and was in and out without missing a beat. The take out travels well too. I am glad to have them in Brooklyn with the same level of pride that is displayed everywhere else, it is a plus for our community.

I always try my best to avoid this red lobster it is always crowded because the management as well as staff are quite slow. No one there seems trained in customer service and I much rather take the 20 mins trip to the closest Red Lobster in Valley Stream

This red lobster was OK I went here with my family and we had fun. The restaurant was no that crowdy and we ordered fast. The food was fresh and the lobster and shrimp was the best. We will definitely be back to visit again

I visit this location at least once a month with my partner. I believe this location is good for all crowds: families, romantic dates, girls/boys night outs. There is usually always a wait time but every Red Lobster I've ever visited in this city has long wait times. The wait isn't terrible. The food is lovely, the service has been great. The location is convenient and there is always parking.

The food is good. The lobster is good, prepared by a seasoned chef;not rubbery or bland like some establishments serve. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and very respectable. The time in which the tables were cleaned was fabulous. The bathroom was and probably still is filthy. if you go on a Friday or Saturday night, expect up until an hour wait. The waiting time for the food is approximately 30 minutes; this has been the case every -time i went there on a weekend. If you go on Valentines night; 4444getabout it. I went for lunch, and there was a wait. If you go on {baby daddy night} the night before or after valentines day, or any holiday where the cheaters take their women or men out, the wait is not as bad.

Red Lobster has good customer service and their food is delicious. The waiting time is not long and their food is hot and tasty.

the food was good. The prices are okay. the one thing that I do not get is the wait when empty tables are available.

We’ve been here three times in the last year….the first thing I have to say is I hope the manager and staff are well taken care of because it takes a Herculean effort to move and serve the vast number of customers that frequent this restaurant…..and all with a SMILE!!! We came for Shrimp Fest and waited an hour on a Sunday night. But it was well worth it. We got all that we expected (tons of delicious shrimp) with a modest check for all that we ate and drank. It was loud and crazy, but our server was spot on and it was a lot of fun! And though surrounded by organized chaos, you feel quite comfortable once seated in your booth. I’m giving this place four stars because Red Lobster is just not five star fine dining perfection. But again, hats off to the staff for all that you do. We will be back again for sure!

Porsha J was our Server - So Pleasant and Service minded, food was excellent, i would recommend the Lobster dip as a starter - Superb

Just couldn't come to the U S A and don't try this place and it live up to it expection. Thanks you once again

Although theres usually a long wait the experience was great every time. I like the ultimate feast but should be more crab legs!

This was our very first time at a chain seafood restaurant. It was ok, the place was super busy at 3pm. We had a 15 minute wait. Once we were seated it' took our server about 15 more minutes to get to us. Our server was very nice and the food was average .

Waited over 30 minutes for a table. We got our drink order in right away and they brought out the biscuits. But after that, things went south. We waited 45 minutes for our entrees, and were told around that point, "Hot food comin' out!" 15 minutes after that, our food arrived. It was not hot. My wife's crab legs were flaky and flavorless. My daughter's kids meal consisted of two chicken tenders and mashed potatoes she described as "hard". I got grilled skewers of shrimp and scallops. They appeared to have been grilled at some point in the evening, but it did not feel recent while I was eating them. They were served over a tiny bed of barely cooked rice,, all served in a goopy butter sauce. The management here should be ashamed. The food and service were equally awful. The check for this nonsense was over a hundred for two adults and a child. We won't be back.
Very bad lunch today.
Cold shrimp and lobster, probably cooked yesterday. Everything is not tasty. Never ever will go to Red Lobster again. Howevere the service is not bad
