Red Lobster is what you would expect, but Edwin was a fantastic server. He was genuine, made good suggestions, was very attentive and followed through on everything. We could tell that he must be a father himself, because he knew so well what to offer for our kids. Thanks so much Edwin!

A very nice place to ease your seafood cravings. The food is always dependable and the service usually very good. This particular instance proved to be the same. They have a decent lunch menu that comes with good portions, a side, and salad. Our waitstaff was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, the price is pretty good, too. A solid seafood restaurant in a good location.

To eat in Red Lobster is just delicious, great service, high quality, staff is always smiling and willing to help, facilities are always very clean and neat!!!

Visited Vegas for 10 nights and I visited 3 times. Great service great food for the money.. The lobster pizza and lobster mash are an absolute must.. You won't be disappointed

Got seated. 15-20 minutes later a waitress approached. 15-20 minutes AFTER THAT my water and salad came. Then I ordered for the manager, who did not care about horrible service, because if she did the actions of her staff would be better. Finally, I simply thru $40 down on the table and left. It will be the last $$$ this dump of a restaurant ever sees from me. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE RUBBER LIKE FOOD COMBINED WITH THE WORST SERVICE ON THE PLANET! YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS DESERVE BETTER! GO TO A RESTAURANT THAT CARES........THIS IS NOT IT!

We went and I ordered a lobster on the shell steamed no paprika with a salad. The waitress was very nice brought out our salads with extra dressing, nice touch, and it was good. My lobster came as a side order very small and nothing else I questioned her and she thought I wanted a side dish only since I just order a salad, well the meal came with a salad and rice so didn't need to mention anything else. Apparently the lady at the next table had ordered a side of lobster and that was all and the waitress thought that is what I wanted. So she places my order again and the manager brought out the lobster but it was broiled and not steamed by now my husband has almost finished his meal. The lobster was not tasty to me since I like it steamed. The waitress apologized several times and bought me a desert. The walls around the booth where we sat were very dirty not a pleasant sight. Think we are now done with Red Lobster.

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in 30 years or more. Very surprised by the great food. Was very clean & waitress was friendly & very helpful.

Neat clean restaurant with good service and nice decor. I had Caesar salad, grilled salmon, baked potato, broccoli and a biscuit. Everything was delicious and I cleaned my plate. Almost certainly exceeded my calorie goal for the meal. Unfortunately there was no protein, carb, fat or fiber nutritional information on the menu. Decided later I should have skipped the biscuit, had the house salad and cut the baked potato in half and taken half home. Enjoyed the meal, but I wish the nutritional information was provided.

Came here for my father in laws birthday and we got the all you can eat shrimp and it was great , our waiter keeped bringing more and more shrimp , and the price was good too

Went here with my wife. She likes crabs legs so we go to a seafood place once or twice a month. I had the fish fry which was not great. Fillets were crispy outside but mushy inside. Her crab legs were ok, but had to ask for utensils and the staff seemed to be just phoning it in. For what we paid, I'd rather go a little more upscale and get better service & food.

Hit and miss are all red lobsters. Last time I was in one we had a good lunch this time it was prawn overkill with no taste to them. Appetisers of onion rings and calamari were deep fried too much. Everything else is fine with this place for the money but I will now give them a miss in future as the food is far too inconsistent .

Our meals were delicious. Just what the doctor ordered -- lobster. Can't wait to go back. It was nice to get away from the casinos.

Went 3 times in our 10 day-holiday. So nice food and serving people. Love the mussels ! And the wine Cupcake for Normal price.

Red Lobster has delicious lobster and shrimp. Side dishes are well prepared and available. A very nice place to relax with friends.

The service was friendly and efficient. The food, although a franchise. We knew what we wanted and we attend wherever and whenever we can. The price is affordable and good value.

We had a nice dinner at the side. Service was extraordinary good and friendly. Food quality excellent and well cooked. Location is what it is, could be more cozy but we enjoyed being there.

After numerous commercials of Red Lobster's Lobsterfest, we finally went for lunch and it was worth it! We ordered crab-stuffed mushroom caps for appetizers. Next was a perfect Caesar Salad. Each of us had one of the two variations of Lobsterfest platters. I had a lobster tail with a creamy shrimp infused sauce, and my second tail was crab-stuffed like turkey stuffing between the tail (my favorite). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and had attentive service. We also joined Red Lobster "Fresh Catch" Club prior, so our coupon discounted our appetizer. We skipped dessert due to our tall draft beers and eating too many cheddar biscuits. We would definitely recommend this Red Lobster location, plus the others in the Las Vegas area (I have been to each one, and received the same service standards and tasteful dishes).

Pleasant staff, very friendly hostess. Server seemed like he was training a new employee, and while he was thorough with his service, he seemed just a bit robotic. Salmon was good (not dry), kids mac was ok, steak was overcooked so ask to get it done a step more rare to get better results (I hope). Overall nice dinner just before 4th of July.

I have ordered a lot of fish and chips in my life... Usually you get three or four pieces... I got one large piece.. It was flaky like it should be... But zero flavor.... My friend got a platter.... Wasn't impressed by it... He loved the baked potato but wasn't thrilled with the seafood.... At a seafood place... Salads were nice sized.. But the price and the food you end up with doesn't add up;..... Just overpriced.... Service was fast and friendly.

I went for lunch and I liked the variety of options as well as the value for the money. Red Lobster offers many affordable lunch options and their food is always tasty.The server Jo was super friendly and helpful, and she was so attentive and personable. Thanks for another great meal.

This was my first trip to a Red Lobster and it was fantastic. Went for lunch and it was clean and we were seated right away. The server was excellent and took our drink order right away. She also brought the delicious biscuits that were buttery goodness!! Ordered clam chowder and swordfish which were very good. I would highly recommend this place if you like seafood.

The food was good as usual and served piping hot. I had the ultimate feast and my wife had crab legs and shrimp scampi. My first bite of lobster was a little off but the rest was good. The only negative was that we had to wait about ten minutes but there were lots of empty tables that had not been cleared. Our table had some liquid spilled on one seat and the table.

We were not sure we wanted to eat here again because the food is always salty, but we went anyway and we promise to just remind the server not to put too much salt, but this time we were pleasantly surprised that the food were great , we had the Crab Lover Dream, and it was awesome, it has Snow Crab and King Crab Legs and Crab Linguini Alfredo and on top of that, we ordered the lobster Pizza.. so delicious....we were so satisfied and happy.

The atmosphere was quiet and intimate and very nice. The service was very pleasant as well. The food was medium. The biscuits and salad were good but when it came to the entree it was a "NEW" item and was offered on the 2 for $30. Menu. It was the herbed shrimp and chicken over green beans and rice pilaf. The green beans we grossly over cooked. Would've improved the dish greatly if they had been crisp tender. The balsamic reduction was bitter and the chicken was tough. So overall I would rate the meal as poor.

The Steak and Lobster is the Wednesday Special. Steak was perfect and seasoned Lobster was succulent The Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream was yummy

Customer service is excellent, as well as the food! I love their Surf and Turf! The portion is big for me! I even have a leftover that my son ate with gusto😊. The steak is perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Their seafoods are delicately fresh and delicious. And the bread! Can't get enough of it as well! It's hot and appetizing. My friends and I were happy and contented. Everything is delicious! From appetizer to the main course.

I frequent this location because its near my home. I always receive great service and good food. The specials especially lobster fest are great.

In my opinion you can't beat a Red Lobster. Probably my favourite restaurants in the world. This one is no different to the rest. Friendly staff. Clean. Great food and service. I love the biscuits and slaw. I love the Steak and Lobster. I love Red Lobster.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious and served hot. I have been to a lot of Red Lobster's for dinner, but this is one of our favorites in Las Vegas. Lot's of bang for your buck.

I am a big Red Lobster fan and always in the mood for the ultimate feast. This location is always good. We eat here often.

My wife is addicted to Red Lobster - and truth to tell I would be fine just with their Cheddar Bay Bisquits and stuffed mushroom appetizer. They really should be seen as a seperate food group. The rest of the meal was their Admiral's Feast. Good food and tasty, although not Earth-shattering great, which is why I left 4-stars instead of 5.

We stopped into the Red Lobster on East Flamingo Road in Las Vegas before a show. The service was very quick and efficient and we were in and out with plenty of time to get to the show. As always, the food was fresh and the portions were generous. We always visit this Red Lobster whenever we are in Vegas.

Ordered variety of scrimp dishes for take out and not one of them would be worth ordering again. Just can't say one good thing about any of them. Certainly not anywhere close to what they advertise on TV.

We came here for "endless shrimps", a time great time limited offer... Our server was very nice, reactive and the food was amazing. I recommend the mojito and the baked potato as a side!

Arriving with a very empty stomach and great expectations because we have never been to a Red Lobster, I was very happy to find superb service right when we stepped in. The food was very good and I had a lot of seafood at other (and much more expensive) places before. The Ultimate Feast during Lobster Fest was great and my belly was very happy afterwards. The kids menu is very healthy too, they only offer broccoli or orange wedges as a side.

The servers were very friendly and patient. The manager pitched in to make sure a group of 30 plus women were served properly and promptly. WOW!! I would go back there in a second.

I love Red Lobster, and always try to eat there at least once when I'm in the US. We drove here from the Strip and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, and our waitress was very nice. I feel that you really get you money's worth here.

Decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day early. I went to Red Lobster where I had a enjoyed a mega Sunset Passion. For my meal, I had wonderfully prepared Steak,medium well, potatoes, broccoli paired with a dozen of Walt’s fried shrimp. The meal was heavenly. My server Raul........was without a doubt, the best. I’ll be back!

I’m a big fan of Red Lobster, and Jesus is without a doubt the best waiter you’ll find anywhere in Las Vegas! Branch clean, tidy and with excellent attention. And he congratulated Jesus for making the experience a much better one.

Red Lobster is a classic seafood place to bring your family to. The food is always consistent in its quality and tasted great on my experience. The food price was also affordable and my family enjoyed eating at Red Lobster. One knock that I had about this establishment was that it took long for the food to come and it took a while for or drinks to get refilled. If they can work on their service, this can definitely be a spot where I would regularly go to eat meals with my family for special occasions!

Service was great, We (all 3) were a bit disappointed in the food. For example, I had asked for steamed lobster but what I got had been grilled and was small.

We really truly do love the #1 seafood restaurant in LV. However, with everything al a carte, it can break the bank. Red Lobster was very close to being just as good with way more reasonable prices. Only thing missing was the Oysters Rockefeller, but I lived. Service was impeccable!

We have visited numerous Red Lobsters in the Past, but this one on Flamingo Rd. in Las Vegas, should NOT change a thing! What a delightful experience. Having owned and operated a Restaurant in the past, I am a super critic, and I expect good food, and good service as a minimum.... This was not good, it was Excellent! I ordered the Lobster Fest, and my wife ordered the coconut shrimp dinner. What a terrific experience! The meals were spot on and the Service was great. Our commendation to the Chef and our Waitress! Highly recommend! Note to the Owner/ Manager: Don't lose these people, they are hard to find.

I love red lobster so I knew the food would be good. And this restaurant lived up to expectations for food quality. Price is reasonable! Tonya was our waitress plus a trainee and they were great! Super fast with refills of drinks made sure we were having a good experience and had a few laughs with us too! It’s a little out from the strip but we liked this because it wasn’t too busy and was a nice atmosphere. Only a 10 minute Uber out so not far at all and so worth it!

Went for lunch on a Monday. Restaurant provided 100% of your expectation for a Red Lobster. You know what you ideally expect and this is what you get! Good meal and fine service!

It has been just over 3 years since my last visit to a Red Lobster restaurant. My last visit was a disappointment, food was horrible and I got real sick from it. It was not at this location, it was at a different LV location. The food here was good, hot and very good. The way I remembered Red Lobster to be. Service was very good as well. Found a coupon on line and was able to get a discount on the dinner.

same old same old bill-of-fare; choice of our guests. both food and service were adequate. the place was being renovated so furnishings were fresh and pleasing.

we were a little taken back when our friends wanted to go here... but we gave in. glad we did - the server was outstanding, the king crab legs were properly cooked and did not have the " chemical " taste that so many have today. ... by the way - she kept the special biscuits coming... a pleasant change for a chain restaurant. wife and i split the platter and it was great as well. our companions required non sulphite food and they promptly gave her a menu with their comprehensive list of foods that cater to ones allergies... kudos !

While I don't think we had the world's greatest waiter, this was generally a good trip to this Red Lobster which we visit several times a year. Two of our party had Lobster Fest dishes and they were quite good (except for my beans which could have been softer).

Hospitality in vegas is lacking compared to home but not at this Red Lobster. We were pleasantly greeted and seated with smiles and some laughs thanks to our wonderful server, Nashima. She exceeded our expectations with her friendly personality and was very knowledgeable about the menu. She saved us from what was sure to be a disappointing experience all week long from having multiple bad services. Thanks for the great experience.

I love seafood, but it's tough to find in Las Vegas, especially oysters, which is my favorite. You can't even find oysters at Red Lobster, but at least it's good seafood. Although it was nothing special, it was a decent restaurant and the food and service was good. No complaints from me and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for good seafood at a reasonable price.

Went here two nights. Each time had a wonderful waitress, that wanted us to enjoy our time and our meal. With all the expensive places to eat in Vegas, this is a treat. The menu is so varied and the food is so good,

We went here for a late lunch. It was such good value even though we went for some of the most expensive dishes on the menu. The lobster was great. We went for the stuffed mushroom starter as recommended - they were lovely. They have daily specials and if we had been in Vegas longer we would definitely have gone again. The cheese rolls or biscuits at the start were the best we had in Vegas. I took one away and it was still fab for breakfast the next day. Service was attentive and we felt very well cared for.

We Visited this restaurant during our Las Vegas vacation. Food and service was great. Just what we expected from Red Lobster.

Delicious meal and service. Big portion. Impressive. Stuff is friendly and nice but prices are a bit high. I had their shrimp feast and it was awesome. There were fried shrimps, regular shrimps, lobster and crab with brocoli and rice. It was tasty and great. I thought about dessert but after this lunch I was so full i couldn't eat nothing more. But I still had energy. Great experience. I would recommend it to everybody. My partner had steak as he is not much of a fish lover and said it was perfect. We took pictures of the live lobsters in their aquarium and stuff took it out and let us hold it and take pictures.

Greeted promptly although they were quite busy. Service was very good, food quality and portions was excellent. My wife really wanted to go to a Red Lobster since we don't have one in our town. She was very pleased and this was one of her highlights of the trip to Vegas and Laughlin. Sad huh! Anyway, we were pleased and not disappointed at all.

There are lots of fast food places in This area. So it was nice to sit in a quiet sit down reasonably priced restaurant. The choices for lunch are vast. Developing a special lunch menu was thoughtful. More importantly u can get your food quickly. I ordered a 9.99 special trio of 2 kinds of shrimp and a piece of white fish. It came with a small Salad and was perfectly prepared. Service and atmosphere very good. I will return.

We all enjoyed it here. We went to celebrate my brother Jon birthday. Had a fun time. Food was excellent. Took two trys to get water we ate at the bar area. Was very packed of course. Happen place for birthday celebrating August 16.. They sang lots of happy Birthdays day night. Including my brother.

This was our first visit to this particular Red Lobster. The food itself was pretty good like most other Red Lobsters. The waitress serving us, however, seems to ignore us after awhile. Doesn't seem very happy. The lobster tacos were pretty good and so was the steak and shrimps.

Needed a taxi to get here from the Vegas strip, but it was worth it. Food (as at all Red Lobsters) was perfect. The cheese biscuits which are complimentary just melt in your mouth. It made a nice change to get away from the hassle and bustle of the strip for an evening

Had a great lunch here today with my girlfriend. Haven't been here in years, but that is going to change, and coming back soon. Food is fresh and the restaurant is clean. Our server Desiree was amazing. With her great service, and all the above, we are coming back.

We have already been to this restaurant several times. The quality and freshness of the products is always there, for a completely honest price. What was different this time was Razhan’s attentive and smiling service. Thank you again for taking care of us with such kindness! P.S.The manager is also very attentive, and does his best to satisfy customers!

Our first visit to a Red Lobster and not disappointed, the warm biscuits served before dinner were scrumptious, the cheese crusted fish was excellent and the Snow crab was a really special treat, really worth a visit

Red Lobsters will always remain on my low budget seafood places because it's just the quality! Once you eat at 5 star seafood restaurants like Mastros Ocean Club, and then eat at red lobsters then you will understand where I'm coming from! Not to come off snobby or anything but bottom line I just don't ever have great experiences here! My mom for whatever reason loved Red Lobsters and selected this location for her birthday lunch! First hiccup was the Caesar salad that came out with the wilted lettuce, Second was the steak that I ordered with the whole surf and turf new dish my waiter recommended. The steak was ordered medium and came out WELL and dry, Third I asked for cheese on my baked potato and it came out with three strings of cheese? Smh don't believe me look @ the pics attached! Management got involved and addressed my concerns accordingly hut geeze it was a train wreck. This experience validated my initial issues I stated in the beginning and is the reason I don't come here.

Appetisers were delicious (we got mussels and calamari), there was plenty to share too! We ordered steaks for our mains which took about 40 minutes to arrive - we were told that our order hadn't actually been put through, by the time our food came we were no longer hungry which was a shame. Staff tried their best to compensate which was a nice gesture!

The service was very good and the food overall was above average. The crab legs were a little soft which made it harder to crack the legs and get the meat out. Shrimp scampi was excellent and one did not leave the place hungry.

Simply brilliant. Everyone gets their money's worth. The two of us ordered the most expensive dishes and unfortunately there was no room for dessert. With drinks and everything, it came to just under $180, which is a bargain for the quality. Super fast and brilliant value for money. Highly recommended

I always eat here when we come to Las Vegas. The fixed price menu had nice choices so we tried that this time. Good food as always and such nice wait staff!

It’s a real treat for us to go to Red Lobster for their great seafood; their staff has always been exceptional as well. However, “Nashima “ has set the bar to a new high! Fantastic service, fantastic lady, and a fantastic experience for us! Thank You, Nashima.

Went early to beat the crowd. Service was good and friendly. Food is good. Shrimp cocktail to start, salad and then stuffed sole and shrimp broiled. Good flavor and the asparagus as a side was worth the extra charge. Good spot for reasonable seafood.

Where do I begin? One thing for sure was the waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food on the other hand was a disaster. They must have had a new cook because the Red Lobster's I go to in Canada are fabulous. Stuffed mushrooms, bad, delivered wrong steak, lobster cold.

With the exception of a waitress that was a bit on the 'green' side, am liking Red Lobster since they split with the past ownership group. A hint from a local - when eating dinner out in Sin City and if you want to avoid long waiting times, the hour before 7 p.m. is the time to hit your fav restaurant, regardless of if you are on the Strip or off. Back to the Crimson Crustacean - had the 7 oz. Peppercorn Sirloin and shrimp skewers. First off, if that was 7 oz. of meat, I am 7' tall. That cut was AT LEAST 9 oz. and about as tender a cut of sirloin as I have had in some time. And since I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy, a bed of tasty hot mashed taters was the perfect side. And to the person who took the time on the menu to suggest an accompanying wine for dinner.......Wine - no n no no no - a great steak and shrimp fresh off the grill needs to be accompanied by an ice cold BEER - like Sam Adams Boston Lager......I know, that is what I had and it was TASTY!!!. Definitely enjoyable enough to do over.....

They were almost out of all seafood we tried to order but had some meat instead?? Not the same we saw last year at the same place. But try again a 3 time .. no thanks

I thought you cannot eat at the Red Lobster and not order lobster, so I did; I also got to select my lobster from the tank. The food was very good and the service excellent.

Just returned from our dinner at Red Lobster. What a fantastic meal. Two of us had the salmon, lobster tails and shrimp on a skewer and the other had the other had the sirlion and shrimp. All of us agreed that the food was superb. The portions are plentiful and for the 3 meals wih drinks was only $95. Roy, our waiter was excellent, always keeping our drinks topped up and giving us some of the cheesy biscuits to take away with us. We will be returning again soon.

Red Lobster is a family favorite for us. This particular location had friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We happened to visit during Lobster Fest which was a big plus. Food was what you would expect from Red Lobster and it was a nice break from the Las Vegas Strip.

Entering Las Vegas driving from Death Vally, wee proceeded to Red Lobster, our All Amercan favorite. Fantasdtic Lobster Bisque and the Admiral's Feast were as good as always. The service was probably the best we have enjoyed in the chain.

We enjoyed a great LOBSTER FEAST. Food quality is excellent. You will receive a lot good stuff for your money. The service is excellent and if you want to experiance some quiet place in Las Vegas, this is definatelly where you want to go.

If you want great seafood and a great, relaxing atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We love to eat here. This is the best Seafood in town. Great for groups as well as couples. Everyone is always friendly.

Best meal I had in Vegas . The seafood for being so far away from the sea was so fresh . Great value and the service was amazing . Big thumbs up .

Be sure to go here on an empty stomach. Every dish of theirs is so well prepared. Serving size is extremely large for a very reasonable price for such expensive seafood . Very fresh too.

Went while staying on the strip with party of 4. Not a big seafood fan but my meal was delicious. All of us loved the food and agreed it was one of the best places we ate at. Our waiter Harrison was great. Would definitely come back and recommend visiting. Looking forward to eating here again one day.

My lobster pizza looked and tasted like vomit. There was a piece at the corner. My salad consisted of dark, stale lettuce, 5 croutons and 3 flakes of parmesan cheese. This was my 4th incident at this restaurant and my LAST. The manager, DMITRI, is clueless and incompetent. All 4 incidents, he did not know how or why food left the kitchen in such repulsive manner.

Red lobsters food quality has gone way down. Our waitress was friendly but she dropped some of our food and served the remainder to us. She replaced the goof she dropped; but our plate did not look appetizing because u could tell it slid all over the plates. We should have received a fresh plate. Our meal was look warm and the Sole was tasteless. The only thing we like was the corn and biscuits. Will we go back to that particular location no

My wife and I went to Red Lobster and thought that in the Lounge would be a little less hectic. The waitress was the Bar Tender and it started out that she forgot the Biscuits. The Service was a little rushed and we found out that she was almost off the clock and wanted to get rid of customers. We finally asked one food handler for biscuits and the Waitress said that our other order of Biscuits is on its way; however, we never got the first order. The Clam Chouder and Ceaser Salad were very good. The Shrimp with coconut was OK and the Pineapple Shrimp was good but very messy. Drinks were OK but a little pricey. We will try them again but not in the Lounge.

Unbelievable rudeness by the Manager.... I ordered fish and chips for $19.95. It was the regular dinner plate, and not a special. I was served one filet of fish. It came with stale french fries and a cup of Cole slaw. I asked the kind waiter to speak to the manger. I complained about receiving only one piece of fish for $20. She replied that we only give you 8 ounces, but that they will cut the one filet 8 ounce filet into as many pieces as you like...being a smart ass. I know that Red Lobster corporation filed bankruptcy but this is ridiculous. What else are they skimping on?? Gordon Ramsey has a great fish dinner on the Strip for same money!

Great sea food. In particular the Caribbean shrimps and the lobster tail. The service is to be improved instead. If you have to deal with the wrong person the dinner could become critical...

Food was really nice in here and the waitress(Shona) was really friendly. Thing that was a bit annoying was they brought out the main courses well before appetisers were finished. It wasn't busy either so didn't see why we were being rushed. Also no fresh glasses with new drinks. All in all a good meal.

This is like every other Red Lobster I've been to anywhere else. Good seafood. Good service. Moderate prices. You probably already know what you want when you walk inside the building. Kids love looking at the live lobsters int eh tank at the entrance.

The quality of Red Lobster has come a long way...Great Service, Smiles and Seafood quality. From the start, the biscuits were hot. Great tasting clam chowder...crisp Caesar Salad...The Skewered Shrimp had a good taste, except; the shrimp were small in size and lacked the magnitude of Tiger Shrimp! Rice Pilaf and Broccoli served..both vegetables had complimented ea. Other. Somewhat shocked that RL recently created a new menu and finally made the menu eye appealing.

So yum, and when you think of the value it is pretty good. A variety of all you can eat shrimp and I had the shrimp Alfredo and the deep fried Shrimp along with their delicious rolls which I couldn't eat because I was stuffed with salad and baked potato and the Alfredo Pasta is so heavy. I always make a point of hitting Red Lobbie when I can.

The food was status quo. Service was great at first then she disappeared. We might have had one refill....odd because that's were a good part of revenue comes from. Go elsewhere

Red Lobster does not have the best reputation, but I have repeatedly visit their chain restaurents and had an excellent meal at a reasonable price. This time it was a disappointment. There must have been to the salt and garlic in the immediate discount store. Or should one skjulle that the raw material was not quite fresh from the freezer.

Monday is Shrimp day. You have all you can eat on Mondays. I don’t know when this will end, but for now it is on. I went to lunch with my wife and we enjoyed the variety of well prepared dishes. I started with fried shrimp and scampi. I had French fries as a side. My next choices were the skewers and another scampi dish. I was filled with the biscuits and drinks. And the lunch was only $18 per person. They now have daily specials for lunch.

We went a few times last year but once was more than enough this trip. We ordered fish tacos but most of the stuff on the plate was grated cabbage, mounds of it! The waitress said she would bring napkins but didn’t. Half way through our main course we were told our bill was ready! Really ?

Not bad but nothing specially .Portions are large and the service adequate. If you are nearby it might be worth trying but there are many better places

Really enjoyed Red Lobster as usual. I had the coconut shrimp and it was really good. Their biscuits are so good everyone loved them. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. Will go back again!

Was sorry to see that the burger was off the menu (yeah, the burger - it was excellent) - coupling that w/ the Fisherman's platter was my thing---ended w/ the Admiral's platter (I was hungry)...The Admiral's platter was $20 & offered a nice selection - the only part I don't care for is all the breading - the seafood itself was well cooked & sufficient overall...I would 'do' the Admiral's platter again!

Very nicely grilled sirloin with excellent mashed potatoes. My friend had a huge platter with seafood that he enjoyed. Nice, friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Visited Red Lobster for the first time last year in Orlando and decided to visit again in Las Vegas. Quality remained very high and prices had not increased. We had a waiter called Jesus who was friendly and offered great service. I had the Mahi Mahi and my boyfriend had the Lobster.

Do not usually enjoy "chain" restaurants but the "endless shrimp" deal sounded good and it was! They do not skimp on the shrimp, it was well-cooked and very tasty! You can try 3 different varieties, as I did, liked the shrimp scampi best! My boyfriend had the lobster tacos which were also delicious! Our waiter, Jesus, was awesome! Very attentive and personable!

I went to Red Lobster first time for dinner with my friends. When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a bit to wait for a table. The restaurant was clean and nice interior. The waiter was really friendly and service quick. We have ordered a Lobster Pizza and other lobster dishes. All dishes are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely be back when we are in Vegas again. I would recommend it to anyone.

Little off from the strip. But the food was very good and the service is better than many other red lobster locations. There were two three options for the catch of the day, I went with the lobster it was great. My friend had the salmon and the shrimps it was also good. The only downside was the starter roasted mushrooms with seafood. There was too much cheese and the shrimp inside was smelling little, might be frozen. But except that I enjoyed my visit and will return again.

Our server Elen was an absolute delight. Very helpful with my dietary restrictions and understood immediately, suggesting a solution quickly. Incredible gluten free New York cheesecake!! Creamy and delicious!! Be sure to ask for Elen`s section when you go.

I have been to this location more than a dozen times, but this was not a shining example of good service. We were seated by the kitchen door, so it was noisy, and crowded, with several of the wait staff bustling around, but ironically, our waiter had very little time for us! We ordered appetizers and drinks from the bar, but never once got a refill on either drinks or biscuits or extra butter. I ended up taking much home, so I could get some butter. I was embarrassed, because I had brought an out of town visitor here, and the whole dinner was a disaster!

HI. it was good but you can only eat so much. the service was good and the food. the only trouble was the shrimp were pretty small although they were good.

We were staying in a house about 15 minutes from the Strip and the Red Lobster was an easy drive away. First visit and thoroughly enjoyed it! Menu is great, lots of choice, not just fish. The Cheese Biscuits were a real treat, delicious. As with a lot of American restaurants you get a choice of Salad or Soup and then your main course is served. Good drinks menu as well, nice cocktails! Definitely worth a visit.

We eat there every Vegas visit. Its like our home:) I like the bread ( biscuits) and seafood spagetti. You can taste coconut schrimp as well,it rocks.

Great family restaurant. We had been to their Orlando branch before and enjoyed it too. The quality of the food is top notch. I love their lobster tacos. The service is friendly and efficient. Excellent quality/price ratio. This outlet would easily deserve 5 stars if it wasn't for the dim light, which gives a rather outdated steakhouse atmosphere, although it's perhaps a matter of taste. And the fact that they don't have an expresso machine, although our waiter said that he made the request to management. Apart from those details, it was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had dinner last night. The food is good...the server was outstanding...the atmosphere great. We both had steak and lobster, with all the trimmings. We each had a glass of Merlot. The night was pleasant.

A friend and I went here for lunch the other day, it was pretty good! We got put in Ellen's section, a nice lady that was always smiling and attentive but not too much around. You know? We both had the 4 course meal for $16.99, you get choices for each course. I got the clam chowder, the fresh garden salad and the tilapia and brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Soup was good, salad was super cold and super fresh. I don't think they chop lettuce too much though as one piece I had to cut into 4 pieces! Anyways, the tilapia came with broccoli (a little too cooked for my tastes) and rice pilaf (I'd get something else to replace this side next time-just bland). It was ok. The tilapia itself was outstanding. The dessert of warm brownie with vanilla ice cream is a MUST! Don't pass on it. It's not too big, but just enough. Although I could easily eat more. My friend got the clam chowder, the Caesar salad which he loved. He then got the pasta alfredo with scallops and shrimp. I did taste it though and it was really good. He too got the dessert that I did. So when you go to this red lobster, ask for Ellen's section! You will like the food and service. They just need to cook the broccoli less.

Friday evening, very busy. One hour wait for a table as expected. Food arriving to the table, was a bit long but was expected. Our waitress did not bring our food, another helper did and my wife notified her that the crab legs she ordered as an extra addition was not on the table, she said they were coming. All five of our drinks were empty after a lengthy wait for food. I did not notify our overwhelmed server about my meal since I did not want to have it redone, but my steak was rare after ordering it medium well. The waitress finally made her way to our table after a very long time into our meal and she was notified of empty glasses and missing crab legs. It took several trips to the kitchen before the manager had to go retrieve them. I left with the kids since they were now getting very impatient and I had to leave my wife there by herself for the prolonged wait of the check and to-go boxes. The prices seamed to have doubled since the last visit to this restaurant. Not planning another trip here any time soon.

It’s lobster fest again at Red Lobster. Although the service that was provided by Jesus,our waiter was Outstanding, our dinner was not that satisfying this time. Me and my hubby ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream, but instead of a Main lobster and Rock lobster ,We both wanted the Rock lobster and paid extra for it. Unfortunately the lobster was over cooked. Bottom line is Red Lobster is a fair restaurant, and always will be. You will never be able to get an Australian lobster tail here , or a high quality Calamari or fried Clam Strip as an appetizer , among other things to numerous to mention.. It’s a place you go when you do not have reservations for a high end Seafood Restaurant, or the budget for one. As long as you keep that in mind , you’ll be okay.

We were there on a Thursday evening, a slow night by all accounts. If it's true that service makes a restaurant, this one would be a five-star. Not complaining, mind you, but the food was typical Red Lobster. It was well-prepared, but nothing out of the ordinary, and they were out of rainbow trout. However, our waiter was great. He stuck with us through an abnormal amount of menu confusion, and his suggestions were good.

We had the all you can eat shrimp and the Crab Linguine w/ Alfredo sauce. The all you can eat shrimp is definitely a good deal for people who like shrimp. There were a variety of ways to order it and most of them were pretty tasty. The shrimp wasn't the highest quality, but again, not bad for the price. I always order the Crab linguine. It's always way too much food, but very rich and flavorful.

My wife and I went for a meal here - we are from Switzerland and my wife loves the crab legs! I had a steak that I was not satisfied with and it was taken away and recooked at my request (I had been offered a new one). This also was not satisfactory on its return. The manageress then came and said I should have a new one as she thought a thinner one would be better - this came and I was completly satisfied. What was outstanding, to me, was the professional way this was handled and at no time did I feel that I was in the wrong to complain - a big difference to Europe. The hospitality and respect shown made this an evening we will both remember. Thank you Raul and Manageress.

My fresh lobster was very good. Only the asparagus was a bit overcooked. Service helped me finding my friend and asked whether I would like more butter.

I ordered a meal through Grubhub 11/21/18. It would have been fine except for one small thing that the restaurant did that ruined my whole meal. I ordered a dozen biscuits as well as the pick two lunch special with shrimp scampi, fried oysters and rice pilaf....along with a side caesar salad. When my order arrived, it contained a side salad (made with iceberg lettuce) and caesar dressing instead of what I ordered. I don’t eat iceberg lettuce and if I had to I would not with caesar dressing especially. I called customer service for Grub Hub who contacted the restaurant. They attempted to give me a coupon for my next purchase. I declined that since I just wanted the salad that I ordered. They said they were contacting the restaurant and would deliver it. I didn’t receive it after an hr so I called them back. They said that the restaurant chose not to replace it since it was under a certain amount and that salads are “free.” I told him that salads aren’t free since if I wanted just a salad I would have to pay for it. He contacted the restaurant and they said due to the romaine lettuce scare they automatically substituted it. I told him that I should have been contacted first since no one eats iceberg lettuce with caesar dressing. I would have ordered another dressing or better yet coleslaw instead. That small thing ruined the entire meal.

This is our local Red Lobster & we have been coming here for years. Just want to give a shout out to the wait staff....they always do an awesome job of making our experience a great one. In particular we would like to compliment a long time server named Mary. Mary is just awesome, always upbeat, remembers how we like our food, is a very experienced & efficient server. She has become like family to us & you can't put a price on that! The food is also very good, being fish lovers we enjoy their menu & in particular feel that the 4 course meal is an excellent offering.

Have visited Red Lobsters in Canada as well, and invariably found them to represent good value for the money. This restaurant is no exception to that rule. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service.

They have a $8.99 lunch deal similar to Olive Garden – all the salad, soup and cheddar cheese biscuits you can eat. My husband and I started off with the Lobster Bisque soup and I got a house salad and he got a Caesar salad. I really liked the Lobster soup even tho there wasn't a lot of Lobster chunks in it; my husband preferred the Clam Chowder. Everything was very good and we were smart not to fill up on the biscuits. When the bill came, they charged us $11.99 for each lunch. I asked our server why and he said there was a one-time $3 upcharge for the Lobster Bisque soup which we didn’t notice on the menu. It always upsets me when the server doesn't point that out and then let me decide if i want to pay it. i did check the menu and the upcharge was on there in very small print. We will go back and have the lunch deal again.Our server was excellent and refilled our orders promptly. I recommend that you sign up for the Red Lobster Loyalty/Rewards Club. You get a point for every dollar you spend and it doesn't take long to earn a reward. 125 points = a free dessert.

Great place to celebrate 88th birthday. Staff brought out birthday dessert and sang Happy Birthday. Very patient with elderly people. Fish tacos had a fillet on each taco. Excellent.

this is my go to place at least once every time we go to vegas called a cab and it was there in minuets with a nice driver who took us and would pick us up then we were seated quickly and had a starter ordered then look at the specials of the day i had the lobster lovers dream with shrimp 2 ways and alaskan crab legs wild rice and veggies salad and split a dessert we were so full it was almost uncomfortable what a nice way to leave i have to say the service was top of the line all the way our guy even took the meat out of the crab legs for me loved the pampering

Great food, nice accommodations, pleasant clerks. Not a fast-food place, but the food comes eventually. The lobster itself is average. I'll come back eventually to try other styles.

Late dinner after travel from TX. I'd never tried their endless shrimp special - what a treat. As always their biscuits are mouth watering and service was excellent.

We fled from the noise and crowds of the Strip and were delighted to chance upon a Red Lobster. It is perhaps our favourite US restaurant chain and this one turned out to be perhaps the best we have found so far. We went for the set menu and were provided with great soup, salad, and a huge plate of beautifully grilled prawns. After working our way through this, washed down by an excellent Chardonnay, we were pretty full but our charming and efficient waitress, Christy, insisted that we should not miss out on dessert and she packed a different one for each of us in a doggie bag. We gorged on brownies and key lime pie in the motel before bed. A great restaurant and if we are in Vegas again we will surely return.

Great server, nice hostess, menu looked good. My fish was bland, tartar sauce flavorless, fries soggy. Salad was good. Clean and well kept but this restaurant food offered me no reason to go back. After 69. Reviews, I have my first negative one. Avoid spending your hard earned and/or vacation cash here unless you hear they have a new cook. Sorry!

Me and my family loves Red Lobster. Every time we go to US it is on our to-do list. I confess the last time I was a bit disappointed. The portions weren't as well served as the last times and it was just "ok". When I was feeling a little frustrated, we decided to order desert, and the chosen one was a cookie filled with chocolate. So, when they brought it warm with ice cream it was just like going to heaven! Lol it was incredibly good! So I strongly recommend it. I won't give up on the restaurant, on the next trip I'll try it again 'cause I'm sure it was just bad luck. Ps: order pasta! Always! It also comes with a salad on the side and their ceaser is great.

One of my adopted daughters and her mother had just come into Las Vegas from Seoul, South Korea. First they marveled at the 'warm' winter weather - it was 65 compared to almost ZERO over there AND THEN THEY MARVELED AT THE DINNER AND SERVICE at Red Lobster - Flamingo Road! I asked what they would like for their first meal in America and they said "Seafood, Please" so off to "our" red Lobster location. Even though the place was busy (with Cowboys and Cowgirls as the NFR is all of this week) we were quickly seated and our waitress was there with menus and a genuine SMILE! She pointed out the specials of the day AND the Happy Hour specials too., We found the Seafood Feast and in just minutes not only our dinners arrived but even the manager, Julie, stopped by our table to see if everything was to our satisfaction and hoped that we had another enjoyable evening - HERE, of course! THANKS for everything!!!

We tried this establishment off the strip by some way but worth it. Staff were excellent food was great.

Felt so bad for the waitress who was also the bartender. Food was mediocre at best. Alot of empty tables which should have been a signal. We shared the shrimp boil which was nothing like we've had before. It was skimpy and 2 of our party had to send their food back.

Eat there often as it is close to my office. Excellent value and very friendly service. The menu is varied and there are many good specials.

We were in Vegas for a birthday trip and my best friend wanted crab and lobster. I have a gluten allergy and unable to enjoy most of the food at the buffets in Vegas so we tried to find a Red Lobster. It is a drive from the strip but not to far only 4 miles. I am allergic to crab and lobster so I was hoping that I would be able to eat a steak. I found a link online to an interactive menu that allowed me to put in my allergies and it gave me what my options were. I found out I could have steak. When I got to the restaurant I asked the server for a gluten free menu and she said we don't have one but we have an ingredient guide that basically tells you if wheat is in something. The server was doing her best but really had no idea what was safe. I knew a steak was probably a safe bet and that broccoli as a aside should be fine too. My steak was really good and my best friend had many of the seafood sampler option and a crab dinner and was very pleased. All in all if someone I was with was craving crab or lobster I would be willing to try it again. But please Red Lobster train your staff on how to handle gluten free or crustacean allergy guests. I can't be the only one asking.

Ellen was our waitress and she told us about the lunch specials. So much to choose from and we had a super time. We scanned the menu and had a delicious treat for desert.

Date night with the wife and wanted to have something different. I had the peppercorn steak & shrimp and the wife had Snow crab + we both had clam chowder. Everything was great! Bread, soups and overall meals were fantastic. The place is clean and the decor is chill with dim lights for a nice setting. Our waitress was Kiri who was great, she kept the drinks filled and brought the order out in good time. Good Service, good food and worth the price for sure.

Excellent again. The air con wasn't working so the dining room was a bit warm but that didn't affect the food or service. We'll be going back.

Got the 17.99 Monday through Thursday dinner special. You get Clam Chowder, salad, an entrée, and a dessert. Clam chowder had not flavor was like cream gravy without any spices or flavoring. Cheese biscuits were good. Caesar Salad was watery , dressing had no flavor. Shrimp- got 2 skewers about 6-7 shrimp on each- they were overdone like eating cardboard. Dessert was brownie and ice cream which was good. Server was good This was a horrible dinner - not going back.

This is one of our places that must go in Vegas. Nice food, nice enviroment and not too close to the strip. Also i had a baby 1 year and 9 months.... was crazy but the waitress was so friendlly with him. The bread as starter was wonderful. This is one of the must go places.

As a seafood lover, it's nice to have a place where I can eat lobster at budget-friendly prices. I'm a fan of the Lobster Lover's Dream (roasted lobster tail, butter-poached lobster tail, linguini with a thick creamy sauce). The "budget-friendly" decoration of the place and the service tell you this is not a fine dining restaurant.

Red Lobster is an institution for us while in the States and our visit this time didn’t disappoint. Our server was great, her name was Laquish and she deserves a shout out. Very friendly and explained the menu well. Had the lobster dip and the lobster taco’s, both amazing. Also had a grand patron margarita suggested for us and loved it.

We have been to red lobster a few times, this was 1 of the best family meals weve had. I had the New orleans shrimp with fries and salad full portion. Was perfectly cooked. The other 2 guests had the shrimp alfredo, tilapia dinner and ultimate feast. 4 clean plates later! Will def be going back to this Red Lobster.

What can be said about Red Lobster? I love this chain of all American restaurants. You know what you are getting and I have never been disappointed. Not greedy on the booze and the staff is always friendly. This one is just off The Strip and not too big. Meatlovers are welcome too!

We love red lobster. It’s always good. We ordered Tool lobsters with grilled shrimp with shrimp Alfredo pasta with the salad. Of course it came with the famous cheddar biscuits. Everything was delicious. Service was great. We will be back next time. We’re in Vegas.

It was our first time at a Red Lobster restaurant and we loved it. Our waitress was Penny and she explained the menu to us and during our meal she came a couple of times just to check if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else. All of the other staff was also very friendly, which is a big plus for me. The only downside was that we had to wait for our table for a half an hour because they don't take reservations. They give you a pager that beeps when your table is ready but you can't go any further than the parking lot otherwise the pager is out of reach. All in all it was a great experience, the food was delicious and we would go there again!

I stopped here on Wednesday evening for dinner and found that it was very busy. (to me that's a good sign that everything is good.) I decided to sit and eat at the bar for 2 reasons. first was that the place was busy with a half hour wait and also, the baseball game was on the TV at the bar. once I was seated, it took a little while for the bartender to ask me about a drink and food, I finally ordered and the first 3 beers I asked about the either didn't stock, or they were out. (actually, he offered one that I liked only to find that after I said yes that I liked and wanted that one, they were out of stock..LOL) oh well, I made my food order and then the wait began. It looked like the bartender was running around like a chicken with his head cut off so I didn't get hostile. I know he was doing his best. I got my appetizer and salad quickly but the entree took way too long. I watched others that ordered after me get served and began to wonder if mine would ever come out. Finally, I got my food and it was VERY good and prepared well. I was full when I left. I will probably not sit at the bar IF i return here.
