My husband, my sister and I took my Mom to lunch. The server was so nice and attentive. She was very busy BUT paid attention to EVERYTHING. We ordered our food and drinks, and when my order came out the lobster was under cooked. She immediately took it away and got another order for me, and it was perfect.

THE FOOD CAME OUT IN 5 MINUTES WHICH IS TOO QUICK to finish the salad or soup. The shrimp linguini was good as were the large coconut shrimp. The fries are top notch. The server Diana was excellent. THE atmosphere is better than most/

The atmosphere is Excellent. My mom and I both had the 9.99 Cod sandwich. It was a very large amount of fish.It came with very good fries. The service was very good, The free biscuits are still excellent .

Two of my favorite plates the ultimate feast and the Seafarers feast. I love to go on week days, they have specials starting on Wednesday thru Friday. I love the cheese garlic bread, specially when they are hot. I highly recommend Red lobster.

On a Saturday evening, I met a friend for dinner at Red Lobster. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. My friend had already been seated and the minute I came in I was asked my name and told my friend was waiting. Ryan was our waiter. My drink, a margarita was served just as I asked... Very salty rim. It was not a skimpy drink. It took a long time to decide on our choice. There were so many fresh items on the daily menu. My salmon was nicely cooked ... Maybe the tiniest bit too buttery but excellent. Unlike entrees at many restaurants, my meal came with a salad and two sides plus the ever delicious biscuits. I really couldn't eat it all. We were never rushed even though we lingered for quite some time. My friend had dessert which looked delicious, but I couldn't eat another bite. Ryan was an attentive, fun waiter. I have been here previously and didn't love the fish and chips, but this dinner was delicious.

My sister and I had wonderful food, including Cheese Biscuits, Virgin Pina-Coladas,Crab-Encrusted Tilapia, Lobster Cavatappi, Maple-Glazed Chicken, and Southern-Style Crab Cakes. Our Server Brian, and the restaurant's manager matched the level of the cuisine. I deem them all as having achieved the "Mark of Excellence". The atmosphere was pleasant(quiet, softly lit), and the seating was comfortable.

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The main ingredient is the hospitality, the food is excellent. The ambiance is chic-elegant, and cozy. The server was Shantrell S., her complete service was amazing! Very professional, friendly, extremely helpful with menu and drink orders. The Hostess Katrina had a huge friendly smile and made me feel welcome. Also Tammy was very personable and caring. Great Team work. I order the Lobster Shrimp & Scallops Roasted Vegetable Medley, it was delicious. To my liking the squash and greens could have been cooked less. The Sauvignon blank BV-coastal was very nice pairing with this meal. Look into the daily menu, happy hour menu, specials; great value and re vamp menu. The decor is absolutely wonderful. Super clean bathrooms. The bar area has all kinds if different sitting; did notice many take out orders! The location is excellent and for a Darden's chain restaurant this one kicks Bahama Breeze hands down. It was the first since remodeling, it would not be our last! Congratulations on the new look, menu, decor and wonderful new establishment for our community to enjoy. Please see my pictures.

Have to hit Red Lobster at least once a week! The Rock Lobster & Steak (surf & turf) will always appeal to the crowds. Never a dull moment in this place! GetSome!!

It has an excellent, varied menu and many alternatives. The breads throughout the stay are delicious although they take away hunger. The lobsters and shrimp we chose were wonderful. The US$42 plate included 4 protein options, excellent for sharing.

We went to this restaurant because of the location, not far from home, and the prices...but the service that we received from the server was just superb. I haven't met such a quality in any other restaurant in Miami. Albert (the server) was polite, smiley, fast, patient, he knew how to make us feel more than welcome. Thanks, Albert!

Title says it all. Food is good, but the service is so so bad. Waitress takes your order as if she is doing you a favour, like she feels forced to attend you. And when we try to call her she ignores us! A shame because we love red lobster food, please management look at this and tell your staff.

After sitting down near the bar and having our drink order taken, bar tender took order and served a man who came into the bar 10 minutes after. She chose to serve him water and salad before even making our drinks. We didn't have water or bread and he was already eating so we left. We found a way better seafood restaurant nearby that was way fuller but still had better service and same prices so maybe I should tank them for their horrible service!!

We went to this Red Lobster 2 Sundays in a row. The first time we had burnt up mussels which was odd but 75% edible so we didn't complain. Our mains were phenomenal. Crab legs seemed fresh, served hot and my lobster fest dish was excellent except for the raw scampi which I sent back and it came back still looking raw. Today we had the exact same meals. Crab legs were lukewarm and small so my daughter was disappointed. My lobster fest meal however was amazing once again. Enrique even got me fried shrimp instead of the scampi since I didn't want a repeat of last visit. We left full and happy. Had we not been in a rush I would have complained but since we ate it all. ...well. ..what could I say? ! I wish these chain restaurants delivered consistent products but all in all our food was what we expected and great enough to eat.

Not only great food but very good servers also. We had a special request for a table and they graciously took care of that for us. Always stop here when I flying in and out just love it.

The service was poor as well as the food. Whilst they discounted our bill with the death meal after complaining, the experience was unacceptable. RL normally is good but the service was lousy taking 70 minutes to get our meal and t was substandard

Everything about this red lobster was Exceptional from the moment I took My Daughter and Grandson there and the moment I stepped into the restaurant, the waiter Edgard Guerrero was professional, funny, attentive and welcoming. The manager was very friendly and the food was so much better than the other Red Lobster I have been too. They make me a Virgin pina colada with strawberries was to die for. I recommend this red Lobster with an A for an overall Service.

Our server Daniel Perez amazing! Very welcoming and accommodating, we will definitely be back again. We aren’t from Florida but come every year so we will come back and ask for Daniel to serve us again.

We drove 20 miles to get to this location since they closed the one that was about 3 miles away. Anyway we went specifically for the endless shrimp promo; my wife was very excited about the new Shrimp Rangoon. We seat at the table and the first thing the waiter says is that they are all out of the Shrimp Rangoon. Regardless, my wife orders the endless deal and we waited about 45 minutes to get her shrimps (which by the way, were brought by somebody else, not our waiter, and did not even bother to ask if we needed anything else). So happens that I don't like eating seafood without Tartar sauce, so I waited about 10 minutes for the waiter and after I asked for it, he goes to another table to take an order. Finally by the time I got the sauce my food is cold and my wife is done with her first round of shrimps. The waiter never asked what shrimps she wanted next, so she waited about 15 minutes for him to come by. By that time, her side orders (rice and bake potato) are cold. The only thing they brought out 10 minutes later were some skewed shrimps that were probably seating around for the longest time because they were cold and dried. Finally I called the Manager (Simon) and explained everything that had happened (even agreed that the skewed shrimps looked bad) and again asked us what shrimps we had order and that he would take care of it, and then walked away; no "sorry I will give you a free desert" or "I will get you fresh rice and bake potato", we got nothing. 10 minutes later we get the shrimps, so by that time we are so mad that we put everything in to-go boxed and left. In total we were there for 2 hours. I will never go back to that location again, that's for sure.

This is not a first choice restaurant for us but took the chance. Was like all RLs, sticky tables, bawling children n untrained waiters. We ordered and the waiter was OK and the service OK. We ordered a new lobster dish and some crab legs. My wife's who always has crab said that those were the best legs she has had and my lobster was super.

Hope this is the Red Lobster next to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Kendall. We tried to eat here on a previous visit but left when we could get no service: were seated and left hanging until we finally left. This visit was totally different. Were seated promptly and greeted by server and service initiated. This was a Fri nite & they were very busy. Our food was excellent. We initially thought it was a little pricey, but considering amount of options given with particular selection on entree, we decided it was not more than most places and not out the norm. We will certainly check it out again on our next visit to Miami. This restaurant is right next to the hotel and you can just walk over.

I. Love. Isiese. Resturant. All. What. You. Need. Is. Fish Nice. Lobster. Nice. Preis. Very. Good. I. Like. To. Much

We use to have dinner once a week in a Red Lobster restaurant during our visit to US from Italy. In this restaurant in particular we found a great server: his name is Tim. He served us gently and suggest us the best offer considering what we like. It’s not usual to find a nice and professional server like this man. It should be happen in every restaurant. And, oh yeah: food was really good!

The very professional waiter Carlos recommended and explained the elaboration of the dish, was attentive to the table at all times. Everything was excellent and spend a pleasant evening in my family company.I will return and I would like Carlos to be my waiter again I visited this place in 03/04/2017. table 15

The food was pretty good but my mom's fettuccini was not creamy at all. We had to ask for alfredo sauce to add on to the dish! Our waitress was very attentive although I thought it was kinda unprofessional that she brought her kids into the restaurant and had them working tables for her. They were kinda loud and disruptive. I felt so bad for her because it seemed like she was the only waiter working in the restaurant. Although the food was good, I wouldn't go back.

Went with the wife and kids for dinner. We ordered cheese sticks and stuffed mushrooms and both were good. All the dinners we ordered were very good as well. The prices have really increased since the last time we went. Our server Dimitri was also very good.

We have happily eaten at Red Lobster throughout the States but this branch was a huge disappointment and really lowers the usual standard. The prices have rocketed and the service was absolutely appalling. We had allowed 90 minutes for dinner before going to see Star Wars and told the waiter of this but still ended up running out of the restaurant to make the movie in time as service was so slow. One main course arrived a good 5 minutes after all the others, we had to ask for basics such as napkins and cutlery and the restaurant ran out of broccoli. A simple question as to whether one particular item contained gluten proved impossible for our waiter to answer. I'm never going to go back to this one.

A safety.... if you like shellfish and want to spend the right this chain is for you. The place is welcoming, the staff courteous and helpful, attend to customer problems (allergies). The menu allows a wide choice, with several "combo" dishes that allow a more complete tasting. Good value for money. Suitable for families and also for large groups

Red Lobster is a seafood restaurant. The wait time is between 5-10 minutes. The service is great and the alcohol is expensive. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Family friendly and spacious

Waiter was in a rush. To take order it was not even full of people. Needs experience and guidance food ok so it was a ok lunch.

This Red Lobster restaurant has been a part of Kendall for the last 20+ years. It was recently renovated and continues to be one of my favorite fish restaurants in Miami. The fish is always fresh and the restaurant has maintained its prices, which, in comparison to other local fish restaurants, is somewhat less expensive.

Understaffed is an understatement! Hostess doing two jobs, two waiters on one whole side, sat down at 7:40 left at 9:15 with no food. Just horrible.

Just had lunch here with my family. Best place in miami to have crab legs, it's the best price, crabs are well cooked and should be ordered!

My hubby and I went here last Friday for date night. We had garden salads to start along with herb biscuits. I ordered a glsss of sauvignon blanc from California and a Samuel Adams draft for my hubby. For dinner I took a trio of grilled salmon, grilled shrimp on a skewer and grilled lobster served with small golden potatoes and a side of green beans. My husband took a dish steamed in parchment paper with tilapia, artichokes, tomatoes, rice. The food was excellent and very filling, we could not even handle dessert. Please note this place was packed they do not take reservations but if you call ahead and give your name you have a shorter waiting time than those who walk in.

I order from here two weeks ago, I have a baby girl so I prefer food to go…, first of all an item was missing in the order, I reply to an email they send me, but get no answer, maybe they forgot the item, nevertheless, today, August 17th I order again, and went there ready to check the order… to my surprise one or more containers inside where broken, the oil was liking and it leave oil all over the seat of my car. I get inside, and the initial response was to provide a second paper bag, like the one that ruin my seat… I returned the food, and I’m waiting for the refund of the money. Terrible experience, I’ll never go there again, and certainly I’ll not recommend this to anyone else.

I pass by this area and enter in Red Lobster in Kendall Location....for promotion fast lunch.....don't trust in it, . Ask for a Simple Bake -Mash Potatoes loaded (Supposed with Lobster & shrimps... ja ja 6 salad shrimps ,no Lobster, some cheese on the top) came warn...,when I ask to the waiter before be sure be hot please....returned it, came back ..Potatoe was hard ,not well cook yet, and very very hot, this time maybe 5 shrimps , no Lobster ...maybe 2 half of small langostinos... $9.99 lunch...ask for ticket, bring it, and take 10 minutes for return to take payment, I can believed, I loss 1 hour of my time there for a bake potatoes.....in a "Fast Lunch"(Here is advertising) Seafood Lovers Lunch.$9.99(value for me is $4.00) NEW! Norway Lobster-and-Shrimp Smashed Potato A classic baked potato, smashed and loaded with mashed potatoes, Cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and green onions. It’s then topped with a blend of Norway lobster and shrimp in a creamy, decadent sauce. Available Mon-Fri, 11 am – 3 pm only..

Seafood is fresh and always cooked to our liking. The only negative about this place is always the wait. No matter at what time you get there, the wait for a table is always a headache. love the biscuits.

Our third red lobster visit we did in Miami. I had a center cut NY strip. It was okay. I am used to a different kind of experience with a strip of beef. There was a strip of fat on one edge. I know this is part of the dish but for me it's a matter of cut it off and thrash it. Didn't have a side of broccoli so had green beans in stead. Partner had lobster taco's since the previous time it was such a success. She believed the version in Orlando was better prepared. It was alright; though the formula lost a bit of it's magic on this visit. Service was good. Price around $60. Perhaps we're going for a fourth time in St. Petersburg.

A restaurant with a pleasant setting. Courteous and smiling welcome. Attentive service. Wide choice of dishes. Excellent food served generously. Everything is good in this establishment. Except the wine can be served lukewarm. We have a good time there and the quality/price ratio is good.

Manager Erica wasted no time in fixing a takeout order issue with a friendly smile and professional attitude to make my wife's and my wedding anniversary dinner nothing short of excellent ! Good service, great food ! Thank you

After a long drive we were pleased to be able to go just next door to our hotel to this Red Lobster. We were given a nice welcome and after a nice cold draft beer we began to feel human again! The menu is extensive but we chose from their specials menu and had the shrimp selection prepared three different ways. It was very tasty and very good value for money. We have eaten at several Red Lobsters but this one was the best

Great carry out experience! Super timely and absolutely nothing was missed! We all ate the order deliciously at home.

Seafood is my favorite genre of foods, and frankly, Red Lobster excels the palate and the eye with stunning meals and delectable deserts. Service is fast and friendly, and a host is happy to direct you and your guests to the perfect table upon arrival. The delicious menu items make this restaurant a pearl in culinary cuisine. From crustaceans to fish n' chips, this place has it all.

I was afraid to eat the seafood. Crabs came out burnt at the ends, and with a soft shell. Obviously frozen. Pasta was over cooked and dripping in butter and the mussels were old, dark and shrivelled up. Nothing was fresh. The best thing were the biscuits. Staff seems annoyed at the fact that we refused to eat bad food.

Huge dishes! Well served, wonderful shrimp and lobster. Variety of drinks and draft. Quick service and hot food. Highlight for the bread they serve at the entrance: WONDERFUL

Nothing good can be say about RED LOBSTER! Perhaps, good service. I went for Lunch with my family and the food was horrible. Starting from the cesar salad, which is included in each meal, it was cold as having been frozen! No taste whatsoever. As main course we asked for the New York strip together with Lobster, the meat was cooked fully covered in black pepper, impossible to eat, and when we tried the shrimps swamped in oil, which just to see it I had a wack in the stomach. We decided not to have dessert and left. Will not come back!

me and my mom found hair in our food i called the lady and told her but she didnt seem to care at all

we were overwhelmed by the Red Lobster menue, hard to decide, so many dishes. Our selection was well prepared, very tasty, nice beverage selection, friendly service

We drive 20 minutes to eat at this Red Lobster ,even though, we have a Red Lobster at the corner of our house. The service and the food at this specific location are great. If you go in the weekends after seven there is a little bit of a wait but it is well worth it. Highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer (yummy). The lobster artichoke dip is out of this world, that is also an appetizer.

You know the place and you already know what its about now come! Dont come unless you try the Maine bugs! GetSome!!

I haven't had shrimp, lobster and salmon on one plate since...well...i can't remember. It was awesome. My family members would agree. The waitress showed proper etiquette getting our orders right the first time. Bravo. Another pleasant experience.

Ultimate Feast. No one really cared about this meal in preparation. it was over cooked, small portions and i was disappointed. and i love red lobster normally. i won't go back here i think they put my meal together in a hurry and there was no quality control on it.

We arrived on Monday night... Lobster bisque was cold...clam strips were rubber...the calamari were missing..the plate was piled up with fried broccoli According to server the kitchen was backed up.... I ordered the new Orleans salmon... It was not the right temp but nonetheless I ate it... My friend ordered the shrimp tacos... Mashed potatoes cold and salty... Tacos rubbery...totally lackluster... No desert was ordered... We did not want to push it... Thevappetizer was comped but nothing else was done to make us happy... I'm seriously considering other options for my seafood needs... No bueno!!

Beautiful new menus, great items..good seafood, polite and speedy service, reasonably priced drinks. Lovely clean restaurant….what more could we want?!

My boyfriend and I went there for our first anniversary. It is a great place. The waiter was professional, funny, attentive and welcoming. The food was so much better than the other Red Lobster I have been too, all the fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and served quickly considering how busy it as for an evening. The drinks were to die for. I recommend this red Lobster with an A for an overall Service.

We went on the night of Sunday, April 21, to the Rest. Close to Aventura. Terrible service. They didn't clean up the table and it looked like a trash can. It's a shame for a brand like Red Lobster managed by mediocre people.

lobster fest. very very good. The service was good. Had the lobster with salmon and shrimp. Very good for the price . Wife has the two lobsters with shrimp, excellent. Would recommend this red lobster.

We were a party of ten including five children. The waiter, Chris by name, made an appearance and then disappeared. We had to serve ourselves to a glass, and also serve each other and repeatedly asked what happened to our order while the children were howling with hunger after waiting for more than one hour. The waiter was nowhere to be seen and we had to send a message to him through a supervisor. No body seemed to care. THUS NONE OF US WOULD EVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. As a nutritionist I can tell you that the KIDs menu is a danger to their health, mostly fried, in god knows what, food For the price find other sit down restaurants where the food and certainly the service would be better. All of us adults, most of us make international trips very frequently, agreed that this was the worst ever service we had received anywhere on the planet.

It used to be a landmark in Miami, but things change. The restaurant located at 136th street is not wat it was. The pasta flavorless, the kitchen very slow (we wait more than 45 minutes for the main dishes); the salmon was quite good and the waiter service as well. Even if it was a Friday night and the restaurant was pack is not acceptable the overall service, otherwise you must consider as a run down restaurant.

The "poor" rating comes from the fact that the food is mediocre. The service was "excellent" - Albert M. was our waiter and he was right on cue at all times. - no complaints there. The décor - inside and out - is also very pleasant because the restaurant was remodeled not too long ago. But the fact remains that even when service and ambiance are excellent, what we remember most about a restaurant experience is the food. We stopped going to Red Lobster long ago because our dining experience there always fell short of being a satisfactory one. I do remember that the bread, the clam chowder and the salad were always good although the rest was not. During this last visit the bread and salad were just "OK", the clam chowder consisted of a white gelatinous soup base with some - just some - clams and potato in it - Worst than a can soup! The Parmesan Crusted Tilapia was a "blob" of panko and grated parmesan cheese that happen to have a tilapia filet under it. Didn't like it. The Admiral Feast has several items - fish, shrimp, clams, scallops - all fried and all tasting exactly the same. I guess this is the way Cholesterol must taste like if it were in a menu. We went back to this location because we wanted to give it a try after the refurbishing thinking that the inside was going to be improved the same way the outside was-WRONG! Well, no need for us to be back.

Wow!!! I've been trying to go Red Lobster in kendall for months, but never had the time. We passed by and had lunch on Sunday. Wow what a service, incredibly great, can wait to go back in a couple weeks.😋😊😋

As always, lobster and crabs are the main reason that you dine in this restaurant. Service was very good; Dimitri was our waiter. Food was oh-so-good! What’s impressive was that they clean their tables real good. Tables were cleaned with disposable wipes instead of the usual re-used rags. This place is highly recommended. We’re planning another dinner date soon.

Ordered a pick up yesterday to treat an elderly friend for Valentine’s. Lobster Lover’s Dream was a hit , however; a dozen biscuits was not . Don’t know if the staff boxed them to hot or it was careless throw them inside Perhaps a different type of container would be feasible to keep them presentable and not like leftovers To spend $54.29 for a Nursing home elderly to make a Special day I was expecting to be perfect

We had the worst experience at Red Lobster 11550 SW 88th St . First , when we get in the smell was bad , my husband started sneezing . At that moment we didn’t understand why ... We asked for Sangria and the waiter brought a red sweeter juice in a pitcher with pieces of oranges in it . We complained that was too sweet ...to resolve the problem the waiter brought two half of red wineglass to mix with the juice. It did not taste like sangria and we have to leave it . We could not drink it And were charged $20 for it . We ordered a soup that was cold and the salad was salty . The main dinner was not very good. We will not go there again. We felt that we lost the money and we didn’t eat well . Terrible experience !!! The quality of the food and the restaurant has really gone down and has become too expensive.

Shrimp Fest .. Tried to eat them out of fried shrimp.. but failed.. They just kept bring them, that is until the wife enough already.. They do keep changing the menu and not always for the best. This location was remodeled not to long a go and now is somewhere you want to eat. Give it a try.. It's chain the prices and the food reflects it. But you won't go hungry.

Slow service. Coleslaw absolutely disgusting water taste. Lobster was good but priced like it was gold. I wasn't impressed.

Naleem was an exceptional server. She was pleasant, professional. Our food came very quickly. We were seated very quickly for a party of 5 that was excellent! Especially on a Saturday night. The food was very good. The portions were very good for us. Overall service was great. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean surroundings.

Arrived in the late afternoon due to medical appointments at Baptist to find incredible early bird deals. We both ordered the Four Course Feast for $15. The lobster bisque was very good. The fried bread is outstanding. The two could be a meal but next came a salad (garden or Cesar). We both opted for the grilled skewer shrimp. While there are a lot of shrimp on the skewers, it might be better to give less shrimp of a higher quality. The baked potato and Brussels sprouts were very good. Hard to believe a brownie overboard was included with this meal. It was a perfect amount, heated and a generous scoop of ice cream. I upgraded to the warm apple crostada with ice cream and it was delicious. Our server, Desiree, was outstanding. She knew the menu and fully explained the choices. Listening to her trying to help other customers, she is a great hire. Other servers who helped were also friendly and efficient. This restaurant is within walking distance from the Holiday Inn Express and is well worth it.

Best costumer service ever. thank you so much. Brittany was amazing. We would back again. The food was delicious

The most terrible place ever. We waited 20 minutes after we were sitting for someone to come to our table. They took our order all at once because the waiter had a big party next to us. We got our drinks and the Cosmo was terrible, you couldn't drink it, I asked for a little more juice and 10 minutes later they showed up with a glass of juice, They never brought us the soup, I asked for water 3 times to 3 different people and I got my water after I finished part of my meal. We ordered lobster and fried shrimps for our dinner. I couldn't eat it all, my lobster was disgustingly cooked and super salty. The shrimps were super fried, they were so small, burned to a crisp, nothing looked like the pictures they promote. When we got our bill, he told me I was not going to get charged for the drink, yeah right, the drink, the juice and the soup were all in the bill. He had to revise the bill two times cause he couldn't get it right. Don't let the ADS on TV fool you, is nothing like they say. Very disappointed, because it was my idea, MY BAD!!!

We have always loved RL and every chance we can go to one when we travel, we go since there is none in our hometown. Words can't describe how upset we were that we spend good money for a below average meal. The seafood was tasteless, the salad was thrown together with clumps of dressing on top. The server was very good, friendly and attentive and I felt sorry for her given what she has to deliver to the tables. The ads on TV are absolutely nothing like the real thing. We should have noticed that there were few people in the restaurant when we arrived. Never again!

Hostess was absent from Station (we should have left there). Server was friendly but incompetent and blaming management, but she would not even bring the silverware. Our granddaughters did the select their own Lobster and it was poorly cooked ($89 wasted!). Their drinks are cheap cruise ship type of drinks. The ambiance was low mood of all employees except when talking to a friend of theirs seating at another table. We wanted to come back to Red Lobster but this was a major wreck. So sad. Where is Management???

It was our 1st time at a Red Lobster & we were very happy with the fast service and the food options. Our waiter was a delightful gentleman friendly, polite and helpful. All the fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and served quickly considering how busy it as for an evening. What a pleasant surprise to receive warm cheese biscuits instead of the usual bread with butter most restaurants serve. Our waiter even gave each couple a bag of warm biscuits to take home! We will certainly keep Red Lobster on our "go to list of restaurants" when traveling in the future.

went to lunch with my kids and parents (my mom loves RL). We had the all you can each shrimp 4 ways. We all at shrimp till we could not eat any more. They had breaded, coconut, scampi, teriyaki, and shrimp pasta alfredo. The cheese bread is delicious.

We have been coming over for years at this restaurant..First the food is always with spectacular presentation..Our server Edgard was super nice with excellent customer service...top notch service...

The snow crab cluster meal is $20. You can add another half pound for $7. Therefore, for $27, you have 3 clusters. Not a bad deal. You still get choice of a salad and two sides. The waitress didn't bother to explain this. Broccoli came cold. Had to request napkins. Had to request refills. Would come back for crab. Sides are just so so. Service is poor.

As usual when visiting Miami I have to go to my favorite sea food place can't get away from ordering the same things I had the shrimp cocktail great as usual also the ultimate feast which has crab legs, shrimp 2 stiles, lobster and chips always taste good have to try something different next time the service was good and fast place always has a nice atmosphere.

Slow service, very low quality. Hair in coleslaw, ny strip was as hard as a shoe sole no matter at at what temp. I feel like red lobster is just horrible with food quality.

We booked one hour in front, but dua to heavy traffic we arrived an hour late on a fryday, but no problem we were seated right away. The service was prompt and excellent. Nice biscuits beforehand. Ordered lobster plus shrimps. Will visited again when in Miami.

We stopped here about 9pm on Saturday night without reservations, there was still a 45 minute wait but everything else in the area was longer or full.We sat at the bar area and had 2 beers with a friendly bartender and got seated within 20 minutes which was great. It was lobster feast time ,so we both got lobster dishes, they were fresh and tasty.I usually avoid chains but this was a very good dining experience and would return.
Red Lobster Uber delivery of Bar Harbor bake
Have had this dish in the past and it was good. Today, total cost $50 through Uber delivery. 7 mussels, 3 half mini tails, 9-10 small shrimp, tiny scallops. Ton of linguine. No salt or seasoning, only a few garlic bits and chopped tomato bits. arrived Cold. Had to go to hospital cafeteria to reheat, add salt and pepper and oil to make it edible. $50 tab total? Not worth it. Really expected more where Uber is involved. If restaurants want support, they need to earn it.
