We were seated in the bar right next to the bartender where they created the drinks and were a bit disappointed at first but soon realized the bartender/waiter was very friendly and the service was great.

Sat for nearly 15 minutes without any service. No water, nothing. Completely ignored by multiple staff members. After 9pm, not even that busy. Typically a reliable chain, this location just doesn't have people who care about customer service. Second time with poor service at this location, we won't be back!

I've been to at least 5 or 6 different Red Robin locations in Oregon, California, and Iowa. They are usually consistent and reliable. So I was very disappointed when my experience at the CascadeStation location was neither. I usually go with family and friends, but this was a business lunch... with my boss from out-of-state no less. In their favor, my boss said his burger was very good. On the flip side, my French fries and wrap were cold. I would ha E sent the sweet potato fries back, but I'd already waited a long time. It took over 30 minutes to get our order, even though we had arrived as they opened and there were only a couple other customers there. Service was cordial and minimalist. Very disappointed.

Food was great, as always, but be prepared to wait for a table on either a Friday or Saturday night. Wait staff goes out of there way to ensure all of your needs are satisfied. And the fries keep coming!

I had one of my best bacon and cheese burgers in this restaurant next door to PDX. Their service was fast and friendly. Also variety of drinks is amazing. Especially local IPA's are excellent with burger. Must place to have burger in Portland.

We ordered online via Grub hub. Everything in our order was wrong. I ordered for three people and each of us had a meal that was wrong. The teriyaki burger had no drink and no sauce. The mushroom burger didn't have cheese and came with only 5 onion rings. The last burger was meant to substitute the cheese for blue cheese. Instead it had no cheese. It came with a salad that had blue cheese (not ordered) and no dressing (ordered). The only part of this meal that came through correctly was the fries with the teriyaki burger and even that didn't come with condiments. we didn't even get a fork with the salad. This is the worst experience I've had with Ordering from Red Robins in this way. We order fairly regularly, normally the sauce is forgotten or the plastic ware. That happens and it's whatever but there was nothing done right in this meal. There's not a single thing in this meal that I couldn't find something wrong with. After complaining and explaining how awful this experience was the restaurant would only refund us $16. The total we owed including tax, delivery, and tip, was $54.88. To top it off they over charged our card and charged us $64. Grub hub refunded us our $7 tip thankfully. I've never had a worse experience from a restaurant. I've never felt so taken advantage of by a place. I would never go back or order from this Red Robins again. You could not pay me to. I promise you it is worth the extra 10 min drive to go to either of the two other ones right over the river in Vancouver.

We are frequent RR customers. We like this store when in the area especially since their remodel. They salute the

The food and drinks are great. Some times it gets a little loud and busy. We usually eat here when we go to the Portland Airport.

A arrived late with little choice of restaurants at 10:15pm. Staff were friendly if gearing up for 11pm closing. My exceptions weren't high, but my burger was excellent. Red Robin consistent as ever.

First off, kudos to red Robin for staying open on July 4th for dinner. We could not find any other restaurant nearby that was open, but Red Robin was so we ate there for the third night in four days. That in itself speaks volumes as to how we enjoyed the food there. I also appreciate the bottomless steamed broccoli - a very healthy alternative to French fries. I could literally eat here all week and never tire of the place. Bravo!

A standardized restaurant chain means consistent food, this is no exception. My favorite Southwestern Sombrero was served as expected, and service was great for a party of six adults and two kiddos.

Is it just me or have their burgers gotten smaller? I love the fact that they have bottomless fries and the campfire sauce is great with those fries. Unfortunately, on this trip, although I asked for pink in the middle I got a well-done Burger and the fries that came with the burger were overly greasy and I had to order replacement fries. I will definitely eat here again, simply because all my past experiences have been much better than this one but if I get a repeat of this visit, I may have to start looking for a new place to get a good burger.

4 Stars Cleanliness - The place was clean Atmosphere - All RR have an inviting atmosphere. Service - Noth Noted Food - It was what you expect. Tasty and plentiful. 3 Stars Price - RR are little pricey or what you get. Value - Average value for what you get for the price.

This place is atrocious. The food quality is sub par, and very unhealthy. But it is a typical burger joint.

Stopped in for lunch...was seated quickly and the waitress was friendly. Food and drinks were great. They also have the little computers now at your seat so you can reorder drinks, play games, or pay the bill. Big bonus!!

Always busy and food is always good. Very few veggie options. They do have the new Humus plate that is good.....veggie burger not so good for those that don't want something that resembles meat. They really, really need a veggie sandwich.....grilled cheese even!! My meat eating family loves it though so I get the humus plate and all is well.....but did I mention a veggie sandwich with fries would be great!!!!!

For a chain they do a good job. Our server was very good, the rest as we watched them pretty or very slow.....most of the front of the house staff wandered around and hung out without care. My burger the char lines were definitely chard too much, tasted charred/burnt. We receive about 6 fries each.....again our server was all over it and brought more....out of ranch 20 minutes they would have more......”we made our sauces”......ok than why be out of pretty much every restaurants #1 sauce.....who is managing this location or should I say NOT managing this location?

The burgers menu is completely overwhelming but everything looked great. I actually got the fish and chips and it was wonderful. The brownie dessert was also great. Good atmosphere for eating alone and just enjoying some semi-quiet time.

we ended up eating at two red robins. Both times the food was excellant. For eating at a franchise restraunt in Portland Oregon and being that good is saying something.

It was nice to find a restaurant in the convention center area of town that you could have a peaceful meal. The convention center has next to no food. Go here instead!

The food was good. The place was very busy for a Sunday night, lots of familes out for supper. The help was super friendly. We would go there again.

Which is not a bad thing. At least you know what to expect. The restaurant was full and loud. The waitstaff was great and the food was what was expected. You know what you are getting so a safe bet if you are not familiar with the area.

I loved being back in the Pacific Northwest, where you are not looked at TOO unusually for ordering tarter sauce with your fries. And what better place to get yummy fries and a burger, but here at Red Robin. I loved the Petite Bacon Cheeseburger, I'm not sure if it's on the menu this way, but it's $ 1.00 less than the Red Robin Burger AND it's the perfect fit for a stomach that wants a delicious burger without wanting to feel stuffed. We came on a busy Friday night with a LARGE group traveling for soccer and Red Robin staff was superb at customer service and getting us fed in a timely manner. Plus their rewards program provided us with one free burger, can't complain about FREE!!

They certainly have big burgers. Also, there is consistency in their food products. When you travel a lot and need some comfort food, consistency is a big plus. I fly in/out of Portland Airport and the Red Robin is conveniently located. While Red Robin has other menu selections, burgers is all I have eaten at Red Robins in various states. They are generally quite good.

If u r in a mood for some burgers for a relatively cheap price and somewhere that’s kids would like to be, this is the place. We got some good tasting burgers with lettuce instead to bread bun to avoid eating too much carbs after dark; this is what makes this place special for us...

I normally wouldn't choose a chain restaurant on a vacation trip, but we were tired, had an early flight the next morning and nothing else at Cascade Station spoke to us. It has been years since we had been in a Red Robin. We were really surprised by the whole operation, from greeting to departure. All of the servers were personable, professional and conscientious. Is it just that I'm getting older or all the restaurant staffs getting younger and more attractive? When I asked what was on tap, the young man serving us asked if I wanted real beer or just beer flavored water? This being Oregon, I of course ordered one of our own microbrews. My wife ordered an apple harvest chicken salad she raved about and I had their chophouse burger. This was a REAL burger...big, juicy and messy! I felt a bit guilty, but loved it. What also impressed me about the restaurant was the efficiency and obviousl logistics and training that went into maintaining a smooth operation with such a large and busy house. Our food came quickly, even though the place was packed. And the bar looked just as organized. And the entire staff seemed happy. I think they were. So were we.

Just finished an $18 meal at this Red Robin. The burger was good, but the sweet potato fries (which cost extra) were cold. I had to wait a long time for the burger and to get cold fries was disappointing. Voting with my feet and my review.

The good thing about a chain restaurant is that you know what you're going to get. This Red Robin is typical of the Red Robin in my city and all the others I assume. Good food at a fair price, served quickly by friendly staff in a crowded and loud restaurant. Not a quiet romantic retreat, but great for families.

We stopped by Red Robin for lunch on our first day on business in Portland. We know the menu and knew we could be served relatively quick and then be on our way, back to business. Oh how we were mistaken. We finally did get served, but it took forever and a day. One of the servers spent most of his time hanging off who I could only assume was his mother, or sugar momma. He saw me and my business associate several times waiting to be noticed, and instead he simply spent his time chatting, touching her hair and then moving her purse under the table. I know it sounds weird... that's because it was. Our server who helped us was really nice, but there was no obvious importance placed on getting our order, serving the food, and getting us a check. If I could have delayed paying longer, I would have - but I gotsta go, lady! I will eat at Red Robin again. But not this one.

As always Red Robin delivers what is expected. Nothing more nothing less. Glad it was there and not fast food!

We were wanting a good burger and thought we knew where to get one. We were a party of 7, and it was a little after 1:30pm. The place was not full, we thought it was because the lunch rush was over. Now we know why. After ordering 5 burgers and 2 salads, it took 15 minutes to get any food out. We could see the kitchen from our seats, and saw burgers just sitting there really, for what seemed like 10 minutes...we KNEW they were ours! But they weren't--whew! When our food arrived the fried for all 5 burgers were stone cold. We told them and they immediately brought a couple of fresher ones. My burger, the BBQ one which I asked to be fully cooked, came without BBQ sauce and was pink. :( I hated to complain again, but had anyone bothered to check on us it would have been much easier. Poor service, poor attention to our order. It was a bad experience, and we had our company with us....

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The only drawback is that we were on a tight schedule as we were traveling and we arrived early and got seated letting them know friends were joining us. 25 minutes later we discovered the friends in the entryway and felt robbed of precious time together when we don't even get to see these friends once a year. But the food was great and my salad was so huge that I got two meals out of it.

Was like most Red Robins I've been to. Went on a Friday night so they were busy but the service and food were both good. The food was to the specifications we'd requested and the server checked in on us an appropriate amount of times.

Never been to a Red Robin and was a bit panicked I would blow my diet here...you definitely can, but I was able to get a Boca Vegan burger on whole wheat bun! yea! Totally saved the day - nice to know if you are traveling and trying to watch your diet. Everything else I saw looked and smelled wonderful, but alas, I just couldn't let myself indulge.

Food was typical for a Red Robin. They were packed so it was loud. The server (CHris) was very nice and attentive.

One thing I loved about my burger at Red Robin - I could get is without a bun, wrapped in lettuce instead. A burger wrapped in a salad - which almost made up for the never-ending fries (which were excellent) and the onion rings (heavy batter and stiff, so-so). Drinks are ok, not anything special, though there is a good beer selection. Not the kind of place we'll return to except in a pinch, which is why we ate there. Service was slow that night - looked like they were understaffed.

I had a chicken platter with a side salad rather than a burger on this visit. I definitely prefer their hamburgers! The chicken was ok and the salad was basic. The fries were as good as always (I sampled my neighbor's) and the flavored tea is always a treat. Servers were friendly and our meal was delivered promptly.

Unbelievable! Our waiter delivered 2pcs of bread to our table, put it down & continued to pick a piece with his bare hand, walk around our table and put it on my sisters plate saying 'here's your bread" Really? We can do ourselves!!!

Great family restaurant with reasonably priced food. Within the Cascade Station complex. Within walking distance from Embassy Suites Airport Hotel

Service was absolutely poor, had to remind the server about a drink I ordered; there were the "bottomless" fries and broccoli offers, the server never asked if we wanted more, had to remind him. The food was almost cold by the time it arrived at the table. We had to engage the little electronic gadget on the table to ask for service, and it took a long time to get answered. Refills on the water were ignored. How can that restaurant exist?

This was our first time at a Red Robin. The restaurant was busy given it was the Memorial Day weekend, however, we were able to get seated and served relatively quickly. The food was tasty, the service was decent given how busy it was and we did not feel rushed.

While service was a bit slow as we were there at lunch peak time, the food was served accurate and very tasty. Our server, Jessica, checked out dining rewards as we were eligible for 1 free meal ... nice surprise after a busy morning of "shopping"!

I don't believe that any burger loving American could be unhappy with any of the burgers that are offered by Red Robin. I stopped by to enjoy my Birthday burger and refillable fries that I got from my Red Robin rewards!!

Stopped here for a quick burger after picking my son up from the airport. The service was quick and friendly. The burger was not so good. I ordered the taco burger and the whole sandwich was mushy. On the bright side, the fries and side salad was bottomless.

We ate here three different times since we were staying at a nearby hotel close to the airport. We don't eat read meat so we ordered the simply chicken burger---very tasty. You can choose the type of bread you want for your burger--including gluten-free. Server was very friendly and attentive. Fun atmosphere. Enjoyed our meals. Would go back.

Granted we ate here the day after christmas ,a very busy shopping day. Waited maybe 15 minutes for a table, not bad considering the restaurant , bar and waiting area was full. And that was the best I could say. Service was lacking in all areas. Took forever to get gluten free fries, in fact they brought out fries with the meal that they could not guarantee were gluten free and the person had finished her meal before they brought them. Ordered drinks that the person forgot to put in order and had to be reordered. Water glasses never refilled, people had to ask for more fries.

We want to Red Robin for a low key family birthday celebration. The food was delicious as always. Unfortunately the service at this location could use some work. Its funny I say this because another gentleman was complaining to the manager about the same topic when we walked in but we proceeded to stay and give it a shot. Our waitress was friendly but quite distracted it appeared. Atleast three times all the waters on the table were empty for quite some time. Despite not being busy at all it took quite a while to get our food. Also the concept of bottomless fries is great but we had to ask numerous times to truly utilize it. On a positive note they sang to our grandma and provided her with a great birthday treat. All things can be easily corrected.

Red Robin burgers are great but they need a wrapper to hold in all the stuff on the burger! I almost feel like I can't eat the burgers anymore because I'm so afraid of dripping a big mess on myself! But I did order the smoke and pepper burger and it was awesome. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded but it still took a while for the server to come to my table.

If you are familiar with the Red Robin you know what to expect, fast, friendly service, but perhaps noisy and crowded during peak hours because if it's popularity as a great family restaurant. Often, if there is a wait for a table, we find that as a couple we can easily slip into a spot in the bar area for immediate service. My husband and I frequent Red Robin restaurants as a couple, when we spot one near an area where we are spending some time. The service, in our experience, been consistently excellent. When our wait staff person takes our order, we feel confident our meal will arrive quickly and at the right temperature. This recent visit, when our server, Teri, brought my husband's order to our table she explained she was concerned that the Sweet Potato Fries were not hot enough and asked him to try one. When he did and said they were not meeting his expectations, she immediately brought a fresh batch. His order was the Southern Charm Burger which he exclaimed over several times as being in the top two of his favorite burgers!!!!! I ordered a Jumbo Shrimp and Slaw and asked for Tarter Sauce extra (no charge) in addition to the seafood sauce. Both were excellent in flavor and my shrimp were perfectly prepared and the Slaw was quite tasty. Note that fries and most soft drinks are offered as bottomless items.

It was very busy afternoon and the wait staff appeared to be understaffed. The server I had was very apologetic but it was painfully obvious she was being run ragged. For the most part she made the meal, but I didn't care to wait for the advertised bottomless fries or the broccoli .

We had a bit of a wait because this location is right next to the Convention Center. Once we were seated, we were served promptly and had bottomless fries served while we waited for our food. The food was delicious and hot when served. Nothing to gripe about.

We visited Red Robin on Saturday at 5 p.m. during dinner rush hour the place was packed But the wait was only 10 minutes Despite the busyness of the restaurant the food was served hot and very yummy we left there very satisfied Hubby had a barbecued grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings and fries And I had a crispy chicken salad that was over the top yummy! Will definitely return and service was wonderful!

Wife & I walked in about 5PM on a Friday night. There were 2 other groups ahead of us and we still had to wait about 10 min to be seated. The restaurant was at most half full so it didn't make much sense why we had to wait so long. Then our server took about 5 min before she stopped by our table and said she would be right back. Sure - about 4-5 min later she was back. I asked her if they were short of help that night and she said no - everybody was there. At least once our order was in things got better. The food was about average for a Red Robin. I had a milkshake and it was pretty good but for $3.99 I expected a much bigger drink. It was way small. We have been to other Red Robin"s and they have all been better.

A friend and I regularly eat at the Red Robin for their great salads. If you are a regular, sign-up for their rewards card. Special deals now and then and a burger on your birthday (or close to it). Food is always well prepared and very generous.

The food and the service were both very good. We had never eaten at a Red Robin before but will definitely eat there again.

I'd tell you when to go when they're NOT busy... but I haven't found that magical hour yet. Even lunch during the week is NOT just shoppers digging into great tucker, but business people from miles away. The staff is amazing, the food... well... your wait for a table will tell you everything.

Great service from out wait staff...very attentive....food was delicious. Only complaint is the 15 min. wait we had at 11:30am on a Thursday. Dozens of tables open but not enough staff to seat everyone? There was a constant wait even while we were eating with tables unoccupied all around us.

Sunday lunch, 2 adults, 3 teenagers and one grade schooler. Waited a long time to be seen by our server (understaffed?); server was cordial. Onion rings appetizer arrived luke-warm, almost cold. The boys ate it up all the same. Food was OK. Nothing to rave about. Expensive, slightly-better-than-fast-food burgers.

Impressed with the gluten-free choices on the menu and server seemed to know & cared to find out if items were indeed "gf". Meals were reasonable, fresh, tasty & pretty quickly served.

I don't eat at fast food places, so the closest that I get to burgers is Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. My favorite is the Guacamole Bacon burger with Whiskey River BBQ sauce instead of mayo

We love the burgers at Red Robin and my husband loves the unlimited root beer floats to go with them. We stopped at this location on our way to the airport. The hamburgers were delicious and the floats just kept coming. My favorite is the Banzai Burger. Nothing out there beats it. Service was pretty good, not great but pretty good. I know we'll be back again.

All I can say that’s good here is the taste of the food. Restaurant was dirty, both bathrooms were filthy, service was okay, food looked nothing like the picture on the menu, neither in size nor appearance. This will be our last choice when eating at Cascade Station.

Just flew in from San Diego and wanted to stop for a bite to eat before heading south to Eugene. The wait time wasn't too bad. The food was good and tasty. The place was very busy, I think due to the lunch hour on a Saturday and the World Cup. Red Robin doesn't disappoint in OR or CA!

This place was like other Red Robin locations but they are ahead of the game. Service is great and they are always ready to get you more fries and ensure what you wanna watch is on tv.

I've eaten at this location by the airport many times for lunch or dinner. The service and food are average, but the price is much more reasonable than eating at the airport. They have beers for $3.50 for Happy Hour, they usually cost double at the airport. I recommend stopping by of you are in the mood for a burger and beer before or after a trip through PDX.

We went to Red Robin at 8pm thinking the dinner rush would be over, wrong. The place was packed. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The waiter promptly came over to take our drink order, but then disappeared forever. Once we ordered our food came pretty quickly and it was very good. My mom ordered the avocabo salad and I had the whiskey river BBQ chicken salad. These were roughly the same price, but mine was much much smaller. It filled me up, but I definitely could have eaten more, whereas my mother's was so huge, she couldn't even eat half. I don't know why there is such discrepancy in the size. Overall, not a bad meal, but not the place to come if you want a quiet peaceful dinner.

Red Robin is Red Robin, but service can vary. We were here during Comic Con so we expected it to be very busy and it was. We did get seated immediately but the wait for food was longer than usual. Our server said he was new and he was very friendly but definitely seemed out of his depth which isn't ideal on a busy night. They ran out of the beer one of us ordered but it took fifteen minutes of just waiting and wondering where it was before he came back and told us it was out, offering another option. Food was the usual level of decently good without being screamingly fabulous. Over all it was an okay experience but it would be nice if they'd been better prepared for the crowds during a convention event since this is three blocks from the center.

We ate here on a night that we were all starving. All of our food was great- the atmosphere is very family friendly!

Sad to say, we had a very bad experience. Granted there were 11 of us celebrating a child's birthday, but 5 of the 11 did not get any food until after the others had finished their meals and we complained. The women's bathroom was very dirty. It was a surprise because as a whole the chain does much better with children's parties. Not sure if the kitchen or the staff was the problem. They did give the 3 children free ice cream and no charge for 3 of the 5 of us. We have used other Red Robins for 5 years now, but not again.

I find that this red Robin location has more Rude waitress than any other location several different times we have the pleasure of getting the waitress to act like we’re inconvenient them asking for service

I stayed at Hotel across the street andwent to Red Robin for lunch .service was slow and while I thought the burgers were good I thought they were overpriced. service was poor mainly because it seemed that there weren't enough wait staff for the huge crowd in the restaurant the staff was doing the best they could do and running around but they could have used a couple more people. again decent burger overpriced.

My oldest son and I visited here last night. We each got a burger and fries. I think each of us were disappointed. He got the one with the fried egg and I got a bacon cheeseburger. I think the best part of the meal was the fries with the campfire dipping sauce. The service was ok but not spectacular. When someone said Red Robin I always responded yum, but not since I tried it.

The biggest variety of hamburgers I have ever seen. Cooked to perfection. A perfectly cooked hamburger Not raw. Also appetizers were excellent.

We got here around 1pm and the place was packed, but we still managed to get seated. The staff was running around trying to keep up. I must say that I haven't seen servers that were this interested in taking care of the customers in a long time. We were lucky enough to have a young woman named Courtney who really took care of us. She got our order quickly and kept checking back to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish service was like this at other places we go. We were very pleased with our food, and I was glad I took my leftovers as they were great when I warmed them up later at our hotel. This is just a Red Robin, but the service made us feel like it was more than just a burger joint.

We stopped in after a funeral so the mood was kind of sad. The staff stepped up to make sure everything was on point and treated uas very well!

me n my wife fly from singapore come to portland a day and so we run ard for the great gd that we known about red robin is 1 of it, red,s nantucket seafood scatter is what we order very tasty even after my 2hours shopping at the target store,,the food is still crispy

A group of Submarine Veterans and wives staying at the nearby Sheraton Airport Hotel for a reunion decided to check this restaurant out for dinner. They had no problem seating all of us together and keeping the orders separate. I had the “Black & Bleu” gourmet burger which was really tasty and my wife enjoyed the crispy chicken salad. I’ll have to look for a Red Robin in my neck of the woods.

We had the sautéed shroom burger with cheddar and mushrooms, teriyaki chicken sandwich with swiss and pineapple, prime rib dip, and two kids burgers with mandarin oranges. All were very good. Chicken sandwich was sloppy juicy and the dip sand. was really tasty with lots of meat. Shared the brownie with ice cream for desert. Always good food here. About 65.00 for a lot of good food for 5. Service was fast and very nice.

Went to Red Robin for a family dinner to see our son off to the Marine Corps boot camp. We got seated right away even though they seemed busy and food was excellent. Great service and friendly staff.

AVOID Yummy Deal it’s a kids burger a burned thin 2” patties comes with a drink The discontinued $9.99 cheeseburger deal was a meal worth buying a drink or having water

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite of lunch. We got a lot more than that for our money. The place was busy, but after we received our food (served by a very courteous young waiter) it was easy to see why. I ordered the Robin's Traditional Cheeseburger and my wife ordered a piece of fish. We were both delighted as it was all I could do to finish the cheeseburger and trimmings. The meat is cooked to order (not like a fast food joint), and the fish was equally well prepared. Try it. Just be patient, the food is well worth the wait.

We ordered after a long wait. The waitress was nice, but our food arrived after a long wait, we never got drink refills. Never got the extra sauces we ordered. The burgers were so over seasoned they were inedible. Not up to RED ROBIN standards. Waitress never came to ask hiw it was, no one to tell that the food was awful, we were invisable. I was sick from the food, and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to even pay our bill. Terrible service, and it was not even normal meal time.

Needed to get some grub on the night before our flight. Our server was awesome, the food good. It wasn’t the typical noisy Red Robin and we would return

We enjoyed our meal here. It's in a shopping district and there are several restaurants in the area. We were able to get a van ride from our hotel near the Portland airport at no charge.

I'm not big on chain restaurants, but this Red Robin really does have great burgers. I ordered a good ole cheese burger and was surprised at how good it was. The burger was large enough to cover the bun and was moist and juicy. The fries were also hot and crisp. Don't remember what everyone else had, but they were all pleased with their lunch.

I have had different experiences in Red Robins over a number of years. Most of those experiences have ranged between pretty good to now a rating of poor. Its a basic burger chain so consistency should be expected, yet sadly it wasn't there. The food was okay, and actually the soup was good, but I worry when I go through 3 sets of silverware to get what appears to be a clean set, I am also concerned when the wait person gets not only my order wrong but the order of the people in the next booth also. The food arrived slowly, but was hot. No one came back to see if the food was okay or if there was a problem with the order. I skipped Red Robin for the rest of my visit patronizing I HOP and Starbucks instead because I knew I would get consistent service and quality.

Alittle busy on a Monday night. We had to wait for a group table, but not for very long. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Bottomless fries took alittle while.

Only one server tonight so we were told half an hour wait. All you folks who need jobs Red Robin needs you and so do we!! This is our usual stop when waiting for departure or arrivals!

My wife and I ordered through Uber, to our hotel room. Service - Not rated. Atmosphere - Not Rated Cost - 3 Stars - I feel that Red Robin is more costly than other choices. Food - 4 Stars - The food was good. Value - 3 Star - Red Robin is one of my least favorites, but my wife likes it. Overall - 3 Stars - Our order was incorrect which is frustrating since it is done through an online service.

This is a typical chain Red Robin restaurant but we had an excellent experience! From the staff to the food to the take out. Our server was excellent! He was kind and welcoming and very attentive! There’s plenty of paved parking and it’s easy to find. They’re doing great with Covid safety measures - plenty of room for distancing, everyone with masks etc. We dined in for lunch but also took food to-go for dinner. I got an orange cream soda and it was great! I couldn’t finish it bc it was so sweet but I don’t usually drink soda - it was still good. I got a regular cheeseburger with an egg on it and fries with campfire sauce of course (I mainly come for the sauce omg so good!) and it was great! It was very messy but that’s how you know it’s a good burger lol! For my to-go dinner I got a chicken salad and it was also great...They made sure to provide plenty of sauce and ranch too...a big plus!

Good food. The onion ring stack was great. Too much noise and not much space between tables. Great service

These were our first visits to a Red Robin although there are three in our home city. The staff are perky and courteous --genuinely upbeat. The menu is attractive although, if you want something other than a burger, wrap or salad, you'd better go elsewhere. Would we go again? Absolutely!

Looking for a familiar place to eat near our hotel, we drove to the Red Robin, which apparently everyone else in Portland went to at the same time last Friday evening. They really do not have a sufficient waiting area, the aisles between booths are far too narrow, and the place was really loud. The food was average and the poor waitperson was stretched beyond normal stress levels to serve her customers. Will not likely return.

We've been to other Red Robins, in other states, and while there was nothing really bad at the Portland Red Robin we visited, there was nothing exceptional either. I ordered just a plain meat and bun burger (I like it simple), and if you need to dress it up to make it special, then it seems to me you are covering up a mediocre piece of meat, and the burger really isn't all that good to begin with. Mine was merely OK. My wife and daughter also had "OK" meals - just not anything more than average. Service was good, and the unlimited sides is nice. Lots of kids in the place - they are obviously very family friendly. Overall, we ate, it wasn't bad at all, Just not more than average.

1 out of the 3 of us received our food in a timely manner the other two waited almost 1 hour. The one who had food was forced to share some fries and asked for more to tied the 2 without food. Finally when the other 2 lunches came we asked to talk to a manager. The manager just stared at us and said that is a long time. I told him " I assume this lunch will be comp'd?" He said yes, and walked away. Waitress never bothered to re-fill water either! FAIL!!

We ate at Red Robin while staying at one of the local airport hotels. The server was very friendly, and make great suggestions from the menu. He did a great job explaining and recommending some of the local beers. We ordered the chicken strips and shrimp with fries with a chocolate milkshake and a chicken salad. The salad had freshly grilled chicken on top. The food was good - standard restaurant fare. The service was quick and the price was very reasonable. We would return!

Okay restaurant, at a good location at Cascade station. Ordered food to go, didnt like it too much, else the restaurant ambience is good.

Service was great, and the food was very good. The chicken wings were big and the portion was large. I ordered mine easy sauce and they did just that but also gave me a little sauce to dip too. Kids liked the kids menu.

We visit here usually once per year. The burgers are delicious and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I prefer the veggie burger

I have eaten at many other Red Robin and this is the WORST!!! Waited 25 minutes and had to ask for a manager before someone showed up to take our order!! and the place is practically 40% empty!!! and.. no one refill our water!! The worst thing is that the couple came in, way after us, was waited on within 30 seconds.

For some reason we have ended up having lunch at RR near the airport. We always find a seat at the bar and always have experienced a great waitstaff.

The server ignored me and the order was wrong. Took forever to get it, so had to get it to go. Then it took forever to get my check. I ended up not eating it as it was cold when I finally sat down at the hotel to eat.

Though always packed, the quality of food at this Red Robin chain is better than others. Quick service, too!

OK... it's a burger joint - gourmet burgers though maybe pushing the concept in the wrong direction. Service was OK but it was also a busy Saturday night so I can give them the benefit of the doubt - when he had time, he did an excellent job - they seemed to be a little short handed to be honest. Burger was good, not great - I've had better and worse... the menu seemed a little tired but it is certainly a good place to grab a relatively quick meal and not feel rushed.

Fast service, very helpful and knowledgeable wait staff. Lots of parking, convenient location. Everyone loved their burgers and bottomless fries. My son loved his kids meal (spaghetti).

The restaurant was crowded. We decided to do take out. I ordered a Gucucamole Burger and it was great. The fries were hot and addictive. They placed fries in my take out plate as well as gave me some to go. This place was A-1!

Red Robin was hosting a Special Olympic Oregon Fundraiser with First Responders at it's restaurant so we went to enjoy a good meal and support a good cause. We had a wonderful meal and good time. Thank you Red Robin and Portland Authority Responders.

Party of six with an 11:30 weekday arrival and the place was about half-full when we arrived. It took right at 15 minutes just to get our order in and then we waited over 30 minutes to be served. We had a variety of menu items and every "hot" dish (from burgers to clam chowder to something involving a chicken) was lukewarm which may have contributed to the consensus that the food was very average taste-wise. After the initial service we never did see the waiter again until the check was dropped off so no refill on the ice tea. After again waiting quite awhile and trying to get someone's attention I finally had to go to the reception and ask for someone to come get our payment. We've been to a couple other Red Robins in the Portland area on several occasions over the years and, despite the rather noisy environment, have always been pleased with both the service and food quality. I don't think we'll bother coming back to this location.

We showed up at 7PM on a Saturday evening. Of course it was busy, but in 10 minutes we got in. OUr server was good and attentive even though the place was busy we had the southwest chicken Salad and whisky chicken sandwich. both were good. They had a good selection of beer and wine, too

Good food and lively atmosphere here - visited twice and was pretty busy both times. Good place to stop if you are visiting the Cascades Shops

Though I normally do not prefer chain restaurants it was in walking distance of hotel. The greeting was friendly. The menu was as expected. The server was courteous but not exceptional or did she show she wanted to be there. Ordered a beverage and a burger and fries. Simple. Easy. The Beverage was warm by my standards. No biggie its raining anyway. The food came. The fries were cold as the burger warm but nit hot. This is unacceptable for any establishment but a chain. They rectified the fries, the burger by this point I no longer cared. If short not a value. NOT worth giving a try.

First time eating at a Red Robin. We were traveling in the area and staying at a hotel down the street and did not want to drive a long distance. Food was OK but chicken sandwich was very bland and did not have any sauces to put on it. Salad was OK but grilled chicken had no flavor.

Met a group here for lunch. No wait, corner booth to accommodate 6. Ordered one of their burger specials with the endless fries. Great burger, good presentation, fries were delicious. Asked for a different type of fries for the refill - no problem. The burger lunch special was under $9. Good price, good atmosphere.

We had dinner at this Red Robin. It was a consistent meal that you would expect from Red Robin. I had the soup and salad which was delicious. It was a Whiskey River BBQ chicken salad and Chicken tortilla soup. Awesome. We had a small order of Onion Rings which was perfect as it was 1/2 the size of a regular order. My husband had a fried fish platter that was cooked just right. What really made this fun was our waitress Terri. She had the most fun personality and we so enjoyed our time at this Red Robin. We will eat here again when we are in the area.

This Red Robin is convenient to the Cascades Pkwy area of Portland. It is within walking distance of the Hyatt Hotel and the Aloft. The food here is served in a timely manner and is hot and fresh. Lots of many choices for burgers and chicken, salads, and more. They keep the endless fries coming! The service is always excellent. You can ask for gluten-free buns for an extra charge. They do have a Rewards Program which the server explained to us. Seems like a pretty good deal.

Service is not part of what is provided at this locations. The food was good, but the waiter had 10 tables and was unable to meet everyone's needs. We did address with the manager the location of the entrance and she had no idea why it was moved. It is completely unexplainable to have the entrance on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot. I understand a lot of people use mass transit, however I don't think this was helping that group either.

Service was poor and food was just ok. Our host was not very nice and please do not order any alcoholic drinks there :) it all taste like water:(

Apparently this is a very popular Red Robin as it was packed to the gills for lunch. But, despite this, our wait for a table was short. The waitress was prompt, helpful and checked back frequently. This was refreshing after visiting some restaurants that don't bump up the staffing for busy meal times. Red Robin has a very good and diverse menu. Amongst the three of us we had a simply chicken burger, a BLT and soup combo and a southwest chicken salad. We all liked our choices. I'm increasingly becoming a fan of their menu. I wished we had one in Hawaii. Prices for lunch were moderate, and there were bottomless fries where fries are part of the entrée. They don't seem to care if its one person or three chowing down on the fries although limitations are probably in the fine print. The total tab for the three of us including one iced tea and tip was $39.

Popped in for a bite to eat during Spring Break, place was packed but room at the bar was perfect. Everything was excellent, service, price, food, drinks ! Would definitely stop by again our next time passing through !!!!

This was my family's first time eating at Red Robin. And the burgers were very good. Lots of selections to choose from. I had the cod burger, which was very good. I would eat here again.

Staying in nearby airport hotel so easy to get to from hotel. Had to wait about 5 minutes just to place my order to go. Average amount of wait time. They did give me a cup of fries to eat on my drive back to hotel. So with one bad and one good it equals an average Red Robin

Super busy, but the service was still spectacular. Food was amazing. The garlic fries here were the best I've had at a Red Robbin!

It would be quite odd if I say that we went to Portland on a long weekend, like a holiday and we ate at Red Robin .. no offence meant to them .. I mean not many people would want to eat at a restaurant chain that too fast food when one of the major part of their holidays is to explore local food joints :( But then, let's say in short, this was the only option left. Yet the good part was I did not ever have a burger from Red Robin .. so I got that goin' for me, which was nice :D Made two mistakes in our order Saw the menu and then the calories that came along with a burger, all of a sudden I started to search for something which would suit my body and not what I had in my mind .. this was the first mistake :D Though the grilled chicken burger was not bad at all .. but I was hoping to have something fried and crunchy and juicy between the buns .. But what can we say .. my mistake .. not on 'em. The second mistake however was to order the BOCA patty (vegetarian person not vegan .. should have taken the garden burger) .. and I am sorry but our first ever experience with the BOCA patty wasnt a good one, somehow tasted like cardboard :( .. The good part were the sweet potato fries that we asked as sides. The service was good, the boy who was serving us was extremely livid and cheerful and given the restaurant was to be closed as soon as we were walking out, his energy was really something to be seen. All in all,'an average experience which would make me go to them only when circumstances like these come up again .. I mean when there is no other option.

Evening meals there and they are trying to go more gourmet...rectangular plates, metal cups for fries. Still same taste, but I can appreciate them trying. Very predictable but consistently good food. Have been here several times and when they are very busy, the food tends to arrive at the table lukewarm.

At first I thought it was another 'burger joint' and was a little disappointed because the group I was with decided to go there. But there was a lot of variety on the menu and went there twice that week and had great meals both times as did the others I was with. Would definitely return!

4 adults and 3 small kids. The restaurant put a table together for us quickly. Our server was helpful and constantly checking to see if everything was OK. The menu was basically the same as in other red Robin's i have eaten in. Everybody had something different and liked what they got. They even refilled one of the kids Mac & Cheese at no charge. Good place to go with kids.

This is a quite typical Red Robin, so no surprises. Their burgers are great, and they have a huge selection on their menu so everyone can find something good. Tavern stack burger has onion straws and a great overall flavor. Their onion rings are really good as well.

Service was great, sandwiches were great but the French fries kept coming to the table over cooked. Is that a Portland thing? Never happened before, only ate half each basket before asking for more even when ee said they are over cooked....urrr

We love to eat here when we overnight here for an early morning flight. I love the blue burger and wife orders the chicken wrap. Pleasant staff that does a good job. Good value and the food is very tasty.

1st They were out of everything, no pizza, no BBq sauce, and many other things, The food was awful, I asked for a well done on my burger, but it was very red. The food was overall not good, our server seemed rushed like he could not wait till we left,

Was weary after travel and it was late. Other restaurants were packed-- Got the salad with Avacado and olives-- it was delicious! Also liked the local brews offered.

Lunch at Red Robin is always a treat! Guacamole bacon burger is a favorite. Sweet potato fries good. Order ranch dressing - great way to dip your fries, whatever kind.

A hamburger joint should serve excellent hamburgers and Red Robin does just that. Some of the best hamburgers I've ever had.

I had the gourmet burger which was very tasty. They give you plenty of fries too. I had the strawberry shake, again very good. Lots of options available here and I would recommend it. Staff were friendly and there is a lively atmosphere.

We ate here on two occasions, as we were staying in a nearby hotel. Both nights the restaurant was really busy, but waiting time to be seated wasn't long. Service and food were on par with other Red Robin's - food was good, portion sizes were good, etc. Not dissappointed and would probably visit again when in this area of PDX.

This property is close to the Portland airport and the hotel I was staying in. I've eaten at Five Guys however found the variation of burgers served at the restaurant amazing. My nephew and his daughter chose this restaurant as a place to eat. We had a very attentive server who check on us frequently. The presentation and taste of the food was very good. It is hard for us to take advantage of the bottomless fries given the meal was extremely filling. There was also a nice 'buzz' in the place with the other patrons.

So I went to Red Robin one day and after eating a burger I starting nocticing that my stomach was really hurting so I threw up a couple a times and used the bathroom and then I think Red Robin gave be food posing

Flying into Portland Airport from a trip to California, we decided to spend the night there, rather than driving 3plus hours to get home. The Red Robbin was right next to the hotel we were staying. And since it was a Monday night, we were up for some football action. This Red Robbin was the place to go. Great atmosphere, great food and friendly service. That was a bit slow, but the waitress made up for it by being very friendly and helpful. A wonderful bar menu and a large variety if appetizers and snacks were available. Just what we were looking for.

We wanted to have a beer with our dinner and stay off the busy streets (as we had a hotel on Cascades Pkwy) and found this perfect. We sat in the bar area which had 2 tv's both playing the same sports football game. Service was immediate and prompt and accurate and friendly by "Joe Br" (as it said on our receipt). The beer list did not have prices, which kept me from giving it 5 stars. We had a mac 'n cheese which comes with a bottomless house salad...and a Cobb Salad with Chicken (skimpy on the avadado!). Beer menu not exactly robust with local brews (a disappointment given Portland's reputation), another reason to rate it lower than a 5 star. Service, ambiance, and decent flavor made it an OK travel dinner. If I lived here, I would likely go to a place that had more local beers and ambiance, however.

Food was plentiful - fries were cold, but replaced. Menu is large, but the food was just kind of fast food quality. Not bad, but not worth a repeat stop.

Once upon a time, I went to RR every week. The menu got bigger, the service got slower, the time to get food lengthened, and I went once per month. They introduce electronic seating charts. The manager and hostess spend their time playing with the tablet at the front desk while ignoring the customers. So I visit once every couple of months. Now, we walk in to a half full restaurant. Can't get seated, though, until the hostess spends time fiddling with a seating chart. Want to order an appetizer? Don't bother the server; you will be directed to do it on the table tablet. The server will, however, take a drink order if you insist and will take your food order. Someone will also deliver your food after a lengthy wait. Sigh. Used to be fast and fun. Now it is "use the tablet and don't bother us." They did come by to ask if we wanted more fries. No, thank you, just the check. Nope. Don't have one and can't pay the server. Have to use the tablet. Basically, RR is now a fast casual restaurant with minimal service and a slow kitchen (with an unwieldy menu). I must say that food quality remains high. I guess I am done with RR. I'll miss you. Goodbye.

I think honestly the reason why we enjoyed eating here so much was the convenience to our hotel after a long day and because of the state being tax free. We had a great meal with drinks and it was very reasonable. Service was good.

We have ate at many locations around OR and WA. They can handle my combined familes rather well even when we are as big 10+. Good menu and prices.

The restro was busy, the hot food was quickly served but with the high turnover the atmosphere was so so. An ok family restro or a cheap dinner meal for one or two.

Visited here while on winter vacation in portland Oregon. Always dependable food along with very friendly service. The previous garden burger has a new name. It’s called the veggie burger. Still delicious

Very good burger and fries quickly. Starving and Red Robin did not disapoint. Always nice to be able to rely on the quality of the food from Red Robin to Red Robin

We were hungry after a flight into Portland and stopped at the Red Robin. The place was hopping, but the staff are very efficient. We ordered the crispy chicken salad, and I must say it has to be one of my favorite salads now. The poppy seed honey mustard dressing is awesome! Good place to eat!

I happened to bt near the Air Port at Cascase Station to go to Best Buy and remembered that i had an e-mail to inform me that I had a Free Birthday Burger at red Robin this month. So I thought I better take advantage of this before I spaced it. This location has a max light Rail stop nearby so it is easy to get to by public transport or by car. The Front door is located on the opposite side of the building that the parking lot. There are easy to use menu screens on each table in the bar section. You can page your server with them. Pay your Bill by swiping a credit card. take your receipt and go. If you didn't happen to bring your rewards car, you just enter your phone number. The Month of your birthday they send you an e-mail to let you know that a Free Birthday Burger has been added to your account for you to enjoy before the deadline indicated. The offer is good for one Free Gourmet Burger but excludes their FINEST burgers. I ordered a Cheese Burger, Coffee, and a Black Butte porter. The service was very good. And the server was attentive and very helpful with explaining the use of the screen. he frequently stopped by to ask how I was doing and if they was anything else I might like. I arrived about 11:30 Am and noticed how the place was starting to fill up with the lunch time crowd. But this didn't seem to effect service is the slightest. my experience with Red robin has always been a good. It is simple, easy, and the food is delicious.

We enjoyed delicious burgers and a thick chocolate shake. The restaurant was very crowded and very noisy but we had great service and the prices were reasonable for the area. We would definitely go back if in the area.

Since this restaurant is convenient to the airport we stopped in for dinner on arrival. Service is very good. Very attentive. The burgers were outstanding. We both had a black and bleu burger with sweet potato fries. I requested medium rare and it was cooked perfectly.

We had just landed after nine hours of flying. We were tried and hadn't eaten in 11 hours. Our server, John, took our order and QUICKLY brought our drinks AND a basket of hot fries! Boy were they good! Our meals arrived very shirtly after and the food was well prepared and as ordered. Just-in-time drink refills kept us going without asking and John brought the check at just the right time to avoid any waiting. We were beat and needed to get to the near-by hotel. Fast, efficient service and great food! Thanks, John!!!

I love (d) Red Robin, the burgers are to die for and the BBQ wrap is wonderful. But the last 10 times I've frequented Red Robin, different locations in the Vancouver - Portland area, I have been sooooooo disappointed with the service. Once with the food, couple of times with not getting our reward points, but mostly consistent with bad service. I think it's time to spread the bad news....Red Robin doesn't care about the customer, just the money. Good luck.

In recent months I've had people tell me how good R.R. is now. So after a long cross state drive I was hungry, as was my wife. We both tried something that was not a hamburger. Mistake. I had a new delicious buffalo chicken, my wife a Caesar salad. I'm sorry but frozen chicken strips covered with a over the counter wing sauce did not fit the need. papas fritos were good though. My wife's salad was standard chain fare including the rubber chicken. I guess it's our fault for not ordering Hamburgers!

Very busy, dinner time. Hostess quickly found me a table, what? Yes, within 10 minutes! The Impossible burger, new vegetarian, is amazing! Glad I was able to taste it because Burger King is now rolling out the Impossible [meat] burger, in select markets.

We needed a fast lunch. But dinner was a long way off. The bar at Red Robin was the answer. The Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich will fill you up the right way—so tasty. So good. Too bad they couldn't get any ice curling on the telly. Just joking—the season is over.

This is quite a nice place. We were welcomed and promptly served. The chicken platter ($12.59) salad was very nice. The chicken burger ($9.29) came with luke warm fries, the other burger ($10.49) with hot fries. They promptly bought some more when requested . Liked the bottomless flavored lemonade. Overall this was enjoyable and would return.

The food was mediocre. The burger had no flavor. The fries were undercooked. The salad had 3 small slices of avocado , 4 small slices of chicken, maybe 1/8 cup bacon bits. No flavor and poor service

My Grandson & myself went to this Red Robin for dinner. This is walking distance from our hotel, so it is very nice. My Grandson loves to go to this Red Robin, when ever we are in Portland. We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be seated. My Grandson ordered the Mini Meatballs off the kids menu, plus a Strawberry Smoothie, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Burger, with the endless fries. I normally order that burger or the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Our server Melissa M., was very nice, speedy & very efficient. This restaurant is always very busy too. We will go back next year when we do our yearly train trip to Portland. Thank You Melissa M., you made our dinner enjoyable...

Heard about this chain of restaurants from our friend's child and he seemed excited about it so we decided to give it a try. Typical American burgers with huge servings. I don't know if gourmet is really the right description. Husband said the burger he got was ok. Not the best though that we've had while here in Portland. I got the Simply Chicken Salad and it was ok too. A hefty serving of grilled chicken on lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. One thing I have to say though is that their dipping sauces are great. We tried the ranch, roasted garlic and the creamy barbecue. The latter was my favorite. Their shorter onion ring stack is the one in the photo. That was a good choice of an appetizer.

I was going to be dining alone, and there was a couple ahead of me in the late afternoon. The lady commented that we had been standing to be waited on for 90 minutes already. That sure wasn't impressing anyone. When the hostess came to finally seat us I don't think "Alyssa" could have been anymore disinterested that she was. There was no greeting, no smile, just a "follow me". Being a single diner I was seated in the small booth for two back by the kitchen and that was fine. The silver lining to the meal was my waitress Desi. She knew what being a server was all about. She wasn't overly attentive, just enough in between her chores of busing tables. Definitely engaging, nothing over the top, just a pleasant server that was good at her job. I was slightly disappointed in the bacon burger, it was OK, nothing over the top for being a place that pretty much only makes burgers. The bacon was just ok for being the burger it was named after.

Very loyal customers but tonight is trying. Called if it was busy and was told it was not. Got here in twenty minutes and was told the wait for the bar was 20-30 minutes. And after waiting and watching groups leave the bar and still no seating we were told the kitchen was backed up because they were down one cook. And then they were out of the veggie burger for my wife. I guess it’s my fault for believing in the 50% OFF coupon emailed to me. It was only for the 4 most expensive burgers nobody orders. So much for a surprise date night.

I was in the area and had never been to a Red Robin. I had heard that their food was good and consistent in all their restaurants. I stopped in at 7:00 PM and was taken to a seat with no wait on a weekday night. They have the electronic menu's that you can order from or you can use the server. I ordered a black-bleu burger. It was cooked as I requested and was seasoned perfect. One of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. It comes with bottomless fries if your hungry. I will be back next time I am in the area. It was a little more of a bar atmosphere so it would not be good for a business meeting because of the noise level.

A very busy restaurant in Cascade Station. Have eaten their several times because of the varied menu which suits a diverse group,i.e. ages. Service usually good. Food better than adequate.

Typical Red Robin burgers. Overall, staff was great and food was good. Always seem I have to ask for more of the fries. Service in that aspect was slow. Burgers were good but nothing to write home about. Just an average visit.
Great place for families and friends
We have to wait for 20 minutes, but it was worth it. The place is full of families and local people. It was nice for us to see the local community. The food and service is very good.
