There are lots of different burgers for every desire. They are well cooked. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. They also cater to those with allergies.

We just wanted a quick burger and a beer. What a mistake. We sat in the bar and were basically ignored. When we finally ordered, we didn't get what we ordered. We ate what we got, were treated as if we were imposing on the staff. This is our last visit to this place.

We were met with the frustration when we requested to move to another table just after sitting down. The restaurant was only half full. Our meals arrived after a long wait. The fries were cold. The meals had obviously been sitting under the warming light for quite some time. One guests meal didn’t even arrive and we had to remind at least three times about the meal. Overall, food was poor, service was poor and waiters were indifferent.

It was very crowded when we went. That's to be expected with a waterfront Seattle business, though. Long wait lines. When we finally sat down, the food and service were very good. It is a noisy place, though.

Great food, and fun too. Prices are modest, medium range. Great for lunch with coworkers. Alot of business people who work downtown come here. Nice atomosphere too.

I can't believe I am reviewing a Red Robin but it was amazing. Went to our cruise early and walked around looking for a bar open and found them to be open. Great time and people if you need a place to grab some food or drinks

Terrible service. The wait staff was not helpful and walked by us repeatedly without asking if they could help. If we could have found somewhere else for my daughter (who is gluten/dairy free - which Red Robin normally does well), we would have left. Then, after we did get her meal to go - which took forever - they missed her drink. We LOVE Red Robin at home. This was a miss by the wait staff and management in this location. There were not super busy, just too busy to care about my daughter's order.

We are from out of town. The hotel we are staying at is absolutely the worse and I would never recommend it, Extended Stay America. Anyway they would not help when we asked for directions to the Seattle tours. When we got to Red Robin we asked the waiter how to get to the underground tour and he was very helpful in giving us directions. The food was excellent as well.

Red Robin Burger for dinner with a group of 7 of us and had to wait almost an hour for a table, the service was slow, but the food was pretty good but if i was in the area I would eat somewhere else

We stopped here for lunch before getting on the ferry. The food was delicious. The server was good as well. A gentleman I assume was the manager checked on us several times as well. Food was quick and as ordered. The chili cheese fries were great and tasty.

Upon arrival and giving our name, I asked to plug in my phone somewhere (I had my own cord). A rude "no". I asked two other people and one said "no" while the other was a rude "nope". I asked if seriously there was not one free plug in the place and was told no there is not. If it is a question of too many people wanting to plug in a phone... maybe that should tell you something. I was banking on plugging in the phone during dinner so that my camera would be ok for the night activities. So the food arrives. The burger was not what I ordered and came with the wrong side. The server was nice enough about fixing that, but PLEASE... these restaurants that don't write down your order to be "classy" really drop the ball when it is screwed up. Basically left the place angry. Not a good experience at all.

I wanted local seafood/restaurant, but I was out voted by our teenagers. I don't like eating at chain restaurants, especially on vacation. It ended up being a good meal and value. The service was excellent!

The food was really good. I loved the view of the ocean from where we sat. The service was okay. We had to wait longer than we anticipated for our bill. Overall, I can't complain.

This is typical chain burger joint. Service was slow. Extensive selection of burgers. Burgers were good. There is a separate area for families since alcohol is served here, too. Restaurant is in back of a block of storefronts. To get to it you have to walk down the walkway on the side between it and the Argosy Harbor Cruise loading area.

We went on the ferry and then decided to eat at Red Robin. We just had to wait for a little while even though it was very busy. We both had a burger and a milkshake, but it was very good. The staff is very friendly and it seems like they made everyone feel welcome. In the booth next to ours, someone had a desert that was not perfect. The waiter gave an apology and brought a new desert without argument. On a nice day you can sit outside on the deck and eat looking over the water and watching the boats. You pay your bill with the I pad on the table. The waiter took time to explain to us how it worked. No problem.

We ran in for a quick meal. The service was great!! The food was excellent. I’ve actually never eaten in a Red Robin before. The food tasted fresher than your usual chain places. Had the veggie burger it was excellent.

If this had been the first Red Robin I visited, it would have been my last. The food was terrible and the service was mediocre adding to the fact the place is rundown and dirty. It feels like they just don't care and are solely relying on visitors who will come just by the franchise name. The food took forever and they were not that busy. It came lukewarm and was not of the same quality as I normally get at my local Ref Robin.

This Red Robin had the best views I have ever enjoyed when dining with them. They have their usual great menu, reasonable prices and of course - their endless fries! It was a pleasure to dine at a table and look out at the waterfront. You can dine inside or outside with great décor, great service and delicious food. Families and strollers are easily accommodated as well as singles and couples.

This location had a nice view but the service and food quality ruined it compared to other Red Robin locations. Waiter was lazy and sighed when asked for additional refills and did not bring extra fries when asked after acknowledging the request. Drink was weak and prime rib sandwich was dry and over cooked. Go to another restaurant in this area to spend your $100.00 for four...

I visited the Red Robin after a long walk with my family around Seattle, it was beyond my expectations, it was outstanding. Our server Brei helped us so much, he definitely made our experience enjoyable, that's why we asked his name, we wanted to thank him for his service and great attitude. If you're with kids, make sure you hit this place, it's really kid friendly and their kid's options are cheap and with bottomless options!

Red Robin is one of my favorites places to visit when I'm in Seattle and near the waterfront. The outside seating offers a great view of Elliot Bay and I'm particularly fond of visiting for a casual dinner on a summer evening. There is always a large variety of burgers to choose from and for seeking a healthier indulgence you can make substitutions like whole grain buns and side salads for fries. The prices are very reasonable and the food arrives quickly after being seated, although you may have to wait a while for a table during local events. All in all, Red Robin is a great place to enjoy a great burger in a great city.

Even though I was traveling solo, they seated me in a booth with beautiful views of Elliott Bay. They also offer outdoor seating, but I would only recommend if you don't mind sharing your lunch with the seagulls that are constantly flocking around. Food and service was great as always.

Apart from a crispy chicken salad that didn't contain any chicken, just crumbs of batter, the food was okay. Burgers were great but I must admit it was a little bit too haphazard for our liking. The restaurant didn't seem that busy, over Half the tables were empty, but our server did say that they were struggling to keep up. Our drinks took around half an hour to arrive and food followed shortly thereafter. I must admit, I wish we had walked a bit further and found somewhere else. This was a totally average meal.

We wanted to eat on the waterfront but didn't particularly want seafood.Found Red Robin on the pier and it was excellent! The location is great overlooking the water,we waited around 15 minutes at the bar before we were seated. The server was good and the food was delicious. The prices are very affordable and would highly recommend this restaurant to those who don't want to line up to eat seafood.😋

Red Robin is a fun place to go for kids and adults! It is a nice place to talk with people and there are small tablets for the kids! It is decently clean and has a giant chalkboard! Hope you enjoy! Please go and if you go... Enjoy!

Had to wait about 20 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. After we were seated, our order was taken fairly quickly. I had ordered a cup of French onion soup. Word of advice, skip it. It was a small portion and more like a broth instead of a soup. It wasn’t hot but just warm. Not worth the money. The rest of the food was good.

We took out of town family there Saturday. We asked for two tables of four or one of eight, whichever was easiest. They gave us one for eight, but it was really a table for 6. Two of us were actually seated on a walkway for the kitchen and constantly had waiters and waitresses tripping over us. We even joked about them spilling on us! Well, burgers and fries were great as always, but no follow up service on drinks. The topper, the waitress we only saw when she took our money asked us to give her a 10 on a survey. I hate being told how to respond to a survey! Love ya Red Robin, but avoid this tourist trap.

Liked the onion rings more than the burger. Burger was overdone and overpriced. Great view on the pier

Hubby and I decided to look for some cheaper dining alternatives whilst staying in Seattle after some rather expensive meals and came across the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew. Love the décor of the restaurant and the staff were super cheerful. Each table / booth has its own interactive screen system where you can order food and drinks, play trivia, request your bill (and pay for it) or call your server. The menu is extensive with a good selection of Appetizers and Entrees such as wraps and sandwiches, gourmet burgers, chicken, soups and salads, not to mention some delicious desserts. Prices are reasonable and we ended up eating there several times.

Our very first time at Red Robin. We went with a large party with two young children, didn't make reservations, and they were able to accommodate us. The atmosphere was more for children, merry-go-round and old school style for seating and decor. The menu had a lot to choose from. I ordered the Caesar's Chicken Wrap. Food was very good. Service was a little slow, but in all was pleased. Our waiter made every effort to ensure all our needs were met. In all, the was a good place to eat. Variety for young children as well. This location was clean, atmosphere was good and the service was good as well. I'd return here with no hesitation.

Tried Red Robin for the first time since we don't have any here in Canada. Liked the décor and cleanliness of the place. Our waiter Devonne was hilarious. He made us feel very comfortable and I enjoyed bouncing jokes back and forth between us. Loved the garlic aioli dipping sauce for the fries so much that we got a second batch of fries (which we normally don't do) just to have the sauce. Would definitely go back to Red Robin again.

The service was great, but the food was not. It really was poor quality for the money. they were very busy, and the it had great views of the sound.

There is hardly a bad spot to be seated in at this prime Seattle waterfront eatery. If you like Red Robin food, you'll love this place! What a better way to spend a meal than looking right out onto the bay while enjoying tasty eats. I strayed from the burger menu and had very well prepared fish and chips with excellent textured cod. I was hungry and not every Red Robin offers refills on their unlimited fries, but these folks did. Excellent service from a very friendly staff. Don't miss a lunch or dinner opportunity here!

Dropped in for a drink after a tiring day and what a welcome. Our server Cassadee was just perfect. Keen on making us happy, knew what she was doing and great at explaining what was available. Also explaining how to use the I pad on the table to pay the bill. She was so good we went back the next day for another beer and a snack. Then Kara was just as keen and helpful. A lovely memory to keep thank you

Went into Red Robin with wife for a early dinner, around 4pm. Maybe 3 tables had customers, Not very busy. Sat out self, and waited, waited and waited for someone to bring menus. Saw both servers at the bar looking at each other hair length and style. Had eye contact with the blonde gal, but still she didn't come over. We left after waiting for 10 min. Went to another place.

We stopped in here for a late lunch and were seated with a great view of the harbour. We have a couple of vegetarians and somewhat fussy kids in our group, but we were all able to find exactly what we wanted (I had a veggie burger and fries and it was perfect!) for a very good price. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming on a drizzly day.

Now I will admit I am not a big fan of Red Robin. I have wrote a review on the Tricities one and have gone to them since they came to the area in the 1980's. I have never chose to go to one. The only reason I do is that it is usually a kid or someone out of town who picks it. So here we go again. Daughter wanted to eat at the one downtown Seattle on the pier. So as usual I bite my lip and go with the flow. So we got seated quickly. Check plus one. Menu comes and special explained by hostess. Mental note, give hostess good review on Tripadvisor. So the waitress comes over starts out good. Order in, drinks arrive. And then I don't know what happened but it was like she was highly irritated with us. Now I watch what I say to my waitress and I am not a pest, as I work in the service industry and have done this job before so I know what buttons not to push, but dang, I guess I should have asked for the manager. food comes and typical Red Robin, cold, little portion, gooey not fresh anything on burger just Mcdonalds quality. So we eat our food, no refill on the drinks. She drops the check off and asks how was it? with a smile on her face all painted on and fake. Just average I said and gave her my Visa.

Great food in here and huge selection. Pleasant service. Good atmosphere. Lots of steps to get to get down here to the waterfront.

You have to taste the Red Robin burger, and the French fries are delicious.. people work there is very kind

If your'e like me and didn't want to pay the outrageous prices of seafood nearby, this is a great option. I also love Red Robin and eating at one with a view from the Pier was awesome! It wasn't too crowded, and the food tasted great! The service wasn't the best, I imagine that its hard to keep up with so many tables that are spread out from each other. But all in all I had a great experience here!

We had heard about red robin but had never eaten at one so we where glad to find one in Seattle and was not disappointed we got a great table right in the window with a fantastic view of the harbour the food was great the french onion soup was awesome so was the stack of onion rings and fantastic value

Worse experience in a restaurant in a long time. Waited outside for a table for 40 minutes, after we were seated it took 20 minutes for them to bring our water. Ordered 4 hamburgers well done, two with broccoli one with fries one with mac and cheese. When are hamburgers came there was no mac and cheese, the two orders of broccoli were cold. We started eating or hamburgers that ended up being very red, but eat them anyway because we felt like things were not going to get any better. We were right they did not. The mac and cheese and broccoli finally made it back to our table by the time we finished our raw hamburgers and we're ready to go. By the way the table next to us I will leave sat there about 30 minutes before they came and took their order, he was not happy either but I did wish him good luck. He said I'm not counting on it.

We went to Red Robin on the Waterfront in Seattle for lunch. We were seated promptly in the bar area. The wait person approached and was very nice. We ordered the soup and sandwich special and all ordered beverages. The Sandwich we ordered was the BBQ chicken wrap and it was served with the clam chowder. The chowder was wonderful once it came. The sandwich came without the soup for one of our diners. It took another 10 minutes to get his soup. He was almost finished with his sandwich when it came. Another diner at the table ordered a beer to go with his sandwich. The beer did not come and did not come. He asked the waitress. The waitress said the keg was empty and they were trying to find a manager to fix it. Another 15 minutes went by before it was brought. The diner was finished with his sandwich by that time. Not happy! When we received our bill, we paid with a $100 bill. After waiting for 15 minutes to get our change, we waved down the waitress and she said, she was waiting for the manager to go to the safe and get change. ???? The place was full. Wouldn't you think they would have $60.00 in change around? Very strange. We will stick to the Red Robin in Bellevue from now on. Service is much better there! Food is always great at Red Robin though. Never a bad meal.

Red Robin recently remodeled their restaurant's and changed the menu's. The Cobb salad is now the size of a dinner salad. I've been two several Red Robin's and the server's are aware that guest's are not happy with the new menu's and have turned to other restaurant's. I called Red Robin and told them of my finding's and they were going to have someone call me back. Note: That's been 6 weeks ago. My family won't be back.

loved the burger. It just hit the spot after a long day of hiking. Fun place to have a quick meal and enjoy a classic burger.

We were here on Sunday around 5 pm. We were a big group of 12. There was a little bit of a wait. They said it would be 30 minutes. No worries there. We walked the waterfront a little bit and maybe 20 minutes later our table was ready. We were given a pretty small table in the back. After we got situated we asked if we would be able to add a table and our waitress was very accommodation and said we would be able to once the table next to us left. So she took our drink orders and 10 minutes later the other table left so she immediately added a table for us! After that she took our order and when she was done we asked her to bring us some fries right away. She of course did so. It didn't seem like our order took very long considering how big of a group we were. Food was all good. She checked on us several times to make sure we were ok and brought us water and refilled my freckled lemonade. When we were done we asked for separate checks and again she was fabulous with that as well. I have a red Robin card and I was one meal short before my free one so she ran my sister's order under my card first then ended up giving me a free meal! That was super nice of her! Great family restaurant and great for big groups and the service was excellent!

We were excited to be able to eat here as one of my kids is not a seafood guy. This is the safest way for us to all enjoy and eat. Service started with a friendly approach and check. Then it seems like they don't want us there after few minutes that the refills becomes tasteless (raspberry tea) and worst they take your straw and never replaced it. The raspberry tea became regular tea with same no taste. I ordered a banzai burger with light pink in the meat yet I got a redish pink almost bloody instead. Reorder of the un limited fries became a task. I know places like this is hit and miss but I wish we just went and eat at the seafood place.

Great place for a quick and good burger. I would recommend Red Robin to families and couples alike. I was very happy with the entire experience.

We were excited to eat at the Seattle pier Red Robin. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny evening and watched the ferries and boats in Elliott Bay. It took 20+ minutes to get a drink. No silverware.....we finally went inside and got silverware ourselves because no one brough it to us. Took a long time and we were early 5:45 pm. Very unorganized, and disappointing. The only one who was concerned and took care of us was the third server!!! Won't go back. Too many other great choices

Lunch on the pier watching the tourist boats. Great location. Good food. Burgers good. Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Decent burgers. Not remarkably good, but no doubt reliable. Conveniently near to the Wheel. Tablet on table seemed a bit superfluous as service is otherwise conventional.

My son, his girlfriend and a friend went out to dinner there tonight. They wanted twice as long as they were told and were still waiting while others who got there after them were seated. It was one of the girls’s Birthday so my son asked asked them to sing happy birthday. He was told they were out of ice cream and they refused to sing happy birthday. My son works hard for his money and shouldn’t be treated disrespectfully! Very disappointing.

Following the harbour cruise, we decided to try the Red Robin burgers. The staff welcomed us right away and explained the menu. The servings are great - burgers are tasty and a good size, and there is bottomless hot chips and soft drinks. Great service and friendly atmosphere. If I ever return to Seattle, I won't hesitate to return here.

We stopped here after taking the Argocy cruise. Was hoping to warm up but it was cold inside. I wore my jacket the whole time. We had a burger and turkey burger. Both were excellent but I did order cheddar cheese but got swiss cheese. My husband loved the mud pie ice cream cake.

Had a wonderful afternoon in this restaurant the customers and bar staff were really friendly we sampled a few of the craft and domestic beers we had the ghost chilli burger and there new burger with endless French fries it was delicious this place is situated on the water front near the market its well worth a try

Came here with some friends and to walk along the waterfront. We all like Red Robin so came in about 8pm. Pretty busy but got seated in the back and our waiter came up and introduced himself, said he needed to take another table's order and would be right back. WRONG! About 25 to 30 minutes later he finally came back to take our order of burgers, beer and assorted drinks. I was mildly pissed but told myself it was busy so to let it go. TWENTY MINUTES later a different brought our food and we still didn't have our drinks. We hadn't even been offered water since arriving. I asked for the manager about the horrible service (biting my tongue to keep it civil) and of course they never came. But something must have been said to our horrible waiter who brought our drinks 5 minutes later. He blamed it on the bar (yeah right) for the delay (now about 45 to 50 minutes since being seated). I mentioned that he didn't even offer water when we first arrived and he offered to bring it now, which took another 5 minutes. My Cowboy Tavern burger was ok but the bottomless fries were cold. Ordered another round of drinks off of the table game device and had their brownie sticks covered in chocolate with raspberry sauce for desert. That was the best part. Used my RR Rewards card and got $4 off the bill. The worst $100 I ever spent at Red Robin and definitely the most atrocious service EVER. One star for the desert. MINUS -10 FOR everything else. We will never be back to this Red Robin.

My family decided to eat here after taking a harbor cruise because it was directly next to it. Two of us are vegan and there is really only one option of a veggie burger. I ordered the customizable burger ordering a veggie patty on the lettuce bun. The waitress carefully went over what sauces would be appropriate for us and we finished ordering. My Vegan Boca burger sandwich arrived at my table covered in bacon. The waitress apologized and I am sure it was an accident but it took a long time for my sandwich to be remade and everyone was done eating. I had to take my food to go because everyone was done and we needed to move on.

Beautiful views, helpful servers, and a good burger!! Shame it just came with chips and no side salad, and there was a bit of a wait despite multiple tables as they didn't have enough servers on. Our server though was extremely friendly and helpful. Would return.

Dropped in for a quick meal Ordered a draught beer to start. It was flat and not icy cold. The waitress brought The sombrero salad was slow to come out and was a bit disappointing. Won't be rushing back to this one.....

I eat at Red Robin frequently because there is one near where I work. This time I was out of town with my teen. We saw this one when we went on the Argosy boat tour. It's right on the pier and so easy to get a view of bay round the large Argosy boats docked right out front. We decided to have dinner here so we could watch the sun go down over the water. I had a great view, my son said one of the boats was blocking it for him. Now on the the restaurant itself: Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was good as I would expect with any RR. I had the Whisky River BB Chicken burger, it was cooked well and still nice and juicy. My son had the Southern Charm burger, it said it was excellent. It filled him up. We bought dessert to go since we were too full to have any right then and there but we did want something to have later at our hotel.

Like all Red Robin's the choices abound. But you can never go wrong with the endless fries. Little bit if a wait and the bathrooms were a mess. That takes one circle away.

Who doesn't like a good Hamburger ...? I love going to any Red Robin not only for their great food, but to the fact I can order a petit size burger, which in my mind is regular size (I'm a senior with a smaller diet). Then l have more room for the bottomless steak fries and house seasoning salt - I order them a little crispy. YUMMMM.... GREAT for the whole family!

We ate at 8:45 pm and the food was good. The price was reasonable. The service was a little slow. There was a tax that we had no clue was going to be charged

This waterfront restaurant was in bad shape, not one clean table so our group of four bused and cleaned the table we sat at. Our waiter Jeffrey was very good server, the chicken avocado salad was huge and filling.

After an hour on the water my family and I were all hungry so we went here. As we are from the Midwest, we dont have Red Robin's at home so this was all our first experience. I must say, i was impressed and my family was delighted. The drink options were great, and many of the specialty drinks had free refills, which our awesome waitress happily kept bringing us more. The burgers and steak fries were great, very filling. My wife had the fish and chips and she said it was very tasty. At the end, our waitress even offered to give us all 1 last refill in a to go glass, which was awesome. She got a big tip and we were all completely satisfied. If you are down by the harbor and in need of food and lots of liquid, stop in!

We needed a quick lunch before returning to our ship. We have always had good luck with Red Robin so we decided to go there. The food was excellent but our server Aaron went above and beyond. We explained we didnt have much time so he let us order as soon as we sat down. Within 5 minutes we had our food. It was hot and delicious. Aaron made sure our drinks were refilled and fries and salad were brought out promptly when needed. Also he had a nice smile and great personality. Five stars for service. Great view also.

If you love red robin you get it plus a amazing waterfront view. My kids loved looking out at the boats swaying on the water in the wind. It kept their attention so we could enjoy our time intead of getting on them for climbing up the walls. :) However, I felt a little ignored when I was needing something. The staff could be trained better but my compliemnts to the chef!

We love Red Robin! It sits at the end of a warf overlooking the water. The view is great when the Argosy boats aren’t parked right in front, completely obstructing your view!Food never disappoints. I had the “Avo-Cobb-O” salad. Large portion with avocado, bacon crumbles, egg and blue cheese crumbles. My husband had the open face “chili-chili cheeseburger”. Served open face with the top portion of the bun resting half in/off the chili. He said it was good. He opted for the coleslaw (also bottomless) instead of the bottomless fries.

The atmosphere was great, food was served quickly, Beer was good, continuous top-up soft serve was great value too.....We couldn't fit in dessert or coffee!!!

Red Robin Order was missing milkshake, Burger was cold and soggy So they refunded me for the shake and burger after having to contact customer service twice. Now I still end up paying 14.00 for a side of broccoli and cold fries. I was warned about Grubhub but took a chance. Stupid me. What an aggravation on a Saturday afternoon. Now I find out they wont refund for a week. No dinner for me tonight.

Red Robin has been a popular downtown Seattle eating spot for quite a while. It is also a festive atmosphere so bring the kids, celebrate someone's birthday and enjoy the huge burgers, tasty salads, drinks, big steak fries, etc.

I always enjoy Red Robin but this location is my favorite being right on the water with priceless views. The drinks are good and a good place for happy hour and larger crowds. Always a stop for me when in town

It was great to return from a cruise and stop at red robin for a delicious hamburger. The staff is very efficient and friendly too

We have a Red Robin back home this location was different with it being on the pier and boats around. It was a relaxing feel. Food and Service was good..

It was a hot summer day and I had a 13year old and a 9 year old on the deck. Our experience was great because the guy who was our server was so helpful in making sure the girls got what they needed. My spicy themed burger was my new favorite. The zuchiini fries are tasty but a little greasy.

Daughters a vegetarian and couldn't find anything but fish on the waterfront. So we came across Red Robin, and knew we couldn't go wrong! Started off with a margarita, which was excellent!! My daughter had the veggie burger, which she said was really good. I had the whisky bbq burger, which was excellent. Can never go wrong here!

We arrived into Seattle a few hours before after a long flight from the UK. We weren’t far from the pier front and fancied something quick. This restaurant does what it says on the tin. Service is friendly and fast. Food is good and the cocktails moreish. I had fish and chips and my partner had burger and chips - the menu is extensive so lots to choose from! From what I could see from other tables it all looked good and the smells were delightful. Fish tasted fresh and the burger juicy! Would recommend here!

We had a really good experience while on a trip to Seattle. The food was good, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and quick to refill drinks & fries. It was a tasty meal with a lovely waterfront view. Nice night out.

So beside the magnificent view of Seattle weatherfront the simple humburger I eat was amazing! I highly recommend.

We have eaten at this chain of restaurants before in Denver so knew what to expect, lovely seafood scatter reasonable price and excellent service

It was our daughter her 18th bday. We tought it would be great to eat at Red Robin, near the water. The food was ok. I told the staff it was her bday and they asked, can we sing a song? I tought, how sweet, yes you can. But when we checked our bill they charged $1.99 + tax for that small song! I wont visit them anymore. Sorry.

Read a load of reviews before we visited. Slightly concerned/amused at one where they were charged an entertainment fee for singing happy birthday to a customer... Great burger, and I am not easily pleased. Also, great fries and salad. Both unlimited. Perturbed to see we also got charged an entertainment fee... and we didn’t even get a song! Daughter soon realised that it was because she had been messing about with the iPad on the table!!!! Would definitely recommend

Our boys wanted Red Robin and I wanted a view so we headed to the waterfront instead of Northgate like usual. It was about 8pm and the wait was 20-25 minutes which didn't phase us because it was a pleasant summer Saturday evening. When our server, Michelle, took our drink orders, things seemed fine. As the evening progressed I noticed Michelle act impatient toward us. Yet, she was all smiles to the father and son on one side of us and the young couple on the other side. The young couple arrived after us but received their meals before us. Maybe it was because we were a party of four and they were two. I'll give that benefit of the doubt. Our appetizers took a long time. The server offered my husband a refill on his rootbeer float but not our boys' drinks, all of which were refillable and my husband's being the most involved. When Michelle returned with his root beer float, I asked for refills on the boys' drinks. Michelle let out a sigh and asked which drinks they had again. I handed her one son's cup and she asked if it was the pineapple juice. I think that was obvious because of the remaining yellow juice versus the root beer our other son had. When our food arrived, she had forgotten our sauce. We were almost done with our meals by the time she brought the sauces. At the end of the meal when she handed us our bill, she was expressionless and placed it on the table saying we could pay when ready. With the tables near us, she was upbeat and smiled. My husband has worked in the food & beverage industry for 20+ years so we usually empathize when places are busy and service isn't the best. If Michelle had been consistent with all tables, I'd give her a break. She wasn't. I don't know what we did or didn't do. We rarely tip less than 20% and even more rarely do we tip 15% but I had to this time. We'd visit this location again for the food and location, but I'd want a different server. And this time hopefully we wouldn't be in the furthest corner which kind of ruined the atmosphere for us.

Perfect service, good prices! High lvl A class! Recommend!Like everyday, everything is by the high class levels!

Came in 30 minutes before boarding and they got all of our food exactly right and our drinks out within 10 minutes. Highly recommeded quick bite on the waterfront if your not a seafood person like us.

This restaurant seemed like the easiest choice for lunch after taking an enjoyable Argosy Cruise tour. It was very crowded as was expected. Our server was friendly but so busy that we didn't see her often enough for refills, etc. My food was no longer hot when served. We had trouble getting a receipt from the payment device and had to wait again for a server. We were disappointed in this Red Robin but it may just be too busy a location to expect better.

A great place for picky eaters and this was true for Seattle as well. We ate outside overlooking the harbor. A little windy, but really nice to be outside. Our server was great too.

We waited 55 min and were told it would be 40....watched an empty table we could have set at Which was empty for the last 20 min of our wait . I tried talking to one of the managers but he was useless as was the hostess .... sorry to be negative but I suggest you avoid this mismanaged Red Robin .....we left and took the ferry back home hungry.....

We enjoyed our meal and experience at RR. Friendly service and bottomless fries, you can't go wrong. You can switch the fries out for other sides as well like broccoli if you want to be healthier. We totally recommend trying RR.

This is a great place to stop and rehydrate and rest. Menu is kid and budget friendly. Love the fact they have endless fries and drinks. Wait staff kept glasses and fries full. The outside deck gives you a great view of the sound.

Had the most astonishing experience whilst trying to have diner in Red Robin Seattle with my wife earlier this evening. Ordering a bottle of Chardonay in advance to choosing our meal, the waitress didn’t accept my Dutch drivers license as a valid identification with regards to my order of alcoholic beverages (although the license holds all relevant details with respect to address and date of birth). Being 55 years old, I could have regarded this as a compliment of course but the matter got very annoying because she disregarded the obvious fact that she wasn’t serving an underaged person. She responded by calling for the manager to authorize her in this matter. Arriving at our table, the local manager responded that because of the fact that I didn’t bring a passport (as a tourist visitor I kept this in the safe of our hotel room), he couldn’t serve me the wine, regardless of the fact that the drivers license mentioned, gave all relevant personal details including dat of birth, and despite the fact that he was fully aware that my wife and I were closer to retirement than high school graduation. Quote local manager: ‘I’m very sorry but this is strictly a legal matter you see’. I’m completely flabbergasted by the fact that in a situation like this, regulations prevail instead of common sense. I’ve visited the US more than 10 times in the past couple of years, but have never been treated like a child in any restaurant. This was the absolute limit! We left the place immediately and were treated like respected customers at Von’s 1.000 Spirits restaurant, where we had an excellent diner including a perfect bottle of Chardonay.

My wife and I stopped in for supper, and had great time. The service was wonderful, the food was fantastic and plentiful.

One of the best red robin experiences we've had. The host stand and getting seated didn't take long but the hostesses were rude and clueless. They had no idea how to seat any party more than two (we were four). Thankfully, the waiter made up for it. Food was good and service was pretty quick. Definitely exceeded our expectations, especially in a busy tourist area.

I really enjoyed their outdoor setting overlooking the bay. Also Chipotle Margarita was great - highly recommended. Service was fast and courteous and food was awesome. Excellent, excellent place!!!

Went to Red Robin while we waited for our tour to begin, the restaurant could use a makeover and a good steam clean for the carpet, the food was just ok nothing special, the chicken bites were hard...

Have been to many Red Robins over the years and this was the most disappointing. It seemed very old and dirty and the food was average. Staff was ok but the restaurant was very loud.

We had a big birthday party here for a darling young boy and everyone had fun. The burgers, salads and food were yummy and staff were quick to keep us and the birthday boy happy. I love the setting on the wharf next to the Ferris wheel.

Had a good time having lunch here during our Seattle goaround - had very good burgers and onion rings.

If you haven't been to the waterfront of downtown Seattle it is worth the time to check it out. My wife and I strolled from our downtown hotel to the Big Wheel and Wings Over Washington, followed by a lunch at Red Robin. Wings over Washington is expensive at $17.00 for an adult ticket, but it is pretty cool. We like this Red Robin, the location is great and if you can snag a water front view that adds to the experience. I don't need to read the extensive menu as I order the Royal Red Robin burger any time I visit a Red Robin. I love this hamburger but Miners burgers in Yakima and Egan's in Olympia have the nostalgic factor that is hard to beat. Our waiter was very polite and helpful as my wife has severe food allergies and asked the food manager to personally prepare her meal. Overall, a great experience and we will return.

We split a burger and glad we did! Burgers were thin, unseasoned and the bread was dry, stale? Sweet potatoe fries were greasy, didn't finish them....and we usually do! Beer was good, staff was great. Wish the food matched. The seating on the water was nice.

Wherever we find a Red Robin Restaurant, we always try to have one of their Royal Red Robin burgers (the one with the egg on it) along with those fantastic steak fries with their excellent ranch dressing. Not to mention the Top Shelf Margaritas, which are made with the good stuff as the name implies, and are well worth the cost. It's a family style sit down restaurant, a perfect place for lunch or dinner. There's very large selection of different burgers, from vegetarian to double meat patty monsters. The same menu exists at all of this chain's restaurants, so your special burger will always be there. At this Seattle unit the service was excellent, and we highly recommend it!

We had a late lunch at this place so it wasn't planned. The food was good and my family seemed to enjoy it. It was a nice warm cozy environment because it was the middle of November.

When on the Seattle side, our extended family has gathered here to eat together and chat. Decent food although the prices are getting higher, partially from higher wages.

Since we do not have a red robins in Hawaii, our hometown, we were looking forward to having dinner there. With our family, we enjoyed a delicious and plentiful meal. The burgers were delicious and we had every type of french fries including sweet potato french fries. The service was awesome and the restaurant was very kid friendly. First time ever have I ever had bottom less french fries as well as bottom less beverages. What a treat. The burgers were great as well. I had the bun less burger and the rest of the family had additional burgers. We were so full we left no room for dessert. Our server was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the kids had fun drawing on the chalkboard art I wish we had one in Honolulu Hawaii but every time we go to Seattle, we will make sure this is one of our stops.

We stopped here for an early dinner after the last Argosy Cruise of the day, because it was convenient. Very good service here. The meal size was good and the fries are bottomless which was a first for me. The fries were nice. The burger I ordered really wasn't anything special but it was cooked well. Our server recommended their special sauce - so happy he did. When I had a bite of the burger with that sauce it made the burger taste amazing. I had a cider with my meal which didn't really have much flavour but was refreshing. There were lots of TVs all around the bar and the restroom was clean.

Has Red Robin gone downhill in what they offer, or is it just this one location? We visited on our grandson’s birthday. This special occasion was not acknowledged. Service was extremely iffy. No checkbacks and no offers of the famous bottomless steak fries. Food was overpriced for the amount as well as the quality. The beer was the only good thing about this place. Will not return, and will not recommend. Do yourself a favor and go to the new Kidd Valley Burgers next door.

We went for a 50th anniversary celebration (6 of us total). They seated us at a round table near the windows that look over the water. They were great at accommodating our special diet needs (no dairy, wheat, beef, or sugar) and the food was perfect! The server was not as attentive as we would have liked...our water glasses were empty more that once. The sun was out and the view was great. Great experience!!

When we were on a bus tour I heard some Americans commenting about the amazing burgers available here, so we decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. This Restuarant is located on the waterfront with excellent views of the busy river. Firstly we were assisted in our choice of local beers while we waded through the menu. All the food we had was excellent, especially the burgers and accompaniments. Although we were too full to sample the desserts we saw an amazing variety being delivered to our neighbouring tables.

This was our first dinner in Seattle and we weren't quite prepared for just how large the portions would be. USA has a reputation for providing large portions but WOW. Having said that we ate what we needed and the food was delicious. We had a fantastic server who helped us with the technology on the table for ordering appetisers and then helped us when we messed it all up! What a lovely end to lovely first day in Seattle.

I have eaten at other Red Robins across the US so I thought this would be no different and enjoy some food with friends and family. This was not the case. The restaurant was busy when we went in, we asked how long the wait was and were told 30 minutes. So we gave the hostess our name and sat to wait. Half hour went by, and our name was not called. At the one hour mark, I got up and ask the hostess when we might get a table. I was informed they didn't have my name down, but she took my name and told me she would seat us as soon as a spot came open. Looking around the restaurant there where plenty of open tables. We sat for another 30 minutes. I went back up to the hostess and informed them of the wait. I was told another 15 minutes wait, I then asked for the manager. At that point I was promptly seated. We sat at the table for 20 more minutes waiting for service. All the staff kept going by the table. I went up and asked who our waiter would be. I was told they would be right over. A few minutes later a waiter came by who was very curt with me and my family. The food came out in a short period of time. We paid and left. I never got any apology or explanation for the time delay, or ever spoke with the manager. Terrible service. I have no intent of eating there again and will make it a point to inform anyone I know not to eat there.

Entered restaurant and there was a queue, ok fine. But the same people were still waiting 10 minutes on and no one had been to acknowledge us. We waited as were hungry and thirsty. Eventually a man arrived, showed the people In Front of us to a table, and eventually us. Seated outside as beautiful day, then another man came to the table, asked what we wanted to eat, we asked if we could order drinks first, asked what they had in the way of beer, and his answer was "what do you want". Had to again ask him what he had on tap, and he didn't know. Eventually ordered two beers, and when they arrived, they were very very cloudy. Ordered our food and ok. Nothing special, expensive for what it was and certainly for the staff a attitude. The young blond lad who came and asked if all was ok, was at least interested, but the other two, sorry need to re-train.

Food was definitely good for the price, service was good, and it has a great location on the water. Enjoyed the food and escaped with my wallet intact.

New menu and better burgers. I love to come here on sunny days and sit outdoors overlooking Elliot Bay!

The shakes were pretty good, but the food itself was just alright. The fries were cold and not great and the burgers were underwhelming. Wouldn't go back.

We ate after our cruise, the first place when you get off the boat. Good burger, great service and desserts looked great.

Cheap and close to the harbor tours and there is a restroom. Food was good as a normal. It was a good visit.

We stopped here to get a quick bite of food as we were walking on the waterfront. The service was amazing! The food was good, nice, and hot. Great place, clean, and good people.

We come here everytime were in the area. Great food and a perfect view on the pier. Oh and cannot forget the bottomless steak fries! Super delicious!

If you need a bite on Seattle's waterfront and there is room to sit outside and eat, take advantage! when my sister and I stopped in at Red Robin for a quick lunch, it turned into being a longer stay than anticipated- but only because we didn't want to leave! We were given the option of sitting outside to eat and were pleasantly surprised with the view! Amazing!! The service was great and the food, as always at a Red Robin, was reliably delicious! From someone who lives in Canada who can no longer dine at Red Robin because there doesn't seem to be any of these restaurants left there, this was such a treat. I love these restaurants and this one didn't disappoint. The deep fried dill pickles as appetizers... yum!! Our entire lunch and bevvies were delish and it was so awesome sitting in the sunshine enjoying all the boats going by. I would definitely recommend!!

We stopped for enjoy the waterfront, have a few beverages and an appetizer. The outside dining has a great view of the water. The wait staff is attentive. However, some of the alcoholic drinks are one word off from the non-alcoholic drinks. You have to be VERY specific when you order, because the wait staff doesn't ask any questions, they're just order takers. One of our drinks came in a chipped glass so we had that returned. Attention to small details are missed or overlooked.

We enjoyed the outside seating and the quick service. The waiter was quite busy and seemed a little overloaded but seemed to manage well. The food was what is expected from Red Robin.

This place was horrible , not only was it dirty and kids everywhere running around but the table next to us found a long piece of hair in their food . They provided to hold it up and show everybody . The food was bland . Not clean Restraunt ! Will not return .

We always expect excellent food and thus far we have never been disappointed. This location has spectacular waterfront views that steal the show. Clean, affordable but except for the friendly hosts the waitstaff left a lot to be desired. Otherwise we had a fun experience 🍀💚

We walked by many of the local restaurants, checking prices & seating, on the waterfront before finally stopping here. Yes it's a chain and I normally don't eat at the one back home, however it has a very different feel when you sit out on the dock watching the birds, boats, & scenery. Enjoyed it!

The food was good but the service was terrible. We walked in and were told to find our own seats. Once seated were then asked for ID as it was near the bar. Food was slow to arrive and was not very attentative. We also asked another member of staff where the bathrooms were only to be mumbled at and pointed in the direction. Would not go again.

Red Robin - Downtown is in an excellent location. You can't beat the waterfront view. Ask for outdoor seating to be right on Elliott Bay. We were seated outside and it was lovely. Just be aware that the decking under the tables and chairs has gaps. Your chair legs may get stuck! Also, consider the railing situation when dining outside with young children. Our wait was only about 20 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Burgers were tasty and have unique flavor combinations. The fries that accompany your burger are endless -- so ask for more if you like! The only issue we had was with service. The hostess had her nose buried in the seating chart ipad and snapped answers at us (and others) without looking up. Our server disappeared for a long while during service, making it impossible to correct a mistake on our order without holding up the entire table. I imagine this is just a blip, as our first visit here was excellent. Our last server learned we were trying to make a harbor cruise and made sure our food was fast. This is a great place to eat lunch before a harbor tour at Argosy next door.

This is our first visit to a Red Robin, and won't be our last. Food was great, staff was friendly and the view of the harbor was great! Jarrett, our server, did a great job keeping our drinks filled and the french fries flowing...Worth the wait!

Red Robin is a family favorite. They have a wide range of hamburgers and other family fare to choose from, but they are most famous for their gourmet burgers. We especially like this restaurant because they have separate food prep for people with food allergies and they have detailed allergy information available online. This particular location is on a pier on the Seattle waterfront with views of the water, boats, and Olympic Mountains across Puget Sound. Inside there are comical decorations featuring Red, the robin. There is both indoor and outdoor setting at this location. This is a great place to stop with your family for lunch or dinner if you are enjoying the attractions and shopping on the Seattle waterfront.

I have always liked this place, you can sit outdoors on a nice day and watch the boats come and go. Since the remodel of the interior and menu I can now say I love this place! Their burgers, which is why I go here, are tastier and there is more variety in their choices. They have a lovely bar too!!!

although it wasn't particularly busy there was still a very nice atmosphere. The food was very tasty and excellent service both visits. Great cocktails!

They were great! Our son was turning 16. We surprised him with a used truck. They were very accommodating and friendly with the whole experience. Good day, great food and fantastic service. Thanks Red Robin!

We ate at several places on the pier in Seattle, but this was our favorite! You can sit and watch the boats coming and going and enjoy the other water activities going on. There is nothing to block your view. The staff was very friendly, and I would HIGHLY recommend the seafood platter there, more affordable that the seafood restaurants, and so, so good!!!

Have been in this chain before, but on the east coast, so was a little hesitant, but hungry! So entered with trepidation, but all was good. Service was friendly and food was great. A good lunch stop wiy=th good views

Everyone enjoyed the food. The service on the other hand kinda sucked. The waiter rarely came around to clear a table or bring refills. When we got our food it had to go back because it was cold. When we did get warm food we enjoyed it.

food is good as always... service was slow. it was busy but not super busy. we went after the lunch rush. It didnt matter that the fries are bottomless, u have no more drinks, no more fries, no more patience to wait and so many excuses on why they can't get u a refill or napkins at that. my family loves red robin, but not at this location ever again.

Right by Pier 55 so very convenient for harbour cruises. Nice all American ambience, extremely good service and good hearty fare. The smoke and pepper burger was delicious with 'bottomless fries' and a good beer. Calorie counts are placed adjacent to the items on the menu for those looking to flagellate themselves with guilt as they tuck in. They have a really unique automated checkout machine on your table for an express evacuation should you wish. Very enjoyable and great food.

We loved this restaurant. The food was delisious especially the onion rings. The hostess did very well accomodating our large party of 16 as we arrived without a reservation. It was the birthday of one of our friends and the staff sang to him and presented him with a very large slice of an ice cream cake. The drinks were lovely and the portions are huge. I would suggest sharing something if you have a small appetite. Great burgers and other foods.

After walking along the waterfront wonderful place to stop, sit outside on their patio directly facing the water and have a bite to eat that wasn't just fish (not our fav. dish). Most places along the waterfront serve fish so this was a nice surprise. Loved the bottomless fries. The second serving was super hot and tasty. Burger and wrap was good too. Fantastic service. Would return for lunch.

We were in Spokane for a few days and when looking for a good venue for lunch we decide on Red Robin. Now we've been in Red Robin's before but this was a totally different experience. The space is a busy corner across from Spokane's major shopping mall and all the downtown offices and tourist sites. The interior is exceptional, clean, well organized with many options for seating. The bar was particularly attractive. We sat at a 'hightop' in the bar where it was darn busy. But the server was really good. Simple orders, cheeseburger with special treatments and 1/2 grilled chicken salad. They arrive promptly and were delicious. Service was crisp and professional. Honestly we'd go back next time in Spokane despite our general avoidance of chain-type places. This Red Robin is a top choice for a great simple well-done luncheon experience. oldaztravelers

Called in to this restaurant on Sunday afternoon. I thought the food was perfectly nice and the salted caramel milkshake was delicious. Out of all the restaurants of this type in Seattle the food and especially the price was excellent.

It might seem almost a sin to eat in a burger place located right on the Elliott Bay waterfront, but I was not in the mood for clam chowder, crabs, and the like, and this Red Robin provided a welcome alternative. My hamburger was juicy, the fries were the typical thick-style Red Robin fries (not crisp, but hot and good), and the service was attentive. I'll likely be eating chowder upon my next return to this waterfront (if the ongoing construction doesn't have it completely blocked off by then), but I'll keep this in mind if I'm again seafood-saturated.

My husband and I ate at this Red Robin on July 10th after a cruise. The food was freshly made, the drinks were refreshing and the atmosphere was laid back. I had the artic cod fish sandwich and my husband had the chili angus beef burger. For an appetizer we had the chili con queso dip. My hubby had an long island ice tea and I had a sangria. The wait staff was prompt and efficient. I would definitely eat here again.

This is a great place for lunch! The burgers and are salads great. The salads are huge and can easily be split for two people. I love french fries, having the bottomless fries is dangerous:) I can never have just one serving of their fries. Try the Red Robin season on the fries - you will not be disappointed. During tourist season, i go straight to the bar area it usually guarantees me in getting a table.

Dipped in here for dinner after our cruise, after we learned the chain started in Washington (we are from CA.) No wait even at dinner our on a weekday. The food is on par with the rest of the chains. We were originally seated outside in the sun without the hostess asking our preference, but they were able to move us back in once the waitress arrived with no problems. Good place!

Easy to find, just off of Alaskan Hwy and with loads of parking. Nearby Chase ATM for getting cash. Fast wait times and spacious tables. Order with the server, or with Robin (tablet located on the table). Very tasty burgers.

This is a great spot on the waterfront. There is lots of seating, inside, outside and in the bar. The food is consistent with all Red Robins so you know what to expect.

My first time eating at a Red Robin. The burger I ordered was very good. I will definitely eat there again if I am every nearby to one of their restaurants.

We went in July of 2013 and were not impressed by the staff or the food. We did get to enjoy our food by the water, which was just awesome on the sunny day we were there. We have been to red robin before and the food wasn't in as bad of 'condition' as it was here. The wait staff took forever to get back to us, we had to hunt them down for refills, and it really wasn't even that busy.

Food was good, ordered an Avo-cobb-o salad which was quite large and delicious, chose a balsamic vinegarette, a good choice! Service was a bit under par. Started out good but went down hill from there. He also was the bartender so once people started coming in to sit at bar his focus was all on them!! I asked for water 3x finally had to ask another server for it which also was not easy to get his attention because he was busy texting! I also ordered a margarita which was pretty much just a lot of seet and sour mix. Omce we finished I wanted to pay and the server insisted I use the Ziosk which I don't care to, should be my choice, but he was very insitent. Then once I completed my process it wouldn't print my receipt, server came back over and found there was no paper in the printer, so he ended up having to process my order at the register anyways!! How is that a convenience or time saver??? This restaurant is located on the waterfront and has an incredibly beautiful view with lots of windows.

Red Robin is always delicious, but this location is something really special. Located on the pier, we sat on the patio with a view of Elliott Bay. Loved the location and can't wait to go back!

A common thing about Red Robin is alqays a good burger. This was the case here. Although not really a good view, it was still nice.

Good but not great. Banzai burger was very pink. Busy and long wait for food. Sons birthday lunch. Kids loved their food. Steak fries and campfire sauce. Overall good.

Ok, so usually we don't go to the Seattle Waterfront to eat burgers BUT Red Robin has the best hamburgers anywhere! Also in a great location after roaming around the boardwalk. We love the variety of choices for burgers, also love milkshakes and their unending fries...

We - a small group - decided to sit outside. Waiter forgot us. Service came after our intervention. Food mixed up. Burgers came prior to starters. Staff has very poor work attitude.

We ate here twice, had fish and chips on the terrace. You get 4 big pieces of fish and bottomless fries, so the second visit we decided to split. They gave us two baskets with 2 pieces of fish and fries! How nice! When my husband asked for more fries we both got a new basket of fries! I love that! If you are there before 6pm, it is also happy hour and the terrace has a great view across the bay. I'll be back!

We visited mid-day and the wait wasn't very long. Food came fast and hot and the server was very attentive and nice. It was a bit noisy with the music on top of all the chatting. The restaurant was very clean and our table had a great view of the water. It was an overall good experience.

Had lunch at red robins. Great service and meal was good. Had never tried root beer before so waitress supplyied one on the house. Well worth going to. Could be busy but great value for your money

Great ambiance. I sat in Red Robin one day and watched the car-park moving about during an earthquake. Very interesting and certainly unforgettable.

Restaurant is located right on the docks and has wonderful views. The burgers were very tasty and the service was great!

Food was excellent! Price was excellent because it was my birthday and I am a member of their award program, so my burger was free! 😋 The restaurant is on the waterfront so view is amazing until the tour boat comes back. Make sure you get what you ordered. I ordered the s'more shake and got the one on the left below...no toasted marshmallow or sprinkle of graham, we pointed it out to the manager and got the other one correct. It was very very good by the way!

Even though they have a major construction project going on they are open and they always have a great variety of food options. I've eaten the burgers, the Mushroom Swiss is my favorite. I also like the cobb and Asian salads. This time I added a smoothie and I was very impressed.

To be honest, was not expecting much, a chain in the middle of prime tourist area. Our waitperson was really nice & the food was fab. The madlove burger was very impressive. The chilli fries were really nice. Cocktails too, very nice

We were trying to find a place to have lunch and watch the football game. So we picked Red Robin. When we arrived they had a high top table. Service was quick and accurate. We ordered the Pretzels, beer and burgers. First I didn't care for the pretzels they really didn't taste like a pretzel but they were ok. The burgers were great cooked just right but when my burger came out no lie I had 4 french fries. I get there is unlimited fries but give me a break...Our watiress was nice they did not hurry anyone out that was in there watching the football game which I liked. Also the view of the Bay was fabulous.

Great restaurant right on the bay near the ferry terminal. If you miss your ferry by a minute or two or are delayed and in line in your car take a short walk along the water front to red robin for a nice break. Good food, great view, friendly staff. Great kids menu and you can get your burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun if you want - nice option. The fried pickles are a hometown favorite but I have to admit the ones in Buffalo NY are better. If you haven't had those, you will like these alot.
Unexpected cisit
We were planning to hit a seafood spot on the pier. Being a very busy Saturday, the waits were longer than we wanted. We had never been to red robin before, and we so hungry we thought we give a try. The view from the pier was great. Food was good.
