I only used this facility on one occasion and did not have any treatments done but the indoor and outdoor relaxation areas were perfect. I managed to recharge body & soul for a few hours in peace, sunshine, water & tranquil shade.

This hotel is connected by ownership to Green Valley Resort. The rooms are not quite as nice as those in the Green Valley property (furniture is dated) but rooms do have a beautiful soaking tub and mountain view. Use the VIP elevators because the other elevator bank doesn't have enough elevators, you need to wait a while for one. (Other guests were complaining every time I waited.). The pool area is not as expansive as that of Green Valley Resort and some of the pool sections are roped off like you're at a discoteque, which I found irritating. The lobby is pretty and there are a lot of amenities nearby in a one year old shopping mall. Also, there is some construction near the gym which of course is not on the website.

On a recent stay at the Red Rock casino we ordered a beer and a piña colada at there pool bar called Sand Bar. My husband went to pay the bar tab and found out the beer was $8.00 and the piña colada was a whopping $16.00 and was served in a medium plastic glass! Big mistake ask how much the drinks are before ordering!

We liked the hotel. The bowling and food court are nice. There are a lot of pools although they could be updated to me more fun for the kids. They charged me a higher rate than quoted so that definitely marred my experience but it was still overall positive.

Don't get me wrong- they spent a fortune building this joint, but so did many other hotel builders. The pool area is not that great, everything is so spread out. Glad we tried it, but won't be back.

Finest facility in the area. Rooms are spectacular and well appointed. casino was friendly and earned enough credits for 2 fabulous buffets.

First time in Vegas for New Years and trying to avoid the crowds on the strip we attended the Hearthstone at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for the New Years Eve party. Disappointing is an understatement - no party favourites handed out, no count down (DJ playing music - if it wasn't for some watching the count down on tv, we would have missed it all together), no champagne for a New Years toast. What we received for our $110 USD was drinks from 9-12 and a few appetizers. Disappointed - would not recommend. Having said that the resort itself looked wonderful

There are several restaurants in the Redrock Canyon Resort. I only tried the buffet and the cafe. My first morning there, I went to the buffet, for breakfast. They open at 8 AM and I got there near 8:30. Most of the stations were just being set up, so there wasn't a huge choice of foods. You could get an omelet, some awful pastries, fruit and cereals. On the one buffet then had bagels & cream cheese but no lox. I decided that was not my bag, so I went to the cafe for breakfast, after that. The food there is passable but can be also bad. I ordered Eggs Benedict, the first morning. They were dreadful. They obviously had been sitting in a steam table for quite a while. The English muffin was soggy and not good at all. The sauce had a film on it, so you knew that it had been sitting. The service was good but I found the food just mediocre. It was better than the buffet..

Great restaurants, funny dealers, fast waitresses, beautiful pools (though I didn't go in) Really enjoy myself at Red Rock. Good for a night out, fun but not crazy.

If the Las Vegas strip isn't your thing this is an outstanding place to stay. It is convenient to Highway 215 and to the thoroughfares to the strip. It is near enough to Red Rock Canyon that if you want to get away from the city it is a short drive. The views from the hotel rooms are breathtaking.

Best ambience and food of all Station casinos. Get the free Players Card for a dollar discount. Interior design is fantastic!

We had a massage at the spa and truly enjoyed it. Very clean, well stocked, very relaxing atmosphere. We had a baby with us, so we couldnt spend much time enjoying all the features. It was a great experience!

We showed up early for the dinner buffet, and got seated very quickly. Amazing selection, good quality, and a lot of fun! We especially enjoyed the sushi, and dessert choices. Come hungry!

This resort is just west of the Strip in Summerlin, Nevada. The area is is very up-scaled and you really don't feel like your in Vegas. My wife and I have stayed in other resorts here but this was the first time at Red Rock. You will pay around $200 for a room but it is worth it. Huge rooms, very clean, fully stocked mini bar (expensive), huge tub with tv and many other amenities. There are I believe 11 pools in the central courtyard that covers almost 3 acres. Restaurants varied but all had good service. The casino was nice and the bartenders were great. A very nice resort I will be going back to.

Red Rock is about 15 minutes West of the Strip but a beautiful resort and casino. The casino caters to the Las Vegas locals more than the tourist which makes it more friendly. Plenty of slot machines and table games along with a poker room and sports betting area. The resort is very modern with all the newest slot machines. We wanted to eat at the buffet but the line was so long and stayed that way so we opted for the Grill resturant and were very satisfied. I had a steak and baked potatoe and mixed vegetables. The steak was cooked to perfection and one of the best I have ever had. All the staff were very friendly and the whole resort was very clean. Would visit again when in Las Vegas.

I liked the massage and spa, the attendants were great. However the price was a little higher than similar spas in the area for the same services.

Business event. Off strip property. They run a free shuttle from the airport on the hour. Large comfortable rooms, very clean and nicely furnished. Large bathrooms with shower and tub. Aside from the casino lots of shops, large pools and activities. I.e. Bowling alley, movie theater, kids zone, restaurants and bars etc. Great service all around. Nice to be off the hustle and bustle of the strip...if you want that they'll shuttle you over there and back or you can just UBER it.

Had dinner in the crimson room for a business function being held by Freightliner trucks. Service was excellent as was the food. No complaints and I would enjoy dining there again.

Chinese restaurant with bowls for display panels grace the welcome. Freshness, wait staff proficient.

If you are a video poker player, this is the place. They have a lot of 100% return machines like 9/6 Jack of Better and 99.51% return Bonus Poker machines. I found similar machines at other casinos, but you have to play $1. Over here, I found a lot .25 machines. I also found $5 blackjack tables during week day. This casino has high calling and smoke tens to rise too the top. It is not as smoky as other local casinos. This is probably one of the best local casino in Vegas. The other one that I like is the green valley ranch. .

I attended a convention at this hotel and it is a great experience. The hotel is very nice and well decorated. Plenty of rooms with a modern decoration. Lots of restaurants and bars as well. The only downside is that it's located 25 minutes out of the Strip.

I love ahi and ordered an ahi sandwich. The onion spread was sweet and added the tang that this sandwich needed; however, the ahi had a white super tough "lining" that was impossible to eat. This white lining, which I'm sure is part of the fish, should have been removed. It was impossible to eat. I do not know what part of the fish it is but it cannot be chewed. Was somewhat creepy and embarrassing to remove from my mouth.

I thought I had seen my most beautify hotel u till I came here. Our room is huge and wonderfully decorated. It has two sinks in the bathroom, a huge deep tub that easily accommodates two, and a huge private shower. The lobby area has a fantastic bar area. Whoever was responsible for decorating did a marvelous job! I'm so comfortable I don't want to leave.

I have been wanting to stay at Red Rocks Casino Resort Spa for awhile, as I come into Summerlin 4 times a year, but rooms have not been available. Finally, I enjoyed some time at the resort in my suite which was exquisite with large windows overlooking the canyon. My room had two bathrooms, a living room, fridge, three tv's (one in the bathroom), kitchen table, desk, lots of room and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The staff was excellent and we had access to the VIP lounge which offered complimentary coffee and a welcoming wine or champagne. I love the exclusive elevator access. There are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from and entertainment galore. Their is an arcade, Bingo, all the machines and casino games you desire, a huge movie theater and bowling. The bowling alley was excellent. There are 17 pools, yes, 17 with some adjacent to suites on the ground floor. This time of year we had access to the outdoor skating rink. There are cabanas available by the pool. This place offers so much and I have not one complaint. Parking and valet is free (except for the tip). The fitness facility is clean and offers every machine you might ever want, as well as classes. We had the opportunity to work out with Brandon who is amazing. I also did the body pod to test for my body fat. The spa is superb. Let me just say, this place is exceptional.

For some reason, tripadvisor doesn't list The Yardhouse anywhere in Las Vegas. The one we visited was in the Red Rock Casino Resort. My wife had a Caesar salad and a BBQ chicken pizza. I had the French onion soup and the fish and chips. Everything was very good. The service was a "bit" slow but to be fair it was due to a Saturday night and a lot of people watching March Madness. We will definitely go back in the future.

The buffet is middle priced and really good. We had brunch there and it's unbelievable what selection of food they have. The staff was great and really helpful. I enjoyed being there. When you are visiting the RedRock NP you really have to stop there. Well, when you are hungry :D

I went in one morning early and had a very good breakfast. The service was fast and very friendly. They did a very good job.

Traveliers, away from the busy strip but well worth it! GREAT PLACE! The rooms are big and fresh! Bed and pillows are great! Very clean...…. the Wi Fi is also good here! Staff is friendly and willing to help!

I recommend for everyone to try it. It has a Jacuzzi stem room all included in you massage price there also showers lockers. They give you a robe and slippers to use wile your there they have a relaxing waiting area that you can have some fruit or a relaxing tea. The massage is great I got the muscle relaxing and it felt great I recommend everyone one to have an experience like this ones in a while well worth it.

We were on our way to Red Rock Canyon, saw a billboard for Surf 'n Turf for $15.99. Decided to check that out when we were on our way back from the Canyon drive, Well worth it!!!! An extremely wide variety of food to choose from: International, American, Farmer's Market, Desserts - Oh My!!

My wife and I we there for 7 nights the first week of June. We spent a lot of time at the pool and loved the nice lounge chairs and the beautiful weather. Only pool complaint would be while paying over 16 dollars for one drink they could put decent amount of alcohol in the drink, most frozen type drinks were very weak. The resort is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from, but most are pretty pricey. I played slots every day and some blackjack, stick with blackjack, slots were very tight, at least for me. The rooms are great, loved the large tv and the great view of the mountains. I would recommend this place and plan to go back at some time.

I love, love Red Rock, the rooms are very comfy, big, and quite. I have stayed there last year, and I am planning another stay in August. It is about a 20 minute drive off the strip. The mountains are picture perfect to see. You can drive near the mountains, and site see, or hike, or mountain climb. The Red Rock hotel and casino is huge. They have a huge choice of machines and plenty of places to eat, they have a movie theater, a bowling alley, and a game room for children. They charge a little extra for the rooms, but worth the stay. The pool area is beautiful. One large pool, plus four other pools. Plenty of chairs to sunbath. I love it.

A Great Steakhouse Experience at Red Rock During our June stay at Red Rock Casino & Spa, we had the opportunity to dine on-property for several meals, and their steakhouse was great. We were seated in the dining room, away from the fairly active and noisy bar area, at a nice 4-top. While that bar area is visually arresting, we prefer being away from the bar scene. The main dining area is separate in spatial terms, as well as in décor, and style - much, much more sedate, and more to our liking. Service was very good, and efficient, without making one feel rushed. The pacing was very good. Though billed as a steakhouse, the menu is varied, and though the wine list does focus a bit on the bigger reds (obviously a nod to steaks), it is also varied, so that we found everything that we wanted, pairing a Paul Hobbs Ross Station Chardonnay with a Lobster Bisque. I did a Biale Black Chicken Napa Zinfandel for my Filet, and then a Paul Hobbs Crossbarn Pinot Noir, with my wife’s Fried Chicken. All of our food was very good, and perfectly prepared. During part of our meal, there was live music, in the lounge area, near the bar, but the volume was not in any way intrusive. In all, a very good dining experience at Red Rock Casino & Spa

Love Red Rocks for an off strip experience. Well appointed, clean, safe and with some great shows and restaurants. Avoid the downtown crowds and the hassle of dealing with so many folks that can't have some fun out for a night.

I loved it, particularly the outdoor spa pool room and lounging area. Took pictures to create it at my home.

Favorite casino! Always clean and up beat! Music makes me wanna dance! I play table games. Drinks come non stop! Everyone is always friendly.

Mostly every staff member give you great customer service. Haven't encountered any bad attitudes yet and I've been coming here since they opened.

food fresh and great.every dish you can think of..wait might be a little too long but worth your time in line.people on line with you are also very friendly

Every time I am in Las Vegas I make it a point to go to the Red Rock buffet....made it twice this last trip. It is refreshed constantly and everything I have had there is wonderful....

If your looking for a place to stay, that's not on the strip, Red Rock Resort is the place. Great location for those wanting to visit Red Rock Canyon, & other beautiful areas. Family oriented, great restaurants, great daytime & evening things to do. Beautiful indoors & outdoors. Highly recommended for the whole family.

This resort is about 1/2 from airport, but well worth the trip. The views of the pools and the red rock mountains were great! There is a lot for everyone to do. Very kid friendly place and lots less smoke than most casinos. The Lounge was very nice for us adults to hang out and dance and drink. Very nice place.

Stayed in the executive corner suite 19th floor. Amazing floor to ceiling windows with over 180 degree views of Vegas and the strip. Room was great, 600 sq. Feet of great space, bathroom was awesome too. Giant soaking tub, water pressure was fabulous with instant hot water! Worth the price! Casino was a bit smoky in places but food choices were great. Oyster bar is totally worth it. Class, lobster rolls and the baklava cheesecake were outstanding! Sports book was very good! Used the hotel valet parking and staff were the best! Would stay here again as location to red rocks and golf were fabulous. Wife loved the spa too!

While off the strip, they are a family destination and plenty to do plus no traffic. Highly reccomended.

Close to Red Rock Canyon where you can enjoy hacking, horseback riding or just take in the beautiful scenery. The hotel casino emulates the surrounding mountains almost blending in. Inside you'll find great restaurants and a relaxed gaming atmosphere catering to locals and visitors alike. The rooms are well appointed ans spacious. If you love steaks don't forget to book a reservation at T-bones Steakhouse. Their bone in ribeye with garlic basil butter is awesome. Lastly, the pool is well situated with the casino acting like a wind barrier. I've stayed at Red Rock at least 25 times and will continue to visit. Enjoy

Took my kids there for a little gambling while they were in town. Tried the buffet and I have to say for stations it was sup par yesterday. The beef was very tough and overcooked. Not so good.

We stayed during CES as we were able to get a suite for a fraction of the price of a standard room on the Strip and wanted to get some hiking in at Red Rocks. The rooms are a bit dated but represent a good value. Unfortunately, the casino ventilation system is also dated resulting in your clothes reeking of smoke if you wander in to get a meal since all of the restaurants are in the casino. Another negative is, despite being a part of the Preferred Hotels "iPrefer" loyalty program, none of the front desk staff had heard of it and no elite member benefits were offered and points didn't accrue. Would not stay again for those reasons but if smoke doesn't bother you this could be a good option.

Great resort, elegant for a Station Casino Hotel. They are one of the nicer resorts and the Red Rock area of Las Vegas is beautiful. This resort has it all, lots of great restaurants and the food court has several good choices. They have a sports book, pool, all the usual amenities for a resort plus for locals a movie theatre, bowling alley and senior discount days. This is my favorite of the Station brand casinos.

The choices were great and everything tasted good. Top notch. I asked for vegetarian and got the BEST!

All the hotel rooms at the Red Rock are suites, either looking at the strip or the mountains. The rooms are very nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows, desk, WiFi in the rooms, and the big bathroom with a nice shower and separate spa bath. This hotel seems to cater to the gamblers that like to live in nice style but away from the strip.

We stayed for the Weekend and enjoyed a luxury suite overlooking Red Rock Canyon. The room is very comfortable beds great and service world class. It's 25 minutes to the strip and right outside the national park. We will be back!!!

This is the wrong place to dine if you want to hear others in your group talk. The noise level is extreme. Our server great, our food close to lousy. Side salad dressing was omitted on one order. hamburger had gristle in it~ ick!

Rooms are new and the hotel very clean! Regal movie theater and bowling alley close by... Hotel staff helpful and nice. Great place to stay in!

We had an 11:30pm flight but for $25 each we were able to spend the whole day in the spa area relaxing right up until leaving for the airport.

Went here for 3 day conference so company paid for it but they were going to charge me $350 for additional day on my own when I found they were only $159 per day on Expedia and other travel sites. Room was nice and roomy but like most Nevada resort hotels they took away the refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave to force you to eat and their expensive restaurants as if they didn't get enough of your money. Although bed was comfortable the pillows were like sleeping on cacti! Not certain how old these feather pillows were but they would stick you in your head and face all night long like needles. Restaurants were high dollar and conference meals were below average. Casino was $10 a table and up. Located next to the beautiful National Red Rock Canyon about 5 miles up the road. Nice pool & bars.

Lovely resort, décor clean, good bed too many upcharges for just putting items in the fridge & picking up snacks from tray 45 seconds was afraid to touch anything.

The banquet food was far from its value. The salad was good but the salmon very dry, not eatable. AGain the dessert was tasty but very big. BUt these big occasions tend not to show the best of any restaurant

We lounged around the pool for about 4 hours. It would have been more but the sun doesn't make it there until after noon. My only suggestion would be to have a co-ed hot tub outside. Keep in mind it is no longer free, it is now 25.00 per person per day.

Maybe we didn't look at this closely enough but we thought this was nestled against a red rock wall-it has a very busy street on one side and a freeway on the other side with the red rocks 6 miles from there. Our check in didn't go great, had been acknowledged for red rock king room but they only had two queen beds on that side or a $100.00 upgrade or Las Vegas city lights view king. So rather than making a stink we said ok king city lights and yes they were in the distance but the dominant factor was the parking structure. Nice big room, one soiled towel, poor shower water pressure, nice bedding, dark, relatively quiet except for banging of doors of others and a hike to the elevator. Resort fee charge of $29.00 per night but pool basically closed as it is winter then what was the resort fee-the gym? It was an easy drive to the Red Rock National Park, easy drive to airport. Attractive lobby, not much in the way of entertainment that we saw. Has a bowling alley and a movie theater, restaurants varied. Enjoyed eating at Salute.

The products are great I love using the high tech fitness center and going straight to the spa. Warm Jacuzzi steamroom and sauna. Was able to get ready in the spa to go out and a hair salon is available to do your hair too. it was not over crowded, and I loved I was able to hang out there until my flight that evening . Thanks red rock spa for making my stay relaxing and comfortable.

Visited the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa for a business conference. The entire stay was tremendous, the staff outstanding and room/ammenities unbeatable. Highly recommended as off strip stay with lots to do for both adults and children! Theaters and bowling alley, with a great pool and spa!

We had Breakfast at the Feast Buffet, there was a bit of a wait but worth it. The cost was about $10.00 per, much less than most of the Buffets in Vegas. The selections were very good and the Staff was excellent. It is open for Breakfast and Lunch only. We were not disappointed.

Very quiet, clean, well-organized hotel. Local people seem to like more this place.

The hotel is luxurious every thing from the outside to the rooms. Inside the casino area they have a food court and a few nice restaurants. The property is very large they have a bowling alley and a regal movie theatre inside.

Went to Red Rock for a work conference. The hotel is very nice. The meeting rooms were very uncomfortable as they were very hot and the chairs were not comfortable. Casino was OK. The downside was the food......it was terrible!! Hot food was cold, proteins were so dry it was like eating jerky. Definitely not a place for families.

When you go there are a lot of people and it is easy to figure out why! There are a number of good restaurants and the slots pay out better than the strip. It is really clean and very little smoky smell. I plan on going again.

Best buffet by far in Las Vegas. Food outrageous. Went for breakfast, liked it so much came back for dinner....twice! Made to order omelettes for breakfast, dinner included a pasta station, carving station, etc. they were constantly replenishing the food, so nothing was sitting around under lights for too long. Waitresses very personable and kept our drinks filled. Beautiful atmosphere, casino fun. Definately will be back.

Excellent hotel and casino. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a small TV in the bathroom in addition to the large flat screen in the sleeping area. The pool area is awesome--hot tubs, large and smaller pools! There are umbrellas (free to guests) to provide shade, comfy lounge chairs and a spray of water in the pool to keep the kids happy, Some tourists might not choose this hotel because it is not on The Strip. If you have a car, this is a great hotel. You can visit the madness and traffic of The Strip, and then return to the oasis. There is even a new mall you can walk to from the hotel. There is a bowling alley and movie theaters inside this hotel with a food court for fast dining. I would definitely return to this hotel because I loved it!

Beautiful rooms and exquisite view of the west mountain range. Amazing sunsets! Would definitely stay here again.

We were going to eat at the buffet here, and when we went to pay were told we were in the wrong line. There were no signs. We asked to see the buffet, it looked rather tired. It was around 2pm. There were no signs posted as to the price. When I tried to ask, the cashiers were talking among themselves. When someone finally came to help us I asked if she was on duty and she said yes, but I wanted to finish my conversation. She then said the buffet was closing in 20 minutes, We decided to pass on the "experience". The resort is attractive.

If you're thinking of Las Vegas for a nice break, then you won't go far wrong with the Red Rock. Although it's about 20 minutes from the famous strip, it offers a great casino, lots of fabulous food choices, and a free shuttle bus to take yo to the strip, and to / from the airport. They like people here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great if you have young families as there's just so much if it. The Spa looks good although I only tried the gym (fitness centre). It is a very good facility and opens from 5am. I recommend this hotel.

Being a local even I am turned off by the local "scum" factor that comes to this place. It is really not classy, try as it may, and despite having a ton of restaurants to choose from around the perimeter, you have to actually walk into the casino to use the restroom and it is always smoke filled.

There is much to like about the Red Rock Resort, and it is definitely one of my favourite off-strip resorts in Vegas. It's nice without feeling overly formal or stuffy. Everything you need is on-site, or nearby in the Summerlin shopping area. It doesn't (IMHO) have a great pool area, but no property is perfect. All in all it's just a nice solid property. In truth, I think that GVR and M Resort are better, but I still like visiting the Red Rock at least once each trip. I think the room rates are usually over-priced for what the property is and where it is. But I still think it's a nice property, and I still enjoy visiting it, and eating and gambling there.

a basic hotel off the beaten path of vegas near the red rock canyon. Nice spa and very small pool. They were doing construction next door to the property so being outside was not a good option at the time we went last Feb 2013, so hopefully it is completed by now. If you have a car its a 15 minute drive to the strip. A few good restaurants. The rooms are small but new. So if you are looking for something outside of the strip this may be for you.

This trip to Las Vegas we had a car and decided to stay off the strip. It was a fun way to see the area. My wife is not big on buffets but since we were out this way and the buffet was cheap ($17.99 with a club card, did't check points just had to show a card) and included beverages and desert. We were there for the prime rib and it was delicious. My wife said it was the best dessert and bakery she has seen at a casino. To rate the buffets, Luxor has been my favorite and this one was just as good.

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Red Rock Casino Buffet. It's always a treat to see what all a builder can incorporate into a new casino and this being named Red Rock, there was indeed red rocks slabs everywhere. Beautiful! We had never been to this casino and it is a bit out of the way of the Las Vegas strip, but worth the drive to North Las Vegas. Truly, I wonder how one can add anything new about the tasty abundance of the typical Las Vegas buffet in a nice hotel, but, this one was all you expect and maybe more...foods of every genre, variety galore and taste all for quite a good price. We had the good service we have come to expect, surrounded by the ambiance of elegance embodied in beautiful chandeliers, and etched glass. The MORE I spoke of...I have never seen Gelato served in a hotel buffet before and the Red Rock will be remembered by excellent, tasty, Gelato.

My husband and I just recently stayed at the Red Rock for our visit to Vegas and had a great vacation. There is a lot to do in the resort movies, bowling, gambling and live music to name a few. The restaurants are pretty good too with a wide variety of tastes. The pools are clean with soft fat cushions and the cabanas are reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was beautiful with a separate shower and luxurious tub. The staff was attentive and friendly. We go to Vegas often since our youngest son lives there but we usually stay on the strip. This was a nice change and very reasonably priced. If you stay at the Red Rock make sure you take a short trip to the Red Rock Canyon... Such a beautiful sight!

We really loved this place the rooms huge were spacious comfy bed the bathroom was huge the staff was friendly Beautiful mountain views a huge pool that is really more like nine separate pools. We had a lovely relaxing time at this gorgeous resort. We has a slight problem getting the cable working but it was fixed right away. Plenty of shopping and food choices.

All Inclusive property. Many options to fill your day and desires. Friendly service and helpful staff. Much different than the strip.

Biggest and best buffet we have ever seen, you name it this buffet had it (except for expensive seafood of course) with a massive selection of food styles , asian, indian, american, italian etc.....

We have been to this Hotel twice and we have enjoyed both visits. The rooms are still looking good, the bath tub and shower are awesome and the amenities are terrific for the price. We stayed 5 nights this visit and although my luck at the tables wasn't very good, the meals, concierge, staff and valet's really did a first class job for us average folks. We ate at the feast buffet and the grand buffet and Yard house and we enjoyed each one. When we get back to Vegas, we will certainly stay here again, it is nice to be off strip and Summerlin has a lot to offer visitors!

Beautiful hotel. Modern, upbeat, clean. Casino was fun. Lots of perks for playing there. Lots of restaurants. Deserves 5 stars!

Always stop at Red Rock;s cafe for breakfast and some gaming before heading out to Red Rock Canyon...have stayed at the hotel and really liked it. But...this visit was different. We had a waitress with attitude toward her boss and co-workers and she chose to share it all with us....they were busy and had trouble serving my wife some tea.....food was okay, but this experience really turned us off and may be thinking other options on the next trip...too bad because the property is beautiful

As A regular Vegas traveller - three times a year for 20 years, Red Rock was a first for me. Was there for a wedding in May 2016. Great potential, better customer services needed to pull business from the strip... Vdara, Bellagio, Caesars, Venetian. The prices are not cheap so they are competing with some higher end properties. Better service will ensure success.

A nice facility but not too much once you get inside. There is a gym but we did not make it that far.

I hope she'll forgive me for this suggestion, but Fanita at the front desk should change her name to FUNita because her cheerful welcome set the tone for an amazing stay in this amazing resort. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful, relaxing and fully appointed. The restaurants are top-notch. The casino is tons of fun. The pool is gorgeous. Yet what really makes this place a true paradise are all the fun people who work here. Can't wait to return!

This is very upscale and super clean hotel ! The city view from the room was beautiful! The outdoor pool was really nice but a little on the loud side ! Actually the whole property is really loud unless your in your room! But they make u pay for everything! No Keurig coffee makers or any coffee makers in the room ,a 4 oz. Bottle of water from a bar was $4 ,You couldn’t bring food or drink of any kind into the pool area (bags were checked)so you would buy from the restaurant- bar at the pool ,room door was badly in need of lubricants, clothing drawers were always going out of alignment and wouldn’t close properly. My wife and I had omelettes at the 24 hour restaurant that were dry and gave us both stomach aches. We had an hour wait to get into a sports type bar because it’s the only bar that had happy hour! When we checked out no one asked us if we enjoyed our stay .All in all its a very nice hotel and casino if you can stand the noise ! I guess I’m to old to enjoy it !

We were at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for meetings in September, and dined all over the property for several days and nights. The ultimate experience was at T-Bones Chophouse, and for a special “wine dinner.” We dined there, for their Moët Hennessy Wine Dinner, which was excellent, and a well-run event, by all measures – and we probably do 50 wine-themed dinners each year, and some of those are over multiple days/nights. We were greeted as “VIP’s” though we had just made the reservations for this event, the night before, while dining at the restaurant. As a “welcome,” the evening started with passed appetizers, all served with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, NV Champagne – the Oyster presentation was very interesting, with a back-lighted bowl of ice, carried around by two of the servers! The first sit-down course was Alaskan King Crab Salad w/ avocado, citrus vinaigrette and micro arugula, served with Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc ‘17, which was excellent. Next, we had an Appetizer with Ricotta Cavatelli w/ jamon Iberico and Parmesan cream, served with Cloudy Bay Chardonnay ‘16, which paired well with the Ricotta. That was followed by a Fish Course of Roasted Striped Bass w/ grand mère, and a red wine-butter sauce, accompanied by Smoke Tree Pinot Noir ‘16, and again, the dish and wine pairing was great. Our Main Course was Beef Wellington w/ périgord truffles and spinach coulis with the Newton Cabernet Sauvignon ‘14, and this was one of the best Beef Wellingtons, that we have had, plus it paired will with the Cab. The Dessert Course consisted of Dark Chocolate Canelés w/ vanilla ice cream, served with Hennessy X.O., an interesting end to a fun dinner. The venue is lovely, and though the attending group was being served at the same time, the service was excellent, and the room beautiful.

A great change of pace from the Strip. Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and spacious, casino wasn't too crowded, pool wasn't too crowded, parking and access to Interstate was easy. So many great places to eat, had a hard time deciding, however, our favorite was the NOODLE BAR! Ate there twice!!!

Very nice Casino. Parking is easy . They have many great restaurants. I enjoyed the buffet. They had Asian, Italian,American etc. I didn't win but had an enjoyable afternoon.

We stayed at Red Rock for a few days las month, and of course this is a nice resort, but so are most-all of the other casinos in the city. The pool is nice and kid-friendly, but the drink prices are outrageous...what can we expect, I suppose. There are several food options inside the resort. Rooms are roomy, and the walk to ours was a jaunt - as there are one central elevator bays on one end for all the rooms. They spent a pretty penny on the finishings of this of this resort, but so do spots on the Strip... We've stayed at the M Resort and I think it was a bit better.

This is a new property outside of the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area. They are still in the midst of construction of some of the outside businesses. We had just come from the canyon and wanted to eat. We went inside. Asked about a buffet and were directed to a person who signed us up for their player's club. That got us a discount at the restaurant. It was less than $50 (with tip) for 4 people. There were lots of choices. Everything was very good. The bread pudding near the ice cream station was my favorite. I went back for thirds. Sorry, waistline!

Our cousins, living in Las Vegas, recommended the Red Rock buffet when we offered to take them to dinner. They know the city and said Red Rock Casino has one of the best, at better than Strip prices. They were right. The prices were about half that on the strip, the buffet was huge (as is the whole place) the selection very good and the food quality good. Wait staff ensured we had top-ups on coffee, iced tea, water, etc. and whisked away plates as we finished before we headed back to try another section of the buffet. There was a full range of soups, salads, Asian, American, Mexican, seafood, carvery, and desserts. We arrived at 5:15 after spending the afternoon at Red Rock National Park, and there was a short line and about a 15 minute wait. Once we were seated we not rushed at all, and in fact we did not finish dinner and our family catch-up until almost 9pm. No one made us feel unwelcome or that we had been there too long. If you have transport and a way out to Red Rock Casino, it is definitely recommended.

Very quiet but filled with and located next to everything. First trip to Vegas out of many that I didn't see any vomiting, fighting, or inappropriate stuff. I'm not a prude, but it was a class group. I got a signature suite. Nice in size. Great view. I did ask to move to a better view after my first room looked out at a parking garage. The view they moved me two was great. Good food. Good casino, not many gaming tables. I was here with a conference. Great place for that. Housekeeping, valet, room service, dry cleaning, I tried them all and the services were very good. Friendly staff.

This place has great service and the worlds largest selection of draft beer. The food is good and the prices are fair considering it is in the Casino.

Fun vibe, much more laid-back than the strip but so much to do. Prices are way more reasonable than other comparable resorts (we usually stay at the Encore/Wynn). Really liked the rooms and pool, and the endless dining and entertainment options onsite. The free shuttle to the strip is a huge perk as well. Shout-out to the staff at this resort who were all on top of things, helpful and very kind and welcoming. Specifically, Alexis Lerz was extremely helpful in preparing things for us before our stay and was great to work with!

Red Rock Casino and Spa is about 15 miles off the strip. This helps keeps the mid-week atmosphere relatively cam and enjoyable. The Spa is well-appointed and quite nice, with lockers, private spa showers, a large whirlpool, a cool plunge, two huge rain shower experiences, an expansive steam room and a sauna. There is a lounge area with a television and magazines, featuring spa-style snacks and fruit, as well as an assortment of teas, water and juice. Outside, there is a co-ed lounge area, with a private pool, lounges and cabanas. There is full food and beverage service outside. The fitness center is available to all guests, and it is well-stocked with machines, some free weights, treadmills and elliptical machines. I booked the Desert Arnica Deep Tissue massage with Joel, and it was terrific. Joel made sure to ask me if I had any physical issues or concerns before the massage began. Joel was an excellent masseur and the massage was therapeutic and relaxing. It was over almost before I knew it. Do yourself a favor and take some time for yourself when you visit Red Rock.

This was our first time staying off the strip and I am glad that we chose the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa. We reserved a basic room and it was absolutely beautiful and very spacious! Bathroom was all marble and bed was super comfy! The room service food and spa food was just okay but the food at the main pool was incredible! Did not have time to try any of the restaurants so can't comment on those. The day that we went to the Spa we had it to ourselves! The day pass includes use of all facilities - plunge pool, rainfall shower, large hot tub/soaking tub, steam room (smells wonderful - eucalyptus), Sauna, private pool, dance/yoga studio, cabanas, and personal food/drink service. The staff was incredible and they really made sure that every inch of that place sparkled and kept it clean every 5 minutes (literally). I have to say that all of the staff everywhere on this property was amazing! We did want to move around to different areas when we were at the main pools and every time we did move we had to cash out and start up a new tab. Not sure why that was the case - if they could find a way for us to keep one tab open the whole time that would be a lot better. We also did not have robes in our room but when I called to ask about them 2 were sent right up. They have a swim shop in the pool area - super cute and has a lot of items that you might need such as swim wear, sun glasses, hats, sandals, etc.... There is also a bowling alley on site and movie theater. We did not try those out maybe next time. Gambling was fun there too! Did not win but broke even. I would certainly go back. If you are looking to get a good deal it is worth it to book in the off season as the weather even in September for example is awesome. This is a 5 star resort/spa for sure. They do offer shuttle service from the airport and to the strip but it only runs every 2 hours - if there was a way they could offer it hourly or even every 30 minutes that would be amazing! I would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Red Rock. It was our first time staying there. A more relaxing resort than the strip hotels. The room was clean and well appointed. I wish they had a coffee maker. It is great to hv a cup of coffee while getting dressed in the morning rather than run downstairs for it. Another suggestion is that the mini refrigerator be available for guest use, we stayed for 3 nights and would hv loved to be able to use the mini refrigerator for our wine and champagne. With these two items available, I would hv given 5 stars instead of 4 stars. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We attend a trade show every summer here. Yes, it's a bit hot, but we love that we can stay in the resort as it has everything we need at hand. The pools are absolutely wonderful. They have restaurants for every budget, movie theatre, nightlife, a great casino more. Very clean rooms with lots of room. Expansive bathroom and two sinks. Remember - no coffee machines in Vegas hotels and don't touch the fridge! The whole resort has a lovely 'feel' to it and it is always consistently good. Choose either a Strip view or Red Rocks view. Both are excellent as you see the Strip lit up at night about 12 miles and the Red Rocks are stunning. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip.

We stopped in at the Red Rock casino only for a few hours. We played a few slots and ate at the buffett. The buffet was fantastic. There were tons of food options for every diet, great tasting food and the staff were great! There are about 10 restaurants in this resort, tons of gambling available and it even has a bowling alley and movie theatre.

This buffet has a large number of options, but apart from Tuscan chard and a great selection of ice cream, it is not an upscale experience. The servers behind the counter are slow and seem disinterested in their work (10 minutes for an omelet is way too long for a buffet) although the drink servers are friendly and prompt. There are no seats near the very long line to get in, which was not good for one of our mobility-challenged party. I would not go back - but if you are here, you will find something to stave off your hunger.

Came here on two succeeding nights. Tried the buffet on our first night and it was very good except for the special pasta the ladies in our group had made for them. Too much garlic and red hot peppers but everything else was enjoyed by all. I had the most fun I've had on slot machines in the last 7 years. I had pretty much given up gambling as the slots have been tightened up to the point where it was no longer any fun regardless of where I went (Indian or Vegas). Didn't get rich but had fun and that is what it is all about... even came away with more than I started with. Didn't check out the movie theaters or bowling so I can't comment on them.

Great place to stay - has good facilities and is a self contained resort with everything you may need. The rooms are all well appointed and the facilities are modern. The resturants are nice and inexpensive as well.

Excellent food and service in the Onyx bar and Tbones chophouse. Also enjoyed the room service for dinner and breakfast

After Vegas another cool spot was the Red Rock Casino. Quiet area and away from all the other nig city activities. Buffet was decent and had plenty of Sunday dinner choices. Prices was right and slots were giving. We loved exploring Red Rock Canyon near by as well.

This resort is so lovely. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. Private toilet, lovely shower and amazing soaking tub with TV/remote. Many rooms, including mine on this trip, have a lovely view of the pool area and mountains. Don't miss the pool area! It is beautiful with many pools and ample chaises. A room key is required for entry to keep the casino riff-raff out. 😁 Of course, there's the obligatory casino. It's not as air cleaned as some but it doesn't look smokey--just smells a bit smoky at times. There are many restaurant choices including the buffet and a food court with inexpensive options. There's also a movie theater. Don't forget the spa--delightful!

Yes, the resort is off the path with picturesque views of the mountains. The drive from the airport is fast and getting to the strip is relatively easy if you have a rental car. The rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Water power in the shower is fantastic. HDTV is huge. Carpeting in the room is a bit worn and discolored in traffic areas but not worn through. Room service is ridiculously fast. We asked for extra towels, and they were knocking on our door in less than 3 minutes. And they gave us more towels than we requested. A+ Weight room is pretty nice for a hotel. Restaurants circle the gambling area. The Lucky Penny food and staff were wonderful. Ample portions with coffee in the pot for the table. The other restaurants look nice but I didn’t venture into the others to assess food or service. Disappointingly, what could be the best place to hang for a sports fan, the STN Sports room, has NO SERVICE. It’s a huge room with a bunch of tables, but MANY are reserved already. Good luck finding a table near the monitor wall. The closer you might get to the wall, the farther you are from the bar. So, if you want to get a drink, you have to walk to the bar and leave your belongings (iPad/laptop) at the table? No way. You leave your table with your items and the table will get snapped up. Bad. The setup reminds me of the food court at a mall. Instead of tables, you have electronic gambling. Same crowd of Silver Sneakers, though. Terrible: The Pool. The best part of the pool is the view from the room. Two days in a row, I could not get a drink from a waitress. Were they in the area? Sure. Do they walk the entire pool to offer drinks? Not in my experience. Maybe it’s my Midwest in me, but I couldn’t bring myself to whistle or yell to get their attention. I’d think being close enough to hear the waitress tell her name to the people in the chairs one over would be close enough to get their attention. Not in my case… twice. One day is an anomaly. Twice is an issue of training and hiring. Maybe they are only allowed to carry two drinks at a time, also? I shouldn’t be so harsh… every chair had towels. If you needed a clean towel, you could get one. HOWEVER, if you want the pool experience where you can drink a margarita at poolside and tan, forget about it. You’ll get a tan, but you’ll be driven back to your room to get water.

A pretty casino, lots of slots and table games, good restaurants, and a nice movie theater and bowling alley. Probably the nicest local casino in town.

The red rock has a good reputation, but I incurred a few problem. First me room was not ready until 5:30 pm on arrival. I had dinner reservation which I had to cancel. From then on the vacation seem to go OK, until the last three days. The rooms adjacent to me were booked to a convention, and the noise started at 6:00 am in the morning. When I returned to me room at 6:00 pm it was not made up. As most hotel that cater to their convention crowd they were very not very sympathetic and the person I dealt with was a bit arrogant. I am CEO of a corporation and come here twice a year for my convention downtown. I stayed at the red rock for family purposes. I don't know ifd I would stay there again.

A five star coffee shop with five star service and two star prices. I stopped in here for breakfast and was very surprised at the atmosphere, service, and quality of food as well as the professional and courteous wait staff. For a coffee shop type of restaurant, this place was amazing. I highly recommend you try a meal here if you get the chance.

This is a very nice and modern hotel casino way off the Strip. You still can see it at a distance, but it is far away. This is convenient if you plan to visit nearby Red Rock Canyon. The resort itself is beautiful inside out. The seafood buffet is nothing to write home about though. The feature we like the most is the pool with multiple smaller pools and hot tubs. Pool furniture are very nice and comfortable not plastic chairs. And yes, lifeguards are beautiful at Red Rock!

Our second stay at RR. Wonderful resort. From the moment we got there everything was right on point. The spa is included in the resort fee, and the common areas in the spa are some of the best around. Food is reasonably priced. We actually hit a couple of jackpots in the casino. We might make this our new home base. It is away from the strip in summerlin, but laid-back and relaxing.

Once you navigate the immense parking lot, the entirety of dining options can be staggering. Get to any favorite fare and have at it! My favorite was the barbecue, but that's just me. I plan more trips there and will go hungry...

We decide to try a place off the strip. We arrived around 6:30pm. We were disappointed with the freshness and variety of the buffet. Food looked like it had been sitting out since lunch. Line cooks took a while to change out food. Felt like you were forced to eat it until it was gone. The fried chicken was dried, when I ask for a fresh price he got one out the warmer that was just as dry. Servers not very attentive or personable like other buffets. My friend love sushi and it looked like the sushi was picked over. We paid a total of $30 which was nor bad, but expected better food and service.

Stopped by here on a rainy day when the outdoor pool was not a good idea. Super friendly service, great amenities -- hot tub, plunge pool, steam room, pool -- and a menu of pretty much every treatment you could want.

Large resort with everything for a stay: bowling alley, cinema, restaurants, spa. Casino. Well appointed rooms. Pool area spacious with 3 pool areas.

No New Years Eve festivities - no decorations, party favors, champagne at midnight - nothing that shows its New Years Eve - just pay more for everything - terrible

A delightful, well planned, designed retreat! Treatments were not cheap but use of the facilty and hot or cold whirlpools or outdoor lap pool in the shade in the early morning were great.

We spent 4 nights a Red Rock Resort. Everything was first class. Our room was large, and well furnished. We had a great view of the strip. Red Rock have everything needed for a great time. The pool area is amazing, food choices are great, and the staff is friendly, and very helpful. We will return.

Buffet was so reasonable and great quality. Great Deli and fast food area. Yard House has a fabulous Happy Hour and so many beers to choose from.

Stayed here March 30, 2014 and absolutely LOVED this resort! Aside from the beautiful casino, they have great restaurants to choose from, a bowling alley, movie theater and shopping all right there. The room we stayed in was wonderful with its modern style and colors, platform style king bed and a very large and gorgeous bath area (see photos). They charge a $28 resort fee upon check-in. Mini bar and snacks in the room for additional charge. We had coffee delivered in the morning for $14/large pot. We slept well - bed/pillows were dreamy!! I can't wait to go back and stay longer than one night! We ate at the "Feast Buffet" for breakfast, huge buffet with lots to choose from! You also get 1/2 price $6.99/pp when you stay there.

We stayed here overnight prior to beginning a road trip. Out room was outstanding. View of the red rocks was awesome. Large parking lot wasn't an issue since we took advantage of the complimentary valet service.

Beautiful rooms. Tons of amenities all in one place from movies to bowling to pool. All the food options were amazing

I told the massage therapist where to concentrate and she didn't listen. She spent too much time cleaning up DURING my massage. Not worth the money.

Enjoy the large rooms and great views. Comfy bed and very clean room and bathroom. Deep tub for nice soak and TV make for relaxing time. Great air conditioning too.

I spent a weekend here for a conference and have to say it was wonderful. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I loved the deep soaking tub!! And the view of the canyon was simply spectacular. I was also surprised, happily, that walking through the casino floor to the restaurants I wasn't knocked over with smoking smells. It was so much better than the casinos in Atlantic City where you smell horrible after trying to just find food. But I never had that experience. So keep it up whatever you are doing to keep it smelling good! And thanks for the Starbucks!!! I was so thrilled to have my coffee every morning, a nice familiar cup. The exercise facility was also very clean and neat, I used it a few times. Unfortunately I was swamped with the conference so I didn't get to use the pool, but I could see it out my window and it looked spectacular. Overall, great place to stay. I didn't even think about taking the shuttle to the strip, I could find everything in the hotel/casino/spa. There's even a movie theater! And just about every food choice you could think of. The Libre Mexican Cantina also had lots of Gluten Free food choices, and it was actually GF and good! Great time, I will consider this next time I'm headed to Las Vegas even if it isn't for business.

Beautiful place, poor customer service pool side and valet. Security presence at pool was overkill. We looked forward to staying here as we had been to Red Rock Casino previously for a conference, and again for dining and gambling... regrettably, it didn't come near meeting our expectations. Lots of room to grow in the customer service area.

We stayed at Red Rock to break our journey fromYosemite to Zion and it was a great choice for that purpose but I don't think it replaces staying on The Strip for a great time inVegas itself. Check in and check out were super efficient as were valet parking and bellboy and everyone really friendly. Our room was great certainly not as luxurious as some of the more expensive hotels on The Strip but it was large with a fabulous bath in the bathroom and an amazingly comfy bed. We ate at the steak restaurant and the food and service were second to none. We didn't use the casino but it certainly wasn't glamorous looked more like a lot of regulars gambling. The hotel runs complimentary shuttle services to the airport and to The Strip.

Wonderful time with our bartender love you aron. It's not often that I have been in Las Vegas but when I do am coming to see aron

We stumbled upon this casino driving to Red Rock Canyon. The parking lot is huge and goes around all the outdoor restaurants that looked beautiful! We went in, and saw the crystal chandeliers, and then ate at the buffet. Amazing!!

the whole hotel is clean and staff were really friendly. this is off the strip but thats okay they have everything we needed. they have childcare as well depends on the age you can schedule when you want to get pick up and drop off. the hotel is great for what you pay for. amenities are just great. i really love our room so much space compare to any room for the price you pay on hotels on the strip.

This place was fantastic. Arrived early and they were able to check into our room. Room and view was fantastic. The hotel has many great restaurants to choose from. The staff at the hotel as well as restaurants were great. Looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our four-night stay at the Red Rock Hotel & Spa. With one minor exception, we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. It didn’t seem to be a place that Brits tend to opt for possibly as it’s several miles from the strip but there’s a regular complimentary shuttle service to the strip (last bus back 10pm) and we found this worked for us. The resort is huge with great dining. Obviously it’s geared-up for the gambler but there’s plenty of other ways to spend your money including an in-house cinema complex, bowling alley, spa and plenty of eateries. The Summerlin shopping complex just across the road from the resort is extensive, with some great shops. We loved our room, which was much bigger that we expected and very comfortable. We were at the opposite end of the corridor from the passenger lifts (elevators) so it was a bit of a trek to go to the casino or lobby but probably worth it for the lack of noise from people passing. The black-out blinds, comfortable beds, air conditioning and quietness resulted in really good sleep for much longer than we’re used to. The pools are very nice with plenty of comfortable sun beds, although shade can be limited and if the wind gets up the sun umbrellas are taken down. Security on the pool area is tight with room cards requested before you can enter. We didn’t do any of the in-house entertainment in the evenings (to be honest, I didn’t see much evidence of this) other than the cinema, which is huge. For shows we either drove or got the shuttle into the strip. Locals seem to love the Red Rock and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to holidaying singles, couples or families. Top tip - the buffet is huge and good value. Ask the staff and get yourself a Station Casinos preferred rewards card at no cost. This will allow two people in your party a discount on each meal. If there are four of you, get two cards.

Liked the rooms, casino, restaurants, and amenities. We disliked the "inflexibilities of the staff. My wife fell at the hotel Spa, and broke her wrist. After spending all afternoon in the ER, we wanted to drive home, but the hotel refused to cancel our last night of our stay.

A decent vegan menu, I had an "Impossible Burger", there are several other options available. This was our first encounter with shuffleboard, what a brilliant game! 12 foot (or so) table, like table top curling, huge fun! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good food and drinks (I had a very decent pint of IPA). Their wall collection of animal heads were all simulations - well done by them! Demerit point: pricey. But it is a Las Vegas casino! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

the spa @ red rock has always been good over the years some amenities have been lost there use to be cans of juices on ice coffee sometimes is missing and now you have to ask for everything toothpaste, razors, toothbrush its like spa help forgot how to work for tips however i will always stay @ red rock even with this small hiccup the spa was recently remodled & updated with all new gym equipment & it was done very well the biggest positive for me is the fitness room is open 24 hr with room key & the spa is open @ 5 am which is just great I've stayed @ red rock throughout the years many times & it is one of my vegas favorite hotels

Early bird specials for hotel guests. I've had the regular massage, and the hot stone massage. The facilities are very clean, the staff professional, and friendly. It's a great place to relax.

This place is gorgeous. Incredible views, amazing amenities and courteous staff. The food was also amazing and the pool area was a lot of fun to hang out at. Waking up and looking at the canyons every morning was breath taking.

Nice breakfast Omelettes and make to order eggs. Great selection of meats and breakfast items. Many stations to minimize lines. When ordering an omelette, you can ask for fresh eggs.

My husband & I ate this afternoon at the Cafe. We will never eat there again. We both ordered two NY sirloin steaks which we have had there in the past and been very satisfied. First of all when our dinner was served, the vegetables were rotten, broccoli was brown as well as the cauliflower and zucchini. My husband cut into his baked potato which was baked early in the AM & reheated--my husband cut into it and there was a rotten spot in the middle, the waitress brought another one and the same thing--she offered to bring a 3rd and my husband said no as his steak was now getting cold. She brought out a new batch of broccoli which was cooked properly but left the rotten vegetables on our table. At the end of the meal she asked if we would like a box and we said yes and when she brought it, we had no place to put it on the table as NO DISHES WERE CLEARED AWAY, so I had to put the box on the bench next to me and try and get my steak in the box to take home. At this point I asked for the manager to come to our table as I wanted him to see the rotten vegetables. First of all, he was not the least bit friendly and very stern with us, He said he would address the rotten vegetables with the chef and agreed with us that they never should have been given to the waitress to serve and I said the waitress should have refused to serve them in the 1st place he then walked away. This manager is Robert, I can't believe the Red Rock Casino would hire such an unprofessional manager. Disgusting!

This hotel does define the term luxury. The room are well appointed, comfortable and complete with a soaking tub. I will leave the review for the casnio to others but this is a place to go for pampering

Bar far the nicest casino and hotel off of the las vegas blvd strip. nice, clean, modern and just the right size. its not as big as the strip casinos cutting down on your chances of getting lost.

Red Rock hotel is located in the heart of Summerline, the most affluent section of Las Vegas, at the west end part of the city. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the rooms are modern with nice amenities. The hotel is adjacent to Downtown Summerlin, a beautiful shopping center with all typical big-box stores (Macy's, Dillard's) as well as many high-end stores and many restaurants. If you looking for a good alternative to strip hotel, Red Rock hotel and JW Marriott (Rampart) should be your best choices.

It is lovely clean , comfortable atmosphere modern food court , lot of option to choose from Wings , Chinese , Pizza , Sandwich , Sweet and drinks , very quiet , I had the best 20 pcs of Chicken Wing ( Bone -In ) I had in my life , very fresh , not frozen , so mouthwatering , very good size meat , not pigeon ! it is a classic , not pricy , I can see myself I will be here every day and night ! talk about stomach ache , that was well worth it , and you know what's more scarier than a pandemic ?? it is a world chicken wings ! if you stay at the resort ,you got to have to try the wings ! truly amazing !

I used facility's in spa a bit moldy smelling in steam. But showers lockers yoga area very people friendly

Amazingly nice resort feel to a casino/hotel/resort close to the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area. Leaving McCarren Airport, take the I-215 loop westbound and get off on the Charleston Exit. You can't miss this place. It is out in a nice suburban area but if this place were on The Strip of L.V. Boulevard it would probably be very popular. The atmospher and treatments are all nice. Typical higher-end spa pricing but not as exhorbitant as some Strip resorts

Disappointed. As a local I've heard great things. Experiencing it tonight is less than satisfactory. Valet attendants weren't attendant. The bell desk attendants were less attendant than valet. The front desk had no one...not a single person at the desk upon arrival. The room we got has a great view but is a smoking room and it reeks...which was my last straw. I did not book a smoking room. And the individual who "popped" up to check us in didn't advise us of the room type. Again. Disappointed....and can't sleep with this stench.

We visited this casino a few weeks ago during our visit to Vegas. We went to this casino for breakfast at the buffet because we were on our way to Red Rock Canyon. It was really clean, had fast service, and there were plenty of choices. The price was VERY reasonable for the quality of the meal. I would recommend visiting this buffet if you are looking for a good buffet in Vegas (off the strip) or are on your way from downtown to Red Rock Canyon.

9th floor, facing the mountains. Reminded us of a smaller Tuscany room at the Peppermill in Reno. I'll give the bed a 4 of 5. Seemed to bottom out a bit, but we slept fine. No disturbances. Had a problem with no tv remote, and a plugged shower. But they took care of it by the time we got back in the evening. We'll come back, if we get a similar offer.

Modern comfort- tastefully decorated rooms - nice view of the city and strip on city facing side - just don't get room number in the 50s it is a long walk!

I decided to try it since my ex always talked about it so was there for a night..Nice.place away from the crowded Vegas strip. I come to Vegas alot so strip croud is not what I look for. It will be different if is my first or second time...I decided to stay here at least one or two nights and then go to downtown for a night and then strip..This way I get relaxing and party time in.. The buffet at this place is best for the price and I think is the best one around. Breakfast buffet showed me that they are really good. I did Bellagio Buffet two days ago and now sitting at a buffet table at Paradise Buffet freemont and Red Rock topped them.

I stayed at the Red Rock Casino, Spa and resort for 3 nights - June 30th and checked out July 3rd. The room was exceptional with canyon views, the casino was great, and they had all different restaurants on property. The Lucky Penny is open 24 hours a day and you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also ate at the greek restaurant Naxos which is not your typical greek food and prices were quite high. The pool at Red Rock was exceptional and family friendly. I also checked out the fitness center and worked out on the treadmill.

This property is beautiful and has lots of things to offer. Many restaurants. machines and a great spa.

We enjoyed a couples massage while staying for a long weekend. My massage from Madison was terrific! Unfortunately, my husband’s massage was unremarkable. If you want a serious, deep tissue massage, I highly recommend booking with Madison. She has been in the biz for 18 years and it shows in her skill. Enjoy!

I am a local here in Vegas and have came to the spa twice for a facial. My first facial ever was there with Karen and I fell in love. I have been traveling for the past five months and have gotten several of facials and they were never the same! Today I came back to red rock and with my luck Karen was my therapist! I was very excited and it was just how I remembered! I don't know what it is about her hands but it is so relaxing she does a fantastic job. Overall the spa is very clean and all over the workers are very helpful and nice. You cannot stay at red rock casino without going to the spa!

We came here for a conference and some of my colleagues experienced great difficulties with the hotel. My room's view was excellent of the red rock canyon but was located rather far from the elevators. My boss experienced a lot of trouble with his room key. He had to go up and down three times to the front desk before they gave him the housekeeping key. When he finally got to his room, a house keeper thought he was a burglar and screamed at him to stay put while she calls the cops. Fortunately the manager arrived in time to tell her that my boss wasn't breaking in and that he in fact got the key from the front desk. I'm not sure why they'd give him a housekeeping key to begin with as opposed to moving him to another room...but that's what they decided to do. This hotel is also quite far from the strip, it takes about 30 minutes to get there by taxi or you could wait for a shuttle that comes every two hours (it also stops working at 10pm). Not the best experience unfortunately.

Worth it with minutes away from Red Rock Canyon and 30 minutes from Vegas Sky resorts. It is also 30 minutes from the strip and airport. The best place ever. Love the setup.

The hotel itself is very good: Pros: - Service is excelent - A very good Spa center - Rooms are great, especially the bathroom Cons: - Bad location, the hotel 30 minutes drive from the strip (not including the time you spend on parking), and the shuttle service is not very convenient. It operates once in hour or more, and drops you off at the very start of the strip.

We stayed for 5 nights in June 2014. Absolutely loved it! We may never stay anywhere else in Vegas. Great accommodations. Great casino. Great restaurants. Great pool area. Only complaint: Free Wi-Fi in casino but 14.99/day in hotel. Really?? This would be such an easy way to be off the charts excellent by allowing free Wi-Fi in room. But we will be back for sure.

We chose this hotel because of proximity to local family, but it was so clean and nice I'd go back every time we visit!

Had a fantastic meal for the whole family and friends. Great selection and high quality! Good value. The dessert counter was especially good and the no added-sugar cherry pie was great!

First interaction with valet on arrival sets the tone, the lobby is modern and feels quite elegant9. Check in was swift, we stayed in a standard king room which was spacious and continued the modern theme. Great view of the strip in the distance. Note the hotel elevators are the end of the building, so can be a long walk to your room. It certainly isn't the cheapest 'off strip' property but is worth the money. The casino is big and buzzing with lots of good dining options and family friendly options including a bowling alley. Well worth a visit!

We winter in the Summerlin area and enjoy coming to the Red Rock once a week, if not more. I seem to win more at the slots at Red Rock then when I play on the strip. We enjoy the Regal Theater senior Wednesdays and have made that our date night. Friendly staff and fun games all the time. We even won a couple dollars betting on the Super Bowl.

They had a concert but didn't let potential guests know so the pool was closed from 3:00 pm on and it was horribly loud until almost 11:00 pm
The whole resort is great. But The Yard House is my type of place!
So. Your company arranges a World Wide event in Las Vegas and your thoughts go to Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Wynn? ... no Red Rock Casino about 10 miles or so west of the strip. The heart drops as far as your expectations. Then you arrive at the place. Check in was fast and friendly, there is a nice little bar just there too to get the first cold one in asap too. The rooms were typically huge and had everything (except coffee making facilities) available too. Decent aircon (which you need!) and a comfy bed. I ate at the buffet (which was exactly as you would expect .. good value for money if you are mega hungry, but the quality was just OK), T-Bones .. the steak house. Very good food but really quite expensive. Had breakfast in the Grand Cafe one morning, which was lovely and good quality. But my favourite place was The Yard House. Loads of different beers from around the world, great american / tex-mex food, and fantastic service too. Especially Deanna and Christina. I ended up there every night for a drink and sometimes some food. There is talk of my company doing the same again next year ... if so, I will be looking forward to returning to The Red Rock!
