Delicious omelettes and croissants

By Tonya |

We ate here two mornings during a conference, and while the cost was high, the food was delicious (and convenient).

The food and service was fantastic at Revue

Ji Parks is the BEST server of all time.

By Keaton K |

Imagine this, you are starving, lost in a metropolitan Austin, Texas. Not sure what to do, until you see Revue, glimmering inside the Fairmont Hotel. You enter and graced by the most amazing waiter of all time, JI PARKS, with the help of Ji your hunger is slain and you walk out of the restaurant fat and happy. Great food. Great service. Great times.

Awesome!

Best hotel and restaurants ever. Rachael is the best server and we loved it! She is amazing! Everyone is nice and it’s as good as it gets!

Ask for Big Jim!

By nct1 |

Stayed at the fairmont for three nights over Easter. Hotel was great in all respects but our favorite part was seeing Big Jim every morning who took phenomenal care of us in addition to giving us great tips for things to do and see while in Austin as this was our first visit. Breakfasts were great and included a build your own breakfast feature which I loved because I am not a buffet person(which they offered as an option). Thank you big jim and team fairmont. See you soon I hope!

Revue Experience Amazing

By Ryan M |

The food exceeded all expectation. We came in with a group of 10 and ordered the entire menu, which was phenomenal - highly recommended! Our waiter, Zachary, was extremely attentive and had great recommendations.

Food was delicious and our server was amazing!

By Cori O |

First time visiting Austin and this is one of the best restaurants! Food was delicious and our server Isabel was FANTASTIC! Very welcoming, explained the menu very well and excellent customer service! We will be visiting again on our next trip!

Alif rocks!

By Urvi N |

We had one of the best experiences dining at Revue. Alif was simply amazing . He took great care of us and went out of his way ! We enjoyed chatting with him about his experience and his life in general! Food was DELICIOUS!!!! We will be back again for sure and Kudos to Alif for raising the bar!

Delish

By Nicole H |

Tugce was amazing (our server). I highly recommend the garlic bread (big surprise), pizza, oysters, and shrimp cocktail. All was sooo good!

Amazing Service!

By jer |

My partner and I went to meet one of our friends for her birthday at Revue and it's an understatement to say we had an amazing time. Our server, Togce, was incredibly kind, funny, and accommodating, and we felt at home and cared for from the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out. The food was delicious, and Togce's warm service truly went above and beyond for us -- I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you Togce, and thank you Revue for the memories!

Best Brunch in Austin!

By Julie3158 |

We went to Revue (at the Fairmont Hotel) this past weekend for a belated Mother's Day celebration. As with the prior times we have been there, we came away incredibly impressed--it's truly the best brunch in Austin. There is a wonderful buffet, a beautiful raw bar, and a small plates menu all included in the fixed price. The small plates are things like chicken and waffles, brisket tacos, crepes, fried rice, congee, and many others--you order as many as you want for yourself or your table and the waiters bring those. Everything is delicious and really high qualify. The atmosphere is fun and open. Everyone we had there with us loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place.

Anniversary week

By Darrin S |

The restaurant was amazing A lot of different styles where anyone can find something they like We tried a variety and everything was great Brian K was a bartender who kind of became our server and who made the experience 6 stars He did a lot of things for us off the menue n off the cuff that made us feel like we were someone special or famous (but we’re not lol) We will definitely be going back!!!

Great Raw Bar!

By Jose M |

The restaurant accommodated our group of 8 very easily on a Friday with no reservation. The restaurant was very clean and had a great ambience with the lighting. Our server Isabel was very knowledgeable about the whole menu and recommended “the Nibble” for our table. Very tasty and easy to share for a big table!

Amazing food, amazing waitress, amazing tea!

By Vetwife |

We were staying at the Fairmont for a conference and decided to go to Revue because the menu look interesting and it was convenient and well priced. We are so glad we did. Miescha our waitress was simply fantastic. She helped us narrow down our choices and made excellent recommendations. The pancake appetizer was worth coming for alone. But the main course didn't disappoint! We stuck to the Asian menu as we weren’t feeling Italian or raw, but those menus looked great too! The Taiwanese beef noodle soup got better with every bite, and the Korean tofu (we had beef) bowl was simply amazing. Dessert was delicious and we had tea and coffee with it. The Madame butterfly tea was everything you want in a light floral tea after a great meal. I was so pleased with the experience I may eat there again today!

Brunch Paradise

By Sandy Beaches [Christine] |

Wow, we stayed at the Fairmont and decided to take advantage of the Sunday brunch special at Revue. This place was amazing! The upscale buffet style of options for food - everything from eggs to oysters! Not to mention, $2 mimosas made with nice Prosecco. We got a table on the porch area next to the band and it was lovely. You have to stop here for brunch it’s so worth it. It reminded me of an upscale all inclusive... usually those two words don’t go together but in this case it did! Try the churros and waffles!

Great food and awesome hostess!

By Mauricio G |

We are staying at the Fairmont and went to Revue for dinner last night. Food was great, with an awesome atmosphere. Purity, the restaurant hostess was amazing. It was late, we were hungry and tired, and she found a way to accommodate us, even though they were managing a wait list. Great customer service from her. She was so friendly that we will certainly be back!!

International food hall

By TheTravelFoodie |

We were staying at the Fairmont and this beautiful, casual eatery was downstairs. The girls that seated guests were friendly and all smiles. The interesting menu caters to lots of different tastes. Italian and Asian feature prominently. I tried the crispy chicken bowl one night and the pork belly fried rice another night. Both were interesting and tasty. They were twists on Asian food but nevertheless creative and well executed. The chili oil was my favorite thing. We leave tomorrow and I’m getting the two dishes to go so we can enjoy them for lunch back in Dallas. That’s how much I’ve enjoyed their food. The kind mgr Mitch is making an exception and getting those made at breakfast-time. Thank you all for your kind hospitality. We will be back.

Fruit Loop cake

By Lori |

Service was phenomenal and food was completely amazing! Unique but really good flavors! The fruit loop cake sounded odd but, oh my goodness, so good! Cody, our server, is very good at what he does! Thank you for kicking off our first trip to Austin! Good food! Good service! Comfy atmosphere! Classy!

Thanksgiving Loser

By Captain S |

Our small family eats out for Thanksgiving. This year was the first bad meal we’ve had in years. Revue had some sort of strange ordering number scheme for the meats to keep from doing all you can eat. The scheme was poorly explained to us so we ended up with a very small amount of turkey, ham and chicken. The dressing was awful. It was very mushy and seemed to be made out of croutons and biscuits. To make it worse they added sausage to the dressing. How do you screw up basic cornbread dressing? Much of the meat and vegetables were not warm. They didn’t have traditional Thanksgiving dinner rolls but had a dozen other very weird breads. Dessert was pretty good.

Bachelorettes in the House

By aimeepaladino |

We ate at Revue with a group of 18 bachelorettes and everyone here was very accommodating. Our waiter, Jasper, did an awesome job getting all our drinks and food ordered as quickly and effectively as possible with 18 loud and hungry women. On top of the service, the food and drinks were delicious! There are three separate restaurants within revue which gives you lots of options. The most amazing part was they were actually able to split the check 18 ways (sorry ya’ll!) and it only took about 15 minutes to get us all checked out. While we were waiting they brought out a bunch of crepes on the House. We all very much enjoyed our dinner and would return!

Dattacon18

I ordered the Kalbi Asian bowl and it was delicious. Everything taste fresh and it caramel out hot. My co-workers seemed extremely pleased with their orders as well.

Excellent service (Go Chicago)

By Terri C |

Server: Zachary Zachary was wonderful, food was great. Austin is a wonderful city either hot or cold!

Great Service, Great Food

By Megan L |

Went to ReVue for my bachelorette party with 9 people. Alif was our waiter and gave us an experience to remember. Whether it was explaining the history of a dish, or getting my friends to try oysters for the first time, when he left our table we all had smiles on our face. The food we got was so tasty. I think we hit all sections of the menu and everything looked and tastes amazing. I can't wait to come back!

Best service in ATX

By David D |

Our visit at the Revue was a treat. Ambiance and food was great, but the best part was the service. I am very satisfied with the warm and personable service given to us by Miescha. Her recommendations, timeliness, and personality really made my wife's birthday dinner just perfect. I'll be back, and when I do I will request Miescha as my waitress.

Andrea Iglesias

By Lore P |

The food and service was incredible. Especially our server Isabel. I will definitely return very soon !!

BEST BRUNCH!

By Sophia |

We had the most delicious brunch here. We sat at the bar and experienced the best service from the bartender, Michael Tucci. He made the best recommendations and ensured that we our fill of everything to try off the made-to-order menu. He was stealth-like in his consistent filling of our water glasses, and made sure we had every drink we desired from fresh-squeezed juice, coffee, and mimosas. His customer service was incredible! The buffet style food was amazing as well. Love the shrimp & grits and the charcuterie selection. Don't even get me started on the all-you-can-eat shrimp and oysters. Best part of the brunch altogether! We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Great food, even greater service

By Jordan C |

Went to Revue with my boyfriend for date night and had the best time! Our server, Alif, made our experience one of the best we have had since moving to Austin. He was very knowledgeable about the wine list and was able to suggest to us the best wines to go with our meals. If you visit Revue make sure you request Alif as your waiter. You will not be dissapointed!!

A very ordinary breakfast

By SeshKomanduri |

Had breakfast at Revue...and was underwhelmed, to say the least. The seating is very limited and if you are solo (like I was), you are given a seat at the counter facing the glass sheet overlooking the kitchen (meaning, with your back to the rest of the people). So, the waiters forget that you are there and you dont get any attention...try to get that coffee......forget refill! As for the breakfast spread.....it is, at best, miserly for the price they charge you. No fresh juices, and very small bits of fresh fruit (limited to 3 varieties). A forgettable breakfast, a forgettable plce

Diverse eatery, sometimes great and sometimes not at all

By raharrington85 |

I really want to love Revue at the Fairmont; I ate here 4 times. The restaurant is themed to be multiple kitchens with multiple neighborhoods, offering a fairly diverse selection across cuisines. The restaurant sits on the ground floor of the hotel towards the back. The facility itself if gorgeous with almost a kind of movie-set feel. Reception was mixed, sometimes very professional and fast and other times slow with rude host staff. The servers were universally good but sometimes disappeared for long periods of time (perhaps overworked). The food was mostly fantastic, although I recall one morning when the buffet (normally spectacular) was terrible (poorly stocked; bad tasting and old food). Likewise, sometimes management engagement was visible and effective and other times management staff were absent. The cost is a bit on the high-side for the inconsistency in service and quality. Overall, Revue is not a great value at this time, especially for a hotel surrounded by great restaurants. However, there is a waiting gem in Revue if the management can tune the restaurant for consistency in high quality service and food and bring the operations up to the level expected in a Fairmont.

holiday dinner

By Linda D |

My husband and I were staying at the Fairmont for 5 days so we decided that we should try one of the restaurants and Revue didn't disappoint. We had a lovely side table just off the bar and our waiter was very attentive. We loved the menu and the food was delicious

Alif was AMAZING

By Nick O |

What started as a quick dinner before he headed out for the evening turned into one of the best dining experiences of our lives. Alif greeted us with a smile and chatted us up before recommending the perfect drinks, appetizers, and pizza. Throughout the night, he made us feel like we were guests in his home. And I must say, the food matched the service. The pizza was one even Dave Portnoy would rate 8 points or higher. I know Austin is known for its food and we have much to explore, but I expect to find ourselves back at the cozy Italian pizzeria near the lobby of our hotel. 5 stars.

Best Customer Service!

By Turkey |

Miescha was the most patient and kind server. She was great at working with all of our dietary demands and requests. Such wonderful energy and willingness to ensure we had a great dining experience. The food was wonderful, beautiful décor, and would definitely recommended this.

Enjoyable

By MrJoelB |

This place has a somewhat eclectic menu, but it seems to work. Lot's of small plates. You can choose from poke, ramen, Italian dishes and more. It is not too formal, so a good place to have a bite after a busy day at work.

Great food and great service

By Ryan A |

Our group up 9 was very well accommodated by our server, Togce. She was very friendly and made sure our table was clear and glasses were full. The food was extremely good especially for the price. Great spot with a great ambience and I would definitely recommend!

The Breakfast Buffet is Scrumptious! Quite a lovely assortment of Breakfast favorites. Even the watermelon delicious. The ambiance is charming! Daniel and Jim will make your dining experience exceptional!

Yummy pizza for a quick bite

By egsmarci |

Freshly made pizza. Nice crust and sauce was tasty. The burrata Cheese was a nice touch and the meatball pieces was very flavorful. Would recommend for pizza for sure - the staff was friendly and efficient.

Delicious food and Delightful service

By Courtney O |

Loved the food! Highly recommend the crab fried rice. Bryan made the experience unforgettable. Thank you!

AMAZING

By bgolden69 |

I went to Revue and had Alif H as our waiter. Starting right there if you know him than you know how great he is. It was my first time in Austin and he recommended awesome food to try out and places to see. We tried the raw bar, crispy brussels sprouts, polpettini, tomato & burrata, okonomiyaki pancake, apple cobbler pancake and the cookie. I really enjoyed Alif he was so personal and friendly which was refreshing! I can’t wait to come back to Austin especially for Revue & hoping Alif is still working there! Thank you for making our experience great & memorable. The atmosphere is super fun, love all the different set ups.

Revue with Zachary

Dinner was fabulous with a very energetic personality while keeping things professional. Korean Fried Wings are spectacular a must have!

Lovely service, excellent food

By Riley M |

My husband and I came to eat at the restaurant after our luggage got lost at the airport upon our arrival. Our sad arrival to arrival to ATX soon changed by the excellent service. Our server, Isabel, was a sweetheart and very enthusiastic to have us there. She recommended a dish for my husband who’s vegetarian and it was fantastic! The ambient of the restaurant is also very nice. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in town!!

Thanksgiving Dinner

By Jason S |

Great ambiance, space and service. Alif took amazing care of us including recommendations, pairings and fun. Food was great. When not dining with a large family setting and just eating with your immediate family, this was a great option. Seek out Alif.

A nice scenic place

By 995valeryv |

I think I had reviewed this place already. The ambience is nice and cozy. The serving given to me was huge but delicious. I was not able to finish my meal as I was quite full from an earlier meal I had and I was quite tired from the conference I attended during the day.

Alif & Alicia

By Shanae A |

Walking into this hotel I did not know what to expect ( food wise ). I thought it would be overly expensive, I came in to dine, was greeted by an Alicia who knows her stuff ! She is also friendly and gave us a good laugh. Alif was our server , he connected well with our kids and made us adults feel like we were on our own vacation. Hes amazing, great conversation 10/10 we'll be back for him !

Good food, Amazing service

By Young Man |

Been meaning to write this review for a while. Had my birthday dinner here back in January and our waiter, Alif, really hooked us up. Got me a free drink, free dessert, free appetizer, and gift bag of Austin-themed souvenirs in the road. Could not have asked for a better night.

GREAT FOOD

By Mackenzie K |

This restaurant was incredible. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and servers made for a great night. Our server Ji Park was so informed about the dishes he was serving. Having someone who truly enjoys the food they are serving makes all the difference!

Wow! Great service and time!

By 13FoodLover13 |

This restaurant experience surpassed my friends and mine expectations. Bryan, our server, was so patient and tentative. He provided great recommendations and made our experience an unforgettable one. He let us try a few menu options such as the cheese board and a great dessert crepe! Definitely recommend. Would love to come back next time we are in Austin.

Nice Italian restaurant in the Fairmont

By Josh S |

We had a very nice Italian meal at this resturant. Upbeat vibe, good food, adequate wine list and excellent service. Attire was dressy casual. We dined at about 7 pm on a Sunday night and it was not a problem to get a table. That said, best to make a reservation.

Amazing from start to finish

By Garrett McFarland |

You wouldn't expect hotel food to be this good, but Revue takes those expectations and upends them. From the moment you walk in you'll notice this isn't your typical eating establishment, the decor changes from each of the themed areas inside this one restaurant. The themes correspond to a menu that offers a surprising amount of variety without overextending into one particular culinary style or another. You'll find a wealth of options for any taste. I found the service to be fantastic day or night, even during their breakfast buffet they aim to make your experience the best they can. I was never left without service or within earshot of a waiter/bartender. I really felt like the staff here really cared about what it was they offer over other restaurants and I thank that in part to Mitch. He cares that they were living up to their high standards, I think they exceed in that department. I found this to be my go to happy hour spot to get a small bite to eat and enjoy a cocktail or two. Rick (one of the bartenders) expertly mixes some of the best drinks in town! I enjoyed a few meals here and found that everything I ordered was good. Usually you'd get something and you'd be disappointed by something, but not here! The standouts to me are their Edamame with Pork Floss, and the breakfast pizza. Let's not forget they also have an amazing dessert menu. I honestly don't know which I liked more the King Milk Shake, or the Mexican Mocha Affogato. Both were so good I think you have to experience them both. The handmade marshmallows or the milano cookie are something to be experienced! I ended up taking home some seasonal sliced pumpkin cake back to California and it was fantastic as well! I know where I'll be heading next time I'm in Austin for a bite to eat. I suggest getting a drink when you're about done for the evening and enjoy the view from the 7th floor balcony, it's a lovely look of downtown Austin and a perfect way to cap off an evening.

More than a bartender

By GMH17 |

Alif was creating more than personalized drinks tonight. He made memories for every guest at the bar in a way that was personalized to them. Saying forget the menu (which was also amazing) and creating custom craft cocktails for every person sitting around his bar. They all genuinely were enjoying themselves and when I came to get my to-go dinner I was sucked in to stay for one drink. He made everyone feel like they were together, while also giving them their own treatment.. teaching them about local craft ingredients or politely dropping drinks and letting them chat. He’s a gem.I said “i hate gin” he said, i’ll prove you wrong if you let me try. I stand corrected, Alif.

Excellent variety of food with a casual, fun atmosphere

By txbatgirl |

Ate here during a conference and Ryan was our waiter. Very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Restaurant was open and casual with unique decor that made it very welcoming. Menu had an amazing variety with Asian and Italian influences. I had poutine (Candadian/French) for an appetizer and an out of this world pork belly fried rice for entrée that had wonderful smoky and ginger flavors.

Ate lunch at Revue

By jennycT3993YT |

I was staying at the hotel and went to Revue and ordered the Fried Avocado Tacos which had pickled onions, cabbage and a great Asian sauce. I would order these again! The salad that came on the side had lettuce that was a little beat up/old so I did not eat the salad.

Superb Food & Great Service!

By Jenn F |

A group of 3 of us walked into Revue on what seemed like a calm night with no reservation. We were promptly greeted by a host named Ana. She was super friendly, and extremely helpful! She explained the unique concept to us and sat us on the “porch.” Our sever quickly greeted with a smile and asked us how our night was. We created small talk and she explained the restaurant in detail. There was an Italian kitchen, a Raw bar and an Asian kitchen. We were given great drink recommendations and food recommendations as well. Our server Brie (like the cheese, she said) sent out some Brussel sprouts on the house, along with the signature, Okonomayki (spelling?) pancake. Both to die for! We ended up getting some house made pasta, poke, pizza, chicken wings, and other various things for the table to share. Everything was absolutely amazing! Though stuffed, we were encouraged to try a crepe and I’m glad we did! The apple cobbler one was great! Brie got quite busy toward the end of our meal but she still gave amazing service and handled everything perfectly! Though we were in town for a convention, we’d love to transport this place back home! If you’re ever in Austin be sure to check this place out! You won’t regret it!

Superb service amazing food

By RolandoMarin |

Our first meal in Austin and it was more than I expected. Super good food and cocktails. However, the service ranks at the top of my restaurant experiences. My wife and I loved this small cute Italian spot. Highly recommend.

Dattacon18

By JSLoveis13 |

I ordered the Kalbi Asian bowl and it was delicious. Everything taste fresh and it came out hot. My co-workers seemed extremely pleased with their orders as well. Update: went back for my anniversary dinner, the food was good. No complaints. You can order from 4 different kitchens, that’s a treat. The menu doesn’t have a lot of items but enough.

When plans give you lemons… Make Pasta!

By Melissa C |

Long story short- We originally made plans @garrisonatx in the Fairmont hotel but due to some misunderstanding, my husband and I ended up having reservations at revuerestaurant right next door. Yes, at first we were very disappointed. It was Valentine’s Day of course and wanted something very romantic. To our surprise, the service was amazing, the food delicious and the desire to go back is at an all time high. Every Dish that came out was on point. Thank you to the staff and of course our extremely sweet waitress Ayana.

Kind and friendly environment

By Chanelle M |

The desserts and cocktail were good. Even more importantly, our server, Tugce, was excellent - very down to earth and humane. Thank you :)

Getting Bubbly w/ Alif

By Shanae A |

March 12, 2022 ! We came here on a limb & Alif welcomed us with a warm celebration. We mentioned my engagement and he poured us a celebratory bubbly & a tiramisu from the Italian menu. He is the definition of hospitality. I think everyone can learn something from ALIF. Keep up the great work Alif, we absolutely love you! You are what the world needs!

Great Service - Lots of variety

By kburkhal99 |

like having four fine dining food trucks in one location. The restaurant is beautiful and laid out well if you have a larger group or want an intimate spot. The food was good and the variety fun. It was not the best I have tried, but good nonetheless. The service was great and the desserts definitely worth trying. It was our most expensive meal of the week.

Ok Breakfast

By James L |

Had the opportunity to eat Breakfast on a Sunday Morning before leaving. Breakfast was OK and the service was subpar.

Perplexingly Slow

By coachbunch |

Stick to dessert. This food court style restaurant may be convenient if you are staying at the Fairmont but if our experience is any indication, do not eat dinner here. Drinks took forever, food was underwhelming and took a long time. Plates came out staggered and one at a time. There was almost no one here and that should have been a clue... But that makes the slow service very perplexing. Time just seem to stand still. Also did not feel the value either. Dessert, however, came fairly quickly and was a work or art! Rich, warm, moist and yum. We all shared some crepes and chocolate cake. That was the highlight. Bottom line: If you have a sweet craving, this might fit the bill. Otherwise take an Uber or a scooter and go find a better option - even if you have to deal with a crowd.

Best Brunch Buffet in Austin

By Mark A |

Incredible Brunch Buffet!! Best in Austin!! Food was excellent. The migas, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, lox, cream cheese, bagels, blueberry pancakes, English toffee crepes, brisket tacos, and pastrami were all favorites. Food is excellently prepared. Tastes like all dishes are prepared individually for order. Service was beyond excellent! Everybody from the maitre de to the host staff, servers and the waiter were super friendly, helpful, and a real joy! Highly recommend!! Will definitely return!!

Review of Revue

By klecknersteven |

Revue captures the imagination and breaks the boundaries of what you would expect from a traditional restaurant experience. With multiple themed areas scattered throughout you are sure to have a different “view” each time you visit. Our family of four was seated on “Garrisons” family porch overlooking the “courtyard” bar as dusk beamed through the surrounding “tree” foliage. Needless to say the theming of the entire space was on the level of a Broadway stage. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions were appropriate and everyone left satisfied. I highly recommend the Pea Risotto and Prosciutto Pizza. The sourdough pizza base made my partner question their loyalty to our local pizza shop! The night was made complete with our amazing server Tugce. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations as we navigated the mouthwatering menu. She was attentive without being intrusive and made us feel like family. Truly outstanding service from start to finish. Don’t walk, RUN to this amazing establishment inside The Fairmont Austin.

Customer service

By Jeanette H |

This restaurant was a 5 star. The food was full of flavor. Arrived at the table very hot. You could tell it was made fresh. The presentation of the food was great. But if that’s not enough the customer service was excellent. They brought us 2 appetizers on the house. Then when the chicken wings came late (which were worth the wait) they took that off the tab as well. Definitely recommend this place!

good food

By Misty C |

Our waiter was great. He went over the whole menu with us. Food was good. Pasta dishes were small servings. It's a little pricey but we were happy with our experience.

Smaller but Delicious Meals

By BKC |

We were staying in the hotel and did not want to go out to eat. The Garrison restaurant required reservations, so we went to Revue (located just outside of the Garrison). We both ordered the Hamburger and it was delicious. The menu says the portions are smaller/European style. There was plenty for us. Another night, we had the Pizza of the Day and it was probably the best I have ever tasted. It was enough for 2 at only $14. The bartender was very nice and knowledgeable about the bar selections.

Amazing experience thanks to Ji Park

By Hecallsmebutterfly |

We were in town for the Austin marathon and decided to get a bite to eat at Revue, our hotel’s restaurant. The menu was inventive and the dishes proved to be superb. If I’m being honest, the highlight of the entire meal was our server, Ji Park. Being from South Korea, he had genuine excitement and enthusiasm as he described the regional meals of his youth to us, and his recommendations didn’t disappoint! Be sure to order the Korean Tofu Bowl and the Shrimp Tom Kha and the Revue Shake... amazing! We’ll be back for sure!

Service was good. Drinks were high priced.

By Paul P |

Service was good, but the mask wearing was unnecessary especially outside in the warm Texas winds....Drinks were too high in most cases.

Undeniably one of the best dining experiences in recent memory

By Rob R |

My wife and I live in Montana and are visiting Austin for SXSW. Our first night here, we met with friends at the Fairmont Austin restaurant Revue. Tired after a long day of traveling, we probably would have been happy with a simple meal, but instead we were provided a dining experience that ranks up there with the best we ever had. The food was amazing, unique and delicious (house made pasta omg) but what made it an ‘experience’ was our server Alif H. From the beginning he made us all feel welcome, unrushed, and served unique beverages he made up for us on on the spot. Our water glasses were never empty… his friendliness and effortless way of making sure we were taken care of was such a treat. The entire staff treated us like royalty. We left stuffed and I’m certain we’ll be back again during our stay here. Highly recommended!!

Great Service

By Jaren H |

Revue has a great atmosphere and a variety of options on the menu to choose from. Zachary our server was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had a great attitude. I highly suggest the Korean wings and the Shrimp Tom Kah. We will be back!

Fun and well done

By Lawrence2300 |

We tried the raw fish , several small plates, followed by a pizza. Every dish was perfect. Waitstaff was professional and friendly. Timing of dishes was smooth and uninterrupted wines by the glass were well selected and generously poured. Unusual concept well delivered

Will have to return!

By Austen E |

Amazing food and very beautiful restaurant. We had Isabel as our server and she was great-- very great service overall. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in Austin.

Very diverse selection of quality food for brunch

By ET101 |

My brother took me there for Sunday brunch with his family and I was very very impressed with both the quality of food and diverse selection. It has the usual seafood, which includes local oysters, salad, breakfast items and desserts. In addition, you can order made to order small bites including American classics and French food croque monsieur and Chinese wonton and congee!!! I was very surprised! Recommend trying the croque monsieur. I don’t have sweet tooth so I was happy that the fee mini tarts that I tried weren’t that sweet. We had to pay extra for mimosa and Bloody Mary, but mimosa was just $1 per glass. I guess they just want to prevent people getting drunk. There was also live music, but the performance that day wasn’t very good. Overall, I was very satisfied and would go again.

Fantastic Food/ Great Service

By dbryan63 |

My wife and I ate here with my daughter for dinner. At first the menu descriptions looked a little intimidating to me, but my daughter (who has done some international travel) as well as our wonderful waitress, Caroline, were able to help me out. Appetizers: Even though I'm not a fan Brussels spouts, these were DELICIOUS. Served from the Asian kitchen, they were crusted with chili garlic oil and herbs with peanuts mixed in. We also had the Japanese Okonomiyaki Pancake that's made from shrimp, pork belly, fried egg and kewpie. (Like I said, the description can be intimidating for a Texan who doesn't get out much.) This was not only delicious, but entertaining as well. Once it's served, it MOVES. Not to worry. Nothing is alive, but the lightly shaved flakes do tend to wave back and forth for the first minute or two. (Have the video ready to go!) I ordered to Kalbi Beef which came in a bowl with rice, egg and other stuff. It was great. My wife ordered the Baked Manicotti and my daughter had the Porchetta Sandwich with pasta salad. The manager, Mitch also came over and was informative as well. Between him and the waitress, we learned that this restaurant uses 4 separate kitchens: Asian, Italian, Seafood and American. (I may not have named them correctly.) All of the pasta in the Italian kitchen is made from scratch. Same for everything coming out of the Asian kitchen, etc. Because of this, they told us our food may not all come out at the same time. It actually did all come out within just a few minutes of each other. We also learned that the specialty drinks are created from all of the bartenders in the hotel. So they are truly one of a kind. The Lemongrass drink which is made with Bacardi was exceptional. And the decor is something you'll want to pay attention to as well. It's a movie-set theme. Pay attention as you go to the bathroom--you're going "behind the scenes". Great food. Great experience. Great Atmosphere. Will definitely go again when we're in Austin. I highly recommend the Revue!!

Awesome food and awesome service!

All of the food was quite delicious. Miescha was our server - she was wonderful. One of my favorite Austin, TX brunches. I fully intend on returning.

Ate more meals here than we ever expected!

By Jonathan |

Heading in to our trip to Austin, we expected to be taking advantage of the plethora of great restaurants in the city, while having our breakfasts at Revue, the hotel's restaurant. First, let me say that walking in to Revue was a fantastic visual impact! They have done a PHENOMENAL job of tying the decor in to the whole Austin vibe. It actually felt KIND of like dining in a restaurant in Disney World with different sections designed to feel like different places. We ended up dining here four times over the course of the weekend, twice for breakfast, once for lunch, and once for dinner when our bat-cruise on Lady Bird Lake ended later than we wanted to be roaming around the city on a Sunday night, looking for a restaurant. Every ... single ... meal was delicious, creative, and with a TON of flavors! The pastry chef/baker is incredibly talented (easily the best scones we'd ever had as were the biscuits). My wife's tuna poke was perfect and my Japanese pancake dish was perfectly flavorful! And the staff was awesome as well, always making phenomenal recommendations and taking perfect care of us (especially our server, Cody who is ONLY there in the evening and NEVER in the morning, and their manager Mitch). I'm still stunned that in a town with as many restaurants as Austin that we felt comfortable with going back to the in-hotel restaurant! They truly were above and beyond what we have grown to expect with Fairmont properties!

Delicious and great variety

By Karina G |

I love Revue! I ate there twice during my stay and if not for other events I had to attend I would have eaten there for every meal! The pizza is SO good and the brussel sprouts are amazing.

Amazing dinner and service!

By Paige S |

A group of 8 of us weren’t in town for a bachelorette party and the hospitality that the restaurant provided exceeded our expectations! When we first sat down, we received complementary champagne, appetizers, not to mention impeccable service from our waiter, Bryan! He made our night so wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Austin, Texas area

This is my first time attending this restaurant and my first time visiting Austin. Our waiter Zachary was so friendly, outgoing, helpful, passionate. He really made my first experience in Austin very welcoming!!!

Service is simply incompetent. Embarrassing for the hotel!

By Stephan |

Service was a huge disaster. Even the manager just didn't know what he was doing. We ordered drinks first. After asking three times (the manager took over for the third order) we got 3 of 4 drinks. The fourth drink had to be ordered for the 4th time. In the hope of improvement, we ordered starters and main courses. The warm main courses came first. When we asked, the starters were added. - Not nice, that's why I don't go out to dinner with friends. So we complained again to the manager. He initially promised that the drinks that were repeatedly forgotten would be on the house. We were grateful for the apology and accepted it. The food was good. When we were clearing the table, he wanted to add dessert because of the 'computer error'. We only ordered two desserts and an espresso. Of course, everything was charged in full on the bill. There's simply no helping it. Not worthy of a Fairmont. The F&B manager should seriously think about it.

Inside the Faur,not Hotel

By Nancy H |

Had Sunday brunch here. There was lots of selection - a raw bar (oysters, shrimp and smoked salmon), a dessert bar, a buffet, and special order items. The chicken and waffles were good and the smoked brisket taco was great on the special order menu. The lukewarm coffee was immediately replaced when requested and the servers were very attentive. The Bloody Mary was just average and no salt on rim. Perhaps you have to order it with salt but my experience is they usually come salted. I had a special coupon for a reduced price so thought I got my money's worth. Otherwise I thought the regular price was over-priced.

Great food and service

By Cienna |

Isabelle was such a great server, she was very sweet and friendly. The food is actually pretty good, will definitely be back

Stylish & Deliciousness

By Stephanie C |

Revue, inside the Fairmont Austin, is a stylish food hall offering diverse cuisine. We went for breakfast and enjoyed their French-inspired options-especially the Pistachio & Chocolate Croissant, which was absolutely incredible. Outstanding servers Jose and Wilmer.

Ok but not great

By Per H |

We saw that the restaurant had good reviews so we gave it a shot. Have nothing negative to say, but not anything good either. So 3 stars as I consider it average. Had dumplings and Fried rice with mushrooms. Price a little high for average food

Interesting concept--anxious to see it mature

By adalbert3 |

The hotel had not been opened that long, so for a restaurant facility as large as this, it takes some time to catch on. I ended up eating at the bar and had a very nice dinner---Brussel sprouts as an appetizer, squid ink rigatoni with octopus and pecan pie and ice cream for dessert. My food was good, I like the idea that I had numerous kitchen choices and the bartender could not have been nicer or more helpful---she recommended some good wine by the glass choices.

Best Happy Hour in Austin

By Ofelia Ndrecka |

I went to Revue for happy hour and sat at the bar where I was served by the best bartender, Michael Tucci. I had been to Revue before for Brunch and was excited to try their happy hour drinks and menu. From the moment we sat down, Tucci greeted us with a warm welcome, informing us on what was good and being very attentive. He was constantly coming to check on us to see if we needed anything else. What was going to be a short happy hour turned into a 3 1/2 hour visit because the food, drinks, and service was so exceptional. We ordered the meatballs, pizza, bolognese, hazelnut crepe and many drinks. Tucci provided great recommendations and went above and beyond a normal bartender. I cannot wait to return to Revue and hopefully be served by my favorite bartender again!

Great casual eats in Austin

By Robin |

Met with 10 business colleagues this week at Revue, and absolutely loved the variety of small plate choices on the menu. Everyone was content!

Quick and Easy

By Rachel Varner |

The buffet is the best deal on the menu. Service extremely good. Easy to get in and out if you need a quick but delicious bite before you hit the road.

Odd setting, service good, food and coffee poor

By Scottybucks |

We had breakfast here as staying in The Fairnont, this restaurant is located inside it. Odd setting for a breakfast within a smart classic hotel, it felt like we were sat in a theme park. The service was attentive and friendly. The coffee was terrible. A very poor cappuccino which tasted and looked like from an automatic machine for $6. My omelette was ok and perfectly acceptable. The side of fingerling potatoes were very simple, lacked seasoning, a bit under cooked and slightly dry. I was disappointed to receive pre-prepared, deep fried hash browns rather than the classic American diner version. The sausage side was tasty, the highlight of the meal. With tip, $60 was overpriced for the quality of the coffee and dishes received.

fun night and good food.

By J E |

What a great place. Inside the Fairmont. I really enjoyed the vibe. My friend made us reservations here via OpenTable and told them it was my birthday. They treated us nicely. We enjoyed our food. We started with a cheese board. One person got an Asian bowl, one got a seafood tower (Nibble) and another got carbonara. Then ReVue gave us a few deserts for my birthday. My favorite was the apple cobbler crepe. It was amazing. They validate parking for three hours in their parking garage. Makes it a win win! We sat on a table on the porch of their other restaurant Garrison and it was a perfect spot. A really fun night. Thank you Fairmont and ReVue for a night I will always remember. We WILL be back!

Great atmosphere and large kitchen options

By Berkay Ako |

After a recommendation by a friend, I was in Revue by myself on a Sunday night. Not only the food was great, inside atmosphere is unique for Austin. You won’t expect that in a Hotel. I ordered Bibimbap, was delicious but hot, be careful, comes in a hot bowl like fajitas! Also restaurant does not have a huge menu but variety of selected kitchens as seafood, Asian, Italian etc. Bar was decent too. Selim, our server was quick and did a great job from beginning.

Great experience. Ask for Tom’s section!

By MaliFamily |

Went here after a long day of moving and were tired and hangry. After a great meal and great service we are very happy customers! Tom, our wonderful waiter was amazing! Hearing this was moving day, Tom sent complimentary appetizers and sent us home with leftovers and bottled water. Perfect, since we have not yet stocked our son’s new apartment. We are happy our son moved just 2 blocks from the Fairmont and this wonderful restaurant. We will definitely be repeat customers! Will ask for Tom’s section. Tom is an impressive, nice, and thoughtful person. Should also note that Angel, one of the managers stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased with our experience. It felt sincere, not just lip service like at some places. Revue has a great happy hour. Nice that it goes until 7pm. Great drink and food choices. A menu where everyone in the family can find something interesting to order, including Italian, Asian and American bistro food. We had the Brussel sprouts, meatballs with wonderfully creamy polenta, and chicken wings. All very good. Had the beef soup and Angus burger off the regular menu. Soup was great, burger was ok. Love the relaxing, charming and energetic vibe of the restaurant. Felt like we were sitting on grandma’s front porch.

Heavenly brunch!!

By seaotter76 |

My husband and I tried the Saturday brunch, and after a leisurely dining experience, we left more than satisfied -- with the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Our various entree choices, ordered and served at the table, were copious, delectable, and well presented. Do try the chicken and waffles and the crepes! The buffet selections are also delicious, rich in variety, and attractively maintained. We will certainly be back to try all those intriguing dishes we didn't get to this time. Our server, Zack, was personable, attentive, and very helpful with menu choices. Can't wait to go again!

A nice group of restaurants inside a hotel

By 995valeryv |

I ate here when the weather was bad and I need to rest early for a conference the next day. The food was good and the servings were just right for me, although since I was quite full from the conference food that day, I was not able to finish my meal. Nevertheless the food especially the ramen and raw oysters were good.

My wife had been looking at places to eat in Austin where we visited and stayed a few days for a wedding. She found a review of this restaurants and the breakfast menu suggested something that sounded really good. Carmalized bananas on waffles so she insisted we try the restaurant. We were staying in the Domaine area so using our GPS, we navigated to downtown to try the restaurant which was located in the Fairmont Hotel. Well, parking there was horrible. $15 per hour at the hotel but across the street, we found a lot to park for less. At the restaurant in the hotel, there are about 5 other restaurants and a bar in the center of them all which made it interesting. As it turns out, the item we wanted to try was off an old menu and no longer available. So I had the chilliquilles and my wife had the breakfast tacos. The tacos were very good but we both felt the chiliquilles were the best we have ever eaten! The service was good and fortunately the restaurant was on the quite side which made for a good breakfast.

Amazing Food!

By RodrigoQC64 |

Amazing food and incredible drinks. Our server (Rachel) was specially knowledgeable of the menu and suggested really good picks. definitely a awesome culinary experience. Highly recommendable!

Outstanding Service

By ak2398 |

This restaurant didn’t disappoint, with no reservations, our party of 8 was seated immediately. We received outstanding service. Celebrating a bachelorette party, they went over and above. Providing complimentary dishes throughout our meal from appetizers to desserts. Crispy Brussels sprouts, edamame, pomodoro pizza, all delicious. The desserts delicious as well. Happy Hour prices were great! I would highly recommend to groups celebrating special occasions.

Phenomenal service & food!

Brian was an excellent host whose humor was only outdone by his generosity. Could not recommend enough.

Best graduation dinner

By Sierra |

I had my graduation dinner here and this was hands down THE BEST dining experience I have ever had! The waiters were so friendly, funny and accommodating. Alif was our primary waiter and he went above and beyond in making my graduation night special. I highly recommend revue for anyone celebrating a special event! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Literally the best service ever.

By Thomas |

Came to Austin for a trip with some friends. Revue was recommended to us. I'm a huge huge fan of hotel bars/restaurants and this was perfect proof of it. Miesha was amazing!!! The best service. The most friendliest! Can't wait to return!

Amazing Service & Food

By Veronica G |

Alif, our server gave us a 10 star dining experience at Revue. He was very knowledgable about all menu items and made us all feel so special. We were celebrating the launch of a project and he made sure we celebrated right. Definitely recommend the food and make sure you get Alif H. as a server - you won't regret it!

Solid food option - outstanding service

By Exploration313772 |

We had a very solid meal here. The highlight food-wise meal was actually the award winning chocolate chip cookie - though everything was good. Best part of the dining experience, though, was easily Rachel, our server. As good as the food was, she made great recommendations, was helpful, quick-witted and would be worth coming back for based on the service she provided.

So good

By Pri Jain |

We went here for breakfast twice. They customized to each of our preferences and dieters restrictions. So impressed with the food and the service!

Great food, incredible service!!!!

By Adriana M |

We went here on a recommendations from a good friend and you all did not disappoint! Isabel the young lady serving us was amazing, friendly and made our first time experience here enjoyable! Excellent food and service! We will be back!!!!!

Top Notch Service

By Hannah rhodes |

While the food was decent, I rated this place 5 stars based solely on the service we received. Our server, Ji, was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the menu, but it’s ingredient sources and culinary processes. He was enthusiastic, comical and attentive. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Excellent service from waitress Rachel Ford

By Jeffrey H |

I just wanted to give the waitress that we had today a wonderful review. My father ( who concurs with my review) and I were very pleased with her service and her bubbly personality. We commend the restaurant on hiring her, because she is a great asset to the restaurant. Thank you.

Assembly line feeling, but food was excellent

By Raymond Abeltun |

The selection of dishes was vast, food was just excellent and great selection of beers, wine and drinks Restaurant is lrt of Fairmont and the huge comvention center. That is probably ehat gives me the assembly line feeling as a guest. BUT….food was great and thats what i wanted.

Wow! Thank you gentlemen!

By prankin28 |

We couldn't have had a better experience here tonight. Cody and his manager were amazing to us. We had a very long day and were really needing a moment to relax and get a good meal. We certainly found it here!!! We were surprised with a complimentary appetizer which was amazing. Then as we were finishing dessert, we were honored with complimentary champagne as a congratulations for our reason to be in Austin. Really a special experience for all of us. If you are in Austin.....stay at the Fairmont, eat at Revue!! You won't be disappointed. everything we ate....was amazing!

Amazing and baby friendly

By Jony J |

Bryan’s service was beyond incredible. We had our 9months old with us and he made sure to provide everything we needed for him including boiled eggs and steamed veggies. Asides from the service food and cocktails were delicious! Definitely will be back again. Tip: happy hour is great so if you are around recommend it!

Disappointing

By sylvial993 |

The only items on the menu that sounded even remotely appetizing was a hamburger. Everything else sounded awful. Horrible service and horrible food. One hamburger cost $25 with tax and tip. NOT worth it!

Unique , seems healthy and "hip" atmosphere

By Peter2150 |

It is a amalgamation of 4 concepts into one. You sit anywhere but can order from italian, asian, seafood or sandwiches. Very good, pricey but solid service and laid back atmosphere.

Breakfast was great!

By Jeni H |

Husband did the breakfast buffet and it was on point. I had the quinoa power bowl and it was a delicious way to start the day. The servers were awesome, friendly and helpful at 7 a.m.!

Great hotel restaurant

By Bobbi1975 |

Great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner. Excellent pizza, excellent oriental food, great service by Allie who spoiled us by bringing out dishes and desserts for us to try. All within the beautiful Fairmont hotel Austin

Wonderful place to dine and brunch

By SRao2015 |

This restaurant located in the beautiful and chic Fairmont Austin has some amazing food for dinner and wonderful brunch. Prices just blow you away, very comparable or cheaper to stand alone restaurants. The chefs have done an amazing job of creating the menu along with the F&B team in this open concept market restaurant. Wonderful.

Best Hotel Meals And Exceptional Service

By E P |

Checked in late evening to the Fairmont Austin. Rainy night so exploring the city was out. Went into Revue expecting the usually boring hotel restaurant food but what we got was exceptional food and even better service. It was so good we went back a second time. Very diverse menu Asian, Italian Seafood etc and all done very well. Can’t recommend one dish over another since everything we tried was delicious including desert. But what topped it off was great service from Alif the first night and not to be out done Meischa the next night. Great food great service and totally enjoyable time with friend. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

A lovely evening with Alif

By Annie C |

Alif curated an excellent meal and helped us look inward in order to unlock our truest desires. We were met with a cascade of tantalizing flavors, resulting in the sort of divine ecstasy that could only be described as holy. Alif knew us better than we knew ourselves, and for that I will always be grateful.

Great Food

By mmacdonald0614 |

The Revue Austin has such great food. All my friends had great meals. Myself I had the Okonomiyaki which is as good as anything I had in Japan. Rachel our server super good, great service and so friendly and Helpful. You have to try the Okonomiyaki.

Very eclectic and awesome food

By sbenderski |

Adorable upscale food court. The crispy Brussels sprouts alone were worth the trip! Burger was standard, huge portion of fries! Some gluten free options, but not as many as I’d hoped for. Great place for a casual get together.

8 for Sunday brunch - Caroline took great care of us and food was amazing

By KimRinger111 |

first of all, this hotel is amazingly beautiful. Next to the convention center and Iron Cactus it was an incredible experience. It was Sunday brunch day, brunch was $35 dollars with $2 mimosas and $4 bloody marys. The place is gorgeous - reminds you of Vegas in some ways - and we loved the upscale food and service. They have a buffet with shrimp and grits, eggs, beautiful thick bacon, and a variety of unique choices. There is also a form at your table where you can order oysters, biscuits and gravy (the best biscuits I have ever eaten), chicken and waffles, crepes, eggs benedict, pastrami, shrimp cocktails that are made to order and brought separately from the buffet. Delicious!!! We loved this place! Very unique restaurant. We will be back again soon!

Love it & Cody is the best!

By Allie623 |

Love the Revue. We’ve eaten here twice and have had the best service! Please ask for Cody - he knows his wines and gives excellent service. A wide variety of food suits everyone and happy hour oysters are great! Definitely recommend to all!

Great drinks & service

By nikkicarmenkeck |

I hope I get this name right…Hayley @ Revue made our mornings/early afternoons. She mixed some great cocktails, provided great service and awesome recommendations for what to see/do in Austin. Cheers!

Best food in Austin

By Ofelia Ndrecka |

We went to Revue for Brunch and it was by far the best food I had eaten on my 5 day trip to Austin. I was amazed by the enormous selection of foods at the buffet, they had absolutely everything I could want. On top of the huge buffet they also had plenty of a la carte options that were amazing. My absolute favorite was the chicken and waffles, they were the best chicken and waffles I have ever had! The eggs benedict, pancakes, and crepes were also amazing! Our server Bryan made the experience even better. He was so kind, funny, and professional. He constantly checked in on us to refill our water and mimosas and was very accommodating to all of our needs.I especially loved the goody bags we were given at the end that we could fill with any little treats we wanted to take with us. I cannot wait for my next trip to Austin so I can go back to Revue and try the dinner next time. Whether you are staying at the Fairmont or not, Revue is a restaurant you will not want to miss.

Enjoyed the Variety

By Teri S |

The asian and Italian fair was great. The pizza had a delicious crust. The bar has a wide ranging menu and the staff was excecellent.

Great Spot !

By Dave Ortega |

Was recommended to me by a friend and it instantly became a favorite! Amazing Food and our server Isabel ,made everything so smooth and extremely enthusiastic! Will be visiting a lot more !

Great food - pity about the interior!

By savystayer |

This is a hotel restaurant which is situated in what could only be described as a warehouse with Disney style mock Texan old storefronts around the sides and tables arranged outside them.. It is rather lacking in atmosphere - more suited to groups than couples. However, this is somewhat forgiven for the food- the most amazing Lasagna i have tasted and superbly cooked gyozo.

yummy

By ss1783 |

Very yummy breakfast. The wait staff keeps pouring the coffee n juices until you say no more. You will definitely have a pleasant experience. Its a little pricey but worth it.

Great food

By Spadiva2011 |

Me and a friend visited the Fairmont and had dinner at the bar at the Revue. The bartender Jevelle was amazing! He was very attentive and gave awesome suggestions. Amidst being slammed he made our experience great! I love his soullll training tribute! Will definitely come back because of his interactions.

Loved it!

By Rachael F |

This place is incredible. Not only is the food delicious but the customer service hits different. Sebastian blew our expectations out of the water. He was very attentive and had a great sense of charisma. I know places that are good but this was truly.. untouchable.

Good food, Great staff

By kllrwolf |

I ate here 3 nights out of the 4 I stayed. I was helped by Miescha and Alif. They helped me choose items that would work with my food allergy, as well as had the knowledge to help me pick a bottle sake to go with my ramen (good ramen bowls, not the instant stuff) as well as a tea to go with dessert. The remembered me each night. They were very friendly, and very on top of things.

Incredible Experience

By samanthaell |

First of all, I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Revue. From the moment we walked into the restaurant the hostesses greeted us kindly and showed us to our table ( I made a reservation under my name). Then, we were greeted at our table by name by Bryan G. who delighted us with his personality and explained the drink menu to us, while also filling our water glasses. In a timely matter, our server Ji greeted us and impressed us with his menu knowledge, Every question we had about the menu he answered with ease. Ji showed us kind and attentive service, while Bryan continued to build rapport with our table throughout the entire meal. Now for the food and drinks... wonderful! We had cocktails and Rose and everything was so tasty. We started with the Brussel Sprouts, which were unique and delicious. I had the Carbonara for dinner and was very happy with it. Not to mention, everything we ordered came out very quickly, and we were hungry so that was great. The dessert menu features daily cake slices among other things. We tried the White Chocolate Strawberry cake. The cake was moist and flavorful, a perfect end to the meal. The prices were fair, the atmosphere was so cool, and the service was outstanding! As an Austin local, I can not wait to return and bring my family and friends along with me. I will definitely be requesting Ji & Bryan G to take care of us. Thanks so much for making us feel like VIPs : )

Fabulous Dinner!

By Leslye S |

Love that they take reservations and yet not a pretentious experience. The food was terrific and our server Alif was fantastic and made the evening even better!

Great Food and Great Service

By Sarp |

I visit Austin for a business trip for two days. In my first day, I had my dinner with my colleagues in here. Foods were great also the service was so fast by Selim. He was super helpful and good at his job. He served desserts for free! I strongly recommend you to come here.

Interesting Idea that needs work

By East-mt |

Revue is the Fairmount Hotel’s primary restaurant. Instead of focusing on one type of food, they attempted to have 3 types of food share the space, each with their own nook...with a common bar (a raw bar, an Italian place and an Asian place). A 4th nook has a sweet shop. There is something wrong with the space and it feels a little cold. The service is fine and the food is good, but not great. The concept is interesting...but it wasn’t a place I really wanted to spend a lot of time.

Best Menu! Better Service!

By Grace C |

The Revue at the Fairmont is absolutely beautiful. Not only is their menu diverse and delicious but the service is 5 stars. My friend and I were staying at the Fairmont for my birthday and our server, Alif Hornessy, made it fun. He explained things on the menu, cracked jokes with us, and made us feel like queens. At the end of the meal, we were surprised with celebratory champagne! It was an experience I will cherish.

Awesome Breakfast Buffet

By Jody D |

We ate the breakfast buffet at the Revue restaurant on a Sunday morning, and it was awesome. Our server, Hannah, was very efficient and took great care of us. She kept our drink glasses full without us having to ask. When she found out it was our anniversary, she made our day with a special treat — a wonderful crepe filled with Nutella and topped with mixed berries. The buffet was excellent. Everything was fresh and the entrees were kept hot. We loved the chilaquiles, which had a wonderful flavor, and the thick-sliced bacon. Other items included ham, sausage, oatmeal, croissants, pastries, house-made muffins, bagels, yogurt with all kinds of toppings, fresh fruits, meats and cheeses with house-made pickles. We will be back!,

Dinner and drinks

By Scott B |

Our server Bree and manager Andrew went above and beyond to make this a night to remember. Superb service and every dish was top notch!!! If you are in Austin be sure to stop by Revue in the Fairmont Hotel.

Amazing breakfast brunch

By gabriel d |

The breakfast buffet was great and had soooo many options, was very impressed! Also very grateful for our server Isabel who took great good care of my wife and I even though we ordered from the buffet.

Fabulous hidden gem brunch!! With Live Music!!

By Elsomalo |

We stayed at the Fairmont (lovely hotel,) so decided to get brunch on a Sunday morning. For $35 the selection and quality of food was amazing! From eggs all sorts of ways, enchiladas, bacon, sausage, brussel sprouts, potatoes, croissants, breads, fruits, yogurts, cheeses and meats, an amazing raw bar with oysters, jumbo shrimp, lox and all the fixings, and a fabulous pastry selection...not to mention the "small bites" you can also order to compliment the brunch. I wished I could have tried more, but there is only so much one can eat. I did order a dumpling and waffle that never did come- oh well- I was so full there was no way I'd be able to eat it. Oh...and get the tomato toast-pure umami punch. Did I mention the fabulous live music? And all of the servers were so pleasant. We mainly had Zach, who was so fabulous. I feel like it's a hidden gem here, and well worth the money. I'll return for sure.

Great service!

By Bernadette T |

Good food and great service. Isabel serviced us and was very attentive. Will come back again! Highly recommend.

Overpriced yuppie food and poor management

By Colleen.ETfamilytravel |

The hostess gave us a less than welcome greeting and had trouble figuring out how to seat 5 people. She finally sat us. Service was quick but our server obviously wrote up the wrong order. We only ordered one tofu bowl but they insisted on trying to bring us another one 3 more times! I asked if anything I ordered was spicy and was told no. The fries I ordered were way too spicy. We also were treated to a hair in one of our dishes but they did comp that one meal. We also had to google a few items to find out what they were as there was no helpful descriptions on the menu. We then get the bill which was wrong also. We were double charged for some items and others did not match the price in the menu. It was corrected and brought to us again. Everything that could go wrong did. We definitely would not return. If you’re staying at the Fairmont there are a million better choices you can make in the area.

Wonderful Service

By Lynda W |

Had a great dinner at Revue in the Fairmont. Delicious Pad Thai and tasty pizza! The food was fantastic but even better was the excellent service and attention from Tugce. She made the entire dinner experience truly wonderful.

AMAZING service & fantastic food

By Andrea L |

We came here for a bachelorette party and we had an absolute amazing time. Our server, Brian, did a fantastic job! The food was amazing, the ambiance was welcoming and management was so hospitable! Tiffany, the manager, ensured we had a wonderful time and we can not thank them enough. I highly recommend the pork belly fried rice and the crepes for dessert!

Great Brunch!

By J Craig W |

I realize that I said 'great brunch' and it is. It is the best brunch in Austin with a great selection. But we decided to have dinner there and found it to be wanting which is the reason I cannot give it a higher rating. The menu is varied as to different Italian and Asian dishes but then the choices seem limited and if one does not like the selections offered one is just out of luck except for the good ol'15 buck burger. Not that I would take anything away from the Tuna Poke which as very good. The upper level restaurant offers the more American or European menu so I suppose one would eat there is they want a steak. This is not to say the food on the dinner menu is not good as it is...but not great. And as others have said the food comes out when it is ready so different people get their order at different times and unless you are sharing the dishes it just does not work out well. I suppose the reasoning for this is to get the food to the patron fresh but just a couple of delays and unhappy patrons. But then I've been there for three brunches and will be there again...
