This place is fantastic. If I lived in Dallas I would eat here all the time. The burgers are delicious especially the one with the chorizo/beef patty and fried egg. Perfectly cooked and juicy. Plenty of apps if you are going for drinks. Can't go wrong with their Texas caviar. I wish the chips were a bit fresher though. Good selection of cocktails and beer. Pleasant experience all around.

My son and I tried this place based on top ratings from TA while we were in town for the Cotton Bowl. The burgers were awesome! - fresh, hot and juicy and cooked a perfect medium rare. Fries were also very good, probably the best I have ever had. The Management was very accommodating- initially we sat down at a table and they asked if we would mind moving to a different table do they could accommodate a large party. We agreed and they comped us done chips and queso which was very good.

Rodeo Goat is different but worth it. Huge freshly made burgers. Was told by our outstanding server “Billy” (who was awesome ambassador of Rodeo Goat and Dallas) that everything is made garden fresh and brought in each day. Fun place and would definitely come back again.

Happy hour spoiled by rude waitress Braden (sp?). Ordered 2 pints and a bowl of fries while we contemplated what to have for dinner. She dropped off the suds and spuds and walked off without bringing napkins. Tried repeatedly to get her attention and, finally after 5ish minutes, I caught her eye and asked if we could please have some utensils (as we needed napkins for the greasy fries). With loads of attitude, she said, "For fries???" as she walked off to fetch us napkins…not an unreasonable request at a restaurant lMO. She dropped them at the table and walked away silently, so I said sarcastically, "So sorry to bother you, I know you're busy" (restaurant was not even 1/3 full at the time). Her rudeness was disappointing and unnecessary. If you dislike the public so much, maybe you shouldn't work in a restaurant as waitstaff? We decided to go elsewhere for dinner, as there are plenty of options just as good--and better--within a mile.

Great burgers, great fries, great beer, great service, fun ambiance...what else can I say. Try it, you’ll like it.

Everything was great! Food, Environment, and especially service! JP did an awesome job of making sure we made the right choices for food, and was on top of making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, burgers were definitely ground in house and were very carefully profiled. Everything we ate was wonderful and very well put together. Will definitely come back!

If you're looking for a great burger and a casual place to enjoy it with a drink, Rodeo Goat is just what you're looking for! They have a great selection of burgers with a wide variety of creative topping combinations that are excellent. The Mike Rawlings and the Ranch House were two of our favorites - unique ingredients that paired together really well! And the homemade BBQ or dill chips were really thin and light, seasoned well but not overseasoned so that the taste of the perfectly cooked chips still came through the seasoning. The fries were above average, too. Didn't get to try the milkshakes this time because we were in a hurry (and the server was honest enough to tell us they would take a bit of time for the bartender to make - kudos for her candor!). The building is nothing fancy - concrete block walls, concrete floors, bar height tables that will seat up to 10 or can be divided into smaller groups makes it a great spot for any size party. We'll be back to Rodeo Goat the next time we're in Dallas!

The best way to describe this restaurant - welcome to a “fusion burger joint”. The eclectic selection of delectable burgers was incredible. The goat burger infused brie cheese with the patty and then covered it with two types of cheese, applewood smoked bacon and a toasted cheddar cheese crisp. Amazing. Our group also enjoyed the country Joe and the fish patty as well as the Chaco Oaxaca burger. The thin mint milkshake was smooth, creamy and very tasty. We enjoyed outstanding service and the energy inside the restaurant on a Wednesday night was incredible.

My husband & I arrived for dinner. As we were walking through the parking lot to enter the building, I was reaching in my purse to get my mask. Before I could even get it on my face, a young employee pointed at me as if I was a criminal because I didn't have my mask on yet!! If that wasn't enough, he began to yell at me as well!! We couldn't believe the unnecessary ugliness and hate!! It was very unprofessional and uncalled for!! I am VERY familiar with the mask rule!! I certainly do not need some young man treating me like he did just because I didn't have it on YET!! Our burgers were ok. They weren't bad! Just average. They pile on the toppings in order to disguise the smallness of the hamburger patty. But seems to be very popular and a great place for families!

I was searching for a good buyer and beer for me an my son. Found Rodeo Goat and I got to say the burgers where awesomely delicious!

OMG! OMG! OMG! Which stands for Outstanding, Magnificent, Greatness!!! If you are in the Dallas area anywhere within even an hour's drive from Rodeo Goat, it is worth the time and distance to treat yourself to some mouth-watering, indescribable deliciousness. This food is what foodie's dreams are made of. Order the Cheese Fries Surprise. You will eat them. You will love them. You will be full. But eat the burger anyway. Because just when you think your stomach cannot hold a crumb more, your pallet and tastebuds will beg to differ. Amazing. That is all.

Lunch on a Sunday was quite tasty. Good service. Great burgers and especially good fries. Well priced too. Will be back!

Laid back -- a casual place to hang-out at! Grab your own seat and check out their unique selection of burgers, sides etc. I've enjoyed every bite. Lots of young people -- they know on this. Fair prices, reasonable. It all tastes so good.

We just flew into town around noon and my wife and I was hungry so I googled places to eat and the name caught my attention. I had the DCC burger and not sure which one my wife had but both were very good. Service was great as well. We was glad we stopped in.

Not only was the food fantastic, but they were closing the kitchen when my large group arrived and instead of sending us away without food they stayed open - graciously I might add - to serve us. Thank you! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I went with my wife and our friends. We loved it! The burgers were great and the drinks were creative and delicious! Highly recommend!

Nice staff, cool location, reasonable prices and very good burgers! Different sports channels on multiple screens and big selection of tap beers. Have to recommend this place!

Food was superb but waitress was less than interested. Never came back to check on us. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what.

Such a cute fun place. We went on a Wednesday at lunch... had plenty of seating and even got a swinging bench table! Ordered the the half price cheese fries... you don't need a side with your burger if you get these... I built my own Burger and was not disappointed... make sure you get the smokey mayo and try the truffle Burger!!

Found this gem on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. Busy spot for a weekday lunch crowd, and I can see why. Service was great. Food was great. Lots of options on beer. Highly recommended.

Food was great, service was better. We went late with a toddler in tow we had just left Dallas Childrens hospital after the worst day of our lives to date, they were very accommodating and patient as none of us were thinking clearly.

We had burgers, fries and beer. Lots of awesome choices, simple but what they do is fantastic. We will definitely be back next time we are in the DFW area. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

To begin with, I am a disabled veteran (80%) from the U.S. Navy. I never got a chance to experience this restaurant, because apparently one of the members of my party did not don her face covering fast enough to please the hostess and she directed our group to leave (only 3 of our party of 5 had arrived for dinner. We don't drink so we weren't intoxicated!) My wife and I drove to Dallas from Waco to spend Christmas with our nephew, whose parents drove up from Austin. We stayed at the Anatole and were told that no restaurants in the immediate area were open, so the concierge found that Rodeo Goat was open. We were looking forward to trying their food. Instead we ate our late evening Christmas meal at IHOP where it was busy, but the service was much more warm and inviting than RG. The next morning, my wife called RG to follow up and inform the management of our less than desirable interaction. When my wife described the incident, the girl on the phone stated that she was the person with whom my brother-in-law and his wife were accosted and told to leave. I don't remember if she stated her name, but SHE became loud and belligerent on the phone with my wife. She informed us that the requirement for face covering is posted on the entrance. After becoming louder and more aggressive and before my wife could ask to speak to her supervisor, she hung up the phone. This is not good customer service and the girl should take a course in customer service. It is also curious that since it is a requirement to enter wearing face covering, and since my brother-in-law's wife did not have a mask, I am wondering why that hostess was willing to bend that rule by providing her with a mask and then order them to leave when she was too slow to don the mask? As a disabled vet, when asked where to eat when visiting Dallas, I will advise NOT to patronize Rodeo Goat. Merry Christmas!

Walked in 15 minutes before the kitchen closed and they took care of us quick! So think kind of a sports bar atmosphere, nothing fancy, long tables and stools. Some 'regular' tables in the back. GREAT Burgers, seasoned chips were OK, Drinks were good too!

The In Da Club burger was awesome. Seasoned just right cooked to medium. Great service, pleasant wait staff. Frequent tea refills and comfortable, casual atmosphere. Reasonable prices for this restaurant nestled in a high-food-cost hotel neighborhood. I look forward to coming back and trying other items.

This is an unobtrusive building with a cool atmosphere and some eclectic burger and food choices. The seating inside is long tables, community style. They have lots of awesome burger choices, local beers on tap and some tasty side dishes. The Steaming Pile is tater tots smothered in cheese with dipping sauce and as the menu says it is "so good"!

I had the hot bastard! it was spicy and make sure you add the jalapeno bacon to your burger! Try the Texas Caviar!

One of my favorite burger place! Love the food and location. Wish they would feature some live music sometime. Really great place!

So many burgers to try, so little time! One of my favorite burger places in Dallas. Fun to go with friends, get some cheese fries, and enjoy one of the many beers on draft while hanging out on the patio. Staff is always polite and service is pretty fast, for as busy as they get sometimes.

Spectacular Typical Texan place, very good and quality food. Friendly staff. Convenient parking and location. All good.

My kids and I were staying at the Hilton Anatole and were looking for some place to eat near by. Someone at the hotel recommended Rodeo Goat so we checked it out. I was pleased with the safety precautions they were taking and everything was clean. I got the Sugar Burger and it was scrumptious, wish I could have one right now. It has grilled peaches on it which may sound odd, but it worked. It also had candied bacon and a spicy jam. Once I saw candied bacon on it, i knew that was what I was getting. My son got the kids slider and said it was really good. It seemed to be the perfect size for him. To cut down on the spread of germs the menu was only viewable online which was not a problem for us. I appreciate their thoughtfulness when it comes to that. They have a vegetarian option which is the impossible burger, we didn't try it but I'm sure it was equally tasty. We had the goat balls for dessert and they were yummy. They're little deep fried cheese balls with powdered sugar and an amazing jam sauce to dip them in. My son still can't stop talking about how good the jam sauce was. If you're hungry and in there area, check it out. You'll be glad you did.

I had low expectations coming in. It was a short walk from the hotel for myself and a couple of business associates. I was blown away. Great beer selection, and one of the best burgers I have ever had. Great choices of sides that were all great. The place was so good, we came back the next night

Everything we had was good and service was also good. Next time I’m in Dallas I’ll definitely heading back.

Great food and great staff. They have a few of these around Dallas... and they never let me down. Fresh food and a great buy

Ate at Rodeo Goat twice in 3 days. Hamburgers were cooked properly and very flavorful. Cheese fries and loaded tater tots are a must have. Won’t be disappointed in this restaurant.

This is probably one of the better fast/casual burger joints I've visited! The menu is jam packed with plenty of options with a little bit for everyone to enjoy. Beers come out nice and cold with a great selection of local brews. This is a great spot if you want something quick that is better than a drive thru, but can also be a good place to just go and hang out with coworkers or friends. Pros: Clean restaurant, easy to read menu, options for all dietary needs, convenient parking, and great patio (with individual fire pits). Plenty of space in and out, large drink menu with beers being a main focus. Located close to some major hotels in the area. Cons: Can be a bit hectic on busy days. Looks family friendly but it depends on the day/time you go.

Was taken here by a close friend, Food was outstanding, Drink selection was great even some great food with Austin Eastsiders Pineapple Cider. I enjoyed a Vanilla Shake with a BBQ Bacon Burger. Our waiter was out of the Bar area and was very forthcoming on the drink selection and food operations. I would definitely recommend this place for future visits.

Amazing food & fabulous service. We would absolutely visit again. Loved everything about our visit. When we arrived the line was out the door & the parking lot was full BUT everything moved quickly. Our wait was shorter than 15 minutes & so worth it! The portions are huge - the food is fresh - & everything is delicious!

Would eat here again. Had the burger with the chorizo and the surprise fries. Really good. Drinks were on point. Great staff and a fun place to visit.

Stumbled into this place and so glad we did! One of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff made it an awesome experience. Highly recommend.

I went there this week with clients. I found the burgers to be very good as were the cheese fries. They has a great selection of beer as well as service was very good

I had the burger with goat cheese, I believe it is called the goat burger. It was so good. They have excellent fries and a real assortment of beers. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Don't let the grim outside of this place fool you. If you love a good burger, this is the place you want to try with over a dozen different burgers on the menu. Atmosphere is very relaxed with a mixed crowd of both families and business people. I had the Chaca Oaxaca....... good stuff.

Came here with family and the burger options - so good!! There are so many options that even the pickiest eaters can find something they like. And the adventurous eaters can get really creative.

Food had lots of flavor. We had the Bodacious and the Nanny Goat. The Steaming Pile was a great surprise; more than just tots. Great beer selection. Nalleli was great.

Great food/drinks, been there twice and might go back tomorrow before we leave back home to Chicago. Highly recommend!

While visiting Dallas, our Uber driver recommended Rodeo Goat for lunch. It was so good! Probably the best burger I have ever had. I had the Sugar Burger with fries--the fries were so good too!

Good food and beer menu. Can be busy on weekend. They do a good job of seating people as quick as possible. Very industrial inside and outside. Food was good, interesting menu. Fun atmosphere.

A pick for a meet up for food, fun, beers and cheese fries! Service was good, food was plentiful and beers were cold.

We went here on a whim, recommended by the place we were staying. The place is cool, good vibe, but just a basic place with no frills. Beers and drinks were good. Then we got our burgers....damn they were AMAZING! I love me a good burger, and these were excellent! We went back again two days later they were so good.

This was a place that was introduced to me by a Co-Worker who lives in the area. It was very different from what I am used to you but in a positive way. The clientel was a blend of ages and very laid back. When traveling I always like to seek out the local restaurants that I know I will not find at home. You can choose to sit inside or outside. We chose to sit outside and the weather could not have been more perfect. I was with a group of four who each had a question for our waiter regarding items on the menu. He was very knowledgable and his recommendations were fantastic. The craft beer selection would make anyone who enjoys those type of beers grin from ear to ear. I enjoy my bourbon on the rocks and did not disappoint.

I've eaten alot of burgers, this was one of the best I've ever had. Reasonable prices too for beer and burgers.

After reading all of the great reviews, we chose Rodeo Goat, for lunch. Absolutely AMAZING food!! Our burgers were huge. It’s like the best homemade burger, you ever tasted. The buns were nice and toasted, meat cooked and seasoned perfectly and the veggies are fresh! The cheddar fries though…the best I’ve ever had! The prices may be higher than other places, but it’s SO worth it! Two adult burgers, cheddar fries, 2 kids plates, sweet potato fries and drinks. After tip was $70 and worth every Penny. We will definitely be back!

We arrived tat Rodeo Goat to a friendly and helpful waiter named Chet. He is by far one of the best servers I have had at any establishment. The burgers are such amazing combination of so many flavors. We were advised to have cheese fries no surprise. They easily feed a family of 6. I had the steak salad. Very good salad and the the rest split a few burgers. They have the meatless burger as well. We watched the game and enjoyed our meal.

I had the Mother Blues burger, and it was one of the best burger's I've had. The blue cheese was just right. The dark beer on tap paired just right, and the shake was clearly all genuine chocolatey dairy goodness. You end up in close proximity with other diners because it's mostly just long tables, but that fits with the vibe of the place.

This was amazing good. I love all the burger options they have there. I can't wait for the cooler weather so i can sit on the patio. They have lots and lots of draft beer options.

We heard a lot about this place so thought on a recent trip to Dallas we would give it a try. It's in the downtown Dallas area but easy to get to. Great ambience inside and if you want to sit outside on the patio. The hamburgers were good but not the best we have ever had. They do have unusual toppings and different sides and everything is freshly prepared. As an ice tea drinker my biggest complaint is no sweet-n-low and they use paper straws. I have to use straws because of sensitive teeth and I think I might have to buy a metal one and start carrying it with me.

Great fresh ground burgers and many craft brews. Friendly staff. Laid back and casual atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Visiting family who suggested this as a favorite place of theirs for lunch. Our server, Madeline, was very friendly, as well as professional and certainly knew the beer and menu options! Four of us all had different burgers. I tried the Sweet Burger, as I'd never had one with grilled peaches and a jalapeño peach jelly. It was AMAZING. You aren't asked how you want it done as they are all done "right" (warm pink in the middle). We prefer ours like that! I assume if you specified your preference you could have it done your way. Don't pass up the sides. We ordered the dill pickle flavored chips and the "Steaming Pile". The later is a bowl of seasoned tater tots with cheese and a sunny side up egg. Mix it together and yum!

If you like burgers this is the place for you. It’s just about all you can get, although they do have a few salads. The burgers are inventive, generous and full of flavour. This is not the place to visit if you are dieting! But, hey, who wants to diet! The place is nothing to look at. We fined inside and they do have outdoor dining but the view is nothing special. It is popular and it goes get very busy so be prepared to wait. It’s definitely worth a try.

These burgers were probably the best I’ve had. The bodacious burger was incredible. Great cocktails as well! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially in these crazy covid times, they did a great job navigating that. The kids really enjoyed the koi pond outside. I would highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best Burger in town and they have awesome salads, and brisket chili too. Great patio with view of downtown. Owner to Managers to staff are always checking to make sure you are happy.

Arrived on a Sunday evening and was told it would be an hour wait which was fine. After waiting an hour we were seated and then ignored by the wait staff. I decided to walk over to the bar which had two bartenders working. Again I was ignored as I stood there another 15 minutes. Now angry I went back to our table only to find my family still sitting there with no menus or anything.. The waitress for our area could be seen intertaining friends in the corner, not oblivious just simply did not care. I frequent the harbor regularly. I will never go back to this place as long as I live. Period!

Great big and juicy burgers! Nice ambience and excellent customer service. The fries were not so good

Don't expect much from the decor here, it is all about the food. You sort of feel like you are eating in someone's garage. There was a large variety of gourmet hamburgers to choose from, to include one called the Hot Bastard and it is pretty warm. Was busy during lunch so you might try to come at a different time if you are on a time crunch. All the food I had was really good and I heard others saying the same.

Excellent service from Christian, cool atmosphere and good priced burgers Not one bad thing about the food or service!! Burgers enjoyed by the five of us with fries as a side Will be back if that way again

The burgers are amazing! The wait staff is amazing! The atmosphere is great! I would recommend eating here!

Great selection of ‘out of the ordinary’ burgers. I had the Sow and the combination of prosciutto and mozzarella on a fresh and yet huge patty was excellent. My sister is GF and they substituted the standard bun. My mom raves about the salmon burger too. Not a fan of the goat chips but fries were really good.

Can't figure out why this place makes the top 10 list of restaurants in Dallas. I compare the atmosphere to a hangar that's hosting an afterwork party. Nothing wrong with that though. There is a good selection of beers, including many on draft. My waitress was ok but never smiled once. My burger was quite tasty, but the chips con queso were quite disappointing, which is why I'm giving a lower rating than if I were to just rate the burger. Finally, this place gets quite loud, so definitely not ideal if you want to have dinner and a quiet conversation.

I’d keep on driving past this cinder block building if I didn’t know better. Eight of us went out to eat after a business meeting at our new office closeby. This place comes highly recommended. Nothing fancy but serviceable custom built high top tables in the main dining area, low boys in “the pen” and picnic tables outside. Tons of waiters and waitresses to handle the big crowd. They have all kinds of burgers (about 20) combinations with some familiar names if you’re from the DFW area. A nice assortment of appetizers from loaded fresh cut fries to chips and queso. You want craft beer or whiskey? Yeah, they got all you want. It’s a good scene. Try it out.

Great atmosphere and character. Interesting burger selections with a little something for everyone. Good beer selection, from the best old school standards to local craft brews. Highly recommend.

Stopped in at the goat as it was walking distance from our hotel. Great find ! I had the Brad Sham burger. It was really delicious, home made patty cooked exactly as i asked. Home cut fries were good too. Offered a couple different substitutes for those not into the burger such as a chicken patty. Cool atmosphere, warehouse type setting. Great selection of beers to choose from. Our server Lauren was great too. Polite, made conversation and prompt. Would i eat here again ? Absolutely.

Great burger! Great atmosphere! Amazing chili cheese fries! Nice beer selection and they have liquor as well.

Tried my first impossible burger here - it was very good but would have preferred it a bit less done (I will change that next time I go). Burgers are very large - cheese fries are very very large and delicious. One extra great touch were the pickled jalapeños - they were home made, not canned and very hot and delicious. I will definitely go back!

We loved eating here, and made a point to come back before our trip ended. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly.

The selection of burgers is great. The food was all fantastic. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the harbor. Great selection of craft beers. Fun atmosphere on the patio. Crowded but the service was good. Highly recommend this place for a fun afternoon of eating and drinking.

What a fun place! We stopped by on a whim because we were staying nearly and needed to grab a quick lunch. This was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. So many options and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Service was also top notch.

Found this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews. I got the Bodacious burger with homemade chips. The burger was honestly one of the best I have ever had. The service was as great as the food. To top it off, I had the Moontang cocktail and it was delicious. If you are in the area, do NOT miss eating here!!!

Our waiter Chris was awesome! His vibe matched the establishment that was fun, laid-back, eclectic. Burger combinations I had never dreamed of, mixed with the Texas brisket requirement, fun adult drinks, and a fresh open kitchen made this place a great stop for our family vacation. Highly recommend!!

Delicious! We had the sugar burger and bodacious almond with fries. The bodacious was absolutely incredible! Highly recommended! Also tried the moontang for $3 since it was a Monday which was a fun drink. Our server, Chris, was fast, polite and friendly!

Specialty burger was amazing!!! It had queso, Mexican street corn, flaming hot Cheetos!! The fries are also very tasty. The outside seating sits the water!

If there's a better burger in Dallas, I haven't had it yet. It is no shock that the Goat continues to expand into other markets. I dig the vibe of the place too, service is on point. The kids like the cheese fries as well...get there early as it packs in pretty quick, regardless of the day of the week.

Rodeo Goat serves up unique burgers on brioche buns, seasoned fries, homemade potato chips, adult beverages and more in a relaxed environment. The Nanny Goat is a personal favorite.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Location great. Here on business. Highly recommend the burger options are second to none.

Love a good burger, any day of the week and recently visited the new location-Casa Linda. The service was efficient and friendly; the menu with too many choices, some very similar and the prices, overpriced. In fairness, the burger and fries were enjoyable, but unsure if the $20 tag will bring me back anytime soon.

Service was pretty slow on a weekday at lunch. Starters weren’t brought until after the main, but I really appreciated the vegan options on the menu.

Laid back place. Good food and atmosphere. Great service. Had a good happy hour for drinks. Walking distance from hotels.

Good burgers and cheese fries. Sat outside on the patio for good scenery- I had the Nanny Goat with an impossible patty. The onion rings were so so. We would come back again.

The place has a wonderful ambiance, there are big tables for parties/bar set eating or in the back smaller tables for regular Dinning. They even have a patio where you can eat with your dog. The burgers were good, not my favorite. You can even choose you patty style, ground chicken, beef or the impossible burger. The thing I loved the most were the fries! They were cooked perfectly and had a great crunch.

We went here for food and drinks and found the atmosphere really nice... chilled and welcoming. The place didn’t look much from the outside but inside it was fab... The burgers here are some of the best we have had... they were really tasty and there was a good variety to choose from...the menu is mostly burgers with different choices.. I would recommend a visit here for definite!

We had two great burgers! The Brad Sham and the Sugar Burger with white cheddar added. The extra cheese was the suggestion of the server and add just the right sharpness to the sweet. All this with extra crispy fries. So so good!!!!

The interior is unique and interesting. While eating you could enjoy some live music, all food tasted really good! This place is worth having a few drinks at. Met so many nice people and drinks were in reasonable price.

Great burger - great chips - follows Covid protocol!! Felt safe - good lake views - quick service will be back

Small menu of burgers with unusual toppings. The three of us were happy with our selections. The cheese fries were amazing! Our server was helpful and very nice.

We went to Rodeo Goat based on the reviews we had read on Trip Advisor and we weren’t disappointed. The burgers were perfectly cooked and the table service was excellent. They get very busy so be prepared to queue but it is so worth it!

Stopped in as our hotel was nearby. We really enjoyed the great burger and nice selection of beers. The service was great and very attentive and fast! I’ll surely be back when I’m in town. Thank you!!

Went here for a birthday party for a friend. A big group of us sat outside at the benches. Had a really good burger, and a few margaritas. Everyone had a good time, and the service was good.

Situated in Coppell, TX, this modern burger joint was spot-on Excellent burgers (We had the Royale with Cheese). Delish! Also shared the Loaded Fries. Comes with lots of cheese and brisket Great selection of beers to choose from too. Service was great!

Tried this place because of TripAdvisor of all places. We ordered 4 burgers, 1 order of chips and queso, and 4 cokes. Burgers do Not come with fries and are $12. Our total was $72.00! This food was not worth that price. Burgers look great online but are small. They really are nothing special, terribly overrated. Not to mention the waitress disappeared for most of our visit and it wasn't even busy. Spend your money somewhere else. The night before we ate at E Bar Tex Mex and that food was delicious, the portions were generous, the service was unbelievable, the atmosphere was delightful and the queso left the queso here in the dust! E bar Tex Mex was $90 for 4 full plates, 4 drinks, and chips and queso but I felt my money was well spent and my family was raving when we left there. I imagine you work hard for your money so spend it on something delicious and worth your buck.

Everyone at our table of 5 had a different burger with one person having no bun and another choosing the gluten free version. All left full and satisfied! The fries were generous, and the service was outstanding!

We came for dinner on a Thursday night. The place was packed, but we were able to find a parking spot and didn't have to wait long for a table. They have a wide variety of seating from communal tables and booths inside to a nice outdoor patio area with picnic tables and white lights strung in the trees. The outside of the building is nondescript, but inside are some of the best burgers you'll ever have. We ordered the Nanny Goat Burger that had herb goat cheese, bibb lettuce, tomato, onion, and garlic herb mayo and the Ranch House burger that had bacon and onion marmalade, arugula, white cheddar, and ranch mayo. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. We shared an order of their tasty fries that came topped with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley, and I had a margarita on the rocks that really hit the spot on a hot day. The service was good and friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a good burger in a fun, casual atmosphere. We'll definitely come back the next time we're in town.

Rodeo Goat was recommended to us by a regular, and they were spot on. The DCC (I think that's the name) burger was terrific, and love their fries as well. The chips and salsa are a great way to start too. The servers are friendly and efficient, and all went well. Definitely would come back here next time in Dallas.

Our group had dinner here our last evening in town. Food and service was great! Fun place to hang out with friends for a casual evening.

We cane here the first time because it was close to our hotel and ended up coming back several times. Quick, friendly service. Great casual atmosphere. Good selection of pub style food at reasonable prices.

OMG! This is the best burger Ive ever had! I had a referral from a hotel I was staying at. The atmosphere is good. The restaurant was clean we could see where the kitchen from where we were sitting. It was open so we could see how clean it was.

Excellent burgers, great atmosphere. Burgers are about $12-14. Lots of different and unique combinations on the burgers. Sides are extra, but large and yummy. The service was excellent. East parking.

We decided to visit Rodeo Goat as a part of our dining out for #MeatFightBiathlon!! I got the Ranch house turkey burger and it was AMAZING!!

Excellent place for the family! Big burgers ! Great service ! Another bigger Rodeo Goat is opening up at the Casa Linda Plaza in East Dallas ! They are going to be cooking burgers outdoors and have a beer garden . Can't wait !

Guess I'm getting old and crotchety. I always get the Hot B.....d burger, medium rare. For $10 a burger, no fries, Think it is a bit much. My burger was mush rare and completely mushed apart. The $3 fries were the bottom of the fryer with more crumbs than full cut fries that were on top. It was a Saturday lunch time so no excuse. Sorry, only time I have not enjoyed it.

In Dallas for a get away weekend and looking for a place to have lunch. We got seated right away. Service was spot on. Drinks were great. Food was great. Atmosphere reminded me of eating in an old garage. It was cool! Hopefully we will get back sometime.

Stunning outdoor overlooking the channel now the river bed is revealed; Fabulous burger menu; Cheeky local starlings can make car alarm sounds in the background; I love the fun waiters and waitresses with goats prints on their chests

That was a great burger!! I had the Ranch House and the bacon and onion compote was delicious and thoroughly made the burger. Would definitely come back if ever in Dallas again!!

If u want to eat a great burger w a twist and uniqueness to it go to this place I love it I've here several times but went with a few friends that had never been here and they fell in love with it

We were in town 5 days and discovered this place. We ended up eating here once for lunch and once for dinner. I tried the DCC and then the Empire and the husband had the Billy Gibbons twice. We split some sweet potatoes fries. All were fantastic! Save room for the cookies and cream shake! Kiddo says the sliders are great with bbq chips. Highly recommended this inexpensive and delicious gem in Dallas!

Fries and burgers were quite good but not mind blowing like reviews would lead you to believe. Beer selection was pretty good with excellent service and kindness from the bartender and kind service from the server as well. The restaurant has a very open plan and almost has a bit of an old warehouse-y vibe? It was also kind of loud. The decorations were quirky and fun though. Honestly the burgers and fries reminded me a bit of Five Guys, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

The burgers are really enough to share especially if you order an appetizer. The chili cheese fries were great! You can tell the chili is made with fresh ground beef. The Ranch House burger had very fresh ingredients. Wasn’t too impressed with the bacon and onion marmalade. The cool thing is you don’t have to get a beef patty, you just name they type of patty and then what kind of fixings. We ate about 8 pm on a Tuesday night and it was pretty full and people still walking in after we left.

This was a delicious lunch I had the DDD cheeseburger with fries and a cold beer. It was a great atmosphere. I was worried it was like 5 guys but it turned out be a restaurant and pub.

A wide variety of interesting burgers that are great. Texas Xavier was fresh and really great sweet or sour homemade potato chips. A slight hint of dill on the sour chips. Not like the bagged dill chips. A slight hint of brown sugar on the sweet but not too much. Excellent all the way around.

Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. It was delicious! They had many to choose from but I had the Bodacious burger….literally melt in you mouth. Portions are large, prices reasonable, and our service was great. The building is assuming so don’t be fooled into passing this one by.

Pretty disappointed...read some previous reviews where reviewers were saying these were the best burgers in Dallas. If what we had are considered by some to be the best in Dallas then either they haven't had a good burger or the burgers are not good in dallas! I had the Bodacious which was small, had virtually no grilled onions and the grilled jalapenos consisted of one slice of jalepeno. Looked nothing like the picture on the online menu! Rest of our group had the royal which again was disappointing, small with meagre toppings. The best burger was the Hola Senorita which despite being tiny was apparently tasty Our server was great , pleasant and efficient and the outside area was a nice space to enjoy a beer but sadly wont be returning to eat

Delicious, and I mean DELICIOUS burgers!!! I had the Cheese Fries Surprise on the 1st visit (half price special on Wednesday) and the Bodacious burger and fries on the 2nd visit. Yep, we ate there twice in 3 days on a recent trip to Dallas. We also had chips and queso and it was also delicious!!! Super friendly staff, good service, and amazing food! I honestly think that this was the best hamburger I've ever had.

This place is a true hidden gem. That’s view of the virgin Atlantic hotel, sugars, just overall low cost but hi vibe experience. I recommend this to Amy Alfonso, Local visitors answer the phone or the food selection of beer and the view!

What an experience! Can't remember exactly what my burger was called but it was fantastic! Drinks were served fast and perfectly! The service is phenomenal and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing! The restaurant was very busy during our stay but don't let that deter you. You will still get great service by everyone with a smile and friendly service! Can't wait to go back when in the area!

This is a great place to have a burger and fries! My party sat on the patio overlooking the lake/reservoir. The vegan patty was one of the best I’ve had…if not the best. I got the “Hot Bastard” with a vegan patty. The meat-eaters in my party all raved about their burgers as well. The restaurant is around a park area as well which would’ve been cool to check out in the afternoon. Overall, a great spot in the DFW metro area!

My son and I when to Dallas Tx for the winter classic hockey game. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was assume. The restaurant was busy but, there was no wait for a table. The service was quick. Staff was very friendly. Thanks for great experience.

Ate at the bar and I never eat at the bar, ssd's o I felt a little weird. Super friendly bartenders and one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten. Liked the goat over the bar and the easygoing atmosphere

Yum, yum. This place has a balance with the food and drinks that hits it out of the park! Well deserving of 5 stars.

Went to this burger restaurant near the hotel in which I was staying on the recommendation of the hotel staff. The decor is kinda funky with pictures of people roping goats. You would think a place that specializes in burgers would be good at making them, but the one I had the “Telluride “ was just not good. The patty was dry, overcooked and fell apart while I was trying to scrape off the massive amount of goat cheese that was overpowering what little flavor the burger had. The fries were soggy. That means the oil was not hot enough and the potatoes absorbed it. Again a burger bar should nail the fries every time. Not impressed.

Big list of burgers and meats to choose from. I had the traditional burger, which was unreal. Meat was really tender, a tad salty which mixed well with the mustard on the burger. Great list of beers and local beers, fries knock the meal out of the park. Great meat overall

We ordered food to go. The place was packed inside. Was glad we found a parking spot in the lot. We took it as a good sign. Nice funky vibe. We ordered burgers and fries. They don't guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination but they did clean the grill and they have GF buns. It was delicious. Burgers were juicy. Good fries. No ill effects for us.

Great food with nice service. Prepare yourself for a delish burger with endless options. Sweet potato fries were great. Chips and queso to start was perfect!

This restaurant was packed with people having burgers for lunch. Some were also sitting out in the garden. The choice of burgers is wide. You can also mix and match the burger with the pattie. The pattie can be vegan too. There is even a sugar burger with candied bacon, grilled peaches and caramelized onions. There are lots of choices of drinks too, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

My family and I visited Dallas for my birthday. We heard about Rodeo Goat so decided to try it. We went for lunch on a Saturday. The Hamburgers were amazing and the french fries were the best. The men enjoyed the beer selection and I had some Goat Balls. They were excellent pasties with cheese in them and a wonderful dipping sauce. I can’t say enough good things about Rodeo Goat. Don’t miss it on your next visit to Dallas!

I'm not a huge fan the few times I attend. Had a salad and it was ok but they grind the salmon into a patty? Avocado ranch is tasty. The fries aren't my favorite. No one raved about the tasty food but they are filling. 2 of 2 folks complained about their martinis.

From the Start, you can tell this is a great atmosphere - bustling and busy with the RODEO GOAT Decor...a little wait, but well worth it! The food was highly rated and did not disappoint - a delicious burger and great sides - and friendly staff - at the top of their craft - come and enjoy like we did!

I stopped by for lunch as it was relatively close to my hotel. With a small party, we were able to be immediately seated. I ordered the River Oaks C.C burger with a side of fries. The patty on the burger was cooked well and was nicely balanced with a solid flavour profile although it leaned a bit towards the bland side. The sauces, mayo and mustard, complemented the burger well as did most of the other toppings such as the tomato, lettuce, cheese, and pickles. My only real complaint about the burger itself was that it was a bit tall and the amount of onions was a bit much considering the flavour profile of raw onions. The fries were solidly seasoned but they seemed a bit overdone as the colour tended more towards a brownish hue than golden. The service flow here was confusing as with a burger focused restaurant, it would lend itself more to a fast casual service flow but it took around 25 minutes to half an hour to get our food which seemed a bit long. The service itself was solid with our waiter being sufficiently attentive. It's not an extremely expensive meal, but a longer wait time can make it less attractive, especially during lunch hours where time might be of the essence.

Awesome Burgers! This was near our hotel and did not disappoint. Enjoyed the Cheese Fries Surprise and Steaming Pile. The Telluride has a great if you like green chiles. The Bodacious was also excellent. The Neil Young was okay as far as meat alternatives go, but the beef burgers were by far the best tasting.

Good food and beer. Great service. Packed, but sufficient space to find a seat. They have a 6 beer limit even if you are drinking lite beer and stay for hours.

I had the Hot Bastard burger and some fries and an Ice Cold Beer! This place is great. There was a wait at lunchtime. That is my only complaint but, it's worth the wait

Atmosphere was fun, menu was fun, service a bit slow (but they were busy), and the food was good, but it didn't have that wow factor. My burger was tasty, but it was small comparatively to other burger joints in this price range and the fries were mostly odds and ends...not a lot of big meaty fries. All in all, solid, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

We had the traditional burger and the Hot Bastard burger. Both were well prepared, though the traditional (DCC burger) says it comes with beefsteak tomato; ours had a puny slice of a regular one that was more pink than orange. The Hot Bastard is spicy, but not overpowering. Fries were good but a little overcooked. Service was good. Pricey burgers.

Had a meeting downtown and tried Rodeo Goat afterward. The El Mariachi burger was so good. Solid beer selection, great menu and a cool vibe. I'll definitely go back.

Laid back atmosphere, ate there 2 times in 5 days. Quick service, cold beer, good food. Would definitley recommend.

Stopped in cause we were all hungry. Wow! what a great find. Great tastie food and great service. Games to plat while wiating for your food. Don't have to wait long!!!

This is a fun slightly eclectic place to get a pretty good burger and the other stuff that typically goes with a burger. If you are in the area and hungry for a big burger this is not a bad choice. Having said that there are lots of places around that are as good or better. Liberty Burger comes to mind as being very similar. Blue Bell milkshakes are always a treat and Rodeo Goat doesn't disappoint. All in all not a bad spot.

The burgers were really good. They have some interesting combinations. Split fries. The burgers are a good size. Splitting them was a better choice for us. Great waitress.

RG is still one of the better casual opportunities for a great specialty burger in town. Quality ingredients, many menu options, and no nonsense service are what keep us coming back! Not your grandparents' burger (price wise), but it's worth a try. Recommend!!

Chose this restaurant because it was near my hotel. Honestly, I'd make a long drive to come back if I had to. They had an amazing assortment of original hamburger choices. Went with the servers recommendation and it was amazing. Be sure to get the homemade chips also.Nothing fancy atmosphere-wise, but a great burger that will not disappoint.

Visited with a few friends and the food was delicious! Drinks were not too bad too and our server was very friendly. I would definitely recommend. Burger was seasoned and I really enjoyed that.

As an off and on vegetarian who at times requires meat, our visit to Rodeo Goat was really good! Service was outstanding (ask for Vincent), nothing was missed on the modifications of our three orders. We were a little picky and Vincent handled it like a champ! Food was served in a timely manner, daily special “Moonmosa’s” were really tasty and the cheese fries were excellent! If you are looking for a really good burgers with some cattle shoot flair, this is your place! I’ll probably go back tomorrow, yes, it was that good!

Great food, staff was excellent, clean fun environment! They are true to the meaning of all the cooking temps. My daughter likes her steak or burgers cooked as “rare as possible” at every place, Rodeo Goat was ALMOST too rare. Delicious on every level!

We stopped here on our way from the airport to our hotel. Food was very good. Service was okay. Took quite awhile to get our food. The server did not check with us after we had our food

Packed most every night, good burgers, music on weekends. Interesting service crew, good atmosphere but get there by 5 during week then the young ones take over.

Take the budaciuos! The best burger in the world, the mix of the delicious jalapeños and burger and cheese and bacon OMG!

Rodeo Goat is a fun and hopping bar / restaurant that is a lot of fun. The service was great (Kay was fantastic) and the choices of burgers (and beers) is almost endless. Try the brisket chili as an appetizer - you won’t be disappointed.

place was packed, but we found a spot quickly, service was fast and attentive. Server was knowledgeable about beer list and menu items as well. Food came out quickly and was perfectly prepared. Burger was excellent.

Looking for a quick lunch while on the way to visit the Reunion Tower. This popped up on Trip Advisor with a good rating. The exterior is a bit understated but inside was very nice. Friendly people, great service, local atmosphere. The chips and queso were very good to start off with. We each had the DCC burger. Fresh, not frozen, beef, excellent flavor burgers, cooked just right. Well earned rating. Give them a try.

The atmosphere and staff were amazing. Their selection of burgers is expansive, so everyone gets to try enough and plan for next trips menu.

Fun, casual resturant. Excellent burgers and fries with extras. Resasonably priced. Outdoor dining is available.

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside but has the best hamburger in Texas. The service is efficient and fast. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food. You will always find the parking lot near full but i have always found a spot and have never had to wait to be seated.

I had never been to Rodeo Goat before so me & me girls went and checked it out. Our waitress was very attentive & everything came out perfect. She suggested the Ranch House burger for me and omggggg. Probably best burger I’ve had. Anyway, super cute, huge outside patio area. Perfect for a nice day. Cocktails were super good too.

We stopped here on our last visit to Dallas. It was fantastic! Great burgers and beer as well as the staff.

I had a excellent first experience at Rodeo Goat. I felt very confident in all the measures they have taken to keep everyone safe, while still being able to offer an indoor dining experience (which was crucial for me because I was getting devoured by mosquitos outside). I ordered the Bodacious Burger, an order of the loaded fries, and a couple rounds of the Moontang’s. The burger was actually really good, cooked exactly as requested, but I mean come on, how do you go wrong with a bacon cheese burger smothered in BBQ sauce sand topped with crispy onions!? The fries were good, but came out room temp at best, and quickly transitioned to being cold before I could even get 1/4 the way through my burger. If you like frozen a fruity cocktails I 100% recommend that you try out a Moontang! All in all this was a very enjoyable experience, and I could definitely see myself returning in the future, hopefully when I do come back I’ll be able to try out one of the rotating burgers of the month.

Service was excellent. You could definitely get in/out if a weekday lunch. The French fries are enough to share. The atmosphere is unique.
Character in spades
Great character and burgers. Highly recommend! In an area with some breweries and other good thins to do. Deep bellum brewery worth a visit also.
