I went with friends and family to dinner at the best restaurant in Mexico, Cancun, Tulum and Madrid... now in Miami!!! The mega nice place, you arrive and have a very good speakeasy to start with a cocktail, which by the way are delicious, try “the poster”. The food is crazy I tried a tuna belly with delicious caviar, a chicharrón of the bouquets to remember Mexico and it's crazy. (Make some tacos) The music I loved, the dj managed to turn on the whole restaurant and get us all up, I had an amazing time, I recommend it a hundred percent, there is nothing rich Latino, nice in Miami, Black Rose finally made it.

Everything was great food, experience, music and service. Eddie was our server and he was AMAZING! The place is stunning and the music great. We really loved the food and desert

Simply amazing service Steve was awesome, food, ambiance all around great experience. Highly recommend RosaNegra !!!!!!!!

A different restaurant. Excellent quality meats, attentive service and care and a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere. Ideal to enjoy a very good meal and have a different time.

Rosa Negra offers a refined and authentic Latin Menu with heavy Mexican influenced cuisine. The ambience fits the Miami scene well without being loud and overstimulating. The service is absolutely outstanding and the food matches it as well. The Branzino is phenomenal!

Amazing food and great vibes! Our server Rubie was the best! She was very knowledgeable and just added to the great vibes. Definitely a party! The orzo pasta was delicious!

From start to finish, our evening at the Black Rose in Miami can not be classified less than perfect! The staff’s attention and Service, from admission to the table, was impeccable. The place, fantastic in every way. The perfect decoration, lighting and even room temperature to give you a feeling of sophistication, class and elegance mixed with emotion, fun and music. But when you know you’re in an exceptional place that’s when you see the CEO working alongside his staff, making sure of every detail. This was the case in the Black Rose. The Director instructing and guiding each staff member to optimize the experience of us, his customers, was the demonstration that this is how this restaurant chain, internationally, are the benchmark of class and sophistication. Thank you and congratulations to Director Juan Pablo Garduno and his team for the best evening we have enjoyed in Miami. And Juan Pablo, we found my wife's suit button! Even in that they supported us!

Steve was amazing!!!!!!! Go see him. Best service and helped us find local things to do. The food was good and good vibes too.

Probably the best surfers I’ve had in a restaurant. Our waiter Manuel was very attentive and excellent as well as rest of the staff. Really an excellent experience and we had a great anniversary dinner.

Food: 3 out of 5 Service: 0 out of 5 Ambiance: 5 out of 5 Vibe: 2 out of 5 Value: 2 out of 5 This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I can remember, and it actually bordered on humiliating. We were excited to try RosaNegra as we are well aware of the restaurant group's offerings in CDMX & Cancun. Further, we generally are super impressed with a couple other Mexican restaurant groups that operate in CDMX, MTY, and CUN. We have always loved the experiences (La Buena Barra in MTY & CUN is a favorite along with Costeno Groups many offerings like Cuerno), the food, service, vibe and entertainment. It's so much different than what we have in the states, and I absolutely love it. That being said, I also know that it's hard to replicate that experience in the states but was willing to give it a try. So, I will start off with the positive attributes. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful and fits the vibe of the Tulum/Cancun spots (and Nomade in ATX). Think of that neutral color palate, the big heavy double wooden doors you see in Mexico. Like the Quintana Roo Restoration Hardware catalog (if they had one). Also, even nicer than the restaurant is the tableware - probably the nicest I've ever seen - plates, cutlery, serving dishes. Just amazing....However, the napkins were a little dirty...ew. Now, for the experience: We had a reservation for an outdoor table but we were told upon checking in that someone had reserved the entire outdoor area ( I tried my best Seinfeld reference, but it was lost on them..."You know how to take the reservation, but you don't know how to hold the reservation...")...Look, I get it, big client with a yacht wants the outdoor space in South Beach, the guy with 200 points on his OpenTable account gets shafted. Not the end of the world. A little weird since the restaurant and outdoor area had pretty moderate occupancy at the time. The server was pretty nice at first (even if not the most attentive) but once it became clear we weren't really drinking much or going for an all out dinner, the service went from aloof to downright non-existent. We ordered dessert and waited an extra 20 min with no sign of it coming, so we flagged some folks down and asked to cancel as we had to go. So the manager (bald guy other folks wrote back) came over with a check, dropped it on the table and said in a rude manner, "you want to cancel your dessert". Actually thought they were going to comp it and apologize, but not so much. We told him we had to split the check and holy smokes he took a pen and said circle what you want, and walked away. The type of service we have always gotten in Mexico is so much different - it's so welcoming, gracious, polite and friendly..I'm not sure if it's hard to replicate in the states, or it's intentional to try to create an air of exclusivity. We really felt uncomfortable and not welcome there the whole time. Okay, so now for the food - mixed bag. Very nice presentation, but the menu is a little weird, and you'll notice it's a *very* different menu from Mexico. Most of the food was plated beautifully and looked it! The tuna tostada was very good (maybe a bit salty) as was the ceviche. We asked for tortillas for the ceviche which took a very long time to get, which kinda messed with the dish. That said, the tortillas and salsas were amazing! Tacos - so the tacos should have been listed more as appetizers as the plate was two almost street tacos (MX the order is 3) and they were like $28ish...I mean, $14/piece for tacos is insane. The short rib tacos were like barbacoa and were very good though - The beef tenderloin w/chicharron was pretty good, and the pulpo was ehhh, just drowned in sauce. The jalapeno mash was great; the asparagus was fine ($16 is silly). We opted not to go for steak since it looked pretty pedestrian - (at LBB MTY/CUN) they bring it out, light it on fire ha and cut it and it was amazing...Here, I figured I'd wait to go home and hit up H-E-B for some rib eyes and grill em! Lastly, as far as the entertainment - I dunno..it was just very loud music that didn't have like a theme to it..couple good tunes, but didn't really create a fun vibrant atmosphere. So, overall, there is a ton of potential, but you have to crack the code on bringing the Mexican experience to the states - and I get it, Miami seems like a good place to do it, but maybe give Austin, Dallas, or Houston a try. We have La Popular from CDMX which from what I understand isn't great there or here. So there's a huge market here for it! Again, beautiful restaurant, but really misses on everything else except for making your customers feel bad. For steak, the Argentinean steakhouse Baires is pretty solid, and Calle Ocho has some great Cuban spots....but I wouldn't return here (but still would go to the group's restaurants in Mexico).

Great attention to detail. I highly recommend this establishment for any business hosting or personal occasions. You wont be disappointed. I will definitely be back with clients and family.

Very nice place, SPECTACULAR food! attention 100/100 Super recommended!!! They make a very nice shot show

I went with 6 friends The food of this place was delicious and incredible, we ordered everything tickets like cebiches, truffled beef carpaccio risotto meat in its excellent service and speed. The show was not told there was a lot of atmosphere all very friendly definitely back

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Miami. Eddy made our night perfect, he recommended the best dishes and cocktails. We were amazed, and we would come back every chance we get

Eddie is fantastic!! he is an incredible server and made the experience what it was. the food was delicious and i am 100% coming back just to have him again.

Domenic was amazing, he attended us wonderfully. The restaurant is spectacular, the food and Mood are perfect. Definitely my favorite place in Miami!

Amazing dinner experience with the best company and the best service by gabriela. She provided the greatest recommendations in the dinner choices.

The restaurant is amazing! Everybody is more than professional they show you care! Sabrina is def 100 % incredible , We can’t wait to come Back again

I’m one of the biggest Rosa Negra fans. Never miss when I go to CDMX. Also been to Cancun, Tulum and Cabo. Top notch food, service and ambience. However, here in Miami they really fumbled. It is evident they are prioritizing ambience over food and service. They better get their act together or just turn this into a bar. Staff is poorly trained and the manager is clueless and/or overwhelmed. If visiting I suggest you eat elsewhere first and stop in for after dinner drinks, maybe dessert (Chocolate Bomb is 💯).

Valeria was a great server, I love her services and the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great and unique. I felt like I was at Tulum or Mexico. Thanks all the staffs, but Valeria was the best and the most beautiful attentive server, I felt so much loved. Thank you Rosa negra for the Amazing hospitality and experience once again . I will come for my fourth time again.

From the management Juan Pablo to the whole staff were absolutely amazing and the food and the energy, the environment the food it’s outstanding super recommended.

The Mushroom Risotto is top tier and the Cesar Salad is chefs kiss!!! Sabrina was amazing from the beginning to the end. Thank you for recommending non alcoholic drinks for me and going over vegetarian dishes♥️

Spectacular Local, with Great Mood, Impeccable Service and Very Good Kitchen, is located in the Brickell area, good wine list, high price.

Rosanegra has a great atmosphere, lively, good food, and attention to detail. Our server, Rubie, was amazing and made a difference in our experience.

Apparently they have a dress code, NO where on the website or any other site I could find states this. The doorman was aggressive. I went soon after opening and no one was there. I was dressed nicely. So sorry I couldn't give them a good review. Now I never want to go back. So looking forward to it. NO restaurant is that good. trust me. Every other place near was packed and accepted my funny shoes.

5 star review - food, drinks, ambiance, and SERVICE!! I took my clients here last week for drinks and we sat for a few apps outside. The service by Matias was top tier. He responded quickly to all of our requests. There was a DJ playing that was not as loud in the outside seating area which is great for those trying to converse a little more than the entertainment inside. I would 100% recommend - speakeasy is open Thu-Sat I believe which I also would love to try out.

Súper Sthepanie was our host very especial amaizing food and drinks. Great restaurant to come and enjoy a good vibe Miami

Excel this place, I loved it. Valeria is a good element for the attention of diners, The food was delicious and the drinks excellent. The music is very good

RosaNegra is one of the best experiences Miami has to offer! I've been to RosaNegra Cancun, RosaNegra Mexico City and I loved RosaNegra Miami! If you like great music, excellent latin cuisine and a beautiful space...you'll love RosaNegra in Miami!

**Obsessed with RosaNegra Miami!** This place is a whole vibe! The atmosphere is stunning—chic, lively, and perfect for a fun night out. The food is beyond delicious (you *have* to try the seafood and steaks!), and the cocktails are just as amazing. The service? Top-notch. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like a VIP. Between the music, the energy, and the gorgeous decor, it’s impossible not to have the best time. Whether it’s a girls' night, date night, or a celebration, RosaNegra Miami is the *place* to be. Can’t wait to go back!

Today I came to celebrate my birthday at Rosa Negra, visiting the place for the first time, the waitress Allison attended us, a super polite, friendly girl, she explained the whole menu and the delicious food, the drink she recommended exquisite, I will return soon!!!

Laura is amazing!! We had such a great experience. She was so lively and attentive to us. We had friends in town and honestly they had such a good time. We definitely will come back. Ask for Laura because she’s the best waitress. Best brunch in Miami!
