Relaxing night out with excellent food and service. Very creative menu, a new twist to old favorites. Rosemary Summer Spritz or two are a great way to start the gourmet experience.

After having visited Rosemary's in NYC several times, I was excited to have one here in Miami. Rosemary's did not disappoint. There is the same community feel and farm to table concept that has made it so popular in NYC. I had a wonderful branzino on a bed of greens with borlotti beans.

A wonderful surprise! Beautiful restaurant, impeccable service and delicious food! The four dishes and drinks we ordered were very good, without any notice to be made. The hostess very friendly and our waiter, Miguel, also very attentive. We recommend too much and will be back!

When we discovered that one of NYC’s most beloved restaurants found its way to Miami, we couldn’t get to Rosemary’s fast enough! And we were even more exciting to see that it kept its NYC charm, sustainable garden and enticing food and beverage menu! We sat in the garden on a beautiful Sunday evening and started off with delicious prosecco and refreshing PROSCIUTTO E MELONE. Sebastian was a wonderful server and offered great recs throughout the evening. For apps, the four of us shared the SUPPLI (tomato carnaroli rice and mozzarella) which was was perfectly crispy on the outside and warm and cozy on the inside, the light and tasty RICOTTA E TARTUFO NERO, BABY GEM SALAD with pangrattato caper and caesar dressing, and the CRISPY ARTICHOKES, which was absolute perfection with crispy yet tender hearts. For entrees we enjoyed the MEATBALLS, RIGATONI arrabbiata and PAPPARDELLE VERDE with artusi's veal bolognese. The meal was paired perfectly with a bottle of 2019 Caparzo BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO. And just when we thought we had no more room to indulge, we devoured the olive oil cake and chocolate cake which paired well with the amaro. Thank you Carlos, Marcella, Sebastian and the entire Rosemay’s family for offering such a wonderful experience. We had such a lovely evening and can’t wait to return!

Rosemary’s in Miami offers a Spectacular Mood and Friendly Service that complement your Italian proposal well. The food is good and fresh ingredients, although some dishes needed a little more salt and the focaccia proved somewhat thick. Even so, the overall experience is very pleasant and worth visiting.
Something has Changed
The service was no service. The waiter kept forgetting to bring our drinks, side, extra ice, everything. The food was disappointing. The Veal bolognese was green pasta with tiny tiny little bits of veal, and no Bolognese. Half chicken dish was not good at all with a lot of fatty areas. The shrimp linguine had shrimp that had not been properly cleaned, and had the black poop through it. The calamari was a commercial calamari and was not fully cooked. It wasn't crispy. It was very light in color and it soggy. It was very expensive to eat there for six of us. It was with tip included $550. Something has changed since they opened and I will not be going back.
