Obed was great! Food was great too! I had the breakfast burrito with bacon and cheese. I will certainly have breakfast here again.

Great place. Really liked the ambience and the breakfast was great! Rita took such good care of us. Much recommended.

Buffett was pricey. My waitress Diana was helpful as well as the other waiter. There was variety was at the Buffett was presented well.

The brisket in the hash was cooked perfectly. Go Texas. The staff were VERY attentive! I enjoyed the hotel stay as well. It’s a cool location with the restaurant located behind the bar and next to the pool, steps away from where we parked.

At the bar bartender, Bernadette was not very pleasant and made a horrible drink. She seems burnt out and was fussing at the other bartender who was trying to get her to. I think be more pleasant to the customers. Last thing you want at a bar on vacation is to have a unhappy employee waiting on you.

Great breakfast made even better by Obed. Friendly attentive.Service was quick, food was perfect, and the positive attitude really made our morning. Would definitely come back! ☀️🥞

The food is definitely delicious and Rita was an amazing server! Always so helpful, nice and sooo personable!

Excellent lunch, i had the chicken wrap and my wife quinoa bowl. Both delicious. Good gluten free options. Marco was a very good server.

I stayed at the hotel and ordered a few sharables that weren’t that great the first two nights. I sat for breakfast my last morning and enjoyed my dish but even more the company and service. Mrs Rita was amazing. Good energy and vibes to start the morning are just as important as protein. Thank you Mrs. Rita for being the best part of my experience!

I enjoyed everything I had for breakfast during my stay and the staff were even better. Rita, Maya and Jamila took great care of me each day I was there and couldn't have asked for better service!

Great service at Rouse every morning for breakfast. Rita was so friendly and remembered us every morning. The food is fast and easy. We ate the buffet each day.

Our group of 12 came down for breakfast 30 minutes before it ended and they set up a table for us and didn’t rush us out allowing us to visit on our last day before going our separate ways. Everyone was super nice and accommodating but our server Yaz was exceptional!

Yazmin listened. I never write reviews, if I did I would always complain. Service , attitude, listening have gone out the hospitality industry. Yazmin listened, never got short and came up with solutions. Someone should make her a leader, plus train other’s around the country on leadership.

The food and ambience at the Rouse restaurant is excellent! Judy and Jennifer were so accommodating and helpful and made my experience so great! I had the delicious deviled eggs to start and to end my day. I also love chicken sausage!

Had the Caesar salad with salmon at The Rouse and it was delicious. Salmon was seasoned perfectly. Marco took great care of me — highly recommend!

The restaurant is clean and beautiful - staff very friendly and attentive. Being a hotel restaurant I noticed it hasn't been packed at night but looked very nice - so I wanted to try it. I'm very surprised this place isn't packed full every night with the quality of the food I had tonite. I tried the short rib pappardelle and had a mocktail that was impressive. When I left it was getting busier (must be a late night place) - I saw some brussel sprouts and empanadas on a plate going out that looked amazing. I was very comfortable eating solo as they let me choose a quieter area away from the bar. I'm not from Houston- this may be a well-known and very successful restaurant- but if it is not, it certainly deserves to be. If I remain here through Friday, I will definitely make another visit. It was a nice treat amidst medical exams - and took my mind off real life for a little while.

Had breakfast and dinner here and I loved everything about it starting with the employees I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone in the Houston area

Professional staff, friendly, and warm hospitality. Quality food and drinks. Ask for Josh, very friendly and helpful. Very nice atmosphere.
