Forget all of these taquerias in ATL. Having run a multicultural marketing agency in Dallas, this place is what my team (many 1st and 2nd gen Mexicans) introduced me to when living in TX. Rreal is authentic, and doesn't have chips and salsa as that's not authentic Mexican. I get the pork trombo taco that's carved right off the spit. The fried avocado side is one of my favorites. On this visit, my wife got the sangria and I got the margarita....both very tasty. Do yourself a favor in ATL. Skip all the overhyped joints and go get yourself a Rreal taco!

Very quick service. Had dinner with a family friend and they recommended this place. Not too busy at 6 on a Thursday night. Ordered drinks, salsa and guacamole to start. All came out quick together (3min). Ordered some tacos and it seemed like they came to the table before we could dip our first chip. Food was good but. I thing I would go out of my way for. Prices probably in line with other semi-fast food in midtown. If I want a quick bite I will remember ti consider this place.

Really good Mexican tacos right in midtown. Would definitely recommend their keep it simple combo (Two Tacos, One Side, One Soda) for which I usually get their Adobo Grilled Chicken, Pork Carnitas tacos, Crisp avocado and a Mexican Coke (all of their sodas are bottled) There are lots of parking options.

Awesome tacos, tamales, and margaritas! The queso with chorizo was excellent. I would definitely go back, it's really tasty!

We tried going for lunch when they first opened, but it was slammed packed. We tried again and this time it wasn't as crowded. I have to say I was impressed with the food. I did the three taco combo. I like the fact that you can mix and match. There are not any fountain drinks, only bottles. Just keep that in mind. I will say that it was just enough food. I was not hungry but was not full either. I would go back again.

A group of us came in for some late night eats and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent (varied between tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, and the Trio Appetizer) Drinks were amazing. The sangria was delightful, and the Texas Margarita will kick your butt, if you know what I mean. Service was fantastic.

You have to try the pork tacos!! We had them on a food tour, I’ve never had such amazing ones. Normally I don’t like tacos, but this changed my mind!! The flavor was so good and juicy.

A great taco joint in the heart of the city. Not as good as a hole in the wall but a great attempt. Chips and salsa was good, and the veggie taco (fried avocado) was an interesting twist for a veggie taco. Still admirable attempt. The asada and al pastor tacos were both delicious, but the chicken taco left much room to desire. The flavor profile of it was, to be frank, not good. However, ultimately it was a good taco place. Also recommend the spanish rice and sweet potato sides. Oh yeah, if you sit outside choose a table with an umbrella, the upper floors of the building drips/splashes to the lower pavilion.

Wen chose this place because they have vegan options. The customer service here sucked. The guy taking my order kept talking to another associate while he was taking my order, was a little condescending when clarifying my order that I wanted fried avocado and no meat and explaining that the queso fundido wasn't 'dipping, liquid' cheese. I'm from Texas, I know what melted chihuahua cheese is. I ordered the burrito bowl, with fried avocado. It was missing cilantro or something. It was pretty flavorless. The only thing that had any flavor was the queso fundido. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday, which meant the Chicken Tamale was on special for $3.25. We hadn’t tried the food here yet but had a positive recommendation from a friend. We wound up in line for a long time and wondered how many items the person in front was ordering! It wasn’t until we got to the front of the line that we found out that their order technology that relays the food orders to the kitchen was broken. The cash register and payment system was also not working. They started taking orders by hand and passing the notes back to the kitchen. We also needed to pay AFTER we got our food. We ordered 2 brewed iced teas (unsweetened), 2 tamales, and for tacos: 1 grilled fish, 1 chicken Verracruzano, 1 barbacoa, and 1 carnitas. We got our iced tea and sat down. They have beer, wine, and margarita makings if you want but it was in the 90s and we were walking, so iced tea was a good idea. We waited for awhile, maybe 15 minutes and our tamales were delivered to us. They were very hot and we had to use forks to eat them. Then our taco baskets started coming out. We were told that the first basket was two carnitas but it wasn’t, it was 1 carnitas and 1 barbacoa. The barbacoa was fairly dried out and hard to eat. The chicken taco came out with a beef/steak taco next. Neither of us ordered the beef, and it was pretty badly burned on the outside. We told our server that’s not what we ordered and he went back into the kitchen. Then, the man that was either the manager or the owner came out and gave me the chicken-beef tacos basket and said we could have the beef taco wile they made a fish taco. The chicken was quite good but I bit into a decent-sized piece of cartilage. We split the cubed beef taco and it was burned and dry. The grilled fish taco came out and it was quite good. I would guess it was tilapia. When the food came out, the server also brought out two bottles of sauce: a green mild sauce, and a red HOT sauce. They were great combined on the tacos. The tacos all came with good-tasting diced onions and a wedge of lime. You can normally order other toppings at the register and they have examples, including radish slices. As we were waiting, I saw that there was a signed graphic above the kitchen window that Guy Fieri had eaten there.

Food was seasoned to perfection! I had the shrimp burrito bowl and my family had the chicken burrito and nachos kids meal. Also the Vinorita was excellent!

Rreal Chakos is a good and cheap restaurant. It's fast casual so you order at the counter. The queso fundido was good. My daughter loved her tacos. I did not enjoy the grilled corn because it was off the cob and an aioli was smothered over it. I also did not like the empanada. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The fried avocado was good as a side dish, and the tacos were unremarkable. Great for a laid back quick fix for hungry bellies. The margarita was very sweet- definitely a mix. But they had margaritas and that's what counts.

The food was delicious !!!! I was working on the building down the street and walked in for lunch . The server was very knowledgeable about the menu . I ate some deep fried avocados ooooowe they melted in my mouth . The double wash sink is outside of the bathrooms , I loved that . I can’t wait to go back defiantly a bonus working in the area!

Really enjoyed this place. It doesn’t break any new ground, but everything we had was great. We had chips and guac, burrito bowl with carnitas, Birria tacos with consume, fish tacos and chicken tacos. The only thing that we felt didn’t reach the mark was the fish tacos which had salmon and was served cold. Not appealing. Everything else was very good. The service was also great. We basically took over the patio with our group of around 30 and the food came out quickly and in order. I would def. return if in the area!

If I could select zero stars as an option I would. We went to Rreal Tacos in Cumming Georgia last weekend and spent close to $160 for the food and drinks. The food and drinks were amazing. Due to this I decided to go back for a second time this past Saturday to the same location to get a margarita with the skull mug, and a taco they were out of last time I went. My MAIN reason for going was for the mug. So I thought. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender if I could order the margarita with the souvenir skull mug. He proceeded to tell me it was $40. I said no problem I like the mug. I margarita was good and the mug was beautiful. I literally sat there and spoke with a couple sitting by me about paying $40 for the mug because I collected skull mugs and was happy to add this to my collection. We literally had about a 15-minute conversation about this mug and other mugs I have. Not sure how the bartender supposedly did not hear any of this conversation. When it was time to leave and pay my check, I asked him if he could rinse the cup out. His response was what for. I told him if possible I would like for him to rinse the mug out so I wouldn't get any drippings from the mug on my stuff when I put it in my purse. He then proceeded to tell me that the mug was not for me to take. I asked him what I paid $40 for because I specifically said I wanted to get the souvenir margarita. He proceeded to tell me that it was not a souvenir and that I'm paying for the margarita because it's a $300 bottle of tequila. I told him it was misleading and it seemed like the mug was a souvenir that you can purchase with the margarita. Most places that have specialty mugs, examples would be benihana's, and etc, charge extra for their drinks when you purchase them in specialty mugs so I assume that's what it was happening. I then stated how I mentioned it was a souvenir when I asked for that specific margarita. I guess he didn't hear the part of me saying souvenir mug and only heard me say Margarita. He said he understood as he sees it all the time in Florida where people purchase specialty mugs for drinks. He then suggested I talked to a manager and see if there was something they could do about it. Upon his suggestion, I asked to speak to a manager and got Quentin. I explained the situation to him, clearly he was able to make a decision since the bartender recommended that I speak to him, yet he told me that I could not have the mug. I explained to him that I've never paid that much money for a margarita unless I had intentions on purchasing the mug and or glass that it came in. He again said there was nothing that he could do about it and that the mugs were not for sale. I asked to get the number to the corporate office as I wanted to file a complaint because again I specifically said I wanted the souvenir cup when I ordered the margarita, in which he took almost 15 minutes to come out with the number. It was not the number to the corporate office, instead a number to the regional manager supposedly. When I call the number that he gave to me there is no greeting and just a generic the customer is not available message. I've left multiple messages for someone to call me back and no one has called me back. I now feel that that was a bogus number that was given to me and was not a regional manager's number. For it to be a business and it be a regional manager, there should be a personal voicemail message with the person in their name on it, And they should have gotten back to me by now but no one has. At this point I will be reaching out to the better Business bureau and filing a formal complaint. I did Google it and I'm not the only person that had an issue with the mug and who felt it was misleading. I personally either want my money back that I paid for it or the mug. To have spent almost $200 the first night and then spend what I spent the second time going in was pretty disheartening to be treated that way.

I work nearby, so I've stopped in at Rreal probably 5 times now. I've tried maybe 4 of their types of tacos, the tamal (it was a special), empanada, and the horchata. All of it has been good with the exception of one time one of the tacos was a bit too salty - I think it was adobe chicken. The tacos are pretty simple, featuring a roasted meat with onion, cilantro, and a lime, and I've found their creamy salsa verde goes great on everything. My favorite is the empanada, which I get with the cilantro dipping sauce. For a delicious feast of a lunch combination, get the combo of 2 tacos, an empanada, and the horchata for around $11. Yum!

Great quick service, lush food!! Vibe was great, cocktails were delicious. Really enjoyed it!! The service was speedy, they brought out our starters within seconds of ordering! We tried different types of tacos and not one bad thing to say about it all. Absolutely delicious. We are gutted we won’t be going back anytime soon as we’re from UK. Probably a good thing as would eat there every week!! Definitely rate this place 100/10. The shrimp and pork were cooked to perfection, sauces were great, everything was delicious! Could not stop eating.

Let me just say - the food is good. Cannot deny that. But, with the food came an attitude by the man taking orders, seemed to rush us along despite the fact that we were visiting and didn't know the menu and had questions. Friendly service is not provided at this establishment.

We had deep fried avocados (just go with it) Esquites, chips and salsa, carnitas and carne asada. Everything was Rreal good!

If you like full flavors in your Mexican dishes, this is a must try. We had tacos and burritos, and all were delicious. The service was perfect. We ate outside in January and were very comfortable with the heaters in place.

Great food at a great price! This place is quick and casual—a restaurant at a food truck cost! You can park in the adjoining garage and get your ticket validated—follow the signs or the parking instructions on their website!

We stopped by around 9:00 PM on a Saturday night. Overall the food was solid and tasty. The portions were large and flavorful. We tried the tacos, the grilled corn and the queso fundido with chips.

This place is super casual but the food is fresh and delicious. The beef barbacoa on the corn tortilla was excellent. I asked two guys behind me what they typically order and they both recommended the barbacoa. The grilled corn for my side was also really fresh and crunchy. I ordered 2 tacos but between one taco and the corn I was stuffed. I’m leaving my other taco for lunch tomorrow.

Clean, nice decor, high ceilings, counter service and order delivered to the table. I went with 2 others, comments good to great. I ordered the 2 tacos, 1 side and $3 upgrade for the rreal Margherita that was premade. Barbacoa Beef Tacos were cooked nicely, Chicken under seasoned, Chips and Salsa were ok, the salsa was good. I liked the two house taco sauces, a green Avacado based mild (i assume it was avocado) and a hot but bland red sauce. The refried beans were not bad but lacked any type of personality. I would go back if I were in the neighborhood, but prefer Taqueria del Sol in Decatur.

A truly fantastic Taco place!!!! Authentic mexican cuisine with specialities every day like Wednesday Tostadas, Tuesday Tortas, Thursday Tamales, etc. I had a Trompo Taco and a Barbacoa Taco, both amazingly delicious! Added a Trompo empanada to the menu and a real mexican Coca Cola. Home made salsa also truly good. You queue to place your order and they then bring it to your table.

This restaurant was featured on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives. So needless to say i was excited to get a chance to try it. Tip: if you still want to go after this, make a reservation!! It's a small restaurant and a reservation guarantees a table. Now if you've followed my reviews, you know that we are a Mexican family that likes to find the best Mexican food wherever we travel. And we were excited to go here. That fizzled quickly. Let me say the hostess was great! She was friendly and on top of her job! She gets a 10. Our server however was cordial somewhat. He had that attitude that we should already know what to do. They don't have paper menus, so check it out online before you go. They have a QR code on the table if you want to see the menu. First time for me. We did order drinks, which were really good. A food runner brought us our food, and subsequently little things we were missing. Our server never came back to check on us until we asked for the check. :(. Oh also, no salt or pepper on the tables. What made it worse was when a table was sat near us and we watched him pay them more attention, get their drinks to them quicker and personally bring them their food, left a bad taste in our mouths. Additionally there was a large party table making Akot of noise. Usually that doesn't bother me, but this is a small loft like space and they were so loud it was hard for any other patrons to enjoy their meals. On to the food -- it wasn't bad. Most people would say it was good. The chips were good. The salsa was different, they said it was spicy, but we didn't really get that. We got tacos - Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Carne Asada. They weren't bad but they didn't wow us. We also shared the Abuela Salad. It was actually pretty good. In the end, they do not give you an actual "check". They tell you the amount and wait for payment. He did give me a receipt after i asked for one. Maybe its just us, but we left disappointed and wished we would've gone somewhere else. Service makes a difference!

The atmosphere is awesome. The drinks? Awesome. Passion fruit margarita is SO GOOD! Staff is attentive and happy. Bathroom is odd. And the food is excellent. I got elote (street corn) she got asada taco. Both were amazing. Definitely come back

Went here for lunch on the advice of a Georgia tech tour guide. We were not disappointed. Specifically she said to try the fried avacado. It was awesome. We ordered more. It was a small appetizer for $3.75 so I should have ordered two to start with. The 3 of us tried different taco dishes and everyone was very happy. Honestly, I don't know why I am not rating this place a five. I guess it's because it's a taco place and tacos aren't fancy. Anyway, the food and people may be a 5

This spot food is amazing prices are amazing the customer service is amazing when I say 10/10 I mean it I love authentic Mexican cuisine and baby this is da spot

Came here for lunch. Had two Texas margaritas and tacos. Had two birria tacos, a carne asada taco, and a pork belly taco. All were excellent. The birria tacos were really, really good. They have a validation code for parking, but it didn't work. Parking is in the adjacent parking deck. Making a reservation would be helpful though. Place fills up quick.

I love this wonderful spot for great organic, delicious, creative Mexican food. I only regret that if you like it too the secret will be out and I will wait in line for a table....which I will!

Beef Barbacoa tacos & tamales were awesome! The Pork Trompo taco was good, though it didn't grab me like the others. Good chips & salsa. Having lived in & away from Texas, I've had my share of great Mexican food & mediocre Mexican food. This is some of the best I've had in some time. Dude's a chef, and it doesn't taste like anyone else's. Even has my favorite Mexican beer - Bohemia - which to me is a good sign that he knows a thing or two. DDD knows food, that's for sure.

We visited this restaurant around Christmas time, it was incredibly festive and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite being very busy, we were seated relatively quickly after the waiter checked on us a few times, which was understandable given the high volume of guests. The only downside was that we were seated in a corner outside due to the crowd. However, once we settled in, the experience improved significantly. Parking is about a block away and is paid, but it’s not too bad—a little walk to work up your appetite or burn off a meal. The food was excellent overall. I had the BIRRIA BARBACOA, COSTRA, and the Grilled Chicken taco, all of which offered distinct and enjoyable flavors. The birria barbacoa was paired with a flavorful broth, but I found that the meat itself lacked seasoning when eaten without the broth. The costra was a standout with its cheesy, crispy goodness, and the grilled chicken taco was perfectly seasoned and tender. The queso was creamy and delicious, but it’s best enjoyed quickly, as it tends to harden as it cools, losing some of its appeal. The tacos were packed with flavor, featuring traditional toppings like cilantro and onions. If you’re craving extras like jalapeños or tomatoes, they offer plenty of options to customize your order. The tacos and burritos are served à la carte, so you can mix and match to your heart’s content, and the flavors are consistently on point. If you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend going on a less busy day, but if you’re set on a weekend, making a table reservation in advance would be wise. Give this place a try—enjoy some tacos, soak in the atmosphere, and have a fantastic time! They also have a full bar inside if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great Service from our sever Hilary. The food and drinks were excellent as always. I will definitely be back again to try out this Modtown location.

The tacos are yummy!! Very good flavors, my favorites are trompo and carnitas tacos with the housemates plantillas. The house margarita is really good. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decided to venture out of our comfort zone on our last trip to Atlanta. We thought Mexican might be good. That is an understatement it was great. Fresh, made to order. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Stop by at Rreal Tacos to enjoy the most authentic Mexican street food in Midtown Atlanta. The menu is mostly taco-based (although once in a while there are tamales among the specials). You order at a counter and food is brought to you, usually quite quickly. The most practical way is to buy a combo which consists of two tacos and a side. My favorites are the pork trompo, pork carnita and beef barbacoa tacos. The others are good also, but milder in taste. You can enhance your "I am in Mexico!" experience by asking for their house tacos--highly authentic. The sides are also very interesting and quite generous in size. They have a liquor license, but you should also try their Mexican non-alcoholic drinks which are made on the premises daily: The horchata, and the jamaica are particularly good.

If you want varied, delicious food prepared with zest and taste, this is the place to go. Great ambience, music and football. And I hope you get waited on by Litzy. She's fantastic!

Rreal Taco is new in Atlanta and quite simply The Best Mexican food in the city. The menu is unique, delicious, using fresh organic ingredients. The owner/chef is friendly and passionate about delivering authentic, yet elevated Mexican cuisine in a casual setting. We have tried everything on the menu and keep going back for more. Stand outs are: the veggie taco, potatoes, queso fundido....you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Don't expect standard Mexican -- eat here with an open mind and hunger for delicious food.

Midtown has few Mexican options and if one is on foot, the choices are even more limited. Food looks great and tacos are nicely stuffed. Salad ingredients are fresh, tortillas are good, salsas are very good. The carnitas were bone dry. The trompo wasn’t more moist just greasy. Of course this was my first visit so it’s possible the meat is better at other times—-other reviews certainly suggest that—-and the line is out the door at lunchtime Thursday. At $12, I’m full, but unsure I’ll give them another chance.

The service was great. We were met by a very friendly lady who explained the process to us and who took our order! She was the highlight of the meal. We both had the tacos and I had refried beans and my husband had the sweet potatoes. The green sauce was good. There wasn't anything special here. The tacos were just okay - not what I expected after seeing it on DDD. We would not go out of our way to visit again. Not bad but nothing special about the food.

I visit this place for lunch a lot, and while I love the food, I can’t stand the atmosphere. With that being said, I have stopped eating here recently due to what I’m going to describe below. But first, the food. Each taco is about $4 - $6, and the tacos are good. I always get the Birria taco, Consomé, and elote. I can honestly say I’ve never had better elote anywhere! The other items get a little pricey, but there are a lot of shareables, great cocktails, and often the establishment is decorated around holidays (their Halloween decorations are awesome!). Ok, now for the reason I stopped going. It is always loud inside, even at lunch time. Most times it’s too loud to talk. The service is always horrible. You wait forever for your food, forever for a server to come by, and drinks are never refilled. This inside is small and it’s hard to move between tables. It doesn’t feel cozy, it feels crunched. The worst part - the app that you use at the table to scan for the menu (it’s all contactless) and then use to pay. The app is complete trash. Since it’s a common frequent for us bunch of coworkers, we’re always paying individually, which sounds like a great reason to use the table side app, right? WRONG! The app can’t do basic math and it never splits the bill properly. It shouldn’t be hard since the bill is an itemized list, but every time it says we didn’t pay for items that we did indeed pay for. I can’t tell if the restaurant is running a scam or their app really is just that bad. My advice would be to not use the app, pay the server in one bill (if you can track a person down), and figure the rest out later. Reasons to visit: great tacos and cocktails. Reasons to stay away: consistent poor service and stressful vibes.

Stopped here as it was on DDD and close to the hotel. The food was excellent and def recommend. Was on the pricey side for tacos though

Good cheap tacos and very good frozen margaritas. They were also very accommodating to my child and went above and beyond for her. Great food. The only downside for us was the loud music, but many people enjoyed it.

When we travel, a fun thing we try to do is find locations in he area that were featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. This was a small store serving up some awesome tacos and other fare. Very filling and packed with flavor, this was a good decision to stop and support a local, small mom and pop establishment.

While on a tour of the city our guide recommended Rreal Tacos in midtown. I decided to make the walk and go for lunch before heading out of town. Sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice, attentive and great service. I ordered the queso with chorizo and the carne asada quesadilla. The queso was fantastic and the quesadilla was so large and tasty I couldn’t even eat 1/2 of it. The steak was very tender and seasoned perfectly. Also had a drink that was so good, I am upset I can’t remember the name. I would say this is a must stop if you are in the area and want a great and quick meal.

If you’re in Midtown and looking for a great authentic Mexican food experience, you should definitely stop here! They have daily specials ranging from delicious tamales to out of this world tostadas (my favorite). Every day you can choose from various tacos (fish, chicken, pork, beef) but I love this place because they don’t do generic Mexican fare like queso dip. Stop by, I promise you wont leave dissatisfied.

Either way, delicious tacos. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the other options in this city. I left with a tingle on my tongue and satisfaction in my belly. I wasn't full, nor was I hungry. It was the perfect meal, and it was fabulous.

Wow, a rare and wonderful authentic Mexican meal! I went to Rreal Tacos during a weekend business trip to Atlanta - it was a couple of blocks from my AirBnB in Midtown and it was raining. I lucked out! Great margaritas and the food was authentic Mexican - they import just about everything (including the limes) from Mexico and it shows. I go to Mexico every year for a month or two and this place is the real deal. Highly recommend.

The tacos here are very tasty and authentic - very fresh ingredients and good flavor. The issue I had was with the check - it can only be viewed on a small device brought to the table and it is hard to see what's what. It turns out we got charged for things that were not ordered. Be careful and review it as best you can. I would say it was an innocent mistake but one of the items was "consume" to dip the tacos in. When I questioned this item, the resins was "oh, I thought you'd enjoy that - most people get it". That's not OK to add something on to the bill that wasn't ordered. Also, our waitress was NOT wearing a mask! Again, some poor business practices, but the food really is good!

I ate here with a group from work on a weekday. I think we arrived around noon. The place was quite crowded but I think we got in just before they started a wait list. They have indoor and some outdoor seating. It was really loud inside, so if you are looking for a quiet venue this isn't it. They feature a large bar with a huge / tall wall of tequila, etc. As this was a work lunch, we skipped that. However, if you are here for drinks, they definitely have you covered. You scan a QR code and get the menu on your phone. They had a good variety of dishes, but that day we mostly went for the individual tacos (maybe they had a make-your-on-combo deal?). This seems to be a new trend in the newer beyond-TexMex places. My 2 tacos were both tasty. We split an order of chips and salsa for the table - this is a paid appetizer here, and not just free with the meal. We had walked here, but there is street parking nearby. You might have to venture a couple of blocks to the east and park in a neighborhood, at worst. I don't think the restaurant had its own lot, though. I would consider returning here for another meal.

This small place in Midtown caught my attention from colleagues who had mentioned the great lunch they had. I stopped by in August and was pleased with the quality of service and food! There is an outdoor patio for seating and also large tables indoors. The tacos and sauces are great (!) and they even offer a crispy avocado as a side dish which I recommend! Definitely worth the stop and affordable! I will return!

We visited the Cumming Location of this restaurant. It was our second visit to this place and it was just as good as the first time. We don't go out often, but when we do, we go early to beat the crowds. Our server, Ericka, was great. She was friendly and very helpful. The food was also great, just like the first time. Because we were early, the noise level was not an issue. This is a place we will gladly return to. Thanks.

sort of fast food place, with broad variety of tacos. Real fresh ingredients with soft tortillas. Real good for low cost filling food

This cute little taqueria on 6th street, just off Peachtree Rd, near the QT without gas pumps, will pull you in. With vibrant colors, ample seating, lunch specials, a very warm and friendly staff, you're sure to want to chow down. For me, when I try a new restaurant or food joint for the first time, I keep an open mind. The beef tacos I tried each time are consistently tender and tasty, the chicken tacos (both types), are nothing to want again. I say so bc from my experience, there should not be an almost acrid and "spoilt" aftertaste. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the marinating process, but NO! I won't get the chicken again. Do not get the fish tacos!! I'll leave it at that without going into details. I don't want them to feel as if I'm being mean. I've had fried and grilled fish tacos before on many occasions, and this isn't what they should taste like. As I said prior, I've tried them before on several occasions, even when do-workers entreated me, but each time I walk away feeling a bit dissatisfied and unfulfilled. it may be for you....but not for me. All the best!!

First off, the staff have literally come to feel more like friends to me and my husband. They are always kind and personable. The food never disappoints! I LOVE the fried avocados with the cilantro sauce. The abuela salad is AMAZING. Sweet potatoes, beef barbacoa, Adobo Chicken etc is SOOOO yummy (Try them on the homemade corn tortilla)! Rreal Tacos serves a variety of toppings you can add to make your own variations. They often have different juices to drink that I've enjoyed as well. I have many appointments at Emory Midtown Hospital and I have to say, this establishment as a whole is the sunshine in my day!

We stopped in during our visit to Atlanta because we saw the restaurant featured on an episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. We were expecting to be blown away by the tacos and food, but it really wasn't anything exciting for us. We ordered two orders of tacos, one order of quesadillas and dessert, and water and our bill was really expensive, but the price seemed to fit in with the outrageous prices all over Atlanta. There just wasn't the wow factor for me. Our waiter was really great and friendly, so five stars for the service.

They have a pop up Christmas bar/ restaurant and is was so fun. This was my first pop up. I will definitely good back. The food was also amazing!

You can get a variety of tacos here. They seem to be more authentic type than other Mexican style restaurants. Definitely order a pitcher of Margaritas with your friends!

I sat by the window with a couple of very good tacos. It was not busy and the music was a bit loud, but the food was very good. I will definitely go back again.

Some of the best tacos you can find anywhere in the world! The best meats, great tortillas - pay the extra 25 cents for homemade, and authentic Mexican tacos. I order two tacos: Carnitas and marinated beef and both were excellent. However, when I go again I will order two or three carnitas :) I also tried trompo pork, and chicken and both are very good. For my side I ordered the empanada with trompo meat. It was just ok. I tried the beans and they were good. We ordered chips and salsa and the salsa is nothing like you'd find at other "Mexican" restaurants. This one is really, really good - more similar to a Spanish Gazpacho than to a salsa.

Food is excellent I love the quality of the food and drinks are always on point. I love the tacos and the steak burrito is my favorite along with a good cheese Dip and a fresh guacamole dip. Margaritas are freshly made and every other drink serve there.
