Used to be good

By Travelfamily2 |

I recently went to this restaurant remembering back to the days this chain was known for a great salad bar and decent food. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t get the message. The salad bar tasted like it had sat out to long and was limited in selection. My daughter’s steak came out burnt and tough even though it was ordered medium. The waitress just looked at and and agreed but didn’t seem to be very concerned, I think she is used to complaints. The veggies where so hard I could hardly bit them. The food was very bad and the restaurant appeared old and dirty. Would stay away from this establishment.

Close to hotel

By 9Roytan |

I guess the only thing this restaurant has going for it, is you walk there from the hotel. We waited quite a bit for our server to even come over. The fish needed a knife to saw through it and my husbands hamburger was supposed to be med rare and came out so well done, it was awful. Salad bar was ok, but no one even bothered to fill empty containers or clean up the area. Lots of,servers standing around doing nothing. Amazing this one stays in business. We won’t be back.

The new Garden Bar is excellent!

By vickaroo2 |

I have been eating at Ruby Tuesday a lot recently because they have improved their garden bar (I'm vegetarian). Unusual items such as roasted broccoli, chopped kale, and hummus make this perfect for me. This location, near Philadelphia airport, is good, though not the cleanest or most attentive service. Still I would recommend it.

okey food & service.

By Sinyor R |

the food was great, had mashed potatoes, mild wings, fish & shrimp with fries and mango lemonade mix. The food is pricy coz the tab was 40. so make sure you go online and get some coupons it'll be worth your while.

Meh

I admit, I hate chain restaurants. But, I was tired, and it was across the parking lot from the hotel. The best I can say is that it is decent food, and reasonably priced. I showed the hostess a small table that I wished to sit at. She said, "no. Tables are assigned" Really? Boy, that put me in a good mood. No matter. They had an August special that included salad bar, one of three entrees, and a dessert for $12.00. I opted for the 1/2 slab of baby back ribs. Salad bar was descent.......at least it was kept clean. The ribs were just OK. Far too much sweet sauce for my taste, but they were nice and meaty. The fries and grillled zucchini were good. The dessert was huge...........far too much for one person, but I liked a bit of sweet after the meal. Service was friendly, but she seemed overworked. Never did get my refill of iced tea that I asked for...........and, had to wait forever for dessert. She blamed it on the "runners" So, OK meal, cheap prices.

Only restaurant around breeds complacency

By Jerry A |

Were seated then waited forever to have waitress arrive. Seemed she was not very confident. Took our order. Two mushroom and swiss burgers with fries and iced tea. Food came relatively quick. Then waitress dissapeared again. Tracked down passing manager to get some mustard. About two thirds of the way thru our meal, waitress shows up with check, says she will take it when we are ready. Told my wife I guess no drink refills or coffee or the good looking pumpkin cheesecake. We were ready to go. Finished up and looked at the check. It was wrong. Wrong hamburgers at $2.00 each more than ours. She finally came back and took check to correct. Came back with correct check....then asked if we wanted coffee or dessert?? Put credit card in folder and she never returned. Couple across from us got tired of waiting for service and left. Took check to front desk and manager processed it. Told him the service was the worst. Surprised but not very proactive. Unfortunately it is the only eating place around the numerous hotels in area.

Had steak and shrimp with broccoli and salad bar, got the plate, it looked like they just threw it on plate, broccoli wasn't warm, steak and shrimp were ok,

Delicious Lunch with Excellent Service

By Ann W |

Our food was delicious today. We had Cajun chicken with pasta, a burger and chicken fingers. My daughter really enjoyed the raspberry lemonade. I would definitely visit this location again. Our drinks and food came quickly. The waiter was great.

Lunch &dinner

By Caper |

Real confused about ordering wine I was staying at the Hampton and this was next door. Ordered a red wine for lunch and got white. Waiter insisted I ordered the white. I never order white wine! I payed the 8:50 and thought I may have messed up. At dinner, I made sure I ordered red wine but again got white and the waiter insisting I ordered white. I didn't pay for white this time and got red. The 26$ steak was a Grey piece of meat that was fried on one side and baked. Ordered med rare, got it well done. The color was very off putting! I did find the staff friendly but I couldn't get my head around them pushing the white wine and telling me I ordered it.

Decent food

By Bonnie C |

Close to hotel so we could walk over. Salad bar is good. Service was decent. The loaded nachos had BBQ sauce on it? Not our cup of tea

Preflight meal

By Matthew T |

My family ordered take out from Ruby Tuesday on August 7, 2017. The location was convenient so we gave it a try. I ordered online and my order was ready within 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes initially quoted. Two things I immediately noticed. One, they have a security guard at the door due to the potential of a robbery. Two, the restaurant smells of stale mop water and bug spray. I considered walking out but I was afraid to be charged for an order I didn't get. The food was good but the environment was very troubling.

Slow with poor service

By TimB772 |

I felt as if they could care less that I was there. Food was okay, but I had to beg for service. Overall valve was poor. I would not recommend.

Excellent

By MarySEverett_Wa |

What a great find! Excellent restaurant near our hotel. Been 3 times in 3 days... salad bar is fabulous and Sonia the bourbon sirloin steak.

Great food

By Cecilbusdriver |

Like any visit to Ruby Tuesday the Garden Bar was great and the food was just what I have come to expect from Ruby Tuesday. The restaurant was clean and for the most part I had a good visit. However I only gave an average rating because of the services, I server didn't do a good job we would ask for drink refills and she wouldn't return and getting our check was just as difficult. I'm usually a good tipper but because of the poor service I only gave Mariah a 15 o/o tip. Good food but don't count on good service.

What Happened To You?

By Evelyn D |

Yesterday was my birthday. Family and I went to Ruby Tuesday. We've visited this location several times before and enjoyed the visit. Yesterday was a disappointment to everyone. We arrived after 2pm. My one son wanted ribs. Not available until after 3pm. Same one ordered a drink. Drink never came. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. It was not crowded! Place practically empty! When food finally arrived about 3:15pm. ( Since it took so long, the request for ribs could have been taken. ) Two others food was not hot. The one up side? Me, the birthday person's food was fine. However, the long wait to be served was a definite No No! What happened Ruby? That was so not like you. Probably won't see us for awhile, Sorry. E.D.

Good Food!

By Maarten |

We expected junkfood before stepping in but that was not the case. The food was very good, so was the service

Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service

By KYLE B |

I went to this place about two weeks ago and the experience was bad, waiter never comes to check on us, doesnt bring everything we ordered, half the food we did get was cold. so i decided to go back a second time just to see if maybe that night was just a bad night, on wednesday of this week i go back and the service was worse...the waitresses attitude was horrible, the shrimp fondu we ordered was like watered down, the drinks the same, when i complained the attitude got worse, this place is HORRIBLE!!!

Ate Here TWICE in the span of two weeks

By Holodickt |

This place is perfect to grab a bite to eat when traveling. We stay at the Hampton inn and literally walk over to the restaurant. Is it is located in the middle of the Hampton inn and another hotel which makes the location and convince unbeatable. The service is polite friendly and fast. The food is delicious and comes out fast hot and quick. We enjoyed our first meal so much before our vacation that we decided to eat here again before returning home from vacation. Keep up the great work!

Excelent Salad Bar

By colonelthom |

We had a nice meal aat the restaurant durig our last trip to Philadelphia. While there were several ites of interest on the menu, we oped for their salad bar. It was quite extesive and Barb ordered shirimp to add to her salad -- they also have cheicken. They have an ample list of beer and wine.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY?

By Trave1Bandit |

I arrived in the next-door hotel, and this was the ONLY option for a meal. As I arrived at 2 pm, I came to this place twice – once for lunch and once for dinner. I should only have ONE option on one restaurant… but the experiences were so diverse that I am forced to have two opinions for the same place… DOWNGRADING my TA rating for this place. Before I start… I will say that this is practically the ONLY place in this area for a meal… if you do not want to walk too far… or drive to another place… so TWO meals here for me. So… first visit – about 2 pm for a light meal. The place was almost empty, and got a place at a table. What a treat, I am happy to say. The server taking care of my table was a delight… friendly, professional, fast, efficient and took care of me in a way that I consider perfect. Along with feeling like a VIP – the food came fast and tasting as what you can expect from this chain restaurant. Washed down with a couple of glasses of good red wine, I paid the bill feeling good. YES… I know that this is a Ruby Tuesday, where the quality of the food is consistent with what you expect… so nothing to write home about, but decent. And adding to this, the perfect service I got from the server, left a fantastic taste in my mouth. I returned to the neighbouring hotel to catch up on work and relax a little. Before I knew it, dinner time appeared, and so satisfied with the service I got from my late lunch, decided to return to this place (yes… there is nothing else nearby). Well… this is where it all goes wrong, I am sad to say. At the time I arrived, all the tables were full. NO PROBLEM, I sat at the bar, which being alone, I don’t mind at all. I will say this to start… food and pricing were as expected from this chain… so I cannot and will not complain about this part of the meal. BUT… part of a dining experience is also the service that you get… and that was – how to say – PATHETIC, to say the least. So, I sat at the bar, looked at the menu and chose my meal. The server attending the bar seemed to ignore me for some time, preferring to talk to other guests in the place. When she finally decided to give me a few second of her time, I placed my order along with a nice glass of red wine. It took forever to get my wine (you lose the business, as I could have had a couple more). I had to ask 3 times to get the first glass of wine. It took a very long time to get my food – NOT normal for a Ruby Tuesday. But… yes this but tells me all… I noticed that the girl running the bar was more interested in talking to a guy sitting opposite me. Honestly speaking… from what I saw… I think that she must have been lucky later on that evening, since the flirting was so obvious between the two of them… that she MUST have been “lucky” – if you know what I mean. But… her luck ruined my service, as it did to the couple sitting next to me… we ALL saw what was going on. When the food eventually arrived, my glass of wine was empty, and asked for another… yet to be ignored again. Asking again and again for my wine (that I am paying for), I finally got it. No apology… nothing… she just placed it in front of me, and ventured off to “openly flirting” with her new friend across the bar. Now… I will be honest. If she wanted to flirt, she has every right to do it, as long as it is NOT hurting the place that is paying her salary. When dinner was over, I ordered a coffee along with a nice bourbon to round off the evening. YES… you guessed it – I asked and asked repeatedly. When I finally got it, I asked for the bill (again a few times) and paid, feeling completely frustrated. A meal that was supposed to taste good… left VERY bad taste in my mouth, not because of quality… but service that was a disaster. I honestly hope that the rest of her evening was worth it for her… because she ruined my lust for a nice experience. So… SUMMING UP – two different meals… VERY different experiences. If I had only had lunch here, my rating would have been through the roof… but adding in the positives and subtracting the negatives… this deserves no more than a 3 point rating on this site – AT BEST, I am sorry to say.

Tuesday on Friday

By gfm1118 |

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard on Bartram Ave in Philadelphia. Ruby Tuesday is less than a block away. Very convenient. Service was smooth, courteous and quick from the time we walked in the door. We had a problem with a broken seat and it was addressed and corrected immediately. I had chicken fresco and my wife had double decker chicken. We were both very satisfied. Great Friday night out under $50 tip included ( no alcohol).

Dirty

By Nancy M |

Torn sticky menus, and table. We were seated close to the kitchen, so got a view when doors opened. The kitchen looked dirty. Service OK. Food not that good.

Great Salad Bar

By colt123 |

Prices are very reasonable, and the salad bar is a highlight. Lots of choices. We ate here rather than our hotel restaurant.

Great meal

By 1baggo |

This was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday. We really enjoyed it. Our table was clean and the server "Christina" was the very best. She was on top of everything. The salad bar had over 50 different items. It made for a great salad. We had the BBQ ribs. My wife loved them. They were good. lots of food for a fair price. The have a bar for beer and other drinks also at a fair price. A very good experience.

As expected

By spbpwr |

Food as expected - we eat at a RT near home often. Staff at this one were attentive and service was good. Location very convenient for many of the Phila Airport area hotels.

Convienient and good

By Ken M |

Had dinner here while staying at the Hampton next door. I had the summer special platter with ribs and chicken tenders and Nashville Hot. The chicken tenders were really good. The ribs were ok. A little dry and firm for my liking. Overall the food and service were good but a bit pricy for what it was.

Food Was Great!!!

By zetaspeechlady |

The restaurant was located near our hotel so we decided to walk over there. Our waitress, Katie, was great!! Dhe made sure our glasses were full and checked on us frequently. We were surprised how well the meats and vegetables were seasoned. I enjoyed the sirloin and shrimp while my husband had the bourban chicken. Overall, great meal!! We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area.

Staff didn't come around much.

By Amanda G |

The best part about this restaurant is the salad bar. The sauce on the ribs is very good with the redmeat was kind of tough. The sirloin was cooked to perfection which was great but unfortunately we only got one refills on drinks and the staff hardly came by even took 20 minutes to get our check paid that is why we went here was because it was right next to her the hotel would probably never come back

Dinner

Went to this place, because it is near hotel we're we are staying. Everything was fast and smoothly. Food was good and fresh. For this type of place it was very good dinner.

Convenient location near Philly airport

By Charlie J |

Great spot nestled next to hotels. Had the opportunity to sit with Rich and spoke with Jimmy the GM as well. Salad bar always fresh and decent beer options

Did not care for the place

By John K |

When I sat down at Bar i had to look for a clean spot, the area was clear but stick and water spots The Bartender had walked away and a server was retrieving something from the bar. I was not acknowledged, she could have said Shawn will be out in a minute Eventually bartender came back, did no acknowledge as he poured beer for other guests, ok but at least offer a greeting, “hey be with you in a moment” Nothing. I asked him what beer he had, and from a short distance, facing away from me he shouted the beer. I did not hear him. He again offered me options and i made a selection I asked if its not too much trouble can he wipe the area in front of me He kind of snapped back, i’ll get to it, as if i was telling him his job. Definitely annoyed i asked My thought is, bar should be clean immediately after guest leave, a welcome feeling to be to next guest Not a warm and fuzzy place

OK, but only OK

By brentwallace |

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a decade, but this on was far below the standards I remember. My colleague had the salmon which was only a cm thick, about half what you would expect, and of course cooked well done, almost too dry to eat. My chicken sandwich was fine, but only fine. Service was slow with 5 plus minutes to get a drink or the bill.

Just Wanted a Drink and a Snack

By ILiveOutofaSuitcase |

Stopped in on a weeknight to grab an appetizer and a drink. The bartender took our order and asked if we wanted menus and then never came back to take a food order or ask if we wanted another drink. I couldn't even get her attention or catch her eye anytime she was in front of me. The bar was full, but she wasn't busy with orders more than half the time because it's a small bar. Beyond that, it was $9 for a from mix margarita. Definitely wouldn't go there again, even though I stay at the Hampton next door almost weekly.

Horrendously slow service

By Melissa K |

Stayed at one of the nearby hotels for a ridiculously early flight in the morning. Arrived around 7:50 pm and had about a 10 minute wait. I had a bad feeling when the two hostess were standing chatting and not acknowledging customers. When it was our turn to be sat she didn’t even call our name. She walked right by us with the menus never acknowledging us, put the menus on a table and cane back then said you can go sit. What the hell? When we finally sat down the waiter was there within a few minutes. And that’s when the wait game began... we order our apps with our drinks. 4 waters and 1 beer. The apps actually came out before our waters. Then it was another 15 minute wait to order our meals because food runners brought the food and our waiter was MIA. I could see our waiter standing in the kitchen, just standing chatting. We had asked for our waters to be refilled and that never happened. After ordering our meals it took 45 minutes for a kids steak, chicken fingers and 2 salads to come out. Seriously 45 MORE minutes. The kids steak was so over done it was impossible to chew. The whole experience was completely awful. Never again will we eat here.

Be Cautious

By schmid3354 |

My family and I visited Ruby Tuesday while in town and staying next door at the Hampton Inn. When we arrived, one of the waitresses was outside the door on her cell phone having an emotional call with her boyfriend/husband/significant other for all to hear. We entered and the less than friendly hostess seated us at the first table immediately inside the door. When looking around at the almost empty restaurant, I asked if we could be seated at a table a little further from the door and cold draft. The hostess said nothing and walked us to the very last table in the corner of the restaurant, then walked away. Our waiter, Jessie, was friendly and had a bit more personality than the hostess; which was appreciated. We ordered our drinks, meals and dessert...all of which were good. After returning home and checking the bank account, I saw the dinner charge was more than the receipt, so I called and talked to the Manager, Chris. He went down through the receipt and our order and noted a charge for an item we didn't order. I explained that we hadn't ordered that item and he kindly refunded me the amount. I'm not sure if the waitstaff assumed the charge wouldn't be noticed, or if it was an honest mistake. Either way, I'd highly recommend you keep your receipt and check your bank afterwards. A little extra charge here and there will certainly add up if someone is scheming off of guests.

Convenient

By jr121788 |

Good food, good prices, friendly staff. The restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel. We did carry out and the food was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Updated restaurant and menu

By peanutsNewYork |

This restaurant was so convenient to the hotels near the Philadelphia airport. We were able to walk there. Although it is a "chain" restaurant, this site was definitely a step above most. The bar and wait staff were efficient and friendly. We both had steak dinners which were very good and cooked as ordered. We saw lots of other great looking burgers going past us too! Cold beer, happy hour, good food.

Vacation with daughter

By horsemom6831 |

This restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel. We ate there three times. The service was great. The food was good. I did the all you can eat salad bar twice and loved the variety. The drink sizes were large and refills were free but didn't need it. I recommend this restaurant if you are staying at one of the strip of hotels that is near the airport.

Good food

By Jayne L |

Had take away from here when arrived into Philadelphia hotel late. They had a full choice off the menu for take away and the staff are very friendly. The meal was cooked fresh and was a very delicious burger.

Terrible customer service

By Johnny O |

Arrived and greeted by the hostess, was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Immediately noticed there were at least eleven empty tables. Noticed waiter (Joshua B.) waiting around and trying to stay busy. After a 13 minute wait I was called to be seated and guess what. The waiter assigned to my table was Joshua B. Joshua did a good job and kept checking to ensure everything was fine.

Really good food, great location

By Venture650041 |

Really close to airport and hotels. Eat here every time I fly out at PHL. Always busy, but service is good. Only complaint is they cannot make a good margarita. I love margaritas, and have never got a good one. Other than that, great place to eat at

Okay, Not Great, But Convenient

By Tracy G |

This restaurant was the only one near our hotel, so we didn't have much of a choice. The happy hour drinks were cheap but seemed to lack much alcohol. The appetizers were not very good, but filling. The hamburgers were fine. In retrospect, we probably should have just eaten from the salad bar since it seemed popular with quite a few choices. The place was crowded, but I'm guessing most of these people worked nearby and were there because it was convenient. Our waitress was nice and accommodating, but she was overworked.

Treats employees horrible

By travelingforwork |

Our server was wonderful, even made a seating change after we were seated to make us more comfortable. When we were ready to leave another customer was very rude to her as she explained that she had to wait for another guest to pay before she could take their order. The server did a professional job trying to explain before the customer exploded, caused a scene and stormed out. Shortly after the incident, I watched as a Manager scolded the server in the dining area and told her to go home! We made the effort to stand up for her customer service and were shooed out the door! Will never step foot in a restaurant that treats their people this way again!!

Great food in a hurry

By kathleenseymor |

Right nest to the Hampton Inn it was very convenient for us to walk over and have a bite to eat.! There is not a lot of places to eat nearby if you do not have transportation but this was a good place for us to eat.

Quick easy meal

Reputable restaurant chain with a variety of food and drinks. Restaurants are clean and would eat there anytime

typical Ruby Tuesday

By RitaC321 |

nothing special but service was good and food was decent good for a quick lunch or dinner; TVs in the bar area

Love the new salad bar

By Adriana425 |

Had a one night layover between flights. Stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. RT was the only restaurant available. Always like eating there. Their new salad bar has a great selection of fruits and vegetables. My granddaughter enjoyed her burger. It was a nice way to end our vacation.

Just....no.

By Meredith G |

This is the only restaurant for miles, close to a few popular hotels at the Philadelphia airport. If you are staying nearby, eat before you leave the airport or plan to drive to get somewhere decent. I went in and sat at a high-top in the bar area. Waited 15 minutes with no one bringing me a menu. Yet two waitresses were standing in the bar area watching t.v! I was too tired to deal with it, so went up the street to the WaWa fuel station and got a sub sandwich, which was delicious! Just because you're the only game in town, does not mean you will get my business. At least try. Get a manager in there who knows how to hold employees accountable.

Ruby Tuesday's

By Hadley96 |

Seating was cramped. Service was slow which we couldn't understand why bc there were an abundance of workers. Food was good. Waitress was nice.

Wow how bad can it get

By Cowboys6026 |

We were very slow to be greeted at the door. There were 5 or 6 employees standing around there talking with each other and using there cell phones. Very slow to be greeted at the table also. Order taken a soup delivered a small bowl only half full maybe. Salad bar not bad I actually made two trip honestly I wasn't sure how the entree would be. I've eaten there before and really did not want to go back. The entree was fine. The server was nowhere to be found through the whole meal nor was there any interaction from any other server for management personnel in the restaurant. End it took forever to process the credit card and take care of payment that should never happen. I will do everything I can never go there again or any other Ruby Tuesday's

Preflight Dinner

By gfm1118 |

We stopped here the night before our flight and were very disappointed. The service was fine but the food was nothing to make us want to return. I ordered pork chop and mashed potatoes. My wife, baked sweet potato and grilled chicken. My pork chop was more like a ham steak with a heavy water content the potatoes were clumpy. The chicke was dry and the sweet potato wasn’t completely cooked.

We ate with friends and for the most part the food was good. The waitress was friendly and listened to our special requests. Some Ruby Tuesdays are filthy this one was clean.

Very Convenient

By chris s |

Close to the hotel with a great salad bar. Staff was courteous and food was delivered quickly. Lots of menu choices

Loved it, there's always room for improvement tho!

By Liliana V |

We went to the restaurant on April 25th. 7:30pm or so. We spent a good couple of hours at the restaurant, it was extremely busy. They still managed to get our order within 35 minutes. They offered drinks and the salad bar as soon as we came in. I had the honey glazed salmon bowl and my wife had the deconstructed kabobs, but she asked for the rice pilaf to be substituted with mashed potatoes. They didn't get it right but agreed to give her mashed potatoes on the side at no extra charge and she was pleased. I think the salad bar is the highlight of this place, as I could get extra dressing for my salmon. I wish their non-alcoholic drinks were broader than just lemonade with something, I had the raspberry lemonade, although a berry-only drink would've been more welcomed. The music was really nice, and I heard quite a variety of singers but some of my favorite singers weren't played: Santigold, Kylie Minogue and Kate Bush. Please add some music from my favorite singers, I'd be delighted!

This is good place to go when dinning alone. Lots of seating in bar area for those dinning alone. Service was excellent. Food was good. Beer was cold. Great salad bar with lots to choose from.

DO NOT VISIT… Disgusting Establishment

By drp20657 |

Horrible food, horrible service, FILTHY restaurant, a manager that could care less, and his appearance showed it. The store and the attitude needs a major overhaul!!

Good meal and pleasant experience

This restaurant is very close to airport hotels and very convenient to go to. Excellent service, nice presentation and we would return there next time we stay near the airport.

Decent place for dinner

By Safferboy |

I missed a flight so I spent the night at Philly airport this evening. I chose this place as it was close to my hotel. That was it. The menu was fair and had pretty much something for everyone. That’s always a plus. My order was taken my Sharif and he back in no time with my food. I chose half portion ribs. Very tasty. And french fries were good. Portion size more than adequate too. My only slight gripe was the ribs weren’t particularly hot but it was busy to be fair. The price was good. The meal was good. However I’d like to credit the excellent service from Sharif. He was simply fantastic. Around but not in your face. Big smile. And sorted things perfectly. He’s a real asset to this place and one of the reasons I’d return probably. Thank you for your care and attention. Restaurants need more waitrons like you.

Bad meal and disinterested service

By luckytraveler2016 |

Ordered a burger with fries, cooked as specified. But the service was so mediocre, it put a pall on the entire meal. No dessert, thank you.

Slow Slow and more slow!

By Staci G |

I usually love Ruby Tuesdays. We decided to eat here because of the location to the hotel and we had an early flight out in the morning. Service was so slow that we thought about leaving a few times. Food came out in weird order and the cheddar broccoli soup I ordered tasted like dirty dish water. Salad bar looked old and needed refreshed. Will not be back to this location. No manager around to make a complaint.

More like 3.5 stars

By huskyhoops |

I think this location is on par with other Ruby Tuesdays I have eaten at. It was right next to our hotel, so the location was good. Service was slow, but our server was very attentive. A good, safe choice if you are staying at the nearby hotels.

Always great

By Khalid R |

Had a two meal, steak and salmon. But unfortunately our steak came out with a very long hair in it. Called the manager and she was happy to replace it. She carried her self in a very professional Way. We come here once or so a month.

food before concert

late lunch and drinks before garth brooks concert. Ribs were mouth watering, baked potato and steamed broccoli were great.

Surprisingly good food.

By Betty R |

A short walk from the hotel, through some building materials, this was worth the effort. Very pleasant waitstaff and tasty food at a reasonable price. Would recommend this Ruby Tuesday.

The salad bar is the best part of dining here.

By Doug K |

We have eaten here a couple of times and really like the salad bar. However, the service is highly variable and you may find yourself wondering where the waiter or waitress disappeared to. It is very convenient to the airport motels and enjoys a good deal of their business.

Dinner with Grand children

By Nonnieandpops |

We had an early flight and our daughter and grand daughters drove us here. We decided on Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. The turkey burger was cooked just right and tasted good. The ribs were the best according to our 13 year old grand daughter. The others meals were also food because all that went beck were empty plates. Normally we do not eat at this type of restaurant, but maybe things will change.

Ok food but bad service

By Pahappy |

Stayed at the Hampton Inn next door and stopped for an early dinner and was disappointed over the price and service. Waiter was VERY nice but waited a long time for drinks (soda for the kids and beer for us). Glasses sat empty and when food was brought out from a different server, was never asked about refills and left before we had a chance to ask. Asked main waiter for drinks and we sat and waited for almost 15 minutes and despite him apologizing there was really no excuse. It was NOT Full at all. Maybe 15 people tops in the whole establishment. Bill was dropped off with our drinks and didn't get a chance to let him know we had a coupon for a free appetizer - please note we were no where close to finishing our meals at that time, so was surprised check was dropped off. Took the manager another 10-15 minutes to come over and correct the bill and was almost at the point to just pay it. My husband and I go to tap take over and keep the pint nights at bars and to see $24 for 4 domestic beers was a bit much. Would not recommend nor go back unless maybe it's happy hour.

An Enjoyable Meal

By Colin L |

This was an enjoyable if unexceptional meal. No major problems but nothing to write home about. Typical of it's sort. The salad bar provides a wide array of fresh and pleasant, largely healthy items that makes for a worthy appetiser. The glazed chicken was enjoyed but my steak was overcooked beyond my instruction. The mashed potatoes were tasty but the green beans appeared to have been reheated from frozen. Despite the gripes we had a pleasant meal.

Good food

By Michael B |

I arrived late into the airport and stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suited by Wyndham and walked over to Ruby Tuesday nearby. The area looked safe to me. I had the salad bar and added avocado and salmon. The salad was good (although some of the lettuce was browned and wilted). The salmon was delicious and a larger portion than I expected for the $5.00 price. I thought the avocado was supposed to be a full avocado for the $2.00 extra price. The cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes were are fresh and tasty. The service was courteous and quick. I will eat here again next time.

Eating dinner the night before our flight

By jmh1153 |

We like to walk across the Hampton Inn parking lot to the Ruby Tuesday's restaurant, and enjoy dinner the night before our flight. Our food has always been very good and filling. I love their raspberry ice tea, my favorite!!!!!!!

Not worth the convenience

By lost_bobcat |

The only reason I went to Ruby Tuesday is because it was across the street from my hotel. I was not expecting gourmet, but what I got was terrible. Half rack of ribs was so overcooked and dried out (as a signature dish??) I did not finish it. A handful of fries and a salad bar they closed after I ordered it because of a leak in the roof over it. I ate at the bar and it was not very busy, but the staff was too busy chit chatting amongst themselves and a few regulars. Did not get offered anything for losing the salad bar I paid extra for and when I got home was feeling sick. Do yourself a favor and don't settle for the convenience.

Not friendly....yuck!

By Holly F |

I called in to place my order, the first girl I talked to was....well horrible and not friendly at ALL! Go inside to pick it up and I assume the hostess was the same girl that answered the phone (atleast I hope so because 1 rude person was enough)...anyways, told her i was there for a pick up and was like "um ok" so i had to stand there wait for someone who apprently could talk to me since she obviously couldn't. The girl who got my food and checked me out at the front was very nice and I appreciated her, however that hostess didnt even smile ONCE to ANYONE who walked in or she put at a table, she was very short and obviously didnt give a damn about being there. Then the shrimp platter I got, well it tasted like the shrimp was old...needless to say, NEVER going back there again!!

Terrible

By Maxime K |

We arrived in heavy rain wanting a swift dinner. The reception lady was dis-interested in us or serving us. There were empty tables which hadn’t been cleared. Staff walked around with cell phone ear pieces in their ears and walking past the tables We were eventually showed a table with food all under the table and lots of napkins. Jose, our waiter was great. Food was average at best. The wasrooms were disgusting with paper towels all over the floor and unflushed and blocked toilets. The overall experience was bad and the place is dirty

Great service and menu specials.

By Larry W |

Ruby Tuesday is next to the hotel where we were staying. Waitress was very friendly and provided great service. They had dinner specials that had nice portions and good prices. Our meals were prepared well and were flavorful. They have a good variety of items on their menu, something for everyone.

Service was good.

By KC Gypsy Explorer |

Staying at the hotel next door and ran over for a quick bite the night I arrived. Told the waitress I was tired and just wanted something I could get quick. I ordered a bowl of soup and a piece of cake. She was sweet and got the food out to me quickly . Soup was hot and not bad. Cake was ok. . Ate a sandwich there a few days ago. Just not fresh or good. Service was again very good. I just don't eat at chain restaurants usually. I forget how awful they are. It is however right next door to the hotel.

Convenient to hotels

By PeterBarras |

Not much choice in the area hence the visit. If you have been to 1 Ruby Tuesday you have really been to them all. Standard fare at reasonable prices

great food easy access

By Dolores V |

The restaurant is a ten minute walk from the front door of the hotel I stayed at. It was an average Rubys but I loved the service. The food was great they did make a slight error with my order but all in all the food was almost picture perfect

East here every time i am in town

By Tim Knopp |

I ate here 3 times in the week i was in town as it was right next to my hotel. The food was always good, but the service is always slow. I have stayed next door many times and everytime i do, i eat here, since i can walk across the parking lot to get to it. And slow service every time.. the food is really good and they keep the salad bar freshly stocked. Just wish it didnt take over an hour to eat and pay..

Convenient location

By Frank M |

Like many before me it was very convenient being right next to the Hampton Inn. The steak & lobster was OK. Moderately priced but also moderate portions.

The food wasn’t more than eatable

By batyayogev |

We stayed in a hotel across the street,so it was easy to get there, but we didn’t go more than once, because the food was just a little better than fast food.

Nothing to Write Home About

By Jim_n_Seattle |

The food was was just mediocre. The menu options were diverse, with a fair number of options to consider, priced right for the taste and quality of food.

dinner

By charles b |

Very friendly service good choice of foods and a reasonable price. Good location close to philly airport.

Get out the scrub brush

By lmeK4771CT |

Was so excited to see a Ruby Tuesday's by my hotel, within walking distance. We do not have any Ruby Tuesday's in our state. When you walk in you can tell there is zero attention paid to cleaning and upkeep. Winter storm is here so I decided to chance it and not call an Uber to go somewhere else. Staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. I had a cooked meal, was looking forward to a garden bar but decided against it since the front of the house did not look great, one would think the kitchen is worse. Food was prepared correctly and promptly served. I would recommend management close of a day and have a cleaning party.

Good food but not sure about cleanliness

By jeffswmn |

The location was very convenient as we were staying at the Hampton next door. My food was good, but I was somewhat turned off when I look at the woodwork that separates the booths and I see dust and crumbs of something. When I see that I wonder what the kitchen looks like? I think some more care towards cleaning is needed for me to come back.

The staff makes this place.

By Debbie J |

These five stars are for the staff. The hostess was exceptional, as was the server who took my to-go order. I was able to watch the goings on while waiting for my order and these ladies were nice and friendly to everyone. People were seated quickly and the entire staff made sure no one had to stand and wait. We don't have a Ruby Tuesday where we live, so this was something new. The food was very good and typical of this type of easy going restaurant. There was not a long wait, even for a Friday evening.

Ruby Ruby Why?

By David A |

Arrived before evening rush with few patrons in restaurant but waited 10 minutes while staff determined who was working and where. Food was enjoyable. I have to admit - the salad bar was INCREDIBLE!

Great location to Hampton Inn Philly airport

By Antonia R |

Walk across the parking lot from the airport Hampton Inn Philadelphia PA. Good service, usual Ruby Tuesday food. Ate here twice within a week, before and after a trip to Nevada. Chose a couple of things from the appetizer menu. Good menu with variety.

Disappointed again

By Ken S |

The last time we ordered Ruby Tuesday takeout, the order was wrong. No lettuce and tomato on the burgers. But we gave it another shot tonight - and wrong again- we ordered onion rings and got fries instead. Is it really that hard to read the order - the printout clearly says onion rings. Also - on both visits we checked the box that says DO NOT include plastic cutlery - and both times, it was in the bag. WTF

Maybe a challenged cook?

By stevewJ2294BU |

We showed up at 6:30pm on a Friday evening and got a seat for 2 right away. That was the good thing. Beer was not very cold. Salmon cam out burnt on the botom and the medium sirloin steak came out bleeding red. It took 2 more times for the cook to get the steak correct and they replaced the salmon with a better piece. My questions is WHY? Why serve food not properly prepared. Then they gave us the bill with no money taken off, so I brought that to their attention, so then they gave me my beer free...what?...finally after nicely challenging the manager he did finally cut the bill in half. It was just a disappointing experience...maybe other customers have had good ones. They are the only restaurant serving 65 hotels. So, they probably do not care about doing their best, cause there is no competition.

Convenient to the nearby hotels, but nothing special

By Des S |

Like pretty well all the rest of the clientele we’d walked across from one of the nearby airport hotels, since food-wise this was the only game in town (except for a Wawa a 10 minute walk down the road). There were no surprises with the menu, standard American fare. The salad bar was excellent value, with a lot of variety on offer – If you’re having a burger I’d recommend paying $1.99 for the option to substitute the unlimited salad bar instead of the normal French fries. This way you get lots of healthy veggies and can still fill up on potato salad etc. if you need your carbs. A couple of great draft beers on tap. Just one thing - all of the food was rather bland, with hardly any flavor at all.

Good food and pleasant atmosphere

By whosmtngrl |

My husband and I stop here every time we stay at the Fairfield Inn across the street- usually for drinks and a meal before flying out of Philly airport. Good food and drinks, pleasant staff, and reasonable prices. A good place to go when staying at one of the neighboring hotels!

above average food

By sassydogAllen_Tx |

the food was excellent and we ate there twice during our visit to Philly. the mac and cheese was out of this world.

Awful staff and awful restaurant

By Stewart B |

The worst Ruby ever. Avoid at all cost. The most rude and horrible staff you could imagine. Out of many things on the menu (not delivered, still frozen, add your own excuse)

I Was Pleased

By Thomas B |

I was in Philly on business for a week, and ate here every night. Primarily because it was the only restaurant within walking distance of my hotel, and also because I had great lunches at Reading Station Market in town. The staff was very pleasant, the food arrived quickly each night, and the portion sizes were acceptable. I tried something different each night and was pleased with each selection. They even give free refills on the flavored lemonades.

Decent food, need more staff

By StacyAnn7 |

The staff do an okay job but they have a lot of tables and not a lot of hustle. Everyone was very nice, but it took longer than I expected.

Understaffed and slow staff

By Jane D |

When I arrived there was at least 20 plus people waiting to be seated (one larger ground then many families). I wanted to place a pick up order and it took over 15 minutes before anyone came to take my takeout order. I was told it would be 20 min to get my food (a hamburger) it took over 45 minutes. Many families gave up on waiting for a table or even ordering food. They were under staffed and the staff that was working were in no rush at all (to sit, serve or bring out food to the customers) my food was ok but my order was not correct but after waiting so long I could not be bothered to get it fixed. I would not go back to this location again it just was not a good experience.

Ehh..they had food.

By Vicki K |

We are staying at the hotel across the street from Ruby Tuesdays, so it made this convenient. Wish I could be more excited about the service and food. They were not friendly and we had to ask for refills, utensils and the check every time we went. Food was okay but nothing to "write home about". Wish this area had more food options.

Slow Service

By 2butterfly |

Went here for a late night dinner at about 10:30 pm after arriving at the airport on a late flight. The restaurant was still open at that time, but the service was so slow. Other folks finally walked out after not being waited on. We finally got to order, but I guess because it was a late dinner hour, my rice was definitely dried out. Food was average.

Okay

By Leslie21075 |

Waitress, Desiree really great. Food was nothing special. Not as advertised in terms of taste. Great salad bar.

convenient to walk to from hampton inn. average good meal

By Patrick C |

this location is always busy due to the hotels in the area. usually a small wait. bar is a bit loud. food was good. service was ok. overall not bad, could have been better.

Relaxing evening meal

By JERISH D |

We are staying at the Fairfield Marriott hotel in Philadelphia. There is a Ruby Tuesday across the road so we thought we'd visit. The staff were friendly and the food I must say was delicious, so filling (salad bar) and tasty. I wish we had one in England. There was a queue but, we didn't have to wait long. I cannot remember the waitress name but, she was very nice. 5* from me.

ehhh

By Harold H |

Service was almost as bad as the food. Food took for ever, triple play was marginal at best. Never saw our waitress until she brought the bill. Runners brought out apps. had to stop some one and ask for plates, runners brought out entrees, never cleared app dishes. had to stop some one to get ketchup. wasn't even busy. horrible

Convenient and Reliable Dining Near Hampton Inn with Tasty Coconut Shrimp and a Well-Stocked Salad Bar

By dennisE1964 |

Ruby Tuesday in Philadelphia offered a solid dining experience. The ambiance was casual and relaxed, perfect for a low-key meal after a day of exploring. The restaurant was clean, and we were seated immediately with no wait. Our server was friendly and prompt, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I opted for the soup and salad bar, while my wife tried the coconut shrimp appetizer along with the salad bar. While my broccoli and cheese soup lacked seasoning, a quick sprinkle of salt and pepper made it more enjoyable. My wife, however, absolutely loved the coconut shrimp, which came with a sauce that had a nice, flavorful kick. The salad bar was exactly what you'd expect from Ruby Tuesday—large, clean, and fully stocked. Though we missed having saltine crackers and cottage cheese, the selection was still good overall. Its proximity to our hotel, the Hampton Inn, made it an incredibly convenient dining option. I’d definitely come back.

Reliably decent food at a decent price

By Trish G |

We were at one of the nearby hotels and wanted something close by. This was a good choice. Food that you would expect from a Ruby Tuesdays and price was ok. I enjoyed the steak and fried shrimp. Others enjoyed theirs as well. Full salad bar was pretty good. Lettuce a little wilted but they brought out fresh. Be careful if you switch your side for the salad bar. The waiter did not tell me there was an uncharge for that and once I got the bill, it was too late. All in all, it was nice to be able to eat close to the hotel.

Great salad bar!

By Dawn M |

For $1.99 you can add the salad bar to your entree. Good deal. Their salad choices are numerous. Everything was clean and tidy, indicating they stay on top of things. Our entrees were good but seemed secondary compared to the tasty salads. Service was good and she pointed out a terrific special we had overlooked. We would recommend!

Good salad bar at lunch - if you get there early

By Lola1958 |

A group of 10 arrived at around 11:30 and the salad bar was petty well stocked, all except for the ranch dressing. How can they be out of that at 11:30? Anyway, all other items were fresh and well stocked. Enjoyable lunch. Service was a bit slow, but we were a group, so maybe that's the reason. Several of us were totally finished our huge salads by the time some were served their burgers. We had several baptizers, deep fried green beans were few but good, the wings were good too.

Cold Food

By Tracker129 |

We were staying in a hotel near by and it was within walking distance to the hotel. Walking is like walking into a 50's time zone, dark paneling all over and the lights all have 50's geometric lamp shades. The food was pretty good but the service was terrible, it took forever to get my meal and when I did get it, it was luke warm. No reason for that, the server wasn't that busy.

Just okay

By MJS612 |

Service fine. Food salty pasta was cold. Felt pricey for what we had. No drinks. Close to hotel- wouldn't go back.

Good choice

By Walder C |

Very Nice. Ask for the garden bar! A lot of choices in burgers and salads. Good price for all foods!

Good food and staff

By Rockiroads |

I had a very decent meal here. Some good appies. The salad bar very good at this one. The waitress of ours was fun and informative. Liked our conversation. This one better than others I have been to. Good seating close to our hotel.

Yummy mushroom and swiss burger

By Scott R |

The title says it all. Literally a 100 yard walk from our hotel. Just ordered to go and it was fast and prepared correctly.

Nice choices to select from

By Michele R |

Menu is sufficient without overwhelming you with choices. The wings are great and the cheese cake is to die for. Quick service at a good price.

Close to hotel

By trytogetawayoften |

It was convenient to our hotel. We walked in and no wait. Their website showed an item that was not on the menu in the restaurant and asked about it and they made it for us, but not as shown on the website menu.

Typical Ruby Tuesday

By Potter5303 |

We had dinner here, and it is a typical Ruby Tuesday. Delicious burgers! It is very conveniently located near Philadelphia Airport and all the local hotels.

Quick dinner

By spinnychick |

First time at Ruby Tuesday’s. Food was decent. Pretty much what I’d expect. Fair prices. TERRIBLE staffing. Server was great but management was nowhere, very crowded, huge mobs. Terrible scheduling by management and they didn’t help.

It is what it is.

By funNewJersey |

Just like any other Ruby. Same food, same price, same thing. Had a bacon cheesburger and fries. The beer was cold, that's a plus.

Feeling invisible

By mesull |

The restaurant was not busy but service was terrible. I could not understand the waitress, because she spoke quickly and did not speak clearly. I orderedone item and it never came; we had to ask another waitress to bring it. We waited an inordinate amount of time to get the check. The waitress was nowhere to be seen. My friend went to the ladies' room and came back saying that something was terribly wrong- the bathroom smelled like the sewer was backing up. Need more training for waitstaff.

Good place to eat

By Robert B |

Not sure why most Ruby Tuesdays are closing. We eat here before checking into our hotel. The food was good the service was good the place was clean the environment was welcoming. It was a good way to start our getaway.

Very enjoyable dinner

By John H |

Despite some of the bad reviews, my wife and I decided to eat dinner at Ruby Tuesday. It was close to our hotel. When we entered, the hostess was very nice and seated us exactly as we requested. Our server showed up quickly and took our order. The salad bar was excellent. Our entrés were very good. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. It was a little chewy but definitely still enjoyable. My wife's chicken was good. The potatoes and rice were good, as was the broccoli and zucchini. They had a nice wine list. All the prices were reasonable given the quality and quantity of food and service. I had never been to a Ruby Tuesday before (they are not near where I live), but this was a very good experience that makes me willing to try it again.

Regular food, terrible service

By WilliamDyer |

The food was ok, nothing great which is not a disappointment since you expect it to be like that, but the service was terrible specially the person in the front desk who is in charge of seating. He had an attitude like he did not care about anything, I told Him the table he chose for us was dirty, with used napkins in the floor, and that I wanted a different one and he answered every table is the same

Errrrrr

By Elita R |

Came here with my friend. The cab driver was supposed to take us to TGI's but brang is here but couldn't complain as there wasn't much time. The drinks took forever to come and so did the food. Their steak is frozen, I know as I asked the waiter. None of their food is fresh. I got some shrimp that I end up throwing away. Would not return.

Underwhelmed by meals

By PurplePelicanAntiques |

We were very underwhelmed by our meals here. The waitress was sweet but the meal was less than average. I ordered a NY strip and it was grilled on one side and you could tell they just put a bowl over the top of it to heat it through, so needless to say I had a "steamed" steak, not charbroiled. The salad bar was small but okay with average amount of offerings.

Usual Chain but really good service

By jpennett |

Had lunch there three times and each was a good time. Food was good and service was very good. No complaints from this stay. Been there many times and don't have a bad word to say about them.

Rude and not friendly

By Gina B |

Te employees not friendly at all, rude and not helpful, food was ok, and never refilled drinks or asked if we needed anything

Succulent Ribs!

By Rani J |

I visited Ruby Tuesday with my husband and son for lunch. As it was weekday the restaurant was not crowded.our orders were taken promptly.I ordered "Ribs & Southern style chicken tenders" to share with my husband. My son ordered "Bella mushroom Sirloin with two sides". Service was timely.Food was excellent.Ribs were perfectly cooked.

Good Experience

By Ross M |

Surprised by quality of food and service - I would visit again. I have been to other Ruby Tuesday and this was the best experience yet.

Gross

By endlesslyrocking |

So dirty. I am eating here now and can't find a clean plate at the salad bar. I just put 4 tomatoes in my hand rather than putting them on the food encrusted plates they are offering. The lettuce is wet, old, and slimy. Food to come, ugh

Ate here for dinner before flying out the next a.m.

By Barry H |

Stayed right next door at the Microtel by Wyndham. Was more busier then I thought it would be. Although we had 16 people, they did a good job of accomodating us.

Decent food...if you don't mind waiting, poor service and smoke

By Aloofbob |

Restaurant is only place within walking distance of Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport, and to judge this on food alone it would have to be a hight four stars for the price, maybe even 5. Everything was done well. We ate here 3 times in three days purely out of convenience. However... - Two members of staff were smoking within 20 feet of the front door - Front desk staff seemed to find the whole thing of customers coming in to be something of a chore and it took a while to make any eye contact. Made me feel almost guilty for being there. - Stale smell in the front desk area. - Hopelessly inattentive service staff. Drinks don't get refilled, took >5 minutes to get back to me AFTER I'd given them my credit card. And that was when the restaurant was over half-empty.

Well as expected average

By Per H |

We didn’t expect much, basically the only restaurant close by and surprised that they were understaffed so we had to wait. There are 3-4 hotels (airporthotels) close by so they know they will be busy. Food is fine, but nothing special, staff are nice but too busy. Food is exactly what you would expect, taste fine but nothing more than that.

Good service, good meal

By travelingrm |

The food and wine here is reasonably priced. Take advantage of the specials. The servers are friendly and pleasant. It is a comfortable place to eat if you are staying at a nearby airport hotel.

Works well before heading to airport

By Dennis F |

The location is ideal for returning car to rental car campus, and before heading to the airport. The employees are really good, creating a warm, friendly environment. The salad bar has many choices and is kept fresh.

Good service food just OK

By Maureen A |

Our server Shayna was friendly and attentive. The food is very average but typical. There is a wide variety of American style food and a decent adult beverage drink menu. Kid friendly.

THE food and the service are not good

By Maria D |

This is the second time that I made a mistake to eat at the same restaurant I did not like it the first time and my husband and I wanted to try to see if the quality of the food improve Te place is in bad shape. It has some crackers on the wood floor the chairs are really old. The service is slow and the waitress did not care about the service at all. He did not chick on us no once the food taste like nothing no flavours, my advice choose a different restaurant

Friendly Staff and good Food

By Kyle K |

We showed up around 5 PM and it wasnt too packed. Got a table immediately and were seated. Took a few minutes for our waitress to get to table but once she did, the service was very good. We both ordered sirloin steak and got the salad bar. Food was very good. A great value for the money. Only complaint I have was our seats were close to the front door and we were getting cold air blasts during our dinner. (If I would have known that earlier I would have asked to move) All in all a great visit!

To avoid (there are limits!)

By Bikette43 |

We went to this place for dinner. Frankly, we were fooled. Upon entry, the usher area was dirty. He mumbled something to us that we had difficulty understanding. At the table, we decided to take the special for 2 for $25. Attention! Don't expect two meals for $25! I was entitled to half a portion of meat, a tiny portion of vegetables (frozen) and a small portion of potatoes (child portion!). In addition, my husband's dish (for which he had to pay $4 more) was cold. We also had 2 beers. Dinner cost us around US$60. We left there still hungry. Oh yes, no soap in the toilets! Never again Ruby Tuesday's.

Typical Chain restaurant - but very good!

By SandieS |

Enjoyed a nice dinner here after a very long day of travel, and travel snafus. It was with relief that this was just across the parking lot from our hotel. Server was friendly and efficient, food was very good (love their garden bar and it was great to have a good old fashioned U.S.A. cheeseburger after being out of the country for a week!)

Very good Salmon

By Suke63 |

Good salad bar and very good salmon at a reasonable price. Service was solid. I went back the next night as there aren't many restaurants in the area. I had the sirloin and it wasn't very good. The person I ate with had the gluten free pasta and enjoyed it.

Nastiest food in the world

By Ronnie Bops |

I was a great customer of the past with Ruby Tuesday but after my experience at this location I refused to spend my hard working money here again the food over cook very cold and no seasoning at all. The service is the worst and believe me I was not the only customer who experience this at the same time of my visit. This location need to upgrade they waiter and chef and make sure as a franchise should now the value of continued greatest. If they don't improve on this I see them out a business asap. I pay for my food and me r my entire family of six didn't eat anything

Divine🥰!

By Bev B |

My take out Salmon was SO DIVINE🥰! Hickory BBQ Salmon was really really tasty! I had the loaded Tater Tots & a loaded Baked Potato🤣! We were staying @ a nearby Hotel & loved that Ruby Tuesday was right there!

Nice place to eat

By John M |

Ruby Tuesday was a very convent place to eat. It was within walking distance of my hotel. I found the service and the food to be very good.

Was afraid to go

By Jimmy J |

I was afraid to go based on the reviews but it was a pleasant surprise. There was room at the bar and the young lady that was working there was very nice and service was very fast. The food was as good as you would expect at a chain but all in all a nice dinner in a place with very few choices if you are staying at a local hotel without a car.

The Resturant had a smell

By candilips |

The service an food was good but thst smell needs to look into. Food an bad scent is not s good combo.

Very Disappointing

By t-bonetraveller |

Located near a number of PHL airport hotels, this particular Ruby Tuesdays needs to step it up a notch. Never have been a fan of comfort food style chain restaurants, this visit only solidified this belief. Very disinterested staff upfront that didn't seem to want to seat anyone very quickly. Nice waitress could not make up for the lukewarm grilled chicken sandwich with a hard bun, and cool french fries that had no crisp whatsoever. Overall, just a very poor experience all the way around.

Good food but service not quite up to par.

By Vicki A |

We always enjoy eating at Ruby Tuesdays. We like their menu. Our visit here was good and we were not disappointed with the food. However, the service, waiter, was not quite up to par. He seemed in a hurry and would walk by our table to check on things. As he was asking how we were doing he would walk on by as if he needed to get to another table. We actually had a need to get something but had to end up asking another waiter to get it for us because our waiter was too busy 'elsewhere'. Probably won't come back here.

OK.

By IkeCohen |

As always interior is very nice, service is OK, but not attentive enough. And as always food is pretty good.

Acceptable meal

By Jim K |

The meal at Ruby Tuesday was fine for this type of restaurant. The service was fine. I would recommend this restaurant.

I bought a chicken salad and broccoli cheese soup to go at a cost of $18.

By 46RKathy |

The 3 fried chicken fingers on the salad were very salty. Lots of greens and dressing on the side. The soup was good, but a very small amount.

Poor service. Adequate food - just.

By M S |

This is not a great restaurant. The food is adequate and the service is slow and poor. Staying in the hotel next door, it has the advantage of being within walking distance, for passing through travellers, but that is all. I had to go in search of cutlery, and the side salad only turned up after I asked for the bill.

Dinner

By Norman K |

Stayed across the parking lot. So it was easy to get to. Near airport. Had the salad bar which was good. Service was average. Server stopped by once. Never checked back. Took a while to get check. Ok place if you are in a pinch by the airport.

Nice quick meal

By Deb G |

We were staying nearby and walked over for a quick dinner. Grilled chicken sandwiches were excellent. Nicely grilled, flavorful and moist. Strawberry sangria was a welcomed refresher!

Last Meal of summer 2016 vacaton

By Vernie2015 |

Service was extremely slow, we waited over 1/2 hr for drinks to be delivered to the table; food order came in good time and the food was good.

Perfect spot before a flight or a secret meeting

By tms215 |

You aren't going to see anyone you know here. It is for transient guests from the hotel next door. The food is fine, the service is good, and the patrons are friendly. If you need a confidential spot for an interview or a quick bite before a flight? perfect. Not expensive, suitable for kids, and never crowded. Lots of tvs for sports

Bar cum restaurant Hotel

Only restaurant option available for the guest staying in Hilton and Marriott hotel. Overall food quality is good and service ce is fast. Salad is good. Only suggestion they include vegetarian item in menu.

Out of the way, but in the perfect place!

We hopped on a bus from new york city ($10) and decided to spend the day in Philly! After a morning of sightseeing and an afternoon of hotel lounging we needed food! While this location is near the airport it's a bit out of the way with few other businesses around except a circle of short and long-term lodging! A simple walk (even in the rain) down the road and we were welcomed into a warm and energetic atmosphere! Not too loud and not to quiet even at our bar table we enjoyed a bountiful meal! The food was hot and well seasoned! Couple this with a strong drink and we were set! The menu deals (and general offerings) were so hard to choose from, but I chose shrimp, steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus! An amazingly tasty combination! The meal was a bit on the pricey side for a simple day trip, but was completely worth it! A great location, awesome atmosphere, and delicious food! The only thing missing was the Tarter sauce - RT doesn't carry it - a sad day for my shrimp, but a great meal nonetheless!

Pleasant surprise

Visited this restaurant as it was close to hotel we stayed at. We do not normally go to Ruby Tuesday but this was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good and desert was even better

Lousy management here..

Stood in the front lobby area for fifteen to twenty minutes before greeted and told that the computer was down and could not be seated until computer was back up. Several people and couples just left the property unhappy. And I eventually did too. Poor communication and service here. Can't review the food. Sorry..

Good variety on menu, excellent salad bar and service

By Peter R |

Enjoyed prime burger and salad bar with lots of fresh, healthy options to construct your salad. Waiter (Jesse) kept everything running smoothly as we had a flight to catch, so no stress. Loved how he brought us a carafe of water when we saw we were running low. Red sangria special was good - not too sweet. Parking was easy and location close to airport.

Came here for dinner while staying at a hotel across the street for an early morning flight. When we arrived at 4:30, there was only one other table seated and there were five people at the bar. The waitress came over r get away and took pour orders. We ordered two meals, one lemonade and one salad bar. The drink and food was delivered before the salad could be finished. Then a refill for lemonade was offered and accepted. The problem was that the meal was finished before the refill came. To add insult to injury, we had a coupon and when we told our server, she said she would get the manager to apply it to the bill. We also asked for our check. The manager picked up the coupon and our server disappeared for almost ten minutes. When she did come back, she took an order for a table that was seated about five minutes earlier. We ended up asking the manager for the check. Now in all fairness, I don't think this is typical of service of Ruby Tuesday's, at least the ones I have been to before. I don't know if he help is new or if they were short staffed, but when we were walking out, there was a table of eight being seated. Hopefully they will be able to get home before the kids bed times. A word of warning, Tuesday kids eat free, that explains why there was a sudden onset of kids after 5:00. Since we come here for dinner when we have a early flight the next morning and staying across the street, we will probably come here again. Hopefully they get the service corrected.
