The food is mediocre and my waitress seemed off during the holiday season... like she didn’t want to work. She was very dismissive and kept rushing me to speak.. bu speaking over me. They do not serve juice.. only liquor and wine.. which is sad and weird. Not everyone likes drinking alcohol

We had a really great meal the food was delicious and we had a great server named Kemarie ! It was a blast.

STKs motto-offering a dynamic, fine dining experience with the superior quality of a traditional steakhouse. !!!!!!NOT!!!!! Very Bad experience! For a fine dining place (and I’ve been to many fine dining places around the world) we are very disappointed with STK and will not recommend this place !!! The waiter tells us he’s new, because of the price point of the meal, it’s unacceptable to have to deal with an inexperienced waiter (no fault to the waiter! He did his best! This is a poor representation of STK management!) The Bad (I’ll point out the good where necessary) 1. We were a party of 8 (it’s obvious this place is known for big parties) Sep 30th. Chk#971. Emp Patrick(271) 2. We had to ask for water - really ? Also when the party is not drinking wine please remove the wine glasses as you already know space is tight on the table ! Don’t make us ask you to remove it. Pay attention to the table and fill water glasses without us asking ! 3. The wait - reservation was at 7pm (oh you must have all parties to be seated ok fine with that) what I’m not fine with, our dinner arrived at 21:20 (9:20pm) You know, your team could have given us some bread! I don’t think it’s appropriate for the customer to ask for the bread, especially when you (STK) knows it’s a Saturday (busiest time) and not once brought bread to the table ( I mean really? You can afford to feed us bread). I was not happy we had to ask for the bread after hours of waiting for our food. Sadly, when the bread arrived, few minutes later the entree’s finally came!!!! This is unacceptable! **note-alcohol drinks was timely (annoying remark) I do recommend the Cucumber Stiletto for you Grey Goose Vodka lovers like me ! 4. The complaint - worthless when the supervisor doesn’t seem too apologetic when we shared our experience! I didn’t particularly care for her comment “why didn’t you tell me this sooner” - um excuse me, we shouldn’t be complaining periodt!!! Although she gave the parties some discount, that doesn’t fix the problem! 5. It took us nearly as long as we received our food to get someone to give us a check. The poor waiter had so many tables to attend to we had to get his attention to get our check. Of course we had to return the bill because he charged us with the wrong items. 6. The food - my husband ordered the Braised Rib entree, although the flavor was delicious, sad to say 30% of the meat was fatty !!!!!! Ugh STK! How disappointing ! Mashed potatoes were good! Brussels was delicious and flavorful Although we had the bread during our meal (really would have been nice to have served it before the entree) it was delicious and soft ! We are not disappointed at the waiter (Patrick) at all! He did his very best! But when you are at a fine dining restaurant, we expect the service to be up to par! Again, very disappointing representation STK! Your words must match your actions! You expect your customer to dine in and spend money (we are ok with that) but deliver !!!! STK management and owners, re-evaluate this complaint and change it for the better! Sadly, we will not return nor recommend you.

We had a reservation for 9:30 and we were waiting for almost 2 hours. We did not get seated or anything. We called the restaurant asking when we going to get our table and the time just longer. Prices are high service is low. Very disappointed will not returning!

We were celebrating a dear friend's milestone birthday tonight at STK Steakhouse in Atlanta, but our dining experience really put a damper on the evening. Our steaks and sides arrived at the table lukewarm, which was disappointing considering the price point. The service was also subpar - the server seemed unsure about who was supposed to get which plate. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed somewhat apologetic but didn't really offer a solution or follow up with us. He didn't even return to the table to explain what had gone wrong. As a frequent diner at high-end steakhouses, I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences I've had. It's a shame, because we were really looking forward to celebrating our friend's special day. Instead, the substandard service and food quality left us all feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

The wait and quality of food from here was the worst dinner experience I have ever had. Took my wife for her birthday and spend over 250.00 on a meal that was cold and overcooked. The wait staff was horrible waited 45 mins for glasses for my wine. Then they did not have a decanter?? A high end restaurant does not have a decanter ?? Do not waste your money or time.

I’ve been to three STK locations now (Vegas, NYC & ATL) and it is always an excellent experience. Five stars for our server Dominique at STK Atlanta. She was amazing and took great care of us. My wife and I treated ourselves to a nice dinner out and the food was incredible. I got a delmonico steak with a lobster tail and it was maybe one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The food combined with the top-level service from Dominique made our dinner date night perfect!

I went to STK for lunch one day by myself as a treat. I had an excellent salad and steak which I followed up with the donuts. All three dishes were excellent. The drinks and service were also excellent, thank you Jefferey and Caitlyn. Overall I would definitely return to STK.

We had a great time with Ren for my sisters birthday . He was super Lit and sweet . Definitely took our dinner and experience to a new level

A few of my friends and I go to Atlanta once a year to get together since graduating college. We loved STK Atlanta! We had brunch and the food was DIVINE! I would 1,000% recommend this location. “Ren” is a fabulous server! They served us with such professionalism and made she we got what we needed. Thank you, Ren!

The food was excellent, but more than that, Cliff provided the best service I've had in a looong time. We had a great time.

I do not understand how this is only at a 4.1 rating ! But if you’ve never been to STK Atlanta you need to go ! We did a reservation ahead of time Cliff was very knowledgeable about the menu went through the specials with us . Excellent service from him ! Great vibes and the abeyance is amazing !!!

Service was impeccable. Our server was Monique and she was amazing. She gave us honest feedback on what to order and she was on the money. She was very friendly and the customer service was great. Food was amazing too. I had the Maine lobster pasta dish and it was Very flavorful. Mac and Cheese was decent. Better than most but not the southern baked Mac and cheese you get at your aunties cookout. Haha Dress code is very upscale so please wear your sundays best. You’ll feel bad coming in with jeans or sneakers. Everyone mainly had on suits. I had on heels and felt fine. I’d def come back here.

This was a date night dinner for my husband and I. We went here because STK is a name that represents a good steak. However when we sat down to eat the servers were nice but clearly over-seated. That didn't bother us much, because we understand that restaurants currently are at times understaffed. It was the quality of the meal for the price that blew my mind. There are a number of steakhouses that are either similarly priced, or a bit lower for a significantly better meal.

I was served by Dominique. She was a great server. Her trainee was also helpful. Dj was good and the food was amazing.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my partner’s mother’s birthday at STK Atlanta, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our waitress, Zyleese, was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made fantastic recommendations and ensured that every detail of our evening was perfect. Her warm and professional service truly elevated the celebration, making my partner’s mother feel extra special. Now, let’s talk about the food—simply outstanding! Every dish was crafted to perfection, from the perfectly cooked steaks to the delicious sides and appetizers. The flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and every bite was a delight. The ambiance of STK Atlanta added to the experience, creating the perfect mix of upscale dining and a lively atmosphere. To top it all off, the team went the extra mile to acknowledge the birthday celebration, which made the night even more memorable. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers on incredible food, top-notch service, and a fantastic vibe, STK Atlanta is the place to be. We will definitely be returning for another amazing dining experience!

My husband and I spent Christmas in Atlanta. I made a reservation for this restaurant in October through OpenTable to assure a restaurant meal on Christmas Day. We arrived before our 5:00 reservation and were told to wait on an outside porch. I checked our status a few times and was told that we were fourth (?) in line. We waited an hour and I was finally told that they had to seat larger parties first and since we were a party of two we would have to wait longer. This was unacceptable and we left. Our reservation was immediately deleted on OpenTable so I could not write a review. From early reviews it seems that overbooking is a common problem. Again, reservations mean nothing.

Came here for brunch recently with friends. Arrived on time but confusion over our reservation to start with, ended up sitting on a table of 8 (party of 5) which was fine. Ordered 5 drinks, only 2 of which came to the table. Had to ask server twice to follow up with the other drinks. Drinks were great when they all made it. Ordered food - server forgot to ask how steak should be cooked and came back. Straightforward order of 5 mains with 4 sides. Food came out in good time, but again was missing items - 3 of the sides and a salad. Mains were all very nice and well cooked. Sides came halfway through and 2/3 were cold, the portion size also felt very slim for the cost of these. Server apologised for the issues and blamed something to do with the kitchen - but there were multiple instances of food and drinks just being forgotten about completely, so not sure where fault lies. Was a bit disappointed overall as the price did not match up to the experience, both in terms of the food and the overall service. Have heard excellent reviews and certainly seem to be in the minority to have felt this way, so might just be an off day. Server comp’d the coffee and 1-2 sides from the bill, and was very nice and friendly overall, but I couldn’t recommend based on this visit.

We were at STK this past week for Happy Hour. It was fabulous! Not only where the food and drinks incredible, yet so was the service and wait staff! Our server Cliff was terrific! He was very courteous, friendly, professional, and gave his honest opinion about what we may and may not like which was super helpful. And the bartender Adriana made the most amazing drinks to our liking. This places rocks!!!!

I went to STK for lunch and will definitely be back. I’ve been for dinner, the food is consistent and tasty with an upscale presentation. Visiting for lunch really hooked me though. Their happy hour lunch specials let me try a lot without going broke, love that. Their music choice is really good too, set the vibe soon as we walked in so thanks!

Such a disappointment. We did not had a reservation but were asked for our phone number in front of the door just to be redirected to the manager inside. Next we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks (wine and a beer) and our food arrived before this. No steak knifes but just the butter knife that we also used for the bread. Bill was already dropped on the table before we were finished eating. We felt so unwelcome and unappreciated as guests. Never again and hope that nobody wastes their money there. Food alone was good but way overpriced for the service and the atmosphere.

Our first time here. We came in for a late Monday dinner. Very friendly staff. Busy atmosphere. Food was good, but nothing special. This establishment is more of a lounge than a restaurant

THE FOOD IS SOOOO GOOD! I got the Cowgirl Ribeye Steak, I would suggest it to anybody that's planning on going. I also loved my server Ren! Very kind spirited & gave me and my friends wonderful service. I WILL BE BACK!!

Ren was an amazing server. Had excellent suggestions on recommend items on the menu. He was prompt and willing to assist. 5 star top tier service thank you Ren for providing quality service and providing such a great experience.

There are a lot of restaurants in Atlanta, so DO NOT GO HERE! We had reservations and had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, it took at least 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. Once the server got to out table, it took at least another 15 minutes to actually order. If that were not enough, the food took at least an hour to get to us, and my steak was well done. We had to to continuously ask for drink refills. And if that were not enough, the bartenders do not know how to mix drinks. This was an awful experience. Again, if you are in Atlanta, you have many options, so DO NOT GO HERE!

A great place to have brunch. I had the Cinnamon French Toast with the Truffle Steak & Egg and I really enjoyed it! Renshal was my server and they were so pleasant/welcoming!

I really hate to leave a low rating because the food was good, but it took forever to get. Before I even get into that I have to start with the fact that we had a reservation and didn't get seated for almost 40 minutes. Once we did get seated, we ordered food, and it took a very long time to come out. My friend expressed disappointment with this and the waiter caught an attitude. After a few back and forth, my friend told him she didn't want to deal with him anymore and instead of him leaving he squatted down to get on her eye level to be combative. We asked for a manager and it seemed like he went to find a "friend" that wouldn't get him into trouble and it took forever for someone to come. We had to stop another waiter to ask them to get the manager. They gave us a sorry discount and an I'm sorry. Based on some of these other reviews, this place is to be avoided! Things really could have gone left if we were in a different kind of mood!

DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION. We had a reservation, showed up on time, and we were told it would take 1hr+ to be seated… Completely embarrassing and unacceptable. Fake reservations. They were still accepting reservations (on opentable) when we left and they had 50-100 people waiting to be seated (all with reservations). They overbook and leave everyone stranded. Horrible…

Visiting Atlanta for the weekend with family and were looking forward to a great steakhouse experience. While the food was good, the service and atmosphere were disapointing. Music was loud and pulsating which made it nearly impossible to talk with family or place order with waiter. We asked to have time to enjoy our cocktails before bringing out appetizers, but they came out anyway. Our entrees came out before we had a chance to order wine. Whole evening was just not managed well. We did enjoy our wine for dessert. We've had a great experiences with STK in other cities, just not the Atlanta location.

JT was an amazing server, food was amazing as was the vibes!! Will be going back and asking to be seated in JTs section !!! Thank you for the experience.

We were two and had a reservation. Seated quickly in spite of a large crowd. Seats were uncomfortable bench low compared to table. Loud bass music even with a very large crowd. Took a while to order. Caesar was good. Calamari were bland with cornflake like crush even with the dried up sprinkle of shashito peppers. Serve with mayonaise and a sweet/hot sauce. It took 45 minutes from the time they cleared (not finished but cleared) the appetizer course to get main course. Meat was OK, not fabulous (especially given the price), smothered in butter. Asparagus and brussels were good but both were soggy. Waiter blamed the convention in town for all the issues. This is a convention town and taking more reservations than a place can handle with the exorbitant pricing is nothing more than management greed. I will not go back nor should anyone else.

This is the most gluten free unfriendly restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you’re gluten free stay away!!!! I ordered salmon instead of steak. Worst salmon I’ve ever had!

We visited STK steakhouse for the first time and I can’t say good enough things! Absolutely amazing food and ambiance. Our waitress Dianna was super sweet and we got all her recommendations and loved every single one. Amazing service, thank you!

Terrible first time experience!! I made reservations 3 days prior for 12 people for my birthday. Arrived to the restaurant and advised them we were ready to be seated. They took us to the back made us wait 5 minutes only to tell us that we had to go back and wait outside. I asked why we couldn’t be seated and she said because they gave the table to another party of 12. So I was advised that my party and I had to wait and they could not give us an exact time of when the next table would be available. I really wanted to try out this restaurant for the first time and being that it was my birthday. Terrible experience!

Date night with my Fiance' at STK Steakhouse. . We loved starting the evening with a champagne toast, the playlist, and the round of shots and sparklers to close out the night. Some of our favorites: Cocktails: Strawberry Cobbler Jack Me Apps: Calamari Blue Iceberg Tuna Tartare Lil' Brgs Entrees: Miso Grilled Chilean Sea Bass 6oz Filet Mushroom & Truffle Tagllatelle Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon (caymuscab) Dessert board

Been to a few STK restaurants so on our vacation to Atlanta we decided this was where we would have our good expensive vacation dinner. staff was very friendly and the food was as good as always. However the timing was bad. Waited a long time for our appetizer which was just splitting a salad. Wife was about halfway through it when our steaks and sides showed up. So we ate dinner n then she finished her appetizer. When I was done w dinner they cleaned my dishes which makes my wife annoyed since she now feels rushed to finished dinner. The waiter was upset that we were not happy and the manager made it "right". But we passed on dessert since we weren't happy and found a DQ for ice cream

This is NOT a steakhouse. This is NOT fine dining. The prices and menu items might make you think that but its barely step above Dennys! The service is atrocious. 9 times we had to ask for our bread-finally appeared AFTER we were halfway through main course! When you serve steaks on a plate with a plastic lid that I can see the steam formed moisture all over it...they were sitting in the kitchen under a heat lamp. Just ridiculous for what they charge. Their demand to create "a vibe" matters more than anything their customers want including being able to talk to each other across the table...it's just too loud to fake out that everyone is "having a great time". When people are more obsessed with their phones being on tripods on their table to film themselves eating...this isn't a serious establishment for dining. It's all fake! Serve soup in a white crock with no spoon and had to ask for one..takes 5 minutes to come back with a teaspoon. What an utter disaster this place is from the minute you walk in until you leave. The classless move of paying the bill by dropping a tablet on the table with the total in front of my husband who took our daughter and potential future son in law out....and the both choked when they saw the bill and tried to apologize for the total...when that wasn't the point of the meal...tacky, classless, unrefined and devoid of any service standard....this place is a disgrace to being called a steakhouse.

Stopped by to tryout some pre dinner apps and cocktails. Great spot...app portion size seems great for kids, could stand a size-up for the grown folks to properly enjoy and get a feel for STK........on that note we decided to have the remaining courses at another brand. We may give it another go during our next ATL visit in 30 days.

This was a fantastic meal experience. The interior of the restaurant was really cool. They played great music, though maybe a tiny bit on the loud side. Our server, Dalano, was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the menu - food, wine, drinks. He had a great personality and provided exceptional service. The food was also so good.. beautifully prepared steak, perfectly cooked lobster, sides to die for. This place is a must visit restaurant!

Worst experience in Atlanta. Everything was too salty : meat, spinach… respect the product and leave the customer choose if he want to put salt or pepper. The price is amazing.

The thankgiving dinner plate was delicious. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ren was such a great server!

Pretentious eatery. Not Welcoming To All. Patrons comprised mainly of; Young Black Adults/Americans of any age. Wait for table was So Long, that I Sat at the Bar and ordered a Drink. Saw that bartender had Added her Own Tip Amount to My Bill. I Do Not Recommend this establishment.

Our waitress was wonderful. Her manager set her up for failure by not having an updated wine list. The "chef" left much to be desired by burning the veggies and overlooking the salmon. The creamed spinach was clumpy with cheese and was really slimy. The "baby gem" Ceasar was romaine drowned in a bath of not so good dressing and stale croutons. The truffle tagliatelli was missing the truffles- just basically Alfredo with mushrooms and spinach- no shaved truffles. The rules there are very odd. You can't order an appetizer unless you order your whole meal with it. They also don't give you an option for your tip. They automatically add 20%. We were a party of 2... We never got our wine btw- we were done eating by the time the manager got his act together. I hope our sweet waitresses finds a better job so her great work ethic and fabulous personality is more appreciated.

The food and service were excellent, but they had a horrible policy about how to pay the tab. We were a party of five. Two couples and one solo. When it came time to pay the bill, our waitress told us she wasn't allowed to split the bill, each couple and the solo paying for their own food. She could only split the bill in half. Who does that? This makes the restaurant a bad choice for more than two diners at a table. Wine was good, but the mixed drinks were pretty bad.

Our service was impeccable! Kelly was our server for the evening and took care of our needs! Very pleased with the quality of food, taste and price. STK celebrated us with a bottle of Prosecco for our Anniversary! Thank you Kelly for the awesome service you provided. The manager stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased.

The restaurant is a scam , I had my birthday dinner at STK atl … the food was crazy good but the waitress literally stole money from my group , our bill was $394 … at the end of the receipt it said suggested tips by percentage, but the waitress wrote under the receipt that we owe $473 then When we confronted him , he got a attitude and still ran our cards for the $473 which we didn’t authorize…. When I asked for a manager it took forever for them to come to the table so we left because I had plans after dinner . I called the next day to speak to a manager twice and I still haven’t got nobody to call me back …. I will be disputing through my bank because this is fraud… the restaurant needs to be shut down

We had an awesome time…It started out with the guy who was a host he made us feel welcome he accommodated us in a good spot to seat and enjoy ourselves…We thought he was going to be our server he’s enjoy was GREAT!!! Overall we enjoyed our night…The music was great…I’ll recommend this restaurant to anyone…

Toia was my server and she was awesome!! Exceptional service. I will be sure to be back and visit and sit with her!

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The ambiance was chill and there was a great selection of songs playing. Our server, Joy, did such a great job! She answered all my questions calmly and professionally. She was very personable. And don’t get me started on the food. It was the best NY Strip (Med Rare) I’ve ever had! The peppercorn seasoning was not spicy at all and added so much flavor to my steak. On top of my steak being juicy and cooked to perfection! The Mac and cheese was really good for restaurant Mac and cheese. I added bacon on top of mine and the bacon made it all the more flavorful. There was slight confusion at the host stand when we first got there, albeit we were late for our reservation. Other than that, the experience was great!

Back again and asked for Ellies section. Glad we did. She made our evening a great experience with great food.

Okay, so maybe dinner for two on Christmas day isn't typical. We arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation, fought our way through the crowd at the door, and were told we'd be texted when our table was ready. Fought our way to the bar and miraculously got a single seat. Two $25 martinis and 45 minutes later, we were shown a really lovely banquet table for two. Our lovely waitress did not know that a Christmas special prime rib was advertised on the restaurant website (but not the menu), but cheerfully returned from the kitchen to tell us it was, indeed, available. At $75 per, it was by far the best deal on the menu -- the portions were huge, it came with terrific sides, and was more than a person could eat. Wine was a problem. We ordered wine with dinner, and only 10 minutes after the food arrived, the waitress informed us the wine we'd chosen was 86'd. We ordered another. 10 minutes later, that wine seems also not to have been available. 15 minutes and a discussion with the manager later, our third choice of wine finally arrived. The waitress had a lot of trouble removing the foil, then finally put the worm of the waiter's wine key half way into the cork and proceeded to break the cork off. Reassuring us that sometimes she encountered a "bad cork" she finally removed the rest of the cork (which was not actually "bad"). The STK concept of lounge combined with steakhouse means that house music throbbing so loud it shook your lungs must be working -- the place was jammed full, and folks seemed to be enjoying themselves despite prices as high as the best restaurants in Atlanta (and even New York).

Four of us arrived on a Tuesday evening in the late autumn without reservations. We were pleased to be seated promptly, but it was in the bar area near the front windows. Two servers attended to us, however, there was a bit of a “steakhouse attitude” which I’m not fond of, unless perhaps I’m at one of the classic old city steakhouse establishments. My medium-rare NY Strip was overcooked to medium, and there is no excuse for that to happen at STK prices. Sides were OK but not memorable, notably the mushroom side was prepared with no love in the hands. This place was convenient walking distance from our hotel but I may search elsewhere next time I’m dining out for a business dinner in midtown.

.5 this was a terrible experience, wouldn’t even let us in the door and had reservations. Another group with a separate reservation got turned away after already seated cause they were too busy.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at STK for social hour! Will was our bartender and he was absolutely amazing! He is an A1 bartender and was very attentive. I would like to make this an every Friday thing as long as he is here! STK, I hope you know what a valuable employee you have!!!

Be aware! I was in Atlanta on July 15 for business and dined there with two co-workers. The Meal was fine and I paid the Check and also asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, which it was, But the copy sent was not our meal..it was someone elses more expensive meal!..which was charged to my card. Countless calls to their "Service" and emails..but no response. Never had that happen before. "Check your Check" when dining here! #stillwatingforaresponse!

Do not compare to Bones, New York Prime or Chops. Overpriced low standards. There are several restaurants in Atlanta for fine dining. This is not one of them

Our server Ellie made our meal a night to remember. She was attentive and made great suggestions in clusing the Surf & Turf cooked to perfection. She recommended Justin Cab; which was outstanding. Will be back soon.

Horrible experience. Reservation for a party of 12 for 7:15 pm. By 8, no idea yet when we were going to be seated. After seeing many in similar situation and complaining to two different managers, we finally got seated by 08:30. Drinks took long to be poured in our glasses, food even longer (entrees only around 10 pm) and nothing close to what the outrageous price of the dishes would suggest. Everything one step over cooked, which means my medium Wagyu flat iron had no signs of anything pink in the middle. Sides over cheese’d like the creamed spinach, asparagus over peppered and overall an overbooked and overpriced restaurant with the pretense of being a trendy nightclub in Atlanta for people to show up. Two stars is a plus because the fries weren’t too bad and because they gave us a discount for the wait. A discount that was promised early on when we were waiting to be seated and conveniently forgotten when the bill came, so we had to give the staff a gentle nudge once again.

The service was the worse ever. I’ve been to STK in New York, Vegas, and LA several times and never experienced anything like this Liz It was not only slow but the person removing our dishes (an older Spanish man) was aggressively doing everything from taking our old dishes to placing our new cutlery on the table. Our bill for 3 was $529 and for the same items at capital grill or any other steakhouse is always much less for better everything. Save your money and time and go somewhere else

Is this a nightclub or a restaurant? The booming club music says dance club- the menu says steakhouse! Either way, I must say the food was very good but don’t come here to hold a business dinner which is what we tried to do last night. Our group of eight struggled to hear each other across the table. I enjoyed that a small 6 ounce filet mignon was available, the sides are for sharing, and the service was attentive. Our server could have been more descriptive for our foreign guests who were unfamiliar with some of the food options, her comments were vague and did not easily clarify the food items to help them decide on their order. Perhaps the management can vary the amplification of the music so business groups like ours can be guided to a less loud area of the space. That would make this place appropriate for couples, friends, AND business groups. The decor is very hip- not the typical dark and smoky steakhouse look- it’s bright and contemporary. Its location in Midtown is right up the hill from the spectacular Piedmont Park- a mini replica of NYC’s Central Park.

This is by far the worst steakhouse I have visited in ATL. Second place is not even close! I came here because it was walking distance to my hotel. Believe me, my expectations were low when I walked into this place. The only reason I decided to come here was because they had Spinalis on their menu. In order; 1. It took 10 minutes for the bartender to greet me 2. The we’re out of both the. Regular and Waygu Spinalis - only reason I came 3. I asked the bartender to go ahead and put in the Wedge salad and after 10 minutes I ordered the surf and turf. Well, guess what showed up 5 minutes later? Yup l, my surf and turf. I sent it back and asked for my salad. 4. The dude next to me ordered one Martini and was contemplating having dinner but I think noticed the issues I was having and decided to leave. This was after waiting for change for over 20 minutes. Not kidding! 5. The lobster was over cooked and the corn side was a mush of filler and corn. 6. This is a nightclub first and steak house way after. Better to go to Kevin Rathbuns or Bones

Had some drinks, they were decent. Mariah was a great server and made the experience great! Lots of drink options!

We were seated promptly . Server took our order. Wine came out promptly . We were asked to place our order. Waited for our app , another wine came promptly . App came. Waited for our dinner. Had another wine. Waited, waited, dinner came New York strip was great!!!! Brussels sprouts cold, were suppose to be served crispy, Mac and cheese served warm, finished our steak and Mac and cheese and waited for our Brussels sprouts , again they were soggy and not hot and crispy. Waited for our check and waited and waited. Went to the bar to ask for our check. Our check was 228 dollars. We knew this restaurant was expensive and did not object the bill. The service sucked!

Love STK! food was exceptional, service was even better. everything came out quick and hot. We were taken care of by Toia and she provided the best service!

STK was not a fine dining experience. Wait staff need more training. We had to ask more than once for lime to go with sparkling water. Felt rushed from the minute we were seated - copy paper placed on table noting we had 90 minutes to dine. Entrees came out much too fast - we were still enjoying our first course. We were interrupted while in conversation to clear plates although not all guests were finished - and then table cleared by staff wearing blue rubber gloves. Filet mignon was ordered medium and served well done — and over seasoned with salt. After enjoying this restaurant in NYC, this Atlanta iteration was surprising - not at all what was expected!

Thank you Delano for the superb service for our Anniversary. The Tomahawk for two was perfection paired with the Malbec , creamed spinach, garlic mash potatoes and creamed sweet corn. Our palates desire more. The food you’ve recommended was perfection. Your care and attention to our needs was beyond our expectations! We will be back!

Service took a long time. No entertainment program like I experienced in Ibiza or Dubai was missing completely. Cooking grades of the steaks (English) were not hit correctly and it was said that they could not do it any other way. Steaks were medium. Quality was good but a pity when sauces come much later like the steaks.

Reserved for 7.30 pm and arrived on time. Table was ready only @ 8.50 pm, which is totally unacceptable. Same situation for many other guests that night. Overall way too noisy place and hard to talk to each other. Choose 4 different wines from the menu - one after the other was declined as not available. Steak arrived without having wine. Waiter showed up with 2 bottles they had, both priced at double level than those we had chosen before. Meat was okay, but it is easy to find places with same quality at lower prices where the hosts are caring for their clients. All in all we left with the feeling that monetary optimization is the rule of the house. Taking in more bookings you can handle and trying to sell higher priced wines. I have been here before, but this probably won't happen again.

Nice atmosphere, but totally overrated. Cold meat...since we had to wait 15 min for our fork and knife... Time to get the food is too long...no value for money looking at high prices paid

Terrible service the waitress lean (lazy and not friendly)on the table and table was dirty had too requested to be clean, They serve instant mash potatoes other than fresh peel potatoes. Very disappointing

Janara is the bomb dot com . She was engaging with my family . She was continuous on the check in to make sure there was no empty plates in the table . I'd give her a raise

My friends and I went to STK for part of my birthday celebration. We had reservations for 7pm and arrived on time. We waited an hour and was told there were still 3 parties ahead of us. I was getting ready to leave but we were seated after my friend got very friendly with the guy at the host stand. The music was very loud and I was turned off by the rap/hip hop music that was being played. Once we were seated, the experience got better. They changed the music to 90s music. Everything we ordered was delicious. The waiter did a very nice job. It was an awesome evening! There were six of us and we spent $900 total.

We had a wonderful time. Even though it was a Friday evening, we were able to get a reservation, and were seated in a back area. The vibes were good, music good and our server, Ny, was so awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and so sweet. Even though it got pretty busy, she remained super attentive to our needs. I highly recommend! We got the calamari, short rib, wagyu filet, lobster mac and cheese, mushrooms and corn pudding. Yum!

My husband and I had dinner at STK Steakhouse in downtown Atlanta before we went to the fox theater for a Broadway Show. The food and wine were great, and the service was even better. Dominique knew that we were on a tight schedule, and she made sure everything was delivered timely. It was an amazing dining experience!

I had dinner here while visiting Atlanta. The food was extremely overpriced and underwhelming . I ordered a crabcake which was tasteless. I shared a seafood platter with another - billed by the server as amazing, it most definitely wasn't - it was underwhelming and not enough to feed two, The server's primary goal seemed to be to get us to order the most expensive items and as much as possible and obliged my group to stop our conversations and listen to some tedious account of what her personal favourites are. The servers sloshed wine into our glasses at the speed of knots but water got forgotten about. The bill was a hideous amount. I would give this place a miss

This was my first time coming to this restaurant. Our party of 6 was celebrating a 45TH birthday and we came from Philadelphia. The service by JOSH was absolutely amazing he made our night!!! His charming personality and wonderful food selections was on point. The Christmas was beautiful that we was seated by made the ambiance more enjoyable. I will definitely return when I visit Atlanta again.

Over 1.5 hours after reservation was finally seated. Then food came over 2 hours later. Bathrooms were dirty with no towels or soap. Place was a mess and very unclean. Not a high end steak restaurant.

I have dined at several Atlanta area restaurants and without a doubt this was the worst. You walk into a lounge where we were greeted by friendly staff who who more concerned with server assignment than our seating preferences. The service was so-so but it was the food that really was a disaster. The Tuna Tartare appetizer ($29), was much more avocado than the pale and tasteless blobs of tuna. The calamari was fine, the bread was fine, as was the room temperature tap water. The filet was a tiny blob at $69 as was the Spinalis (which tasted a little off), at $69 as well. Both highly over salted to either mask or produce the flavor. The Truffle Fries were soggy and certainly wasn’t intended to be shared. I certainly don’t mind spending top dollar for great food, but I think at the exorbitant prices charged you could have a far better meal at a local diner or BBQ stand for much less. This is not fine dining, this is overpriced potluck.

I went to STK on Mothers day. Things started off good, but quickly went down hill. I had a reservation for 9:30. Our candle was not lit on our table. Took forever to get refills on water. I had a party of 4. Our waiter joshua charged us 25% gratuity that we did not consent too on every bill. All together we spent about $1400.00 for our meals which is not an issue. I don't mind paying for a fine dining experience, and good food. My meal myself was $303.00 I gave the waiter $500.00 dollars cash he gave me $35 dollars back. I got a Steak to go for my father, and mashed potatoes. His bill was $121.00 The waiter charged me $165.00. My older brother was charged for 2 ice teas he never ordered nor got. My sister was over charged $20 luckily she caught it before we left. I called STK, and spoke with management. NO ONE RETURNED my calls ! The butter on my steak wasn't even melted. I waited 20 mins for steak sauce. It was not packed as usual. I do not even do bad reviews, but I'm 6 months pregnant recently just lost my fiancé. On top of being alone on mothers day I was taken advantage of by STK's staff, and nothing has been done. I went home, and cried my eyes out. This has still not been rectified. Again this is not about the money it's PRINCIPLE. It's crazy I've had STK before, and never had this problem. 1 bad apple will spoil the whole bunch. Unfortunately I will NEVER be back. I advise everyone to make sure your not being over charged by SHADY waiters !!!!!!!!

The atmosphere is great. Donald our server was awesome with recommendations, he had a great attitude and everything. 10/10 I would definitely recommend

From the first moment the Police Officer was rude and intimidating, not welcoming. Said I needed to wait outside for 10 min for my reservation time but let others enter. Sends the wrong message about the atmosphere. Then the Host (with the dreads) told me I had to wait about 30 min for my table because Corp allowed me to book a table for 1 but the restaurant doesn't favor it and that I needed to wait. When I said that was not acceptable and asked for a manager the hostess asked if a table top seat in the bar was acceptable. I said no, I booked a standard table. Finally she got me what I booked online. Then halfway thru my meal a party of 10 arrived to sit next to me, their area was too small, way too small, the hostess admitted she doesn't have the space, so I agreed to move so they could take my table and join it with theirs. My waitress, Hanna, was wonderful, she really was. But the food was barely so so and all the other experiences made this experience horrible for me. I'm here for a large conference and won't recommend it to anyone.

For a high-end fine dining type of restaurant, it was very disappointing. My wife and I go out twice a month for date night to fine dining places and this was the worst we have ever experienced. Walking in you felt like you were at a nightclub instead of a nice restaurant. They had a DJ and that's ok in the bar area but it was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. While there we saw so many people send thier plates back...and one person sent back his steak several times. Our food, the Sea Bass was over cooked and the corn pudding had very chewing corn and tasted like it was something cooked from frozen state. My a5 wagyu steak was good...a little over cooked but ok. We had 2 drinks each, an appetizer each and our entrees....our final bill was $650+ with a small tip. Crazy expensive for what you get. If you want fine dining with great food and service, STK is not the place to go. If you want to go out to a nightclub and be seen spending a lot of money...try it.

Unbelievably rubbish! Poor service, the server was rude and dismissive, they didn’t have the beer we asked for then the wine we had to choose again. Food: my plate was dirty, my steak wasn’t medium rare but medium and they should know how to cook a steak (especially a $95 steak!). My glass was dirty, my wine cost $75 and I had a dirty glass!! Tired so tired and the place needs some money spent- there was so many seats that had tape on or holes unbelievable! Rest room was pitch black and dirty. And listen- we were half way through our starters and they plonked the mains down!!! That has never ever happened to me! Ridiculous. I’ve been to the STK in Ibiza and this was nothing like that! Our bill for two people was $600 the tip was $78, never again! Bones and Hal’s were booked up, we shouldn’t have bothered.

Zy was an amazing server! 10/10 loved the food! The steak was cooked to perfection the drink was amazing and the customer service was great!

Tia was my server and she made my experience 10 times better with her service! The steak was cooked to perfection. I will be returning very soon!

Ren was phenomenal! He provide several cocktail recommendations that were spot on! Enjoyed my visit !

Many Red Flags that I should have payed attention to before hand and I probably would have had a totally different experience. The Customer Service received on the night I was there was absolutely horrendous. Despite making a reservation my group and I still had to wait an hour and forty five minutes to be seated, I should have left then but I didn't want to ruin my close friend's birthday celebration. So I waited, upon being seated we then had to wait about another 10 minutes for a server to come and greet us. Once we were greeted we then ordered drinks, my friend Ordered a Lemon Drop, I ordered Casamigos and Lemonade, the other two people at the table ordered a mixed drink and a shot. I was brought back a Lemon Drop instead of what I actually ordered but I didn't make a big deal out of it because I understand that, that was a simple mistake. We then proceeded to order, It took almost 2 hours for our food to come out, we didn't receive any bread and once we did it was in an aluminum to go container, now correct me if I'm wrong but that is NOT proper restaurant etiquette. Food finally arrived at closing time they turned the music off and turned the lights on, which was just great because our food was a total disappointment you can tell that our food was forgotten about and just thrown together. Im normally understanding of one mishap but several, I just couldn't get with that. Hopefully your experience isn't as bad as mine. I felt so bad about how her birthday dinner went I decided to take her to another restaurant a day later.

I went to the Atlanta location and had Crystal as a server. She was absolutely amazing and so sweet. Absolutely loved her!

Food was great, service was excellent, and the vibe was awesome. Love this place. Dress code was not enforced. Basketball shorts, ripped jeans, and woman with something on that showed her world. Plus she was FaceTiming the entire time. A place like this should not allow loud FaceTime speaker conversations.

Went on New Years Eve, the food is less than average and VERY overpriced. Service was ok. Definitely expected more for the price

My coworkers and I came for Social Hour and had a lovely time!! Indyia took great care of us and was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Matthew was my server and he did a fantastic job. He was attentive, discreet and extremely friendly. 10/10 I’d recommend.

I was able to enjoy STK in Atlanta for a bday dinner! Dominque was the bomb! Very friendly and great service!

The steak was so good if I had the money I would order a zillion I swear! The staff was so kind and always smiling . My girls and I felt so welcome

This place is most likely the most overpriced and underwhelming place I have been lately. The steaks were average, but edible. The crab cake would probably have been good were it not for jalapeños they were heavily infused with. The sides which are served separately, were good, especially the mashed potatoes. The service was slow and uneven although I believe the staff was doing their best and they were understaffed. It’s almost like the place was trying to overwhelm us with the high prices and loud bass music. Doubtful I will be back.

Had a reservation for a belated Valentine's Day celebration. Arrived on time, appreciated that there was parking very close (rare in ATL). We were acknowledged but told to wait, and then ignored after that until, 20 minutes later, we were seated IN THE BAR - and there was music blasting loudly. What is the point of a reservation if you're going to be seated in a noisy, crowded bar? Looked to be a beautiful dining room in the back but we were not offered that option. On top of that, the guy who seated us dumped a cheap printout stating we had 90 minutes to eat and get out. We sat there thinking, are they for real? And after a glance at the menu, we said, at these prices? What? Really? We got up and left and went to Oceanaire across the street where we were immediately seated in a lovely, quiet booth and had an amazing meal at similar prices. That's the thing. We don't mind paying for good food and a nice experience. And we likely would have finished in well under the 90 minutes STK so unceremoniously told us we were allotted. But to be treated like that - as the title says, never again. The whole reason we went was that my boyfriend had had an amazing experience at an STK in NYC. This experience ruined whatever goodwill they built when he was at the other location.

The staff was friendly, so this is not a personal attack, but for the insanely high prices and average quality food, along with annoyingly loud music... I'd go elsewhere if you are looking for a fine steak dining experience in a major city.

Seating process was poor. We weren't seated until 8:45 for a 8:30 reservation (restaurant was only 2/3 full). Our server was excellent. The steaks were disappointing (dry-aged Delmonico and Wagyu Strip). Arnette's Chop Shop steaks are much better. I would choose Longhorns over this place as well. Overall, the food was too salty for my taste.

The food itself was nice. Good quality meat and good sides. However the service was appalling - over two hours for food to arrive. Waiting staff disinterested, Unknowledgeable and really very poor. Would really think twice about going to another STK. When you are trying to be a premium food outlet the service needs to match the food.

So, I went with several colleagues to this restaurant and was very disappointed. - Service - Okay, not great. - Food - Also just “okay”. For the price, I expected more than was received - Atmosphere - This is where the place shines. For me, however, that is not enough to either want to go back or recommend the place to anyone

Four of us ate here on a Tuesday night. The service was poor and not the caliber one would expect at an STK. We've eaten at Stk in Chicago and Las Vegas and the service and food preparedness was much better. It took 25 minutes and two visits to the bar and waiter station to get them. The order came out wrong for one of our party. He ordered a ribeye and got a filet. After sending it back, they returned with an overdone slab of Bonanza quality steak. Go somewhere else.

Let's be clear. This is an expensive restaurant ($180 for two) - with fairly good food and a staff that is well-meaning but clueless. It seems designed for businesspeople on an unlimited expense account - who are just looking for a way to pass some time and get an evening meal. Two of us, who are locals, had dinner at 7pm on a Thursday evening in a restaurant that was mostly empty when we arrived. Despite dozens of staff members standing around and appearing to be doing almost nothing, it took 15 minutes before we got glasses of water. They finally brought bread (sweet rolls - why?) after we'd been seated for more than 30 minutes. Once we ordered our bottle of wine, it took at least 15 minutes to get it. Our two starters, Shrimp on ice, and Caesars Salad, were amazing. Surprisingly for an expensive steak house, our 6oz Filets were very average. Our sides of mac and cheese, and asparagus, were excellent. We were not on expense accounts - and will not be going back.

Steaks cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Caleb was great. Very attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant and make sure to ask for Caleb. You won’t be disappointed.

We had reservations for 8 at 7pm we all arrived on time however; a couple was delayed by a few minutes after parking in the lot across the street not knowing that the restaurant will validate your ticket for 2 hrs if you Park in the garage. Nevertheless; they wouldn't seat us until everyone actually came in so we all standing in the door way in the way. Ok cutting to the chase. Orders begin to being taken we tell her it will be 3 separate bills, she said they can't do that ( Red Flag) she says that "We can pay with 3 separate cards BUT all will be on one bill" but she would itemize it for us. (She lied) she gave us one bill with everything combine, not couple itemized, So that was an issues. Okay let's talk about food. She said the salads was big enough for 2 people ummm not really. I suggest if you want a salad get it because to me it's not really sharable for 2 adults, neither is the corn pudding. Okay next appetizers come out, I had Calamari it was COLD, SO they take it back and bring me 1/2 of order of Calamari I'm looking like where is the rest. Might I add still not hot just not as cold as the first order, At this point I'm frustrated so i just say forget it and keep it. Ok you're at a Steak Restaurant and I purchased a Steak why am I asking for a steak knife shouldn't that automatically be given to me. Now I have to wait while one is being brought to me. Now truffle fries were ordered as a side, they are cold as well. Salmon and broccoli ordered, Broccoli cold as well they take it back being me a whole new plate now my Salmon has decreased in Size additionally, it wasn't good. The manager decides to offer us deserts or a house shot, my husband and I choose the house shot, it was literally a shot of grapefruit juice. The service is horrible, food is 5/10, overpriced for the service, quality and quanity of the food. Improvement definitely need to be made, Also bills should be able to be individualized as I do not think spliting a bill down the middle is feasible when one couple bill is $400 and anothe couple bill is $180. Make that make sense on how that's fair. Definitely would not return or recommend.

You have got to be kidding me, STOP Don't Go there, It is Horrible and that is the nicest that I can get, the svc was horrible and the food was mediocre. My steak was burned the lobster tail was so small. We paid 406.00 for two small mediocre meals, water let us get a glance at ticket after adding his tip. We were not satisfied felt robbed, felt really disrespected. Management will probably not make it right, we did not complain just paid and left. Instead of hearing the lame excuse of give us another opportunity to show you. No I want my money back

The food was Amazing and Layton was an excellent server!!!! Our experience was absolutely wonderful! Best Steak I’ve had in a long time!!!!! Five stars

Hannah was our really lovely server at STK in Atlanta for my birthday in June. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation and make the whole table laugh and feel well taken care of. She provided great service and we had a wonderful time because of that combined with the really lovely food. We will certainly return!

Ana was hands down the best waitress that me and my wife has had in a long time. Despite the price, Ana’s recommendations and lively nature made the experience one to remember.

Date night with my husband was a success. The food was phenomenal and my server, Ren, was the best you can ask for.

We left after our appetizer came, a wet crab cake that cost $37. The menu is pricey, which is fine if the quality matches, but in our case it did not. Extremely lovely staff. Definitely a beautiful-people watching vibe. Loud music in the lounge made conversation impossible, but it was better at the table.

Dionna was amazing! From start to finish she did that she made my friends birthday dinner Soo special and because of her I will be back!

Toia provided exceptional service! I will be back! I was more than pleased, she made my first experience wonderful!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I went here this past Saturday for my 30th birthday and it was literal hell from the moment we got there! Our reservation was at 9:15pm and we got there a few minutes before that only to find there was NO VALET, so we had to park and walk in heels. We get to the door only to be told that we couldn't bring in our balloons or cake! My sister had called ahead of time to ask about this and was told it was allowed on the phone, but it actually wasn't. The MANAGER I complained to said the local 404 number you call doesn't call their restaurant but a corporate line and they tell you what's allowed at other STK's, but not this one! This manager had no remorse for me as a customer and didn't seem to care or try to help at all and I let it go b/c it was too late to go to another place. Even though we were there on time we weren't seated to almost 10pm, seems like an issue of them overbooking and there was no space to wait in. You could go inside by one of the bars which were all full, or wait outside in the cold by the front entrance! The STK sign was beautiful, but where it's placed is horrible. Its right in front of the entrance doors, so people are constantly coming back and forth and it's hard to take pictures. The ambience inside is beautiful but the music more for a club and was too loud, you have to yell to the person across from you. Took awhile for our waiter Alex to take order, I felt like he saw our table as an after thought and we kept having to flag him down. I asked about the Happy Birthday dessert but he said they didn't do that anymore because of new management, even though i had been told on the phone by the person I had made a reservation with that I would get that complimentary. And my sister asked about the sparklers we saw other people having for their celebrations, but it only came if you got a round of shots or you could have the sparkler in an empty champagne glass, which we decided not to do at the end b/c we ready to go. The server unexpectedly and rudely started clearing the table when we were in the midst of conversing and eating appetizers, and rudely leaning over my friends who were at the ends of the booth. When I politely asked him if he could wait to pick things up until after we were done, he just grunted at me and continued leaning over us and clearing the table. After our appetizers we were waiting a long time for our food to come out and Alex barely came to check on us, which i think he had too many tables to wait for. When the food came it was delicious, I had the lobster linguine and tater tots. 2 of my friends had steaks, one the cowgirl rib eye and the other had the flat iron steak and they both said they were really good! The bill situation was a headache. We were going to get separate bills only to be told that the max number they would break it down to would be 3 bills or we could do one large bill. We had 5 people and spent around $600 and had to spend 15 minutes discussing how we would break down the bill. Eventually put the entire thing on one card. I wish they informed people of this at the beginning so you're aware and can account for that, and seems like laziness on their side b/c it's not hard to put each persons order in separately since you know what we each had. Afterwards our waiter had the nerve to try to get us to to give him a 5 star review on Google!? I despise when restaurants ask patrons to do that b/c it's disingenuous and false advertising, and can mislead others coming to the restaurant! We didn't leave the restaurant until 10 past Midnight and most of the time was spent WAITING! From waiting be seated and then waiting for our food, waiting for the check, etc. Coming to this restaurant was a horrible experience b/c the service and the way its ran is TRASH. I have no idea why they are even under the name of STK as it seems completely different from the others. I think this place is overhyped, takes advantage of having the STK name to get people to patronize it, and has false 5 star reviews on Google. I, along with my friends, will never spend another dime here and after this, I'm not going to try any other STK's either! I don't like the inconsistencies in the restaurant experiences in different cities.,

Good food but not worth the wait at all. Very mid. The host, managers, and staff make up false promises that don’t come through. The 5 of us spent over a $1000, and honestly rather have used that money for my yearly McDonald’s fund. Complete BS…will not come back. Can’t even see in here.

I ordered a Ribeye and received a Ribeye filet that looked like a filet mignon. Wasn’t cooked right as I ordered. I do not mind paying as long as I receive what is expected. After spending $400 for our 20th anniversary, I expected better. Funny thing is STK responded and asked I send an email to Whitley.matthews@togrp.com to let them know. I emailed Whitley and no response. They do not care about losing a lifelong customer. Seems like corporate asks you to send an email to the below as a way of trying to cover themselves, then when you do send an email no one responds to you. Do yourself a favor and go to Ruth Chris or Capital Grille. It certainly is not worth it at STK. Stay away!

Don't waste your time or money. Our server was given two large parties, which was not really fair to her. Even though we were seated first, she waited on the other group first. My steak was room temp. Prawns were overcooked and half pealed. The truffle fries were cold. Drinks took 30 mins to get and then were watered down. To top it off, at the beginning of the evening we advised that the check needed to be broken up by family, with a response of no problem. However, at the conclusion we were told it could only be broken down into 4 checks. I understand that a 20% gratuity is in place for large groups (11 of us) to protect the server from being taken advantage of. However, it also eliminates the motivation to provide good service. Had we received good food and service, she would have walked away with more than a 20% tip on a $2,000 ticket. Again, don't waste your money!!!! You'll just be pissed the whole drive home!

Not all it’s cracked up to be…. From the start bad experience!!! Reservations was rude and hung up on me. Got to restaurant took over 45 minutes to be seated with an reservation.. My waitress Myeshia was everything!!! My filet had a fishy taste to it nothing to call the Pope about. That lobster mac and cheese lacked lobster. Like it was minced lobster to stretch. Cheese sauce wasn’t that great. The lamb chops was dry….nice favor of sauce on them. Mash potatoes tasted real gritty and instant potatoes. The bread that was complimentary was fire!!! Sodas was $6 !!!… Not the quality of food I expected for the price! I’ll go to Hal’s Steakhouse!!! So disgusted!!!! At least make me happy if your taking my money …. $215. Worth of garbage

The atmosphere is similar to a night club. We had a fun time. Around 8:30 the music was so loud we had a hard time hearing each other at the table. We wanted to order appetizers and the server told us we could only put in one order and everything had to come to the table at once. This was disappointing given how expensive the meals are at STK. The food was excellent.

I had such a blast coming here with my friends. I had the truffle pasta and it is one of the best I had in ATL! Will be back to try the steak.

Dionna was an amazing host. Very knowledgeable and professional. The ambiance of the place was really nice and the food was good. Expected a little more in terms of the food for the prizes. Qverall great experience.

HORRIBLE.... Do Not GO !!! The food was ok....basically normal, (nothing special or what I would call Delicious), just ok.... There are quite a few steakhouses better (Kevin Rathburn's), within the immediate area of downtown but a tourist, (which this restaurant caters to and is meant for), wouldn't know that. WAYYYYYYY overpriced and you are not going to believe this....we sat on sagging Duck Taped couches !!!! The furniture is so ragged that it is embarrassing. Why would a corporate chain steakhouse allow the decor to deteriorate to that point ?? DUCK TAPE COUCHES...??? ... REALLY ???, for a so call "upscale downtown steakhouse"?? Here is the greater question.... if the furniture is ragged, torn and HORRIBLE, then what else do they scrimp and scrap on ?? Meats, and other foods ? At PREMINUM prices.... check the menu and prices... Its RIDICULOUS !!

This had to be one of the worst dinning experience ever. Had a 7:15 reservation for party of 8 but still waited 1.5 hours for a table, another 1.5 hours for the waitress ro tell us they were out of boned in steaks. Finally got the food after more than 3 hours which were barely warm and the rib eyes were paper thin and not properly cooked. They were no attempts to make it right and just a sense of arrogance from the manager and hosts whenever we asked about our food. And it wasnt just us...the establishment took advantage of 50,000 people that were in town for a large convention and overbooked knowing that we were all out of town. We witnessed confrontations between irate customers and the hosts that almost escalated to a fight and security had to be called in...I've had a better meal at Ponderosa and certainly better service and attitude.

We visited STK Atlanta on July 3,2021. First, they put us upstairs which was quite blah for a party of four. Secondly,I have never been to upscale Steak house and they charged for additional bread for the table. Next, I ordered a filet (medium) and lobster. My steak was not medium and extremely dry. I have never went to a steak house and they brought out A1 with the steak that was a dead giveaway that it was dry. A good steak does not need steak sauce. Oh my God, let's discuss the sides we ordered the mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The potatoes were so loose almost like a soup and the brussel sprouts were nearly raw. I informed the waitress that I wanted to send the steak back and just eat the lobster and she brought me appetizers plate to use to eat my lobster. At that point I was just over the whole meal.

This place is a scam, do not go unless you have a fortune. Will try and sell you the most expensive item without telling you the real price.

It was a last minute decision to have lunch here. My co-worker and I are planning to dine here again. The food, the service, the decor were all excellent. I especially loved, loved, loved the cream spinach. If you are looking for fine dining with that little extra... yeah. You're welcome.

Culinary perfection. From the service to the exquisite food the mouthwatering steaks and the overall ambience this was by far one of the best business dinners I have attended. It also helped tremendously to have such a knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating server. Leighton Smith and his brother went above and beyond. Thank you- we can’t wait to come back!

Alessandro was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He anticipated our every need and created a memorable, magical night for our anniversary!

Went here for thanksgiving dinner. The music is very loud. Nothing like trying to have holiday dinner with granny and in the background this very loud music is taking about crackheads and cocaine use. Gangster rap music isn’t what I would be playing extra loud for holiday dinner with the family. Our drinks were forgotten. They didn’t take them off the bill. No apologies. The food was okay but nothing great. I would give this place a skip next time.

It started out good cocktail at the bar, Joy made a great cocktail! The hostess was a little cantankerous because we didn’t know we had to close our bar tab before she could seat us at our table, once we sorted that out we were seated but if looks could harm us holy buckets we would have gone down! We were seated and the waitress came over with a trainee we thought we were in good hands, were a large party of 7 . The service was mediocre at best, I was getting up non stop in the end to get the waitress to bring stuff to the table, the food is way over priced 13 dollars for a quarter size pat of butter that they melt over your steak, I think if they didn’t charge for a pat of butter I wouldn’t even write this review but it’s just ridiculous, imo you could go almost anywhere and get the same quality meat they are serving, Try Bones I’ve heard good things about that restaurant

We were waiting more than 2 hours to the food. The service was very bad and impolite. When we ask to talk to the manager she was impolite as well. Food was a carafe but very expensive

Came in with work group on a Monday Dinner Feb 6 Waiter and staff totally forgot to bring our hordourves and when they brought dinner my rare blue cheese fillet was "hold the blue cheese" medium well. What was worse was when they realized they had screwed mine up instead of emediatly fixing the problem they put me on the spot. They put their mistake on me to demand correction instead of rapidly correcing the problem. I opted to just eat my leather steak and kept quiet. Seriously? What a lousy culture and poor staff training STK. That was not an inexpensive steak dinner and made for an awkward experience for our table of 4. I can't see these people getting a Michelin star any time soon.

We made Christmas Day reservations. We waited 45 minutes (48 actually, but who's counting) in a very crowded restaurant for a 5:30 reservation. If you were unlucky enough to be seated near the bar or the hostess area, you had people looking over your shoulder and standing closely behind your seat the whole night. If you want to be seen, this is a place to do it. If you want high-energy club music with your very expensive overpriced steak, again, this is your place! Based on reviews I've read elsewhere, this inability to honor reservation times is not a fluke experience. And as I understand it, the later the evening got, the worse the waits became. Never again. If I want a high end steak and steakhouse experience, I'll go to KR Steakbar, Chops or Bones.

Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Service was mediocre. The table next to us got all the attention. Our server Benita was training someone which was fine. By the end of our meal which went over 90 mins because our desert was never brought we were waiting on by the busboys. Our sprite was carbonated water. We waiting about 15-20 mins to be told it was out. Then brought diet coke instead of the coke requested. Crab cake appetizer was cold on a warm plate. Would have been nice to have the same birthday celebration as the next table but we just got glasses to toast with. We waited for our desert so long they brought us bread again like we just arrived. Lastly my $49 pasta ended up being $98. I was told I could add crab and shrimp but was not given a price to do so. I certainly wouldn't have doubled the price of my entree if I had known.

This was the worst meal and experience we have had in a long time. The price point for food is extreme for the taste and presentation. None of the food that we ordered had much flavor. We ordered a drink and it was 25 minutes before it came out and then it was the wrong one. They should be ashamed for charging the prices they are for the quality and service they are providing. Terrible.

Lovely service JT was very helpful. Enjoyed my steak. Lively music. Walked in and the looked after me.

I have never eaten such an expensive steak in my 50 years. Besides expensive they didn't bring me the side dish and I was waiting for the steak to get cold. A $100 steak, unbelievable. Whoever wants to give away the money I invite you to come, I have certainly crossed this restaurant off my list.

Dominique created a memorable experience!! Extremely knowledgeable about the menu and pairing of dinner choices and wines. Highly recommend!!

Dianna was awesome! Everything was perfect. She went above and beyond! Her service was more than five stars !

Not the experience we expected. Food was good but mediocre for the price. Ambiance was unsettling - too busy, too crowded, too loud! The wait service was rushed and we did find a relaxing time to savor our appetizers before the main meal was served. If you are hoping for something more of a fine dining experience - I would not recommend this setting. With that said, we loved the birthday sparklers.

Nov 29, 2024… Outstanding! From the minute we entered the door we were taken care of beyond expectations. Ms Amy knew it was my grandsons birthday and wished him well on his day. She then made sure we were sat at a comfortable table well away from the door. Then she turned us over to Yaya. He is a server extraordinaire. Attentive, smiles, jovial and the personality as big as Santa. We have been to the STK in Vegas and Phoenix but this meal was better than both of those. It was well above our high expectations. Thank you for the experience.

Had reservations but had to wait at crowded door while 4 employees looked out the window and said another one was checking in people! Seated in back of restaurant which was not as loud as front. We brought our own wine which they do charge a corkage fee and the server broke cork on first bottle but he did a good job trying to get all the cork out but this did take awhile! Food was very good, braised short rib was great. Those who ordered steaks said they were over cooked a little dry. Beware on parking in deck next door. We got parking ticket validated by server but when we left the deck there was a guy at exit who said we stayed too long and owed an extra $3 which was strange because the sign at the deck said cards only but of course this guy was happy to take $3 cash which we assume went straight into his pocket! haha

The food was delicious! This was my 1st time at the restaurant and our server JT was amazing and attentive! I would recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the area!!!

Rodney was our waiter, his service was excellent. Simply superb. He was attentive to the finest detail. Our food was absolutely perfect. I had the aged Tomahawk steak, topped with lobster. It was a perfect evening. An excellent night. We will definitely be back.

Super expensive and expansive menu. While the food was definitely good, it was a little underwhelming for the price and the billing. But would still recommend. It's an experience, but probably better ones available in Atlanta for the price.

Food was excellent and service was superb! Illiana was a great server! Great atmosphere go a pre concert dinner! Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Dinner here last night was the worst dining experience I can remember. We arrived on-time for our reservation and was sternly informed they’d be enforcing a 1 hour, 15 minute maximum time once you were seated at the table. We finally left our table 3 hours, 40 minutes later…after the most atrocious, slowest and at several times non-existent service. The food was poorly-cooked and grossly-overpriced. I don’t even know where to start; every single aspect of the experience, service and food was absolutely horrible. Save yourself and avoid this place.

My family a great meal and service from Dionna! Would definitely come back! I'd recommend the mac and cheese trio and the brussel sprouts.

JT should be the standard what experience should be like she is understanding, accommodating, and attentive. she was unforgettable to say the least, I had the time of my life all thanks to her. I can't wait to return and experience that again.

Sobia took great care of us! Food is always on point, thanks!! Definitely a good Sunday brunch spot.

I had a teI booked a reservation for 8 for May 29 2022 to celebrate my parents 57 year anniversary and had an actively bad time during the entire trip. From the start the server was hostile and short when having to answer basic questions about the "Date Nite" for 2 menu, including huffs and sighs. Every Single Course was Ruined. Drinks arrived after a long wait and was served After the appetizers came. AND even then not all the drinks came. The Apps When the apps did arrive, that course was incomplete, improperly plated, improper portions, and some couples didnt get a plate at all. This would be quickly corrected if the server came over shortly after this course was served, but that did not happen. For example, of the 4 couples who had the date night menu, when the 1st course was served; Couple 1 received: 1 slider plate for each person for a total of 4 sliders no shrimp plate Couple 2 received: 1 slider plate for both people for a total of 2 sliders 1 shrimp plate Couple 3 received: 1 slider plate for both people for a total of 2 sliders 1 shrimp plate Couple 4 received: 1 slider plate for each person for a total of 3 sliders no shrimp plate We had to track the server down after asking another (server/runner?) and not getting help. She at first accused us of not knowing how the menu worked due to my 70+ year old parents having questions about it before ordering. But after directing her attention to the table especially the plate that had 1 lone slider on it where all others had 2 and the missing shrimp plates. She went to the back and returned to say she put the order in correctly and it was the kitchens fault. When runners returned they auctioned off the food. The Entrees While we were finishing the apps the entrees were served. They just dropped the plates and left. As they returned to drop off the rest of the entrees I finally had to say "Can you please bus the table of the empty dishes before dropping a new course. They took some plates, only enough to make room for what plate they were dropping. Spoiler Alert!! We had multiple empty plates from the apps course STILL on the table when the check was dropped. At this point I went up to the hostess desk to ask to speak to the manager. Not being well received or treated up there I persevered and spoke to a slender brown skinned black women with what appeared to be brown shoulder length hair. After telling her a synopsis of the night and asking to send a manager over she said "I don't even know where you are sitting. Frustrated, i began to point to our table on the upper level in the corner left side, another hostess said "I know where they are." I said thank you and went back to the table. Another SPOILER ALERT! The manager never came over to the table. I eventually got up again to look for who I thought was a manager (a slender bald black man) due to him having to apologize to the booth next to us for terrible service. I was unable to locate him. The Dessert/Celebration To say we were thoroughly disappointed with every aspect of our experience would be an understatement. But what happened next was the last straw. More than half of table was up to use the bathroom etc. and that is when the staff decided to bring the last course with the cake and sparklers. There was 3 of the 8 ppl at the table! they came did a little "something" set the food down and the sparkler in an empty class where my parents used to be sitting. The celebration for my parents 57th anniversary happened without them! In another unsuccessful attempt to locate the manager the server said they would do the sparkler thing again. By then whatever goodwill and patience we had was gone. Not able to ever get a manager to stop by we could no longer wait and asked for the bill to be disputed later. Even paying for myself, wife and parents was an issue. The server gave all types of reasons this couldn't be done. I said give me the entire bill and I will do the math and tell you how much to put on the card. She was unable to even do that. She separates some of the items and tells me this is the bill for the 4 of us. I pay it on the POS handheld and ask for my receipt. She says there is no receipt that comes out. I tell her I hit the button that says paper receipt and that it said the server will bring it shortly. She relents goes to the back and brings not the cc paid receipt but a normal receipt that does not show the payment. I tell her and she says she will look into it. SPOILER ALERT!! I never get it after waiting. But she does return to tell be that she did the bill wrong and never charged me for the dessert. I pay that bill and again request a copy of the receipt. I never get either of them. So we finally left w/o the receipts, good service or a general good time. I know this is long but I want to detail what happened not only in support of my refund request before I contact my credit card company, but so you can look into this and hopefully correct it.

Swanky Power Lunch experience perfect for a quick meeting with business partners or friends! I highly recommend STK for an elevated dining experience with the best in dining and customer service!

Dionna had a table of over 14 people and she was outstanding! She was problems with our orders took her time to make sure everything was correct with our food and drinks. You can’t be out of the house and had probably one of the best personalities. I’ve encounter as a servant. I will definitely go back to STK, and would love to have her service again.

Had an amazing time with JT. She showed the upmost hospitality, personality , and charm. I truly appreciate my time here at stk with her hosting & can’t wait to come back for a visit!

I was here about an hour before I had to be at a show. Our sever Dominique was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we could enjoy our meal (which was amazing!) and make it to our show with time to spare! I would definitely return to STK.

Octavia you made me and my son feel well taken care off! You are a fantastic server. You know your job well. I will only request you as my server whenever I visit this STK location. The food was well prepared and tasted excellent! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was to both my son and my liking!

I’ve always wanted to try STK, having attempted to book a last-minute reservation in both Orlando and London, to no avail. I finally made it to their location in Atlanta. I was bitterly disappointed! Our server was pushy and annoying, always attempting the “upsell.” The shellfish platter was tasteless and the mocktails overpriced. Our steaks were both cold and chewy. Do you enjoy chewing on a towel? I don’t… You can get much better steak at budget locations such as Longhorn or Chili’s. The asparagus was the worst I’ve ever tried. In summary – vastly overpriced, terrible service, and atrocious food. Avoid like the plague.

Rodney provided very good and intuitive service. Even anticipating things that we wanted but forgot to ask about. The Caesar salad was superb (which Rodney recommended). Thanks STK, we will be back.

Dionna was the bomb! We came here before but this time Dionna was our waitress and she made our experience exemplary. She was attentive and anticipated our needs without us asking. Thank you Dionna for making our daughter’s dinner experience exceptional!

Good food and great service. A bit high on prices. David was a great waiter and very attentive! The steak was cooked perfectly. Hip vibe. Good location.

Took my mom for dinner for Labor Day weekend. This was my mom first time going and she enjoyed it. The waiter was great and very nice and accommodating. I always enjoy Stk Atlanta whenever I go. They have many deals like happy hour at night and during the day. The food during brunch is also great!

10 stars I love the place I would recommend you coming her and getting the steak when you come in the place they have a bodyguard outside and they have awesome customer service and they are so polite but the person I would ask for is J.C she is awesome so come to STK

Toya was everything to me !!! I truly loved this girl to death . I can’t wait to come back . Every Saturday
Great customer service
I had a great experience at STK. Hannah was my server and she gave me amazing service. She was attentive during the entire service, gave me great recommendations, and made me feel special even with her full section! Go see Hannah at STK. Food was great, customer service was even better.
