Wonderful meat and the environment has a music playing pretty cool. The only thing, though, is that I found the table dark. They could have lamps on the tables to see the menu and the beauty of the dishes. The environment is romantic, with the luminaire would solve.

Super disappointed for everything We thought we booked a vip experience but no ! No dress code. Women with flip flops and men with tennis shoes … no chic nor elegant at all as the place states in its webpage … we had a reservation but they asked us to wait in the bar 25 minutes , they do in purpose that you order a drink and the bartenders at the bar super rude and many people waiting like $25 usd for a drink and you are attended in a cheap bar … no a place to sit… The restaurante experience super noisy , is like a bar place , the tables super small… plastic bottles for water in $11 usd, a starter in $50…. A 6 ounces filet in $65 usd … and don’t ask asparagus because they are just the ends !… won’t come back …

We were wowed by the delicious food, professional service, and fun atmosphere at STK! Our porterhouse was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. We topped it off with the chimichurri sauce - it was amazing! The sides, macaroni and cheese, and the creamed spinach were the perfect compliment. Our server was very attentive and friendly - he kept our wine glasses full! I highly recommend STK all around - it makes a regular night a very special one!

Food was excellent and our server Chrissi was the best. They were on point with everything. 10 oz filet was very tender, mac n cheese was delicious!! Very nice dinner .

Fantastic meal and service. Hostess seems disorganized - reported that we didn’t show for our reservation when we absolutely did and had an amazing dinner. The Australian Wagyu flat iron is out of this world!

Stopped in on a whim for drinks and small plates. Such a fun variety of specialty cocktails and summer dishes. Wait staff was excellent!! Dishes and drinks were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. It was a little busy so some of the dishes did lag a bit. Great music and atmosphere. Be prepared to spend. Would go back for a full dinner.

Loved our visit here. The food was amazing and although expensive like everything in Vegas, for what we had we thought it was excellent value - the fillet steaks were amazing, a good size and the sides were huge, I left stuffed. The house bread to start is also amazing! To make our visit even better, our server Isaac was amazing - so attentive, friendly and helpful with the menu. He is a fantastic edition to this restaurant. It is a loud, vibey restaurant so definitely a place to start your night or have as "the night" vs a quiet romantic meal out.

By far the best steakhouse in Las Vegas. From the food to the atmosphere and the amazing service provided by Martin our server was incredible. We will definitely be going back and will be asking to sit in his section !!!

Not only was the food delicious, the service from Isaac was top tier. Ill definitely be back just for the service alone lol. Definitely recommend if you haven't tried.

The food is decent, but the pricing is astronomical. We booked a table for 8:30, but had to wait till 9:15 to be seated. The reception desk staff were completely uninterested. When you check out the menu for steak, you will see an A5 Wagyu at around $62. Then in the small print you noticed that the price is per ounce, so 10 ounce steak will cost you OVER $600. If you go to a good restaurant somewhere like TAIPEI, you'll get a much better steak, better environment, better and better staff and pay on a fraction of this cost. I went with the Australian flat iron which was OK - but nothing special. Cosmopolitan Hotel has a good selection of restaurants - I would suggest you try somewhere else.

Celeste had great costumer service. Very welcoming and pleasant. Made our experience 10 times better. 100% recommend!

Am I eating at a steakhouse or a nightclub? The vibe and loud music definitely leans toward a nightclub. The man at the table next to us said to his wife, "I feel like I have to yell so you can hear me." THE FOOD. We were very disappointed. From a caesar salad with so much pepper it was left on the plate to a huge stack of croutons from said salad and then broccolini that was also heavily peppered, I think the kitchen must have been trying to get rid of 100 pounds of pepper. It was far too much and we left the majority of the salad and broccolini behind. I ordered the bone-in filet mignon. It was the driest filet mignon I have every tasted. Definitely not worth the price. My guest ordered pumpkin ravioli, which was undercooked. We got splashed a few times by the buser who was prompt at refilling water, when he could keep the water flowing into the glass. What was good about STK? Our waiter, Grayson, was attentive and explained the dishes well. The corn stuffing was delicious. The butter was soft and easy to spread, although the bread had no flavor to speak of. What this all comes down to is very average food at high prices, which would lead me to consider alternatives like Gallagher's, Golden Steer Steakhouse, Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse, Smith & Wollensky's, and Herb and Rye before I'd return to STK.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The food, the staff, the ambience. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly fine dining experience.

STK is a popular steakhouse in Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas. It's known for its modern steakhouse experience with a lively atmosphere. Food and drinks are exceptional. They have fancy wine and liquor menu. Wide variety of dessert selection. Overall it's a great dining experience.

Highly recommend for happy hour! We got the little burger with truffle fries and it was only $7 which was the best bang for our buck there. We had their speciality drinks for $12. We had the sea bass for $14 and shrimp scampi for $21 and both were really good. They also brought out complimentary bread which we loved,

Steak was bland, the chimichurri sauce was poor and the service was ok at most. Felt like a night club and space was very tight. Would not return!

We visited here as a group of 6 for a birthday meal. We was greeted by the staff, who were lovely, and shown to our table. Our waiter was great and he gave us his recommendations, extra free garlic bread and even advised us that we had ordered too many chips. Our steaks were amazing and tasted absolutely delicious, it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. We were in and out pretty quick and the prices were expensive, but we wasn’t rushed and the food was delicious.

If you've decided to spend some money on a steakhouse experience in Las Vegas, you'd do well to spend it somewhere other than STK. Bazaar Meat is one option I can think of that at the top end of the wallet, actually delivers good food and service. It was the service more than the food that was the real issue. For starters two of us had the short rib ravioli and for me the sauce was simply far too sweet. One had the shrimp cocktail and said it was fabulous and another had a salad. The waiters then took our plates as we individually finished our starters rather than waiting for everyone to finish which is very odd and obviously had us feeling incredibly rushed. Our guest didn't even finish his salad before the mains came out! Then... we had to wait another 5 minutes for the side dishes to be brought to our table!! Three ordered the small fillet and said it was fantastic, I ordered the salmon which turned out to be a mistake as it was quite overcooked and dry. Given the service experience we'd had we decided we'd had enough and were in and out in under an hour.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant, but it certainly will not be the last. Each dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. The sides were plentiful and the drinks were delicious. Service was exceptional.

Every time we visit Vegas we have our business dinner at STK for the last 10 yrs. We have always had Mugsy (Magdelana) as our server. She is the best, professional , great attention to detail and overall just a great server from start to finish. She is the best! Highly recommend STK and always ask for Mugsy!! You won’t be disappointed..

First time I have had the top rib steak joint and I do not want to stop. Service, starters food cooked to perfection. It is expensive, lucky a client was taking us out. Cannot wait to return.

We went on both 10/31/25 as well as 11/1. VERY different experiences. On 10/31 -- very low vibes. Clientele was loud, obnoxious, poorly dressed. Happy Hour -- $14 for sea bass meant two small pieces of fish, probably 5-10 grams at most (each), sitting in a lettuce leaf. Ridiculous. Burger slider had a very thin meat patty. Tiny. Ridiculous. Fries were cold! Alcohol drink was just OK. Ceviche was obviously old (lime juice was bitter as when it sits around), it was warm (almost room temperature), avocado was "integrated in, in a bad way" (as when it gets old and dissolves into the ceviche). This was hands down the biggest rip-off ever, esp. when they call it Happy Hour. We vowed to go back to maybe try the hamburger slider one more time. On 11/1/25 we went back. We ordered the hamburger slider and it was very fat, at least 3x as fat (meat patty); fries were very hot. We saw the food that other people were ordering and noticed it was better than the previous day, so we got the ceviche again and this time it was presented much better and was cold and fresh. We were sitting at the bar and I ordered a drink from the bartender and it was fantastic; I ordered as second one, it was so good. Everything was better. Our final verdict? -- Obviously inconsistent at STK Las Vegas. Is it worth the "gamble"? We think not. We won't be back. Either way (good or bad), keep in mind that the "Happy Hour pricing still means you'll pay at least $70 a couple drinks + sharing a few apps.

Our absolute go-to steakhouse! Always a great scene, impeccable service, and the food of course! The sweet potato donuts are my favorite!

Possibly the worst attitude and customer service I’ve experienced in Las Vegas- I came here with my wife for anniversary. I own an operator restaurant in Las Vegas and I can say unequivocally that STK is competing for the worst customer service and attitude in the town. The manager, Matt should not be in the hospitality business. Truly, he should be in a phone room somewhere where he doesn’t interact with customers.

Food was absolutely lovely but shocking service had a table booked for 8pm a group of 6 and they was running a hour late awful why take bookings of a certain time then expect you to wait! This happened to us the previous year also but did not expect it to happen again and be a much longer wait!! Would not return because of this which is a shame as the food was really good!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! I loved the flowers that made it look like we were eating outside. The DJ was outstanding-90's R&B hits were fire! Our waiter was so kind and attentive. He timed visits perfectly and gave great food suggestions. Wait time for drinks and food were minimal. Everyone loved their meal: caesars salad, burger sliders, caprese buratta salad, short rib ravioli - sooo good!!

They have a great happy hour with tasty cocktails and small plates. Fun music and atmosphere with great service. Their brioche with blue cheese butter is amazing!

The hostesses took us super quickly. The atmosphere was warm yet stylish. The uplighting seemed to compliment the Cosmopolitan’s theme. Recommendation for menu items by Joe were excellent. This is a steak house in the Cosmo in Vegas. We were expecting it to be good. STK exceeded our expectations! Wagu potstickers were a brilliant starter fusing premium cuts of meat with a traditional pan fried ravioli. The glaze tasted like a thicker consistency ginger sauce. This well complemented the dish with scallions. The main course a 6 ounce filet, with garlic butter. This was came out cooked to target temp and the seasoning stood out. The garlic butter brought this to the next level. Joe suggested Brussels sprouts and potato’s au gratin. This was amazing. Hints of lemon, the starch melted in your mouth. Excellent night.

Very expensive for what you get. The happy hour with $11 cocktails is great value. We had to wait for our table in the restaurant and had a drink at the bar whilst waiting except there were no seats but an empty high top area that we couldn’t use as they were “reserved for diners”. Oh what are we then? In showing us to our table no offer of help with our cocktails. Food was good and portions large. Service average hence the three stars. Quality of food is four stars.

The food was pricey, but good, and the service was excellent, but we recorded the decibel level at a consistent 86.7, which is above the level at which prolonged exposure can lead to hearing damage or hearing loss. It is the equivalent noise level of a food blender pureeing carrots in the middle of your table the entire time you are dining. Conversation was nearly impossible. Most of this noise comes from the overhead music, which could be controlled by management. But when we asked if the volume could be lowered, they declined. If you are thinking of having a nice steak and conversation with friends, at this restaurant all you will get is the steak.

Dinner was fine however, washroooms were another story! Not clean and were shared between woman and men Surprising since it is an expensive restaurant ! Not a good look

I went to STK for brunch after a fabulous night out to see Usher. On the plus side, STK was not crowded, and it was easy to get a table. The decor was beautiful and it was conveniently located right near the infamous chandelier bar in the Cosmopolitan. I had French toast, mashed potatoes and a breakfast sangria. I thought the food was overpriced and the potatoes were just ok. The French toast was delicious, but the potatoes were a little bland and not creamy. I was really surprised because you expect great potato dishes at steakhouses. In addition, the woman at the front desk (1:30 pm on December 3rd) had a snobby attitude and acted as if she was doing us a favor. She was not friendly and was bordering on rude. I would have dismissed it as one staff member, but my waitress was similarly stoic and not welcoming at all. I just did not feel welcome and I wouldn’t go back.

The steak was amazing, and so was Brandon!! Got amazing service throughout the entire night, and even a special birthday treat!

Always a great experience. Great food, service and brilliant music. Definitely not cheap but certainly worth it. A must for our group on our trips to Vegas

STK lives up to its 5 star reputation. This place is a well oiled machine. Everyone on the staff is on point. My husband and I both work in hospitality and we were celebrating my birthday. We were looking for a good meal and good service. STK goes above and beyond. Shout out the our server Edward and his team. Edward took excellent care of us and knew exactly what we were looking for. He made my bday special. Thank you Edward and all the staff at STK!

I went for their happy hour, and it did not disappoint. The drink and food options were great. I sat at the bar because I was by myself and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Food, drinks and ambience was amazing. We came for our anniversary dinner and our waitress was Sung and she took great care of us! The seafood pasta very flavorful and I could cut the filet with my fork.

They treated us horrible!!! We were kept waiting an hour for our Reservation when we were seeing that they had tables available, the food very rich but very expensive. I don't recommend it.

Bad service and mediocre food made for a bad time at STK on my recent visit. The food was served tepid, not hot, and and the server would disappear for a bit of time. It was not a memorable meal by any standard.

Serving Vibes, Flavor, AND Fantasy! STK Las Vegas did not come to play--they came to SLAY. The staff? Gorgeous. Attentive. Practically floating around the room like hospitality angels. The service was so flawless I felt like a VIP the entire night. Vanessa took beautiful care of us and made us feel truly special. We kicked things off with fresh oysters and a shrimp cocktail that was giving "oceanside luxury." Then came the rice cakes topped with yellowtail mousse, and let me tell you--my tastebuds needed a moment to compose themselves. And yes, we did enjoy a perfectly cooked filet that was tender, juicy, and downright delightful. But the real showstopper? The elevated flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream. I'm not exaggerating when I say it might be the best chocolate dessert l've ever had. Truly to die for-like, I would write this cake a love letter. STK is the spot if you want glam vibes, next-level service, and food that absolutely delivers. Consider me obsessed. 💋✨🥩🍸🍰

Oysters appetizer was delicious and fresh. The entree and side left much to be desired. Ribeye fillet was flavorless and bland. My wife’s filet was more flavorful which shouldn’t happen compared to a filet. The mashed potatoes were also near flavorless. Drinks were great. I wanted an egg nog special but after a disappointing meal we left without desert or after dinner drinks. Definitely avoid this location. Very disappointing.

I have to say, after all these years STK still has it going on. It has been one of my go to’s for years!! From the service, the food and the music you just can’t go wrong. Chrissi and Ralph made our experience just awesome. Looking forward to the next time!!

Wedge salad was amazing, Tons of blue cheese. Fillet had way to much char on it. Maybe we got someone else’s steak.

$45 Lunch Combo was good. Starter Sliders were Very Good We odrered the Steak Sandwich entree , which was 1/2 a Steak Sandwitch with Steak Fries. The Flowerless Chocolate Cake was very good The steak sandwitch was thin and not the best cut in my opinion with some grit in mine. The Steak Fries were Very Good. We ordered a Ceasar Side Salad that was very good and large, but not worth the price charged. You have to ask for Salt and Pepper and don'ty come in shakers. The salt is Kosher salt size and both served in a small dish. Mostly All the tables are small in size in the dinning room area for 2-4 people. - about a 24" Round table. 2 can sit on the inside and 1-2 sit on chairs on the outside. Little seperation between tables, a small wall is all you get with no upper privacy. Next larger table can fit 3 comfortably on the inside. They are slightly larger oval tables available for 5-6 people. They do have 2 larger tables for small groups of 8 There are no windows in the restaurant and I saw no ramp for handicaped people to raech the upper dinning and Bar area. It is 3 steps up from the main floor for Dinning, the Bar and the 2 shared restrooms. The 2 Restrooms are marked one person at a time and were very cold inside when we were there January 28th. Rates A Return: I can't reccomend this location for serious comfortable dinning. There are better places on the Las Vegas Strip for dinning out.

Looked forward to a great meal for my birthday. No wait, had early evening reservations. Hostess stand acknowledged me immediately. Sat me in an empty bar section. My waiter was friendly in the beginning. I felt rushed. My meal wasn't the lowest on the menu. Steak lacked flavor. Lobster was hard to get out of the shell. Mushroom side was ok, but not spectacular. As soon as I was finished, the table was cleared and the check dropped off. No checking if the dinner was ok while I was eating. No acknowledgement of my birthday. A $200 meal, done within 45 minutes. Not the experience I was hoping for.

My husband and I, along with another couple, went to STK Las Vegas for a Valentine's weekend double date, and despite a rocky start, we had an amazing experience! We had a 7:30 PM reservation but weren't seated until about 8:45 PM due to issues with their reservation system. While the wait was frustrating, the staff did their best to make it right, offering us a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Once we were seated, our server was incredibly attentive, apologetic, and friendly, which really turned things around. For drinks, I ordered a Mexican Mule, which was refreshing and well-made. For my entrée, I had the braised beef short rib with mashed potatoes instead of corn--absolutely delicious, tender, and so filling! We also shared a side of mac & cheese, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. By the end of the meal, we were way too full for dessert! Aside from the initial hiccup, the vibe of the restaurant was fantastic--a lively atmosphere, and a DJ playing amazing music all night long. It really made for a fun and energetic dining experience.

We had dinner here. The food and service are great, the steaks were very nice. It was a madhouse, I think you definitely need to book in advance, but despite the madhouse the staff did remarkably well. Extremely noisy...

Average rating describes our experience precisely. I had made our reservation months in advance, yet we were seated in a strange area where customers at the bar were sitting a few inches behind your head. At least it was entertaining when the staff decided to shoehorn a table of ten people people into this afterthought of a dining area. The food was average, the drinks were average, the service was average - our server was entirely non-committal on recommendations. The seating really was so distracting that there was no hope of having an enjoyable experience. Not worth going back to somewhere that treats you as average and offers average.

Very nice location , very good food. You absolutely must try the meat, it was really tasty. Let me know. As a price fits everything, on average you spend a 100€ per person, but even less. I assure you in any case that it is worth them all!!

STK HAS ONE OF THE BEST BARTENDERS AND SERVERS I EVER ENJOYED! Stef made the best drinks for us at the bar while we waited for our table and Jen took care of us at our table. She was so friendly and attentive. We came for happy hour and all the appetizers were fresh and delicious. The drinks are always the best. I can’t wait to come back!

So Close to Perfect, But… Booked a table at STK Las Vegas about six weeks in advance for a 9:30 PM seating. We arrived on time, only to be handed a buzzer and told to wait outside because our table wasn’t ready. Odd, considering the restaurant was far from full, with plenty of open tables that could have accommodated our party. It felt more like a power play than a genuine seating issue. Once we were finally seated, things took a promising turn. Lesley, our primary server, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and a joy to have looking after us. She fully deserved the 22% ($150) gratuity. The food? Flawless. Every dish was executed to perfection, making it clear why STK has the reputation it does. Unfortunately, one staff member soured what could have been an exceptional evening. The assistant server helping Lesley was not only poorly trained but outright rude. When one of our guests was still eating their main course, we asked that their plate not be cleared—an entirely reasonable request at any fine dining establishment. Instead of accommodating us politely, this server was dismissive and disrespectful. The situation escalated to the point where we had to request that they not return to our table. Thankfully, this was honored, but by then, the damage was done. STK had all the ingredients for a five-star experience—fantastic food, a great atmosphere, and an exceptional lead server in Lesley. But when a single staff member lacks basic service etiquette, it casts a shadow over the entire evening. Sadly, that’s why this visit only warrants three stars.

We went to STK for our girls bday!! Anthony, the manager, and Joe our server took the best care of us...fun ambiance, delicious food, and the best cocktails from the bartenders!! Definitely a great recommendation for a energetic environment for any celebration needed!!

Food is excellent. Deco is beautiful. Service is good once we sat down. But we wait for an hour even with the reservation. Very disorganized at the front desk. And very snobbish - like you were begging to eat there.

STK steakhouse in Las Vegas is a MUST if you find yourself in Vegas. Amy, Stephanie and Jesus are the best! Fun, and know how to entertain! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas and will request them! Will never forget the service and experience provided by Magdalena either! The best group, and great experience.

We are locals in Las Vegas and had 2 couples visiting us from out of town who heard how fabulous the steaks were at STK. We typically don't eat on the strip, due to parking and the hassle of the strip, but were up for an adventure so made a reservation for our 6. Parking is always a bit of a pain, and expensive, but we were committed and had no other choice. Dinner ended up being worth all the parking hassle with each of us "oooing and ahhhhing" over different items. The dinner started with DELICIOUS bread and we were grateful for the waiters concerns over allergies so they could bring some plain bread out for one of our friends who had allergies to one of the ingredients on the bread. Isaac was the bomb and not only provided excellent service but had a sense of humor that was refreshing. Everyone LOVED their food and my steak was one of the best steaks I've ever had! I know one of our friends was going crazy over his mashed potatoes. We were very happy with our experience at STK and while we won't be going back soon, only due to the location of the restaurant and us not loving to visit the hotels for dinners, we would go back if another special occasion arrises.

Good atmosphere, quite expensive but very good, convenient if you stay at the Cosmo. Lobster Mac&cheese are delicious, the same for salmon.

It’s a known place and expensive we would have expected to be seated at latest 15min after our 8pm reservation but waited one hour. Seemed they over booked and after that brought the food cold had to send it back. Bad management if your going to charge us$175 PP better be perfect.

Superb and courteous service. Went for happy hour and had the burger, salmon slider and fish. All small plates that were delicious, fresh and hot. Fries and chips came with sliders. Speciality drinks were discounted as well as wine. Visit you will not be disappointed.

Stopped by STK based on TickTac post. The all you can eat brunch was delicious. However if 1 party gets the all you can eat brunch or drink Mimosas all parties will be required to also get them. I think we tried almost everything. The all you can drink Mimosas didnt taste great. I preferred the Sangria. The DJ played R&B Disco music & took requests. Over all a great experience. Go early as the brunch is over at 2pm & they will allow you to purchase the all you can eat or drink even if theres 1 hour before brunch is over, but you will not get the full 90 min experience. Enjoy.

Wonderful place. I am so excited to tell everyone about the elegant evening we had a couple nights ago at STK in Las Vegas. They invited us to a fantastic Summer Solstice event along with about 200 persons in the glamorous Cosmopolitan Casino on the 2nd floor. The food as you will see from the photos was just a small sampling of what we partook in. Delicious burgers, shrimp, cheeses, and meat plates along with small spoons of exotic mixes were terrific. A full bar of their cocktails was attainable and they made some new libations for us. Cheesecake like desserts were great. Very dark and woody, this is a great atmosphere. The same event was held in Dallas that night at the same time. At STK Las Vegas, we combine the modern steakhouse, chic lounge into one unique VIBE DINING experience, along with the unforgettable signature menu from Executive Chef - Stephen Hop craft. With the hottest private dining suites in La Vegas, and a variety of semi-private/ main dining spaces in our VIBE-rant beautiful dining room, Private Suites that can accommodate up to 40 Semi-Private up to 60 seated / 100 cocktails Main Dining up to 300 seated / 450 cocktails And anything in between! The casino is one of the most beautify with the biggest chandelier I have every seen. Right in the heart of the strip. If you are looking for great steaks and atmosphere this is certainly the place.

Had one of the best meals, ever! Everything about it was flavorful and mouthwatering. The service was impeccable. It’s pricey but it’s worth every penny!

STK steakhouses always a great experience.. F1 race🏎 wkend.. The vibe was great, music was awesome the place didn't smell a little weird. But other than that it was fun, The food was good. What more can I say had a nice time? Definitely loved the ambience, it did take around 45 minutes wait for the food, in all fairness vegas was packed #f1, waiters staff was good, not great but they got the job done

I want to share a disappointing experience I had at STK Las Vegas on October 9, 2024, hoping this raises awareness for others with invisible disabilities like mine (ASD). Despite my efforts to proactively request accommodations for noise sensitivity, my experience was met with dismissive and unprofessional treatment. I reached out in advance to discuss my needs, and Riley, a manager at STK’s call center, responded with empathy, assuring me my needs would be respected. However, upon arrival, it was clear the staff at the restaurant had no knowledge of my request. I was repeatedly dismissed by the manager, Anthony, who seemed unwilling to address my concerns and provided inconsistent excuses for his reaction—first saying he was busy with a customer, then with an employee, and later explaining he was dealing with a health department issue. The lack of clear communication and respect left me feeling marginalized and embarrassed. Invisible disabilities should not mean invisible accommodations. All I wanted was a reasonable noise level so I could enjoy dinner with my guests, which is part of STK’s promise of a “social dining experience.” I was so uncomfortable that I ultimately left my guests at the restaurant and paid for their dinner rather than stay. STK’s executive team reached out afterward, offering a free dining experience as a resolution. However, my request is not for compensation; it’s to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’ve tried reaching back out to their executive team, but after two weeks, they haven’t returned my call. At this point, it feels as though they don’t believe I have ASD—I’m even willing to provide my diagnosis to the executive team if that would help highlight the importance of inclusion. It’s shocking that, despite raising my concerns as high as possible and focusing on ASD awareness for staff training rather than personal gain, no acknowledgment of these specific requests has been made. STK was an amazing experience! Our waiter Ed was amazing server providing outstanding service. The vibes and energy of STK was perfect for a night out with your significant other!

Made a reservation weeks in advance. Received multiple communications to confirm this reservation. Even a text reminder about an hour before our reserved time. Arrived at the restaurant exactly at the scheduled time and they hand me a handheld receiver & told me that they'll let me know when they can seat us. "In approximately 30 to 40 minutes!!" Never said they were sorry. "That's just the way it is here" I was told. Needless to say, we left and will never come here again.

Plus: Generous portions. NY steak is one of the best on the best on the LV strip. Pass on the greenish oil that came with the bread. Just serve garlic butter instead. Minus: The restaurant was too dark. Need to turn up the lighting just a tad. The music volume was too heavy which made conversations difficult.

Stk is the best place to go to if you want a great vibe! The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend

This is a wonderful spot with happy hour on delicious cocktails. Vibe inside is dimly lit with purple lights and waiters who really know their stuff. Bar was full but I was able to wait for a table and I didn't regret waiting at all. Will absolutely come back next time I'm in Vegas for business.

They make you wait at least one hour and it's not that serious. I recommend Tao, Hakkasan, Libertine, or Emerils. Please don't waste your time and watch how pretentious the hostesses are when you arrive. There are numerous places to eat at so don't get caught up with the hype. You are in Vegas to have fun, enjoy yourself but not at this place.

I came here on a business trip and STK was the best experience of the whole trip. My clients had such a great time. The vibe was fun and lively. The food was delicious and the timing of the courses was perfect. The maple bacon, Chilean seabass and mushroom pot pie were the highlights for me. The sommelier was knowledgeable and the wine list was full of unique and interesting wines. Mugzy took care of us. She was fun yet professional. I will definitely make this a must stop for every Vegas trip.

Excellent location in the Cosmopolitan hotel. Busy night so it took a little bit to be seated (about 30 min past our reservation time), but well worth the wait. Excellent menu with steak and seafood options and a flexible and accommodating staff. Great wine menu and generous corking fee options as well. Equally good for a regular visitor, first timer and even the famous crowd (several members of the Dallas Cowboys where there the night we dined).

This was my second time coming to STK for their happy hour menu and it is was AMAZING both times! Vanessa and Pancho provided fabulous service and made the experience even better!

I had a great Lobster Mac & Cheese it looked amazing and it tasted amazing. Also the free bread with oil tasted fire! My brother and his friend had steaks and couldn’t stop complimenting it. Apparently asparagus didn’t taste great but I wouldn’t recommend asparagus in the first place so the point is moot.

Restaurant with great quality of meats and excellent preparation of them. Good service and attention by the staff. Modern and original atmosphere but with excessively loud music to hold a conversation without having to shout. High prices but according to the area and warmth

As stated in your website site STK, ( offering a Dynamic Fine Dining experience with the superior quality of a traditional steakhouse ), I did not Fine that it was FINE Dining, To start with, the Music was to loud. You had to raise your voice to talk across the table. The seating arraignment was too tight and with the Bar being next to the seating area, Too many people where walking around the seating area. This is NOT FIND DINING. I'm a local resident and see ones again you are only out to maximize your income. I was there to see Ron White with my Wife and have a nice dinner before the show. Please Compensate me for the missed representation of that restaurant. I would've been more pleased at the other restaurants with in the Cosmopolitan. It was an expensive experience I'd like to forget. Ron

Las Vegas, a city synonymous with extravagance and indulgence, promises a culinary adventure on every corner. Unfortunately, my recent experience at STK Las Vegas was less a culinary adventure and more a descent into a gastronomic abyss. If you're seeking a high-end steakhouse experience filled with delectable food and attentive service, I implore you to steer clear of this establishment. My $200 meal was not only the worst I've ever had, but it was compounded by appalling service and a generally unpleasant atmosphere. From the moment we were seated, a sense of unease permeated the air. The ambiance, which attempts a trendy, modern vibe, felt forced and superficial. Loud music clashed with the murmur of conversations, creating a cacophony that made it difficult to hold a simple discussion. But the real disappointment lay in the food. The steak, the supposed star of the show at a steakhouse, was an utter disgrace. Ordered medium-rare, it arrived overcooked, dry, and utterly devoid of flavor. The texture was tough and chewy, more akin to shoe leather than a prime cut of beef. Each bite was a struggle, a testament to the kitchen's apparent inability to properly prepare a basic steak. The accompanying sauces, which I hoped would salvage the situation, were equally disappointing – bland, watery, and adding nothing to the already offensive flavor profile. Beyond the steak, the sides were equally underwhelming. Each plate felt like a personal insult, a deliberate attempt to offend my palate. However, the culinary shortcomings were only half the battle. The service was just as atrocious. Our waitress was inattentive and seemingly disinterested in providing even a basic level of service. Drinks were slow to arrive, requests were met with sighs and eye-rolls. When we attempted to express our dissatisfaction with the meal, our concerns were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that the staff was either poorly trained or simply didn't care about providing a positive dining experience. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction only added insult to injury, transforming what was supposed to be a special occasion into a deeply unpleasant memory. The overall impression was one of profound disappointment. STK Las Vegas promises a sophisticated dining experience, but delivers a subpar meal served with a side of arrogance and indifference. The food was not only poorly prepared but also grossly overpriced, making the entire experience feel like a complete rip-off. To add insult to injury, the lackluster food and service were compounded by a pervasive feeling of being unwelcome. The entire staff, from the hostess to the busboys, seemed to operate with a collective air of disdain. It was as if we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. In conclusion, my experience at STK Las Vegas was nothing short of a disaster. The food was inedible, the service was appalling, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas, I urge you to consider any other restaurant. STK Las Vegas is a black hole of culinary mediocrity, a place where your money is wasted and your taste buds are insulted. Save yourself the disappointment and the exorbitant bill and choose a restaurant that actually values its customers and takes pride in its food. Very disappointed! The decor seemed nice but every table was part circular booth and a chair or two. The people in the chairs were basically blocking the aisles. The music was one genre and would have been great if we were going clubbing. The volume was so high you could not hear the people at your table talking. The food… the prices are ridiculous! $73 for fish and chips! Not worth more than $20 and that would still be overpaying. One friend ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked unevenly, don’t say you’re a steak place if you can’t cook steak! Everything is a la carte, be prepared to pay too much for small side dishes.

I’ve been here many times and have always found this venue great. However, after going there for happy hour, I decided not to return. The bartender was indifferent and not responsive to our requests to check on our food order. Many patrons who arrived after us we served before us and actually left before we were served anything. She needs a refresher course in how to treat customers

Nick is the best server ever! We came from London and had never been to Vegas or any STK before and he made us feel right at home, suggested the best cocktails to try and was so friendly. One of the best waiters we’ve had! Thankyou for the service and the most amazing food, will definitely be back next time we visit. Lauren

I was in a big company and we got incredibly good service from our waiter who ordered the food for us ”family style”. We got fantastic food and very good wine. It was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Wanted to grab a quick bite inside the cosmo prior to a concert and were pleasantly surprised. Portion size was good and quality very good. Our server Vince did an excellent job with suggestions and we walked away feeling satisfied but not stuffed.

The food just was not great or wow. I really wanted to love it (especially for the price), but it was just simply mediocre food at best. We ordered the marinated shrimp cocktail and I could barely cut them with a knife (the flavor was on point though). The sushi appetizer we ordered was dull (not shiny) and the mayo it was served with was just weird, the whole thing lacked flavor, and it was not good to me. My 6oz filet was okay and cooked perfectly but it wasn’t “wow”. My husband’s wagyu steak was overcooked and still just okay. We got mashed potatoes and they were such a weird texture and a total disappointment. The flavor ended up being okay and I ended up eating them…but they initially looked like cardboard box potatoes and were weirdly translucent. Just weird. We also got the brussel sprouts and they had an Asian flair about them but were just okay. This is by far the most fun steakhouse I have been to in Vegas. But the food was probably the worst 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fortunate enough to have a chance for a couple of quick dinner/drink visits in November where I had a long layover. Been a huge fan of STK for years but always amazed how each time is special. Special thanks to the incredible bartenders including Stephanie and Amy (1st visit) and Amy and Theresa (2nd visit). My food was great each time which paired nicely with a great atmosphere and incredible service. Also, want to single out Jesus on my 2nd visit for stopping in and helping with our service. Great conversation and better service.

Food was amazing. Service exceptional. Our server, Sean, was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. We had a small issue with our food, but he took care of it with professionalism and grace. Will ask for him when we go back.

With a reservation, a 30-minute standby, no room at the bar. And impossible to talk to each other, the music is too loud, the cuisine is good, the presentation simple , but the value for money is to be reviewed .the setting is very nice .

Came here years ago and enjoyed it. We decided to come here last minute 4 of us. The girls on reception need to have better coms and not worry how they look etc. Service was good and food was excellent but again the server was miserable and not very chatty at all. It seems everyone in there are more worried about there image than been good at there job.

Not interested in RAP music at a steakhouse. Insanely loud. Could not visit with friends it was so loud. Very little if no attention given to our table by wait staff. Steak was tender but had no seasoning at all. Not even salt or pepper on table. I would never go back. This not even close to a classic steakhouse. Waste of money.

While the food and service were fine, the place was so loud I had to wear earplugs. It was impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting which was uncomfortable and made the entire meal truly disappointing.

What a great night. The service in this place was next level. The way the team worked together was awesome. We had the pleasure of having Madaline (?) "Mugsy" served us and it was an amazing tine. We started at the bar before our table was ready and I was amazing how welcoming the team was. Amy and Steph (if I remember correctly) took care of us first and then the transition to the table was seemless. Obviously the food was next level, but it was the service that really stood out. Kudos to the kitchen team but the table and bar staff made it. Even the busting staff were engaged and added to the experience. These days you can eat anywhere but this wasn't just a dinner this was an experience.

Prices were extreme ($300 for 3 people only having mains). Food was of great quality and amazing taste. Atmosphere is great for 21-35 year old, nice for many other ages but quite a specific vibe. Bar was good and large customer base. Very busy. Service was slower and dry.

The best steak I have ever eaten. From the moment we were greeted it was a special experience. We had the short rib ravioli and burrata as appetizers and they were spot on delicious. My wife had the miso glazed sea bass and I was wowed by the bone-in Ribeye steak. Charred perfectly and the flavor was juicy and beyond tender. I opted for a side of au Poivre sauce which is one of my favorites . It was fantastic compliment for the steak. Then on to dessert to finish the great meal we had the famous STK donuts .. mmmm is all I can say. Highly recommend this if you’re in Las Vegas for a great meal with awesome atmosphere . Cosmopolitan is a great casino as well to have some fun after dinner.

The waiter was pretty nice. The bacon appetizer was really great. My steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was closer to medium well. Also they forgot one of the side dishes. I would have rated this a 4 anyway but the loud thumping music is super annoying and makes it hard to think or talk.

This restaurant is the BOMB!!! Great food, great service, great music!!!!!!! Ask for Leslie. I have celiac disease so it is gluten-free friendly and Leslie rocked it out with accommodating my restrictions! Highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a place to go for Brunch, don't waste your time and money here. The brunch menu is very limited and the best looking item, chicken and waffles, was unavailable as their "Fryer was broken". Frankly, it was probably for the best because it is ridiculously expensive, even for Vegas. Some of us only drank and only a couple of us ordered something small, and we still spent a couple hundred. The kicker was the bloody mary was probably the worst I have ever had, it was basically just V8 over ice. Maybe dinner is better, but if you are looking for brunch do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I really had a poor experience. We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for dinner for 2 and somehow we end up sitting at high tables right next to the entrance. I can understand if we were walk ins. It’s not comfortable — so make sure you insist to get a dining room seat. Steaks were not well prepared. One was over cooked the other way undercooked. They offered to “put it back on the fire” but it came out charred and still under cooked. The asparagus was horrible.. Overcooked, bitter and extremely cheewy. Mac and cheese was ok. Salads were ok. Service was basic minimum. STK wants to be the antithesis of a traditional steak house. Club vibe, trendy servers, glitz and glamour. That’s great but they should still try and have good food . So many great steak places in vegas. I really regret dropping $400 here for 2. I would not recommend STK in Las Vegas.

My wife and I saw YouTubevideo about the Happy Hour deals here, so we decided to try them. It was even better than what we were told!The Chimi SteakSkewers were so tender we didn’t need a knife. The Chilean Sea Bass was so fresh it tasted like it had jumped from the boat to the table. Scallop and Avocado Ceviche- who would have thought it could be so delicious? All finally, thel’il brg and Parmesan truffle fries - breathtaking! If I could give more than 5 points, I would. Oh - did I mention the apps were &$7 each???

Amazing experience. The food was amazing. Service was good. The quality of food lives up to the reputation of the restaurant. The price tag was hefty, however, worth it for the quality of food we received. Highly recommend.

From the drinks, to the appetizers to the entrees, everything was amazing! To top it off, the decor is beautiful and the space has a very cool vibe. Our server Zoltan was very helpful and patient with all of our questions, and very knowledgeable regarding the menu. We highly recommend!

Massively overprices steak joint. The meat is very, very good - but so it should be for the outrageous price. The bill for three people (a couple of starters, three steaks, two sides and a medium quality bottle of wine) came to just under $1000 when the myriad of extra charges and tips were applied. While our waiter was very good, the front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to show us to our table as only two of us had arrived, and told us to take a seat at the bar despite the fact that the bar was heaving and there were certainly no seats. The music was also ridiculously loud, making conversation need impossible and one of our group requested to leave as it was giving him a headache. At these kind of prices the restaurant needs to improve its service a lot and make the experience truly special. Personally, I would just avoid.

Everything was great and service was attentive and friendly. Every time I turned around she was re-filling my coke. I really liked the atmosphere and music. Was packed for a Tuesday night so good thing I had a reservation. I had the Tuna tartare, blue wedge salad, braised short rib with truffle parmesan fries, donuts to go and a couple of the strawberry cobbler martini plus diet cokes, oh and the house bread with blue cheese butter. The food was awesome and you could almost eat the braised short rib with a spoon lol. It definitely is pricey but I only travel once a year at most.

I wanted to splurge on a dinner for my birthday, and boy did I pick the right spot. The atmosphere was 10/10, and the DJ was playing all my favorite jams. The food was amazing! I started with the classic Caesar salad, and it was very yummy. I ordered the sea bass, and it was perfection. Yes, I know who goes to a steakhouse and doesn’t order steak, but oh well, your girl wasn’t in the mood for steak. For dessert I had the donuts and WOW. They were better than expected but I just wish they added more pecans because that had to be my favorite part. I did throw back a couple of cocktails, and they were so delicious. I forgot the name, but it had passion fruit in it. 10/10. Overall, it was the perfect birthday dinner, and the food was beyond perfect. The only downfall was my friends flaked on me, and I had to go alone, but maybe next year they’ll be able to celebrate their girl, Tabs .

Worth every single penny ! You spend so many dollars on slots. Why not spend them on the nicest steak you’ll have. Food was Michelin quality and service was second to none. Brandon served our table and words cant do him justice. On holiday from Ireland in a group of 8. Get the mojito here.

Despite having booked our reservation for our party of six, we had to wait for nearly an hour to get seated. Once we were seated, however, STK provided our party with three appetizers and dessert on the house for our inconvenience. The rocky start was smoothed over by excellent service, excellent music and great food. The NY strip was pricy - but one of the best steaks I have ever had. Overall, very pricy - but the quality of the food, service and environment seemed to make it worth it.

We visited STK the first night of our stay in Vegas. It’s a great restaurant with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The menu choices are extensive but mostly we chose different steak cuts. The steak was cooked to perfection and you get to share the sides as they are more family size. The service and the atmosphere is great and the restaurant is high end. The only negative I would say is the price, Vegas is expensive but even this bill surprised us. We had no starters, one round of cocktails and no desert and the bill was over $640 for four people. The food is great but I’m not sure it’s worth that kind of money and we had other better meals for less.

Fantastic beef. We ordered Wagu and it was perfectly fried. Best steak I've ever tasted. Recommend accessories permesan truffle fries and vegtables (brokkolini with garlic). Serviced waiters. Only minus is that there is ALTFOR loud music in the room. Got to sit and yell at each other if you're going to have a conversation.

Had dinner with another couple. Service and atmosphere really cool, loud music. Had Prime Rib, big serving w Truffle Fries. Very good. Girlfriend had a 6oz filet, also very good. The bread with melted blue cheese was dynamite. Pricey but it’s Vegas. Easy to get a reservation and good location near Cosmopolitan. Would definitely go back

Vanessa was truly exceptional. Her courtesy, genuine kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely special from start to finish. She took such great care of us, and it was clear that she puts real heart into what she does. Experiences like that don’t happen often, and we’re very grateful to her.

Joe was an excellent server—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount to be sure everything was perfect. Our food came out promptly, and he handled everything with a positive attitude. Joe really enhanced our dining experience, and we’d be happy to have him as our server again.

Put reservation in 2 weeks early. Arrive and told it’s a 20 min wait. Waited an hour. Took off. Never again. What’s the point if a reservation?

Booked STK at least 2 weeks in advance for 8pm on a Friday for 2 people. We travelled from the UK so we were looking forward to a meal there after having a great meal there the year previous. There were around 30 people waiting outside the restaurant so we did wonder what was going on; we assumed there had been a function at one of the restaurants, as there are only restaurants on that floor. We turned up 10 minutes early and checked in with the girl at the desk, and then stood aside to be called. 8pm came and went; at 8:10pm we asked if our table was ready yet (to a different host), to be told we hadn’t ’checked in’, which blew our minds… We said we were here early and were literally waiting at the entrance ready to be called; they absolutely knew this and were stood in the doorway directly in front of them. The second girl reluctantly ‘checked us in’ for a second time and told us ‘well it’s a 25 minute wait anyway as there’s a back log.’ We told the girl at the desk to cancel our reservation and we managed to get a table in Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio instead which was outstanding! The staff there were excellent. It turned out some of the people waiting outside STK were part of the back log of people WITH reservations waiting to be seated… from as far back as 7:30pm! There were around 5/6 girls at the desk and not one of them knew what they were doing; there was a total lack of friendless and organisation. Head to Prime Steakhouse instead guys… Don’t waste your time at STK on a weekend.

Had an amazing time, and the food was delicious ! I was so happy to get a Spanish speaking waiter so my dad could communicate better and we got very good recommendations like Short rib ravioli….. Chilean Sea bass …. Flourless chocolate cake. Excelente service by our waiter Tona! Looking forward to being there again soon!

This was the best dining experience!!! It was so good I came a 2nd time a couple nights later!!! Fun and great food…. You won’t be disappointed…. Vanessa and Fernando were fabulous!!!

Terrible steak. $121 dry aged delmonico that was tough as shoe leather and overcooked. Overpriced and just literally one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Better steak at Outback or my own grill from the grocery store. Very disappointed with this place. Otherwise fine but you lost me when you’re a steak house and the steak is awful. I just don’t get it. But don’t go here. Try any other steak place in Vegas.

We made reservations for 2. We got to the restaurant a few minutes early. They have happy hour and regular menu. Which is nice because you can decide what you want to eat. We decided to eat dinner and were accommodated instantly. Eduardo was our server. He was very pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made several menu suggestions! This place has the best spiced watermelon, filet mignon, Mac & cheese, and oh my, the bread was delicious too! You must come and experience the delicious food and ambiance too!

STK is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. We go very often, either a quick happy hour cocktail and snack or a dinner. The vibe is always amazing, the servers are always friendly, the drinks are always amazing and ofcourse the food is crazy good! We love this place!!! 💜💜💜

Excellent experience! The music was such a vibe. We were celebrating my 40th birthday. They brought out a birthday treat at the end. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and perfectly cooked steak. Mashed potatoes were best I’ve ever eaten! After an initial mix up on our order our server Lexi resolved the issue with her manager Denise - great, friendly service. Hosts on front desk could be a bit more welcoming.

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic during our dinner at STK Las Vegas! She was attentive, friendly, and made our whole experience feel special from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her service was flawless. Truly one of the best dining experiences we've had—thanks to Vanessa!

Beautiful location and atmosphere. Left standing at hostess station too long. Server was attentive and food was good. Garlic butter was yummy however Bread was not fresh.

Firstly, we arrived early on Christmas Day, the restaurant was super busy but we were shown to the bar with a buzzer to wait. We were seated on time for our original request which was impressive given they were at full capacity. The bartender was super friendly too and makes great cocktails. Raul, our server explained the menu extensively and recommended several dishes taking our preferences into consideration. Our courses arrived with not much of a wait in between. The music was loud but me and my husband were able to converse comfortably so there was no issues there. I was there for my anniversary which was kept on record from a previous visit which was super impressive to us when later surprised with a complimentary dessert. My only disappointment was the scallops I ordered were slightly overcooked but everything was so good up to that point I didn’t feel like making a fuss but if you are fussy then maybe make a point of asking the temperature be checked to avoid disappointment. We ordered an additional dessert to go, the donuts, which are a must! Another star for us was the bone in Ribeye which literally melted in your mouth. This was an extremely enjoyable meal with excellent service and we are foodies with extensive restaurant experience so take my word. Hopefully you are lucky enough to be assigned the staff we were as they all made our visit 5 stars making up for the slightly overcooked scallops. Thank you so much.

The place is nice, but very full, we sat in a bar-like place. The entrance very rich, but the cut of meat, nothing out of the ordinary, compared to the high price. Very, very slow attention.
