DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED!

By Louise Masin Sattler |

DELICIOUS! Sadelle's served a delicious brunch that was presented with "class". The staff was very helpful and efficient. The prices are what you would expect when grabbing a meal at the Bellagio!

Tasty Brunch!

By sashakeena |

This restaurant is an ideal spot to get a tasty meal, especially when you’re staying at the Bellagio! We dined here twice during our stay & never disappointed. My triple sandwich on day one was amazing & my breakfast was very tasty on the final day. Staff were friendly & efficient.

Great brunch!

By Vork Travel |

My husband and I enjoyed our brunch here. We had reservations and were seated quickly. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty! The blueberry pancakes were my favorite. The extra attention to detail they show here is appreciated.

OH NOOOOO!

By Carol B |

Sadelle's is a beautiful spot directly off the conservatory at the Bellagio. We had a reservation for breakfast (which I recommend as the line up was VERY VERY long!) SADLY, I didn't know that on the morning we went they had started the planned very loud, manual and machine dismantling of the fall display to change over the Christmas! I wish I had known that ahead of time and I wouldn't have chosen a day earlier in our stay. Also, my eggs benny was cold. Like cold! But I happily ate it as it was delish! It's a beautiful spot. I will definitely go again despite the hiccups. Service friendly!

A beautiful space but do not go here for the food nor the service!

By Global29074992079 |

A foodie friend of mine recommended the avocado toast at this restaurant so we tried it over this past weekend. Needless to say the restaurant was very busy so this may have had some impact on our experience. The space itself is really lovely and the staff friendly yet unattentive . We ordered avocado toast, a tuna melt and a multi-layered roast beef and ham sandwich and waited close to 45 minutes for them to arrive. Sadly, all three items were tasteless at best. The French Fries were the best part of the meal. I pointed out our disappointment to the waiter and he took our drinks off of the bill.

Speculation brunch to end our Vegas trip!

By Mark68 |

While in Bellagio to see the floral display, We noticed Sadelles on our first day in Vegas.. I called and get a rezzi for our final morning as had late flight.. had a 9:30, was seated writhing 3 minutes.. at this time the line for non reservations Was 100 deep like the other day so 100% get a reservation!!! Seated in huge semi rounded booth.. server was classic old school and on it!! Food was excellent and would go again as this added an elegant side of Vegas with the linen tables and decor and floral settings.. the food was plentiful and my wife took it all in… the place makes u feel special.:)).. pricing not too bad for brunch in Vegas!!!

Best breakfast in Las Vegas!!

By Agnes C |

Absolute favorite breakfast spot in Vegas. Portions are huge, the food is amazing and the service is outstanding!! The hosts are out of this world. They really know how to move the lines and get you seated fast! Our absolute favorites are Lizette and Beth - these ladies are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They remember us from visiting months ago (by name!!!), they know what type of table we like who are favorite servers are - just outstanding individuals! Always great to see them!!

You can’t beat Sadelle’s

By Mary C |

Food is always delicious. They make a great mimosa too!!! We ordered house salmon and Matzo ball soup. Oh soooo good. I recommend a reservation to avoid the wait.

Worst breakfast experience ever

By davidswaters |

We had 9:30 reservations and didn’t get seated until 11:00. No apology, nothing. I will not be coming back.they don’t care about the customer

Saddled with a grumpy waiter

By Tony C |

Sadelle’s is a beautiful restaurant with high quality food and drink offerings. The restaurant is uplifting and feels high-end set against the atrium at the Bellagio. As usual the food was excellent. I wish I could say the same for the service. Our waiter Eric seemed to be in a bad mood. He gave the impression that we were a bit of an inconvenience. He forgot one of my wife’s dishes and apologised, which was fine. He then brought the wrong dish. When we asked for what we ordered he said ‘no you didn’t’ ie we didn’t order the dish. He eventually brought the correct dish and slid it across the table - not great. Before my wife finished the dish he was asking us to pay. Awful. My wife complained to the manager and she was great - took our tip off the bill (not sure why we tipped) and took off an additional 30% - so a great recovery. It’s still a great restaurant in our minds - hoping this was just a one off. We haven’t had problems before

We had a Perfect breakfast at Sadelle's

By Macy440 |

I had the Waffles, husband had salmon eggs benedict. We also had hash browns, bacon and an everything bagel with extra cream cheese. We were given surprise champagne because it was our 5th anniversary so that was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back. We love Sadelle's

Great setting and grapefruit cocktail!

By Apassionfortravel11 |

We were staying at the Bellagio and really enjoyed both of the breakfasts we had at Sadelle’s. Delicious house made smoked salmon tower, sticky bun and the most amazing grapefruit cocktail …truly an exceptional treat! We were celebrating my husband's milestone 50th Birthday at the first breakfast there (I had made a reservation noting this milestone birthday months in advance)...and not much was really done to acknowledge it; a sticky bun was brought to the table. (eg. a glass of bubbly or a nice piece of cake with Happy Birthday on it would have been a nice touch) At our dinner at another establishment that evening, they went all out to honour his special day....it was a little disappointing that Sadelle's had not. The restaurant was really busy on our second visit (the day we were flying out of Vegas), so highly recommend making a reservation. I would go back just for that grapefruit cocktail, it was that good!!! We really liked the setting overlooking the Bellagio Conservatory.

Thanksgiving nightmare

By ellsbels0207 |

Absolutely disappointed - place was beautiful to look at but that is where it stops Service bad took over 40 mins for food to arrive and it was cold - was told they didn’t do bread with soup when I asked for some - chips looked gorgeous but were freezing chicken was tasteless the only tasty item was the coleslaw I want my food hot I’m afraid people 🙈 Do not go if you are having a special occasion

Loved the breakfast

Loved loved loved this place! Smoked salmon, whitefish salad, everything bagel, and fixings, all delicious. Service is excellent. Reservations suggested but walk ups accepted.

Phenomenal

An amazing experience with great food, great atmosphere and even greater service. Our waitress Sare was absolutely sensational! Thank you so much for making our day Sare!

Great brunch spot

By Khoi N |

Dope cafe with high ceilings. Great breakfast food including lox, bagels and omelettes. Try to get there early as the wait can be long

Charming place next to Bellagio Botanical Gardens

By Astrida M |

We were looking forward to eating brunch at Sadelle's at the Bellagio. To reach it, we got to walk thru the stunning Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, which we visited on our last trip here. As we got closer to Sadelle's, we noticed 2 lines ahead that read Walk-ins and the other was Reservations. We went to the Walk-ins line and somehow were seated quicker than the Reservations line. That was fine with us. We were seated at a window table with a view of the pool area. It was very nice! Our server was William G, who was super nice, friendly, attentive and professional. We appreciated him and his service. My daughter ordered the Belgian Waffle and added the blueberries. I had the Scrambled Eggs and Bacon. The cheddar cheese was an add-on. We had the regular coffee with our meals. Service was excellent and the food was good but not outstanding as we have experienced elsewhere. The decor was stylish and beautiful. We found out later that we could've reserved a special Sadelle's seating area inside the Conservatory & Botanical Garden but no one told us about that. That would've been very special. Maybe next trip.

SO DISAPPOINTING.

By Kalijen79 |

Had a reservation and still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Server then took about 20 minutes to first come to our table. Food wasn't of great quality, just average anywhere else. Server nor management (who just walked around) never came to check on us once our order was placed and food came out. Felt very much like a tourist trap.

Sadelle's at Bellagio Casino Hotel

By Mike O |

When visiting Las Vegas, we make a point to start our strip with a visit to Sadelle's at the Bellagio Casino and Hotel. Located in the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens area the restaurant and staff are to be commended for their professionalism, food quality, service and patients. A highly popular dinning experience, would highly recommend reservations. Under the helm of Nader, would like to call out staff and apologize in advance if I missed someone: Maria, Lizette and Tina are very welcoming, cool and calm during an intense morning breakfast and brunch rush. Curtis and Kathy if you find yourself sitting at the bar. Anthony, Myung Hee P., Susan D. and Dorena C. and supporting stable staff. We have our menu favorites, but this is a place that requires multiple visits and exploring what they have to offer on your own. Check out other MGM breakfast spots: The Henry (Cosmo) Enjoy!!

Yummy Breakfast

By gwen k |

I love their breakfast. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. I would recommend getting reservations because the line gets super long for breakfast. If you are Platinum or NOIR there is a separate line. I have eaten there several times. You can charge to your room no matter which MGM property you are staying at.

Disappointed: Sadelle’s missed the mark this time

By Corneliu A |

We visited Sadelle’s at the Bellagio during our stay, especially because we had several good experiences there in the past. After walking through the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, we decided to return and ordered the roasted salmon and garlic chicken. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like what we remembered. The wait was unusually long, and the food that finally arrived felt more like something from a basic cafeteria than a restaurant in a luxury resort. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, and the service was slow and inattentive. Given the location and the prices, it was a real disappointment. It is a shame, because we once enjoyed this place and expected the same quality again. Based on this visit, we cannot recommend Sadelle’s. The food and service have dropped well below what they used to be, and we would not return.

Beautiful Decor

By BB |

A very pretty restaurant with delicious breakfast! Blueberry pancakes were hot and loaded with blueberries. Friendly service. Get there early and you won’t have to wait in line.

Server - Sare

By kathy h |

It is famous for Food and now I want to add Service. It was remarkable that this restaurant does not have a mile long every moment it is open. Bravo to Sare our server. So special every moment

Great breakfast

By lbridgeman |

. Quick breakfast before departure. Seated immediately. Wait staff was prompt. Ordered veggie omlet with egg whites and gluten free toast, hubs ordered eggs Benedict and son ordered breakfast sandwich. Surprised by the amount of food for the price. It is Vegas after all. My veggie omlet had fresh veggies. Could have used more broccoli, came with hashbrowns which was pleasantly surprising.

Fantastic breakfast meal!

By Michael W |

The menu is what drew us here for a breakfast/brunch along with the drinks menu. We eventually got a “conservatory booth” I think it was called but had the nice back drop. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food and drink was amazing. Superb Bloody Mary and had the smoked salmon tower with caviar. All the food that our group had looked amazing.

Great place to grab something to eat!!

By Chris L |

we recently ate here 3x during our stay at the Bellagio - see review separate. service was good each time and menu has a lot of options. had breakfast 2x and lunch 1x. all good. will return again!

Must Eat

By Josiah E |

Perfect place for breakfast/brunch. Chef Minesh is incredible. Best place in Vegas for breakfast. Cant wait to go back for a lunch and or dinner

Wonderful

By WorldTravelerCO |

The VIP service desk at the Bellagio booked Sadelle's for us for breakfast on the final morning of our stay. The food and service were both wonderful! The line to get in without a reservation was very long from early in the morning so this is one we would reserve far in advance on our next visit! Great atmosphere and food!

A special place in a beautiful setting

By louthom76 |

Can’t say enough good things about Sadelles. It is in a beautiful setting, the food is lovely and the staff are fantastic. We visited in April 2024 and Sean and his team made such an effort to help us in celebrating my dad’s birthday - can’t wait to go back!

Most fun & delicious food in Vegas

By Leigh JF |

What an amazing time. Great food, Beautiful scenery & ambiance. Had a wonderful time with the staff. They were amazing. Daisy, Joe, Mike, Lizette (server's work wife) and Jose. We all had an amazing time. Very busy but they took the time to add perfect touches to our morning breakfast. Went to all the best restaurants in Vegas but these guys were really top notch! So much fun they had us talking and laughing about it all the way back to Texas. The food was delicious. Highly recommend Sadelle's. I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the food and service. They were the BEST in Vegas.

Visited May 2025 – Graduation Celebration Breakfast

By Kelsey K |

We went to Sadelle’s on 5/15 and it was such a magical breakfast! Highly recommend making a reservation. My husband noted we were celebrating my graduation, and they gave us a fantastic table with a stunning view of the botanical gardens. They even surprised me with a strawberry shortcake treat—so thoughtful and delicious. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful (even the bathrooms are gorgeous!). All the staff were kind, attentive, and really made us feel special. The food was incredible—beautifully plated and full of flavor. I had the yogurt parfait loaded with fruit and bacon, while my shortcake surprise was the perfect touch. A truly memorable dining experience—I can’t recommend Sadelle’s enough!

Sadelle's is a must!

By LMJ-lmj |

Always lovely, service is stellar, food is delicious. Great place to wow guests and enjoy the atmosphere. One of my favorite places.

Eh...

By Sarah L |

This spot was unfortunately very hit or miss. My mom and I went for breakfast on April 22/24 and our food, both steak and eggs (minus the cold hash browns) tasted amazing. So amazing we returned the following Wednesday (the 24th) to eat breakfast again. However, service was lacking this time around, both our steaks were inedible (very chewy and completely full of fat with very little meat), cold hash browns again and lacklustre eggs. While the spot is gorgeous for a breakfast setting, I think your experience will differ based on whoever is cooking that particular day. We can now say we've tried it, and most likely will not return when there's so many other great choices on the Strip.

Try the grapefruit

By CarolynGee |

My daughter and I had an excellent breakfast at Sadelle's in March. We book the table in advance. I ordered the grapefruit brulee which was delicious. We also had bagels, cappuccino, eggs benny and a mimosa. Everything was outstanding. The service was very good. This was one of the best meals we had on our trip. It was even better than Mon Ami Gabbi. I would recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointing

By Ali B |

Booked in advance for my 50th birthday. So disappointed. Table next to us had people finish their lunch, table cleared and new people sat down with drinks and food before we even had a thing! We chased our waiter only to have a cold starter and hot main arrive at the same time. Wouldn’t even fit on the table. 2 stars because the cocktail (when it finally arrived) was nice.

The Sunday Brunch is AMAZING

By Nena O |

My waitress for starters was the whole experience in itself! Hands down!! took our order without writing it down and repeated it back to the T. The Avocado Toast is to die for. I highly suggest to all whom visits LV.

Excellent Brunch

By TravelingDavid613 |

Ate here for brunch - very, very busy but service was excellent. Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Loved the French Toast and the Eggs. Good comfort food.

Excellent!

By Ann H |

Dined at Sadelle’s 4 days in a row for breakfast during our September 2022 vacation. Each visit, the service provided by their waiters and drink servers was excellent. My brother and I greatly enjoyed our meals - highlights are the Salmon Benedict, Garden Omelette and Belgian Waffles.

Loved the lox but price gouged

By Kevin B |

Bagel and lox was delicious but prices are outrageous. I should have known just looking at the neighborhood and plaza. They definitely give you plenty of smoked salmon. Prlly 6 slices. Plenty of tomato cucumber and capers too. But it was literally $36 with tip while the same thing at a deli would run you 15 to 20 tops.

So so

By delagioventu |

Not bad but not great either. Nice menu, good seating, yet quality wasn't the best. And the tap water had so much chlore in it I had to ask them to change it (residu of the washing machine?).

Presentation and Taste 5 stars

By dahlia8 |

Make reservations especially during weekends and holidays! The line was longgg! Fortunately I had a reservation. Great menu but the smoked salmon is definitely delicious and presentation is beautiful! I ordered the Leo. House smoked salmon, Caramelized onions served on a bed of scrambled eggs. We also ordered the smoked Scottish salmon. The fresh peach Bellini didn’t taste particularly fresh but it was refreshing.

Great ambience

By Dorset_Solo_traveller |

After my first night in Las Vegas, with jet lag and insomnia, as I was awake at 6 I decided to visit the Bellagio to see the Conservatory when it is at its’ least busy. It does look prettier at night but it’s stunning during the day too, so I will pop in again when I am back to see ‘O’ later in the week. Deciding that it was time for breakfast, as it was still only just after 7 a.m. there were no queues at Sadelle’s so I asked for a table for one. They asked if I wanted to eat at the bar which I am fine with. The bar tender was very friendly and chatty. I had never visited here before although I have stayed at the Bellagio a few times - there is usually a queue. I was not that hungry so didn’t go for one of the very savoury options, choosing cheese blintzes instead. I was not sure what these were but saw them on the menu under the French toast which I was contemplating. The bar tender said they were good and explained they were like a warm, thin pancake filled with soft ricotta cheese. There were five on the plate for $20. They were accompanied with maple syrup, cinnamon sugar or strawberry jam. I did try one with a little maple syrup but they were quite sweet anyway, whereas the cinnamon sugar was more cinnamon than sugar and certainly brought out the taste of the blintzes. I had these with a coffee which was refilled without charge. The total cost with tax was $29. The service was excellent and the restaurant is very pretty. If I am back in the Bellagio on this trip and there is no huge queue I might visit again for lunch I enjoyed it that much!

Expensive but good.

By marmie1a |

Wandered around a bit trying to find a good breakfast spot. Ended up here. Had blueberry pancakes that were great. Hubby just had bacon and eggs. We sat at the bar and had Kathy W. As our waitress. She was delightful. The place is expensive but good.

Had a good experience

By DoctorVincenzoVonCueBall |

Ordered the club sandwich and it is huge in fact a half sandwich is too much for 2 people unless they are gluttons. Service was good, the servers were conversant and prompt. Went next day for breakfast at 06:00 🕕 which was also very good. The server was Mike he was excellent. the Doctor Hit me with some BIG LOVE ❤️💕 and a helpful VOTE! Breakfast

By gwen k |

Had breakfast there two days. Made reservations so didn’t have to stand in the long line that was there each morning. Had the eggs rancheros and a Bloody Mary. Both delicious.

Why would anyone choose to eat here?

By MLMRocksTravel |

This must be the most overrated restaurant in Vegas. We have always seen lines waiting to eat here, so we made reservations months in advance to celebrate a birthday. It started out so special by walking through the Bellagio atrium, which was made into a Winter Wonderland. We were so excited, especially when the line was about 100 people but our wait with a reservation was under 5 minutes. It is a huge restaurant so only about 10% get to see the atrium when dining, and the best tables are reserved for large groups. We were in the middle of the restaurant looking at the closed hotel pool. Most disappointing was that no hot food was available. We paid over $70 (not including tip) for an inedible fruit parfait (too many chia seeds to enjoy), toast (with jelly served in those cheap plastic gas station packets) , bagel/cream cheese, coffee and juice. Definitely the worst Vegas meal of the trip, and in the running for one of the worst experiences with Vegas restaurants. Go enjoy the atrium and head over to The Henry or Alexxas for a much better experience at 1/2 the price. Secret Tip: To access the balcony/bridge above the atrium for the best view without the crazy amount of people, take the elevator up to the salon/spa and step onto the balcony. My favorite place to relax and watch the beautiful decorations.

Beautiful place with great food and service!

By KimberlyG189 |

We had brunch here and loved it! Everyone was happy with their food, the Eggs Benedict were perfect, the breakfast bagel sandwich was also a favorite. The atmosphere is light, airy and you would never know you’re in the middle of a hotel in Vegas. They also went the extra mile for my friends 50th birthday. We’d definitely eat here again, and they take reservations!

Great...please go...

By Gail R |

It was sooooo good. Enjoy every time I go Vegas. Make sure to get a reservation or you will be standing in a long line.

Wonderful!

By TravelEnthusiast |

This was our pick for a special occasion brunch and it did not disappoint. We were there mid-week without a reservation and only waited for ten minutes to be seated. The food was pricy but delicious and beautifully presented. The setting is lovely with fragrance from the blossoms at the adjoining Belagio conservatory. Will make a point of returning next trip to Vegas.

Nothing amazing....better places to have brunch in Vegas.

By FBB1212 |

Not a great experience and nothing special. Would not return for the following reasons - - Long queues for tables - Service felt unwelcoming and forced. - Server was very unfriendly and didn't do anything to make our stay special or memorable (despite emailing the restaurant in advance to say we were celebrating a special occasion). - Whole experience felt rushed and a process set up to get you out as soon as possible (probably due to the number of people waiting). - Food portions are good but was nothing special. - Restaurant decor is beautiful however conservatory was under construction during out visit and therefore it was noisy and views were obstructed/blocked. For a great brunch venue check out the options at the wynn/encore. Great brunch spots.

Delicious breakfast

By Sharon R |

The food was delicious although it is easy to make eggs and pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and very good to eat even when cold. The eggs looked great. The coffee was delicious. Waitstaff were pleasant especially as the place was packed. Skip the buffet and eat breakfast in a real restaurant.

Very mediocre food

By AndersUA |

Pleasant place with very good service but mediocre food. If you are hungry better avoid - just look at the picture of the "greek" salad and think about it.

Exclusive, memorial and amazing French cuisine at Conservatory’s Sadelles newest spot”

By Adriana Estrada |

If there is a spot that I will always remember as a memorial experience at The Bellagio it will definitely be Sadelle’s magical and new exclusive spot “The conservatory table” that we actually were the first ones to be in!!! All of this was possible thanks to their general manager Luc Andre. It is definitely a MUST!

Mixed Feelings

By eltravelnotations |

I'm split on this one because I've been twice: the first time earlier this year was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, the second time last month was the opposite. Both times we had a late-ish lunch around 1:30 PM. The setting is very nice and one side overlooks the Conservatory and other is lit by large windows. The first time we had a waiter who was great - attentive, quick, and polite and accommodated a request for a booth. The second time, though we put in a request in our reservation, didn't give us a booth. Okay, fine, I can understand perhaps they couldn't seat us there. It took half an hour to get our annoyed waiter's attention to put our order in, then over half an hour to receive our food while watching others who sat down after us finish their meal before we even started ours. When we asked about it, the waiter said "fried chicken takes longer." Okay...well we ordered it our first time here too and it didn't take this long and even barring that, well, that just doesn't make sense. When we finally received our food, one plate was cold (probably sitting about while they made the forgotten/ or ill-timed fried chicken order) and we had to get it heated up so it took even longer! Food was uneven - our first visit the food was above average though not outstanding. The second time, the fried chicken was dry, almost burnt. Perhaps it's not that the friend chicken takes longer, but that it was cooked too long. :)

The premier way to start your day in Las Vegas!

By Jerry&Krystal |

Ambiance was exquisite. The service welcoming and prompt. A special thank you to Luc. It's always pleasant to see the General Manager interacting with the guests."Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example."Nice job Sadelle's!

Great restaurant for brunch

By alicerabbit |

We have dined here several times for brunch. This past visit I had perfectly prepared eggs Benedict . The hash browns were super. My husband had lox and bagels; also very nice sized portions. This place always seems busy. Best to make reservations to avoid waiting.

The Garden Table rocks!

By JD W |

(The Garden Table in the conservatory & botanical garden). Worth every penny. Great food, great view and excellent service. Book a few days ahead as there is only one table in the conservatory. Doreena is the best hostess/server we’ve experienced in years. It is A LOT of food.. So come hungry or have a fridge standing by in your room.

Sad Elle, very very sad

By Egnazia |

Sad Elle, a very very sad one at that. The decor is great but the food disappointing. We had breakfast and everything was served cold, even the poached eggs of my eggs Benedict and the toasts. An overpriced disappointment. Not to mention the queue management designed to make you feel unentitled.

Special meal and great view

By Christine |

We ate here for dinner on a Friday night around 7 p.m. and did not have to wait to be seated. We asked and were seated right by the beautiful conservatory, so we got to enjoy the awesome view of the amazing floral displays during our dinner. My ribeye steak with grilled onions and an order of onions rings were probably the best I have ever had. Yes, a bit pricey, but excellent taste and large portions. I took home leftovers for another meal. Our waiter was great. My husband had the western omelet, hashbrowns and a bagel which he said were okay, but he would try something else next time. It was a very special meal. We will definitely be back!

Just ok

By lae808 |

Came here for breakfast. I recommend reservations if you don’t want to wait. I was a single diner. Got sat all the way in back near restrooms where you can hear flushing constantly. Had eggs Benedict. Food came out quickly but it was cold. Even the plate was cold so it couldn’t have been waiting under heat lamp. The hollandaise was a little dry on top. Service was ok. I don’t think they pay attention to single diners too much. Closes early on weekdays so no dinner or late night food. I miss Cafe Bellagio. I hope they go to serving dinner every night soon. No casual sit down dining places at night in this hotel. I’ll probably give it one more chance, but I don’t know that I would recommend.

Wonderful experience!

By cruerockchick |

Sadelles is right off the Bellagio Conservatory. The service is top notch and food was great! It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth a visit.

Tasty brunch

By PNWtraveler1 |

Came here for brunch on a weekday. Both breakfast and lunch menus are available at lunch time. Prices are typical for the strip. Portions are generous and appreciated that refills on iced tea and soda were free. Service was very good. Recommend that you make a reservation so that you can be seated quickly.

Scrumptious Food With Exceptional Service

By sloomis31 |

A visit to Sadelle's was kind of a last-minute decision and one of the best we made on our trip to Las Vegas. While strolling through the conservatory we noticed this line of people waiting to go in for lunch. We hopped in with them and after a half hour we were seated close to the window overlooking all the flowers. The waiter was fantastic and always seemed to know right when we needed something. The uniforms (white aprons) really added to the experience. Everyone seemed to have smiles on their faces and were happy to help you. The half triple decker is huge but tastes great. My son had a traditional breakfast with eggs, which he loved. My wife had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel which she really enjoyed. Even the french fries were crispy and hot straight from the kitchen. Prices are high so check the menu online, but if you want a relaxing lunch/brunch/breakfast in a relaxed setting I highly recommend Sadelle's.

Don’t just show up!

By liceaga20 |

Obviously, this establishment will not seat you unless they seat everybody that had a private reservation, so don’t walk in and expect to be seated until everybody else has been seated. I believe they do this so they can keep busy. They are plenty of places to go so if you don’t have a reservation, don’t bother with this place. It sucks so anyways enjoy your vacation in Vegas.

Return visit

By Alan S |

Food is great as always. Lox and bagels for breakfast everyday for me, waitstaff is always on top of their game and pleasant. Down side this trip, no short lines for Bellagio VIP guests, I would not return on that alone, if not for the lox.

Very nice Breakfast / Lunch

By Christine G |

Just checked into the Bellagio and needed to eat. We had a very fine breakfast/lunch. Food was very good! Would visit again!

Sadly, not great!

By JazzyJazz |

Just had breakfast and sadly it wasn’t the best. Eggs Benedict should be faultless in this kind of establishment but eggs were over cooked and could barely cut through the dried bread they were on.service was efficient but order took more than 30 minutes to receive.

Disappointing Service

By Valerie K |

Earlier this month, my cousin and I ate breakfast at Sadelle’s. It was her first trip to Las Vegas & I was looking forward to sharing some of my favorite restaurants with her. While, I have been to Sadelle’s many times, I will not be returning my next trip to Las Vegas. First, we had a 7 am reservation. We arrived a little before 7 and told the hostess we were here for our reservation. She told us to have a seat and wait because the staff was having a meeting. The restaurant opened at 6 am. Why do the staff need a meeting an hour after opening? Why couldn’t they meet prior to opening? Once we were seated we were taken to near the back of the restaurant even though there were lots of seats in the front. Our server Mike was less than welcoming. His body language appeared as though he always had some place to go. He did not provide us hardcopy menus even when we requested them. Mike would quickly check in on us and then walk away. He constantly was clicking on something on the computer near our table. At one point, he said he was going on break and someone else would be our server and the new server introduced herself and then he was back again. The best server was the person who delivered our food. Not the service I have previously received at Sadelle’s and not the service that should be provided at a Bellagio restaurant. On a positive note, the Salmon Tower was delicious. The coffee however was weak. Not a great experience! Would not recommend, the food might be nice but the service is terrible.

Terrible

By Lana S |

Terrible place to eat. The food was awful and cold. I had western omelette it looked like a flat pancake with bits of food in it, it looked and tasted like rubber and was cold. My toast was cold and hard in fact one person in our party got sick about 2 hours after eating there. Yes it’s busy and a lovely place to look at but would have had a better brunch at one of the local restaurants.

Amazing service and food!

By Terri G |

I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, I would definitely return. We had a fantastic breakfast and I wish we had had the time to return!

We visited Sadelle’s for my birthday at breakfast. Aris really looked after me and I felt very special. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the food was lovely. If you want a fabulous breakfast in a classy setting then this is a top choice

Perfect Location, Good Food

By VerityE |

When we first spotted this restaurant, my family and I assumed it would be really pricey. This place is in a perfect spot in the Bellagio. But surprisingly, it was quite reasonably priced with a good selection of dinner options. Try to get a booth table looking out on the conservatory display. It’s a beautiful restaurant anyway, with gorgeous decor. The food was lovely too, although portions were a little smaller than most places. It made for a great evening!

Lovely casual dining experience in a pretty restaurant

By Hel |

Came here for brunch and loved the pretty decor and the light and airy venue. We were quickly seated and made to feel welcome. Our meals were tasty and service was very efficient. This is a lovely venue right next to the Bellagio conservatory so well worth a visit. The coffee was the best we tasted during our time at the Bellagio.

Photos added. Excellent Lunch and Service

By NitroDog |

Located in the Bellagio Resort. My wife and I dined here for lunch and were seated within 15 minutes without a reservation. We both ordered an Iced Tea and split the French Onion Soup. It was the best I have ever had. YUM! My wife had the Smoked Salmon Tower that she really enjoyed. I had the Cobb Salad that was great with Russian Dressing. The service was excellent and they gave us a 10% Military/Veteran Discount. I added photos of our visit. Management should be very proud.

Underwhelmed

By BKinMN |

The restaurant was super busy for Sunday brunch, and we were excited that we had indeed found a fabulous brunch spot on the strip. Our dining experience was not that. Our wait staff changed during our meal causing large gaps in service, the menu had poor descriptions of the food/meal so most of us were surprised when we got our food, was this what I ordered? How do you wreck eggs? Somehow, they did. The coffee was so bad we couldn't drink it. The whole experience was so bad we spent the latter half of our time there laughing as we couldn't believe it. There was no point in complaining, we paid our bill as soon as we could and left. We won't go back.

Great Brunch

By Bob B |

We met at Sadelles for a family Brunch on our first morning in Las Vegas. We were shown to a lovely table for three and served by the delightful Marilyn. The choice of breakfast fare was very wide and easily satisfied my hunger for scrambled eggs, smoked salmon with hashbrowns and a bagel plus copious amounts of coffee. There is a real buzz to this very large restaurant. Only one downside was the remarkable air conditioning which made me rather cold. We've booked for tomorrow.

Don’t come here unless you want bad service

By Amy T |

We did a staycation @Bellagio and decided to give this place a go. We received a nice booth from the hostess. That was pretty much the only star. We waited for 15 minutes for our server to come by. During that time I saw her walking around the room cluelessly not talking to any customers and even passed us several times and didn’t even acknowledged us. She’s an older lady with long blond hair. I’d expect someone at that age (my age) would understand the meaning of service. My SO ordered the eggs Benedict which was just meh. The eggs were overdone not poached. I ordered the classic egg sandwich which comes with fried egg except it wasn’t friend and too runny. The place is overpriced but it is Bellagio after all so expect it. I would t order Avocado toast at $23 or oatmeal at $18. Would I come here again? I care more about the service than food itself. If I didn’t care about service, I’d go for buffet at least you’ll get more food for the price!

Bad and slow service

By Serchmtz |

We made a reservation, you wait in line anyway, the waiters took a while to take our order and they served us 1 hour and forty-five minutes later!! If you go, order as soon as you arrive at the table and with time!!

Amazing Breakfast Experience at Sadelle’s

By Odyssey200118 |

Wow! We stay at the Bellagio in Las Vegas all the time but this trip was the first time we tried this restaurant. The food and service are truly exceptional so we ended up having breakfast there three days in a row. The line moves quickly and if you have an MGM players card Platinum level you get an expedited line. Even if you don’t have a players card there’s plenty to see while waiting in line in the Botanical Conservatory. Everything was great but our favorites were the Whitefish Salad tower, Grapefruit Brûlée and avocado toast. Definitely a must try. Insiders tip there is a small to go cart at the start of the line with coffee and baked goods. Do yourself a favor when it’s busy everywhere and skip Starbucks and the other breakfast options and get a coffee and pastry in minutes.

Awesome

By kathy h |

This is my 14th time and it gets better each time. The highest quality of service in all of MGM properties for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere

First night dinner in Vegas

By boeingAde |

First night and was wondering around the Casio's and found this place for a light dinner, Service excellent, managed to have a table no waiting even thou it seemed busy. Food served hot, maybe a little on the pricier side but you are in one of the big hotels here. Great location by the flower displays outside, Would easily go back based on this visit. No complaints here.

Breakfast is a must

Curtis was at the bar this year and last year when we were here> He is simply amazing. Saw to our every need and took very good care of us.

disappointing service and food

By Nicole M |

My sister, myself and our 3 boys went to Sadelle's Las Vegas on Friday, 6/21 for a late lunch prior to our flight home. We made reservations weeks ago to ensure we could get a table at one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas. We have always had top notch service and food, but this time, the experience was so disappointing. When we walked in, the host who has worked there for years, was standing alone, so I approached her to ask what line we should be in for a reservation. She looked at me like I was a homeless person asking for a free meal. I was simply asking what line we should be in. I'm not sure if it was a matter of us having our 3 boys with us or what, but our server was completely rude and unengaging (even though we all ordered $30+ meals and drinks). He became frustrated when we asked what kind of sodas were available and seemed annoyed at the fact when it took our boys 10 seconds to decide what they would like to drink. The food fell completely flat. I ordered a tuna melt, which looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a grocery deli warmer all afternoon. It was terrible. Like, review worthy terrible. I was shocked. We saw the gentleman who filled our water more often than our server who never came by to ask how our food was. To be honest, we were very shocked at the experience and disappointed we wasted a meal there and also an uber ride to Bellagio when we could have gone anywhere else. I know there can be off days, but also, we tip on the service...isn't that what the tip is for? We are always willing to tip generously for great service, so our gratuity certainly was reflected in the lackluster service and poor food taste and presentation. It might be time to give some of your staff that run around after your servers a chance to make some more $ and let them take over if your current serving staff isn't interested in giving great service to every table.

Excellent food and great value for money

By Sal |

Food is excellent and service is great. Best salad and truly delicious eggs Benedict with Salmon. Fresh berry fruit was fresh and tasty.

Expensive but 100% worth it if your budget allows.

By Jennifer |

This place is very nice but also very expensive. We paid $43 for an order of eggs Benedict and $23 for a one blueberry pancake. They were outstanding!!!!! The atmosphere is top notch. The service was flawless. You won’t be disappointed but it’s not budget friendly.

Great breakfast.

By KSO1960 |

If you get too much breakfast at the various patisseries , then definitely try the Sadelles. Open from 6.00 am during the week. The selection of typical American breakfasts , satisfies everyone. Whether with a big or small hunger. The coffee , well, just typical American. Everything else , very delicious. The avocado toast is especially recommended.

Wholesome, high quality food!

By notme2017 |

We received credits for breakfast. Sadelle's was the best place to use the credits. OMG, the food is so good! Every item we ordered was high quality and portions were on the larger side. The matzoh ball soup was very good. The smoked salmon, house smoked and Scottish imported were both excellent. The blueberry pancakes and French toast with berries, both excellent. We also had the Greek salad and club sandwiches which also were very good. Service was friendly and very accommodating. Prices are a little high, but the resto is in a casino/resort, so that is expected. The only fault we had found was the hours are only to 3PM on Sun to Thurs. The resto is only open later on Fri. and Sat.

Lovely impromptu visit

By poppypop132 |

Popped in here one afternoon while in vegas for 3 nights. It was our 15th wedding anniversary & had a restaurant booked for dinner that evening but glad we stopped by while out a walk up the strip... While visiting the bellagio we spotted this place and managed to get a table for drinks next to the lovely garden display .. lovely service, cocktails, champagne and the kids enjoyed their ice cream..

Our breakfast was very tasty!

By tommychomper |

The breakfast (eggs bene, french toast, danish) was spot on! I cant speak for the lunch menu but if you want a great breakfast then i would for sure check this place out!

I hop and Dennys would be better and cost 3/4 less?

By william c |

the food and service is not what it used to be, just lay your money on the table and leave is what they want. Never eat again if ever come back to Vegas . Gamble is your local casinos, this place has ripped me off the last time.

Good Food

By rschmitt73 |

Late Friday lunch, at about 1:00. Got right in, but it was busy. We weren't ready to order fast enough, so our server didn't come back to ask again for several minutes. My wife ordered the tuna melt, and I ordered the half order of the Triple Decker sandwich. Both came with fries, which were plentiful and served in a big cone, quite good. We also both ordered a bowl of the mushroom barley soup. A little salty, but also quite good. Very hearty, probably didn't need this much food, but was delicious. The Triple Decker sandwich gives you choice of meat-choose 2-from turkey, roast beef, salami, ham, and bacon. Served on rye bread and layered with cole slaw. The tuna melt was $18, the half order Triple Decker was $22 (the full sandwich is $38, but they say its enough for 2 people, they would be correct) , and the soup was $14 each bowl. My iced tea was good, fresh brewed. Refills were typical in that they just pour it over your already melting ice, leaving you with somewhat iced tea by the time you're done. Interestingly, when she refilled my tea glass, she took away the bowl of sweeteners that was on the table. I had to wait until she came by again to ask her for it along with my long-forgotten extra side of ketchup. Service could have been crisper. Overall, it was a good experience.

Decent Vegas Brunch

By RockingLaurie |

We waited in line for about twenty minutes on a Thursday morning to get in. Service and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I had the eggs Benedict and my hubby had the cheese blintzes and the grapefruit “cocktail”—a grapefruit that is cut up and sugared and broiled. My eggs were quite good, perfectly cooked and the hollandaise sauce was nicely balanced. The blintzes were sweet but kinda just blintzes. The grapefruit was awesome. Like, I would go back and get just the grapefruit or a couple of them…. The decor and ambience are art deco charming, and almost cozy—something of a rare thing in Vegas.

Not Bellagio quality

By bjkost |

The service was the only good thing here. Very limited menu choices. My husband ordered the rigatoni bolognese and it was no more than a child's portion. He said it tasted like spaghetti o"s. My garlic chicken was served with only mashed potatoes. For the price paid it would have been classy to throw on 2 or 3 carrots or string beans to add color to the plate. All in all very disappointed!

Casual dining at its best

By DD2022 |

Super location inside Bellagio garden. Casual dining in upscale atmosphere. Good service and great selection of breakfast and lunch dishes.

Expensive and tasty with QR code ordering

By xygb7dklt |

Bellagio has gone electronic to reduce service demands and lack of staff, but they claim it is to reduce germ transmission on paper. For example, at Sadelle’s Café customers are expected to scan a QR code with their phone to electronically read the menu and order their meal. Then a human being brings the food. By law, restaurants must provide paper menus so if technology is not your strength, ask for one. They are available and work as always. We had a Western Omelette ($24) and a Vegas Omelette ($24) with shredded fried potato ($8) and coffee ($7). Generous portions and tasty. Other times we grabbed a fast coffee ($7) and muffin ($8) at Palio takeout (a reference to the Siena horse race?). The Gelato Café opposite does not serve any gelato, only sherbet. While they may be similar, they have different ingredients, flavor, and texture. But then Gelato is in keeping with their Italian theme and Sherbet is not. How about offering authentic gelato?

This is a cafe with a good reputation. There is a line and you have to wait 45 minutes even at 9:00. If you come around 10:00, you will have to wait more than an hour. They are very accommodating to Japanese people.

By あそうたいち |

I stayed at the Bellagio and was getting tired of buffets, so I walked around the hotel. Then I saw a line next to the Botanical Gardens. I looked it up and found out it was a cafe with a good reputation, so I waited in line for 45 minutes and was able to get in. It was breakfast, so I ordered a set of Las Vegas omelette and eggs Benedict. The people who served us were all kind and friendly, and even though we were Japanese and couldn't speak English well, they were very friendly and helpful to us. The food was delicious, and I was satisfied with my breakfast, so I took a look around the Botanical Gardens and returned to my room.

Walked right in as a solo with no reservation

By Tina M |

The food was just OK. I really feel like they share the kitchen of the buffet and brought me a croissant and some lukewarm potatoes. The service was good and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Scrumtious brunch

By Peter F |

If you are craving a lovely European looking breakfast experience, Sadelle's might be the enclave you desire. Plenty of breakfast and lunch items from which to choose; each one tasty.

Great Breakfast!

By Andrea S |

The breakfast was delicious. Our server Mike was great! Great experience, beautiful place inside of the Bellagio Conservatory.

Dorm Food in a Beautiful Setting

By TRVLtruth |

Wow, this is a great looking restaurant and the service was fantastic! But the food was AWFUL, FLAVORLESS, basic dorm food that was a true disappointment. Hands down, our worst meal every at the Bellagio. The menu is basically simple to make, cheap to buy pseudo deli food that a hospital would serve. Of the 6 of us, the worst was the Cobb Salad, second the Greek Salad, then the Tuna Sandwich, BUT don't forget the fries and onion rings that tasted like they were cooked in dirty, old oil. We would have asked for a refund, buy our server was so great, we just left and ate later. Stay away, far away.

Great brunch spot

By JoeyMToronto_Ontario |

As with any popular Vegas restaurant reservations recommended. Might be able to walk in near closing time. We had the salmon Benedict bagel with smoked salmon and the tuna melt. Might want to pick the regular or whole wheat bagel instead of the everything as found it on the salty side. Had the matzo ball soup which was flavourful - really good. Have the tuna melt on a bagel it’s an interesting presentation. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Best Breakfast in Town

By Roman F |

Great food, great service and a beautiful setting. A large and varied menu with something for everyone. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. Make reservations... they are busy.

BILLED $100 FOR ATTENDING A RESERVATION. NEVER AGAIN!

By TayC08 |

Will never eat here again. We made a reservation to celebrate our baby and finding out if our baby is a girl or boy. When we arrived the restaurant could not fine our reservation. They sat us anyway and we dined and paid. The next day, I received a message stating that we were going to be charged $100 for not attending our reservation. VERY frustrating...especially after already paying over $100 for chicken and a subpar cold tuna melt sandwich and cold fries.

Delicious and Iconic

By Draculoruh |

First of all Sadelle's is stunning and elegant. Our server Mike K. is THE BEST! While visiting this colorful city, I want to eat the most unique things. Mike helped recommend the top picks and trust me they did not disappoint! I had the salmon Benedict which was absolutely amazing, grapefruit brulee, the cheese danish which was to die for, and coffee that could keep you awake for days 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Always a Good Bet

By Gabulose |

Every time we come to Las Vegas our group always insists that we eat at Sadelle's. On our last visit we were treated to delicious food - french toast as well as the bagel and salmon. We always receive top notch service and the atmosphere is always relaxing. We got to meet Mr. Nader Abuolba, the manager and he took care of our special birthday requests. The birthday breakfast was great and the extras put the experience over the top. THANK YOU SADELLE'S. Your customer service and attention to details will keep us loyal customers.

Would not recommend

By maimac |

We visited Sadelle’s on our honeymoon. We were staying in the Bellagio and had heard great reviews about Sadelle’s so went for brunch. The food was good, but the service was awful. We ordered drinks which didn’t arrive, and asked multiple times about them. Our food arrived and we still hadn’t had our drinks. There appeared to be no communication between staff members and the main server we had barely smiled. Would not recommend, the food might be nice but the service is dreadful.

Couples trip from the UK

By Romney R |

Saying in the Bellagio, it was an easy choice for breakfast on our first morning and we were not disappointed. We ordered French toast with bacon and Belgian waffles. Lovely place, great service. Great decor.

fresh food, cute location

By Alyssa M |

very fresh salmon and eggs were cooked perfectly. a lot of food though, & hashbrowns were a bit bland, but salt made them better. very cute location right in the conservatory garden in bellagio!

Great experience!

By LoveBirds25 |

This was our first time eating here. The setting is beautiful, right by the Bellagio conservatory. There were four of us and we all liked what we ordered - eggs Benedict with salmon, garden omelette, huevos rancheros. And our server Mike was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the great customer service he gave us. We will definitely eat here again.

Pretty Much Style Over Substance

By Joanne |

We were really looking forward to our breakfast at Sadelles, having noticed the queues and the pretty take out boxes whilst staying at the Bellagio. 'Pretty' probably sums up our experience. The entrance, with it's displays of vintage Depression Era glass, is very pretty. Our table by the window had a view over the pretty pool area and gardens. We had a pretty long wait for our food to arrive. The Eggs Benedict, when it did arrive, would have tasted pretty darn good if it hadn't been pretty cold. The wait time meant that we were in a rush to check out, otherwise our food would have been sent back pretty smartly. So overall, pretty disappointed.

Nice food and lovely ambience

By Namita M |

Very good breakfast options and good sized portions. Service was impeccable. Enjoyed the lovely decor and food was amazing too! Very satisfied.

Great breakfast!

By mag308 |

Really great breakfast. We didn't have a reservation but went early about 8 and was seated right away. Great service, very attentive.

Never again

By docholiday899 |

Never again. Poor food and some later I spend the morning in the toilet. What the hell did you in the kitchen? That can’t be true.

What a great meal with an awesome staff

By Jill D |

Food was very well cooked and displayed on our plates, with an incredible staff meeting our expectations. A great location there in the hotel that accepts reservations, too.

LOVELY PLACE

By BLANK |

It is a charming place in its decoration, the food is delicious and sufficient, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the most valuable thing is that they speak Spanish or try to do so to help you, they have many customers and long lines, it is totally worth the wait.

Very over rated and over priced !

By Tiffany J |

Totally overrated. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and checked in. The walk up line had 10 groups at least and they proceeded to seat two groups (one 3 and one 4 people) at tables overlooking the conservatory gardens. 10 minutes later they sat us in front of the kitchen. Our waiter had no interest, and said he would bring us just water because that’s all we wanted (I had asked for the cocktail menu - so I had to ask twice). Grapefruit brûlée was overpriced $16- half a grapefruit with torched brown sugar, French onion soup very was very average. My salmon bagel was good but I think that’s hard to mess up. Total bill for two with one cocktail and with tip $100. At the end I asked the waitress why walk ins get better tables, she was nice but said it was the waitresses who help seat. There was a lovely table overlooking the pool for 3 folks they never seated anyone at. I left extremely disappointed - it’s smoke and mirrors, like a Disney theme park (that’s the feeling I got) the staff didn’t look happy to be there, I know because I watched them go in and out of the kitchen the whole time. don’t understand the high ratings. I would not return.

Sadelle's, excellent restaurant.

By myer m |

Excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, brunch. Attractive ambiance with attentive service. The menu is varied and should suit most tastes.A few of the items my wife and I ordered included omelettes, huevos rancheros, pancakes, salad and french toast. All of them are worthy of ordering again. The food, service and ambiance deserve a high rating, but the hostesses deserve an even higher rating. Their competence and efficiency are exemplary. I have limited mobility. Their caring attention with a smile was greatly appreciated.Individually, they are outstanding. As a team, their teamwork magnifies their professionalism. Myer M.

Good Breakfast in a Beautiful Setting

By JJ |

Sadelle's is a beautiful restaurant located right in the Conservatory at the Bellagio. I recommend looking on their website for a reservation, the walk-in line can get long. Our waitress (Marlane) was very friendly; we liked her a lot. The food was standard breakfast fare - benedicts, omelets, bagels, etc. - but still delicious. I saw another table order French Toast and remarked on how thick it was; our waitress said the bread is baked fresh and only 4 pieces of French Toast can be made from one loaf - it is that thick. I immediately regretted not ordering it! But my omelet was delicious. We had a nice experience at Sadelle's, it is worth a trip just for the ambiance.

Great Place for Breakfast

By califdesire |

We ate breakfast at Sadelle's two mornings in a row - the food and service was great! All four of us really enjoyed it - the wait wasn't bad in the walk in line. Staff was really friendly.

It was fine but nothing special

By ZiggyPG |

It was fine. The place is cute and decorated nicely. The food was decent but nothing special. The service was kinda spotty. We stopped for dinner before a show and it wasn’t busy at all; maybe a dozen people in the restaurant. Yet I needed to approach a server with my bill and payment after waiting quite a while. It was fine but I expected better.

Interesting Dining Experience!

By sashakeena |

It’s an interesting place to enjoy a tasty meal, however it’s getting a little pricey! Group of 4 cost over $200. & that’s with no alcohol or a tip. A side order of 4 dried out / small sausages $13. Overall service from the staff was very good. It was better last year when we were at the Bellagio.

What customer service?

By Laney64 |

We went along here for breakfast. No queue but we followed the route for a queue that led to front desk where five staff were standing talking to each other. No acknowledgement - nothing. Guy turned up in the priority line and one of the staff spoke to him. We were standing right next to him but still nothing. The five staff looked at their tablets, dug around for stuff under the desk - didn’t even look over at the queue now forming. The guy in the priority line walked away. Eventually a woman came over to us - says we have to wait until someone in the restaurant leaves for a table to become available. I mean, loads of empty tables but if that’s their system then fair enough. But how about saying that to us when we stood there? How about even acknowledging us and the others standing in the queue? us. I am sure the food is amazing but customer service in Vegas is great anywhere we go, except here. Say good morning, give the customers queuing up information about the situation - don’t just stand behind a desk talking to each other. Such a shame.

OK but a Miss on One

By GiseppeGord |

Sadelle's is located off the Gardens. It has an open, pleasant ambience. Would recommend reservations. I had the Scottish Salmon with bagel, capers, cucumber and tomatoes. Very good. My wife had an inedible tuna melt. Way too much mayo with a poor flavor. Another guest enjoyed his Cobb salad. Not a bad option.

A very good breakfast with courteous service

By Dr Javed Rasheed |

Stayed in Bellagio for 3 nights in May 2023 and had an opportunity to visit this restaurant for breakfast thrice and found their ambience to be good as they have a distinct decor and their service is courteous, their choice of breakfast is very good. Usually it’s crowded and we were lucky to get a place if one is early and had a good breakfast at this place and nothing worth complaining about ! Dr. Javed Rasheed

Not worth the time to wait for being seated

By ing_mdm |

Food is good but not worth the wait. Queue/line management is really poor and not transparent. Wait to be seated and for food too long.

Really great breakfast

By jj4412180 |

Really nice selection for breakfast. Food came out hot and was flavorful. Would definitely recommend for breakfast next time you’re in town.

Lackluster experience

By Carrie C |

I had very high expectations due to loving the Dallas Sadelle's location. The Las Vegas location is lovely. The service left so much to be desired however. We ordered coffee and had to flag someone down to get the pot refilled. We had to flag someone down to get more sweetener. We were seated at 10:13 and did not get our food until 11:10. Our server told us that the kitchen had lost our order. She did bring us two pastries while we waited. That was a nice gesture, but I would have rather of had the food I ordered rather than filling up on pastries before the meal. After the food came, our server never checked on us to see how things were. The whole experience was very hands off. At this level of restaurant, I just expect more. You go for the whole experience, not just the food itself. Speaking of the food, it was fine, but not excellent. A few days later we grabbed a quick breakfast in our hotel at a counter service restaurant, and that egg sandwich was superior to the fried egg sandwich my husband had at Sadelle's. It was just okay, nothing special about it. Overall--lovely ambiance, okay food, lacking service

Nice recommendation at Bellagio

By Céline B |

Excellent recommendation from chef Romain Cornu for the lunch today at Bellagio: Sadelle’s. The 2 of us had the Leo, the avocado toast, the French toast and the yogurt parfait. All was perfect!

A good brunch in a top hotel, but spotty service

By Stan K |

An extensive menu, good food, and large portions made up for the very spotty service. Maybe a little expensive, but the large portions make it justifiable. The big problem was the LONG wait between taking our order and getting the food served, and the indifference of the wait staff to the issue.

Nice restaurant - not worth a long wait! Go for the decor / ambiance and location in conservatory

By Ben_Smith |

I will start our review with saying they have a regular waiting line and then a priority line for people with MGM gold/silver status, etc. They do not monitor the regular waiting line to ensure that they are actually moving it along. We asked someone who said they waited an hour when we got in the regular line...it took 2 hours on a saturday morning! Once in we had to wait over 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive and it wasn't very hot. It's a beautiful setting in the conservatory and the restaurant has a nice ambiance, very traditional in decor. The wait staff were nice and courteous. The bloody mary's were good but perhaps not spicy enough. Their food was good, not incredible. They need a better method to notify people - they should do what other restaurants do, take your phone number and text you so that you can wander around while you wait, not stand in a line. They could also update you on how long you have to go.

Vers good !

Great Breakfast and Upscale location

By John R |

I sat at the bar wand was served by Richard who is a class act. Very cordial well dressed and makes you feel at home. I had Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and Sour Doe toast. All dome perfectly including the hot mug of coffee that Richard filled as it got low. Nice location inside Bellagio and excellent all around.

MUST EXPERIENCE

$42.00 for an omelette. Are you kidding me?

By marty |

Sat at bar. Asked if I could order an omelette. Sure, no problem replied the server. Tell me what you want in it. Ok, I say onions, mushrooms, bacon and tomato. He says, are two eggs enough. I reply, how about 3. No problem. Very long wait, but it finally arrived. It was fine. Asked for check. I was charged $42.00 !!!!!! $5.00 for additional egg! $3.00 each for bacon, onion and tomato on addition to the $24.00 base charge. When I asked about it, his reply: oh ya, they charge for everything. Was I annoyed and felt ripped off? Yes, but not enough to make a scene, but annoyed enough to warn others. And of course it reinforces the current narrative that Las Vegas is a rip off.

Disappointing

By Marge1042 |

Not a great experience! It was such a big ordeal to find seating for a disabled person. We felt like an inconvenience and the waitress messed up our lunch order.

top notch service and general manager Luc

By lindsey |

By far the best service I have ever experienced in Las Vegas. Luc Andres, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure our experience for brunch was incredible. What could've been a horrible experience he immediately turned around and made into the best brunch we've ever had. Long story short, my 8 year old daughter and I were waiting in line to get seated for 15 minutes when a grumpy older man walked up and tried to cut us in line. The hostess, Maria, heard and saw what this man did and immediately took care of the entire situation with Luc without us saying a word. They seated us immediately (away from that guest) and completely turned around the situation! My daughter had the BEST brunch and I was so grateful they showed her that it is not ok to act that way. It was such a great life lesson, and I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure still had a great lunch. I have never seen such amazing guest recovery. We will be returning to Saddelle's every time we come to Las Vegas!! We walked around the hotel with smiles on our faces after that experience and are beyond grateful to Luc, Maria, and the entire staff.

Third time eating here in the last few years and love it! The food is great and so is the coffee. We always make a reservation as the wait is otherwise long. Had a very nice waitress this time. :)

A wonderful afternoon lunch

By kathi262016 |

This restaurant was wonderful. Service was top notch, and we had a table by the window. I had a salad which was huge with avocadoes, eggs, chicken, bacon and blue cheese around the serving piece and the lettuce in the middle. My salad dressing was served in a gravy boat. My husband had a cheeseburger, and it was double one with the fries on the side. So much food. I had a brace on my ankle and a cane but was standing in line like everyone else. All of a sudden, the Maite d' saw me and call me out of line to be seated immediately at the table. I give three cheers to the Bellagio for this kind gesture. You need to see the gardens before you get to the restaurant with hot air balloons and flowers. There is an adorable Garden Store next to the restaurant.

Excellent restaurant!

Made a reservation online and got right in for lunch. Our waiter Mike was personable and friendly. Meals were very generous, we will split one the next time we go. Wonderful ambience and great fast service. Go hungry! I had the grapefruit cocktail based on other reviews, a bit too tart for my taste but lots of other drink choices. Highly recommend this place.

Wasted meal

By IrishRover |

This is not our first time here but it will be our last. First our server did her absolute best and that is why I am giving it two stars. We skipped the long line due to my Mlife Status and then we waited 20 min to place our order of a Belgium Waffle and Cheesburger . The food came out I. An hour and 10 min. We wasted almost 2 hours here. Frankly I should have saved 20 bucks and went to inn and out on my burger to bad they don’t serve waffles Other than the server never was visited by a manager

Your best breakfast experience in Bellagio

By Ash D |

Inside Bellagio, it's one of their finest breakfast restaurants. Do the reservations before, or else wait for about an hour to get seated. Everything is delicious, waffles, 🧇 omelette, cappuccino etc. Ambience is fabulous, it's right next to the conservatory. All in all it's going to be a fun and memorable experience!

This restaurant should be called Jamie’s

By NorthStar64612550842 |

Jamie, a member of the wait staff, single-handedly changed a negative situation to one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Overall it was a pleasant place to have breakfast. But Jamie made it wonderful.

A big disappointment

By Oliver S |

This has taken the place of the old Café Bellagio, a fabulous Vegas tradition of non-stop champagne brunch and a gorgeous buffet with several stations. Not being aware of the change, we waited on line for about 35 minutes only to end up in a very noisy inside with all a la carte and lousy service. Don’t do it, it’s not worth it. **

Awesome good and GREAT service!

By Amy J |

We stayed at the Bellagio for 3 nights and ate breakfast here each morning. The service was over and above. We were offered beverages immediately after sitting. Daniel was so kind and helpful. Our waiter, Caesar was friendly and fast, and made our morning better by his wonderful attitude. Food was excellent! Would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend!

Terrible service

By david |

Terrible service. We checked in the Bellagio and went straight to have breakfast at Saddle’s. We didn’t get menus for about 15 minutes. We asked several times and the menus never arrived. We ended up getting menus from the table next to us who just ordered. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to take our order. People who arrived after us were served already. The service seemed hectic and unorganized. Not what you expect at this kind of hotel and these super high prices. No one came to say sorry or anything, so I guess this type of service is a standard at this place. The food finally came after almost an hour since we were seated.food was good Go somewhere else.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

By Matt B |

Good items were the quick seating that was available and the support staff The bad was the server who didn’t really seem to care about providing any attention to detail. He disappeared for about 20 minutes at one point while we were waiting for the check. Waffle was good, lox was ok. The ugly was the fact that everything came out cold the first go around. Probably because the server was off doing something else. We everything had to be remade. No bill adjustment which isn’t the end of the world but a simply apology would have been nice given the hiccups. $300 for a family of five for breakfast was also a little silly although the lox was $30 an order and drinks are super expensive. Bloody Mary was very weak and lack any presentation - if I want one that looked like the crummy ones I make at home, I would have breakfast at home.

Nice, but a little high-priced

By AndreaLeverkusen |

We stayed here twice for breakfast, once on a voucher from the hotel on the occasion of our silver wedding. The Sadelle's was cozy, the service friendly and the food good. The ambience is relaxed. I once had the Eggs Benedict with Hash Browns and once the Bellagio Benedict (with caviar, on our voucher). Both great. Only the avocado my brother ordered as a side dish was a bit disappointing. Half an avocado at a time, just a little turned on with dressing. The point deduction is available for the relatively high price of breakfast. For special occasions, you can reserve the Garden Table in front of the restaurant in the Botanical Garden for the "Brunch by Sadelle’s". Very pretty, but everyone can also look at the plate, although there is a lot of green around it.

Eggs Benedict perfection

Sadelle's never disappoints. Food, service and value unbeatable. Make a reservation and beat the long line. You don't have a line if it's not lovely

Great breakfast

By A_Hotel_Visitor |

Great American breakfast in spacious restaurant. Good food and plentiful. Bright and overlooks pools

Lovely spot for a relaxed dinner

By smolchaji |

We wanted something nice but not over the top for our one evening in Vegas, since we had a long morning of travel. I was pleased Sadelle’s was a dinner option for us as it was a Friday night. The space was airy and bright, with a few birds chirping as they went by from the conservatory. There was a nice selection of options for dinner and all was done well. Service was very good. The kids opted for the “Strawberry Tall Cake” and it was both impressive and delicious. We all shared it evenly - rather a good value!

Best Dining experience in Vegas

I am sitting at this gorgeous restaurant right now, and I’m moved to write this review, we have been treated like Royalty since we walked in, from the host, to all the servers, to the managers, TOP quality staff ! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is soft, charming, and beautiful. The service is, beyond perfection. This is a return visit, and I will keep coming back to Sadelle’s every trip to Vegas. We ate the Western Omelette, the Blueberry pancakes, mimosas, pastries, champagne, and coffee. All were delicious. But the experience, is what will keep us returning. I feel like it was Magic in Vegas. Thank you Sadelle’s!

Great food and drinks! Excellent Service

Sadelle's is a popular brunch spot. If you want to get in you need reservations on the weekend. We went for lunch. The food was good and they provided great service!

Perfection!

By Sally W |

I was recently staying at the Bellagio for a5 day visit. Our intention was to have breakfast onsite for the first day, then venture off to other places. The first day we noticed the general manager walking around, greeting all, and helping out his large staff. We met Luc when he checked up on us to make sure all was okay. He was by far, one of the most engaging people we met in Vegas. His love for his job clearly showed in all he did. As owners of a restaurant we spoke about all the tough times we are all facing. He spoke with such enthusiasm of his staff, and clearly has the utmost respect for the team at Sadelles. We went there each morning after that, and each day was delightful. Food, atmosphere, wai staff, runners, etc. all friendly and upbeat. The mgmt team has made them all family, and witnessed zero drama!, which was unbelievable e to us being in this business too. Thank you Luc and your team. See you next year!,,

Vegas 2025

Excellent eggs Benedict which is usually my go to breakfast so I’ve had quite a few experiences. This one was very different because I’ve never had the ham served the way it was on this one before. I loved everything about this one. The hollandaise sauce, the fried ham and the biscuit was what stood out to me, it was really good. I was also very happy that they made my aperol spritz exactly how I like it and that was the icing on the cake. Overall excellent breakfast experience!

Sadelle’s Never Disappoints

By Dawling |

We have been to Sadelle’s for breakfast many times over the last several years when we’ve visited Las Vegas. As usual, it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. My husband and I were married in Las Vegas 30 years ago so this trip is part one of our anniversary celebration. We couldn’t have had a better server. Mike was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He let the General Manager, Luc Andres, know that we were celebrating our 30th. He personally congratulated us and brought champagne to the table. Mike also surprised us with a delicious dessert. Sadelle’s will always be our favorite!

AMAZING ~ beyond words

By katy0970 |

I would give Sadelle's 20 stars if I could!! My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast so much, we got up early so we could dine their the day we were leaving Las Vegas. We simply had to enjoy one last meal there. Sadelle's is the only restaurant we went to twice, and the only restaurant we will return to the next time we visit Las Vegas. Eating at Sadelle's is more than just enjoying a delicious meal; they create a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is so pretty - it is bright & inviting surrounding their guests with soft colors & beautiful, fresh flowers. Their attention to detail is absolutely impeccable. The presentation of your meals is like art. My husband enjoyed the salmon bagel tower both times; I enjoyed the whitefish tower and the eggs benedict with ham. We also had their fresh berries; their added twist makes the berries incredibly delicious (I won't divulge their secret ingredients, you have to go there and experience it yourself). The staff is especially attentive. Our server Mike was probably the best server we had during our entire stay. Friendly, attentive, and spot on when he suggested we try the cheese blintzes. Another server Kevin served them to us and included a variety of accoutrements he thought we should try - another spot on suggestion. We especially appreciated their general manager Luc, stopping by to say hello and to thank us for visiting them. You can tell that Luc really cares about your dining experience and makes you feel very special. If it sounds like I am gushing, I am. I really can't put into words how wonderful our experience was at Sadelle's. My husband and I are self-described foodies. We live in an area of New York that has incredible restaurants. We are accustomed to eating good food. Sadelle's went above and beyond our expectations. We can't wait to return. ps - the second time we dined at Sadelle's was Memorial Day weekend; on each table was a beautiful flower arrangement with a note card that read, "In memory of those who served. With gratitude, Team Sadelle's" - how beautiful and classy

Delicious Breakfast!!

Late Post Since we stayed at the Bellagio my sister-in-law suggested this spot. She said the Matzo ball soup is to die for and advised for reservations as this place can get extremely busy. So, we did but it was a week prior to our arrival the only opening was a Tuesday at 830am. It was wayyy to early to be up while on vacation and decided to play by ear. But I knew I really wanted to try this place out and we made it happen, got up at 730am to be down for breakfast. We were greeted and seated fairly quickly, only bad thing was the table was kind of dirty, like dirty enough they were cleaning it as we sat so the table was wet. Our server was great and attentive, checked in on us every so often. Ordered Salami and Eggs House salmon Blueberry pancakes Side of Hash browns Honestly, the food was absolutely delish all dishes were 5/5, the blueberry pancakes fluffy and sweet from the berries, house salmon not too salty enough for 2 (light eaters), hash browns not worth the $10 as a side but still crispy, Salami and eggs flavorful even with the mustard… keep reading Initially, my partner wasn’t too pleased with the Salami and eggs because it didn’t state their would-be crispy shallots (a lot of it) So I told her send it back and get it the way you want it. Our server noticed my frustration and was quick to send it back returning with the way she wanted it but it took longer than expected, by the time she got her plate I already shared my food with her and was about to cancel the order when coincidentally the server was just walking out with her new plate. Nonetheless, he made it right. Yes the food and service superb definitely give them a try if you are ever in the area. P.S I would suggest either coming really early or making reservations!

Great for a quick breakfast

I grabbed some breakfast at Sadelle’s when in Vegas with my husband. He was at a conference and so I went solo. It wasn’t busy and I quickly got a table. Service was great and asked about any dietary restrictions. I enjoyed the eggs, bacon and hash browns. I’d go back.

Beautiful Environment = Delicious Food

Immediately seated without reservations, food delicious, but it is a noisy venue. Service was good, friendly and prompt.

Cold Eggs Are Unacceptable

By Patty B |

Four of us went over for lunch. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly. They have an extensive menu, breakfast and lunch. I opted for a Cobb salad and glad I did it was very good. Two in our party had breakfast, eggs and potatoes. Both were served cold !! Another person had 1/2 a club sandwich. It was large and enough for 2 even though it was 1/2 order. It didn’t look too appetizing. Cold eggs are unacceptable. One in our party said “this would be good if it were hot”. Our server seemed very busy and never checked back to see how we liked our food. Of course prices are high. Hot food should be served in a timely manner. The eggs obviously sat somewhere too long.

Overrated

By paulac1Chester |

We arrived from the U.K and we had heard so much about sadelles we decided to go for breakfast. We were staying at the Bellagio so the location was great, unfortunately we thought the food was tasteless and we felt very rushed. The omelette was quite runny and just didn’t taste of anything and the other breakfasts we ordered were the same. Very overrated considering the price was $134 for the 4 of us and one drink each.
