Birthday party

By WacoKen |

We visited this entertainment complex for my niece's birthday and it was packed! Definitely a kid place with so-so food and a lot of games. A good place to go if you want to kill a few hours and get out of the rainy weather for a while.

Been there plenty of times and starting to run down

By Davin D |

When the place first opened we would go quite frequently. But the last 2 times we have been there many of the attractions are not working and most of there specials have hidden catches to them. This last trip was well over $100 for 4 people and I was cutting corners to get the value for the money. We'll have to look for some where else to have fun and pizza.

Kids Dream. Parents Nightmare.

By JRsNeighbor |

I loathe places like this. Pizza is average. Desserts are just okay. There are hot dogs and fried chicken and tacos available, too. Salad bar is decent. I went with 75 band kids and they all LOVED it. The loved everything about it. It's not my thing but if you need to entertain a large amount of high schoolers this is the place.

Having fun!!!!

This is a great place for kids.Employees friendly.Food was good but not to much of variety.Great music for kids to dance and play.

Amazing Fun Place for All Ages.

By cesarbotellojr |

This place is great for the whole family of all ages.. Great choice of pizza, pasta, tacos, +full salad bar. Desserts from ice cream, cookies, apple pies & cinnamon rolls. Great seating areas. Laser tag was exciting, bowling, video games, prize games, indoor electric go karts, also small movie theater. If you want to burn a few hrs of fun this is the place. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Fun family time

By angie O |

We spent half a day here with my husband, son, daughter and 2 grandsons. They have a super large buffet with every type of pizza, including gluten free variety, mexican food, italian food, large salad bar and desert bar including ice cream. The food is pretty good for a pizza buffet. You are for sure to find something that suits your taste. It is a huge place with plenty of seating everywhere. They have a large number of high chairs as well, which my grandson used. The gaming area is also huge. They have a track for bumper cars and race cars. They have a toddler section, which is nice for 5 yr olds and under, along with grown up games and all in between. We had a blast there and plan to go back!!

Ghetto!

By samom02 |

We went to IPC on Saturday night (DO NOT GO ON A SAT NIGHT) and it was awful!!! There was a massive amount of people. There was standing room only as all of the eating areas were taken. There were literally people standing in the hallway eating their food. There are only two pizza stations for this large restaurant. That made no sense to me! There was a good salad bar, but the pizza (which is what we went for) was not that great. There were people shoving and pushing and cutting in front of you to get pizza. People were rude. The restrooms were discusting! You get the picture. The gameroom was a different story. It was clean and spacious and there were plenty of games and activities to choose from. Too bad you have to purchase a buffet just to enter the restaurant because I would go back just to play games.

Great place for kids of all ages!

By susanluna |

As a whole, the entire family loved this place. The food was good. Lots of variety (tacos, mac n cheese, pizza, salad, pasta, frito pie etc.) The arcade has great games, newer and not junk. It was a little pricey, but great to get out of the heat and enjoy yourself indoors. They have bowling, bumper cars and a go cart track! Really impressive!! The decor and variety of eating rooms was also a plus!

BIRTHDAY PARTY

By VERONICA B |

This is the Worst experience ever!! They didn't want to give me my credit of $150.00 the cashier said my deposit was for $75.00. I didn't get my balloon bouquet nor the 10 party bags that were included in the party package. When I spoke to the manager Cindy, she was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She told me that he party bags were not included and that she wasn't going to give them to me and I said but I didn't bring any because when making the reservation, I was told that they were included in the party package and she said that's not her problem that it was my problem. I stepped outside to call the reservation line and they told me that the party bag and balloon bouquet are included and they were going to call Cindy the manager. Cindy told the reservation line that she had no party bags. Which was a LIE because she pointed them out to me, they were under the counter in a box. Cindy told me that I could buy them but she wasn't going to give them to me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...

Great Kids Place!

By Kim B |

The dining areas are themed. A big variety at the buffet. Pizza, Pasta, Crispy tacos, baked potatoes, Salad and desserts. Drinks you refill yourself. Game room is huge with Go-karts, laser tag, bowling and big arcade selection. I love that everything is on a game card, no losing tickets.

EXPENSIVE Fun --- Pizza ok at best

By SaneCitizen99 |

This place keeps RAISING the prices everytime our family goes. Spent $75 in one Hour. Everybody agrees the pizza is so-so and thus the attraction is the games. So initially, paying 7-8 dollars for a so-so buffet seemed ok, but now most games are over $1 and most are 2,3,4 dollars and up. So my kids played about 1/2 hr of games and my pockets were empty! $37 buffet for (2) kids and (2) adults and $38 in half-hour of games. The place seemed a bit empty and I think this place has raised the prices too high. I'll take my kids to Ghatti-town or somewhere where the entertainment is reasonably priced !

Incredibly Bad

By CastrovilleTX |

Where to start... We were greeted with "she can wait on you" and she was in no hurry to help. Wasn't crowded arrived at 2:00 on a week day. Several games were not working. No staff was around to run the attractions I.e. Bumper cars, race cars. Restroom was filthy my shoes stuck to the floor. Food is a little better than frozen pizza but my 7 year old called it gross and wouldn't eat it. One positive is they have an okay salad bar. Save your money and go to main event or Dave and Busters.

Incredible is right

By DWKTexas |

A great place for families with kids and Seniors. It's a lot like Gattiland used to be, with lots of activities and video games for kids (bring money), in a remodeled Albertson's supermarket. It's great for Seniors all day M-F, at only $4.99 for everything, including drink - by far the BEST deal in town, maybe in the country. Pizza is good (but not great), very good salad and dessert bars, including ice cream. Besides Pizza, the buffet includes salad bar, baked potato, soup, pasta, desserts, and usually a few other items such as tacos and hot dogs. It does get crowded with kids at times. Pig-out squared.

Great Pizza and party place

By Jodi H |

We went for an end of year soccer awards party. There are plenty of party rooms and salad bar to go with your pizza. The food is great and the kids loved all the activities, especially laser tag. Highly recommend for family entertainment.

What a circus!

By lynell1970 |

Went for my daughter's birthday party. It was wall to wall people. If you hate crowds, best to stay away. Food was mediocre but I guess the draw is the games and not the food. Kids did enjoy the games and won lots of prizes. So at least they had a good time.

Gameroom.

Crazy, but kids love it!

By Clark3636 |

We went here with our family and it a little crazy, but fun! Lots of choices for the kids in regards to food, but its no 5star food. wouldn't recommend going with adults, but your kids will live it!

Incredible Cha-Ching Machine

By bobemac |

We took our two grandsons here and arrived early enough to do the Laser Tag and Go Cart Track. Their buffet isn't too shabby for $7. There's lots of salad fixings and dressing options, Mexican food with taco meat beans, queso chips and Fritos. The pizzas aren't bad, they have mainly pepperoni, cheese, and jalapeno options, plus desert pizza. The pizza is being constantly refreshed. They made a gluten free cheese pizza specially for my BW and my grand son that was pronounced yummy. They also have some tempting varieties of sheet cookies that vary from chocolate chip to oatmeal raisin. They have puddings, and soft ice cream in addition to peach and apple cobblers. The real strength of this operation is the selection of electronic games of every theme imaginable. Each player gets a plastic card with the dollar value encoded. There are three levels of activity. The biggest games like the Go Cart and Laser Tag command the most money. My two grandsons spent a lot of time on the shooting gallery game. This is a live action video where you try to shoot bucks intermixed with does, or the jungle version where female wilder beasts are mixed with bulls. My youngest grandson was good at shooting cows, and the game announced loudly; "you shot a cow"! You quickly run out of funds and when you are left with less than $2 you pony up to a counter loaded with trinkets to decide what you can buy with you change. The entire program is a good distraction for kids, but this place will be packed quickly. An early arrival is strongly suggested.

Good place to take the kids!!!

By sterri1955 |

It was good to take the kids here and let them eat and run crazy. Game prices were decent, and they even have indoor go kart and indoor bumper cars. We had fun. Good was decent, not fantastic but not sure that is the real reason you would even go to this place.

Great night for a family!

By mdb120772 |

Used a groupon to try this place out and the boys loved it! The pizza was great and plenty of variety offered. Salad bar looked very good.. nachos, tacos, pasta offerings were great. Loved the cinnamon rolls and cookies! If you need something to do with kids 6 - 15, this is your place!

Kids Had Fun

By daddyo8791 |

Our kids had fun so it earns four stars. Overall, a lot of food options and entertainment for the kids. I found some of the pricing and game play options to be confusing however. Also, your money will go fast. Like I said before, my kids enjoyed but I don't think I'll be going back often due to the price.

Kids loved it and not bad

By KentuckyDB |

These kind of places can drive any adult insane. Crowds. Screaming kids. But you cannot go on weekends. Or other busy times. We went here several times and this was similar to what we are familar with. Gattitown. But there is more selection. Frozen slushes, mexican, hotdogs. Larger variety on salad bar. Variety of rooms to watch entertainment. It seems to be geared towards older kids. Our family had a good time.

Great for families

By Betty W |

This is a wonderful place for family outing. Get the buffet, lots of pizza, salad, hot dogs, etc. The games are awesome for all the kids.Adults can mini Bowl, go carts, paint ball and have fun with the family. The only drawback was finding a place to sit and eat. It was obviously a busy day and most rooms were reserved. Ask a server and they will usually find a place for you. Get a Groupon and you'll save a bundle

A great family treat for all ages

By Kristi A |

My husband and I took our 4 kids ages 16, 14, 9, 2 here for a family outing. We arrived as they opened on a Sunday morning (11am). I highly recommend arriving this early on the weekend because we had the place mostly to ourselves for a while and could do the bigger attractions without a wait. A few hours later the place was really busy. For $23 each the kids got to do 4 big attractions (lazer tag, go carts etc) unlimited food and drinks and $10 of game play each. Each eating area is themed which was neat. There is a high school gym, family dining room, and 50's diner each with a movie playing inside. The food wasn't fantastic but I had no complaints. If I wanted gourmet food I'd go to a gourmet restaurant. It was comparable to CiCi's pizza but better than Chuck E Cheese. The game room was huge and very clean. There were very few games out of order and the little kids rides had very clever safetys in place for protection. With the food, 4 attractions and $10 of game play included my kids were able to be entertained for about 3 hours. The only one complaint that I had was at one point my two year old wanted a drink. There were NO cups with lids! That blew my mind being that it is a kid friendly environment. He promptly threw a two year old tantrum and the wait staff was very helpful and brought him a different chair without me even asking because he almost fell out of the folding chair he was on. I asked the staff for a lid and was told they had none. "Sorry". I walked away irritated but a manager soon showed up with a coffee cup lid that he had found somewhere in the back that fit to right the situation. Outside of that we were very impressed. My advice if visiting with little ones: Bring your sippy cup with you.

No respect

By Ladyjoann |

When asked to speak to a manager, employees did not know where he was or did they not want to find him. Once he came out I address my concerns and his response was " maybe this is not a place for you". Very rude and I can not believe a manager would say something like that to a customer. Was put in a room that was dark and had to listen to cartoons instead of have an adult conversation with family while the childeren played games. I would like someone in corporate to contact me since there is so much more to this story. Jo Ann B.

Wonderful Place

By Christine M |

Traveling with 40 high school band kids, we wanted something fun for the kids at a good price. We found it here! Great price for food and fun. Our kids had a wonderful time making memories. Definitely a place we will visit again if we are in the area.

Amazing time with family.

By RudeeB32 |

I went with my family for my nephew to play. They have some amazing food and just downright awesome attractions. It's truly fun for all ages.

Family Fun for Everyone!!

By T C |

My kids and I visited this place with our extended family, we had the best time! The buffet had everything we wanted and you could even order gluten-free pizza! The kids enjoyed the video games, 3D-ride, laser tag and go-karts. The music was great, it was crowded but we didn't have trouble finding a seat. Can't wait to go back the next time we are in town!

Kids enjoyed it, but not my favorite.

By Tripguide1 |

The kids had a blast with hardly any wait time on games and rides since we arrived right at opening time on a Sunday. The pizza looks cheaply made and lacked taste. The fat free ranch dressing had a sour taste and upset my stomach. I did observe good service at front desk and table clean up; workers were on the ball. This was our first time and probably our last time.

Fun for kids but not the best food

By NikiTraynor |

My husband and I take my son here often because he loves all of the games. They do have a lot of different pizza options and you can make special requests for certain toppings or gluten-free, which I do often. They also have pasta, soup, fries, chips, a salad and fruit bar, a few different desserts and a ton of different drink options. Not all of the food is the best, but it is okay. The place has several different themed rooms to sit in, which is kind of cool. Some rooms even have t.v. in them. They have a lot of games and a few attractions for the whole family to enjoy. However, I honestly believe that the place is a bit pricey, but yes a lot of fun for kids. Also, it's best to go early because it does get pretty crowded.

Great for Kids!

By MelanieTarrant |

I love bringing the kids here, it's very clean and safe, and they always have a great time. the pizza is very good, and they even made a gluten free crust for my daughter. we had my son's birthday party here last week, and it went perfectly. the staff was really friendly and we had a lot of fun

Not just great pizza

By Phil R |

Yes, the pizza is great, but thy have so much more. Let's start with the soup...they have two different soups every day. Now the salad bar...every thing you could want for a delicious salad. You want dessert too? I was disappointed to see the ice cream machine was gone, but maybe that is just temporary. They still have those big cinnamon rolls and several kinds of cookies and puddings. If you don't want pizza they have lots of other stuff to choose from. I like the tacos and beans. For the price you can't beat this place. The only thing bad is that somedays in the summer you might see a day when there are day camps are eating there and there will be 50 or more little ones running everywhere. I didn't mention the game room, but it is huge with every kind of game you could want.

Birthday Day and Celebration - Fantastic!

By Jim K |

What a place for young and old to gather . . . Tons of food go early go hungry. . . Eat as much as you want. Games with tickets eat your play card up quickly . . . So watch what your ids play . . Or you will pay . . . About 5% of the games offline and out of order so not everything working . . . But food variety was amazingly nice for a pizza and everything else buffet!

Good

By donane15 |

Good for kids and parents, decent food and great fun I enjoyed other dishes to make tacos, baked potatoes are great. The dessert is good too. Lots of fun for kids

Son's Birthday Party

By Samantha G |

We just had our son's Birthday party here for 25 people. Room kind of tight for 10 kids and 15 adults. Food was ok, of course no complaints from the kids. Our host Noah was great! Game room was great for the little ones and for the older kids. Issues with some of the games and the game cards. Overall the place was clean and the staff very helpful and polite. Definitely will visit again.

Great fun, Great Buffet, Affordable

By JCruz20 |

Buffet has pizza, tacos, soups, pasta, salad, hotdogs and desserts! Kids can choose from video games, go carts, bumper cars, bowling, 3D theater and a tv room. These additional attractions are as cheap as $4. This was a great place to spend some time. The online coupons make the buffet and game card affordable and they honor military discount. Birthday kids get a spin at the freebie wheel.

Fun for the Family

By LJanetHA |

We are frequent visitors to incredible pizza company. The kids love it and the adults don’t hate it either 😉. The buffet is large and varied. There is ALWAYS pizza but other options change over time. The salad bar has many options as well. The food is plentiful, but it’s nothing amazing. The attraction is the unlimited nature and the variety. The game room is large with both arcade games and attractions. Games typically cost $0.75-$2.00 per play. Attractions include mini bowling, go karts, bumper cars, laser tag, and a few other rides. There is an area for littler kids with small carousel type rides. Protip: Always check their website for coupons. You can save a lot at the right time. Kids can also trade in all A report cards for a game card.

A place for family fun

By Tony R |

This is an entertainment venue first, restaurant second. They have a great selection of entertainment choices including video games, bowling, Lazar tag, and bumper and racing cars. The food is a bonus, but it is traditional buffet fare. Overall, a food family value.

Food: (2/5) My family tasted the pepperoni pizza, salad, macaroni and cheese, and cookie pizza. The pizza is not a strong suite for the “Incredible” Pizza Company. The cheese is not the best when compared to the cheese used at other pizza restaurants. The crust was just ok. The cookie pizza was very good, comparable to mall style chocolate chip cookies. The salad selection was adequate and comparable to other type buffet restaurants. Atmosphere: (4/5) IPC has themed eating areas. The two which we utilized were the high school gym and the drive-in themed rooms. Each of the rooms offered large theater style screens showing cartoons. In addition to this screen, the “gym” had several additional television sets broadcasting the various sports channels. The entertainment part of the restaurant was very good. They have an indoor go cart track, bumper cars, laser tag, 4D theater, and many arcade machines you would expect to find in a family entertainment establishment. The only downfall was the price of each of the machines; it was very hard to find any of them less than one dollar. My family has been to other establishments with much cheaper arcades. Staff: (2/5) The dress and appearance of the staff was less than desirable. Some had their shirts tucked out, where others had theirs tucked in. They might have been understaffed during lunch time but I was surprised not find more than one person at the prize booth. We just decided to leave with the un-cashed in e-tickets. Price: ($$$) Overly priced for poor quality food and games which cost more than what the competitors charge along with prizes which are subpar when compared to what the other pizza establishments have to offer. Recommendations: There are other pizza buffet establishments which have better tasting pizza then this place. If you still insist on trying this place out remember to bring closed toed shoes if you wish to use the indoor go carts.

A madhouse

By JudeCorrigan |

I visited recently for a birthday party and it was an insane madhouse. There was barely room to walk anywhere. The party rooms are all lined up way in back and are labeled with the child's name on a glowy whiteboard outside the door. Navigating around all the bustling bodies was horrible. It was Saturday and they had many parties all going on at once. The attendant in the party room really did not do anything and stood around looking lost until it was time to tell us that we were getting kicked out and we should all line up like we're back in school. My mom is 81 and told me she felt insulted that she was being told (more than once) to line up to leave the room. Ridiculous treatment. Also the attendant announced we were to leave and we were not coming back to that room again so take all our stuff etc. It was so unceremonious and jarring, and reminded you clearly that you are just a dollar in their pocket and once they have your money they want you to move on so a new dollar can fill your space. There's a big car inside the joint in front of which there's always a worker or child or family standing for pictures. People are trying to get their plates and utensils a few feet away and this placement creates a huge jam of people. You can't get by because of all the photo taking and all the staff seem to be standing in a group. They have some little party ritual they do with each child and it really gets in the way. There's just no room for people to go get their food or bring it back when they have to navigate around the car fiasco. Also, I was bringing my grand nephew who is just 1 year old back to the party room and when I went to pass the car, a female staff member threw a Frisbee right at the car, just missing us! Absolutely unacceptable. The staff does not watch for safety and the place is so crowded you can't just throw Frisbees around and be so unaware that people are trying to get past. And why have photos in front of a car when dozens of people are trying to get past? Unless you want the heads of strangers showing up in your pictures. It was hard to really access the food because of the crowds. Getting to and from the party room was very hard. Inside the party room there were pizzas and lemonade and eventually we had the cake. The room is long and narrow so it was hard to really get everyone comfortably seated. The room is separated from the one next to it by a huge louvered door. The food itself is average. Not bad, not great. Better than Chuck E Cheese, at least. The game area was OK, but again extremely loud and crowded. We got game cards as guests and for an hour after the party we had all the yellow labeled games free (though I could barely hear the attendant when she was explaining this stuff). It was just too chaotic. They try to cram way too many parties into one day, and the place is insane. If you want to be in a huge, loud, frenetic crowd for a couple of hours, fine. I wish they'd let us stay in the party room longer so we could at least have a meal and talk and enjoy the actual party. It felt more like they were pushing us to leave. It was REALLY awkward getting kicked out because we were still having pizza and lemonade and cake and had to carry our bags and plates and drinks with us as we tried to get past all the people in the hallway. It was hard finding a place to sit after that and impossible to enjoy anything as it was so loud. We didn't even use our game cards much and I still have them. I am going to try to go back on a weekday, maybe it won't be such a headache.

Lots of Fun and Great Food for All Ages!!! Very Affordable!!!!

By mkh143ek7 |

We love to go here with our 5 year old and our 17 year old. Tons of fun games for all ages and likes. We love playing the games, too. The car racing is fun, the laser tag is the best!!! We love the prizes that are better than most ticket/prize places. The food buffet is great. The pizza is awesome, lots of variety, too. They'll even make one to your request! They have an extensive salad bar, dessert bar, and home cooking bar with things like pasta (my personal fave), tacos, and green beans, potatoes, etc. We just can't say enough about this place. They also have great deals so the value is amazing!!!! Bring in report cards for play money as well. The service is always outstanding and Mr. Sterling who has been there forever, is our favorite server!!! Can't wait to go back.

Save your money go to Chuck E Cheese

By kelly g |

Staff at the entry was rude, didn't have any deals for us though we had 18 in our party. The pizza was gross as well as the bathrooms. They scheduled so many birthday parties that they had all the sitting areas reserved so you had to stand up to eat. The bumper cars are a JOKE! Only 5 at a time in a space that really should only have 3-4 cars. The Go-Karts were so slow and the track terribly SMALL...Most ICP have laser tag, this one did not. The bowling was only 4 lanes and the wait was atrocious..such was the case with the 3D movies with moving chairs. All the rides were not without a wait. The Go-Karts had such a long wait we were given vibrating timers that finally went off after 45 minutes. Will not be attending an ICP EVER AGAIN!

Enjoyed our time here

By L H |

My family visited Incredible Pizza with our kids ages 3 and 8 for my oldest son’s birthday. Though we did not buy any special birthday accommodations or party, the staff did a very good job of making my son feel special, giving him a birthday sticker when we checked in and being kind and accommodating at all the attractions and games. There is so much to do here: mini bowling, go carts, bumper cars, twirly ride, laser tag, drop zone ride, and simulation theater, plus tons of arcade/carnival type games and rides. My boys both had plenty to do and I was happy to find that my 3 year old could also stay engaged and involved even though he was too small for most of the attractions. I will admit that things can get pricey here but they offer SO many great deals online that you can plan ahead and get deals while you are there as well. The facility itself is a very busy place, but multiple staff members are available to help with game/ride maintenance and cleanliness. The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked but again there are many people to accommodate but I did appreciate family restrooms and low sinks for kids. The food was good and there were tons of choices including special order gluten free pizza at no additional charge. I would recommend this place to any family or group looking to have a good time and can keep in mind that it’s for the kids!

Kids places

By WallyNNoni29Jan16 |

Recommend paying the $34.95 price for kids to play and for their meal. My kids played for 5 1/2 hours and still had credit left over. The hot dog sauce was bland. Excellent salad bar!!

Fun time

By N7613TPelainep |

First time there and was impressed with this place. My 7 year old enjoyed the rides, go karts and games. Good variety of prize games, only downfall was that games range from about $1-$2 a game. If you get the card with the 2 hour unlimited arcade games that also helps, just noton prize games. Food was ok, nice variety from pizza, salad, pasta, hotdogs and some deserts. Overall enjoyed time there.

Great selection, friendly staff

By FUL-QWVR |

I and about 70 of my closest friends descended upon Incredible Pizza. We had a reserved room and a young lady assigned to just our room. Our tables were kept clear of used plates and cups which were many since the pizza buffet, salad and taco bars were so well stocked. The food was plentiful and tasty. We had a great time and will return.

Do not use Groupon here!! It is deceiving.

By Vacationer8675301 |

We bought 6 Groupons for a buffet plus a 2 hour unlimited game card with one attraction added to it. We got up to the cash register, handed them our Groupon and were told that the Groupon does not cover tax so we had to pay that in addition to what we paid for the Groupon. Then we were told that it does not allow you to play any games that give out tickets at the end of the game. This means that you can't play 99.5% of the games here. You can't play anything except shooting games, aIr hockey or driving a car. It was such a waste of money to use the Groupon here. We were told that if we wanted to play those games, we had to give money to put on the card. Every game was 75 cents to $1.00. We were so bored walking around doing nothing. The XD theater we did was ok but the attendee handed us glasses that just came off someone's head. They do not clean them. Gross! My husband tried to play laser tag and the gun didn't work at all. The food was ok. I appreciate that there was more than just pizza. Different types of pizza, ice cream, a variety of desserts, salad bar, tacos and nachos, baked potatoes, soups plus some green beans and corn, meatballs and pasta. It is a busy place and was clean but the value on Groupon was deceiving and nothing was in the fine print that would give any notice of the terms that were given at the register.
