If you’re tight on time and want good poke’ bowl on the go, this is the place! Fresh, good flavor (portion was better on my first visit) reasonably priced. I would recommend!

I love this place. The portions are generous and the seafood is disturbingly fresh. Of particular tastiness is the smoked salmon and the squid salad. The first time I went I got a separate order of each, just because I wasn't satisfied with the already generous portion provided with the poke bowl. Definitely on my list of must-eats whenever I'm in Seattle.

This place is a must if you like seafood. A small acasual place with so many food option. We had poke sampler and what a treat it was (squid, octopus, clam, scallops, tuna, salmon) and smoke salmon. The food was fresh and the various marinate and spices was so awesome. You can also get various type of fish, clams, crab, etc and have them cook it for you. The fried crab look awesome but we had no more room to try it....next time for sure. The staff was friendly and helpful and the price is reasonable for the quality.

If you are hankering for the freshest poke in Seattle, head to Seattle Fish Guys. Food is DELISH! Two of us ordered a dozen raw oysters, clam chowder and poke and shared it all. Highly recommend!

Very fresh and consistent. The clam chowder is excellent too. Also love the Haupia cake even though they don’t make it. Carry out or eat on their patio on 23rd Ave. Note that they close at 6:30 p.m.

Seattle Fish Guys was located on the first floor of a mixed use building. Underground parking was the best option with lots of spaces available on the day of our visit. A very limited number of customers were allowed inside but the queue was short so our wait was around 10 minutes. Once inside we were greeted and placed our to go orders. As we walked towards the cashier there was an open refrigerator full of smoked fish, desserts and off to the side various various items including Hawaiian Sun drinks. Behind the counter was a bulletin board full of handmade fishing flies. The case of fresh fish (hamachi, ahi, black cod) and shellfish (scallops, shrimp). Lots of variety at decent price. Staff was friendly and fast. They were from Hawaii so the aloha spirit came through not only for us but lots of interactions with other customer. They also offer to pack and ship if you really want to take their fish back home. We opted to eat outdoors on the patio since we were so hungry. There was a good amount of spacing between tables and other customers. The ahi poke was tops (perfect balance of sauce to fish) and it was served with a very nice Mac salad (creamy with a little zing) and brown rice, no additional charge. The crab panini was delicious with lots of crab meat on toasted bread. We definitely will be back to try more. Thanks to Simply Dumpling for their YouTube show fearing this restaurant.

Family run biz that does it right! Fresh seafood/chowda/poke’ to eat in or take home. I have been to all the Poke’ places in Seattle and by far this is the best. Ordered the spicy tuna/salmon poke with brown rice. You can taste the fresh. Chowder is hot n fresh All fish available to ship if needed. Service and prices are above average. I will be a regular here.

Every time I go there it is packed with folks eating what looks like delicious food. Though I haven't eaten in the store, I have taken home some wonderful Poke (steelhead and scallop). The seafood display is very enticing. For desert they offer cake from Patrick's Bakery in White Center.

Saw this place off Mark Wein's video. Came here and tried the tune & salmon sashimi as well as the various poke options and sides. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. The scallop poke is a must-have!

YUMMY. I cannot tell u how many people I recommend to this establishment, friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers. Just good simple food reasonable pricing and no gimmicks. Owned by one of the nicest peoples and Did I mention free underground parkings. Love love

No complaints here! The food was fresh and plentiful. I had the crab sub and it was stuffed with dungeness crab. My husband had the Cajun shrimp and crab meal and he said the flavor was fabulous. My kids had the poke bowl and the crab cakes. They both couldn’t finish their meals. They have outdoor seating and free parking in the garage under the restaurant. We will be back again!

Ordered the poke; pretty good flavor and big portions. Options for rice, salad and obviously the fish. Could have used an additional fruit or vegetable though.

Poke bowl with double seaweed salad fed two of us with leftovers. Great place for a healthy and flavor-packed lunch.

I came here on a recommendation from a friend for lunch. The food was so amazing. The poke is so fresh and tasty. I also had the Hamachi Kana which is fish collar - baked with a side of rice and macaroni salad. Quite simply amazing bar none. This has to be your stop every time you come to Seattle. I met the two Filipino owners Sal and Dez. Incredible story of two entrepreneurs. Go try it you’ll love it and want to comeback for more!!

My family already visited, so I went with them and met another family and friends. I wanted to try the Clam Chowders and they were soooooooo good! I think better than other places. Also, we tried all Pokes, they are awesome! I enjoyed IKA Salad, squid salad, as well! They also serve Oyster shooters and fresh UNI, sea urchin. They looked so fresh! Oh... Smoked Salmon cheeks was great! Don't forget Extra Large Shrimp cocktails! All in all, I will go back again when I want to eat fresh Seafood! I heard that the owner makes cioppino as well, but he did not have it when we were there! I want to try next visit for sure! Enjoyed very much!

We've checked out most, if not all, of Seattle's poke markets, and this is by far the best. The fish is fresh, fresh, fresh. The folks are friendly. Some seating inside, but mostly take out. The prices are reasonable, and we can make the portions last two meals. Regular customer. Recommended.

The food here is amazing I have never been disappointed! The prices are great for the amount of food you receive. The staff is really friendly and you can sample before you choose your entree!

Half a seafood shop, half a sushi shop, Seattle Fish Guys is definitely a unique place. Personally I'm not that big of a fan of their poke, it's alright, like every other poke shop in town, but not amazing. What really brings me here is their sashimi, which they sell by the pound and cut for you on site. Never before have I seen sashimi sold in such a way, but I love it. My husband and I regularly come here just to order half a pound of salmon sashimi and a quarter pound of whatever other market fish they're selling for the day (usually some type of tuna). Our bill usually comes out to $37 including tax, which is quite cheap for two people eating sashimi.

Arguably Seattle's best sea food joint. Excellent food and GREAT people. Enjoy the Poke and the great friendly ambiance.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Seattle. Sometimes over time when I keep eating at a place I get sick of it or notice the quality go down. But not here! Just as good every time. Seriously cannot go wrong. Poke all day long.

Great poke. Huge chucks and plenty of variety. Tried the shoyu tuna and the spicy creamy tuna. Both delicious but shoyu was better. Rice and max salad also good. Enjoyed the letter shake seasoning over the top. Cool fish market. Place is definitely popular. The freshness is unbeatable.

This is the place if you're looking for fresh fish to cook at home or right away. Their specialty is raw fish - poke and sashimi highlight the menu as does their clam chowder. There are three pokes to choose from (you can get a combo with two) that includes salmon, tuna and octopus with a couple of sides to choose from. They also have a couple of locally made pastries and cakes for dessert. There are a couple of tables and counter-style seating with a dozen or so bar stools. Service is great!

I loved this place as soon as I walked in the door! You could smell the fresh fish and see the quality and variety of fantastic options. My wife and I both lived in Hawaii and we love Poke! This place has all the great Poke that we eat back at home and it tasted just the same. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items like the Kauai Prawns.....They are HUGE!

Delicious and fresh sea food. It was truly a culinary art. We ordered different plates and got lucky to try their weekend special the salmon belly. It’s a must try if available! On tbe photo is sashimi plate.

The Fish Guys have an amazing collection of premium seafood available for purchase I may stop shopping at Pikes Market (maybe) We usually come by the pick up food for dinner with friends. We like to make fish stew and pies. Their chowder and shrimp cocktails are delicious. Give this place a try!

Saw a podcast by Mark Weins on the place and had to try it. It did not disappoint! We had the Cajun Seafood bowl. It had half a crab, 6 huge prawns in Cajun sauce. Came with rice and seaweed salad. All the best. Then we had the scallops. They were huge and so tender they melt in your mouth. Then we had the blackened Black Cod with sauce and it was amazing! We also tried the Smoked Salmon, and I loved it. We wanted to try the Smoked Salmon belly, but they were out of it. I hear it's gotten so popular they can't keep it in. It's usually gone in a day or two. Going to half to go back and try that next. They serve to go and eat in. They are locally owned and ran. They are all very friendly and nice. This is truly a little treasure, tucked there on the corner. As for parking. They are on the bottom floor of an apartment building, but they have parking in the underground parking garage. There is also a lot across the street where there is a Starbuck and other shops. Highly recommend this place.

I bought 2 orders from Too Good To Go. When I got home I discovered what I got was literally 2 whole barracudas. I called the store and asked if they would filet the fish. They said they would for no charge. I drove back to the store (5 miles). When I got back to the store they now said they would NOT filet the fish. I said I would pay since I don’t know how to filet a fish. They agreed to filet each fish for $5. I had no choice so I agreed to this proposal. I took the fish home and there was still fins, scales and skin on the fish! They did a really horrible job of filleting the fish! I cooked the fish and it was more effort than it was worth to eat due to all the bones, fins and skin. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a Too Good To Go store. I pledge to tell everyone I know NOT to patronize this business.

The clam chowder was the best! Also the crab panini was so fresh and light. Service was excellent as well! So glad we tried this place first!

We specifically wanted to try this place out for lunch and happy we did. Salmon poke with brown rice and seaweed salad, shoyhu tuna poke with white rice and macaroni salad and scallop poke with white rice and squid salad. Seafood is all fresh and rice is warm. I’d come back for a plate of salmon poke with brown rice and the squid salad, and a bowl of pike place chowder!

We tried out Seattle Fish Guys because of the Instagram photos we've seen and I'm so glad we did. Their poke meat is DELISHHHHHHHHHHHH! By far one of THEE BEST poke meat ever. I had the Spicy Tuna meat; and it was very flavorful- lots of mayo. One of my girlfriends got the Avocado Tuna meat; and OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH; this one was JUST AS BOMB! I loved the seaweed spice added to our meal also. Another plus was the portion size you get of your poke meat is worth the money. You get a good scoopful for the $12-$14 you spend. The only thing I wished they had with their poke was more of the veggie fixing. When you order the poke, you get your protein meat, rice, and a salad. Salad ranges from seaweed salad to Korean kimchee. I would recommend this place for Poke- and I definitely would go back to Seattle just to eat this again!!!

Very good value and fresh seafood. Beware the lobster and crab roll has a lot of very strong onion. Convenient parking in garage under and behind the store.

Wow laulau as we say in Hawaii. This place is delicious. There is so much more to Seattle Fish Guys than poke, as a lot of these reviews may have you believe. I guess it is inevitable though as poke is the newest chic hipster (yes I said it) food trend to hit the West Coast. Therefore, you will read 8 out of 10 reviews about the poke and how it compares to some other poke they like and poke this and poke that. Well, great news, I didn't eat the poke!!!! Visiting from Hawaii, I opt to go for stuff I don't usually eat at home. Poke has been cool here much longer than before it was discovered by whoever discovered it and took it to conquer the mainlanders' expanding palates. I'm in no rush to try every poke in the land, searching for "the one". That being said, it was the last thing I wanted to eat when in Seattle. Speaking of Seattle, bring on the chowder first! Doesn't matter where I am, chowder is always tasty when visiting. That could very well be cliche and touristy of me, but there is no good chowder where I live. The chowder here is really good (I believe it's Pike Place chowder) and has plenty of clams. Next up was some fresh thick (almost too thick?) sashimi. Salmon, hamachi and ōtoro. Oooo-toro was right. That was some succulent, buttery, rich, melt in your mouth fatty toro. All of the fish was great, would not hesitate to get again. Jumbo king crab legs- really good. Thick, meaty, just how you like em. Freshly cracked (I watched them do it), freshly brought in the morning before, freshly tasting uni. I was very impressed. Everyone will compare it with uni they had in Japan. Fair enough, but it isn't the same uni. This was delicious. It had the right amount of sea taste, very very rich, custardy and a little sweeter than its Japanese counterpart. This was really good, but definitely needs to be shared. There is such thing as too much of a good thing, and i have a feeling if I had all that richness to myself, I would stand up with instant gout! I saved the best for last. I didn't even catch the name of it, but all I can describe it to be is a Dungeness crab banh mi baguette slider. Wow wow wow. If this is available when you go, just do it. This was absolutely amazing. The crab with the banh mi veggies (pickled daikon and carrots) are just pure heaven. I want to fly back to SEA for a weekend JUST to eat this! The workers here were great. All friendly, and put pride in their work. The location is new, super clean and well put together. I can't wait to go back. A+
Awful
And Strike Three!!! Today was my 3rd and final visit. I was berated by an employee for asking him to be gentle with my piece of Salmon. Arrogant, condescending and rude, this employee obviously had an attitude of indifference towards creating a basic, decent customer service experience. I understand many people expect a trophy for just participating, but when someone is paying for a product, common knowledge says they should be treated with dignity, regardless of their ethnicity. Today, at the Seattle Fish Guys, this was not my experience. This employee was rude to me for no other reason than my ethnicity. And he yelled at me as I calmly walked out the door trying to remove my self from a hostile situation. Sad thing is two of my neighbors had a similar experience. I sensed something was awry on my last visit, but it was confirmed today. Never again.
