By shaivino |

Love this place, the best for kosher food around Las Vegas got great selection the pargiut are awesome and they make their own hummus over there. The salads are delicious and the service is top notch.

Owned by a guy named Guy. He is amazing. He is on top of everything making sure food comes out fast and delicious. He really cares about the food he is serving you and the atmosphere. Very diverse clientele, all enjoying the food and atmosphere! Not fancy, just delicious. And it is next to a Kosher mart! Loved this place!

Not much to look at, but truly authentic and EXCELLENT food (Kosher!)

My wife and I took the relatively long trip from The Strip, as I was tired of eating vegies and fish. We found this place online and made the drive. I was a bit reluctant when we pulled up, but we decided to give it a try. Glad we did! We were treated with excellent service, and were served hot and tasty Kababs of beef and lamb on a large bed of rice. A tray of various Israeli salads, hummus, etc and HOT pita that was soft and tasty. The hummus was especially good; smooth and creamy like I prefer. Overall, we were both very pleased with the meal and value.

AMAZING

Best Mediterranean food in Las Vegas and the best service in the US! It’s Impossible to be disappointed!

10 stars out of 5!!! So fresh and so tasty.. I’ve been looking for a good Mediterranean restaurant for a long time and this is the first time I’m soooo pleased! You can eat an amazing wrap (Lafa) with fresh meat or you can enjoy the best salads in town! The service is so warm and the place feels like it’s a big family.

Highly recommended

You would not expect much from the storefront appearance but the food was delicious and plentiful. We had an excellent dinner of authentic Israeli style food and would definitely return if we are ever in LV again.

Pleasant and lovely.

Thank you Shawarma Vegas so much, we really love your food and love the work you put into all of it. Your staff is so friendly and your service is top notch, caring for everyone present while maintaining professionalism. Day after day I come in and I hear people obsessing over your wonderful food and service. You are a big member of our Jewish community in Las Vegas, serving to all in need. We love you and definitely recommend your wonderful restaurant, team and food to others. P.S. You miss out when you skip on Shawarma Vegas, You love the food and the team love you!

Best of Las Vegas

By tzagi1 |

This place, while small with outdated decor puts out the best authentic Israeli-middle eastern food in a 250 mile radius, bar non., its Kosher too to to those who care. As in most Kosher places, it cannot be considered cheap, but they do make it up with generous portions that will require a take out box at the end of the meal. The service is prompt and courteous, considering the roots(of the proprietor) it can be judged as outstanding! All in all, you got the best Israeli food in Las Vegas.....right here with no attitude and no drama. Cant beat it with a stick. you are going to leave full and happy in your tummy, guaranteed!

Great food

Great food at this place. it's about a 10-15 minute drive from the strip, but it's worth it. very friendly staff.

Authentic and Delicious!

Great hole in the wall place in Las Vegas. sides/salads that they give you with your meal are fresh and tasty! The beef kabob plate was delicious- moist and well seasoned. My husband got the shawarma wrap and he was transported back to Israel. Even the smell of this place reminds us of this mom and pop shawarma place in Jerusalem. Authentic and delicious! Owner and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Elevate your usual burrito and try a wrap from this place. Excellent!

So good!

We drove there after a month on the road , craving for some home made food . We couldn’t choose better! Food was awesome, service more than great And was so generous with the amount of food. If you want to eat great Israeli food, this is your place ✌️

Still #1

Each time we visit Vegas, we make sure to visit this restaurant. Casual atmosphere, great food, good prices, and a staff that aims to please. They did a little renovation and the seating is now more comfortable.

A happy returning tourist

One of the few kosher restaurants we enjoy eating at every time we visit Vegas. Dining is casual, food is fresh, nice portions & decent price. Limited menu but nice staff & good service - no waiting for waiters yet they have no problem bringing your food when it's ready to your table instead of waiting at the counter. Great place!

Best Shawarma Outside of Israel

By David |

Excellent food, great service, nice size portions, great taste. Ate there twice in 4 days. Tried the Shawarma and the prageet. Both were really good.

NIce casual dinner stop for visitors / tourists

We ordered the chichen shnitzel platters. Platters were presented nicely and came with warm pita and a nice collection of salads. Restaurant ran out of certain meat dishes. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Best Food Even by New York Standards

By Perel D |

I come from Brooklyn. Next to Israel we likely have the "best" selection of restaurants for Israeli fare. We ordered twice during our recent trip with a large group of family members. This food was THE BEST. ours was delivered twice to our hotel. Amazing service and worth the wait for food to arrive. Don't hesitate - just order!

Great food!!!

Wonderful fresh Israeli food! Spent a long weekend in Vegas and found this Kosher spot on the web. Stopped by after a day trip to Red Rock Canyons when we had a car and were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food. Portions are very generous, everything is made to order, (no old falafel balls sitting around like at many other restaurants) . We had a falafel plate and shwarma sandwich. The plate comes with salads and rice/chips. It was so good we came back the next day for more. Nice owner, clean and fresh looking small restaurant with Israeli music playing in the background. Wish this small gem was closer to our home, we would be there every week!

Worth the trip

This was our first time visiting Shawarma Vegas (at the urging of my wife who is originally from Vietnam but who is very catholic in her culinary tastes). The food that we ordered was fantastic (mixture of beef and chicken shawarma, pita, salad plate). The service was very kind and efficient; the servings very generous (we shared one meal and took much of it home) and the prices reasonable. As the 1960s New York subway adds used to say about Levy's rye bread, "You don't have to be Jewish to love Shawarma...

Tasty

A Good Kosher Option In Vegas

By KosherTraveller2011 |

Our first visit to Shawarma Vegas was a pleasant experience. Okay, so it’s a bit of a drive from the strip to get there. It took us 25 minutes from the Excalibur parking garage. Parking was ample. The interior was clean and simple. The shop wasn’t too busy when we arrived. We had show tickets and only 45 minutes to eat. Because there was only two staffers working the kitchen that night, it took 40 minutes for them to complete our order (including extra sandwiches for Shabbos). We ended up eating our dinner in the car on the way back to the Strip. The Shawarma, schnitzel and rib eye sandwiches were all excellent. We took out falafel 🥙 sandwiches that we refrigerated until Saturday night. Those were unusually spicy and not as enjoyable. Overall, we were happy with the quality of the food. It was packed well and warmed up easily for Friday night dinner. A nice addition to the Kosher scene in the Vegas area.

Glory has been restored.

My friends and I came to spend shabbat in Vegas after a long roadtrip and we called last minute to see if we can get a shabbat package. The staff was incredible + so helpful and even offered to meet us at our hotel to deliver the food! Everything was delicious and we felt the amazing service. Thank you and highly recommended:)

Definitely for to go only

They have beautiful ethnic music playing but unfortunately there is no ambience and we would never consider eating here. The floor was dirty around edges and lots of things hanging about that weren't 100% "clean" or visually appealing. The area is not the best with street people sitting in the parking area. Kebab was very good with all of the sides nicely done. Just don't recommend eating here.
