Being raised in Singapore, and having lived in the LA area for many decades, I am always on the hunt for Singaporean food. We have tried Banana Leaf 3 times, just to be sure, and we agree that it is a poor attempt at Singaporean food. Service is not friendly ever. No smiles, no chatting, nothing. Prices are high for what you get. Mee goreng is very greasy and tastes nothing like the mee goreng we have eaten in Singapore. This one is skimpy in meat ( costs extra), and tastes just like the packaged ramen noodles fried. Laksa is ok, but again, very skimpy on meat. Roti paratha is fine, curry with it for dipping is very liquidy, too much water. Otak otak, which is usually meaty and tastes like fresh fish, tastes nothing like the traditional ones we are used to. Rojak salad is ok, but small in portions. Satay chicken is a little dry, peanut sauce for dipping is ok but not very peanutty. Nasi goreng just tastes like bad fried rice. We have tried to like this place, but just cannot bring ourselves to go back ever again.

I love the Farmer's Market and there are so many options to choose from. I always stop here to get a delicious "puff" which is like an Indian samosa. I also love their chicken curry. The spices are wonderful and the prices are good. One of my favorite go to places at the Farmer's Market!!!

Don't miss out on a side dish of Paratha with the chicken satay!!!

Great place, but no healthy options on the menu.

I always often visit the Farmer's Market and I always wanted to eat at this restaurant, I ate at this place yesterday and was disappointed to find that the cashier was not friendly; he rushed my friend and I when we were trying to place our orders and he didn't put in the order for my friends drink. I ordered the noodles and they were not fresh or hot and looked like they were sitting out all day. There was Chicken Satay that came with the noodles and after eating two pieces I noticed the meat was cold and the texture felt different only to find it was pink inside and some areas were raw. When I showed the cashier, he was very dismissive and unapologetic. He asked if I wanted another piece, I told him "no" and asked to speak to the manager. When he told me the manager was not there, I asked for the managers name and he did not want to tell me. Then another associate comes over and apologizes for her mistake explaining that she didn't cook the chicken thoroughly because a customer sometimes asks for his chicken to be a little raw and she mixed up his order with mine. :/ This was extremely disappointing seeing that I am 8 months pregnant and this could harm my baby or cause me to get sick and die from food poisoning. Also, giving a customer raw chicken is unacceptable. If that's the case, this place needs to be shut down. I eventually got a refund but I will NOT be eating there again.

When in the mood for Indonesian food at the Farmer's Marketing in L.A., this is the place I go. Stopped by last night and enjoyed the Nasi Goreng with chicken. Fresh (not fast food), tasty and generous. Fair price for a good meal.

We ate here twice in 4 days as we stayed in a nearby hotel and really liked the food. Delicious and filling. Reasonably priced. A variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian choices. Friendly service.

Very delicious soup. Was there with 10 friends. Everyone enjoyed their meals and raved about how good and delicious it was.

Over the years when visiting LA’s Farmers Market, Singapore Banana Leaf is a must stop for their delicious curry. The service is always friendly, professional, and efficient. On this particular day because of heat, decided to also try the Malaysian Shaved I’ve and a Coconut Drink. Both were so refreshing and so good. Diana the owner came over and we had a great time listening to her stories of her life experiences. She highly recommended the #12 dish and it’s on my list for my next visit there. In case the anyone from the restaurant reads this post, please wish Diana a very Happy Birthday 🎂 10-3.

One of the best Asian food place. Period. Located in the famous ‘The Original Farmers Market’ in LA. Tips: Parking was free if validated by a merchant. Two hours. After that there is a charge. We didn’t just pick a place as soon as we entered which worked out so well. This place is tucked away. Food quality was great. Portions were great prices were reasonable. Staff was amazing. Two brothers who run the place had just amazing energy about them. Found out that their parents started this place 22 years ago in the same location. Parents came from Singapore in their 20s. They have maintained pretty much the same menu. Staff including the cook all have been long timers most have been there since the beginning. They truly run it as a ‘Family’ business. In my books this is a must visit place if you are in the area

I Just happen to ate in this place because its look interesting from the outside. The dishes is quite good, if came from US or europe be prepare to eat some spicy food. Oh yeah, the table is quite small

I will qualify the title to state that, in my opinion, and for my tastes, there are no very good places to eat in the farmers market. We don't eat meat, and that does affect our choices. That being said, despite the other reviews of "poor attempt Singapore/Malasian foods", I really don't care if it is just like you can get in Singapore. What I care about is how it tastes, and it was fine. It was not spectacular. On the other hand, I have eaten in places in Singapore and KL City that weren't any better.

Flavors were good, although the Curry was a bit oily and wasn't a good emulsification. The other big down side to this restaurant is that it is cash only!

Stopped off for lunch at Farmers Market. Huge choice of places to eat. Love Singapore food and this place make great food. Clean and tidy with friendly service.

It's located in the Farmer's market next to the Grove. I really like this place when I'm in the mood for Singapore's food. It's also great to eat there when the weather is nice during the summer. I love everything on the menu.

Visited The Farmers Market in Los Angeles on a Saturday afternoon. Our tour guide recommended this place for Singaporean/Indonesian/Indian food. We ordered Vegetarian Curry, Paratha and Fried Rice and the food was delicious. A must visit place if you are around Farmers Market.

So many food choices but wanted something light. Tried the Rojak...pineapple, green apple, bean sprouts, jicama, spinach, tofu mixed in a sweet, spicy peanut sauce. This was a tasty dish but needed a little noodle or rice to soak up sauce and balance the sweetness. I would like to try other dishes when I come back.

As frequent travellers to Asia, we went out of our way to find Banana Leaf. The menu looked great and we were salivating in anticipation. We ordered a fried rice dish and laska (soup). While the ingredients were fresh and freshly made, both lacked a major component found in these dishes in their home countries - belecan (fermented shrimp paste). While overpoweringly funky on it's own, a small amount adds a magic fragrant umami effect. Also missing was sambal (also using roasted belecan) or cut hot chilis in fish sauce. While we did not leave hungry, we certainly did not feel like we had enjoyed a dish made in Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore. Someone looking for a taste of these places should look elsewhere.

Located inside the Farmers Market next to CBS Studios this is authentic Singapore style food. We ordered the Laksa Soup and Nasi Goreng. Amazing Dishes and well worth the $ you pay.

Love it. Had mee and nasi goreng ie fried rice and noodle. Also the paratha bread. Very reasonably priced and fast service. Well done! Will come back.

So delicious! There was a line, but well worth the wait! Delicious, fresh, healthy! Our favorite place in the Farmers' Market!

Of all the food stalls in the Original Farmers Market, this one is by far the most exotic/different from the rest of the salad and sandwich stands. If you like exotic food, curry, noodles, tasty fried rice and such, give it a try. It's a family run operation that pumps out good food. Sit there, or carry it to any table you like inside the Farmers Market.

When looking for a place to eat in the Farmers Market we were enticed by the authentic menu and vegetarian selections. It's very casual, more of a takeout counter, but the food is very good. The Gado Gado bowl was a mix of cabbage, green beans, tofu and sprouts with a peanut sauce. Tasty! We also enjoyed the parenta and curry, a kind of Indian bread. Good prices and friendly service.

Cool lunch spot

Served on Banana Leaf!!! We had Indo Style (Mi Goreng) and Beef Rendang, and both were pretty good with a bit spice!!! 店名のとうりお皿がバナナの葉っぱです。インドースタイル(ミーゴレン)とビーフルンダンはどちらもスパイスが程よく効いていてとても美味しかったです(辛くはありません)。

We visited the Farmers Market during our tour with The Anaheim Tour Company. The Farmers Market has a great collection of eateries serving various cuisine. We decided to dine at this Asian Restaurant with an appealing menu. I had the Nasi Goreng which was of decent size and included chicken satay with a fried egg in top. My wife had the chicken and vegetables stir fry of which I also tasted. The chicken was not soft and appears to have been precooked. The meals were inexpensive, and not bad and were generous serves but we were a little under whelmed and expected better.

This is one of the few places to find Indonesian food in California. Having grown up in Jakarta I have high standards, and the Banana Leaf doesn't disappoint. The Mee Goreng, Satay and Gado Gado are all excellent and the staff is friendly.

Although we visit Farmer's Market regularly when in L.A., this was the first time we had seen this particular establishment, and decided to give it a try. Very glad we did! The fish curry was excellent, and my companions enjoyed their respective noodle dishes. Altogether, a very pleasant dining experience at an extremely reasonable price.

My family is from Singapore and I am a huge fan of Mee Goring and Satay. This spot in the Farmer's Market in L.A. by The Grove gets pretty close to traditional Singaporean cooking. We had the Mee Goring and Chicken Satay and we loved it. The spices were good and the sauces were excellent. Highly recommended if you want to try something different or you miss a little bit of home.

We lived in Indonesia for a while and LOVE Indonesian food so we were excited to find Singapore's Banana Leaf and see Nasi Goreng on the menu.....DELISH! Excellent flavors. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent food in Farmer's Market.

We went to the Farmer's Market on a Sunday morning. This seems to be the time to go. It was less crowded than we ever experienced during other visits. Wait staff was friendly and patient as we decided. Had the Roti Paratha, chicken curry and veggie fried noodles. Everything was good and quite filling for the price. Communal dining got interesteing as the area became more crowded. But we still didn't feel like we lost our privacy in the mix. While they say they are "cash only" (as many vendors are the same at the market), they did allow us to pay with a debit card as it was over $20. Good to know.

The ambience and look of the resturant is very simple and looks like those street stalls. Most of the dishes were ok, not outstanding but was ok to have once in a while but the paratha was a great disappointment. Never thought the paratha and gravy would be this bad. better to avoid it.

Its at the Farmers Market, yummy.

Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience eating from this restaurant that is placed into the Grove of Hollywood shopping and dining experience. If you are into exotic cuisine and tantalizing mouth watering taste to appease your tastebuds then this is the place to be. Vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers there is something there for everyone. My favorite is the people and the way they make us feel. Thanks for making it a more than pleasant experience.❤️🌹♥️

after a while of western food just the smell of singaporean/malay/indian food sets the salivary glands going.. Had the mee goreng and had nasi goreng to go. All were great and if you are hungry do pop by but be prepared for a longish queue.

pretty close to authentic singaporian food!

We enjoyed the parathas and beef curry dish. The seating near the restaurant can get full and hot from the cooking. The food is very good though.

We love to make a Sunday drive up to the Los Angeles Farmers Market at 3rd and Fairfax, wander the stalls, see the sights, and stop for our special lunch at Singapore Banana Leaf. We share a couple of dishes, after devouring fresh lime juice in our wait. Our favorite is Gado Gado salad: lettuce with warm potatoes, green beans, tofu, bean sprouts, egg and peanut dressing. Sounds weird but it is scrumptious! We love a little bit of paratha, flatbread, naan kind of thing with a lentil curry dip. Egg rolls were great when we tried them last visit. Sate is nice, too. We leave a little room, take a little walk, then split a fruit salad at the fruit vendor down the way:$3.95 for bites of melons, grapes, coconut, lychee, berries and more. Singapore Banana Leaf is super casual, shared seating but just exotic enough for us. Very clean, inexpensive and fun. We love it!

The food was delicious. It was spicy and all the flavours were brought out. Portions are large so the kids shared and so did we adults. Even the vegetable spring rolls were good light and crispy and served piping hot. The beef was a bit tough (the cut of meat wasn't good). The kids loved the market setting and shared tables. The service was so considerate and courteous and fast. It was a little risky for the nut allergy diner, so we got spooked and gave something else from the market. Would easily go back!

We had two meals here in a week (lunch). Chicken and tofu fried noodles are superb, as is the chicken curry. Not a fancy place, but something the kids like with high quality ingredients.

Top joint for some Thai, indo style grub. Served on nana leaf, it's bonzer tucker. Had me a nasi goreng which was top wozza. Cheap as chips too, fair suck of the sauce bottle

TIP: Allow 15 minutes for parking; it gets busy on weekends. Singapore's Banana Leaf validates Farmer's market parking, but not the Grove structure parking. We have been to the Farmer's Market several times, but never ate at Singapore's Banana Leaf until today. We ordered roti paratha, satay beef, chicken curry, and laksa soup. The roti paratha is described as grilled Indian bread with vegetable curry dipping sauce; it reminds me of Chinese scallion pancakes. The 4 skewers of satay beef were flavorful and came with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. The chicken curry was spicy and tasted awesome. The laksa coconut soup has rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts and moist fish cakes. These 4 items came to a grand total of $36 (not including the $5 for parking). I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you like curry and happen to be visiting Farmer's Market. There is a sign that reads, "Not fast food," and indeed, the quality of the food is definitely a cut above your basic food stand.

This little place offers some kind of fusion cuisine from south east asia. I ate a bowl of meat and noodles and it was very tasty. If you visit farmer's market, don't miss it.

This was one of my favorite place in original farmers market. The food is fresh and full of flavours. We ordered the indo mee noodles platter which came with noodles, chicken sate, fried egg and gravy. We loved it. The portion is filling and once you place your order the food is served to you right on the table.

On a recent trip to LA I found this little gem of a place tucked away in the Farmers Market. Singapore's Banana Leaf has great friendly service and food that is truly delicious.

I love it! cheap and cheerful!

The place looked cute and seemed to be very popular. Ordered the chicken laksa and mee goring, both lacked flavour and were very average.

Coming from Singapore, we obviously got very excited seeing this shop. We ordered the Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng. Though it was not as authentic was what you can get back home in Singapore, this was the nearest to Singapore we had tried in USA. The shop is part of a huge food court and they dont have much seating area and as such, we bought the food To Go.

It never fails to deliver wonderful food like I ate in the food stall in Singapore. Unique, healthy and absolutely tasty!! Savor the flavors in the many bites they offer. Enjoy--you will come back!

Sadly, my least favorite restaurant on this LA trip. I was really looking forward to some great Singaporean food (i'm from Singapore) and was sorely disappointed. The Laksa was terrible and the prata was OK (but definitely the frozen variety) I like the fact that it's a stall in the farmer market; very much like the hawker centers in Singapore (local food courts) Laksa: Oh My. Where do i start. The noodles were awful. They were very stiff, tasted barely cooked. Inedible. I don't know why they didn't just use fresh yellow noodles which can easily be found at most Asian markets. I personally prefer the thick white noodles myself, but if they can't be found...then serve an alternative that's edible! The soup was ok; it was a lot more yellow than most laksa soups...but it tasted more like a spicy soup than a true laksa soup Prata: It tasted like the frozen variety you can find at Ranch 99. With a side of not-very-tasty curry sauce. Eh For the prices...i really expected something better. Sorry, but I definitely did not enjoy myself here (and i'm really sad about that)

If you are looking for something to eat at the Farmers Market in LA this is a good choice. My wife and I basically had the same dish, her with noodles and mine with rice. It is prepared while you wait. Both dishes can served on a banana leaf which gives the restaurant its name. There are places to sit with tables. The restaurant, even though at the time we were visiting, provides ceiling fans for warm days and heaters for the cooler days. I would go there again.

Singapore Banana Leaf is located within the Farmers' Market. YouIf you're really hungry, this is not the place to go cuz you're going to have a very, very, very long wait even if there is no line. When we finally did get our food, it was good, but not worth the wait.

I like hawker food and this is a poor attempt at it. The laksa was a tepid grey looking over coconut - flavoured non event. Beef rendang looked tasty but had no flavour or spice.

I've been here numerous times and the food is always good and fresh. I love their fish curry!

Visited this place at the Farmers Market in LA. Ordered the Me Goeng (chicken and noodles) which was very nice and tasty. We also ordered two mango juices, which tasted very artificial. Our brief experience of this place was a good one, the food we had was very nice and tasty and the food other people ordered looked very nice. It was also very busy which is always a good sign. I definately plan to visit this place when I'm in LA again.

Come to the Farmer's Market on 3rd and Fairfax in Los Angeles and be sure to eat at this outdoor restaurant amidst many others. Each dish comes plated on a banana leaf... I like the noodles, but other popular dishes include curries. Hugh Howser featured this restaurant's ice drinks (like snow cones) which I will try next time. I also like their fruit drinks, like mango and lemonade. Try this place; you'll like it!

The Roti Panang is awesome.

I have brought a number of people here for their first taste of Indo-singaporean food and EVERYONE has loved it, you will too I think. Only thing I would change is more krupuk please and mie goreng would be great

A great place for lunch. Plenty of choice and good helpful staff, the food was really good. This is a must try.

Came here for lunch with the wife today. We eat there because they have some vegetarian/vegan items. The food was much better this time than the last time. My wife had the same thing, Gado Gado. I had the fish curry and it was very flavorful. This time they took credit cards.

We lived in Singapore for several years decades ago, and decided to try this Singapore eatery within the market. We have always like laksa, and one of us ordered that and the other the vegetarian curry. Usually laksa is hotter, but this one was actually pretty mild, perhaps the srichaca at the table was meant to hot it up. In any case, very good. Not as good as Singapore or Penang, but those places are far away.

Super delicious food and also really nice. We bought 3 portions and got another super delicious salad with fruit. He was mega! The flatbread was also super delicious with the curry sauce!

I came here with high expectations after reading various reviews on yelp and trip advisor. I was not dissapointed. I went with mee goreng indo style, which had two chicken satay sticks added to the plate full of noodles. Also, I ordered beef rendang which was rich and spicy. I washed all of the food down with a glass of fresh made lime juice. It was just as I remembered when I traveled through SE Asia. Parking in the market area was difficult but there is a large parking structure which had ample space. I would definitely stop here again on my way out of LA.

This is a very good place for South Asian food in Los Angeles. I had the Chicken Mee Goreng (fried noodles) and their vegetarian fried rice. A bit bland, but it is consistently predictable and the banana leaf makes a nice presentation. I really feel as if I am traveling in that area when I am eating there. Their mango juice is refreshing! There is plenty of seating available after ordering.

Definitely a must try if you are looking for some good food from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. I was spoilt for choice initially and settled for the chicken rendang with rice after much thoughts. Everything was good and authentic and the only minus point was it just wasn't spicy enough even though I ordered the spicy version. Same goes to the mee goreng my wife had. But we were still overall very satisfied with the meal.

They make food as spicy as you like and the food was reasonably priced. The table space was small, but given the setting the restaurant was better than anticipated. The Indo noodles and curry puffs were great.

Tasty ethnic option if you're not feeling the typical Farmer's Market fare.

From all the good reviews we were looking forward to eating some delicious Singapore style food in LA. However many Of the dishes we ordered were lacking any spice or flavor especially the beef rendang, the fried rice and the noodles. They also had a mango drink that tasted like the pulp mix you can purchase in any asian grocery store that needs to be watered down. With the addition of a lot of salt and chilli paste the food was ok however that evening, we all had upset stomachs that were most definitely from the food here. I give this two stars because it brought us to the farmers market which was really nice to walk through especially with kids as they enjoyed looking at all the shops.

I thought the food was ok. I told them I didn't want it to be too spicy and it came out pretty flavorless, so I would just say not to ask for your food to be too mild. The only cool thing about it is that it's in the Farmer's Market... but so are a lot of much better restaurants.

I have just got back from a two week holiday to the States and this was the best meal I had out there - very reasonably priced too. We had the veg curry, rice, rojak salad and a paratha - each mouthful was superb. The curry was delicately spiced with a delicious coconut sauce while the rojak was dressed in a delicious tamarind and peanut sauce. The paratha was light and flaky with a side bowel of curry. All washed down with mango juice. Definitely worth a try.

Food was good, but a little pricy.

i love the lemonade on a hot sunny afternoon! and the deserts are super yummy! -haven't had food yet... but i'm definately going back.

Great place for Indonesian and Singaporean food, especially for somebody who used to live in that part of the world.

this is inside the Farmers Market

Had to try this place on last visit to farmers market. I love most Asian style dishes and the fried rice with tofu was filling and delicious. There were various platters to choose from like noodles, satay, and curry with your choice of meat (beef, chicken, or tofu). Will be back to try the other dishes.

A group of 5 Singaporean/Malaysians were there on May 2014 and below are impressions. Laksa- this one tastes something else pretty far away from expected and doesn`t deserve to be called laksa. Cendol- It just has the coconut milk flavors.Totally missing are brown syrup and many essential ingredients.Flavors are nothing close to a cendol. Mee Goreng -doesnt look and taste like one. Nasi Lemak-another dish which like 1.5 out 5 .Visibly Missing are the rich flavours of sambal . Basicly all dishes tried were totaly dissapointing and doesnt represent any taste of singaporean/malaysian dishes. Pls rename your outlet something else as it brings disgrace to Singaporean Malaysian foods.Pls take a trip to Singapore/Malaysia and undertand the suberb flavors from even a roadside hawker food...

Was here with the wife for lunch today. She had the Gado Gado Salad, it was passable, not great. The same dish at Simpang Asia is far superior! Still my big issue with these guys, Handwritten Signs saying "Cash Only". Who are we kidding!

Asians are not making your food, they were Spanish. Did not really find the food to be authentic. There was not a line up as well unlike the other places at this market.

This little food service option is inside the huge Farmers' Market, and is well worth seeking out if you like Southeast Asian food. They have a nice range of offerings from fish and chicken to vegetarian choices. All are cooked to order and very flavorful.

There aren't many Asian restaurants where I'm from so when I was visiting the Old Farmer's Market in Los Angeles I had to try Singapore's Banana Leaf. I found my dish to be very tasty. I enjoyed it with chopsticks and ate the entire dish. I liked how the food was placed on a banana leaf. It was a bit of a wait for the meal but there's a sign that say's "This is not fast food. We take our time to prepare your meals." I couldn't decide what to order but the girl who was taking orders was very patient and recommended a few dishes that I would like. I feel that for $10.00 I got a good value for a tasty meal that was very satisfying. Perhaps it's not authentic like in Singapore or Malaysia but it is very good especially for someone who lives in a small town in northern Michigan who lived in New York City for many years and spent time in Thailand.

I love their peanut sauce!

My wife and I had lunch here. We both ordered the laksa noodles. This was the worst laksa noodles that we have ever had. We have eaten authentic laksa noodles in Singapore many times and this place was just pathetic.

Visited this eatery in the Farmers Market, Los Angeles with my son this August. We ordered a Chicken Laksa and Chicken Randang. The food was tasty and flavourful. The place is a kiosk in the market with tables and chairs. There is no air conditioning and self service is the norm.Grab some Malaysian, Singaporean fare here!!

Located in the Farmers Market, this Indonesian restaurant has curries and salads. The service is quick and you can sit outside under the trees with the other Farmers Market diners.

This food is so-so. Over cooked chicken was disappointing in all our dishes. Bit unexpected. Decent flavours.

We would have probably gone to our usual falafel place but we were with friends that took us to this place specialising in Malaysian and Indonesian cuisine, and it was fab! Service was friendly and efficient, menu very clear and varied, and good drinks as well. They did a fantastic veggie curry with rice, which I could have eaten platefuls of, it was so nice. Well recommended.

This is a hole in the wall restaurant within the confines of the huge Farmer's Market. There are communal tables in the alleyway between the restaurants. We were visiting Los Angeles, and we stopped here to tour and eat lunch. What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was! I can't tell you what I had, but it had coconut milk, plenty of vegetables, and tofu and was extremely tasty. My wife had a spicier soup choice which she also enjoyed. This wasn't fancy. Paper and plastic plates and bowls, (although real silverware utensils). But really good and filling, and very reasonable prices. I would go back again if we are ever there again.

I haven't found a super-great place for Southeast Asian fare, but this one definitely comes close. When I'm feenin' for mee goreng, this is the place that I'll go to first. (Well - mostly 'cause there really isn't anything else close by...) It's a nice little addition to the Third Street Farmer's Market.

Ordered one of the Indonesian chicken dishes but I guess I was expecting a bit more flavour, as it was very average... Portions could have bigger too

Yummy malaysian food and it's at the grove if your looking for ambiance wrong place amazing food... It's great because it is at the grove and you can go and catch a movie after...

south east asia next door

If you are looking for some asian food, this is an ok place, however veggie(no meat) options are limited. Pretty much the story in the whole farmers market. Had satay chicken with rice, and veggie noddles. The noddles was a bit cold and there were no veggies in them. The satay chicken was good, needed a little more spice, adding sriracha helped.

My Malaysian husband wanted to try food from his home area. Tasty food, reasonable prices and quick service. We liked it so much we asked for some takeaway food to bring back to out apartment for breakfast the next day. I had the Rojak and veggie me goreng. Husband had the fish curry. Our 9month baby also ate the food too ;)
OK quality food..
Tried this on our recent trip to the farmers market in LA. Interesting menu but the execution wasn't good enough. Service was good but will not be interested in going back again. Maybe I had high expectations going in or maybe not... Too much sodium or too much grease...
