I love the dark, Texas strong vibe you get by being there, just like drinking a nice Cab. Sexy place.

One of the few adult oriented spaces at La Cantera that is quieter and does lend itself to children. Some wonderful appetizer offerings available from the adjacent charcuterie. And with La Cantera's signature level of service.

Stopped in while we waited on our room. Enjoyed some adult beverages and snacks. Staff was attentive and pleasant.

First, I want to commend the bartenders that were there. They were working as fast as they could. This review is for management to read for their staffing purposes. It was a Friday evening in March and the hotel and bar was packed. I mean, wall to wall people and spilling outside. There were 3 bartenders. Three. Finally, what appeared to be a manager showed up and joined the fray. The waitresses were also doing their best to get their orders filled, standing at the side of the bar, but only so many drinks could be prepared with the short staff. My friend I originally walked up to the bar to order 2 mixed drinks and 2 glasses of wine. After waiting for 10 minutes (I am unfortunately not exaggerating) and seeing these poor bartenders completely overwhelmed we finally grabbed the attention of the manager type and asked, "Could we just have that bottle of wine?" Then my companion grabbed 4 glasses from the side of bar himself while we signed the check and made our way outside to let others get to the bar to order. This is the evening bar in one of the nicest hotels in the state on a Friday night. The staffing needs to be assessed better so this doesn't happen. Kudos to those on staff, they deserved hazard pay that night.

Excellent service, and will take extra steps to accommodate you. Ver warm, greta location at the hotel and just a very pleasant atmosphere or ambiance.

Good wine list and very good cocktails. Big screen TV's to watch the game on as well. Bar is conveniently located right off the lobby.

Our bartender was able to make a drink to our liking. Spicy Margaritas EVERYTIME! Also, don't forget to order the pretzel.

Just off the newly renovated lobby of La Cantera Resort, Sire offers a beautiful view of the outside mountains with easy access to the fire pit lounge in the adjacent courtyard.

Dark woods, plush leather seats, and warm recessed lighting sets the atmosphere of this bar. A classical guitarist played in the corner as we sipped our customized cocktails from chilled martini glasses and enjoyed the view of lush gardens. Our bartender was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his inventory and bartending skills. Stop in and enjoy the libations that the Sire has to offer!

Nice (extensive) selection various types of liquors. It can be difficult to get to the bar to get service, but if you elbow your way in, it's well worth it.

Good selection of wines and the prices were reasonable. Very comfortable seating and it's located right off the lobby.
