Favorite New Vegas Strip Bar

By Jake H |

Such a unique bar in Vegas. Cozy and tucked away. Really nails the ski bar feel. Bartenders are fun and mix great drinks. The door folks are hilarious and make you feel ok about waiting to get in if there’s a line.

A door hiding a fantastic bar!

My wife and I had researched "hidden" bars in Vegas prior to our trip and popped into Ski Lodge before dinner. The place was amazing......just what we wanted. A small place with a great atmosphere and decor. Drinks were nice and strong with a good selection. We saw a few people have the Ski Shots for 4 people which looked great fun all drinking shots from a ski at the same time. Good service too. Regrettably we didn't stay long due to a dinner reservation but would return in a heart beat. .......look for the hidden door and be sure to enter for you will not be disappointed!!!

The drinks and ambience are our favorite in Vegas

Ski Lodge is now our favorite bar in Las Vegas! We accidentally stumbled upon this speakeasy while roaming the Cosmopolitan. When we open the door we really felt like we were transported to a lodge in snowy mountains, except we didn’t have to shake wet snow off of our shoes. Having been to establishments like this in Montana and Wyoming, I can say it feel authentic. It’s warm and cozy and was purely delightful during the holiday season. We decided to have drinks before a dinner elsewhere and I wished we had stayed longer. I had a Candy Cane Lychee Margarita which I thought sounded weird, but it was incredible and now one of my favorite margaritas of all time. My husband had Milk and Cookies, a gin fizz that came with a cookie! He loved it. The menu rotates so we’re excited to visit again in February for a Japanese theme…ohhh yeah. The bartenders were among the friendliest in Vegas and take a lot of pride in their work as drink artists. Find Ski Lodge and you’ll fall in love with it.

DON’T waste your money!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time or money. The Waitress are rude, Drinks are extremely overpriced and the food is subpar. Two drinks , a pizza that was the size of a postcard. My bill was over $140. Mandatory 15% gratuity, they ought to be ashamed.!!!!!!! My friends and I continue our night elsewhere….DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Success in finding secret speakeasy and awesome inside!!

By Mark68 |

We were on a hunt on our hotel walks to seek out the speakeasy’s on the street… on our walk between the Cosmopolitan and Vdara /Aria we saw lines to some American disco type club.. in looking at the line we saw a door with no signage that had a gold plaque and skier on mountain… so upon walking back after 5pm onto dinner… Yahtzee… I opened the door and walked into a winter Colorado type bar scene… sits about 75 people,, bar area, large screen tv and plenty of winter things making a far thought of the lights d casinos of Vegas… short menu of drink but awesome…pricey but .., it’s drinks in Vegas!!! A great spot to chill!!

After dinner drinks

Definitely worth waiting in line to get in! Cozy atmosphere. Top notch bartenders. I recommend the Slava’s snowstorm, it tasted like an expresso martini with a warm creamy foam on top.

Great experience - don't miss it if you can find it!

What an adventure and great experience. We had so much fun following the clues to find this Speak Easy. Drinks were very good; atmosphere was outstanding. We enjoyed some tableside s'mores as well - very enjoyable. Winter scene with snow falling behind the bar and so much more - be sure to look around at all the cute decor.

Speakeasy

We found the speakeasy! A friend told us about this spot and almost didn’t find it! Love the small and intimate atmosphere. We had some delicious drinks. This is a small dark space, prefect for a speakeasy. If you can find the place go in and enjoy it.

Super Fun Bar

We came mid afternoon and had to wait in a 20ish minute line but it was well worth it! The cocktails were delicious and all winter themed. Our service was also super!

Cool little hidden speakeasy. Fun to find this bar with a cool ski resort lodge vibe. We loved doing the shotski! Not only was it fun but the shots were really good too.

Ski lodge pop up bar!

By Loisfitzyillustrator |

We visited the pop up ski lodge located near the ice rink on saturday 28th december. We had seen a video on tiktok about this little bar and thought we had found it until we saw the christmas trees directing us. You turn left and walk down an outside balcony and there is wooden seating with outdoor heaters and it looks so christmassy. The waffle menu looked amazing. They had some custom cocktails available too. The theming inside the actual bar is great, such attention to detail exactly like the speakeasy ski lodge inside the cosmo. I think we arrived just before 7 and there was hardly anyone in there. Great photo opportunities and you can see up and down the strip from the outdoor area. Just a lovely cosy bar.

Lovely time sitting around fires with hot buttered rums

What a neat little pop up bar! Hidden around the corner from the ice rink, we enjoyed three very tasty and pricey hot buttered rums on the balcony area that had trees, heaters and lovely seating overlooking the south strip. It was nice break to sit and chill around the heaters and watch the busy LV world go by on a December evening. Highly recommend checking them out, beers are around $10 and up, most cocktails are $18 and up. Neat atmosphere and that's what you are paying for.
