Several of our friends recommended Snooze for breakfast in Austin and when I visited my son in college we ate there. Everything that passed us looked so delicious and our meal was amazing. I will have to continue coming back to try everything! So happy that they are opening in Addison, TX

Slick mid century digs had me right away! Then the staff kicked in with whatever we needed; we ate 2 different times, once on a Saturday am then again a later morning during the week. Impressive menu with extensive choices. All I can say is once you have tried their food you won't go any other place for breakfast!

This place packs them in. Its always a 45-1 hour wait to get in on the weekends BUT worth it!! You can get mimosa or bloody Marys while you wait and there is plent of seating. You can eat inside or outside. The menu is fantastic, We had Egg white Frittatas, a havana dreamin-a pork sandwich and Bell Bella Benny my favorite..Service is great and very friendly..they really make an extra effort..also the Chocolate chip pancakes are awesome and the hot chocolate is the real deal!!

Excellent option for breakfast. I went with Family and all plates were very good. Benedict eggs that i have were awesome. Services was great and our waitress was really nice with US. I will come back to this place for sure

On our recent trip to Austin, my two daughters, granddaughter (age 5) and I had breakfast at Snooze. We arrived at about 10 and waited for 45 minutes for a table. It was well worth the wait and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Despite the crowd, the pace, once we were seated, was leisurely and we didn't feel rushed at any time. We live in Houston and for one reason or another have been unable to eat at our local Snooze. Check this place out while you're in Austin.

I'm a native Austinite in the south/central area and I have to say this is the best brunch I've had by far in the Austin area, you're definitely missing out if you haven't already tried it! The menu has diverse options and the servers are amazing. The vibes in the restaurant is uplifting and gives it the Austin cheerful relaxed feel. It's always an option to come here since Snooze is open not strictly to weekends but other days as well until 2 p.m. Go here for brunch you won't regret it!

This place was amazing. They have a lot of awesome, unique breakfast. The price and service are very good. Wish we had them in WA!

Ok breakfast spot. Bacon was so bad it tasted old . Do not get it food tasted bland . Weird thing but fork has a weird shape to it

Spent a week in Austin. After trying several different places for breakfast, my wife and I tried Snooze. This place is really amazing. It is not your typical chain breakfast eatery. The location we visited was the one in south Austin on Lamar Blvd. It's located in a shopping plaza so parking can be a challenge, but that's the only negative I can give this place. As you approach the entrance you immediately see that the place must be popular and often has a long waiting line because they have several ways to entertain yourself while waiting for your table. Once inside, the place is clean, vibrant and busy. The menu has a wide selection with a definite Californian flare. While bacon, eggs and toast are available, there are many more tempting entrees to choose from. My wife and I started with a Choice Mimosa, coffee, and then we both tried the Ham Benedict. We were not disappointed. Our waitress was friendly and helpful in response to our questions about our breakfast choice. Thed total tab before tip for the two of us came to $34.37. We have definitely found our new breakfast place when we visit Austin!

Really great place to eat. Cool atmosphere, tasty food in many varieties, including many healthy options. Great drink options and excellent service. Just a fun experience in a neat city. I highly recommend!

This is a popular place, we waited for 30 minutes after arriving at 9:30am. When we left just before 11:00am, the wait was almost an hour and a half. once in the food, staff and drinks are amazing. Worth the wait, we all left full and could not eat anything more. Was really nice place for families and friends. Outside dinning area as well.

While you will likely face a wait, it’s well worth it! The staff was super great and friendly and even gave our table some free pancakes while we waited. The pancakes and breakfast burritos were amazing and our whole group was impressed with the food and service!

First time at Snooze and it won't be the last! Everything was delicious. Even the scrambled eggs were better/different. Loved the wheat toast - again, better than usual. The hash browns, too. My partner had blueberry pancakes and gave them a 10. All in all, the perfect breakfast stop.

Snooze is great, terrific food, good service, nice place to wait (when it isn't too, too hot), I personally prefer Kerbey Lane by a slight margin, but Snooze is definitely my second choice, & not in a bad way....if I could manage to eat breakfast at both in the same day, that would be great, but ya, that'd be waaaaaaaay tooooooo muuuuuch!

I drove down to Snooze for breakfast. Snooze is located in a little office park in the Zilker Neighborhood, up a little slope from South Lamar, and about a mile south of the river. It’s on the left as you drive toward town, and sometimes I drive past it and have to turn around and go back. It’s not too hard to swing a u-turn on that stretch of South Lamar early in the morning— at least not in a Miata. It’s worth turning back for. At 6:30 am they had just opened, and staffers were still completing their preparations for the day. The host suggested the bar. The bar area was well-lit, so I agreed to sit there. The counter itself was very cold to the touch. Getting up on the tall chair and sliding myself up to the counter was a little bit of a challenge, but I made it. They call it the bar, and it does display a decent stock of liquor, though not served at 6:30 am on Sunday. This is Texas, after all. The decor is very warm and friendly, with good light and a lot of yellow shades. There’s one big dining room and a smaller patio, and glass garage doors along the east wall. I’ve never seen them open-air, but they do let in a good view. Without delay the counterman brought coffee and a menu. It’s a distinctive menu, with a number of healthy choices including tofu scramble. It also offers the standard fare. The coffee was a little above average and served in a hand-thrown cup that feels good to the hand. For review purposes, I ordered the Snooze Classic: three eggs, choice of meats, hash browns, and toast. I asked for only two eggs. The choice of meats is pretty extensive: ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, pulled pork, chicken sausage, or soyrizo. Okay, soyrizo is not meat. I chose the bacon. All that comes for $9.75. I paged through the Sunday Review section of the New York Times. By then it was a woman behind the counter. I was just starting to think about how my order could only have been the third or fourth to hit the kitchen, and then the runner brought it out. He came around the outside of the bar and reached past my shoulder to put the platter on the counter with some encouraging words. Breakfast looked good. Eggs were perfect. Whites were firm and yellows were copiously runny. My whole wheat toast was already buttered, so I asked whether that was butter or margarine. It was butter, she assured me. There was one slice, which is plenty for me, and it was just right. I had asked for the bacon crisp, and it was a little dry and slightly charred in a spot or two. Still, it was good. The hash browns came in the form of a thick disk, with a light brown top and a very white interior, not that different from boiled potatoes. By the time I had eaten the eggs, toast, and bacon, the hash browns were not at all hot, barely even warm, and I didn’t finish them. No one asked me why. By the time I finished eating, the counter had more or less filled up, and there was a pretty lively society going on. I read the paper for a little while and chatted with the counterwoman, Kat, who is named after a Russian missile but grew up in Brazil. I then turned to the diner next to me, a nurse coming off the night shift, and we talked for a while. She looked fresh as a daisy. My coffee cup was refilled, and refilled again. After a while, I called for the check and paid. Coffee to go appeared. The nurse and I talked a little more, then I left. Several folks wished me a good day. It was a good start.

Love the inventive menu options. The ambience is classy without being pretentious (laid back sheik). The service was good. Coffee at a breakfast place is of paramount importance and it does not disappoint.

Don't go to Snooze AM Eatery if you want a basic breakfast. If you want to explore what breakfast can become, you have many delicious choices at this popular eatery. From the minute you walk in, you're welcomed by the retro chic interior design. Once seated, the choices for super healthy egg variations, ( Flavors from the Hen), sandwiches, (Sammies as they call them), and the best pancakes you'll ever have are just a few of the multiple choices for breakfast or lunch. Their menu states, "We encourage you to make your breakfast your own, create a new pancake and dance to the music!"

Top notch brunch! We had two Benny duos so we got to try for eggs Benedict. They were all top notch. Perfectly poached eggs with sauces and toppings that were so very delicious. My daughter loved the chocolate chip pancakes.

The wait was about 40 mins but it was worth it, food was great, staff was AWESOME, can't wait to visit again.

Very cheery place with orange as dominating color. Great staff, great waitpersons. My husband both started with Mimosas. I had the Scramble with mushrooms, sausage and Swiss cheese. My husband had the breakfast sandwich. Both of us tasted the huge potato latke Patty. Very nice.

Breakfast Mecca! We arrived at 9:00 am and waited for about 20 minutes. The later it got, the longer the wait...and for good reason...this place is excellent! Our party of four ordered the pancake of the day, a hash brown/meat/cheese/mushroom/carmalized onion/tomato mixture, smoked salmon platter and a flight of three pancakes (pineapple, sweet potato, and peanut butter). There is a variety of unique breakfast items, but when I asked our waiter James what he liked, he mentioned 3 of their sandwiches! James was a great server who also had a great sense of humor. I shall return!

Had a great breakfast here. Can't remember the name of dish, but it was based on a mountain of hashbrown potatoes, so I was very happy. Coffee was good. Service was good. Vegetarian options were good. Drawbacks: music was loud. And I'm not from the US, but I was just really surprised to see a full bar. They talk about it on their website, but I wasn't expecting it to be so visually prominent. If you're a friend of Bill, Muslim, or someone who might find that an issue...this is a heads-up.

I can't say enough about how much I love this place! The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. They have a great selection of cocktails for breakfast or brunch and the food exceeds my expectations every time I go. I love to get the custom omelettes and all of their sweets are to die for. I eat gluten free and this place can literally make anything I want, even pancakes and toast! It's all so delicious. Can't recommend this place enough!

No Splenda or saccharin to avoid sugar in my coffee, only bitter Stevia. I prefer not to have cage free eggs that are causing the numerous back injuries, most uninsured, in the workers that gather them. Coffee while you wait is free and great choices. Bloody Marys and pancakes were great.

Visited this place with family on a very rainy day and the place was packed. Excellent coffee to start with. Breakfast choices are endless. Great service and good food.

Enjoyed the vegan pancakes as well as the pumpkin squash dish! The atmosphere is very festive and i love the sanitation and social distancing efforts by staff and patrons. Location is gorgeous with on street parking lots nearby - especially on weekends.

Only Two words- Pancake Flight- what a brilliant concept for lovers of warm fluffy syrupy goodness! We enjoyed the Lemon Poppy Seed, Chai Latte, and Blueberry pancakes. We will be coming back in July to try some more!!!

10/10. This place is amazing, My husband and I were intown visiting and Snooze was recommended to us. I had the Strawberry Pan cakes and my husband had the Shrimp and Grits. Both were amazing and I would for sure come back to visit or recommend to anyone in town visiting. Oh, we had drinks too! Roughly, we spent around $55 -$60 ish, and it was worth it.

We arrived at 9am yesterday morning. As it was Saturday, there was a little wait, but the host team handled it perfectly (free coffee!). We were promptly greeted by our server, Xante. She was so busy, yet so friendly and efficient. Our food was perfect. I had the egg white frittata, my companions had the breakfast burrito, the French toast and the butter pecan gluten free pancakes. I tried everyone’s food and I couldn’t choose a favorite. My only complaint is that I don’t have a Snooze and a Xante here in Florida to visit every day. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

My wife and I were here for breakfast. I had the Breakfast Pot Pie and my wife had the Spuds Deluxe. Both excellent meals. The service was phenomenal. There’s a parking garage nearby and an excellent waiting area outside if the weather is right.

Amazing fresh, creative, delicious food in a modern atmosphere with great music. It’s loud, so that’s the only part some guests may not appreciate, but we loved it. Pumped up for the day! We had the Porridge bowl and protein punch bowl, and Latte. Loved every bite!

So many options at a great price. Big portions. The OMG French toast is OMG. Great bacon and hash browns too.

I’d never been to a Snooze, but my mom lives in Denver and was familiar. Starting with a fantastic Bloody Mary, since we were on vacation after all, we both ordered different versions of their Benny. The portions were generous without being over the top, everything was well presented, but the kicker was how friendly - genuinely friendly - everyone was. So good that we went to another Snooze in a different city 2 days later!

We had great food and great service when we visited last Sunday. It’s located in a nice area & we were able to get close parking. I had the pineapple upside down pancake and it was delicious! I know there are challenges during COVID, but maybe just take a tray with all the condiments so we don’t have to ask for so much like salt, pepper, ketchup, sugar, cream...

The avocado smash was delightful. House made English muffin. Perfectly poached eggs. A lovely hash brown cake on the side. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back to try more of their menu.

We didn’t wait in line since it was just the two of us-we went directly to the counter! I ordered the avocado egg toast and my husband a mushroom and cheese omelette. It took a long time to get our plates and my food looked delicious but it was cold. My husband said his was hot and I had a bite and it was not only hot , but delicious. I didn’t initially complain because I was really hungry. The waitress finally asked how it was and that’s when I mentioned the cold eggs and she immediately took care of my entire meal and coffee and had another egg brought out hot exactly how I like it prepared to put on the other avocado toast! Just prepare yourselves for a long wait to be seated unless you have a small party and don’t mind eating at the counter.

We came during the hurricane harvey nastiness of winds and rains but there was still a 30-45 minute wait, which proved it was worth it. Great service from drew, the food came quickly and was delicious. I couldn't decide what to get so I got both sweet and salty, eggs Benedict and the pancake of the day which was the Smores pancake. We also tried a few selections of breakfast cocktails. Would definitely revisit!

In this increasingly niche market (AM only eateries), this is a good choice. At this particular location, parking is the worst part---TOUGH! But once parked, you should enjoy the experience. Brightly decorated, and a good variety of seating options. When it comes to the menu, you will have a LOT of options. I opted for the traditional eggs and bacon, and they were both done to perfection. This restaurant is also committed to supporting the local economy and being eco-friendly. It's not the best value for your money if you just want a traditional breakfast, but the service and food make it a good experience overall.

I was not impress with the food or the service. After we were seated it tool awhile before anyone took our order, and then we waited for awhile before we were served. The meal was ham with eggs and toast which was OK at best, but nothing special. I will go to another place for breakfast when in Austin.

This breakfast was really good. I had the Rocky Road Pancake, hash brown, soft scrambled eggs. But my wife’s sweet potato pancake was the business!!! And I don’t like sweet potatoes like that.

This is a very "Austin is Weird" example of a breakfast or lunch place. We had an excellent breakfast but were in a hurry. They took care of us in fine fashion, but we wish we could have spent more time.

The server was nice. The atmosphere was retro, and fun. The menu was varied, with something for all tastes, and dietary restrictions. Several people at our table had cold food. It seemed like they were short-staffed, which probably explains the food not coming out right away while it was still hot. Parking is a challenge.

From wonderful service to generous servings at good value, Snooze is my favorite Brunch spot in Austin. Enjoy an old-school diner feel inside or enjoy a nice morning on their dog-friendly patio. The Sammies are delicious and they have wonderful food and presentation. Cappuccino is great and all of their breakfast items that were coming out looked wonderful. Will return!

Well if you are in Austin and looking for a perfect Foodgasm this is the place to be.. The staff is cool and if you are planning to come here for Brunch/Breakfast make sure you have ample time as it's so busy you may have to wait 30 mins to an hour depending on time and day. Must try chicken sausage( will remind you of Indian chapali kabab) coffees, Pan Cake flight We ordered Pancake flight and every bite was a bliss, Ginger Butter and Cinnamon Butter were really complementing the pancakes. Had tried AM Manhattan coffee but doesn't like it much as whiskey was too dominating and suppressing the coffee taste completely.

Wow, what a selection of sweet foods for breakfast of brunch. I had the egg white omelet and it was the only item without a sauce or sugary content. The offerings are large, the wait staff very attentive, and the food was delicious. With tip we spent $72 for 4 adults and a child. Worth going to, show up early or you have to wait.

We have eaten at both sites and both were fabulous. We got the pancake flight which is 3 pancakes of your choice. I had Peanut Butter Cup which is Choc. Chip pancake with Peanut Butter and Choc. sauce on top. I mean real peanut butter!! Cinnamon pancake with cinnamon butter. and pecans on top.....and blueberry, cream cheese topping... The hash browns are very good too. I would recommend going there and you will walk out full. Lots of food. Average price. friendly service. May be slow at times but worth the wait.

The place is amazing: food is great, best service ever and it is very fast! I came here with some friends on our last day in Austin and we absolutely loved it and regretted not having come here earlier, though we are for sure coming back on our next visit. You MUST come here for breakfast and try the house blend coffee, pancakes and scramble eggs!

Great atmosphere! Something for everyone on the menu! Gluten free options! Nice patio which is pet friendly. Highly recommend!

Great morning place. Friendly staff and good food. Loved the Huevos Rancheros. Can get busy but this morning got straight in.

Groovy decor, eco friendly vibe, organic menu. Bravado avocado toast, bella bella benny, pineapple upside down pancakes were all phenomenal! We could eat here everyday!

Awesome place for brunch. A whole bunch of us went for a late brunch on a Monday afternoon. Glad it wasn't too crowded. Homemade corned beef hash was NOTHING like the dogfood that comes out of a can (which I do admit I like too, sorry, I'm not a huge healthfood freak). It was fabulous. Eggs were perfect and the chocolate chip pancake we split was excellent. Tried someone's hash browns and they were great too. Service was excellent, very helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommended but I imagine it'd be packed on Sundays.

What a great place for a delicious breakfast. It was my first visit to this restaurant, beautifully decorated , not too crowded, lots of privacy seating. The menu selection is great and very reach in assorted dishes. I ordered the three pancakes plate... it was beautifully plated and very delicious 😋 The Chi latte I ordered was the best Chi latte I have ever had!!! Service was very friendly and quick!

Excellent breakfast all around with great service and atmosphere! Will return when I’m in Austin again!

We did our standard review of the restaurants and the Snooze Restaurants looked like great breakfast spots. But, which one to choose for the tourists from Minnesota. We randomly chose the S Lamar one ‘cause it seemed reasonably close to the main attractions; the State Capitol, University of Texas (don’t forget the famous Clock Tower on the UT campus!), the LBJ Library, and the Bullock Museum. We sat outside on the deck with our dog which was the main reason we chose Snooze. The restaurants are located on the first floors of office buildings. The parking is in the office building parking ramp; there was no charge as we came there on a Saturday and the Coronavirus was just getting started. The waitress was super friendly. We ordered a flight of pancakes to share plus our regular meals, way too much food even for the three of us. There are so many choices that 2 people could easily just order pancakes and split up the different kinds. My wife had the eggs Benedict with avocado and really enjoyed it. I did the classic breakfast and it was good also. My brother-in-law and wife found the bloodies uninteresting, but the chaser was in a can and kind of unique. Coffee was good and filled often. We enjoyed our sunny cool morning on the patio with our dog. If you don’t like dogs, there is ample room on the patio or inside. Great place, friendly staff, and a bar. We would come back here.

I had heard it was good. When I got there, it had a long line. We were told an hour wait. I decided to wait. It was awesome. The Eggs Benedict was great. They had quite a few variations on the classic. I went with the classic and a southwestern one. I was not disappointed. The coffee was excellent. Lots of types of pancakes. The pancake was excellent. One gripe They spilled water all over me. Should have comped something as a way to say sorry. That was the one ding I gave the place. Outside they had a few different ways to help the time go by. Well worth the wait.

Best breakfast!!! So fresh, great selections, healthy and delicious! I got the sweet potato smash and omg…. It was amazing.

I have been here twice - once for a sit-down breakfast and once for to-go breakfast tacos. The sit-down breakfast was very nice - I had an assortment of pancakes and all of them came in generous servings with clever combinations of flavored butters. They were prepared exactly to order. Service is good but we were sitting outside and were seated so close to the edge of the patio that we kept getting wet. The breakfast tacos to go were disappointing - did not feel I got my money's worth on those and I prefer the ones served by some other places. Overall worth going here to experience it, but probably won't go back for a while.

My family of 4 went here for Breakfast around 930 am, July 4th. We had heard so many good things about this place that we were all excited to finally try it. After a short 10 min wait we were seated at a pleasant table outside. Our waiter, Basil, was very pleasant, friendly, and took our order after 10 mins. After about 20 mins we noticed that our waiter had disappeared from our section, empty waters, no refills of coffee...etc. After 40 mins he showed up. After getting the requested refills I asked about our food order. He told us the managers forgot to schedule for the holiday, they were short handed, and wanted up to be patient. At 1 hour after our order a food runner brought our food. We had been waiting so long. Without a waiter or the food we ate in 5 mins, paid, tipped, left. Don't get out as a family much, not the experience we hoped for.

Been here 2 times. You need to get the pancake flight. The cinnamon one was amazing. Chocolate chip was delicious. And peanut butter was also delightful. Tried the pineapple which wasnt bad either. Whatever your flavor i think the pancakes are on point. We also tried the huevos rancheros. The tortilla on the bottom was nice. It tasted pretty good. The OMG french toast came with a sauce that was really really good! Also got a burrito stuffed with sofrito. That i would avoid. Its got an Indian flavor that overpowers the dish. Jenga and corn hole for the wait is a nice touch.

While waiting for a table, grab a cocktail or a free cup of coffee! We were seated outside and enjoyed the Boss Hog Bloody Mary and a Palomimosa. Both were delicious! Our food was fresh, unique, and tasted amazing. You can mix and match eggs Benedict, and try some new flavors! I don’t like shrimp or grits but enjoyed that exact dish at Snooze! Highly recommend coming here!

Soooooo loud inside. The music is way too loud, so everyone is talking at the top of their voices. Then kids scream even louder to be heard. Also took more than 30 min to get our order, when the person next to us arrived after us, and had finished eating before we received our food.

I had the Chiliquiles egg Benedict. What?! I love Chiliquiles and this dish took a classic brunch favorite of mine and added class and lots of yummy flavor. And it was takeout someone brought to me that I ate semi-cold. IT was still amazing! I'll be visiting soon to eat some fresh benedicts really soon.

I'm from Chicago, I'm used to places being crowded and waiting. What I'm not used to is seeing half the tables empty (both in and outside) and hoards of people standing around waiting. Either this place is horribly understaffed or they keep people waiting to create an illusion of exclusivity. When I asked about the long wait with all the empty seating, the hostess looked genuinely confused. There are other, more exciting places to eat in Austin.

Friends who live in Austin took us to the Snooze for breakfast since it is one of the must experience places in Austin, I love going out for breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Our table ordered the Snooze Breakfast Burrito - it was huge! and very good, The 3 egg omelet with ham and cheese and wheat toast. Very good except they didn't have grape jelly. Apparently the jelly/jam is made in house so the flavors of our day where strawberry and blackberry, And Juan's Breakfast Tacos which was a light breakfast so it filled me up, but it was a bit messy to eat as a traditional taco in my hands. It was very tasty. All eggs are free range, they source ingredients from local suppliers and a few from out of state, and practice sustainability and give back to the community, Snooze may be considered a little pricey for some. Pancakes start at $8, egg dishes at $9.75 and up. Sammies are on the menu as well from $9.75 to $11.50. The décor reminded me of a 50's diner - it was cool! Service was excellent. Parking can be a challenge though. I'd check it out again when in Austin.

Great brunch and daily specials. I was intrigued by the sausage pot pie; tasted great. Manny our server was on point.

Yo yo yo, it's @NickeyDuke! I was looking for French toast in Austin TX and found this awesome restaurant. I had OMG French Toast and the veggie omelet which was to die for. They had it all packed in that omelet ❤️ a @NickeyDuke must dine 5 stars all day baby!

Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed. Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. I had the pancakes and they were really good....nice and fluffy and just delicious. My side of bacon was nice and crisp without being greasy. My daughter had the blueberry pancakes and she thoroughly enjoyed hers as well. Our server Ashley was very friendly and kept our coffee cups full.

We loved this place. Very friendly staff. The menu is breakfast but a lot of variety and unique items. The coffee was good. The Benny’s were amazing and let me half and half two of them. Too many good choices so I think we will have to try and come back in this visit even.

Yowza. Breakfast nirvana. Our daughter and her boyfriend recommended this place, which they frequent. We called ahead and were told of a 50-minute wait. "It's worth it, she promised". On arrival, we checked in and loitered in the boisterous waiting area, keeping ourselves fueled with FREE Jo. The wait was a bit less than promised. The ambiance is modern, bright, and clean. The staff are hip, friendly, and efficient. The menu was quite ample. Everyone in our boisterous group found their food utterly amazing. I had a funky bloody Mary with a strip of bacon in it. Yeah, get out your man card and get it. We're not from Austin, but next time we're anywhere in the area and it's breakfast time, you can bet your happy bottom we'll be in line waiting at Snooze. Top notch!

We first ate at Snooze in Denver and loved it! Was worth the 45 minute wait, so when we heard they now have one in Austin, we naturally had to check it out. We went during the week and so didn't have to deal with the wait, but the food was the same great food we received in Denver....with one huge exception..almost everything on the menu was gluten free if requested!

We were in town for a weekend and decided to stop here for one last breakfast before heading to the airport and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and our server Marcus was the sweetest and the best server we’ve had this entire trip. Would highly recommend

Best breakfast we’ve ever had! Glad they are in other cities as well. Thank you !!! The staff is fantastic !!! It’s going to be our favorite “go to”!!

My daughter and I went for a late breakfast on a Monday morning and the place was packed. They had games outside to help pass the time, but we only had a ten minute wait. Very cherrie atmosphere - love the upbeat orange and green decor. Wonderful menu with a large selection of different types of pancakes and eggs benedict - no omelettes on the menu. My eggs benedicts were cooked perfectly and had a great waiter. There is a bar and good selection of coffee drinks. The mugs are on the small size, but my salted caramel latte was good. I think this is my new favorite breakfast place in Austin- I will be back!

We began our day at this fantastic breakfast spot. The hot coffee was great. The serving staff was pleasant and prompt. My son had a ham Benedict with a rating of 9 out of 10. My egg scramble was yummy with a choice of three add in ingredients. Instead of toast you can sub a pancake for a small cost. This Blueberry Danish was amazing with a topping of lemon curd and blueberry topping with a crumb cake crumble. We enjoyed the start of our day with a great breakfast.

This was such an amazing brunch place. The food was top notch and fresh. The drinks were fantastic, some of them being unique as well. Definitely worth a short trip across the main part of Austin to check this place out!

This is a chain, so definitely look for it where you live if you have food allergies. I'm so sad I only got 1 meal here. I would be here constantly if I lived nearby. And I ordered 3 things, plus my friends' meals. Everything was great. And the staff (thank you Denise) were very kind, patient and helpful with my gluten-free and dairy-free needs. We love places like this that make excellent, cravable food, that we can actually eat. Because it sucks going to places and having 2 choices. So when a menu has 100 choices, it's overwhelming and exciting, and much appreciated. The pancakes, holy crap. Don't miss them. Love the hashbrowns. Omelette was perfect. Great experience and such a cute place.

French toast topped with coconuts is a killer. Hard to say anything when you fly away after a bite. The only bad thing about this restaurant is the line in and out of the restaurant.

Amazing food! The Benny duo is a great way to try two items and the service was great. I’ll be back again before my trip is over!

We stopped here before touring around the city and was probably my favorite place of all! Ordered the pancake flight which lets you try 3 pancakes, all amazing. Also had the breakfast tacos which were perfect ! The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

We have a Snooze in our hometown Houston but it is always too busy, too long a line and too slow service to go to much We saw the Snooze here in Austin and decided to go for a late breakfast/lunch yesterday . The food was terrific . We had a peanut butter pancake and a turtle something pancake. The peanut butter one was better. We then each had a benefit . Teenage son had traditional ham which he liked but needed more sauce. My wife had the chile pork Benedict . I had a combo of chile pork with green sauce and barbacoa beef Benedict with red sauce and added avocado. It was awesome tasting A must place for breakfast or lunch when not in too much of a rush. We did have good service but they can get busy

Staff was a little odd but friendly. Full breakfast alcohol menu. French toast was awesome. My only complaint is I wish I could have done half order of the French toast and gotten a side of eggs or something

Gooood Morning Austin!!! Great full of energy and smiles service, Delicious Eggs Benedict, Pancakes, etc. Breakfast, Brunch or early Lunch. Must stop to start the day!

Great Breakfast offerings. Both of our orders; eggs with turkey sausage and the French toast were very yummy! The coffee was excellent too. The food is definitely worth the wait.

Stopped in for breakfast while in Austin for business. First off, when we entered, we were greeted so warmly and genuinely, I thought we had stopped over a friends house! A friend and I ate here and my friend has some very specific dietary restrictions. His omelette came out sprinkled with prosciutto, which was quite clearly stated on the menu, but we missed it. Jack, our server handled the situation with empathy and textbook professionalism. He made a few suggestions and had an alternate dish to the table in minutes. He never made us feel bad in the least bit. Meanwhile, i enjoyed my french toast & sausage immensely! will definitely be visiting again with the team on my next trip.

This was the first place we ate after getting off the plane. My husband's cousin used to manage this location before becoming the manager at the San Antonio location. He raves about his restaurant all the time & we wanted to see what it was all about. We weren't disappointed! It was super friendly wait staff, huge menu & relaxing atmosphere, just what we wanted after traveling all morning. The plus for me was that they offered lots of GF options!! I was able to eat gluten free gourmet pancakes in a restaurant!! Hallelujah!!

Good place for breakfast - but beware the breakfast burritos are huge. Fun environment - can be very busy so not the easiest place to park.

Our son took us for a late breakfast. My wife and I had waffles which were good but not great. He had a thing with holandaise sauce and lox and pronounced it excellent. The basic coffee was ok. I guess he made it sound like the best breakfast place in the universe and it wasn’t that great. Do understand it still pretty good. I might return sometime.

Great food while your coffee vibrates to the beat of the pounding bass. Disco breakfast. I could barely hear myself think. It must be a Millennial thing.

I had been to the Snooze in San Antonio before, so I knew the food would be good, but the ambiance and decor of this location was so fun and I'm glad I went. The mimosas and the food are always delicious, no matter what I try. It is one of my favorite brunch places.

Had breakfast here on Friday. Second time here for me, but my wife hadn’t eaten here before. This is a lively place so if you are looking for a quiet breakfast or have a hangover this isn’t a place you want to go. Having said that I found the breakfast very good. I had the classic with 3 eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. I thought it was all well cooked except for the bacon which was too under cooked for me. This issue was quickly resolved. My wife had just a plain pancake which she said was one of the best she had ever had. I thought $5.25 was a bit much for a pancake, but it is what it is. Having said that I wouldn’t say the meal was terribly priced considering you are in Austin. Service was very prompt and efficient so I can’t complain. Give them a try.

My friends and I visited Austin for a weekend trip and we had brunch here one of the days. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better.

To begin, food and waitress was great!! Hostess was downright mean, disrespectful and a total witch. Came in around 1pm. Put our name in and tele #. Was told wait was 15-20 min. by the hostess. Pretty typical, so we waited. Phone went off and a different hostess flagged us over. She walked us to our table and we sat down. THEN, the hostess that originally took our name came over and said “Mickey”? We said no one here by that name. She said are you Mickey? We said no, we were under Kimberly. She then said “don’t ever give the wrong name again”. WTF? We again said our name was under Kimberly and that our phone went off and we were flagged down by the other hostess. She said no you weren’t I was standing next to her. Again, WTF? Why is she calling us liars? We repeat our story and she again tells us not to lie to her again. Twilight Zone. Simple mistake by the other Hostess seating us. Hellooo our phone went off!!! She basically called us liars three times in a matter of 5 min. This place is not that special. She acted like she was a door bouncer at a some secret night club. Give me a break, it’s an over priced breakfast place, albeit a good one. Will not go back again.

Fantastic food! I would go again with no hesitation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on his review is because of the time we had to wait for a table and for slow service.

You should definitely try Snooze if you have the time. The food was great! They are exptremely busy on the weekends so expect at least 45 - 1 hour wait or go on a weekday.

We went to have breakfast, waiting list was about 45 minutes, which we thought it was way too much. Food was good with a wide variety of gluten free options.

We went straight to Snooze after getting off our flight from Minneapolis and it was the perfect intro to an amazing city! We immediately ordered drinks - a mimosa and a Bloody Mary, both of which were perfect - and enjoyed the sun on the outdoor patio. Pretty much everything on the menu sounded amazing, but I went with the breakfast burrito. It was HUGE but so ridiculously good! My husband had an eggs Benedict dish and he said his was great as well. We meant to go back but never made it and wish we would've!!

This is a nice little brunch spot, reasonable prices. I personally loved the grit cake as it was my first time having it ever. Definitely satisfied heartbroken that they no longer serve the grit cake PLEASE BRING IT BACK

This is now a staple to my austin visits. The food has been amazing every time I've gone. Both times there has been about a 15 minute wait but they text your phone when your table is ready so you don't have to stand around. While you are waiting go check out the coffee joint in the same parking lot and grab a mineral shot (great for hang overs) or stick around the eatery and play some corn hole.

I would like to call myself a breakfast aficionado and have traveled throughout the US and make sure to try a new breakfast place everywhere I go! Snooze by far is the number 1 spot out of the hundreds of breakfast spots I have been. I am now a regular there and the Snooze Classic with poached eggs, crispy hashbrowns, crispy bacon, and sourdough toast is where it's at! Best service as well starting from the hostess when you arrive to all the waiters/waitresses. They all somehow are always upbeat, happy, positive and playful everyday! Big ups to the management for figuring it out! Amazing

Ok. You need to just go. Food is amazing and reasonable. Rosemary sausage gravy over puff pastry. Yes please. Loaded hashbrowns with smoked bacon and eggs. Uh yeah. Pancake flight including pineapple upside down, blueberry with candied pecans and sweet potato with cinnamon butter. YES!!! and the pancakes are so very light. Great place for kids as well. You can thank me later!

I tried the flight of pancakes and was not disappointed at all. I will go back again and again. They also have nitro cold brew coffee!

I went to this cafe with my wife and father in law around 11am for brunch. There were around 15 people outside waiting, we went in and were told at the front desk it would be a 45min wait for a seat. We decided that was too long. I went outside and saw there were around 9 tables free outside and we saw 4 inside set up and empty. I went back in to ask if we could sit outside and again I was told a 45min wait. I asked why given the abundance of tables, the petulant employee at the desk abruptly cut me off and said I’d have to wait like everyone else and she showed me her screen and began to speak to me in a condescending and rude tone. I cut her off and asked why there we’re so many free tables yet such a long wait, again began talking to me as if I was of similar IQ to her. I’ve never been to such a stuck up, rude, obnoxious place in any other county in the world. If people are willing to wait 45min whilst there’s sufficient space and seats, more fool them. Avoid like the plague unless you want an idiot speaking to you like you’ve just been scraped of their show. As it turns out they were short on waiting staff (according to another member of staff who was perfectly pleasant) and to ensure “great service” they were making people wait 45min outside rather than seating them with a coffee and taking their time.

Went for late breakfast. Great selection of breakfast fare. Pineapple upside down pancakes with cinnamon butter... yummy. The late harvest eggs Benedict was delish!! I will be back and will have again

The wait was long, and there is better brunch to be had in Austin, but I have no complaints. We used our wait time (70 minutes) to explore for a little while. I got the eggs benny (one smoked salmon, one prosciutto) and they were both good, but nothing amazing. Great presentation. My daughter had the blueberry pancakes, and they were fantastic.

Tons of good options. I didn't have the breakfast pot pie because I was about to drive back to Dallas. But I would have. I had the breakfast tacos. They were really good. We tried the snooze spuds, very good. And the classic also yummy.

My first time here was an overwhelming experience, but OH SO GOOD. My second time here I felt like I knew what to expect so I could enjoy it more and REALLY know what I wanted to get so I WENT ALL OUT. BUT OMG, the THIRD time... yes, that was the time I KNEW I Loved this place :D There is a breakfast for ANY palate here. The choices are all awesome for whatever you feel like having. The pancakes are, honestly, the best you will EVER have. When you come, just know you will look at that menu and think OMG.... SOOOOO MUCHHHHHHH. It's ALL good folks. :) This is like good stuff, try it out. You won't be sorry! They have breakfast tacos, eggs benedict, burritos, omlettes, hash. MY favorite is the BREAKFAST POT PIE. Yes. POT PIE. heaven. :)

I love Snooze for breakfast. I love their breakfast selections. I’ve rated other locations 4-5 stars. Why 3 stars for this location? Accessibility, parking and inconsistency with corn beef hash. They are consistent with their gluten free pancakes. It IS the best GF pancakes! I like the cinnamon GF pancakes but all flavors are delicious and moist and spongy! My favorite breakfast item is the corn beef hash. I’ve been to several Snooze locations in TX and CO. They have been consistent until today. It wasn’t how it is normally prepared. However it was still very good. Parking and accessibility at this location is terrible! This is the closest location to where we live so we get food from here. There is a location in Denver that has similar issue but it is in the heart of Denver so it’s expected.

Service inside the restaurant was on point. I ordered food to go and the waiter Tony was great helping me and communicating with me when he had to hand my order off to the barista. The food was warm but it was missing seasoning and just didn’t do it for us. It was a waste of money. Definitely wouldn’t go back because there wasn’t anything fantastic about the food itself. My daughter didn’t even want to eat her food.

We went to Snooze as we were told that it was the best in Austin, well im here to tell you its the best breakfast ive had in a very long time.. Everything was fresh , hot and tasty..The pancakes were unreal and not one of us had one bad thing to say..ITS A MUST VISIT!!!

We had a wonderful breakfast this morning! I got the smashed sweet potato cakes with a poached egg on top! We also got the matcha green tea latte!!!

So thoroughly satisfied. Super pleasant server, she was fast getting us coffee. She suggest a breakfast Benny with quinoa, I’m a meat eater but went for it. I had an absolutely fabulous breakfast that was meat free. It seemed odd to me but it was so flavourful. What a great way to start the day.

I went there around 10 AM and the wait was not that bad, our server was very nice and helped us with everything! I ordered the omg French toast on gluten free and it was AMAZING! My friend ordered the ham Benedict and hash browns and loved it! 10/10 loved it!

Have seen this place many times but didn’t get to atop until today. Was glad I did. Came in around noon on a weekday. Busy but no over crowded. Gives a vibe of old school diner with new school attitude. Menu has a good variety. They have bar drinks as well as coffee and the usual options I got the classic breakfast plate. It was huge and I couldn’t finish. It it was all delicious. Eggs cooked just right, bacon was very tasty and the hash brown “pick” was not only a fun presentation but delicious! Will definitely come back. I sat inside but when it cools off I’m sure outside seating is nice.

My favorite breakfast place in Austin. Very diverse and healthy menu. Great service and wait staff. If you see a line, stay there, it is worth the wait. Very unique menu for both food and drinks. Just ask for anything, and they will help you get what you want. They treat everyone like they are family. You won't be snoozing at the Snooze. Too much action and great music.

Ok first of all, all I can say is that THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE TO FREAKIN EAT!!! The food was sooo good. and the Banana Pancakes will trick the eating part of the brain into to believing you are eating an actual banana. The entire family ordered different meals and we just consumed off each other's place :) I have to confess that I had such a great time that I had the Country Hill Mule gin drink before 12pm lol!! As a matter of fact the entire family had before noon drinks. We had not choice because Snooze restaurant playlist (old school west coast hip hop) put us in a trance lol!!!!!! In closing, THIS IS A MUST EAT RESTAURANT in Austin

First time visit this past Sunday morning while traveling in Texas. Very impressive on several fronts. Hip decor. Huge menu. Options to be seated at the oversized bar/counter. Huge booths wrap the outside walls. Smaller lounge style seating in the middle. Outside heated patio seating is available. Egg and pancake dishes make up the lion share of the selections. Adult beverages are available after 10am on Sundays. We had our three year old grandson who was well cared for with the kids menu.

We just had breakfast at the Snooze eatery and it was excellent! I am a celiac and they had a ton of options for me!

We visited here 3 times over our stay in Austin. Having Huevos rancheros, sweet potato pancake, breakfast burrito. The food was always good, as were drinks and service. Friendly and clean. Plenty of veggie options

Googled “Best Place for Breakfast in Austin” and hit numero uno was SNOOZE. Was not disappointed. Really cool 70’s vibe with orange and olive décor and 70’s style fixtures. At 8:35 on Sunday morning the inside was full, but there was no line. We chose to eat out on the covered patio because of the fair temperatures. The food is outstanding. The Menu is full of Benedict offerings and a huge selection of gourmet pancakes. I opted for the Corn Beef Hash with two eggs over medium and it was OUTSTANDING! The wife order Eggs Benedict and she couldn’t get enough. One of her favorite dishes, she said that this was the best she has ever had. To finish it up we shared Blueberry Pancakes which were nothing like I imagined and totally out of this world de-lish. Regular buttermilk style pancakes cooked to perfection with blueberry glaze, minced pecans and an éclair style filling spread between the two pancakes. These did not need syrup (and none was served with them). Fantastic!! The wait staff was very attentive and there were plenty to take care of everyone efficiently. By 9:20 the line was 8 deep on the inside and included another 25 or 30 outside and growing. This is my new favorite place for breakfast meals. You are not going to find IHOP or Waffle House prices and there is a reason. I can’t wait to get a chance to go again. Breakfast is not a lost art.

The food here was amazing both times I've gone, and some good gluten free options for those who need them. There has been a wait both visits, but it is worth it!

Excellent food and coffee with creative and great options. Loved the atmosphere of this place. It was decorated comfortable but bright colored, energetic and super fun. The food was delicious and everything on the menu looked good. The items we ordered were perfect. Prepare yourself for a great meal but also for a long wait. We took a card game to keep us busy while we waited. I believe we waited almost an hour for a table for 5 people for breakfast/brunch. Definitely worth the wait.

This cafe offers a delicious breakfast menu. We ordered the classic scrambled eggs with sourdough, the garden harvest omelette and the OMG French toast. The harvest omelette was really tasty and the classic scrambled eggs was delicious. The French toast really stood out, it was fluffy and sweet. I will definitely go back again to try the other dishes the ambience was comfy and bright. Service was excellent

I texted the shrimp and grits and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. I’m not even a huge grits fan but yummy!!! I will definitely come back to try more options. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the grits were just plain tasty!!

Wait was accepted knowing it is a popular spot although the dining experience WAS HORRIBLE. Waitress did not come back to check in / refill drinks/ ask how we were doing. Over all customer service was bad. Food was good but was cold at the same time. So if it was served right when it was ready then it would have been perfect.

We had a wonderful breakfast there, and the service was fantastic! It was a bit noisy, but we enjoyed the food and our waiter.

The newer little diner is great for any palette with fresh menu and clean atmosphere with a great drink selection that can fit any dietary demands. My omlette was well prepared with generous amounts of meat and cheese as well as hash browns and toast that you will not be able to finish.

This place is terrific, popular and for a good reason! The menu is chock full of great choices. The pancakes are not your typical flapjacks, but heavenly taste creations with fresh berries and creamy filling like lemon or lime cream and the syrup varies according to the fluffy pancakes they compliment. The brioche french toast lives up to its OMG name and the eggs, ham and sausage are all so fresh and all is locally sourced. The coffee is divine, simple or full Barista gamut. Plus they serve breakfast cocktails and coffee drinks with a kick. We highly recommend this gem, The line moves fast so don't worry, Inside or al fresco dining available.

to all chefs from snoozei what pineapple upside down pancake please on the side i what bacon with 2 hashbrown and sausagewih a diet coke

Unique twist on old favorites such as Ham Benedict with Smoked Cheddar Hollandaise, which was delicious. My wife enjoyed their Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes. The service was very good and they offer half portions. We will return often.

We first came across Snooze in Denver and were pleasantly surprised to see one here. Menu remains the same and so does the great breakfasts. Choice was our problem. We eventually went for corn beef hash.. the huge taco.. egg biscuit and a plate of pancakes for the table.. Just amazing the whole thing .. Server was terrific too .. As far as breakfast goes .. think Snooze takes all the beating .. Awesome way to start the day ! Comes highly recommended.. Enjoy !

Visited Snooze last weekend with my husband. After parking what seemed like a half mile away, then waiting exactly an hour to be seated (even though I saw people come in after us and get seated inside), we sat down to eat. I had the OMG! French Toast and my husband had the Breakfast Potpie. The food was good but we were starving so much so that my husband ordered an additional meal after finishing his potpie. The French toast was more like a dessert and I was looking for breakfast, and my bacon was way overcooked. The pastry on the potpie was a little too much pastry and while attractive, not enough to fill a grown man. Very trendy place. I guess you should eat here at least once. Seems perfect for a young crowd that has our money to squander. I definitely would not attempt Snooze on a Sunday nor would I go there if I'm starving. It's one of those places you take out of town friends/family to to say I've been there. Will I go back? Probably to take friends/family but I'll make sure that I eat first.

Great place for breakfast with friendly polite staff, I had possibly the best french toast I have ever had, my wife had Eggs Benedict which she demolished and the endless cup of coffee was also really good. All this in a 21 century take on the classic american diner, definitely on my return to list.

We consistently enjoy good, efficient service at Snooze. Love their eggs Benedict selections and building our own omelettes Pancakes look delicious but we usually default to our favorite egg selections..

Okay, for breakfast you are paying what I feel is a premium price. I will admit we had one alcohol drink though, Still, 3 pancakes, the drink and a croissant with cream sauce was $32.50. However, our waiter was one of the best I have ever had and all the food was fantastic. I may not go often because of the price, but I will go back.

Love the food and service here! Great pancake selection too! I enjoyed the restaurant and atmosphere

Ate here twice as it was downstairs from our place. Weekends it gets super busy - so call ahead to be put in the waiting list. Pancakes are awesome! Loved the sausage patty and links. Nice selection of boozy drinks to choose from. Prices are moderate. Good vibe.

This is a nice little brunch spot, reasonable prices. I personally loved the grit cake as it was my first time having it ever. Definitely satisfied

Amazing! First time in Austin and we decided to head here for some breakfast. What we found was way more than we expected. Friendly, fun and great food. It was definitely a popular spot. - Great food - Friendly Staff - Nice atmosphere - Great selection of drinks, including a large mimosa selection I highly recommend this place if you are willing to go a little bit out of the way and want to try a fantastic breakfast experience. I can't think of any negative that I would say about this place.

What a great way to end our Austin trip. Had the Peanut Butter Cup pancakes which were decadently awesome. The Dirty Drunken Chai was a nice change-up from a mimosa. Server was super nice and fun, place had a unique, energetic vibe. Expect a wait on weekend, but worth it.

Fantastic. Great service. Outstanding food. A good variety of dishes, both classical and intercontinental. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Found a fabulous breakfast joint in Austin! We had to wait(which was expected for a Sunday morning) but they provide jenga & bags to keep a person occupied. Also free coffee while you wait was awesome!! The service was quick. The selection at the bar was great! Delicious Bloody Mary! The food was hot & perfect. We have a variety of tastes in our family so the frittata, french toast, pancakes & eggs benny were all great!

This breakfast restaurant has a large menu, quality food, good service, and even when busy not a long wait for seating. We ate outside in a pleasant atmosphere and ordered 3 different items among the four of us. All were very good, came out hot, and served in a timely manner.

All sorts of breakfast items from which to choose! The guys at the breakfast bar were helpful an were happy to give their favorites on the menu. Great drinks including their caramel latte. We will definitely be back! A little crowded with a 30 min wait, but well worth it! Sit at the bar!

My wife and ii were in town and looked for a good place to get some breakfast. They had a fantastic breakfast burrito- very tasty, and I won’t need to eat again until later in the day. If you are visiting and want a great breakfast, look no further!

If you’re looking for amazing breakfast, look no further. Everything is locally sourced and the staff is amazing! The pancakes are ridiculous and the egg dishes are all great! Worth driving out of the way for! Show up early, the wait can get long!

This place is well rated. Stopped in for breakfast. Arrived Sunday @ 9:40, seated at 9:59. Had the Eggs Benedict, the hash browns were good. For me, not worth the drive, time nor money. Had to fetch my first refill of coffee.

I chose Snooze as the place to have my last breakfast in Austin. Our waitress, Jessa, was very attentive, brought our food out promptly and always made sure we had enough coffee. Their coffee mugs are this cheerful, bright yellow color and the cream comes in a cute, little tin canister. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. My breakfast, the “French Toast Neat” was a scrumptious French toasted brioche completed with whipped mascarpone cream and fresh blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. The toast was drizzled with just the right amount of pure Vermont maple syrup. The only thing I regret was how fast my last breakfast with my friends from Austin went.

Having visited Austin, Tx in the past, my husband & I could not visit again without having at least one breakfast at Snooze. We were on our way to the airport on Valentine's day. The restaurant is very comfortable & caters to an eclectic group of patrons. Our waiter, Joshua, was very attentive & professional. He was very helpful in choosing menu items & our food came out fresh, hot & tasty. We enjoyed our breakfast there & plan to never visit Austin without at least one trip to Snooze restaurant.

Breakfast menu has endless options and all delicious! My husband had an omelette and I had a Snooze potatoe stack. Service was friendly and informative. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I dined here on 1/29/2020 and walked in about 12:30. We heard that there are usually long wait times on the weekend, so we were happy to saunter in on a Wednesday for my birthday brunch and be seated right away. I had a 3 egg omelet and picked my "flavor saveurs". I added avocado to my hash browns and indulged in a pineapple upside-down pancake. Every item was incredible! Best brunch ever! I'll be back!

Had brunch with family at Snooze in Austin. Seated quickly, service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered an omelet and blueberry pancake. The menu includes a wide variety of specialty pancakes, eggs Benedict-type dishes and great sides. The decor is mid-century modern, nice bar and the staff is friendly and pretty cool. Open till 2 p.m. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Great food, cute place. Parking is tad limited but no big deal when we got there. Waiter was ok nothing to rave about. Great menu selections for breakfast. Would definitely go back.

OMG, it is soooo GOOD!!!! When in Austin you shall visit!!! The waiting time can be overwhelming but it is definitely worth of the wait.

Visited Snooze twice during our Austin stay on a recommendation from a friend. This is a delightfully decorated place with an extensive breakfast menu. My Bravocado toast was tasty and satisfying. Our server heard us debating pancakes vs eggs and was kind enough to send over a pineapple upside down pancake for us to sample. It was a smart move on her part because when we went back the next day we both opted for pancakes.

Four of us had Sunday brunch at Snooze on S. Lamar. At about 11:00am, the wait was nearly an hour. They don't take reservations, so that's just the way it is. The bar serves tasty drinks (my spicy bloody mary was very good) so it's not as bad as it sounds. The menu is absolutely packed with delicious sweet and savory creations. We tried a couple of variations on eggs Benedict, the spuds deluxe, french toast, and pineapple pancakes. It was worth the wait. Every. Damned. Bite. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Something went wrong in the kitchen with our orders (it looked like there was a table of about 15 ahead of us and I cane easily imagine that that's a challenge for the kitchen). The assistant manager came over to apologize and comp'd our drinks so A+ for service.

I love Snooze. My first experience with Snooze was at their Denver location and I have raved about their food, service, mimosa, etc to everyone I know. I'm always suggesting Snooze. However, my recent visit made me sad. I convinced a couple of friends to go and I did warn them of the long wait. They were okay with it. It did take an hour to get seated. However it took one hour and a half to eat our food. We saw the tables around us get their foods/drinks and leave. Twice! We didn't get any apologies. It was like we were not welcomed. I really loved this place but that experience left a really bad taste.

Outstanding! Our waitress was THE BEST! Party of 10 and she managed it like a pro! Food was delish! Definitely would recommend

Best breakfast restaurant I have ever been to and I travel a lot. This restaurant even has a big bar specializing in alcoholic breakfast drinks. Even has a Mimosa menu! My grandson had prepared me for a long wait as this place is so busy with students from UT but I didn't care. We took our beeper up to have a drink while we waited. People are very friendly and moved down to an empty seat so we could have two together. Well, lo and behold,we found we could order breakfast there so we did and bypassed the wait. I had the most incredible oatmeal I have ever had! They call it Goldilocks Porridge. Irish cut steel oats with a little millet & amaranth simmered IN almond milk. Topped with a little sliced banana, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries toasted almonds and hemp seeds. Super healthy and super delicious. Had a side egg and bacon to share and it was perfect. Will hunt this restaurant down in other states like Arizona and California and Denver.

Was in Austin for a wedding and had some free time for breakfast. Wife found this place and wow it did not disappoint. Service was great and the food was just as good. Great selection of foods and drinks. Our server made two recommendations. I had the mixed Benny one was a pork belly and the other a habanero pork. Both were great. Wife had the corned beef which was just as good. We left there full. When we come back to Austin this will be our breakfast stop

Having visited Snooze pre-covid me and my partner had a lovely experience. Food, service, atmosphere. We visited today and everything about it was pretty awful, apart from the food which was acceptable. The service was lacklustre, and unattentive. There was no offer of sauces, limited serviettes, silverware, no coffee or cream refills (I had to ask another server) and all of this taking into account we had our young daughter with us. In addition, during our meal we requested a high chair. We were told, this was a health and safety issue and could not be provided where we were sat due to the width of the thoroughfare - it appeared plenty wide enough but, to be fair, I can appreciate the viewpoint. Here is the thing - I requested we be moved to a table where a highchair could be provided safely. I was informed that we could not move tables, after we had been served, even though there were plenty of tables available. Seriously guys? Plus why sit a group with a small child at that table? On the question of safety - I then pointed out the extremely sharp and dangerous edge of the roll up door / window, next to both seated areas, which could cause an injury to a small child. Hopefully this will be corrected immediately. Very disappointing and rather sad to see somewhere so highly rated get it so wrong. P.S. I rarely publish overtly negative reviews as I prefer to speak to the venue management, but the level of perceived interest was so minimal, I suspect it would have been a total waste of time.

We're here visiting family. Our nephew took us here. He said it was good. Good was an understatement. We've eaten at a many breakfast places. The food and service was tremendous. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the amazing weather. Coffee was hot and a very nice brew. Smashed avacado and tomato benedict was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Fresh fruit was just that fresh, nothing bottled or canned. Chicken sausage patty was nicely crisped with a hint of spice heat added. Service was excellent. Crazy busy place for a late morning breakfast on a Friday. Tells you how well it is liked.

When I first started coming to this location, I had a couple bad experiences. Since Covid, I’ve had only good experiences. We first ate at Snooze in Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised to see several Snooze locations in central Texas and this location is close to our home. Parking and wait times on the weekend can be terrible but they implemented an online wait system. I also figured out a secret parking spot when it’s busy. The founder of Snooze, Jon Schlegel, is a native of Colorado. He opened his first Snooze in San Diego before moving back to Denver. Then he moved to Italy and returned to Denver to open Attimo wine bar. Recently we received good service at this location. We always loved their food. They put a twist on your traditional breakfast recipe. I have so many favorites here. It would be difficult to list. However I can list the items I order the most. Here it is: Hot spicy chai Tea is the best in Texas. Corn beef hash is amazing because it is homemade not from a can. The flight of pancakes that come in GF - blueberry, cinnamon bun and pumpkin (doesn’t come in GF). The mash up dishes. They mash with sweet potatoes or avocados and layer it with all kinds of goodness! Just made myself hungry. Of to take the family to Snooze for our Saturday breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! The menu selection is awesome! There is seating outside where dogs are welcome to visit too. Food was delicious and hot! Service was great and the staff seemed to be happy. Unique experience would definitely come back.

Our children and GRANDS have Sunday Funday. It begins at Snooze with hula hooping, bean bag tosses and watching the big kids play Jenga! Since we were visiting, we got to enjoy their Sunday Funday! Not only was the food at Snooze the BEST, but they welcomed my service dog! Let’s discuss the blueberry pancakes with powdered sugar. Perfectly Heavenly for a Sunday! They really were Divine. And the Eggs Benedict with balsamic trickled on top were so delicious and unique! You know you are at a very good eatery when three children below the age of 5 clean their plates and ask for more. The floor manager was filled with LOVE. His smile lit up the room and he was so helpful. They say it is hard to mess up an egg. But it is also hard to find a very delicious, fun and loving environment for any age male, female or dog! Go, enjoy and begin your Sunday with a spiritual experience at Snooze!
Amazing food, people, and high energy vibes in Dallas, Tx Oaklawn location.
The food was amazing! I recommend the pineapple upside down pancakes. SOOOO good! Shrimp and grits are divine. I highly suggest Snooze. Great people watching too.
