Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Irma at the lounge bar, who gave a great recommendation for a Texas smokehouse brisket. Also a great morning omelette was made to order as part of the complimentary breakfast.

Gustavo is an awesome bartender that really knows what he is doing! He makes drinks fast as a blink and tirelessly works to satisfy every customer. You owe it to yourself to stop by and have a sip of your favorite beverage in a phenomenal environment that is guaranteed to make you raise a glass with your fellow drinkers!

All servers are good and very good and attentive. Food quality was good I recommend this place specially during lunch time.

I know one time that I spoke, and I said that I had the best service that was a lie. I’ve been having the best service from a bartender. I feel like a celebrity Gustavo first of all if he sees me walking through and coming into the bar, he has my drink already ready me and my wife, but it’s not just me he does that for everyone. It feels like I’m personally getting paid to every time he makes the day better I could be feeling down and he can sense it then he give a nice talk get my drinks and suddenly I just feel better but besides the personal care and attention that he shows the man can make the best drinks ever if I was a millionaire, I would hire him 24 seven just to be around. He’s that cool is that attentive if you have never been to the Hilton ambassador on Katy Freeway 16435 you need to get here to just enjoy his charisma. His energy. This guy is a genuine. Good guy. Make the best drinks. Sometimes I tell him just surprise me and it’s always good. You can’t get any better service in the world literally, there’s no one better than Gustavo!!!! he is truly the MVP. I love this guy. He’s like family at this point. I’ve been staying here for about a month and he never misses my kids. Love him my wife love him. He’s just a good great guy and he is a. Necessity to this company. It’s not just me. He’s like this with everyone that’s super genuine and he is a rare person so if you’ve never been to the Hilton, you just wanna get by you come here and you see Gustavo and I guarantee you’ll be amazed at the service attention and fun mind you it’s happy hour free drinks from 5:30 until 7:30 for guest he’s the real MvP tell him Eric sent you!!!!!!

This is our second time coming to this hotel. Last time it was for a birthday this time for our an anniversary. I absolutely adore this hotel. Not only is it gorgeous but it truly feels like a staycation. Irma is AMAZING at the bar. She has great customer service and her drinks are absolutely delicious. We will be back

Gustavo makes an amazing Old Fashion, gives great suggestions for food (Tacos) and has the best playlist of any hotel in America (Hotel Costes in France is the best!)

The chef during breakfast was efficient and showed patience. He's a great representation of Good customer service. While watching him cook asking for orders and gladly being accommodating, made me have a greater appreciation for restaurant servers that have to endure the new way of life attitudes. So many were in line feeling entitled and yet he demonstrated excellence. Kudos to the Ched.👏🏾
