Best place in Vegas to get your day or night started. This place pulls you in with cheap drinks and keeps you in with fun bar staff. The Vegas strip is a tourist trap so head a block and half off the strip cheap drinks and good times await

Stage Door Casino was right across from our hotel and just yards from the Strip. We wanted to step out of the rat race on the strip for a quick lunch and found this gem. Good hotdogs, cheap beer and gambling machines right on the bar. It's dark inside and appears to cater to locals, but we were totally at home there and the service was attentive.

Quick Mamosa to start the day off. On the corner of flamingo and line. Kinda has a small town feel even tho this is Vegas. Small bar but good service. They have a full bar also a souvenir/ gifts shop connected. I bought a Vegas t shirt and mug

A great place for a couple of beers pre dinner! Sport on the tvs and cheap beer! The $1 were way better than I expected. Is it fancy ? No... but that’s what makes it special! Shots are cheap if that’s your thing.... hot dogs are reasonable given they are $2! So close to the strip and yet so very cheap and day every day.... we visited late afternoon, can’t comment on how busy it gets later... both times we managed to get three seats at the bar 👌

Unnecessary over aggressive short doorman demanding ID with forceful use of his stick when trying to explain that we were from the uk and that we didn't carry ID, this was ignored.Very disappointed as we had been highly recommended this bar by a friendly local. This is the kind of establishment that let's vegas down please see picture below showing the drink I managed to purchase WITHOUT ID, AMAZING!

You can get your drinks, food, gamble, and go around to the store and stock up on supplies. Great way to spend little money before you hit the big casinos

This bar is definitely one for the blokes, Met up here to meet my husband who was watching a football match here with our friends after a shopping trip. It has got to be the cheapest place there for beers and a hotdog, includding bar staff, I've never known anyone love them selves as much as one of the bar staff does I was all puckered out by the time i left!! Its definitely not a place for a lady that's for sure I found it very seedy and cheap all round if you get my meaning.

We saw all the awesome reviews and found this bar (walked passed it 2x). But it’s small. Like we kept looking around to find more space. It’s very smoky and although the drinks are inexpensive we didn’t stay. Just not out thing.

Called in for a few beers to see if the $ a beer was true and yes it is ... along with various other deals , enjoyed our visit , we went there twice whilst having a short stay in vegas , In all fairness security are strict and everyone is subject to a search and ID js a must Enjoyed the beer and the staff were great even tho they were very busy ,

This was more of a locals crowd. Music was energetic and drink specials we great, but the bar tender was ready to leave and was not attentive to our refill needs.

Didn’t get chance to enjoy what the Stage Door could offer as given short shrift by the doorman. Despite offering a photo of my passport as ID was told ‘you ain’t coming in’. It’s not like I’m likely to be confused with an under 21 year old!

We love this place and always visit when in Vegas. The booze is cheap and so are the hot dogs. If you want a unique Vegas experience check this place out.

well I love this bar been coming here for 15 years and Toby Keith would love this bar and write another song about it.

The bar is a just a little dive bar, but it's a lot of fun. The bartender's are all great and the prices are really good. ($5 for Tito's and sprite and I think most beers are $2-$3) The door guy has a huge attitude about everything. If you stand to get past him and his BS, everything else is pretty cool. The hotdogs are really good.

The title says it all except your likely to get wanded as well entering the Stage Door Casino. It’s an ok local hangout where you get a 16oz draft and a 1/4 hot dog for $3. Situated behind the Linq and just down from the Ferris wheel on Linq Lane next to Batista Italian restaurant (this time a quality find for a great price) you’ll want to visit the bar covered in stickers from union steel and iron workers who must frequent the place. I refer to it as the Ironworker Bar. Quaint place meet some of the locals and have a couple of the best priced drinks in Vegas!!

We visited stage door a number of times during our visit to Vegas. We have been here before so are repeat customers (albeit from a few years back). The beers are super cheap, the hot dogs are decent, the service is fast and as long as you behave yourself there's no aggrovation at all. (Bring trouble and you won't be hanging around long !) Various sports are on TV too and there's gaming machines built into the bar. One thing to mention to those from the UK visiting - no ID no entry, no exceptions. Also expect to be searched - it's for your own safety. It's safe enough to walk as it's right behind the Cromwell and there's plenty of security staff to ensure the safety of the clientele. The only downside for me were the toilets which do need updating but what do you expect for a fraction of the price of bars on the strip.

Great place and very friendly. Can't beat the prices!! I plan on going back next time i am in Vegas but next time i will go more often. Beats paying the high prices for drinks on the strip

Small bar feel or small town feel. But it's still Vegas just cheap drinks great service and good people. $1 well draft beers and 3$ shots. More of a tourist location but has a lot cal feel.

Cheap Cheerful Happy Fun place with amazing Bar Tenders. Never ever drank whiskey till they gave me some apple flavoured stuff! Blew my mind. Met some amazing Characters which just added to the experience . The lovely Bar Tender Linda made my husband a Bloody Mary using sour pickle flavour vodka!!

This place was excellent value 6buds in a bucket for 6 dollars and just at the back of horseshoe casino, staff were brilliant was in more than a few occasions we was over to watch the wigan warriors and this place was a good meeting place , oh and the hotdogs for 2 dollars cant beat it , we stayed in the rio hotel offstrip slightly about 35 min walk or bus 202 stops right outside

Some of the lowest prices one block off the Las Vegas Strip. Friendly service. This is a true "dive" bar, in a good way. I will return.

Great dive bar locals bar but great for vistors as well. cheap drinks just off the strip.behind ballys hotel

We were treated very badly upon entering the bar by the security guy. He was racist and rude, and completely shamelessly so. It was quite shocking and on reading other reviews I realise we weren’t the only ones to have that experience. Avoid this place and don’t support establishments that treat people in this way.

You must give it a try it's not false it's America beer prices good also u must try hot dogs ,bar staff great you just sit and enjoy the atmosphere it's great sport on TVs it gets packed at times with people from all over the world there is also a small supermarket at the back of the pub don't miss out its great . PS: You must take some form of identity you will be asked by bouncers they are nice guys

Stopped in a couple times while staying down the road at the Tuscany Suites. Definitely recommend going for a $1 beer or some cheap drinks with locals in a small get to know people setting. It is a smoking bar so be warned! No real food except hot dogs. Bartenders are good and people are friendly. In back there's a nice convenience/liquor store. Fun place and nice to have near my hotel to grab cheap drinks for later.

The prices quoted on the Web Site are 100% correct and has the most courteous and friendliest bar staff you will find in Vegas, ''Especially Brittany.''We were in Vegas for the the Glasgow Rangers NARSA Convention.

Excellent service! $2.00 hotdogs are top notch. Ice cold beer, also cheap. Loved this place. Good music too.

I have been here several times and can not say enough good things. Cheap eats, cheap beer and the staff is nice.

After paying 17$ for 2 halfs of larger in the hotel bar found this cheap and friendly bar off strip behind the Cromwell selling 16oz Bud light at 2$ which was refreshing in both ways ,the bar staff were very friendly but you need to take a form of ID as there is security on the door , made this our go to place for beer in Vegas .

Next to Battista's Hole in the Wall behind the Flamingo. One dollar beers and two dollar hot dogs. Great little spot to have a cheap cold one and check out the crowd.

Went in on a Sunday evening and it was packed the juke box was blaring horrible music. I waited at the bar to order a beer for 20 minutes then left.

Great bar off strip, across from ballys hotel and casino. Play any game get comps drinks. Wish we had found sooner. $2 for beer and dog. Great value.make sure you have ID to get in. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

Cheap drinks, stellar dogs, and unbeatable people watching. Skip the posers and head a block off the strip and see the real people of Vegas. Smokey, loud, and full of life. I love this place.

What a great place to come and have a few drinks with $2 Coronas and $4 shots I took my six friends ..a round of drinks was $12 we stayed for many rounds..bartender was fantastic, drinks were cold... are you going to see some characters there? Absolutely but in Vegas where can you go and not see those?? We ended up back there almost every night to get our drink on ..love it will return!!

The place is truly a Las Vegas gem! A nice "dive bar" feel yet very close to The Strip. The staff at the Stage Door are always friendly and welcoming. Great drink deals along with the BEST hotdogs in town! This place should be on every Vegas traveler's bucket list.

I found this bar just around the corner from our hotel on the Strip. I've visited the US from the UK many times and Stage Door Casino bar is the very sort of bar I always seek out. I'm extremely well travelled and know what to expect, which is why I loved this place! The bar staff are great, well done ladies! The beer is cheap and I got to meet some really great people who once I opened my mouth, couldn't be more warm and willing to chat. Super friendly place and I'd definitely make it my 'local' if I return to Vegas. It won't be for everyone, but if like me you make an effort to involve yourself in an environment some might consider to be a little rough around the edges, you'll have a great time!

I had not been in this place in 18 years it is a dump.not the same friendly place to drink an play video gaming.the customers were ok but the security needs to learn who pays there wage.rude and aggressive. Grabbed my ID as if he wanted more than I did. Pull up your pants and act like a man.won't be going back . this place sucks . your door people suck.you desirve all the trouble that comes to your front door.what a crap hole bar.

We found this pub last year was in there most nights went back this year still loved it . Great local bar feel great mix of people good vibe looks a bit of a dive bar but absolutely great cheap beer friendly people and the bar staff are excellent security keep it all ticking over I'm back in uk now and already miss the place . We will be back long may you continue

Grungy cheap bar. 3 beers for about $4. The gambling machines are faulty and the touch screens are knackered so do t bother. Met some characters here. American hot dogs for $2 ea.

This place is a home away from home. Yes I visited midweek so the staff had time to hang. The point is of course the low, low booze prices 1/2 a block from the strip, BUT THE PEOPLE HERE ARE LOCAL. Come and enjoy. This is my Vegas Strip local.

Couple years ago I was here nice little place I came back to see if it was still there and it was some of the locals from the casinos come after work if your here on a buget you should go you get a hot dog and a PBR for 3 dollars don't expect much but it is reasonable I see some of the reviews about it about the security but I see no issues when you go have Kindra make you a Bloody Mary you won't be diss appointed I will go back next time on Vegas you still can gamble cause the drinks are cheaper

Absolutely delightful little bar. Very reasonably priced and staff are so welcoming and friendly . We enjoyed watching the football and drinking our $1 Budweiser. Just behind the flamingo hotel its a place i would recommend a visit to and there is a shop attached which again is very reasonably priced

I have visited here several times with my boys and with the wife ,it's a cheap and cheerful bar that serves $1 bottles of beer and shots for only a few $.service is quick by the staff it's a relaxed feel inside they serve hot dogs for $2, they have a nice little shop/liquor store attached to the bar, it's very easy to find by Cromwell hotel and by the old Bally's (now Horseshoe casino) there are few food joints nearby and Ellis Island casino which serves great food is literally a few hundred metres away. I will visit here again and recommend it to friends and family

Beers starting From $1.00,hot dogs for $2.00. Great vibe and music of your own choseing. You must visit stage door casino for the real Vegas experience (real people and cheap prices) security there makes you feel safe.

This was a gem of a find, small, friendly, away from the strip and just suck good prices, I could easily find myself lost in there for a whole day chatting and drinking

It is great to have a drink at a proper bar instead of Casinos or Restaurants. Security is strict, photo of ID taken and a metal detector is used. It was great to have some reasonably priced beers after paying $20 per beer at Sphere!! Very good music being played in the background as well. The staff were very efficient

I visited the convenience store portion of Stage Door. Decent products, but somewhat crowded. There's something of a wait to check out, but it also became confusing because there really wasn't enough space to form a line.

This dive bar is right across the back side of Bally’s. It’s got $2 bud light drafts, $3 corona bottles and the best $2.75 hot dog you’ll ever have! Great spot where the locals hang out! Enjoy

Holy Moly we loved the stage door! excellent prices for drinks and hotdogs are amazing. the girls will take care of you from the time you walk in until you leave! Will def return to this bar!

Very fun dive bar close to the strip, with cheap drinks and hot dogs. Very busy, a little sketchy but lots of security around so felt safe.

On our recent trip to Vegas one place on our list to visit was Stage Door Casino since we had never been there before. We had read the reviews before and figured we needed to check it out. We walked there after settling into our room and due to the 50% capacity because of the pandemic there was a long line to get in so we figured we'd try another night. We went the next night and after a 10 - 15 minute wait we got in to discover what we kinda already knew - this is a great place for some cheap drinks and fun people. It was great getting $1 Michelob Lights, wow, plus their mixed drinks were also cheap. It was nice having some drinks in Vegas without breaking the bank. Like I said - this is a dive bar not some fancy club, just the way we like it. We had some drinks, fun conversation and just a great time with fun people. Well worth our time.

Here we have a bar with locals and a few tourists passing through,we have visited here every time we come to Vegas,Genuine ,cheap beer,2dollars and a lovely lady behind the bar who’s service is to be applauded, she never forgets what you are drinking ,constantly viewing all the tables, and also serving dogs at the cheapest we have seen. Sit up at the bar,or sit back and watch Vegas pass through, there is a real mix of characters wandering in here, rough and tough, meek and mild, you will see it all, do not be shy in here most are so friendly, enjoy. This is a busy bar, most people pop in for a few quick drinks and move on,it is Vegas, Note Always have friendly Security guards on duty. The adjoining sho sells some of the cheapest spirits we have found, vodka for less than 10 dollars ,and Smirinhof.

Off the main strip, but always a go to for us. Some times you need to leave the glitz and glamour and take a break. Fast service, good ole fat hot dogs and cheap beer. COLD beer and HOT dogs. Will visit again!

We only saw a few machines on the bar counter, I wouldn't waste your time walking over there. Maybe we missed something??

Great bar just off the strip, beer cheap, hot dogs great. Mostly locals, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, will be visiting next time we make it to Vegas

Great little place for locals and those who want a place off the beaten path and not quite off the beaten path. ONE DOLLAR bottles of Pabst and a thick hot dog for $2 and you're good to go In the shadow of the observation wheel and across from Bally's it somehow survived the binge of bigger is better casino monster development

Having done my research for cheap beers in vegas, this place came up. It may not look the friendliest of places at first and don’t be put off by the security team who greet you with a grunt and the wave of metal detector on arrival. They also scan your ID. Once inside the staff were friendly and there are plenty of tv’s showing a host of sport. There was a mix of fans from various American football teams and plenty of banter between them but no sign of trouble. We were a group of 8 and we were welcome, we got chatting to some great people and went back 3 times. This place is just off the strip (2 min walk) and it is easy to find. If you walk out the side entrance of Bally’s hotel it is opposite. If you fancy a cheap cold beer then this is a good start. $1 for bud or bud light. Draught beers were also cheap with a good choice.

Best little bar in vegas. Mikea works some hours, she's is pleasant and attentive. It's cheap as chips but the service is top dollar. Thankyou Mikea for making us welcome and rather drunk 🤣 I shall defo be returning when we next visit from England.

This place is a little off the beaten track of the strip but decided to visit as the beer was so cheap,I was presently surprised, the staff were very friendly the bar was an average bar,the drinks went down very well..at a dollar a bottle why wouldn't they.

The beer is cold and cheep, and the hot dogs are Big and hot. We always shop at the store for our drinks and snacks for the room. The security guard is a hoot. Takes everything so serious. Great spot to check out.

My wife and I stopped here twice during our 5 night vacation in Vegas. First night we stopped in around 2am…cheap drinks. Friendly staff. Second visit was during the afternoon. Never felt unsafe. If looking for a couple drinks you Can’t beat the prices.

Always stop here when in town. Right across from Bally side entrance, it's convenient. Best special in town, $1 Michelin lights! They have two bars and a convenience store on other side of the bar. There are a few slots and bartop video poker. Tight 24 hour security as I sense they've had trouble in prior times. Never seen an incident, myself though. Open 24/7 so stop in any time. All your liquor and snack needs on convenience side, too.

Had walked past here a few times and always thought about having a look inside, I wouldn't call it a dive bar, more like 'No frills'. It's a happy place with friendly bar staff and cheap beer, there was less tourists then your average bar on the strip. There are the regular gambling machines at every seat at the two bars (I guess that makes it a casino) and you can smoke as well (if anyone is interested in that). Also there is a supermarket through a side door which sells quite a lot of stuff. All things considered this is a fun place and I had a laugh, will go again.

This place is a total dive...I mean that in a good way! I had a great time here. $1 Michelobs, cheap shots of fireball, a jukebox...definitely a must-do.

Mikea was amazing and was the best! And are you kidding me? $1 Michelob light bottles? Just perfect location and chill atmosphere.

I've been wanting to visit for years but never got around to it. My first visit was completely unplanned after a night partying at the Linq 2 AM and the SD is packed. Security and ID check at the door was quick and friendly. There is a big security presence in this small dive bar casino which I appreciate. The crowd was a mix of locals, tourists, who are here for the $2 large beef Hot Dogs and ridiculously cheap drink prices. The Hot Dog was pretty delish and a steal at the price. My Tito's and tonic was only $6 which is unheard of anywhere near the strip. Flat screens are all over which make this place a great place to watch sports. The vibe is old school Vegas Dive bar and I love it. This is not a place for your boujie friends because they will complain the whole time. Leave them at home if you want some cheap drinks, and good times at the Stage Door. Cheers! =)

Great friendly bar , with cheap dollar drinks , just off the strip , cheap supermarket next door and lovely Italian restaurant nearby

Do not waste your time with this place. It is a dive bar in the worst sense of the word. The rules and regulations are beyond belief. If you are not a Yank and and not aware of their paranoia give this place a miss. We have been all over the States in the last thirty years and have never been treated anywhere as disgustingly as at this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Staying at Bally’s. Simply had to walk across the street. We came for a quick drink and left an hour later. To the Yardhouse for dinner. Back to Casino Royale for a nightcap and we stayed two more hours. Initial drink order. Long Island, PBR bottle and a Corona. Total $11. Very very smoky.

I bought my very first bottle of booze at this little store way back in the day. It's seen a lot of my shadow over the years. Great if you forgot to pack something, or if you just need a cold beer really quick. They're an old Vegas holdout, refusing to fade away in the shadow of big casino projects.

If you are looking to get away from the Vegas glitz and glamour....and ridiculously high prices of the Strip or even downtown, this is the place! Its like your favorite dive bar from home, one block off the Las Vegas Strip! Great prices on drinks, best hot dog in Vegas, and fun bartenders!

Quaint pub, rock bottom prices just off the strip. Easiest way to find it down the side of the Cromwell hotel. Cheap beer and cocktails not your normal Vegas boozer authentic sports bar. Good atmosphere. We visited during the day so not sure about spending a night there.

Cheap drinks and ok to visit in the day time, can imagine a few choice characters there of an evening.

We are in Vegas every quarter and this is our go to spot. This time though the drinks were weak, they have signs up that say you can’t smoke cigars, and they turned a young lady away for walking in with a tube top. I’m sorry but I don’t like my dive bars this clean. We’ll come back in three months to see if things are back to the original. If not we’ll limit our time there and find a REAL dive bar off the strip.

Cheap beer off the strip - it was a nice change of pace. Would go back. It was a little scary at first because there is Security at the door, but it IS a casino - just felt more like a bar to me. However, I did feel safe. Bathroom was cleaner than some nice casinos on the strip!

Thisbar is off the strip and also has gambling right at the bar . hot dogs are Large and only two dollars. drinkis are very cheap. $2. for a 12 oz bud draft, whie mixdrinks are $4 to $5 dollars. their is also check cashing window available inside the bar and their is also an attached liquor store for you 1 stop convience. great place and greaT PRICES. HIGHLY Recommended to watch ball games on tv as well as a great stop to refresh i to get out of the heat.

Our friends introduced us to Stage Door Casino. It's a Dive Bar! In the words of our waiter it's where the pimps and whores hang out. Not really my scene but it was interesting to sit an have a drink and people watch. Drinks were cheap so that 's a plus. But I really don't come to Vegas for $2 beers and $1 hotdogs. Just not my kind of place.

Take a seat and grab some $1 beers, tip the bar staff and you can have a great hour or 2 in here. Not very touristy and be prepared to engage with people, one of my favourite bars in Vegas certainly adds to your experience/trip.

This is the absolute most disgusting place in Vegas, and that's saying something. After searching a list of dive bars, this was rated pretty high so we took a visit. The 2 cop cars outside should have tipped us off. The place is gross, it's tiny, and everyone inside looked like they were strung out. If you go here, make sure you are Squad Deep because you may not make it out alive. And you will get Covid or some other disease just for walking inside. This is not a classic dive bar - this is a tiny sh*thole room with some video machines and 13 year old hot dogs. STAY AWAY and visit Double Down Saloon or Dive Bar - those are the places you want to visit.

Always great live music. Starting to get a little rougher in there. Always love stopping in a few times during trips to Vegas. Video Poker, $1 Buds, and $3 for a dog and a beer. Still a fun spot we like to hit up.

Better to come earlier in the day. Gangs from California hang out here. That's too much for me. Hookers are one thing, but gangs. Love the location. Considering it has a 100 year lease.

We'd been told to go here by friends and thought we should at least look it up. We visited a second time as we enjoyed it so much. $1 PBR bottle of beer, $4 vodkas which I can testify are strong!! Girl Bartenders were über efficient serving multiple customers at once. We had good fun playing Blackjack at the bar. It is defo worth a visit. Just off the strip down the side of Ballys.

Old, small and priceless. The stage door casino is as local as it gets. $1 PBR, $2 Corona and $2 Hot Dogs. It liked the Stage Door so much, I went back 3 times in the afternoons and had hotdog and beer dinner. One afternoon, I bought a round of drinks for everyone sitting at the bar. It cost me a total of $20 and there were 14 people at the bar. The bartenders were nice, the customers were virtually all local (except me of course) and everyone was having a mellow, good time.

$1 Budweiser and great local laughs. Visited this bar 3 times in 1 week enjoyed the cheap beers and local vibes. Great bar staff they were spot on

We stumbled across this bar after paying $15 a beer on the strip! Staff friendly, efficient service and authentic charm Extremely good value for money - $1 bottle of Budweiser!! Literally 2-3 minute walk from the Las Vegas strip Give this place a visit for some authentic charm and cheap drinks Highly recommend!

This place qualifies as a dive bar, but don't let that stop you from stopping there. If you like Bud Light, the 2 dollar tap will serve you well. It's not very big, but it does it's job with friendly staff. As long as you don't walk in with big expectations, you shouldn't be disappointed.

We had a good night here, the beer was cheap , and the clientele, well an ecelectic mix! The only downside was the smoke, if you’re not a smoker then I’d probably give a miss.

Cheap locals place to hang out and have a few drinks. Hot dog and beer $3 special. Lots of $1 beer and $4 shot specials. Attached grocery has good prices on alcohol as well. Will visit again.

It’s a proper bar with drinks at really cheap prices, so if you want glitz and razzmatazz it’s not for you. Staff are okay, not overly attentive or friendly but okay.

My friend & myself came over to Vegas for two weeks in April from the U.K. and came here on our first night - fast forward 6hrs, we had no idea where we were & for the next five days it was a mystery as to what happened in that bar (we were too embarrassed to go back on for the next week) but when we did go back we got a fantastic welcome from Momma & the girls! This place is so much fun, they really did look after us. I have booked to come back to Vegas again for two weeks next October & cannot wait to revisit this place. Outstanding service from everyone - and cheap drinks (that’s where it went wrong for us wimpy Brits hahahaha)

Locals "dive' bar but the atmosphere is great ! Bar tenders are fantastic and really make this place successful and cheap cheap prices

Whenever we travel, I always search for Dive Bars and this one did not disappoint. We absolutely loved it. The prices can't be beat, beer is very cold, and the hot dogs are delicious. We visited twice during our Vegas trip and was hoping to make it back once more but ran out of time. Yes, they do wand you and scan your ID before you enter but we appreciated that extra safety measure. We will definitely be back on our next Las Vegas trip.

The place is located directly behind the Flamingo hotel, so if you're in that area it is a very short walk. This isn't necessarily a casino - it has a few electronic machines - but more of a bar. This is a true dive bar and has the best prices I saw anywhere in Vegas. Fun atmosphere and seems to get pretty busy later in the day/night. There were multiple security guards that stand in the front door. The shots are the largest I have seen in my life (and I'm from WI lol)! If you're looking for the glitz and glamour, this is not your place. If you're a little adventurous and want something a little off the beaten path, this is your bar.

Bar service very slow. I left after finishing just one beer and waiting to be served. I felt like they only look after their regulars.

Little place on corner of Tropicana and Linq Lane across from Bally's not for everyone but nonetheless a fun stop. Cheap drinks party place that grows on you; however at times you need to be aware of your surroundings. Lots of people coming and going but 2 new night time security measures they have made is that have security at both doors checking ID's and they have the convienance store back side closed off from the bar! Kudos to the owners for their foresight. Just a wonderful little place to meet people from all over Vegas and the world, try it you'll take home a memory!

Finally got round to visiting Stage Door after over 25+ trips to Vegas. We were staying in Ballys which is across the street so it was very close by. Went there on 1st night after 11hr flight from LHR and was going to stay for an hour however ended up here for 3 hrs! Drinks were $2 draft buds, $4.50 for Angry Orchard cider, cocktails were between $6-$12 and they were very strong. I think our favourite was called the Mother F****r. The $2 hot dogs are great value and taste great. We stayed 5 nights and were in here every day at some point. Barmaid was fantastic and was working by herself but was so quick and efficient with the customers and really friendly too. I also loved the "double up" feature on the VP which I had never seen before in a casino. Will definitely be here again when back in Aug.

One dollar PBRs! One dollar PBRs! One dollar PBRs! One dollar PBRs! One dollar PBRs! Seriously though, it's a divey place. Regular old bar. Jukebox... locals... and where everywhere else on the strip beers are $7 they have....One dollar PBRs!

travel a tiny bit off the strip to find this gem of a dive bar! $3 for 1 PBR and 1 Corona.... yes please. Needless to say we stayed for a while

Took a stop here on way to ellis island. Great bar to stop off for a drink. Looked like a local spot. Place was clean. Drinks were 1/2 dollars. Staff very friendly. Was good that you could sit at a table and not have to gamble.

We head a good time grabbing a few cheap beers here. Fast, friendly bartenders. Be prepared to be searched by security as you enter. We didn't stay too long as the cigarette smoke was overwhelming in such a small place.

When the football (soccer to the Americans) fans attending the Glasgow Celtic Convention at the nearby Westgate discovered this place, it was packed all day and night. A refuge from the rip off Vegas prices. Yes, it's a dive and yes the restroom is straight out of the movie Trainspotting. But it has atmosphere and character. If you are OK with drinking with folk who resemble those in the pub in the original Star Wars, then this is the place for you.

Im into cheap liquor but this place is scary and gets even scarier as the night goes on. I know it’s close to the strip but watch out. The store next door has good prices on booze, however, be careful when checking out — depending on the cashier, the prices can change. It is also close to a monorail stop.

I look forward to visiting the Stage Door at least once on every trip to Vegas. Great craic in there mainly with the locals. Even though the bar is close to the strip not many tourists seem to visit. As other have reviewed, drinks are cheap and the hot dogs are a must. I can spend a few hours in the bar chatting and drinking with the locals. Great little place. The attached convenience store also sells cheap booze to take away.

This place is very close to the strip. Went here several times on our last trip to Vegas. Dollar beers and cheap top shelf drinks. We love dive bars and this fits the bill. Why pay top dollar on the strip when you can party here on the cheap.

This place is a gem. $2 16oz pints of bud lights and great shots to be had. Friendly service and a great atmosphere. Might have to stop in here a few more times this trap.

Was very close to our hotel (we walked there) and drinks were very reasonable! Our bartender was great and she had an amazing sense of humor! We will definitely go here again when we go back! We did not eat there but I didn't have an option not to rate the food.

I mean what is there not to like. Fantastic value, great atmosphere through the day and night. Bar staff are great and it’s 2 minutes walk from the centre of the strip. Absolutely loved it

Had some time to kill before my flight leaving Vegas and stopped into the Stage Door. Just a block off the Strip by the Cromwell, Stage Door is a postage stamp sized "casino" which essentially is a bar with some video poker machines, super cheap drinks, cheap hot dogs and a jukebox that was playing 90's rap the entire time I was there. This experience isn't for everyone, but I loved it and found it to be a nice, cheap break from the strip. Bartender was great too. Will definitely be back.

Crowded but great atmosphere. Low priced shots, a Liquor Store with the lowest prices on and off the strip and many interesting characters to observe.

Stopped in for drinks and a few games after dinner at Battista's. The $1 PBR is still one of the best deals in the city. Some sketchy clientele to be sure, so not for the faint of heart; however, a true adventure awaits anyone who enters.

Great wee bar off the main strip $2 dollar beers ..5 min walk off the strip from ballys hotel ..very with locals ..has games in it also ..you can't beat a $2 beer though ..defo a winner and we will be back .

Cheap drinks, cheap video poker, cheap hot dogs. A wide mix of happy people there every day. A must visit.

This place needs to be shut down. Went there last night to grab a drink and wait for an Uber outside of the New Years crowd. I had a group of 6 (3 men, 3 women) and we'd had a pretty causal night. We'd been drinking, but non of us were in any way drunk or unruly. An hour after we got there one of the women started feeling very dizzy. she'd had maybe two drinks the entire time we were there and had just eaten. One second she was chatting and fully awake and within a two minute period went to practically falling out of her chair and incoherent. She told us something was wrong and she thought she'd been drugged. I pulled aside a female bartender and told her what happened. I didn't blame the bar in anyway, just wanted them to be aware of the situation and warn other guests. She said okay, walked away and suddenly the male bartender starts telling us that we need to leave because our friend was falling asleep at the bar. We told him she wasn't falling asleep she was passing out because she'd likely been drugged and we were working on getting her an ambulance. He responded by announcing to the entire area that we came in wasted and she was clearly just drunk. We weren't wasted. We were very coherent and just trying to get our friend help. They proceeded to kick us out of the bar and tell all of the other guests that we were out of our minds. The security told us to "get the f**k out." I didn't think the bar was in on it. But now I am absolutely sure they were or they were at the very least trying to gaslight us to avoid liability. We're reporting them to the police. This was an unacceptable and extremely dangerous response. STAY AWAY.

Good Cheap beer $1 bottles of PBR and Corona at $2 a bottle, Mostly locals and a few tourists, good service from the busy staff with music playing. Is located between the Cromwell and Bally's Hotel. Nice place to relax away from the strip, open 24/7.

This is your classic 'dive' bar off the strip but in my opinion it's just a ... bar! Typically you can expect to pay 80 dollars for a round of drinks in a casino bar but in the stage door you'll struggle to spend 20!! Crowd is varied but we went as two couples in their 20s and had good fun so take from that what you want. Leave the ego on the strip and go enjoy some cheap tasty beers and hot dogs with very friendly staff

A short walk from the strip leads you to this gem! $1 for a bud, $3 for a Corona, $2 for a Hot Dog, what’s not to like? Make sure you take ID as they have to check it by law! We felt comfortable and only wished we’d found it sooner into our stay!

A true saw dust on the floor Vegas bar $1 dollar for a beer what you see is what you get the staff are so cool a must visit place when in sin city

This is a bar my wife and I always go to when we visit Vegas. It's definitely a dive, and can get quite interesting at night. Close enough to the strip, without strip prices. Great place!

A must stop while youre here. $2 coronas but better than that..the bloody marys that Krystle makes are amazing! This girl really puts some love into this drink!

Its a bit of a hole in the wall but its ok. The staff and security are super friendly. The beer is great price. I have not tried the hotdogs. I enjoy having a few here when we first land. My only complaint is the cigarette smoke but that is pretty much goes with all of Vegas.

I have stopped in the Stage Door a few times when I'm in Vegas and it's a nice place to get a break from the strip. My last stop in, Sunday of Thanksgiving Weekend was especially nice. Met a wonderful woman and had great conversation over drinks.

The staff take this place to the next level. They are hilarious and personable. All of them. Can’t say enough about how great they are. Cheap drinks and all the customers socialize due to the set up for seating. My fav spot for sure. Went 4 times In 5 days. I will miss this spot.

Cheap beer friendly staff . We enjoyed coming here as it’s just homey and small. . Ate hot dogs drank beer. Talked to people in bar. Great place will return

We found this place via the forum on TripAdvisor. It’s only a two minute walk behind the Cromwell and is what people call a dive bar. The main attraction is how cheap the beers and wells are. From paying 20 dollars two minutes back to paying less than 7 for two drinks. Well worth a visit.

I always like to find local places instead of touristy places...Looking for a local bar near the strip but does not cost Vegas Strip money go here! Loved the drinks and prices. Bartender was wonderful.

Really cheap bar just off the strip which will save a fortune in comparison to drinking elsewhere. 1 dollar a beer or 2 dollars a pint and even 5 dollar for a vodka is so cheap in comparison to others. We spent a couple afternoons here, I was a bit worried when I first went due to some dodgy looking characters but it was fine and by the end everyone was mingling and getting on. Staff were friendly and service was quick. The shop attached was also really cheap.

This place is an absolute must visit, the atmosphere is electric. All the bar staff are so welcoming and definitely the most entertaining people I have ever come across in all my visits to LV. Watching Chris making cocktails is amazing, this guy is so talented and possibly the hardest working guy I have came across for a long time. We spent 4 of our 9 nights stay in the bar, we just couldn't stay away. It would have been 5 nights, unfortunately I turned up one evening without any ID and was refused entry. Whilst annoying, I respected the staff and walked away. Quite mystified why you should need ID, there again I am from England? Big thanks to all the staff.

We've been here a few times with some of our local friends and really like the setting and playing at the bar. Reasonably priced good pay tables, supplies and low key atmosphere.

There aren’t many places in Vegas were you can find cheap alcohol on the strip. Stage door is exactly that place. $ 1 draft beer and $3 shots. You can’t beat that. It’s located on the corner of flamingo and Linq. A tourist place but has a local feel. The place isn’t too big but worth the fun.

Amazing prices. Beer is so cheap. That's how you enjoy this place. I came here alone and got chatting to the locals and really enjoying myself. Security staff are friendly too. I will be back next time I'm in town.

One day while staying at Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Resort, we dropped by at this bar for a light meal with drink, because this bar was located mid-way between the hotel and the Strip. At the bar door, the guard asked us to show our drivers licenses as a routine check. The bar was crowded. At the counter, we ordered beer and hotdog. The bartender’s service was efficient. The hotdog was quite salty, but tasty. Guests at Westin Las Vegas Hotel might find this bar and the adjacent deli shop useful.

Best drink prices on the (or close to) the Strip I’ve found so far! I’d say much more of a dive bar then casino but I’m not arguing with $1 PBR bottles and $2 Hot Dogs. Michael Jackson and EW&F have been playing on the jukebox for the past half an hour! Obviously not for everyone, but if you like dive bars this may be the place for you. Service has been A+ with the bartender referring of everyone as “baby”.

Just came back from 7 nights in Vegas stayed at Bally’s and noticed this place over the road great bar and a must visit me and my wife really enjoyed our nights here great atmosphere locals make you welcome door staff make you feel safe and real cheap 3 dollars for a corona you don’t see them prices much in Vegas don’t be put off by how it looks give it a go!

We found this place as it was behind our hotel & it made our holiday ! We've been to Vegas many times , but now the strip is totally over priced & loosing the old Vegas atmosphere , but drinks here are as little as $1 a bottle , shots are fab prices , hot dogs are delicious & even better at $2 ! Bar staff great & friendly as are the fab security lads even the guys that refill fridges & shelves & not forgetting the cleaning guy ! If you want fancy stay on the strip , but you won't go far wrong here & there's also a little store attached to it were you can get everything you need , there's TVs in the bar to watch sports , machines to gamble , or just sit at the bar & watch the weird & wonderful Vegas pass you by !!!!

Me and a few friends went to this bar because of the revues. It is best bar I ever been in my life I just almost gave up gambling waiting maybe for a free drink if the cocktail waitress decides she wanted to give you one at the casinos. No need of rehashing drink prices cheapest in the world if you get the specials. The second time I went in the waitress welcomed me back even tho I was only in the bar about 1 hour first night. Make you fill right at home. To the 91 percent of people who rated this good to excellent you are all right. To the 9 percent who rated it poor or average all I can say is there is no pleasing you and bar is probably better off without. If you go to Vegas Its right behind hotels on the strip. Put this on your must go to list even if you just want to drink a coke. A++++++++

Found this little gem early on in the holiday and it turned out to be a godsend. Friendly fun atmosphere both day and evening. Cheap beer & excellent hot dogs what more can you ask for.

Fantastic dive bar. Amazing prices. $2 hot dog was super tasty. Busy place but no trouble. Bar tenders are friendly & fast.

Proper no frills bar with great rock music, cheap beer, great staff and very thorough security staff who are very professional when dealing with idiots inside and outside the bar. Will definitely visit again when back in Vegas.

My buddy took me here my first night in Vegas and it became the home stop for the 5 day stay. $1 PBR, $2 Corona & $4 shots with great bartenders Mama San, Kendra & Terra. It’s only a block off the strip. Even ran into a buddy I hadn’t seen in over 20 years on the last night! Thanks for the great times & memories!

We fell into this bar on our first visit many years ago and now always make the effort to get over there! If you want a bit of authentic vegas with cheap drinks and amazing company, you need to visit! Yes the toilets need fixing up and there is a sign on the door to say no guns but this place is brilliant. The girls behind the bar and so friendly and always make us so welcome! We came away with new friends and a hangover. Take a trip! You'll love it!

It’s dark, it’s dingy, it’s got cheap beer and gambling. In other words, it’s perfect! We arrived at 11am (don’t judge me) so the place was somewhat quiet. Definitely a must stop. ❤️♣️♥️♠️

Before coming to Vegas we did our research, there are a lot of YouTube bloggers who have excellent content on cheap places to eat and drink in Vegas. We found Travel Ruby on YouTube to be one of the most helpful, and Stage Door was one of her tips for cheap eats. Stage Door is tiny, its listed as a casino, but its really a bar with some bartop gambling machines and a shop at the back. It’s definitely not Las Vegas glam as it’s a bit grimy and a bit dingy and you need your ID here or they will not let you in. But don’t let that put you off, the real appeal of Stage Door is cheap beer and cheap hotdogs, for $3.25 you can get a hotdog (which wasn’t bad) and a beer, or for $1 you can get a beer, but only Bud or Bud light. Where else in Vegas can you eat and drink for that price? We spent a very fun afternoon here and spent very little.

Well, what can i say about this superb little bar. what a find, was staying at flamingo and was told about this many a time, i didnt quite believe they did such cheap beer in vegas. well what a place, spent many a day in here before heading to the strip, all the staff are great, and 10 bottles of beer for 14dollars including a tip is not to be sniffed at. one word of advice, always take your ID. or you will not get in no matter what age you are, i cant recommend this place enough, if you want to save some money before going into the more expensive places, then head here, great music aswell. and the 2dollar hot dogs are amazing. like i said great find, and it really is 1 dollar for a bottle of bud or bud light, even 3dollars for a corona is cheap. ALL THE STAFF ARE SUPER FRIENDLY ASWELL.

I’ve known about the Stage Door for 10 years and finally stopped in. What an awesome little piece of Vegas history. Inexpensive beers, delicious dogs. The old Vegas lives on!!

So I remember coming to this place last time i was in Vegas, So I decided to stop in again the place looks like a run-down shack but its awesome inside you get ice cold cheep beer, you can play poker, and the best hot dogs on the stip cheepey cheep! the people are great a little rough around the edges but once they open up to you they tell you all the best places to visit while in town! Always a must to stop by coldest beer in town

Look this is an old school American bar..... cheap beers, dollar for a bud or bud light but you can get a range of beers for more..... no casino just set top. Gambling boxes, it's dark its dingy, loads of sport on box, no frills I found it brilliant to wander down have a bud watch the clientele who are interesting. Certainly not for everyone but you wanna start here before going on to your strip glamour and prices you could do worse..... but be prepared it is old school..... bar staff were great though.... enjoy it..... drink it in. Need your ID even if you are 104...... the doorman want that ID.

Conveniently located behind The Flamingo Hotel and Linq, we stop by Stage Door numerous times during our trip to Las Vegas. The drink prices are fantastic and they have plenty of specials on shots. The $2 hot dog is good and just the perfect snack to hold me over until dinner. Service is generally quick but we have experienced a few times when it was slow when they were packed which is understandable. If you love dive bars with cheap drinks, the Stage Door must be on your list of things to do in Vegas!

Totally different kind of place cabbie brought me there years ago WOW. Always stop by for liquor !!!

Ok you can gamble so technically this is a casino, but it is really a local bar, with slot machines, hooked to a large liquor store. We sat at the bar and played a slot machine and had a couple of cheap beers and hot dogs. The place is small, and we were there late afternoon, so it filled up quickly with locals getting off of work. Glad I went during daylight hours. The bar staff was disinterested, but efficient. The beer was cold and the hot dogs were good and inexpensive.

This is a dive of a place and one we wouldn't miss! It is a favorite of ours when we visit Vegas. It is old school with cheap drinks and a cool atmosphere. The bartenders are friendly as well as security.

Did my research before visiting Vegas for best places to visit and this came up. It didn't disappoint, a bottle of bud and a tasty hotdog for $3. Nothing fancy just a good old American bar with friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

Stopped in as I was staying at Bally's right next door. Cool little hole in the wall with CHEAP beer and drinks (like a quarter what you would expect to pay on the strip). Also great cheap hot dogs. This place isn't a casino, it's more of a bar with some bar top poker machines, but you should stop in for a (cheap) beer. Can't beat it and the bartenders were SO NICE!

So glad we found this spot while visiting Vegas! Cheapest beer around. Went back several times during our stay. Security was very friendly as well as Bartenders.

Great local place with cheap drinks of all kinds. Its the best place you can find that is downright cheap and super close to the strip. Its the perfect spot to have a few drinks before you head out to the high priced places. The atmosphere is casual... maybe not the best crowd, but decent and you just can't beat the friendly bartenders and great drink prices.

I would have given this a 4.5 but that's not an option. CHEAP drinks for anywhere, but especially so near the strip. No food except hot dogs (nice and big for only $2) so it's really a drinking bar. Poker machines at both bars. Beer is cheap and so are the mixed drinks and shots. Not exactly an overly friendly crowd, but a great place to get your party started cheap.

A must visit if you like drinking and smoking. Cheap beer and hot dogs and so close to the strip as well. A local away from home.

A dive bar located steps from the strip. Open 24x7, always packed. A good place if you are looking for dirt cheap drinks and if do not mind a racuous crowd. Can be sketchy at times.

Just a few steps away from the overpriced drinks of the strip. Drinks are cheaper that my local grocery store. Bartenders are quick. You never really sit down with an empty bottle. The HotDog and a beer deal is a tradition. Yeah, it doesn't look fancy and yeah it is a local place. But that is part of the beauty of this place.

Nice dive bar, really cheap beer, two bouncers makes you wonder about the clientele, but they were really cool, the two stars is for the bar tender, Kate S she has an attitude with EVERYONE not just me, this is my kinda bar, we sat at the bar and still had slow service, she obviously doesn’t like her job, I won’t be back.

Use to love this place until I went for a Raiders game on 12/26. Arrived 2.5 hours before the game after a recommendation by the bartender Tuesday night. I go to Vegas 12x a year and have always supported this place through the store and bar, and am a huge tipper. Was stoked that I was finally going to be in town for a Raiders game (normally leave on Saturdays). I am a die hard fan and love the Raiders truck and Otto, Long, Plunket jerseys! Upon arriving, absolutely no one at the front bar or any of the tables. The door and security guy wanted to sit me at the back bar with smaller tv's when there was absolutely no in the bar yet. I politely asked if I can sit at the front bar (would have spent $ and gambled for the next 6 hours!). They were the rudest people I have ever met in the hospitality industry. Seriously, reserving a whole bar and tables 2.5 hours before the game where no one is spending any money???? Get a clue. Will take my business to CVS for store items and Ellis Island a block away for better game experiences . Sad the rude af door staff and security blew it for the bartenders.

Fun place with decor that you can look at for a long time. Not so big a venue so can think that it can get crowded pretty quickly. Cheap beer, $1.

Tough to describe, but in a good way. On the main drag behind the Cromwell. Cheap beers and great bartenders. All locals and great people watching. Juke box provides the music. Stay for a hour or two and you won't be disappointed

After reading reviews on this here site, i decided to check it out as it was just around the corner from where i was staying. Down to earth watering hole with friendly staff, and decent juke box. Prices are exceedingly reasonable, particularly for Las Vegas. A decent store for smokes and liquor, groceries, etc adjacent to the bar. If I was in Vegas again, I would definitely re- visit.

Nice place, friendly and open minded people near to the strip. We spend some enjoyable hours almost every day during our 1 week stay in beautiful Las Vegas. The drinks are fair and in comparison to the casinos on the strip for a absolute good price.
Great little bar.
Just got back from Vegas where we spent some time in this bar. It’s a great little place for a drink prior to going on elsewhere, or as we did stay all night & watch the Raiders lose another one. It’s got to be the cheapest drinks place in Vegas, $1 bottles of Michelob, you end up paying more in tips so it’s well worth it. And the food was perfect, they only sell hot dogs, which were excellent. Highly recommended.
