Delish! Globally inspired menu offering unique takes on much loved classics. The Vanilla Bean Beignets, Braised Beef Benedict and Truffled Toad in the Hole made for a memorable and delightful breakfast. (Toad in the hole is an egg in toast).

This is situation on the passage between Venetian and Convention center, so it does draw a lot of foot traffic. But this may be the problem as more often that not, my group was asked to seat waiting for the server to come by, even after the "I will be right back" initial obligatory greeting. Even after the order was finally taken and food delivered, the server never came back to check on the food quality, drinks refill etc. In this particular incidence, we were to flag down another server passing by to get help. Drink was decent but the size is small, lot of ice type set up. Maybe this should be expected as the location of this establish created an uneven flow of customers that made it hard for management to handle

Had the Duck and Waffles for breakfast. It was awesome. Also had raw oysters which were very high quality. Highly recommend.

This raw bar grill is a bit of everything in the busy Venetian/Palozzo complex. A bar with a good Happy Hour, nice sharing menus, raw and cooked seafood platters and full size meals. The bar staff and servers are friendly and attentive and we found ourselves drifting back here a few times during our stay in Las Vegas. Our favorite was the sharing plates to compose our own meals.

Loved this place ! Brunch is amazing best brunch I have ever had! Had it with bottomless fizz one day. Great service Highly recommend

Positive: staff was attentive and responsive, drinks were good, chicken wings and burger fantastic! Negative: sea food tower was just terrible, shrimp were slimy, lobster and crab legs were still frozen, worst seafood I have ever had. While the snacks and burgers were good, they were terrible at their core offering, raw seafood. It felt like they grabbed some sea food out of the freezer and put it on the table with no preparation. Maybe this was an aberration, but our experience was not good. Might return for a cocktail or burger, but never for seafood.

Started great with good hot coffee & piping hot pastry appetizers. Disappointed by lukewarm entrees, however.

Had brunch here with girls Small tapas style plates. We ordered random dishes to share so we could all taste and we were pleased.

We had not planned on having brunch here, but decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Service was very attentive and the food was very good in all categories. The 2 standouts were the Toad in the Hole and their brunch potatoes! They also do not skimp on side dishes and instead of a normal 2 pieces of bacon, we got a plate of bacon. Made my morning.

For a quick lunch this is the place Friendly staff et good food I had the lobster roll and my husband the Cuban pork sandwich

The food was just average. Very expensive - small plate of salad - $17. Oysters 8 pieces for $27. Definitely not worthwhile eat here

We were staying at Palazzo and so called in here late one evening for a drink. It was quiet. We sat at the bar and had a beer and a cocktail. Both good, staff friendly.

Really outstanding brunch!! Service was the best we’ve experienced in Las Vegas. Had $25 bottomless mimosas in multiple flavors. We also had the duck and waffle as well as chicken and waffles. Both were delicious! Later in the day we even returned for their $2 happy hour oysters! Can’t wait to go back!!

I hosted a small group here and everything about the experience was great! We had a couple who had been here before, so recommendations for the Bacon-Wrapped Dates, the Deep Fried Goat Cheese, and the Brussel Sprouts came easily and were exceptional. We reordered those. Raw Oysters were plump and fresh. The Dumplings were great! The guests raved about the skirt steaks that arrived perfectly prepared. Mixed drinks were great (Margarita’s and Dark & Stormy’s). Beautiful space inside the Venetian. As this is still a COVID-19 world, all the staff were masked.

Went for brunch 2 different Times , food is excellent !! Love the atmosphere! Although both times we went the service was not great at all, had to wait for refills and someone to take our order. Hopefully it improves.

Was excited by the menu, disappointed by the food. The toad in a hole was poorly done - the cheese could have been melted better, the egg could have been more to fill up the hole. The bacon was nothing special and overpriced for what we got. The Bloody Mary was boring, small, and overpriced ($17!). It's a cute place, so maybe these were not the menu items to order.

Unfortunately disappointing. Our food was cold. We were never asked how was our food. We asked for salt and pepper and it took us asking 3 people before we actually received it. The manager brought out ticket to us and he too did not ask how our meal was.

Tried their breakfast. Over priced. The eggs, bacon, and toast were all served either Luke warm or cold. No salt and pepper offered. No jams or jellies offers. Just a very poor breakfast at an inflated price.

My family and I had breakfast here the first day during our week at the Venetian. It is not a bad restaurant, it is quit, relaxed, the service and food was ok. Nothing extraordinary. Extremely dark like every single restaurant at the Venetian.

Had brunch here, very relaxed with simple but tasty menu. Beignets with chocolate sauce were amazing with good sandwiches and breakfast dishes available. Service was a bit slow but overall very good.

If you like Asian food mixed with varieties of Hispanic, American, and other fusion combinations Sugarcane is a great spot. Ranging from Thai Style crispy Pig Ears (like potato chips) to heavier items such as Korean Style BBQ ribs to Japanese Meatballs it's got a nice variety of Asian style food types and very good mixed drinks. We really enjoyed the brunch and happy hour at Sugarcane. For brunch their Duck Leg and Waffles (spin off of Chicken and Waffles) was especially tasty. Overall, the service was good, the food was good with slightly smaller portions, and the price was competitive with other restaurants situated in the Venetian Hotel Restaurant Row. Definitely one of our favorite places to go to in the Venetian Hotel.

We had a most enjoyable dinner on 3/18. Adrian was our server and was just wonderful. We started with drinks - 43rd & Bourbon an the Garden Essence. Both yummy that we had another round 😃. The small plates were fabulous. The tuna tart was fresh and tasty. The grilled octopus charred just right. The caesar salad so refreshing. But the hamachi pizza......oh my, it was just out of this world. We will be back the next time we are in Vegas.

Ate here with my family. We ordered drinks and a bunch of food....everything sounded so good so we ordered about 6 plates, mind you they are all tapas n shareable plates. We didnt recieve our bone marrow so we let our server know and he went to retrueve. He came back apoligized and said nb it will be rt up. Mean while the manager gave us complimentary tempura rock shrimp. They were very nice about the whole situation. Finally bone marrow came out it wasnt as great as they taved about but it was worth the try. They also gave us 15% off our bill which they surely didnt have to do. Overall food was good beside the bone marrow. But all the ceviches we ordered were so good. Would definitely come back.

First of all, I am not a Vegas person, so if you are looking for full details and comparisons to other LV eateries, I would look at other reviews. I tagged along on a work trip with two other non-Vegas people. We love great food and trying new things. Funny, we passed by Sugarcane a couple times because we were thrown off by the "raw bar" in their name. Yes, they do have raw bar offerings, but I would consider them a tapas place. We enjoyed four small plates (we added an extra lobster roll) and it was my favorite meal in LV. Excellent service as well!

Amazing breakfast experience. Hot dark roast coffee, delicious key lime doughnuts, tasty breakfast platter, steak and eggs. Wonderful service by Ray. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband & I were going to go out and tour around Las Vegas that morning so we wanted a good breakfast under our belts, per say, and this was the right place to come! Carlos, our server came over immediately and took our orders of orange juice and apple juice. We both ordered the breakfast platters that consisted of 2 eggs scrambled hard, smoked bacon or homemade sausage and sourdough toast. We added the hash browns. OMG, was this ever filling and soooo good. Exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for a great meal, we really enjoyed it!

Great service. The food was really good. Try the pig ear thia salad. It does not say it is a small salad, but it is really good. Had three other offerings as the portions are small, and they recommend ordering two as a full meal, which is accurate.

I'm honestly SHOCKED to see some of these negative reviews after we visited Sugarcane last weekend. This came highly recommended to us as a great place for weekday brunch (those seem to be few and far between in Vegas these days), but we had a tremendous experience. Overall, the food and service were fantastic. We had the shrimp ceviche as an appetizer that was absolutely incredible. I had the Lobster Benedict (on special that day), and my husband had the skirt steak with eggs. Extremely pleased with both. We also both ordered the bottomless mimosas; the variety of flavors were great and there was never an empty glass on the table. I also thought the prices for the quality of food were very competitive to other places we've been to in Vegas.

Stopped in for a quick bite, was seated very quickly... waited a while for water and our server. Food was good, service by Alberto not so much. Had to keep waiting. He was more interested in speaking with other staff members.

After doing quite a bit of research on the dining scene in Las Vegas, I picked Sugarcane. Recommended by Bon Apetit magazine, and with numerous positive reviews online, we were not disappointed. Beautiful interior, interesting menu, a solid wine list, and truly excellent service means I look forward to going back again. Unlike other restaurants in Las Vegas, pricing is reasonable for the quality of the food. If you are looking for a serious “foodie” restaurant that is not pretentious, here is a good. The bone marrow was amazing, as was the shrimp ceviche.

Stopped in for dinner prior to a concert at the Venetian. Sampled the following: Caesar salad, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, empanadas and shrimp ceviche. Everything was great! Also tried two desserts, both were tasty. Even the specialty cocktails were delicious. This was my second stop, As I had stopped here for samples during a Las Vegas Strip food tour a year ago and wanted to try more.

I had breakfast here and ordered the Truffle Toad in the Hole with sausage on the side. It was soooo delicious. This was my first meal when I arrived in Las Vegas for my 40th birthday holiday, and this amazing experience set the tone for the rest of my holiday! Highly highly recommend!

Bottomless mimosas are great- not at all heavy on he juice of choice! The avocado toast is unique with onion, corn and radish- very tasty. The duck and waffles could have used a bit more waffle but was delicious. Oysters here are on the expensive side compared to other restaurants in LV. Prompt service and they keep your water glass filled.

We decided to stop in for Happy Hour and what a GREAT decision we made. Sugarcane is a rum bar with a fresh oyster bar. We ordered 1dozen of oysters $15, Lobsters Roll $9, Goat Cheese Croquettes $7, Bacon Rapped Dates $6, Rum drink $7, Beer $6. The service was great with a smile and the food was even better. If you are around The Venetian while in Vegas at 4:00pm stop by Sugarcane.

My hubby and I eat here almost every time we're in Vegas. We love the ambiance, music and of course the amazing food. Our favorite dishes include the Bone Marrow, Spanish Octopus, Bacon Wrapped Dates and the Beignets with Chocolate sauce (:

My friends and I came here for some breakfast and were left extremely disappointed. Their pancakes were disgustingly sugary. Bacon was dry and overcooked. Breakfast potatoes were okay. They were crispy but the seasoning was unappealing. Thankfully, the scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy. The interior was so dark I had to use the flashlight function on my phone to read the menu. Our server was rude and standoffish and clearly did not want to be there. But he probably makes good money so he sticks it out and takes his frustration out on the customers. Lucky us. However, the other staff members were friendly.

Browsing Sugarcane's menu in advance created reasonably high expectations for a great meal - unique southern dishes in what sounded like a great setting. Sadly, our expectations were nowhere near met. The food was disappointing with the crab cake being by far the worst - a rubbery consistency that was as bland to eat as it was presented on the plate. The croquette appetizer was not much better but the empanada did prove to be a winner. Service was good (Adrian) but the dining room rather grim with a concrete floor and very little character to it. The loud club-like music being played by the in-house DJ certainly did not help (we were there on a Saturday night at 8:30). Overall a disappointing experience.

This was simply the best brunch experience ever. Food was delightful, service was on point and then bottomless mimosas. What more could you ask for? Outstanding!!!

We were walking through the Venetian and needed to get dinner. The menu looked solid. Overall, it was mediocre. Our waiter seemed disinterested. The bacon wrapped dates, which was part of the reason we stopped there, were dry. The entrees were ok. But for, what seemed like an upscale place, the food was mid at best.

We enjoyed a wedding reception meal at Sugarcane which was second to none. The food was delicious as was the wine. Our server was very efficient and friendly, making it a magical experience. The restaurant is located in the Venetian and fits in well with the decadent environment. Very enjoyable.

Dined at this restaurant on my visit to The Venetian. Was feeling hungry and noticed the nice facade of this dinning establishment, so decided to dine there. Server was most polite. I ordered the Crispy Mashed potato, chicken thighs and beef short rib. The latter being inedible. Each and every mouthful was so chewy I had to discard them. The server could see the half chewed short rib on my plate, so I’d assume she would see something was wrong! Nope. Nothing said. The crispy mashed potato was steeped in oil and Luke warm! The only item that was remotely nice was the chicken thigh. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Granted, I should have complained at the time, but to be honest I had neither the time or the inclination. Management take note. Any more reviews like this damages business. Interested to hear your response.

Dinner at Sugarcane before U2 February 2024. We tend toward plain food with limited sauces. I thought thing were off to a tough start when our server returned to the table to ask what spirits went in our gin martini's. Drinks came out just right!. We started with Fried Polenta. Beautiful presentation perfect golden fried polenta. Dinner was 3 dishes, brussel spouts, grilled shrimp and octupus. All well done. We finished with Nutella Sundae. Well prepared and delicious. Meal was excellent. My expectation was big hotel/resort hype and so so food. Sugarcane did a great job

A nice restaurant in the Venetian. The food was very tasty & it was cooked in a fusion style which we loved. all items were delicious. The staff was courteous. The price point was high but that is to be expected. We loved it !

The service and food was AMAZING! The duck and waffles is double delicious!! Our waitress (the one with pink hair) was SO friendly, nice and helpful! The food was incredibly fast and we really enjoyed this dining experience!! Will probably be back for lunch and dinner as the menu is so diverse with much to choose from! Reasonably priced too.

We came here for brunch food it was really good small portions little Expensive but after all everything good

My husband and I came to Vegas for my birthday. I am currently writing this review inside of the restaurant and no one asked me however, this place deserves an amazing review. Our server Raymond and his second Jose were absolutely amazing and very attentive. The food was chefs kiss! I hardly if ever complete an entire meal but the waffles with duck was amazing!! My husband had the Cuban Benedict and he also enjoyed his. But my waffles with duck in my opinion was the star of the show. Would highly recommend every time!!

Came here for a quick breakfast and ended up staying for the bottomless mimosas. Everything we had was excellent including the service! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas.

We had a very nice lunch at Sugarcane in the Venetian in Las Vegas when we were touring the Las Vegas Strip. We split two lunch entrees, the wedge salad with shrimp and the pork loin sandwich. The shrimp were fantastic, very well cooked, well seasoned, and tender. The wedge salad was refreshing and delicious, and the pork loin sandwich was nice and tender, juicy, and flavorful. Our service was also very good.

Last day in Vegas, wanted brunch before we left. I had made a 10:30 Friday morning reservation. When we arrived the place was already full. Thank goodness I had made advanced reservations. We were seated, given a menu to peruse. We expected a server to come over and take cocktail orders, instead we waited and waited as a server kept whizzing by us pretending not to see us. Finally, after I was going to get up and talk to the manager, I was able to stop our "server", Raymond to see if we could get some help. He was a bit rude as he told us "I will be with you in a minute", with an attitude. We ordered the Bottomless Mimosas, Crispy Beef Empanadas, Eggs Rancheros and the Cuban Pork Sandwich. When the food came out all looking good and hot. The taste was OK, very bland, wasn't a wow. The best part were the Mimosas. Atmosphere: big and open. Service: OK. Food: OK.

Was really wanting to enjoy this restaurant as its fare looked so interesting. Was disappointed in the food and beverage. Drinks were overly sweet with not much flavor. Although the goat cheese croquettes were fried perfectly and dipping sauce tasty, the interior had a somewhat glue/ paste consistency. The duck confit waffle was not very good. The egg was overcooked so no dripping yolk, the duck was overly salty and waffle did not hold up any crispiness. Husband’s tuna tartar was good but was actually more like a poke bowl vs. tartare. I like that better but he did not. Service was efficient but not attentive.

My wife and I were out for a long walk. We were heading back to our normal brunch restaurant, Mon Ami Gabi, when the 100 degree temperature convinced us to look for a closer location. So we stopped in the Sugarcane.around 10 am. It was crowded and the service was slow but everyone was hustling. We ordered a Mimosa and glass of Chardonnay and split a dozen oysters, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Tuna Tartare. Everything was amazing. Place is pricey but well worth it.

Went for brunch on Sunday and had a great time. Food was delicious as were the drinks. Wife enjoyed the Chicken n Waffles and I had the Cuban Benedict. "My Passion is Old Fashioned" was delicious and my wife enjoyed the bottomless mimosa. Would definitely go back.

i visited in june with my partner and a friend it was amazing the food was excellent and the service was great i will definitely go back next time i’m in vegas

Nice atmosphere and food offerings are rather unique. Found all items (especially raw items) to be a bit pricy. Must try the Spicy BBQ pig ears. Service was attentive and pleasant.

had breakfast special but had to fight and point out the menu says come with toast its the kind of restaurant that argues aboiut a piece of toast FYI bloody Mary is 18 bucks and is all ice .tiny with no vodka

We dined here late afternoon, before a concert! Our server was friendly…but we felt rushed…like she was in a hurry to turn the table! Our drinks were delivered quickly….and were great! We began with a tasty Caesar Salad.. and then had Fish and Chips….very good! Dessert was Nutella Brownie and IceCream….really yummy!!

This place is on 'restaurant row' between Venetian and Palazzo, it's between the 2, not really in either, so is almost like a hidden gem. I sat at the bar; great beers and good wine selection. Service was excellent and the server had great food and drink suggestions.Food is innovative and tasty and although served Tapas style, they are good portions. It's not expensive. A great place.

I sat at the bar ..looking for a fun, tasty, and quick meal... so I ordered a kale salad with perfectly cooked beef, along with a yummy cocktail. Perfect. I'll be visiting again.

It is opened at 8:30 in the morning, and there is some waiting line before it opened. We have Avocado sandwich, Sweet corn and Smoked salmon benedict. All food is delicious and good. I highly recommend Sugarcane for breakfast if you stay at Venetian or Palazzo.

We had lunch here and wow everything was very good. I had a double burger that had excellent quality meat. Our waitress was very good and polite. Even a complimentary birthday cheesecake was very delicious. There were many great selections to choose from on the menu. You will have a very nice experience here.

We ate here in August of 2022 and it was amazing. I would go there over and over if I lived in Vegas. Get the Strawberry Balsamic drink, you won't be disappointed!

Came here for brunch 3 days in a row. Each and every time was better than the last. The food is spectacular and the service is even better. It feels good when the management and wait staff recognize you and make you feel like family. Will definitely be back!

We had brunch and I was amazed at the flavors. Husband had huevos rancher and I had truffle toad in a hole. A little pricey but well worth it. Excited to visit again when in Vegas.

We were walking through a number of casinos looking for a restaurant with an interesting brunch menu. A few of the items on Sugarcane's menu looked creative, so we decided to give it a try. The food was quite tasty and the presentations were fun--it ended up being exactly what we were looking for. They made a good Bloody Mary and they did have a special on their Mimosas. We had the Huevos Rancheros, the Avocado Toast and the Truffled Toad in the Hole---with a side order of Vanilla Bean Beignets with hazelnut ganache--we finished them all.

I was disppointed this trip because I had been wanting to order the Fat Boy Hash but was informed they didn't have it. That being said, the Braised Beef Benedict and a Mushroom Benedict they had as a special were amazing. I ordered the Toad in the Hole after being told the hash was not available which was ok but I should have had the Mushroom Benedict even though I had come specifically for the hash with crispy hashbrowns. The server recommended a side of hash browns, which I ordered and were crispy but cold. My Toad in the Hole arrived a while after every other dish at the table which makes me believe they had forgotten it and just brought me the hash browns which as I said were already cold but got colder as I waited for my food. The server did bring carafes of Mimosas for the persons who ordered them but I got the feeling they didn't like bring multiple glasses of different flavors. (I am aware a Mimosa is orange juice and Prosecco but a lot of restaurants including this one have different flavors of "Mimosas"). All in all I highly recommend this restaurant for brunch with bottomless Mimosas on any morning.

The service was friendly and really good. And while the food is not among the best in Las Vegas, it good. The tapas were the highlight of Sugarcane. They were very good. I ordered my favorite cut, the skirt steak. The flavor was good but unfortunately it wasn’t tender. Not the best I had in Las Vegas. Would I go back? I don’t think so. But it is not a bad place and I recommended for tapas.

They served probably one of the best waffles I've ever eaten! I would have ordered another serving if the prices weren't so high! The Goat Cheese Croquettes and the Avocado Toast were really good too! The portions are pretty small, but other than that I loved it!!

Our food was outstanding, bottomless mimosas were kept filled. The ambiance was fun. Would definitely return.

I ordered a "main" of chicken breast which was a measly skewer of dry chicken. It tasted ok, but was dry AF and a very small portion. My hubby ordered something more substantial but it was still small and sad. Dont go here for an actual meal. Service was like molasses.

Great fast service, yummy brunch with lots of good options. Best brunch we had in Vegas. In the Venetian I. The bottom near the “want the world” sign. One of the only spots open on Monday morning, short wait.

A very good place with lots of fun and creative dishes on the menu. Lots of interesting Bennys and omelets and the Key Lime donuts...don't pass them up. Drinks...food and service were all great and the restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable. A+

This place advertises photos of big hearty dishes but when we got inside waitress was so loud and kept asking if we were familiar with the place. “It’s tapas style,” one minute then “family style” the next. It’s not Spanish or Italian food but just buzzwords to say that the food was overpriced. They said they only had reservation for 8pm. We got there and the restaurant had so many open tables. Just lies and not worth it.

While attending a trade show in the Sands Expo Center stopped with business associates for a couple of drinks. The drinks were OK, but prices were high. They called last round at around 5:00pm as they said there was to be a private party.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in Vegas! First, the hostess was less than welcoming and seemed stressed out to be working. The restaurant was busy, so she suggested I could sit at the bar, so I didn’t have to wait for a table. When I sat at a small table in the “bar area” she wasn’t happy, and requested I sit UP AT THE BAR. Of course, the only seats available were tight squeezes between people. Okay. The menu was bizarre. The choices were either breakfast or sushi. Okay. I literally scanned the menu for 10 minutes to find something that resonated with me, but the auditory onslaught of pumping music, the bar back and staff at the bar clanking dishes and glassware, followed by throwing dishes and silverware into bins was just too loud and uncomfortable. I should’ve left then. I ordered a cup of coffee, brioche French toast, and a side of bacon extra crispy. I was served a glass of water, and no sooner than I had taken a sip and placed my glass down, one of the wait staff at the bar walked by and took it. There was a bit of commotion between the bar staff about it, then it was placed back in front of me. I didn’t care, but to witness such commotion over something that really didn’t matter, wasn’t really professional on their part. My coffee was served and it was luke warm, at best. The second cup, the same. By the third cup, I had to request hot coffee. The brioche French toast was really tasty with fresh berries and the long slice of banana with caramelized sugar was a nice touch. It was served with whipped vanilla cream, syrup, and berries on the side. When the food runner served me, he alerted me the cast iron skillet was hot. While the brioche French toast looked beautiful, and it was tasty, the piled high plating of brioche in a hot skillet overflowed onto a smaller plate, and made it awkward to eat. Then, adding the fruit and syrup just made it a mess to eat between people at a cramped bar. Brown butter or whipped butter should’ve been served, not more sugar of whipped vanilla cream. I was so excited to eat my extra crispy (as ordered) Applewood bacon, but it came out all curled up and rubbery. A waste of $8.00. A rebrand of the restaurant, and retraining of your staff is in order. I still tipped 20%

Menu said one price, cocktails $16, beers $9. Bill stated $17 & $10. There are better options within the Venetian. Did not question, paid, left but will NOT return. Hoping management can explain.

The $6 happy hour mojitos were excellent! I make my own mojitos and am particular about that drink, and Sugarcane serves an excellent one. The beet mojito they serve is also very good. I am an Old Fashioned fan and they have a Rum Old Fashioned that is good for those wanting to dip their toe in the Old Fashioned river, but not good for a whiskey fan. Atmosphere is enjoyable, bartenders were great and good happy hour eats as well, including $1.50/oysters on the half shell.

I really like this place. I visited on two separate occasions and were both good experiences. I really enjoyed their happy hour drinks.

So many good things here! Came for happy hour and got the goat cheese croquettes and the bacon wrapped dates. Half off drink which is always great! Husband had the Duck fried rice and said it was the meal of the trip! I had the poke bowl which was delicious as well and we split a salad. We had some really expensive meals while we were here in Vegas and this was by far our best meal!

My wife and I spent an afternoon sitting at the bar, having a few drinks and having bowls of fries! A great afternoon and great service from the bar staff.

Chose this place for the happy hour Mimosa offer, which didn't disappoint - very good bvalue, good drinks and great service. Had burger & fries too which was excellent.

We came to Vegas last year and stayed at The Venetian hotel but didn't get the chance to try this place. But this year we finally got to go to Sugarcane and it was so tasty! The oysters for happy hour and the duck fried rice are my fav!

Not at all what we expected but the food was a nice surprise. The restaurant was on the casual, loud side, but a comfortable casual with nice service. The food was typical of what you might find in a lot of restaurants with raw, crudos, and seafood but they had their own unique twists which set it apart. The specialty cocktails were a plus as well. We look forward to our next visit.

Read the menu, it was a confused selection of random styles and expensive and the tables were wobbly. The restaurant was empty so the reality does not equal the hype. Went to new italian restaurant next door instead which was amazing. The restaurant needs to decide what it’s style is

We visited here for our first ever time for brunch, the restaurant is incredibly well designed and decorated, with a huge open kitchen and fresh raw bar, super spacious and comfortable. The menu and style of food here is certainly interesting and unique, and this is why we were keen to try – as we are both food lovers, but even we were struggling with what we both fancied. We opted for the Cuban Sandwich and Full Elvis Waffle with a side of bacon. Both arrived and were picture perfect and tasted incredible. The side of bacon was a little on the expensive side, but was a good portion size and very tasty and nicely plated. We also opted for the Deja Brew Cocktail, which was so good, we had a second. Service was very quick, friendly, and efficient. We massively loved our visit here, and 100% will return!

Grand Luxe Cafe had a long waiting time so this was our fall back location. We were told 30 minutes but got the text that our table was ready five minutes later. Service was friendly and courteous. I had the breakfast platter and wife had chicken salad sandwich. Food came out PDQ. Breakfast platter was very good just short of life changing. Homemade sausage was very good as was the coffee and orange juice. Wife rated her sandwich as Excellent. Price ..... no sense of mention it because you are in Vegas at The Palazzo/Venetian complex. Only problem I thought could have been corrected was a uneven table. I liked the decor and place was really clean. Excellent!!!!

This place has some fantastic food! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I love the fact the management staff comes out and speaks to their customers! We were treated like royalty and went back 3 times during our stay! The Chicken Breast and Waffles were to die for. The waffles just melt in your mouth! The egg benedict was fabulous as well! PLEASE TRY THE BEIGNETS hot fresh and very TASTY! Their steaks were super tender and flavorful I am a huge fan! I am a chef myself and I am outrageously picky but I give SugarCane 5 stars!!!!

Great food, but so-so service. Serves to share tapas style and size plates for lunch. We had a variet of dishes, which were all liked by everybody. It was busy, but that’s not an excuse for letting us know that they were out of the wine we had ordered when we had eaten most of the food. The wine arrived just before we were served the last plates, which actually was the starters we had ordered! Great food, not so good service!

This establishment has a unique menu. The dishes for us were a hit and a miss. However, the staff were all wonderful. Including the manager on duty.

The brunch here was fantastic. Tons of food and the bottomless mimosas are great. Our server was very attentive to our table.

You can order family style food for sharing. Love this concept. You can eat all kind off dishes. All was vary tasty. Services was good. Little bit loud when it is full.

Great spot for oysters and drinks. I had to get a frose and they brought it like I was on a beach in Hawaii

Surprised I haven't written a review before because we go here every Vegas trip. We like to go for Happy Hour which is only at the bar. The Strawberry Balsamic drink is a must!

Really small portions, the Huevas Rancheros would barely qualify as a starter or appetiser it was so limited. The prices are excruciating for the quality and quantity basically. As a warning when they tell you about the specials ask the prices as they are twice the other things on the menu which I think is a bit of a con trick…but this is Las Vegas I suppose.

I ate at the Sugarcane restaurant and enjoyed the appetizers and my meal. We were seated promptly and our server was quite attentive. There were plenty of seats and a open atmosphere. I had the skirt steak and salad. The steak was tender and the salad was fresh. Some of the plates are combinations and others are all carte. They serve brunch style menu.

Late night happy hour is the way to go. Food and drink selection rocked. They have a couple of local brews made for the bar. Service was great!!

Stopped for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Braised beef benedict and truffled toad in a hole were both superb. Fantastic staff and excellent service. A little pricey but worth it for a nice breakfast.

Sugarcane is conveniently located inside the Venetian, making it an easy brunch stop before checking out. We came in for brunch and grabbed seats at the bar. The restaurant wasn’t packed at the time, though service was a bit on the slow side. That said, the food was excellent. I ordered the Mushroom Benedict, which is not your traditional Benny. Instead of an English muffin, it’s served on toasted sourdough, topped with savory mushrooms and perfectly cooked eggs. Different from the classic, but still really enjoyable and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban Benedict, and that thing was a huge portion. It’s hearty, filling, and definitely not shy on ingredients. If you’re planning to order this, come hungry. The bartenders and servers were friendly and welcoming, and overall it was a great choice for a simple, satisfying meal without having to leave the hotel.

Sometimes restaurants placed near the main traffic cooridors in Las Vegas hotels are considered second or third tier, I warn you not to mistakenly put Sugarcane in that category, conversely Sugarcane is a top-flight, innovative and a very special experience. On a recent project at the Venetian Hotel, I had the chance to experience Sugarcane for lunch, then dinner. The restaurant holds the distinction of having the largest selection of Rums in America PLUS they have a chef disposed to turn your world upside down with fabulous Asian-Carribean fusion dishes that will change your thinking about both cultures and introduce you to an amalgum that creates a totally new and enjoyable cuisine. For lunch, I enjoyed their superb lobster & crab tamale, loaded with lots of Lobster, Shrimp, Crab and Scallops but filled with a most luscious, light and fluffy masa, which added a lovely foundation to the dish and was so flavorful. For dinner, hours later I retuned and tried their Spicy/BBQ "Pig Ears" appetizier, playfully served in a small paper bag, shaken at service to make sure the BBQ spice was evenly distributed on the savory and crunchy pigs ears, (many would find the concept of this protein unappealing, but let me assure you it beats french fries Ears-Down.) My entre was their signature Beef Tartare & Bone Marrow, a delightful combination of beautifully hand-chopped top quality steak mixed with carmelized onions and a minimal dash of grain mustard, all toppped off with a superb marrow bone and watercress to be combined on their grilled sourdough. Everything in a delicate balance where every ingredient is the star! Finally, the RUM and other libations, I started my adventure with s superb Hawaiian White Rum that was clean, mild and delicious, I followed that with a superb Napa Chardonnay and for dessert finished off with their "One in a Million" cocktail. This is not to be missed, their most popular cocktail and for good reason. This cocktail sports a lovely jalapeno infused tequila mixed with a lovely fresh expressed watermelon juice, vermouth and lime juice. The net result is a breathtakingly fascinating beverage not-to-sweet, not-to-spicy and refreshing beyond belief. A superior final goodnight drink to cap off a delightful food experience. All of this coupled to a super friendly and attentive staff who want to bring a smile to your face and the sensation you have been totally satisfied, right down to the restaurant manager who pleasingly drops by to ensure you are ecstatic. Not your normal Las Vegas experience, something refreshingly new and inventive, sure to please you.

This is a great start of the day as they serve a really good coffee and their sausages are from another level. Better as most of the spots for sure!

Nice drinks and eats. Nice place to meet up with people. Gets really busy at night time. Good service!

Food was good, reasonably priced, but a little too noisy for my taste. Service was ok since our server was also the bartender, it was a little harder to get her attention.

Great spot we visited for a reception during a work trip. Friendly bartenders, delicious food! Definitely recommend!

My colleagues and I had lunch here while we were attending a convention at the Venetian. The service was more than adequate and food was quite decent.

We absolutely loved the happy hour! The local beer selection was great as were the bacon wrapped dates. Almost forgot to mention, the pig ear pad tai is a must try!

We enjoyed brunch, though found it a tad expensive. As a splurge totally worth it, great service, great food.

I went there to dinner with my husband. This is a tapas bar, with small dishes ranging from the teens to the high twenties - and the waiter recommended two or three per person! So it's expensive! Still, everything we had was delicious. My husband loved his crab cakes ($14), and we both really enjoyed the goat cheese croquettes ($14). I'm planning to try my hand at making the latter. The portion was pretty tiny for the price, but they were tasty. The chimichurri skirt steak ($24) was great, amazingly tender. It wasn't a traditional chimichurri, but it was very tasty. And the duck and waffles, the house specialty, was actually worth its $25 price, even though it wasn't a big portion. The duck was perfectly cooked, with a crispy skin and no unnecessary fat or grease. I don't think I've ever had a better made duck. The waffle was very good as well. For dessert we shared a torreja with dulce de leche sauce and (unfortunately) cinnamon. It was super delicious as well, but I'm a great lover of french toast & torrejas. Service was very attentive. Now, for the minuses. The hotel is open to the Venetian, and has a very casual atmosphere. For the price, I'd like something that seems more exclusive. They also have very loud music playing, though we asked for a table as far away from it as possible and we were able to hold a conversation without shouting at each other.

Waitress assured me my meal was made with an allergy accommodation...however, when I started asking more questions she said she’d get the chef “to assure” me...however, he ran out and told me not to eat it as it was not made to my allergy accommodation! He then said I should have told them, and my usually silent husband erupted and said “she did!”. So an already unfortunate experience topped off with an accusation that I didn’t tell them. Very upsetting. Plus..it is expensive for very little food.

This is the best happy hour in Vegas! Came here 4/5 days while staying in Vegas and we would give it a 5 star review every time! Danny makes the best mojitos EVER! The manager Will is amazing and takes great care of his customers. The waitress Kianna is so nice and attentive as well. We will for sure be back. This is a must see place while visiting !

Reserved a table at 8:30am, but there wasn't any need. The place was surprisingly vacant for a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend, but I'd still advise to reserve for large groups. My partner & I ordered the Crispy Polenta for an appetizer, the Truffled Toad in a Hole, and The Full Elvis with a side of bacon. Everything was tasty, especially the polenta. I could've had two servings- it was so good! The brie cooked on the Truffled Toad wasn't my cup of tea; it felt like an overpowering flavor that rejected the other tastes, so I had to wash it down with water from time to time. We had an attentive waiter who was polite and quick with our order. The music playing had me dancing in my seat, and the decor was sleek and easy on the eyes. This was a nice breakfast to have while staying at The Venetian Resort. I would come here again.

We stopped on Thanksgiving Day for brunch.Party of 3 without reservations and we were seated promptly.Service was quick and attentive. The Lobster Benedict was great. My wife had the Duck and Waffle and raved about it...Confit leg of duck served on a waffle topped with a fried duck egg and mustard maple sauce.WOW! She really enjoyed it PLUS they have such a varied menu we decided to schedule breakfast the next day.Prices are reasonable for Vegas.Great place to enjoy the food the ambiance and each other's company.

Lunch hour, good service, very good food. I had a tartar, very light exactly what I needed. My husband had a duck with waffles, very delicious too. There are so many restaurant options at the Venetian, this one is a good option for lunch time.

Set low expectations based off of their menu, but was beyond pleasantly surprised by the flavors and food combinations present. Shrimp ceviche was amazing!

The food was beyond amazing and sizes were much bigger than we expected. Hands down the best Bloody Mary I had in Vegas (and I had a lot). Will go back every time we visit Vegas. The service was prompt and friendly! Would recommend the Bloody Mary, bottomless mimosas, and the guava & cheese pastry! Every dish we ordered was so tasty.

I’m not sure if the foos was so bad because it was later in the evening but I wouldn’t recommended this overpriced bar. Several of the dishes were cold or overcooked. The staff tries to get you to over order saying the chef recommends 2-3 plates per person ...definitely not necessary! So, yourself a go or and go across to yardbird!!

Surprised to see it advertised as a Japanese bar but we did go there for breakfast. Service excellent. Place was clean and food very delicious. Priced like a restaurant in The Venetian. Some you gotta enjoy yourself. I had a “Make Your Own Omelette”. Very tasty as was the roasted potatoes. Orange juice and coffee was tasty too. I’d go back

My friend had said we must do brunch @ Sugarcane when in LV. He was right as this turned out to be a highlight of our trip! The avocado toast, guava pastry and crispy rice were all phenomenal! Almost forgot the bottomless $25 mimosas! Service was also excellent and the manager even sent us complimentary frose for my girls bday. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful meals here! Food was amazing... over the top service .. must stop when Vegas. Won’t be disappointed

The food and service were mediocre but the prices were high. I think you could get a better burger at in and out down the street for a 1/4 of th price.

Having visited here once before, we returned and brought our family to experience it. The restaurant has recently undergone a renovation, which really transforms you to somewhere else, and you forget for a moment you are in Las Vegas. We opted for a variety of food, including the Full Elvis, Cuban Sandwich, American Breakfast and Waffles. The service, size and quality of food was fantastic – especially the fries which seemed to be triple cooked and were incredible! Every member of our party thoroughly enjoyed their food and we would highly recommend, and will certainly return again in the future.

During our happy hour hunting search we happened upon Sugarcane, and it did not disappoint in the least. Currently it’s daily from 3pm to 6pm. Pricing is fantastic, basically 50% off the things on the happy hour menu compared to the standard menu. The apps are awesome. Got the goat cheese croquettes and bacon wrapped dates, both were amazing. And then there was the Mojito. Oh wow. Planned to have one, ended up with 3. For dinner our server recommended the duck fried rice. If you do nothing else is your eating life, get this dish. Probably top 3 things I’ve ever eaten. This will be a regular stop for us from now on when visiting Sin City.

We stopped here for breakfast while staying in the hotel. We had standard bacon, eggs, potatoes, bread, and an extra pancake, which were good. Service was good. Prices are typical Vegas prices which are overpriced. Good place to go for breakfast or brunch on a weekend.

Open setting on "Restaurant Row" in the Venetian hotel, this well-staffed eclectic restaurant serves basic cusine that is uneventful but satisfying. (I especially like the large paintings of the man and women cigar smokers on the back walls). Salads are pretty basic, standard breakfast entrées', and fried main course are the mainstay of this establishment. Service is good, but it is pricey for the ambiance and the food selections.

Stopped in for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent mixed drinks for a start. Their feature item, the Goat Cheese Croquettes were a big disappointment - 5 small ones for $14 ? ? and don't believe they were fresh either. It got better, with the very good shrimp ceviche and really nice Korean style short ribs. Torrejas for desert, a dulce de leche soaked french toast with maple carmelized apples and cinnamon ice cream was outstanding. Definitely worth a stop.

Various Eggs Benedict combinations are all the rage in Vegas. The Short Rib version here was delicious. 3 of us ordered it and were not dissapointed.

A great variation on traditional sushi. Loved the crispy rice with spicy tuna & beets; tuna tartare, salmon peruana & hamachi pizza. We also had the Sea Sun cab which was excellent with it. The service was great and the ambiance energetic! Make a reservation…it is popular. We were seated right on time! Will definitely come back.

We stopped in for drinks before The Ray Romano Show at the Venetian. Bartender was good and place was not too noisy. We spent $100.00 without tip for 2 glasses of wine, 1, 12 yr scotch and 1 Belvedere vodka. Everything is expensive in Las Vegas !! At least it was enjoyable.

We were a group of 6 women on a special trip to Vegas and we had brunch at Sugarcane It was beyond fabulous. We had lobster Benedict and MANY carafes of unlimited mimosas. Noel, our server was wonderful. We hope to make a return visit.

Visited twice during course of 1 week. Both times for dinner. I thought the dishes were smaller portions than other places (need to order at least a couple to satisfy my appetite and I consider myself a normal size). Drinks were fine as well.

We had the skirt steak, grilled shrimp and wedge salad. Everything was great, cooked perfectly and yummy! Service was spot on as well.

I've been to Sugarcane in Miami several times and love it. Tried dinner recently in Vegas, wasn't as impressed. Not the exact same menu. In Miami, love getting the Pig Ears but they only have it in Vegas as part of a Pad Thai dish. On the night I was in, there was nothing on draught as the bartender said it was coming out warm. Went to order a few appetizers, they were out of two. Ended up with Duck Fried Rice, which had way too much garlic (could taste it for the next day). Doesn't have the ambience as Miami either, which is a primarily outdoor / open air restaurant.

On our last day in Vegas, we wanted to find a good brunch spot that would be open early so we would have plenty of time to get ready to go to the airport afterwards. Sugarcane came up in a few online articles, and was one of the few places that open at 9am where most other restaurants opened at 10am. We made reservations and were immediately seated at opening. We tried the following: - Vanilla Bean Beignets - Good. Fresh with a slight crisp. Got 8 pieces when we were expecting maybe 6. - Pig Ear Pad Thai - Wow!!! This was off the charts good!!! Pig ear slices were so light and crispy (like a potato chip) and paired so nicely with the papaya salad. This was such an unexpectedly good and unique dish, I would come back just to order it again. - Avocado Toast - Good. Never ordered avocado toast before, but this was a good intro. Really nice avocado spread, but felt the toast was a bit too soft. - Duck & Waffles - Very good. I haven’t had duck confit for a long time so I forgot how good it can be when the skin is perfectly crisp and the meat is incredibly tender. Waffle was pretty good and the warm syrup was a nice touch Service was pretty standard. Overall, a very satisfying brunch for our last day in Vegas. When we come back, I’d like to have the pig ear pad thai again!

If you can’t like this place’s happy hour you should probably just kill yourself because you are already dead inside. The mojitos the bartenders make are outstanding too.

Ate here last September 2018 and have to say it is still to date one of the best meals I've enjoyed anywhere. Highly recommend the King Crab and the Duck, Egg and Waffle. This last dish was to die for....

Brunch at The Sugar Cane in Vegas was tasty. My husband enjoyed the chicken and waffles while I had the Mexican street corn, farm fresh salad and breakfast potatoes. The corn was very good! Social distancing was in effect and our server was nice.

When a waiter tells you that they are out of items on a Monday morning, that should have been a hint to go elsewhere but we stayed. Bitter coffee and Pepsi products and not on menu. Food seemed premade, and maybe frozen, hard oh sour dough bread used for toast and burnt potato cubes. I asked for hot tea after trying to drink the horrible coffee. I was charged $6.50 for the hot tea, couldn’t find waiter, asked a cleaner to get manager. No one seemed to know the price of hot tea. Manager took the charge off. Music was blaring and not good. Would never eat here again.

I’m going to summarize this fast. The bartender was nice and the drinks were great. The chicken breast...is a skewer of extremely dry frozen chicken which had absolutely no flavour. The sauce that came with it was disgusting. Crunchy salad was gross. I delivered food before and it reminded me of the lettuce in a bag pre chopped like they deliver to fast food restaurants. Hop in for a nice drink but I wouldn’t ever order food here again.

My daughter and I walked to the Venetian for breakfast as we've had many good meals at the many different restaurants in the Venetian. At 8:30 in the morning this was one of the very few places open to eat in the area we were. Will not go back. Ordered coffee and the only option we were given was steamed skim milk. When asked for half and half, cream or anything we were told there's nothing available other than soy milk, almond milk and one other I can't recall. Finally I had to tell the waitress to bring us whipped cream so the coffee could be tolerable, which she finally did. My daughter ordered the salmon Benedict and I ordered the waffle with fried chicken. Had to send my daughter's breakfast back as everything was cold. Not surprising considering breakfast came out not 5 minutes after we ordered which tells me it had already been made and sitting under hot lights. The chicken and waffles had no seasoning. No salt, no pepper nothing. For the exorbitant price of this breakfast I was shocked at how hard it was to get something to make it edible. I travel around the world and I've ate it many restaurants, dives, and high-end places, you name it. The only thing I expect is a place puts out good food. This place does not put out good food so don't waste your time.

We went here for brunch as it was one of the few places open, and as we were there at opening, we could get right in. We had the brunch plate: eggs (from a very small chicken) sausage, home fries (from a 20# bag) and wonder bread toast. $19. With zero style and marginal flavor, go here for brunch if you need fuel. Period.

We stopped by the bar three times during happy hour during our stay and had the best bartender who mixed some crazy good drinks. I recommend the Rum Manhattan, WOW they were good but beware they will sneak up on you!!

Caribbean Island Flavors in The Venetian When I first saw Sugarcane, my first thought was New Orleans, with the colors, the foliage, and the overall look. It could have easily been on Royal Street, rather than The Venetian. However, looks can be a bit deceiving, as was the case with Sugarcane. OK, there ARE Caribbean influences in New Orleans, with the food, some of the architecture, and then the plants, but my confusion ended quickly - Trinidad, and not New Orleans! I studied the menu a bit, and decided to stop in for a quick, early lunch, and am glad that I did. I was solo, as my wife had days of meetings in Las Vegas, and when done, I realized that the small plates would benefit a table of people. From the menu, I wanted a bit of everything, but tempered my desires, and then still left too much on my plates. I started with the Vanilla Bean Beignets w/ hazelnut ganache. Now, for those unfamiliar with the term “Beignet,” it is a deep-fried nugget of dough, sort of like a donut, but without a hole. Of French origin, it made its way to the Caribbean, and is still one of the most sought after pastries in New Orleans. This version differed, but that is probably that it came from Trinidad, without the New Orleans influence. Very good, and different enough to hold my interest, but too many for one person. I also went with the Cuban Roast Pork Sandwich w/ mojo garlic and onions (on the side) with Fries. Again, too much food, but such good food. I wish that my wife had been able to join me, as I had enough for two. After scrolling past what seemed 20 pages of Rums, I settled on the Recuerdo Torrontes La Rioja, from Argentina, and it proved to be a good choice. Service was very good, and the venue lovely - one DOES feel that they are in a tropical paradise. Chef Timon Balloo has done a very good job, and the only caveat is bring a hungry crowd.

We ate at Sugarcanes in Las Vegas for brunch. I must say the food was great. I had the Waffles and Chicken and it was delish. My husband had the Ceviche and it was very tasty. Would eat here often if I could. The place is nice. A little bit of a wait but worth it!!!!!!

I ate twice at this place and was happy both times. The first time I had Spicey pork shoulder with a side order of sweet potato. The pork was at the right level of spicey and really tasty. The sweet potato was delicious, with crunchy flakes added (I think this was onion) it gave a bite to the soft potato chunks. The second meal I had was the short ribs - yum! Seasonal mushrooms - gorgeous, and crispy smashed potatoes - blimey!! All very simple and not too pricey. I strongly recommend you check this place out.

We had just left a concert at the Venetian Theatre and spotted this restaurant on the way out. We wanted something light since it was late in the evening. Its not a large space and is just of the beaten path of the other Canal Shoppes, but looked inviting with a well stocked bar and well presented raw bar. The specialty cocktails looked great and priced in line with other strip venues. I stuck with the house Manhattan which did not disappoint. I really wanted the oysters but at $55/dozen looked for other options. We started with the bone marrow and empanadas. The bone marrow was tender and juicy since they incorporated cheek into the mix. The empanadas were crisp and flavorful. Before going on, a huge Shout out to our server Adrian, we has very attentive and all his suggestions were right on point. We continued with the Skirt steak and Chimichurri which was cooked to our liking and again seasoned well. We closed with the Thai Crab Cakes. The Crab Cakes were more crab than filler which is always a plus. The Thai sauce was good, a bit sweet for my taste, but a good accompaniment. My only gripe is that they had a DJ, which was so odd because its NOT a huge bar, and there is no dance floor. The music was LOUD, so if were not for the great food and service we would have left. If you want good food and service priced right then Sugarcane is worth a visit, but if the DJ is in the house and you are not ready to have to yell at your guests, find something else more suitable.

Took twenty minutes to get a drink wasn’t even busy and I watched from our table as six managers talked to our bartender instead of letting him make our drinks effectively punishing us for whatever he needed to talk to him about and then we ordered the foie gras fried rice it was not good

Me and friend came for happy hour. Dan was our bartender and he was the man! We got the Strawberry Balsamic & The Tiger Would and they we mixed to perfection - he even topped us off with a special treat :) His conversation was great, the atmosphere was great- music was great...all in all we had a GREAT time!

Along the shoppes in the Venetian/ Palazzo hotels, we ate breakfast at the Sugarcane Restaurant. We ordered the breakfast platter which consisted of two eggs cooked to your liking, breakfast potatoes, sourdough toast, and a great deal of bacon. My sister-in-law loved the steak and eggs combo as well for breakfast. It was so good that we returned the next morning to eat brunch and split the breakfast platter meal, because I couldn’t eat all of the bacon served on the plate. With affordable prices and a relaxed atmosphere, the Sugarcane will definitely be a place we’ll return to in the future. You must give this restaurant a try on your next visit to Vegas. Besides breakfast, they did serve lunch and dinner. I’m certain all of the meals will be enjoyable on your next visit.

My fiance and I had the best Valentine's Day dinner ever!! Thanks to the team at Sugarcane!! The filet and crab was outstanding. We loved it so much we went back for brunch before we left. Exceptional all around!

Had brunch here and service was horrible. Waiter was a jerk, and had a nonchalant attitude. Food was substandard for Las Vegas. Would go out of my way to not eat here again

Food was ok, service was ok, prices were decent. Not super but also not the worst. Some of the dishes are interesting combos or ideas - fun to try.

We enjoyed our brunch here recently. My husband’s dish was better than mine but both were good. The service was good but the waiter was distracted and had a lot of tables to cover himself. My dish was cold when it first came out but they did make it right after we mention that. Chica restaurant nearby did have a better brunch in our opinion but we enjoyed both.

Everything is delicious from the foie gras fried rice to the scallop crudo. The basil quencher cocktail is the perfect mix of flavor and not too sweet. For breakfast, we had the braised beef benedict and avocado toast. The portions and flavors were perfect. We also got to try the vanilla bean beignets which were light and fluffy. We’ll definitely come back to explore the menu more our next time in Vegas.

We had an early dinner at SugarCane before a concert at The Venetian in late March, 2019. It is on Restauraunt Row, so could have seemed a bit open and loud, but it really was not. Our server was excellent (a woman with dyed red hair, wish I could remember her name). Very friendly and knew her menu inside and out. She checked back just often enough. We had the Goat Cheese Croquettes (heaven in one bite), the bacon wrapped figs stuffed with sausage (excellent mix of sweet and salty), and the smaller raw bar tower (at $100, it was a bargain, as there was a ton!!). All of our food was excellent, well-timed, very fresh. The only thing I had that I did not love was the balsamic strawberry cocktail. But I think that was just me, as others seemed to love it.

The food was ok, it came out very quick but we did have to send something back. But overall it was decent

Had breakfast with friends. Waitress Rome very friendly! Food was great! Waffles excellent! Also egg whites with sausage. Great atmosphere!

All our favorites were booked but the truly wonderful hostess found room for us in the living room with a couch and two easy chairs. Wonderful after a day on our feet. So many options that were new to us. The waiter was cer helpful. Small plates t by at a party of four could share. Start with the crispy empanadas. Crispy pastry filled with spiced meat and a terrific dipping sauce. Next this Spanish octopus. Charred with a spicy marinade. Tender and wonderful. The chicken skewer was good as were the brussel sprouts. The killer was the duck n waffle. Tender waffle layered with a crispy piece of bone in duck topped by a poached egg and a maple syrup sauce. I know. But the combination of flavors was off the charts. We has two. In the Venetian. Pricey but the quality and service worth every dime. Highly recommended.

From the oysters, the east west origiions and the all teh cultures that are all interwined to where you are enjoying a fresh outtake on international flavors. And dem bartenders know what time it is. If you don't go here then I don't know who you are. Life is too short. You only live once. Best salmon pizza, raw half shell oysters, any drink in town or epic subsitute, good vibes, get up and dance, MUCHOS GLACIAS SUGARCANE!!!

I chose a brunch with endless mimosas. I tried the mango mimosa and the passion fruit, and both were very nice. The homemade sausages were delicious, as were the beignets.

Went here for happy hour (must sit at the bar). Well worth it. Food was delicious, generous portions for happy hour. Drinks were delicious. Service was great. Would definitely go back.

I would recommend Firefly Tapas. The food was better. The food was about half the cost as well. This place was overpriced like everything in this casino. Firefly is about 1/2 mile from the casino. The dan dan noodles were good. Take a uber or lyft eat at restaurant that is better and off the strip. Help some small business instead of lining the pockets of some large corporation.

I ate here with my girlfriend during our last visit to Las Vegas. We ordered a bunch of plates to share and we both really enjoyed the food. Its not that expensive for Vegas. I would go there again.

Great food and beverages. Hostess, waitress and Manager greeted us personally to see if we were pleased with everything. Food was really tasty and reasonably priced. Social distancing in affect! Wonderful spot to eat on the strip.

Unfortunately not had a good experience at Sugercane despite the extremely friendly service. Sushi and pokebowl of very poor quality. We left everything in place. Abdominal pain after dinner. Unfortunately the last time for us in this restaurant.

Oysters were excellent. Dinner was excellent. Wine was incredible. The music was so loud we could not talk

Good food - a little noisy - not super cheap but this is Las Vegas . Good social distancing - service could be faster
Great Brunch
The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice is to die for! Hubby had Smoked Salmon Eggs Ben and cleaned his plate. Lol. Managers, especially Julian, were attentive and courteous! What a nice visit we had. We will definitely be back.
