Went here yesterday right when it opened and got the Rum Barrel and a Zombie Punch and a Mai Tai. Bartenders are really cool as well!

The BEST tiki bar! We came here as we’ve been the the other location in Bermuda and we loved the drinks there. I am a Californian and therefore a tiki snob as I started by tiki adventures with Don Beachcomber – the creator of some of the best tiki drinks. Sunken in Brooklyn definitely met our expectations. It was my husband’s first experience with authentic tiki drinks and he was blown away and finally understood my obsession. The ambiance and vibe of the bar is perfect. It makes you feel like you’re on a pirate ship and it’s small and cozy so you feel like you have your own private area. The drinks were ALL on point, I don’t think there was one we didn’t like. The service was also amazing! We showed up 15 minutes late and they still gave us the extra minutes and even let us stay a bit later as the other group hadn’t arrived. We did have snacks there, unfortunately there was only 1 veggie option so as happy as I was, I was a bit disappointed there weren’t at least 2 options. We did try the dumplings and they were delicious! Overall, I loved this place and the whole experience, would highly recommend for anyone.

This small cocktail lounge is one floor above Gage and Tollner. Its a completely different universe. Think classy, funky, Tiki bar but with good cocktails. Bar tenders were amazing. Excellent drinks. Style that goes and goes and goes. Do it!

The vibe here is real chill. Comfy banquettes and low lighting. The playlist was perfect. The cocktail menu takes a few minutes to digest & the selections are very clever. What we sampled was quite delicious. An obligatory stop before dinner downstairs.

What a great vibe, and incredibly talented artisans behind the bar! It’s fun to watch them make the magic happen. They’ve been nominated for a couple awards and it’s clear why.

Located within Gage & Tollner, Sunken Harbor Club is a great secret place to go grab a nautical themed drink, if you know the right person to ask! There are 7 tables tucked away in a nautical themed room with a huge bar that makes you feel like you are on a ship, at one end. Our server was friendly, but service was very slow. I was surprised how long it took our server to come back to get our drink orders, even though she only had 7 tables. I went with their Manhattan, which was good. Our other friends also tried a couple of their cocktails, and everyone seemed to like it. A heads up, it is a small room, so be aware of it. There were 3 guys in a corner who bathed in cologne and stunk the whole place up. It was really bad and I am surprised that the management didn't ask them to leave. It really affected our overall experience.
Great Bar
This is a terrific bar located above a steak house. The setting is nice and fun, service is terrific, and so too are the drinks. One tip: Order El Diablo, a tequila drink that leads to loud audience participation.
