Excellent all you can eat!

By johnnyhawaii808 |

I haven't been to a lot of sushi buffets in Vegas but I would say this one is the best because menu is extensive(not as extensive as before but still plentiful), quality is excellent without too much rice as you can see by the photos, staff was attentive and sushi chefs were quick to make our orders. I try to come here every time I'm in Vegas and I highly recommend the place.

Best AYCE Sushi Yet

By dremmettdc |

I have tried at least 4 other AYCE Sushi joints in Vegas. We were passing through, two buddies and myself, and we gave Sushi Neko a try. It was about 3:00 and we had not had lunch yet. It was great that they only charged us for the lunch rate of $21. Between the three of us, we killed it to say the least! Neither of my buddies had ever been to an AYCE Sushi joint before and they were in disbelief as the rolls just kept coming and coming and coming. I love to go out for AYCE Sushi because I don't feel ill afterwards. I know that last sentence might have some red flags but I like to get my eat on from time to time. From now on, it'll be at Sushi Neko. They have an good menu and more importantly, everything tasted amazing. Nothing was fishy. The service was excellent and a good time was had by all!!! Go!!!

Avoid at all costs, go to Sushi Koma

By bishop2277 |

They don’t care about their customers... at all. I tried for 30min to get in touch with them for a takeout order, others who walked in said they were trying to check for how busy they were or make reservations. So when I say they don’t care, I mean the server actually told me that they ignore the phone ringing. They were no busier than I’ve seen them before but the server made the excuse that they were super busy even though I saw him standing there doing nothing and spending lots of time trying to figure out what video he wanted to play on the tv next. I asked the server to put a rush on my to go order and then he just let my order sit there for 10min as I waited and had to remind him to go and get it. I’ve been going here for over a year and this was my last time. Sushi Koma has far better sushi, this place is mediocre at best, it’s just cheap.

Great all you can eat sushi

By cobi714 |

Sushi was good, if you get the nigiri the amount of rice is not overwhelming so you definitely get your monies worth. Quality was good as well. There is a fee for leftover sushi not eaten so pace yourself as the service was attentive when we went.

This place is a winner

If you're reading this review, I suppose you're looking for good sushi. Well, I think you're going to like Sushi Neko. My wife and I visited it for our first time for lunch on 12-16-16, and did so simply because we found the restaurant we'd been intending to visit unexpectedly closed. What an excellent accident that was. Sushi Neko has a cool, non-stuffy feel to it, with interesting decor. The place is pleasant. The lunch menu is restricted, such that some items available at the more costly dinner are not provided at lunch with the AYCE menu. This didn't affect our meal at all; there is plenty from which to select for lunch. Given people's varying tastes, it makes little sense to describe individual menu items, but rest assured that if you enjoy creative rolls, traditional nigiri sushi and a few other really interesting dishes, you will stuff your face quite happily at Sushi Neko. Okay, okay ... since you insist, I'll describe one item. It's from the appetizer section, something simply called "PANG," with no other description provided (without asking). The dish was two round pieces of garlic bread, upon which was heaped some manner of kani-based seafood mixture, which was in turn topped with mozzarella and garlic mayo, with the whole thing baked until the top was lightly browned. It was delicious!! The fish we sampled was of high quality and there was no insulting attempt at loading customers with rice, rather than fish. We experienced no service or cleanliness issues (I have a very sharp, very critical eye for cleanliness and food handling). Bottom line: My wife and I have tried many AYCE sushi establishments throughout the Las Vegas area and this place really is a winner. We shall return. I am happy to recommend this restaurant.

Awesome service, awesome sushi! Must go while in Vegas!

The food was excellent! The service was fantastic! The price was even better I highly recommend this sushi restaurant and Liz was an absolute outstanding fantastic server. She had great recommendations that were the bomb.

Good deal!

By sbbcampervan |

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - most of the nigiri and appetizers were great in taste but iffy in presentation/cuts. For example, our first order of tuna and salmon were cut extremely roughly and looked like last pieces on the fish, but our last round was thick and full slices of fish. The only disappointments were: - The mackerel nigiri flooded the entire plate with oil which also soaked into the other nigiri that shared the plate. - The agedashi tofu tasted like they were fried but super soggy which left an unpleasant texture - The scallops in the dynamite taste raw and the imitation crab was overwhelming with sauce and mayo that we couldn't finish it. Ambience: 5/5 - music is a bit louder than usual but not overwhelming. Nice and neat decorations with the entire restaurant very clean overall. There is a tree in the middle with branches/leaves that the taller servers keep running into, kind of fun to watch :p Service: 5/5 - servers were all really nice and patient. They checked periodically without being overwhelming but ensured we received attention whenever required Value for price: 5/5 - $52 for 2 lunch AYCE. Delicious food with desserts included. Having just come from LA, it's a steal!

Order everything immediately. Otherwise average

By Anastasia B |

We went for the all you can eat. We ate maybe 2-3 rolls and an 1-2 apps each. The sushi is fine. Not great. Not bad. They have all kinds of sushi types. They are full rolls. I didn't get sick. Solid average choice for the price. However, we ordered our apps, and then maybe 30 min later we saw our waitress to order our rolls. The all you can eat is 90 min max from the first thing ordered and they weren't quick. So as you can imagine this is where the issue is. I've been to places where this isn't a problem. But thus place was. So just order everything right at the beginning and don't space anything. Had we done that I'd probably be happier. 3 stars for average sushi and less than average service but that was partially my fault.

AYCE Excellence!

By Robert L |

Excellent quality, large menu and AYCE. There are 2 Suski Neko restaurants in this complex, both are related. The original restaurant and their second "Sushi Neko Supreme ". And the Sushi rice ball was small (about 1/3rd normal size) . Can't beat that!

Sushi Neko

By TerrasTravels |

I can’t say enough about this place! I went with a big group and we got to try many many many many many things! All was very good, tasty, and amazing! My favorites were the hot pots of Kalbi and the Bulgogo, the meat just slid right off the bone, the baked rolls, the Chanel Roll, pork belly, snow in Vegas roll, and the Japchae Crunch. This place has some really great decor inside for some fun photo ops as well and the customer service is amazing! We had Jitto and he was great! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Customer focus

By SimplyRedRock |

There's plenty of AYCE sushi in Vegas. This one pays attention to customers. Food is fresh and presentation is elegant and unique. Wait staff were always friendly and relaxed while tending to customers.. Some items in the menu were not available though but understandable. Good-sized nigiri, less rice more fish.

Sushi and rice ration are just right!!

By sadsdboy |

Benn here in Las Vegas about 6 months, there are soooo many AYCE sushi places. Finally found a place were the sushi and rice ration are just right. A lot of places are paper thing fish with a mountain of rice. NOT HERE, we used to go to Sake 2 Me back in Orange County, CA, this place comes VERY close. Very Very Very good cuts, fresh, was not busy during lunch, service was fast. And 20.95 lunch AYCE. A MUST for sushi fans!

Korean sushi style with a touch of art decor!

By NoraExplorer |

Neko is a Korean restaurant, so this is a Korean sushi place, truly good! Hubby and I came here for lunch with Uncle Bert (no no, not from the Sesame Street). They had "all you can eat" from the menu and I had the seafood rice Korean style. It was really very very good! I would come back to try something different next time. I just couldn't eat too much so "all you can eat" thing doesn't apply to me. The place is highly decorated in a stylish Korean traditional ambiance. I went to the restroom to inspect the decoration. Usually if the outside looks good, the inside looks nice as well. It's true enough, my assessment is correct. Look at Carpe Diem, that's the looks inside the bathroom. Nice haha! The server was pleasant and sweet. Try this place and you won't be disappointed.

Sushi Neko

Fish was fresh, great presentation. Service excellent. All you can eat is great bargain. I'll definitely be heading vack.

best AYCE sushi

By Ann L |

this is by far the best AYCE sushi i ever had, good quality of the Nigiri and sushi rolls. yellow tail and albacore nigiri tasted so fresh.shrimp tempura was very good, miso soup was included. the raw oyster that was included was excellent(1 raw oyster per person)

THE BOMB, consistent, superb, outstanding!

By tplife |

Sometimes you go back and it's like, "We're lovin' it, it's so good, we'll be back", but it's the atmosphere or nostalgia, and just not the same. Sushi Neko delivers consistency in quality, service, and value like no other. Our second try in 2022 was a repeat of uber-fresh sushi, sashimi, salads and tempura offerrings from a broad menu that would challenge any champion eater! Super-sweet raw oysters, uni, salmon, yellowfin, superb eel, and raw shrimp from the cold waters off Japan. The sashimi salad was a bit different with this presentation, less savory/sweet and not just quite as great, but still...Ummmm! Our waiter was very attentive, and helpful, and even the coffee/ice cream dessert was OVER THE TOP! This is our 1st stop for every trip to Las Vegas for great Japanese cuisine. Sushi Neko - THE BEST.

Incredible Sushi thats fresh, delicious, and definitely a must eat in Vegas, but Terrible English Speakers!

By Janet R |

My husband and I stumbled upon Sushi Neko on accident. We were across the street and saw a sign for this place saying they had moved. It also said the sushi to rice ratio was ON POINT! So we decided to check it out. Plus, its off the street so it isn't as busy or overpriced. Three words that describe the experience: Decadent. Fresh. Proportionate. Ambiance: The decor of the restaurant is really cool. There's a lot of Anime and random Japanese decor that really makes the experience great. There's cat stuff everywhere because Neko means cat in Japanese. The location is easy to get to. It's in the SF Market plaza on Spring Mountain next to Yosi Vape Shop. Service: The people do not speak english very well here, which is a good and a bad thing. It's good because you know the food is authentic. It's bad because you can't communicate very well with these people. If you try to ask them a question beyond what's on the menu or ordering they will either ignore you or smile and walk away. But, the food is so good I didn't care too much. The Chef even presented a special to us which was his own creation. The rolls and nigiri came out in a timely manner. We did not wait very long for any of our dishes, which is a plus. Price: Average AYCE price that's standard in the Las Vegas area. For Lunch its 23.95 and for dinner its 25.95. Food: The quality of the food was excellent. If I could give this place a rating purely based on the food, I would give it five stars. Everything was fresh. The rice to fish ratio was spot on. We left feeling comfortable instead of overly full from rice. There wasn't a fishy taste to any of it. The salmon belly and yellowtail belly was a game changer. I recommend getting the eel, super white tuna, trout, and paprika smoked salmon nigiri. It's the best I've ever had in Las Vegas! There's specials on the wall as well that you can order. It's random every time so take a look at that as well. Drinks: There's alcohol there, but we didn't have any. From the prices it looks reasonable and it's normal brands like Sapporo, Asahi, and Kirin Ichiban. There's sake as well. My husband and I would definitely come back again. :-)

Very fresh seafood..Friendly staff

By OregonTraveler9999 |

First time to this restaurant. It's a All You Eat Japanese Seafood Place. Love this place and it has become one of my favorite Vegas restaurants. The seafood is very fresh. They make it as you order. If you don't love sushi, they have skewers (also very yummy). Their desserts are also very delicious. I had Tempura vanilla ice cream. It's so good that I went back (first time dinner, second time lunch; Both visits were excellent). Will definitely go back next time I'm in town. Reasonably priced. I believe that drinks are extra. All the waiters and waitresses are very friendly. One thing to note is even though it's AYCE, they'll charge you for anything you can't finish, which I think is very reasonable. The bottom line is DON'T WASTE FOOD...

This Vegas restaurant made my friend’s birthday UNFORGETTABLE

By Dwight |

I had an absolute blast celebrating a friend’s birthday at Sushi Neiko! The lively, tight-knit crowd and the lush, kitschy decor made for an unforgettable night. When it comes to sushi, I’ll be honest—I can’t always tell the difference in fish quality, but what sets a place apart for me is the service, the specialty rolls, and, most importantly, the vibe. And Sushi Neko? They’ve nailed it. From the custom tables filled with quirky knick-knacks to the tree branches stretching across the ceiling, every detail adds to the fun, energetic atmosphere. Plus, with plenty of staff and great lighting, it’s the kind of spot that keeps the good times rolling!

International Tourists NOT welcome. Go to 'IT'S SUSHI' instead!

By Tom B |

My friend and I travelled from the UK. We knew Vegas was huge on AYCE Sushi and got recommended this place by a food youtuber who said it was the best in Vegas. We were so hyped. After looking at the menu and psyching ourselves up for a sushi marathon, we got a $25 uber and arrived to an extremely busy waiting area and surrounding outside area. There was so many people, it was like a busy train station platform on the sidewalk outside. (Which made me think, damn this place must be good) I went in and asked if we could have a table. The woman behind the counter was unbelievably dismissive and rude. "50 minute wait" - No 'hello', no 'how are you?' No, 'welcome'. Nothing! After agreeing to the wait, she asked me for my phone number so they could call me when the table was ready. I read it out to her and she said it was an error and I needed a US number. I explained I was visiting from abroad and she said "there's nothing I can do. If you don't have a US number that's it. I can't do anything" There was absolutely zero attempt to make it work. I even said "we will sit right here or come back in 50 minutes and see where we are in the queue. We weren't going anywhere." Again, I was met with a firm "No, there's nothing I can do". After some back and forth, it was clear they had enough business already and couldn't care less about two very excited international visitors who couldn't get a table, simply because they HAD to put a USA phone number into an iPad. We left disappointed and angry. Luckily, we passed another place in the uber a short walk down called "IT'S SUSHI premium AYCE" - A 10 minute walk back towards the Vegas strip. I arrived, the lady said a 30 minute wait. She asked me to put my number in the iPad and after I explained the international phone number situation, she smiled, said no problem and couldn't have been more helpful. She said I should return in 30 minutes and she'll see where I am in the queue. We did just that, got a table and proceeded to have a fantastic meal. All that to say, if you're foreign, DO NOT go to Sushi Neko. They're unpleasant, rude and just want to pump through as many people as they can. Go to IT'S SUSHI instead. You will not be disappointed.

All you can eat sushi which would be great at 3x the price.

By Ryan L |

Wow. All-you-can-eat sushi at a great price ($20-25) with an amazing selection of sushi and other dishes (Japanese and Korean/American/Fusion style take on Japanese), great service, and pleasant decor. What's weird is that they give you more fish and less rice than "normal" sushi places which charge per piece, kind of the opposite of what I was expecting. They do have a lot of fried/baked options, which tend to be more filling, but there's sashimi, traditional nigiri and maki, and lots of other great stuff. I didn't feel obligated to totally maximize value by eating more than I wanted to, but I got about 10 dishes of various types, all excellent, and was completely satisfied. Probably the third best sushi I've had in Las Vegas, and the two better places (across the street) are 4-10x the price. I'll definitely go back, and encourage others to try Sushi Neko.

AYCE

By Brenda L |

All 6 of us went on a friend's recommendation and ordered the all you can eat for $30. Naturally we all shared everything ordered. It was delicious!! Service was excellent, atmosphere comfortable, and the location was off the strip so parking was plentiful and we got to see a bit of Chinatown.

Wonderful Experience

By Wayne C |

We were in Las Vegas visiting our son and he took us here for a fabulous all you can eat sushi meal. We came mid afternoon and decided to have the dinner menu which afforded us a wider range of choices. None of us were disappointed, the service was quick and the sushi was fabulous. Freshly prepared ingredients and tasteful presentation abounded.

:3 no fries but still THE BEST

By Frine_dining |

Best sushi restaurant!!! Very yummers... Okay sure, they don't have French fries but I suppose I can give them a pass since their fish is so good. Ever want the best sushi in Vegas?? Yeah this is your place!!!

Great food great service!!

Excellent food, weekends slammed

By Yvonne A |

The food here is consistently fresh, tasty, and plentiful for AYCE. Unfortunately went on Saturday night, they were slammed and will not seat you until all in party there, fair enough. But they took 5 big people and shoved us in corner on a small 4 top, with a chair for smallest person. We were ignored for first 5 minutes at table then waitress seemed unhappy to wait on us. It got better service wise, but definitely emphasis there is on young skinny Millennials who look great. That is how they made us feel. Sadness - great food!

Who knew the desert had such awesome sushi!

By Sydney M |

Some of the best sushi I've ever had and at a super reasonable price. We got this recommendation from someone at the hotel and they nailed it! Took a cab to Chinatown and this was tucked away in a strip mall. We were seated right away and had the all you can eat. The fish to rice ratio on the sushi was perfect! Highly recommend this to anyone in LV.

Keep them coming,,,

This is one of my favorite sushi places in Vegas...definitely my Nigiri #1..

By Steff A |

This is one of my favorite sushi places in Vegas...definitely my Nigiri #1.. Neko Service: Service was great with checking back if we wanted to order more during our AYCE dinner. The sushi chefs were fantastic with getting our orders to the table quickly. Plates were cleared immediately and drinks were fresh all night, well done during an 80% capacity night. Neko Sushi+: Neko is unique and popular for their rice to fish ratio of about 2:1 in terms of size with their Nigiri. The Nigiri is good quality which makes this such a win. Nigiri Champ: Salmon Belly, there's a reason why this order is limited per person. They have a great variety of rolls which I limit here because I don't want to get too full for the awesome Nigiri. My current sushi roll champ: #27 Golden Tiger = Inside: Shrimp tempura, avocado, Cream Cheese + Top: Spicy Crab with spicy mayo, yum yum & eel sauce + 3 kinds of tempura crumbs to give this roll even more gaainz. The mini honey toast is the perfect size for me because it allows me to order another dessert to fatty up even more. Neko ambiance: Since my last visit 1 year+ ago, there has definitely been an upgrade! Above is Industrial lighting, you're surrounded by Japanese pop murals, dark wood, brick walls and the plywood 'tree' makes for a fun and attractive dining area. Service, attractive dining area and the Nigiri makes me love this Sushi Neko! If you don't like your fish to rice ratio of 2:1 on your Nigiri, this is not a sushi house for you or you can just stick to their awesome rolls. Freedom of choice in life and sushi is great to have, choose wisely!See you at Sushi Neko...=)

Awesome Beyond Belief

Best Sushi in Vegas

By Ram |

Food is very delicious. I’m from California and have eaten at many great Sushi spots and I can actually say that at times I feel like just driving out to this place on a weekend just to eat there. I have to eat here again on my next trip and every trip I make to Vegas from now on. ITS THAT GOOD. It’s not fancy shmancy, it’s perfect. Fantastic local spot. If you know about Sushi this place has the fish to rice ratio down to a T. It’s a treat to know about this place. By the way it’s AYCE ! It gets pack so you’ll wait a bit but it’s worth it. DAMN ITS GOOD !

Not so great

By Aprilila |

All you can eat sushi, but limited selections. Evening menu is available at lunchtime which few more choices. Some items can only be order one. Slice raw fish (sashimi) is thicker and the rice ball is smaller than other AYCE places near by. Great customer services, especially Tina, she provided exceptional services to our group.

truly is the BEST AYCE Sushi around!

By Connie S |

We have been coming to Sushi Neko now for 2 years. We have tried several other AYCE sushi places in Las Vegas, and hands down, Sushi Neko is always the best!

Amazing value

By jzhang9102023 |

This spot has become my go-to spot every time I come to Las Vegas. Located very conveniently just 5-10 mins off the strip. Amazing AYCE seafood, sushi and skewers at a fantastic price.

All you can eat fresh sushi is phenomenal

By Peter A |

The prices were more than reasonable and the menu offered a hugely diverse range of sushi, hand rolls, soups, tempuras and desserts. I personally recommend the super white tuna. The service was extremely kind, patient and waited for our long list of orders. The food was prepared instantly and served professionally. This restaurant has better quality and prices than other high end pretentious ones. Unfortunately the restaurant is located 15 minutes away from the strip making it inaccessible unless you have car.

Decent Sushi Restaurant

By Laen27 |

Found this AYCE sushi rest. from Trip Advisor. The sushi is very authentic and good. We were satisfied with the experience as the food came promptly and the staff were helpful. The restaurant is comfortable and clean. Overall a good meal experience.

Any plans on opening a second store in NYC?

By Hannah |

Please open a chain store in New York. *sob* On my trip to Vegas in December, I literally wanted to go to Sushi Neko ev-ery-night! My goodness this place isn't joking around when they tell you "order little at a time." There's no need to worry about "I gotta try them all" or anything, it's all you can eat. I am very, very happy about the fish-to-rice ratio of the sushi... "Chef, chef, you're so amazing!" (For those who watched Moana) I liked the grilled shrimp appetizer, it's skewered. It was so fresh! I also liked the fact that they limited expensive fish so that they can carry good quality for all customer to try. I appreciate it. You know, the quality tend to decline when there's such high demand, of course they'll be bankrupt too giving unlimited uni (sea urchin) or amaebi (sweet prawn). I love, love, love, love, loved their home style sushi with their signature sauce and garnish. It's so creative and fun! Man I ate until belly FLOPPPPPED. So good. Sushi Neko.. you just wait.. I'll be back. *HUM*

Great all you can eat

By fitforalifetime |

This place is great. Great service and good fish. I am low carb and the problem with AYCE places it the huge rice they add to the rolls. They had some non rice and low carb potions and I left feeling just the right amount of full. I will be back when I am in town

Huge Selection of Fresh and Delicious Sushi

By Mike O |

We recently had a birthday celebration at Sushi Neko, and we could not have been more impressed. The dining room was very clean and nicely decorated with anime on the walls and cat stuff spread throughout. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The menu had a huge selection to choose from with some very creative rolls. We were there as a party of six, and we tried maybe 30 different rolls. Not one disappointed any of us. The all you can eat at $25.95 for dinner was a great value for us because we went through some sushi. A definite place for us to frequent. We will return again.

One of the best AYCE Sushi joints in Las Vegas!

By lasvegasfreeway |

You don't want to spend big bucks at the high end sushi places located inside the casino's, and you don't want to eat piles and mountains of rice under little tiny pieces of sushi. So what is the answer????? SUSHI NEKO!!!!!!!!!!!!! New all you can eat sushi placed near china town not far from the Vegas strip. Heard about the joint so decided to eat here and see for myself. What I found was good quality sushi. Good rice to sushi ratio, and a very competitive price. This is my new ayce go-to sushi joint! Tips: Go easy on the rolls, and try to stick mostly to sushi. Take a pass on the honey toast. Sushi Neko specials for dinner only.

Large slabs of fish with small ball of rice -- great sushi

By DYA717 |

Great sushi -- little rice, more fish. The AYCE was great; choices from both sides of the menu sheet. Sushi Combo was very good -- 15 slices of chef's choice. A friend had the Curry Tonkatsu -- very delicious.

Food Coma!! 😀

By SusieSD |

What a delightful surprise! Didn’t expect one of my best sushi experiences to be in Las Vegas! Food is excellent. Fresh, tasty, great selection and every single item we ordered was excellent. This can be your one meal of the day! Already wanting to go back!! Also great value for your money especially when you’re hungry and yearning for good sushi! If you’re in Vegas get out of the strip to eat good food. Start with this one!

AMAZING!

By tracey b |

All of the reviews were RIGHT. I was worried that leaving the strip for a sushi restaurant was a waste of precious hours during our short trip to Vegas, but it was PERFECT. There wasn't a single roll we didn't love and there were tons of options for our one vegetarian in the group, too. Really wish they took reservations but we lucked out by going on a Weds at noon and had NO wait. Service was super friendly and really fast, especially considering how many rolls our group of 6 was ordering for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Call for an uber before you are finished though as you are quite a ways away from regular cabs. GO HERE !! You won't regret it.

Good AYCE sushi

Sushi_Neko-YES

By Teddy W |

First time visited this AYCE Japanese Restaurant in Las Vegas China Town, first impression was a long line-up, took 20 minutes to be seated. We took AYCE, we asked recommendation from our server on their large menu, she recommended try the one time only item first, the sushi, rolls & oysters were all good quality, we were very surprised when the server passed by our table and noticed not too much food on our table, she was able to mentioned what we ordered for the second round and brought the food to us right away, there was full house and very busy that night. The server is amazing!! This is a restaurant with good food and service, must try!!

Great value

By MI |

Sushi Neko is an AYCE sushi spot that serves great food for a very reasonable price. $26.95 gets you all you can eat for lunch and $34.95 is the price for dinner. Much cheaper than anything you’ll find on the strip and still very tasty considering the price. Service is very friendly and the food comes quick! Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in town. Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Overall Value: 5/5 Price: $ $: $0 - $50 per person $$: $50 - $100 per person $$$: $100 - $200 per person $$$$: $200 - $500 per person $$$$$: >$500 per person

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE...our

By MRD2005 |

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE...our bill was almost $500...and they tried to tack on another $25 because we had a couple pieces of sushi left over...they try to fill you up with excessive rice for the sushi...and even came by the table SEVERAL times to tell us we HAVE to eat the rice in order to order more sushi...the waiter then refused to let us order more food because supposedly we only had 10 min left of our allotted time...not taking into account that we didn’t even order or eat anything the first 30 min...while we waited for our drinks...don’t waist your time or money here...several better options for AYCE sushi in Vegas including Umiya

Awesome selection of All You Can Eat Fresh & Delicious Sushi

By larilu |

Sushi Neko is an awesome little Sushi joint in the Chinatown section of Las Vegas. You will get a great "WOW" factor here both with the food and service. Everything was fresh and delicious and it was at a great price (25.99/dinner, all-you-can-eat) The choices of rolls are endless and amazing. You can also order half rolls, so you can try a larger selection. On a recent Friday nite, while crowded, we still received great service from out waitstaff which made the experience more enjoyable!Everyone in our group agreed, we will be back to Sushi Neko. This is now our go to sushi place! Overall Rating~Very Good.

Each of my experiences have merited a return visit.

By orange-u-tall |

Although a friend of mine absolutely loves this place, I am not as enamored of it as him. While I do really enjoy it, and I never object to going, there is not a single item that wows me like at some other Japanese places. However, I have yet to partake in a mediocre item either. Simply put, everything is good or very good. Perhaps I am being picky in saying that nothing is mindblowing, but I would be disingenuous to award it five stars, yet I would be unfair to give it any less than a four star rating. Sushi Neko is a bustling restaurant with great value.

Love the food, the prices and the precautions they take to ensure safety. Unlimited sushi and great Japanese beer. Great variety of to choose from. Service was great. Sushi was amazing. Miso soup tasty, gyoza was tasty but the sushi was the best. Repeat customer..

EXCELLENT!!

By Patty |

EXCELLENT! 10/10 would recommend. Their dinner all-you-can-eat option was only $30 per person and the quality of the food was out of this world! You will not be disappointed if you go here. It’s also a great opportunity to try new sushi.

Great sushi but a lot of rules

By Deb W |

The sushi is very good. High quality fish and a creative menu. As with most all you can say sushi there are a lot of rules. The staff is quick to point them out. We followed the rules but the staff was a bit off putting. With our first order they asked if we we wanted half orders. There were 9 of us and we didn’t order that much. Other than the staff we encountered we really loved our meal. The restaurant decor was nice. I would try it again on the assumption we encountered an off night with the staff.

Night out!

By Jake C |

This place was referred to us by a friend and we loved it. This place is hip and trendy and a fun place to eat. Techno music and great food. The place was hoping all night long and after a short wait we loved the food. If you want a fun atmosphere to eat sushi that isn’t too expensive, this is the place

Looking for sushi. With chef flavored twists at a reasonable price. Here it is. Good food. Fresh fish. Great taste.

Best Sushi I’ve Ever Had

By Jenny R |

I’m going to keep this short and sweet - this is the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s about a mile from where I work and I couldn’t believe how good it was the first time I went. My brother is a sushi conusseiur an de he agrees that this is the best sushi spot! It’s super fresh food and a very cute interior. The wait time in the evenings can be a bit long, so I’d recommend to go at a weird hour to avoid the dinner crowd.

Amazing all you can eat sushi!

By SunnyMarie82 |

Absolutely amazing. We were blown away by the quality of the food and the speed of the restaurant. The system they have set up for ordering and delivering food was outstanding. Our server ensured we had all we needed and checked back often. So many rolls were amazing - the hot ones were awesome. Crab rolls, tuna, salmon, so good. The Las Vegas roll was a favorite of the table! Highly recommend. As you can see by our photos, nothing was left behind. Delicious!!

Excellent Sushi

By Killdavo |

The sushi is very fresh, very tasty and lot of variety. We loved this place. Price is reasonable too. It has a huge parking lot and staff was very kind

Don't let AYCE deter you this place is great

By Katie N |

This place is great - All You Can Eat is usually a red flag for us but not the case with this place. The individual pieces of sushi are quite large, the rice portion is small (horray) and the fish is super fresh. They offer a wide assortment of rolls - the two we tried were good but we focused on eating the sushi. I would say their house wine is not great - skip it and go with Saki or a beer. Highly recommend this place - great quality and great price

A great little restaurant with incredibly delicious food, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone!

Must try!

By Chris J |

My first visit to Vegas and three hours into the trip and I'm thinking it will be my last. Everything on the strip is way over priced. I decided to head to Chinatown for sushi. What a great move! This place was fantastic, small portions but the price was right and a really great selection. I wanted to try everything! On my next trip to Vegas I will certainly visit here again.

Still...A Great All You Can Eat Sushi Experience at a Great Price

By larilu |

This is an updated reprint of an earlier review i posted years ago, and everything still applies from the great service, selection & food!...... Sushi Neko is an awesome little Sushi joint in the Chinatown section of Las Vegas. You will get a great "WOW" factor here both with the food and service. Everything was fresh and delicious and it was at a great price in today's times..... (29.99/dinner, all-you-can-eat) The choices of Sushi are endless and amazing. You can also order half rolls, so you can try a larger selection. On a recent Wednesday nite, while crowded, we still received great service from our waitstaff which made the experience more enjoyable! Everyone in our group agreed, we will be back to Sushi Neko. This is still our go to sushi place! Overall Rating~Very Good.

First visit here and very

By IraNan |

First visit here and very well satisfied. We wereeWe ordered salmon, tuba, mackerel, sear lemon salmonn, yellow tail w/yuzu, and unagi. All were nice size cuts with consistent minimal rice. We allso had a 911 roll and a Dancing Eel roll. Greeted immediately and seated at a table. Drink orders were taken and delivered fast. Our waiter took our first order and within five minutes had half of our order on the table. Service was great, we never had to ask for s as anything. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice decor. Only two minor complaints, ond is my orfer of mackerel was quite warm, annd second my 911 roll the shrimp tempura inside was cold and heavy, as if it had been premadecand refrigerated. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing and Affordable Sushi

By derrickwg36 |

Sushi Neko is a great restaurant, If you enjoy sushi. For approximately $25, you can purchase there all you can eat sushi. They have a large variety of sushi rolls and sashimi. There is definitely a roll for everybody at this restaurant, if you enjoy sushi.

Best Sushi in Vegas

By Kenljenkins |

I have been here on dates, with family and with friends, people who start out with the attitude that they don’t like sushi and people who love sushi and they all walk out seriously liking this place. I live here in Vegas and when my friends visit the first thing they want to do is come here. I recommend this place to seasoned sushi lovers and first time timid explorers. I will warn you in advance, they don’t do reservations and are very popular so on Friday and Saturday dinner service expect to have to wait to be seated but it is well worth the wait.

Food A, Service A-, Music intensity D

By Yvonne A |

Food is always top notch! AYCE menu has variety and most items can be ordered over and over small section maybe 10.items can only be ordered once per person. Service is very good to great depending on how busy they are. You cannot make reservations and can only be seated when whole party there. 90 minute limit, which seems fair. The music is totally hipster and loud, neither to my or friends liking. Wish it was softer or less intense. Not sure if we will be back as music just too much, felt like we were in bar or club.

Good Restaurant

By derrickwg36 |

This is a good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. They have a very large menu, with numerous sushi choices. I recommend ordering half-rolls (not all rolls can be made half), to try more rolls and consume less rice. The price was very affordable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The best dang sushi I've had in Vegas!

By Zpack2723 |

Sushi Neko totally beats out any AYCE place in Sac or Reno for sure. The cost is the same compared to all the places in Reno, but you get so much more here in way of choices and the amount of fish on the nigiri pieces. Reno, has big rice balls and thin see thru almost slices of fish. This place has little rice balls and big, I mean giant slices of fish and great quality as well. No filling up on rice here! We got totally stuffed and didn't have one roll at all! The selection of appetizers was amazing and we had many things I never had before. Just look at the menu and see all the things! I've never had nigiri fish slices this big before ... I like it! The tempura shrimp and calamari were hot and crisp without being oily. There is no sushi bar seating here, it's all tables and booths. We arrived around 2pm and found a nice booth. I can see this place filling up fast. The parking is tight, but try the underground garage and stay out of the heat on hot days, or better is the second floor parking accessed from the side street. Service here was super on point and each server puts in your order via a tablet linked to the kitchen, so it's real efficient in their operation. The sushi came out fast and well made. These are the biggest cuts of nigiri fish I've ever had! All the sushi we had was great except for the salmon eggs, Ikura. They were a little on the dried (aged) side. I guess not too many people order that, so it can get old. We had so many things, I can remember them all, but we did try almost all the fish offered. I'll come back here again for sure. Service was quick and efficient, no language barriers either.

Really good all around sushi restaurant tucked away quietly

By floor13 |

I ate here twice during a recent trip to Las Vegas. It wasn't a far drive from the north Strip area where I stay. The restaurant had excellent service, really good quality food and an excellent value for the all you can eat options. The decor is interesting and casual. The ambiance is casual and friendly. I will return again and again. I also tried Yama Sushi for their all you can eat, and Sushi Neko was MUCH better. For sure. Neko was better, easier, faster service. Better menu. Better tasting food.

stick with nigiri sushi

By asiatravler29 |

Please stick with the classic Nigiri sushi. All the sushi rolls with their fancy names comes with too much sauce. I mean every single one we ordered was nothing but heavily sauced, you end up eating the sauce, you don't get the taste of the real fish. Now, I'm not faulting the restaurant as it seems to be the trend of most sushi restaurant now. That's just my opinion, but over all it was good for lunch as I'm sure dinner might get crowded. Yes I would go back but it's Nigiri sushi only

THE BEST!

By Aaron Feld |

This place has become our favorite sushi place in town. I don't ever take any pictures because there isn't ever any time. We just eat and eat and eat. All you can eat and it's so inexpensive. More importantly the sushi is quality. Our server Elaine is the best! She even provided us with other restaurants and coffee houses nearby (since we have newly moved to Las Vegas). Everyone that works there is attentive kind professional, and quick. Even the music they play is fun to listen too

Good price but the service needs to be improved

By Cindy O. |

Nice atmosphere, fresh fish, excellent price but they need to do something about the service. First we had a Latino waiter and then a Korean female waitress. They both looked so unhappy with an attitude. If you don't want to work there, they are plenty of people would like to take your place out there.

Disappointing service

By JB |

Rolls were good but a little smaller rolls than used to. The service from Melissa was horrible - not just our table but I noticed other tables kept looking for her as well. When the rolls came to the table we couldn't hear what names they mumbled. Good food, too bad the service lessened the experience.
