59 of 5,380 Restaurants in Las Vegas

I can see why this was #77 of over 4330 restaurants in Vegas at the time of this writing. We had the Red Sun... yum. And yellow fin rolls. Next to us was the couple ordered the chocolate lava cake.... the presentation was AMAZING (surprise your loved one and just order it!). I usually steer clear of sushi .... but I would definitely return. Again....... I would go back. I loved it!!!!

The view at night was perfect - you could see the entire strip. The food was outstanding! We got the $55 per person tasting menu which gave you 6 or 7 delicious courses! Louis our waiter was great. He does a terrific job. I will absolutely come here again and recommend this place to everyone.

been to the Scottdale Sushi Roku but Las Vegas has the better fish and presentation. Very nice and attentive waiter ! Also the cocktails were pretty good. As it is difficult to find (at the end of the Palace shops on the third floor) there were only a very few people. Nice and enjoyable.

I've been here a few times but not in the last 4-5 years. Went tonight for dinner. Definitely gone downhill. The service was great but the sushi was only average. Reasonable prices but much higher quality sushi to be found elsewhere in Vegas.

Once you find the place through the Forum Shops it’s a top notch sushi experience. I arrived for happy hour 4-6pm and tried several rolls, miso soup, a crispy chicken dish, and sashimi. All was excellent and $9-10 for each item. The bar attendant was very friendly and the food arrived immediately. Will definitely be back. The only downside is finding the place It’s closest to the Forum Shops entrance across from Harrah’s. Take the escalator to the top floor and you will see it. Don’t rely on Google maps. You will be on wild goose chase from hell through the maze that is Caesars Palace. Otherwise…enjoy. Great strip view as well.

The ambiance is well beyond ordinary. It is a very classy establishment, with unexpected finishes, lighting, etc., and there was a wait time because it is a very popular restaurant, but we did not seem to wait too long. I won't reveal the fun surprise in store for some guests, but as for the food, I can't say that it matched the decor. It satisfied - one friend of mine had sushi nigiri, and the portions were good sized, but the presentation was not extraordinary. Just, well, sushi.

We in truth only visited Sushi Roku because we were desperately hungry and all of the other restaurants in the Forum Shops at Caesars seemed to have even more unreasonably long waiting times, but we were very glad that the cards landed as they did, as our visit was a very pleasant surprise. To be honest, there's nothing particularly novel or innovative about the menu, which has all the familiar sushi and sushimi variations - but what sets this place apart from the herd is both the quality of the service and the evident care that goes into the preparation each dish, This is Vegas on the strip, so nothing is cheap, but definitely worth a visit.

A great Japanese meal with the kids. They stuffed themselves with chicken noodles and we loved the sushi. In particular, I would like to single out the truffle roll special. All was great, beautifully presented and delicious.

Great choices and great choices. Service was great and the sushi tasted very fresh. Good location too.

very good restaurant, nice athmosphere, great service and the most important the sushi was excellent

We came here for dinner with friend who had been here before. The swore it was the best sushi around and we were not disappointed. The selection of dishes and sushi was good and the food was very fresh and delicious. Desert was another matter. I ordered their strawberry cheesecake. What came was a strawberry moose, not cheesecake. I don't care for any kind of moose at all so I was very disappointed. I gave it to my wife who does like moose and she liked it. The waiter never did come by to ask if I liked it or I would have told him. The lack of concern over my desert and the fact that it wasn't what I expected was why I only gave them four stars.

Very good food and drinks! Great service! Nice location and comfortable seating! Highly recommend after shopping at the forum shops!

One of the best Sushi restaurants I have ever eaten at. They also surprised my daughter with a super cool Birthday treat with a neat sparkler. The food was outstanding. The Saki was amazing and our server was adorable and so helpful with helping us pick the most amazing food from the menu. Highly recommend the Lobster Garlic Noodles and the Halibut appetizer, the Steak Tartar and the Premium Sushi. 5 Stars or more!!!!

We are locals and we have gone to Sushi Roku a few times and let just say every experience has been outstanding. We love the food, and our server Tommy was the best. Friendly, and professional. He always had a smile on his face and knew exactly when to come over to cater to our needs. My husband is vegan, and he was able to eat there as well. We will be visiting Sushi Koku again.

I was in town for business and went to Sushi Roku one evening. I did not have a reservation and asked to sit at the sushi bar. The hostess was very accommodating and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. I found the ambience was a lot better than another sushi restaurant I tried at the Venetian. The sushi chefs were very personable, asking if I’d like any sushi and made it for me immediately. Everything was fresh and the selection of wines by the glass were of high quality. I would definitely go to this restaurant again and I eat sushi all over the world.

My wife and I had planned to come here for dinner that night. We eat sushi a lot at home and their menu looked good. We got right into the place without any wait (it is on the second floor of forum shops at the end) and seated quickly. The tables and place was decorated nicely and felt fancy, each table with a small candlelit jar. We ordered 3 rolls,2 drinks, and a salad. Philly roll, california roll, and shrimp tempura roll. They were all very very good, large pieces of sushi. The salad we planned on being more like a traditional green salad with ginger dressing. It was more of a fine lettuce dryer salad. Wouldnt get the salad again but food was amazing. Their list of fruity alcohol drinks looked good but $15 a drink. We ordered two and could not even take two sips of them. So strong and terrible flavor and just plain rough. The waitress quickly apologized and took them off the bill though which was cool. I would go back again. Great food and service. $55 for the 3 rolls and salad.

There really are so many restaurants on the strip. We really wanted Sushi on our last night so after reading the excellent reviews on trip advisor we decided Sushi Roku and it did not disappoint! Even our 2 teenagers loved everything we ordered! Goyza , Tatsuta -age, Sushi platters and the chocolate lava for dessert! The service was great! We were the last customers of the night and we did not feel rushed at all. We would highly recommend and would come back again!

In the same week I ate at Nobu and Sushisamba, Roku is better! Better value, better food,m and by far the most authentic! Even my Japanese friends were impressed.

This place was good but I have had better sushi! We went for lunch because our intended place was not yet open. We sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender was professional, friendly and engaged in some NFL chat. As they had multiple games on. The vibe here is chill with a nice decor. Appetizers: Cauliflower with red dates and pine nuts - interesting Spicy Jakarta ramen - excellent! We ordered all our rolls in soy paper: White lotus roll Crunchy spicy tuna tempura Katana We found the menu somewhat limited as far as rolls go but the quality of their work was good especially with the use of soy paper.

If you’re a sashimi lover or don’t like spending much on a meal, then avoid this restaurant. The prices are outrageously high and very small portions. The food was good but you’re paying 3-4 times as much to eat sushi in a dressed up restaurant on the Las Vegas strip.

We had a business/celebration dinner here! Everyone enjoyed their drinks, apps, sushi and dessert. So fresh and Delicious! Lisa made sure we were well taken care of!

We were looking for sushi in Vegas and found this restaurant because of TripAdvisor recommendations. It took us a while to wind through Caesar's Palace to find it but it lived up to its high rating. We were a party of 5 and every sushi roll we ordered was delicious. Not cheap but I highly recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant with excellent service and excellent atmosphere. We visited it for dinner, the sushi was superb, and I especially want to praise the steaks they offer. I want to point out that the prices are very reasonable as for Las Vegas

Great Ramen-was very flavorful and you even get to choose your spicy level. The spicier levels are actually spicy and, while you do have to pay for toppings, the amount is very generous and they aren’t stingy with it. The vegetarian broth was one of the few amazing vegetarian ramen I’ve had. The noodles were very tasty compared to some other places and they have a lot of different options and customizations such as toppings or even for the appetizers.

Decent sushi for the price. Recommend getting the edamame, sashimi and the sushi here is wonderful. A little hard to find but usually seats are open!

We were impressed by how nice Sushi Roku was since restaurants att his casino/Resort don’t always come out on top. If you have a taste for Sushi and also excellent Sake then try it out. Our server Carmelo - very helpful and made great suggestions. We asked to have things brought out and items included: Waygu on the hot stone Sea bass Nigiri Sake. The tables by the window have an excelelnt view out on to the strip.

We stopped by for happy hour, and had a great little bite to eat along with good wine. I was happy to see many options on their happy hour menu that were excellently prepared. This is a fairly small restaurant and inside the Cesar's Palace shopping area, but it was close to the street exit. I would have ordered more, but we were only there for a short time. It was great!

My parents and I dined here on Saturday, February 23rd for their 56th wedding anniversary. We had just come from seeing Jerry Seinfeld at Caesars Palace and I had forgotten to make a reservation someplace for dinner. Thankfully, we were able to get a table here and we are so happy that we did. The service was absolutely wonderful! Our server made my parents night when he brought out a delicious dessert plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate and a giant sparkler in a champagne flute! It was so thoughtful and really made our dinner special. Everything was delicious and we were so happy with the wonderful service that we received throughout the entire dinner.

Took a customer here and had what I expected. Everything that we ordered was incredible and the service was superb as well. I’d recommend coming in for sushi if you are in LV.

There’s some really good sushi spots in the desert, and Sushi Roku is among them. The yellowtail here is as good as advertised. I’m a big tempura fanatic, and will say, you have to try the lobster tempura here: it’s killer! But everything else I’ve tried here is good too. They also have a sort of happy hr(less expensive) menu on weekdays, that is a great value. If you like fresh tasting sushi, this is the place in Vegas...Enjoy

Love this sushi place and enjoy visiting every time that I am in town. Great location, wonderful drinks-- Lychee Martini is to die for, and the food is great. Happy hour is a great time to take advantage of if you are able and there is literally nothing that I have found that has disappointed.

To drink I had the tropical hibiscus and it was quite tasty. The brussel sprout chips were unbelievable! I wish I had some more right now. I also had the salmon sushi and the ocean trout (masu) sushi, and both were absolutely delicious. The baked crab hand roll was also very good. But I want to shout out the hostess the most. Vegas restaurants aren't the most friendly towards single diners, but the hostess here offered me a table instead of immediately seating me at the bar, which was so appreciated, thank you again!

Amazing lunch at this excellent spot in Caesar’s Place Forum Shops. Wait Staff ( especially Juan) was very attentive and efficient - manager (Johnny?) helped me select an outstanding entree, which they were happy to customize a little for me. Food was fresh and well prepared, Save room for dessert, excellent as well. So worth a place on your Las Vegas culinary agenda!

This was the best sushi I’ve ever had! Everything we ate was fabulous! Service was great and our server was so helpful in deciding what to order.

Now that my sons are grown, one lives in another state the other is in the Navy, it is rare that we can all get together. We celebrated my birthday a few days early because of schedules. Sushi Roku is great. One of the best sushi restaurants I have been to and there are plenty. Service was great. Each dish seemed to be better than the previous. We were going to have our sons pay for drinks, my husband was so happy he picked up the whole tab. I told him never tell me how much it was because I know it wasn't cheap but well worth it.

Highly overrated. Food was ok, but nothing special and as almost everything else in Vegas the charge is on the high side.

the best sushi i have ever had like literally. but i am not sure how to desribe this place it is just too good

My husband and I visited Sushi Roku for happy hour a few days ago and all I can say is....simply delicious! We are from Vancouver, British Columbia and being on the west coast we are very lucky to have access to amazing sushi in our part of the world. This place exceeds in quality any sushi we’ve had in Vancouver or surrounding area. From the happy hour menu, we highly recommend the Ginger Lychee Mojito (comes with an actual lychee as garnish!), Miso Glazed Popcorn Shrimp Tempura, Mushroom Tempura with Creamy Truffle Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura with Asparagus Roll and Salmon and Avocado Roll. On a side note, the portions were very generous given that it was happy hour pricing. Very pleased and will definitely be back during our next Vegas trip!

You must have the lychee mojito and happy hour menu. This is one of the beat places we have been to in Vegas. The bartender is on warp speed and honestly, I had a better time than at the upscale places in town. This place is a win win, unless you expect authentic Japanese cuisine in the middle of the desert😂

I was staying next door at The Mirage and wanted sushi. Roku was rated well, so tried it and was glad I did. Very fresh, quality sushi and also a great experience, friendly staff. I have eaten at Nobu before, and although not quite as extravagant, Roku was similar quality at half the price.

We wanted to try out a new sushi place other than the usual/more upscale culprits. We stumbled upon Sushi Roku on Opentable and decided to try it out. This was on Superbowl Sunday btw, so we were expecting the restaurant to either be super packed or completely deserted. Well, it was completely deserted. We were the only people in the entire dining room (for the first 30 mins), which to be honest, was pretty amazing. Even after the first 30 minutes, only 2 more tables were seated. The food was actually very good. Every dish we had was unique and full of great flavors. Although the restaurant is originally LA-based (where we're originally from), this was the first time we tried it out. PROS - Attentive servers - Good drinks - Really good sushi - Really good apps - Depending on where you're seated, you'll have a pretty decent view of the strip. - Has a nice dark, moody/thematic vibe CONS - I can't accurately rate the level of noise this restaurant might actually have on a busy night, as it was so peaceful while we were there. I can imagine it can get quite bustling on a typical Friday or Saturday night. I would definitely recommend you try this place out at least once. As you can see, it was hard to come up with any real cons. We left quite full and satisfied with the food and the service.

Sushi Roku Las Vegas offers an exquisite sushi experience. Elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and divine sushi. A must-visit for sushi enthusiasts in Vegas!

Sushi Roku at happy hour has unbelievable value for the price. Any time of day the sushi is outstanding and a few of the dishes very unique (not traditional) but great! My previous favourites in the area sushi samba and Nobu are not distant seconds to sushi Roku and the happy hour drinks and fishes are a bonus.

The edamame, spicy cucumber sunomono, and mixed vegetable tempura were all very good. All 3 sushi rolls we ordered were fresh and flavorful: Crunchy spicy tuna tempura, Katana, and Popcorn shrimp tempura. I will definitely return when I am in town.

“Best views of the strip” is what’s advertised, even protesting we got a view of the mall. That’s with a reservation, early at 5:30pm on a Monday. We were hoping for a big spending, high-end meal (like we’d had there in years past) but this more like a high speed lunch at a strip-mall sushi joint. The service and food was good but nothing at all creative like Zagats described a while back. Going forward in life I think I’ll call in advance so I won’t have unrealistic expectations.

Located in Caesars shops - this is the place to go for sushi! The appetizers of the Kobe hot rock, truffle sea bass, tempura - all amazing. We must have had ten different rolls and each one was more delicious then the last. Will be going back the next time in Vegas!

The Sushi was excellent, the service also, however pretty expensive. The place were terrible noisy, as there were some tables with crazy, noisy and drunk people. If dinner for about $ 100 and up is ok, then go ahead, the food, as mentioned is very good.

Went with a group of 6 to celebrate my birthday. Had a wonderful time with generally awesome service. The only quirk was that each person's meal was delivered at separate times. My food arrived a good 15 minutes after my wife's. Still, definite do-over for us. Nice view plus a strong gluten free menu!

I visited la Piedad de Cavadas, Michoacán, México. I found this Oriental food restaurant with a wide variety of Oriental dishes. Everything my family and I are was very delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the service people are helpful and courteous. It's a place to go back again and again!

We went here for dinner. We had the sushi signature rolls. They were very good. We also took 2 warm apetizers. Shrimp and Bass. Both very tasty. So absolutely worth going to for sushi!

My family and I really enjoyed our lunch - the dining room has a great view of the Strip. A very fun environment but you need to work a little to find this gem. The drinks are beautiful and delicious, as is the food. The popcorn shrimp (we got a 2nd order) and the fried chicken appetizers were the surprise hits with the sushi some of the best in L.V. We all recommend Roku.

I have been eating sushi and sashimi as a regular part of my diet since 1982. One of my life long friends is Japanese , lives between here and Fukuoka Japan. She owned and I designed and built her restaurants and we have been to countless sushi bars all over the world. These people at ROKU lie ! I ASKED THEM DIRECTLY THE MANAGER and the waiter. Was this made here by your chef ??? They said yes. I was born at night but not last night. The tamago had no variation on color ,texture or flavor YUCK I guess with a higher end restaurant I wanted to believe they were not imposters. Sorry no Japanese here. The issue is that this cuisine is cultural and not something a bunch of hacks can throw together. Later

This place was fantastic! The Em he was well curated to appeal to everyone’s different tastes without feeling too limited. The sushi was excellent as were the skewers. The price was fair and actually pretty reasonable for Vegas. My friend ended up getting sick during our meal (due to NO FAULT of the restaurant) and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Our waiter, Carmelo, and the bus boy who’s name i didnt get were both wonderful.

What a great find! We stumbled upon this restaurant and it was so good the first night we went back the second night for more. The food was so fresh and delicious. There is a cool vibe to the whole place. The portion sizes were very good. The food was very authentic tasting. This would be a fun date restaurant too.

Great menu choices! Great service and the food comes out quick. The sushi is hands down the best I've ever had. Make sure you get a reservation on the weekends.

We really enjoyed dining here a few years back and had no good reason to stay away. We finally returned only to be disappointed with the dining philosophy and menu change. The menu was much more "dumbed. down" probably in catering to a broader flavor palette. Alas, the sushi, while fresh enough, was not near the quality that we had experienced before. And Strip prices to boot. We walked away a bit dismayed and unsatisfied.

This place has totally lost its sparkle. The interior is looking dated and tired while the menu lacks anything new or interesting. The sushi is still pretty decent quality but everyone else has caught up so what’s next?? They could/should do better

As a Milanese, a city where sushi is now a typical dish, I must say that I was very positively impressed. We tasted some appetizers, a sautéed rice, two portions of really good rolls and a remarkable mix of nighiri. The fish is quality and you can taste it. Prices are absolutely average, I feared worse on the final bill. Very welcoming and kind service, the owner often passed between the tables to ask if everything was okay. Furthermore, the tables are almost all overlooking the Strip. Advised!

The restaurant is located conveniently in the Cesar’s Palace. The sushi seemed very authentic and the fish was fresh. The staff were very quick and efficient in their service. The menu catered too all tastes.

Attentive service from when we arrived until we left. Many delightful dishes to choose from…one of which was the cauliflower dish, which was outstanding. If you can try and have server, Erik Vadman to look after your table, you’ll be in great hands. Erik was very helpful and nothing was too much for him…very prompt, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice chap. Restaurant ambience is pleasant and there are in-house restrooms (bonus), so no need to venture outside and losing your bearings! Yes, we will visit again when we next in Las Vegas.

We were trying to decide between this restaurant and one someone had raved about over the weekend. This menu seemed more appealing. We did not regret our choice! We were there early and, therefore, could have sat in the bar area for Happy Hour pricing but that would have meant we'd have to sit at a long table with people we don't know. So, we opted not to. Then, we didn't understand why we were being asked to sit right beside the only other people in the restaurant - the restaurant is not that big that it would have been tough on a server to have two tables apart from each other. Even after we were seated at a table not exactly beside that table, another group of people came in who were sat right next to our table. Congratulations in order to them for celebrating a recent marriage but it became a little more difficult to listen to my husband instead of them. Anyway...if that's the only complaint you can come up with, then there's really nothing to complain about right?! Salad was a good size for sharing and the flavor was delicious. Katana Sushi was yummy! My husband enjoyed the Lamb Chop and Mixed Vegetable Tempura and I loved my salmon entrée. Debra was very attentive to our table and everyone was so pleasant. Would definitely go back.

Amazing service, 1st time trying Roku. Our first time trying it and we were so please from the get go. Host was very pleasant but, the best started with our server . Carmelo. He not only made us feel very comfortable from his introduction to our table but, also help us with our choices for food a drinks. We ordered just about everything he suggested and if he would have throw more options at us , we would have order it. The easiness, friendliness , helpfulness that he show at our table, was top 5 in our trips and vacations we have ever had visiting an establishment for the first time. The restaurant as whole was very clean, ambient light for dinner was great to feel relax. Drinks were amazing, food outstanding. As a family and even just to visit with my wife, we will stop everytime we visit Vegas this year and for years to come if they continue to provide such a great experience ! Thank you to all the full staff at that Las Vegas location ! You guys ROCK!!

Simple place, but the food was fantastic!!! Great service!!! The variety of flavors is surprising!! Don't forget to try the baby octopus and the volcano shrimp!!!!Wonderful!!!! Very good price!!

Great food and cocktails and service is top-notch, but what is passing as acceptable attire for a more upscale restaurant was disappointing. The text confirming our reservation said “Proper attire is required. Admittance to Sushi Roku is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are inappropriately dressed.” The couple at the table next to ours was wearing camouflage pants and a t-shirt for the man and a velour track suit for the woman who was wearing slip-on sport sandals (that she then took off once being seated in the booth and put her bare feet up on the bench). Seriously, if I wanted to feel like I was going to Walmart I would have gotten sushi from a food court rather than spending $200. Definitely took away from the upscale vibe, which is surprising considering most of Las Vegas is over the top.

Lunch time, we want sushi and get here. Took the titan roll the tuna jallapenho and the shofrshell crab. Just great.

It was our first time eating in this sushi place and the food was really delicious and over all the atmosphere and service was wonderful everyone was happy to serve you and welcome you in 👌🏻

What a spectacular place!! The sushi is too good, super recommended and the place is one of the most beautiful and quiet, really a very good place to eat.

Outstanding view, food, service and hospitality!! Hard choice on drinks as all sounded GREAT; Cauliflower appetizer was over the top; Rolls were totally yummy and Banana flambee dessert was a perfect ending to Birthday dinner. Great variety and best quality ingredients are superbly combined to make an eating experience to remember. Definite DO-AGAINER and AGAINER!

For one roll, one order of American Wagyu Goyza, an a Mixed drink (Moscow Mule) $70 was a little much but it’s Vegas! Great Birthday dinner but I could’ve probably gotten the same Sushi roll for less. Dining experience was great, server was attentive! Would go back however will definitely look for more options on sushi next time.

Way exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding. So fresh and flavorful. Best miso soup I have had. The Brussels sprout chips were amazing. I had sushimi-as good as it gets. Someone said the decor wasn’t nice but we thought it was lovely. Would definitely come back here if I was in Vegas again.

I read various reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. Bottom line - we had a lovely meal with excellent service. We had the taster meal (not the premier one) plus lobster tempura. It wasn’t cheap for sure but it was a lovely meal.

Service was a little slow. Had to wait quite awhile for our drinks without apology. Food was really good and fresh. I expected the Sushi to WOW me ,there really wasn’t anything I have to come back for.

My husband and I are not normally Sushi lovers- not because we don't think it tastes good, there just aren't many good Sushi restaurants where we live! So we visited here on a complete whim as we were passing by. I can't remember the exact dish we ordered but it was very much a taster menu of some of their most popular dishes, I think there may have been 6 in total. All of it was incredible and definitely made us want to go out of our way and find some more Sushi restaurants! Would recommend to any Sushi lovers visiting Vegas.

The entire experience was based on the unbelievable server by the name Erik (spelling?). He was absolutely superb!!! We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and Erik made our experience so pleasant and so memorable!!! He went above and beyond! However, there was one particular person - hostess - who’s mean and unprofessional attitude/behavior almost caused us to leave! We are glad we didn’t- we were ushered to the table by another hostess who was nice, pleasant and panting - or we would not meet Erik and experience his skilled customer service!

This was our second visit to Sushi Roku, and we brought friends along. From the atmosphere, to food, to service it was absolutely amazing all over again. It is easily one of our favorite sushi spots in Vegas. Our friends even went back the next nigbt!

This was a fantastic place to eat sushi in Las Vegas. The location at first is unimpressive. It is in the Shoppes at Caesars which basically feels like you are eating at a sushi place in the mall. However, once you go in, then you are impressed. The view of the strip is pretty nice. We had a group with us that was looking for a wide variety of menu items. The server worked really well with us in picking out a large assortment of sushi specialties and put together an impressive platter. The wide and sake list is extensive. The desserts are very amazing as well. Service was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with everything we ordered. The quality of the sushi was top-notch. Everything came out quickly and the service was exceptional.

Simply a spectacular experience. The food is magnificent—both in flavor and presentation. The atmosphere is lovely and romantic, with beautiful views of Las Vegas Blvd. Service—tonight by a young man named Carmelo—is always friendly, attentive, effective, and efficient. Sushi Roku is a standard stop for us every time we visit Las Vegas. It's pricy, but worth every penny because it makes for a special evening.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Sushi was fresh and crafted beautifully. Plating was neat but not anything extra. The food can be expensive for what seems like small portions but you can get full very quickly. Restaurant looked very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The open booths are great for larger groups. Our waiter Carmelo was great. He recommended us great dishes and was very welcoming. Lalo, our food runner, was amazing! He was very attentive and his service was outstanding, also a great conversationalist that made us feel comfortable. We have never felt more taken care of in a while. The location can be a bit of a walk. If you plan to park in the garage by Caesar’s forum, be prepared for a fifteen to twenty minute walk. Not to mention that parking can get crazy at times. The restaurant was located on the opposite side but the hostess was very helpful over the phone to help us locate it. A great place for good sushi and amazing service.

My husband & I were attending a Cirque du Soleil show that evening, so we decided to have dinner at the splendid restaurant, Sushi Roku, located in the Forum Shops at Ceasars Palace close to Ceasars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Absolutely it is location, location!! The furnishings and the design of the interior of this restaurant is a combination of ancient Samurai Japan with modern touches. Throughout our several course dinner we could gaze out to the monumental view of the Las Vegas Strip below. Furthermore, we were in for a wonderful surprise!! Not only are the dishes amazingly presented to us from our attentive server, she gave us great advice on which selections of dishes would please us the most and she was spot on! Neither one of us are overly fond of Brussels sprouts, but the Brussels sprout chips , an appetizer, was outstanding!! We followed that with something like a tapas of selections including fried calamari, miso eggplant dengaku, baked crab handroll, a shrimp cerviche, and a mouthwatering yellowtail tuna dish that was divine!! The result was the freshest seafood and vegetable dishes that we have ever enjoyed! Before we left for our plans to attend the theater, none other than the executive general manager, Johnny Sea, personally greeted us so warmly and made us feel so welcomed! We hope to return again soon!! Dining at Sushi Roku is an exemplary culinary experience!

Went here as a family of 4 visiting from England. I would rate my experience here 4 star if it wasn’t for the extremely rude service we received at the end of the meal. Food was really good and the service during the meal was ok not great but not awful. We decided to pay the bill via card and to leave a cash tip ($60). However upon paying by card (just the bill amount) the server felt the need to comment “I know you guys are from England but we tip here in America” after he watched us select no tip on the card machine. We’ve have eaten out all around America and the world and have never heard such a comment from a waiter especially as we were intending on leaving a cash tip! After this comment we left quickly leaving NO tip and feeling absolutely disgusted by this waiters behaviour.

We absolutely loved our dinner here! This restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, and even from the bar area, but the ambiance and strip view in the dining room were amazing! Full disclosure: I’m a Nobu fan,but they were booked so made a reservation here....I may be converted! Their sushi was outstanding (tuna jalapeño roll...wow! Baked lobster roll was unique but so rich we could each only eat one piece each) as were the hot entrees we tried (baked cod with sweet miso, sea bass skewers). Turning point of the night was when a friend d who “wasn’t a fan of raw fish” was ordering sashimi because ours was that good! We loved the option of a spicy miso soup to start. Go...order lots of things, and you will not regret it!!!

Went to the restaurant for our 7:30 reservation on a Saturday night. When we walked up there was sadly no one in the restaurant except the host and the chef. My husband and I opted out of eating there. Not sure what’s going on but an empty restaurant in Vegas on a Saturday evening didn’t seem like a good sign.

Just went in for sushi and saki, but got more than I imagined. Donald, at the bar, guided me through the menu. Yes I did have some perfect sushi, and he recommended a cold unfiltered sake that was special. Then he hit it out of the park by recommending a Filet Mignon Japonais. Never dreamed I would order a Filet at a Sushi house, as I am from Kansas City. This was one of the best Filets I've ever had, the sauce was brilliant along with roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes. Then finished with a Yamashita Gold Martini!

I can't speak for other planets, but on this one, there is no better sushi. Titan roll was excellent. Spicy panko shrimp was as well. Atmosphere can be a bit busy and loud depending where you get seated, but the sushi is crazy good. Shannon was an excellent server. If you are visiting solo, sitting at the bar is a better (less hectic) option.

This place is kind of hard to find. First I had to find a parking place at the forum shops. Then I had to pony up 15 bucks to park there. Well, after I got the parking ticket and paid for it inside. The parking is hard to navigate when you get inside. You have to drive around following the signs to Casino. Forget parking in Handicapped because there isn't enough spaces. Then you have to hoof it from where ever you parked to the elevators. After arriving on the main floor you have to walk a fair distance to the escalators. Once you go up the escalators you have to walk to then back to get to the Sushi Roku. It was Monday so when I got there at 8pm the Sushi Bar was already closed. Bummer. The place looked empty so I was a bit concerned because all the other restaurants I passed were filled with customers. When I got there I was greeted by the hostess and she seated me at the back of the restaraunt. Ah Ha! There are all the people! This was actually a good thing because I had a nice view of the strip. I was greeted by a very friendly waiter who took my order. After a few minutes my Shrimp Tempura arrived. Only two pieces, but man o man were they tasty. A little later my California Roll arrived and it was also amazing. I then ordered the Yellow Tail. This was the most amazing Yellow Tail I have had in quite some time. Great Service, Awesome Sushi. Highly Recommended. Only down side was the price of the beer. $16 for a 12oz beer? WOW! Still it was amazing. All the hype is true. This place rocks.

This restaurant has a decent vibe. Drinks were the best part of the meal. Rolls are fresh, just unimaginative.

Great fresh sushi, good location and excellent service. Daily specials are a standout: spiced scallop with tuna and salmon was very good.

This place was great. We’ve been to Nobu several times in Vegas and Sam Diego so we decided to try something new to us. This place has a good vibe, good food and many sake to choose from. Our service was on point too! Would recommend!

The food and service were amazing, I would definitely go back if ever in Vegas.. we had so much fun.

Went there for a night out .... Sushi was fresh and delicious ... Drinks were great All in all a great place for a night out!

Japanese restaurant for beginners Japanese food. If you never ate Japanese food maybe you will find this place really good. But for people whose use to it, run away very expensive for less than average sashimi.

We made a early reservations prior to a concert. Great service. And entertaining! Family in Vegas recommended. The Golden Knights were playing so it was a very busy area.

We were a family of 5 celebrating New Year at Roku Sushi. We enjoyed everything. The food was good. Try the fish starters to share. They are really great. We shared the signature sushi afterwards. Service was the best experienced on the entire trip despite it was a very busy evening. The surroundings are also nice with a view of the Strip. Highly recommendable.

Perfect, super fresh, impeccable service. The view of the strip is also very good. Prices are reasonable and menu wide.

Had dinner for my 40th birthday dinner. Cocktails were good and they brought out an impressive dessert for my birthday but service was only okay and food was only okay.

A nice alternative for Asian cuisine. Fast service. Reasonable price. Their desserts are great. Especially volcano is very successful

Every time I hit Vegas I have to come to this place. The restaurant is always so nice, great view of the strip, and the service is second to none. Food is amazing with a wide selection of sushi and sashimi and much more - highly recommend going and making a reservation

Overall great restaurant. The food was really tasty and different roll's then I've seen elsewhere. Great views of the strip depending on where you are seated. Ambiance was very nice as well, and service oustanding.

Called in today for a late light lunch; sushi roku looked calm and attractive after some retail therapy in the forum shops. The restaurant was quiet and we sat at the sushi counter where the chef prepared some really delicious nigiri. We followed up with tempura prawns which were excellent. Friendly staff and tasty food in pleasant surroundings, what more could we ask. Will certainly return; highly recommended.

We loved this place...lunch bento boxes were great deal and delicious. Fried calamari and popcorn shrimp and Brussels sprout chip appetizers very unique and awesome! View of strip with window seat bonus.

Staff were very nice and helpful, but the food is definitely a B minus. I had four items – two sushi rolls, bowl of Ramen, edamame beans. Each was OK not great. Preparation and presentation were right on point, they look great. But you could tell the ingredients were of a notch lower quality than one would expect for the price. As a place on the strip for sushi, I would go there again, but I think I will try someplace else first

Probably some of the best sushi we have ever had. We tried several rolls, and I don’t think you can go wrong here. I’m not a spicy food guy, so I was a little worried about all the jalapeños on everything, but they pulled it off. Service was great. We wore casual clothes, but we were definitely underdressed.

Very good Sushi.I have had raw fish in many places in USA. This place I will give 4 stars Was very good But I am a huge fan of UNI and what I got was not 10/10 it was 8/10 But great place do vist. The rest of the fish was great.Service very good

We love this place! We decided to get the chef’s choice fixed price menu. It was fun to not know what we were going to be served. We loved it all! There was so many plates of deliciousness. Great service. This is why we always come here when we come to town.

The lychee cocktail is my favorite. The sushi is very good, the service is attentive. Pricey, but not outrageous for being on the Strip.

We ate here twice in one week! Junior, the bartender, was so friendly and gave us great suggestions! We tried dishes we had never had. The sushi was incredible! It's a hidden gem in the Forum!

Once again, fellow TripAdvisor reviewers were right on. I eat a lot of sushi and really thought Sushi Roku did a fantastic job. The sashimi was excellent. I could have eaten more of the monkfish liver and sea trout. For rolls I had the Tuna Jalapeno and and special roll which was the Spicy Scallop roll with tuna and salmon on the outside. Both fantastic as well. I will absolutely eat here next time I'm in Vegas.

Great sushi and above the average service, wish their Scottsdale unit could deliver the same quality...

Nice restaurant in the forum shops. Huge space in the back for seating away from the mall foot traffic. Small menu, the senshi roll was a favorite out of our order. Wished there were more adventures and creative rolls available

Excellent dinner! Server was spot on with recommendations for saki and menu items. Sushi was very fresh and delicious! Nice array of choices. The manager was present and engaging. Will definitely dine here again!

Second visit to Sushi Roku and just as good as last time! The waiting staff are all very professional, courteous and discreet and the food amazing. The great idea about eating Sushi is that you can order what you'd like and then, if you're still feeling hungry or would like to trying something else, it doesn't take long for the dish/dishes to arrive at your table. My husband visits Vegas several times during a year and always eats here by himself if I've not travelled with him and he never feels uncomfortable eating alone. We had a great dining experience again and never felt rushed at all. Can't wait to go back next year!

Really cool Asian restaurant, with finest atmosphere and great service. Food is amazing, a lot of sushi and sashimi effered but also many other asian dishes. Fish really good but also some other choices. A little expensive, but it worths.

We stopped in for happy hour while in Vegas for a conference. Our bartender was great. Sorry, I can’t remember his name but he was from Nicaragua. We had edamame, a Titan roll, some imitation and ink. The food was very good. Service was even better and we chatted with some new friends at the bar. This is a must do if you’re at Caesars.

The service was amazing. We had to be out quickly to get to our show on time and they more then exceeded our expectations. We even had time for deserts and just like the various sushi we tried, they were awesome!

We enjoyed lunch there last Wednesday. We had Edamame, Miso soup, Sea Eel and Yellowtail rolls. Service and drinks were excellent. It’s pricey but considering the ambience, quality of food and drink and level of service, it is worth it. We will return.

Delicious sushi eaten and had a very nice evening. Service was great and they gave good advice on the sushi. Both the special and the ‘standard’ dishes were delicious. Also fine wine. We sat at the window and looked out at the dot. That made it even more fun for us.

Sushi Roku is amazing. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Gabriel Culiat believes the prices are fair and very affordable

Great place! Everything we ordered was delicious... we had an aseo me time and the service was great. Loved the food.

I surprised my wife with a trip to Vegas, departing the day of our wedding anniversary and booked our anniversary dinner at Sushi Roku that same evening. We had been to this restaurant once before with friends back in 2015 and my wife just wouldn't stop talking about it over the years. It was the best surprise and we had such a great time! The food and service were absolutely spectacular, just like we remembered. We will definitely be back again and can't wait to visit the new location in Austin when it opens and we are in the area.

Beautiful restaurant. We stayed at the Caesars hotel on Saturday, and decided to check it out. The food was very good, except the steak. We didn't like it. It didn't taste like a fresh meat , so unfortunately we had to send it back. Other than that, everything else was delicious and very tasty. The service was good. After we have been seated, we had to wait for a few minutes until someone approached our table, but when we ordered food, everything served very fast, within minutes.

Good food, kind service - wasn't fun of the ambience and way way overpriced. Minimum 60 dollars per person for lunch. A bit over-hyped too.

One of the highlights of our Vegas visit! Great service, tasty food. Temp checks at the door. Would definitely visit again.

We saw Sushi Roku on a list for happy hours, and were trying to pass some time before dinner. When we came in, we were steered towards the bar only, which was okay, because Ricardo took AMAZING care of us. We ordered the ginger mojitos which were beautiful and delicious. The baked crab hand rolls were melt in your mouth, the hanabi, soup, senhi rolls...everything was insane. If we had discovered this place earlier in the trip, we would have been back 10 times. The chef even came out and chatted with us for a bit. 5 stars... absolutely loved it.

Best sushi during happy hr. 4-6 the sushi is served at the bar very very delicious. Bartender is very attentive and very helpful. Been there many times and always soo good!

100000/10 The staff was so respectful and the food was extremely super fresh and delicious I would visit it again soon ..

By far the best and most varied and flavorful Sushi I have experienced. Come here for great food, not a bargain.

We had a great meal here. It is a bit of a walk thru Ceasar's but the food and staff were right on point. A little spendy but overall a success.

I’m a big fan of anything eel so I ordered an off menu item the Dragon roll the roll itself was good but a little pricey for what you got

I would go back just to taste again the avocado apetizer (photo uploaded). A STAR in the world of apetizers wether asian or not. We got a very nice and large table with scenic views to the Strip. Service was fast and eficient. The food is really nice, probably the best edamame in town and a crab roll that takes you to Japan and back. The salmon and tuna niguiris were not as superlative as the prevously named dishes but they met expectations. They also offer fried rice. We tired Crab fried Rice, the presentation was less than basic and I was dissapointed when I taste it but all sudden the generous serving was gone so I sort of liked it I guess :-). Interior design is really nice and stylish. A good test to your sense coming from the visual stress from Cesar's The cost was slightly pricy bit acceptable. Five people over 260USD with no dessert, no wine and no service included is not too convinent but the food quality and the nice atmosphere comes with a price. Overall our best japanesse food on Nevada. Go for it!

My husband and I love coming here for Happy Hour. You have to sit at the bar, but it is worth it because the menu is so extensive and the portions are so big! Everything we had was delicious. Great drink specials too!

We actually came to this restaurant twice and it did not disappoint. We weren’t too hungry the first time so got the Miso Soup, Cali and Spicy Scallop roll. The second time we had drinks and let me tell you, the Ginger Lychee Mojito was delicious! Highly recommend adding this to your list of Happy Hour drinks or a quick snack while in Vegas!

This huge and elegant restaurant within the Forum serves the freshest Sushi and the hottest Sake around. Very good service, our waiters knew the food and tended excellent recommendations as to Sushi as to Sake. A place to come back. Definitely

This place was awesome and worth every star! We ordered many different rolls and enjoyed every single one. The calamari was the star of show! There’s a mocktail called the coco loco....it’s amazing! It’s also amazing with two shots of vodka!

We got the Izakaya Feast Premium and it was amazing. So fresh and just really great sushi. The Brussels sprouts appetizer though is a must. We are not brussels sprouts eaters so we were a little leery, but these are not your typical brussels sprouts I could’ve just eaten those. They were so good.

We had a wonderful dinner at Roku. We wanted to try Japanese food that had a little twist to it and we were all pleasantly surprised. Our group was a mixed group of 3 generations and everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was very well prepared and the service exceptional. I would highly recommend the shishito japanese peppers, brussel sprouts chips, organic kale salad, miso eggplant dengaku, baked cod, and the shrimp tempura roll with avocado. All of these dishes were absolutely well-prepared and delicious!!! Oh and if you like alcoholic drinks, I loved the Matcha Mule! The restaurant is located in the Forums Shopping area and the restaurant is right on the strip. We met the Executive General Manager, Johnny and he made us all feel so welcomed and happy. Thanks Johnny!!!

Food is tasty and fresh. They ask you if you suffer any kind of allergies (at the beginning) - good service -. The seaweed salad was great. The variation of rolls and sushi was great will definitely came back to keep tasting the entire menu.

We had no reservation but only a short wait before being seated for early dinner. The wagyu potstickers were very tender and well flavored. I think the lobster roll was a bit bland, but all the others (tuna jalapeño roll and sushi plate) were good.

Was able to get seats at the bar at Sushi Roku. Not so busy on a Friday night which was good for us. Ordered some cocktails, roasted cauliflower, popcorn shrimp tempura, lobster tempura and some unagi. Our favorite was the lobster tempura. Great service from the staff and especially the sushi chefs.

We ordered sashimi and lamp chops. The sashimi tasted fresh and lamp chops cooked just right. Wish the quantity was a little more :-). The service was excellent, prompt and attentive. The manager walked around to ensure the quality of the service. He offered us a complimentary dessert with sparklers because the table next to us had one and I was curious about it. It was a very nice gesture to end our dinner there. Highly recommend this place. Note: the restaurant is inside Caesar’s Palace and on the 3rd floor.

The only place to eat sushi in Vegas! The of the menu selections are great, the sake is awesome and it is a very kept secret place to eat.

Stopped in for a quick bite while we were out exploring Vegas. Our fav sushi spot wasn't opened yet, so we decided to give it a try. It was GREAT! We sat at the bar, had quick, friendly service. I had a mojito and my husband a glass of wine. We ordered one roll and he ordered some nigiri sushi. All was super fresh, cut perfectly with great flavors. It definitely fixed our craving and I would absolutely go back!

With service oriented people running it, delicious and fresh sushi, the best miso soup I’ve ever had and well balanced bar drinks at a great price, it is a place I will definitely return to whenever I visit Las Vegas!

Isaac was an awesome server, knew the menu well and made some good conversation! Food was excellent. Tried the tuna bites over fried rice as an appetizer. Got a specialty cocktail, delish! View of the strip was good from the back of the restaurant. I would go there again as it was as good food AND reasonably priced for Vegas standards.

Great food great service will come back here next time I'm in Vegas. The happy hour is where it's at

Amazing sushi, amazing service, amazing drinks -- yum! Highly recommend. We kind of wanted to keep this for ourselves but I guess I am sharing. First visit and already anticipating our next visit.

Great sushi in Vegas. Food was fresh. Came out quickly. Rolls were flavorful. Cauliflower appetizer was yummy... roasted with red dates and pine nuts ... served warm. Definitely worth it.

I had the Tuna Toro sashimi and a crab roll. Both were very good. My wife had a steak that was super tender and worthy of a top-end steak house. We enjoyed the Ozeki Nigori also. A little on the pricey side but that is to be expected on the strip.

Absolutely delicious sushi, fantastic service with beautiful view of the strip. Can’t say enough about Sushi Roku. We enjoyed a quick getaway to Caesar’s Palace and Sushi Roku was certainly a highlight. The staff took our temperatures before entering the restaurants. We enjoyed the Waygu dumplings and an assortment of their incredible sushi. Wonderful cocktails as well.

Nice views of the strip enhanced our extraordinary dinner. The Japanese wagyu ishi-yaki appetizer is very expensive but definitely a culinary experience. The American Wagyu skewer was just as delicious and much cheaper. The white lotus signature roll was beyond words. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. A must-go for sushi lovers.

Nice setting inside Caesars at the far end on the 3rd floor . Nice clean environment with finely polished hardwood tables. Good list of cocktails, Sake and especial drinks. ALL of the dishes whether you order Sushi or Sashimi are excellent, started with some Brussels sprouts chips, melted in your mouth delicious, then Kanpachi grapefruit (Excellent), many Sashimi dishes Ebi, Japanese Fried Chicken and lastly Crispy Calamari, Excellent. BUT the bill was $353.31 so expect to pay big time. Only had 1 glass of wine and a bottled water.

My husband picked out this restaurant based on reviews on Trip Advisor and it was amazing. I am a fan of poke but this one took it to another level! Also, we ordered 3 sushi rolls. 2 were recommended by the waitress. One was the jalapeño roll, 1 a shrimp tempura roll, and the other one has ponzu truffle sauce and it was DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend this restaurant for food AND service!

Best restaurant in all of Vegas ! Every trip to Vegas is not complete until we hit Sushi Roku ! Sushito peppers are amazing! Please find your way to Sarasota FL!

Restaurant is pleasant, located in Caesars Palace in the shopping mall. Great staff, helpful and the sushi is one of the best.

Trendy restaurant with good service and tasteful dishes. It was more fish related than meat related. Good service even though the place is rather large. I could come again.

The staff here is super knowledgeable about gluten free options. They have a wide selection on their gluten free menu. They even brought me a gluten free dessert when we celebrated a birthday at the table.

We had a very nice dinner while exploring hotels along Las Vegas Blvd, and were pleasantly surprised by the views down The Strip around sundown. The food was up to our expectations (we enjoyed the chirashi bowl even though it wasn't on the menu) and some of the specialty rolls. My wife especially like her specialty drink and I found the beer selection to be good. Service was impeccable. Reservations are smart, especially if you have a seating preference for the views.

I’d say it is your typical “Vegas” place. Presentation and service were great, food was ok not special. Certainly not worth the price.

The staff here is super knowledgeable about gluten free options. They have a wide selection on their gluten free menu. They even brought me a gluten free dessert when we celebrated a birthday at the table.

Food is very good... The Sea Bass was the best I have enjoyed in Las Vegas. Reviews from Yelp and others would suggest the restaurant has good ambiance and atmosphere. Not so much... again, food is wonderful but book somewhere else if it's a special date or you want some mood or atmosphere while dining.

Very good sushi place. Decent selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as some extras. Good appetizers and drinks. Nice presentation of both drinks and meals. Reasonable (for Vegas) prices. And a good location on the Strip. Nothing negative to say.

went with a group of nine friends and had a blast. The ambiance is a bit dark inside and could use some more soft lighting. We had a nice view overlooking the strip. Our server Bailey was awesome. It was a bit crowded and she was handling numerous tables but she managed it all well. I think we had two of every appetizer on the menu and all were great. We had a ton of sushi and rolls and desserts. All our food was excellent fun place

Great restaurant in the Caesars Forum Mall entrance (upstairs). Food was a very good standard. Portions were very good, so in some ways it’s better to go with a few people so you can share and have more options. The service was great - we had Shannon who was lovely. We had mentioned it was our anniversary when we booked to try and get a better table and at the end of the meal they surprised us with a free dessert and sparkler candle which was a nice touch!

Nice happy hour menu. The shishito peppers were really good, as were the tempura mushrooms. They had some decent cold sake at happy hour prices. Happy hour seven days a week. Seating is limited in the bar area though.
Fun Spot but Get a window seat!
Great food, I really like their signature dishes, at not too crazy of a price relative to other restaurants in the strip. Located on third floor of Forum Shoppes you will want to try this spot if you enjoy sushi. The service was good but not the best however the food and atmosphere make up for it. Try to get a window seat as you gaze upon the strip and all the lights!
