Really great spot.

By Matthew E |

I actually went here twice on my trip to Portland. This is a really great little place that has a friendly, chill vibe about it with its homemade cakes, pastries and Vinyl player. I tried the Breakfast Burrito and the Marionberry Pie. Both delicious!

bad news; bad news; a little good, too.

By RobertInExile |

bad: cannot absorb what people love about this place. really tasteless food with fine ingredients, served to alt culture people by alt culture people. all that's fine. but when reviews are great and the experience is so dismal, maybe i'm missing something. how can you make a breakfast burrito so tasteless with artisanal bacon, decent eggs, chopped ripe avocado and all? how is it possible? how can one arrive very late for breakfast but well before lunch, wait an hour for a table after at-counter ordering, then wait another 45 minutes for very common food to arrive? bad: rude staff. granted, we do not have primary color hair and full body tattoos, nor have we managed to affect the "i'm so tragically cool that i must appear bored at all times" pose of the majority of this place's customers and some of it's fairly dismissive and sometimes surly staff. so maybe the bad food and service were our fault. but i don't think that's how the restaurant experience works, really. good: fresh ingredients, two tiny slivers of ripe nectarine on the plates, and none of us got sick. my tips: visit a food truck or five in downtown PDX, get charming service and delicious food in myriad variations of lavor and ethnicity. use the extra time you'd waste waiting at sweedeedee to look for better places to eat.

Frustrating, have lots of time.

So the food is four stars the atmosphere 2. Spend your time waiting in line and then waiting for food. This is the most poorly designed space I have ever occupied. The door is beneath the actual floor and has a space carved out of the eating area. Then there is a ramp up to the area with a counter which is carved out of the seating area then a c shaped area with stools and a clear central area that is carved out of the seating area. Then the counter is parallel with the hallway from the kitchen and sticks into the room. This is swamped with a line that formed by 8:30am on the Sunday morning I was there and was longer and down the ramp by the time we left. 24 seats at tables and then about 6 stools and in the center a coffee station on a tea cart perched to the side of the ramp. The tables are square or rectangular and placed very close together. So tables don't turn over very quickly and the line grows and people sit and wait for food. The kitchen staff bakes while they prepare diners orders, kind of like a mom on a busy Sunday morning, but not like a restaurant trying to serve customers. So coffee good, bread great, smoked trout good. Burrito without salsa but with mama's hot sauce okay. I would have really liked some jam for the great grilled bread, I do not know if they had any the line was too formidable for me. After I left I found out some people just give up on the line and leave. What an experience especially with the families with small children and the mom who set up in the corner breast feeding for about 30 in between her bites of breakfast. Liked the food enough for take away, but I would have to stand in line and wait for the food, ugh.

Not the best.

Sweedeedee comes highly recommended - a full page in the hipster guide book "True Portland"; mentioned in the Moon guide book; listed in a Portland native co-worker's list of places to check out. Took us 35 mins to order. And 45 mins for our food to arrive. 45 mins to cook the single egg on my plate. Yes that sharp cheddar was sharp and amazing - I know because hailing from Ireland I know a thing or two about cheddar and sometimes have a half dozen varieties in my fridge at any given time - but it was an *extremely* small sliver. The toast was nothing special. The coffee and juice were great. But seriously - 45 mins is a long time to wait for food that's not amazing.

Good breakfast very hipster type of place

By Liav1616 |

Good size of breakfast not too big. High quality ingredients. Good cup of coffee. You order and then you can find a sit. We came early so it wasent a problem but it's a small place so I guess coming at busy time finding a place to sit could be tricky.

Sweedeedee, You Stole My Heart

By MMann22 |

Every so often, I have an OMG experience at a restaurant I'm trying for the first time. That's exactly what happened on a recent trip to PDX, when I decided to check out this cute little eatery near the Mississippi District of North Portland. After ogllng the pastry case for a few minutes (clearly enticing), I looked over the menu, asked my server some pointed questions, and settled on the Smoked Trout Plate. Eureka! Super fresh farm-to-table ingredients, their own house-smoked fish, and a dynamic combination of flavors, where each component is allowed to shine...I still think about it months later. And save some room for dessert...their pastries not only look good, they're heaven in the mouth!

Nostalgic preppy breakfast

Awesome small breakfast nook. Excellent and unique breakfast selections. Play early era records in the mornings. Get there at opening, fills up fast. Wort the wait.

Very Hip Place

By LeeFuhrman |

I really enjoyed the Hipster atmosphere here and the food was delicious but pricey(but there again this is Portland and things are not economical). Hostess was a sweetheart and food came out quickly. It is off the beaten path a little, but worth the time to get here.

Precious AND delicious!

By Thebeet! |

If you love home-baked,aren't scared of gluten, like a few pickled things thrown in on the side, and don't mind a hint of hipster romance, eat here my friends.it's better than that, too.

A delicious way to start the day

By Karen & Rob Chiasson |

Dined here for lunch with 6 people. Did have to wait an hour for a table but it was so worth it. Between all 6 of us we ordered almost everything on the menu. Healthy choices with fantastic tastes and flavors. Stand outs were the eggplant sandwich and the couscous salad. Great service and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Cute breakfast spot!

This place is super quaint and adorable. Everything is made in house and the food is all local and delicious. We enjoyed our breakfast!

Everyone likes pie

By Stephanie B |

Especially in the morning with coffee. I had the salted honey and a slice of marionberry to go. I ordered the breakfast plate and my husband got the breakfast burrito. I liked the way my scrambled eggs were cooked and the little side salad was nice. The bacon was meh. I like thin crispy bacon. Theirs is thick and chewy. That can be ok if it is cooked crispy but mine wasnt. I loved the thick fluffy toast they give you and the jam is great. I would of saved the honey pie for later because the toast was like a pastry to me. Both of those pies are really good. The honey pie is really sweet and rich. But i would buy a whole marionberry pie. It was that good! I had a glass of fresh squeezed OJ and it was fresh! Alas,I hated the coffee. Too bitter. I think next time i will order a specialty coffee cause I need good coffee with my pie! My husband HATED his burrito. He said it was too bland even with the bacon. They need some veggies or salsa in it. I wish they would turn down the music a little. Its good music but everyone is talking so loud to be heard. I had to sit next to this wannabe hipster dude who was trying to impress this girl by telling her in everyway possible how busy he was and what is next workweek was going to look like. Boring! She wasnt impressed. Next time we will sit outside if its a nice day. the wait wasnt too long but the seating is kinda weird. I just had my hubby sit at an open table and I ordered at the counter. Nice place tho. I will be going again or stop by for some to go pie:)

Perhaps my favorite breakfast spot in Portland

By natchristopher |

Food is Excellent! Fresh! Delicious! Great Value! SOOOOO Good! Comfortable seating! Great service! Make sure if you go on the weekend that you give your self time to wait for a seat. It's small and fills up!

"Interesting Breakfast..."

By Gloria L |

Tried this spot for the first time; though charming in a kitchy sort of way, doubt we'll return. Locals obviously enjoy it but the food wasn't that great and the length of time waiting for our order was quite long. Tried two different breakfast items; one with one egg, fresh greens, a little bacon & bread; the other with trout, greens and rye toast. Neither of us were favorably impressed. Had a slice of their famous pie which was very good; not overly sweet with a flaky crust. Coffee was very weak. Enjoyed the old fashioned records being played in the background and was grateful we got a table inside w/out a long wait. That said, while they pride themselves in 'made from scratch,' it wasn't as good as what I make at home. Neighborhood is very run down; not pleasant to walk even from our car to their corner establishment.

My new favorite little Portland spot!

By carly r |

This is such a quaint hip little north Portland spot! It is a little off the beaten path but it is so worth it. All of their food is unique and delicious (as I have already been back many times to try my share of the menu items) and the atmosphere I can really only describe as precious. If you want to go experience a quintessential Portland breakfast/brunch or lunch it is a must try!

Has become too popular be ready for a LONG wait...

By ZESTYPDX |

The food is great, seating is tight. The ambiance is cool, too with vinyl playing, plenty of plants and good coffee on self serve. Maybe it's time to expand...

Not a Lot of Space But a Truly Delicious Food Experience.

By wethrivelife |

This is a tiny house-looking restaurant that feels like you're in the American South. Just inside the screen door you'll find something like eight tables, likely already full of people. You order at the counter and they start your food when you have found a seat. There is a standing bar at the window and a few tables outside as well. The longest I have waited is 25 minutes. Other times by the time I ordered, there was space for us. I have tried different times and it's always been busy. The food is really something special though. It is very fresh and feels a little like an artist friend of yours goes out back to the garden to round up something for you for lunch. It's a little like being in a novel, right down to the cracked pottery holding your coffee. If you're a foodie, or someone who appreciates old-fashioned food, the way it may have been before we started processing it, come to Sweedeedee's and appreciate the good life again. Just don't come if you're in a hurry. This place is to be savored. I'm posting the review from May as that is my latest visit but photos may be from November which is when I think I had that wonderful smoked trout.

Food gem

I love their specials they use seasonal local vegetables and sometimes flowers. Everything is high quality and yummy

Worth a wait

By Nancy N |

Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday. The order is placed at the register and they take your name for a table. The order is processed once you're called when a table is ready. The food is delicious and the staff cheerful and friendly. We fortunately got an outside table on a lovely day.

Great Food; Rude and Nasty Staff

By BobJSATX |

The only reason I give this place two stars is because the food was really good. However, the staff there just ruins the place. The woman who took our order seemed very perturbed that we were there, and not once did she smile, say "thank you", or even seem the least bit pleasant. The customer who ordered before us became upset with her for some reason, and he told her just to forget it; he was leaving. I heard him express a nasty name for her on his way out. Then we met some of the most hateful waitstaff in the world. With their system, customers must order first, and then they can be seated. If there are no tables, they are put on a list and are seated accordingly. The last time we were there, there was no wait, and plenty of tables were available. While we were eating, a woman came in with her elderly mother and had her sit down while she went to the front to order for both of them. Immediately, a male staff member came over and told the elderly woman that she couldn't sit there. She would have to get up and go to the line with her daughter to order. We had an extra place at our table, so we told the lady she could sit with us until her daughter had finished ordering. The male staff member returned, and when he saw her sitting with us, he was livid. He then went and got another male staff member who asked us why the lady was sitting with us. We explained that she was over 90, and standing in line would be difficult for her, so we had her sit with us until her daughter returned. He rudely informed us that we didn't have the "authority to make such decisions". They then went to the line to get the woman to remove her mother from our table. That apparently angered the woman who came over and thanked us for letting her mother sit with us. She then helped her mother up from the chair, and they left. Both staff members gave us the stink eye until we left. I heard one say to the other that he was glad they got rid of the old woman because she's have the place smelling like pee. Isn't that discrimination? Anyway, I'd rather smell pee than to deal with the perpetually angry and snotty staff at Sweedeedee.

Yum!

By mkrcak |

We hit this spot mid afternoon and it was perfect we got a seat and food was fast, which is nice with a fussy toddler. There were four of us, we had the egg sandwich the bread is to die for......seriously good. ( we bought a loaf to bring home so good) Tuna sandwich delicious all the yummy pickled things married perfectly in my mouth. The braised beef sandwich so very good the vinaigrette, pickled onions slight horseradish went very well together if I was to be picky it would have been better with more pickled onions and more horsey to spice it up but that's probably a personal preference. Lastly we had the beef salad which was surprise great too! Is say go if you're in the hood and try and hit mid afternoon I imagine in that small space it would not be as enjoyable busy.

Somewhat Hippy-esque but good food

By BozemanTraveler145 |

You have to order at the counter and wait outside until your table is ready, but the food does not disappoint. It is ample and well cooked. We had the corn pancake with eggs on the side, marionberry pie -- with a wonderful flaky crust, eggs with greens -- very tasty, and tea served in an open pitcher so it got cold right away.

Small, delicious breakfast and brunch spot

By SomeAlex |

Really busy, still great easy going atmosphere. Great food, great ingredients. They bake their own bread and pastries, do their own pickles, prepare delicious breakfasts. Good service, good prices.

Inventive hipster cuisine

By KrissyR3 |

My kind of breakfast! Handcrafted and homey but thoughtful. Lots of tempting breakfast pastries. Some people might be put off by the casual nature of the restaurant (order and then get on a list for a table; serve yourself water and get your own place settings), but it made me feel like I was in a talented friend's home.

Sweet Neighborhood Cafe with Delicious Food

By K M |

If I lived in Portland, this would be a weekly treat. My partner and I have eaten here twice, and the food has been wonderful both times. It's a tiny place, which Is one of the reasons I love it. However, tiny means you might have to wait for a table. Don't despair, the servers have a good grasp on the flow of the restaurant, and they manage the wait list very well. In addition to the delicious food, Sweedeedee also has good coffee and awesome homemade pastries.

Left a bad taste in my mouth.

By 123jmack |

Just arrived in Portland for a weekend getaway with friends and drove straight to sweedeedee for what I read would be a great bite of food. It was a nice sunny day out, perfect for lunch, and all the outside seating was being used so I ordered a sandwich to go. I walked across the street for a beverage and made it back to sweedeedee and noticed all but one outside table was open, so I asked one of the employees if she would mind if I sat outside. She looked a little perturbed and stated "ok, but next time tell us so that we don't waste paper" and brushed past me. She was referring to the to go boxes the food was in. She gave me a sour taste in my mouth so I chose to eat in a little park just outside the restaurant. I wonder if I would have originally ate in and maybe hadn't finished my food and wanted to take leftovers home, would she have admonished me and said next time let us know so we don't waste plates, silverware, and water. Needless to say I don't remember the food that well.

Great discovery

By Dave H |

I just finished maybe the best salad I’ve ever had (Farm Salad) along with a fantastic Cheddar Chive biscuit (made by their own baker). Good service in a charming spot. We’ll be back.

Allow 40 mins for breakfast

By Vicar100 |

Our visit was disappointing this time. We ordered breakfast specials, but couldn't wait as it would take 40 mins to serve. So we had lighter pastries that were warmed for us and a drink. No where to sit though. Oh well, better luck next time

Simply Delicious

By Amanda S |

Super nice people, amazing food, good vibes & good music. Just a really lovely place for a chill brunch. Gotta get the french toast and the breakfast sandwich was really good too!

Great Neighborhood Find

Great breakfast that are made from local healthy ingredients. Friendly crew. Try the egg sandwich! Excellent

Great place; Long wait

By AnnerAndAaron |

We were visiting from out of town and met friends for brunch. Sweedeedee is super duper charming. It's a cute little brunch spot with a wonderful neighborhood vibe. I can't overstate how friendly the service is at this cafe. When we arrived we got in line and placed our order. The server warned us that it would be an hour for our brunch to be ready. That was okay with us. We ordered drinks, coffee and some pastries and stood on the sidewalk chatting and noshing. An hour later we were seated but we waited another 30-45 minutes for brunch to arrive. I think they may have lost our order. ??? I'm not sure, but it was a very long wait. That said, they were incredibly nice and friendly, the food was good and we had a great time chatting. I would try Sweedeedee's again.

Fantastic gem!

By austria313 |

We have visited Sweedeedee before, but found ourselves standing and waiting for a table excruciatingly long. This time we had a plan to arrive early. We arrived about 8:30 on a Sunday. The tables were full, but we walked up and ordered right away and got beverages an incredible muffin to snack on during our 15 minute wait. The place just oozes home-comfort, sweetness and mellow. I had an incredible smoked trout breakfast dish and my fiancé had the breakfast sandwich. We both gushed over the flavors, textures and homemade love in each bite. We got there at the right time, because shortly after we were seated, the line grew out the door. This place is small and you order and then will be seated when a table becomes available. Plan your time accordingly. It's worth it!!

Wonderful brunch!

By flaggster |

We happened upon this little beauty for brunch on a Sunday morning. You may have to wait a bit, but you can sip your coffee while you wait and the food will be worth it. The breakfast plate will leave you wanting to come back!

Small spaces

By vyakal |

I absolutely love places like this. It's all in the small details. Everything has been thoughtfully placed from the shelves behind the counter, right onto your breakfast platter; wheel-thrown cups, disjointed plates and silverware, honey served on the smallest-hand-crafted-bowl...this place is truly an aesthetic delight. Of course, the same goes for the food. The menu is simple, offering some traditional options and some not-so-traditional ones. Portions may be a bit small for someone as voracious as myself, but I am not your average eater. In any case, try their homemade bread. One word; ambrosia. There is soul in this place and in its kitchen and that's all that really matters when you're traveling the landscape of breakfast joints in PDX.

listen to the phonograph

By VaporK8 |

This is a beautiful little space — hard wood floors, hanging plants above. Pick up a menu as you move up the accessible ramp and make your way to the ordering counter. Choose a wooden table to sit by and enjoy the laid back atmosphere over a cup of steamy coffee. A phonograph played Miles Davis' Kind of Blue this particular morning…. The zucchini bread was dense and ever so sweetly crusted. Simply delicious. My bakers breakfast of fresh greens, sprouts, a soft boiled egg and avocado spread on a grain toast was mouthwatering good. Mmmmm.

Deserves its success

By Bill H |

I was told by friends to arrive when Sweedeedee opens at 8:00am if I didn't want to wait on a Saturday, and this was good advice. Not many things are worth getting up a little early on the weekend, but Sweedeedee is one of them. I had the corncakes, which are as delicious as they are innovative. Great coffee, too, and the berry brioche I bought to have later was heavenly.

Crowded Neighborhood Breakfsat

By Jessica M |

This little neighborhood spot is very popular with the college students from the nearby community college. The food is good but pricey, the wait is generally out of the door (I believe due to the limited seating and lack of outdoor seating). Coffee was mediocre. It is one of the only spots like it in this neighborhood. Cute interior decor.

Best Little Breakfast Spot Ever!

By IdahoGirl83716 |

This is the cutest tiny little house of a restaurant I've visited in a long-long while! It's an out of the way and hidden gem on Albina Ave. -- you need to know a local to find out about it!! Thankfully my son recently moved to the neighborhood and had insider info. Was there a wait? yes. Was it worth it? yes- yes. They don't have latte's (!) but will steam you some milk if you ask. I fell in love with drip coffee and steamed milk -- so much that I went out and bought a milk steamer. I may never have another high priced latte again! Thanks Sweedeedee!! Make the time to find this little treasure!

Another locales favorite

By Chefclaire2014 |

Another bartenders recommendation that lived up to his praise . Started with a amazing Bloody Mary and brunch that followed was so delish . The neighborhood is steeped in history and worth a walk thru.

Patience rewarded!

By wallymoon |

Fun and delicious. Unique, friendly. Delicious. Sure there’s almost always a line, but there’s a reason so many are happy to wait.

Terrible service. Do not dare sit before ordering!

By Personal Odyssey of the Self |

This place has great food but the customer service was terrible. I was there with my boyfriend and we put our bags at a table that was open then went to stand in line. Later a server asked if those were our bags and asked for us to move them because we hadn't ordered... There was nowhere to sit so I asked if I should wait to order then. He answered "I'll find you a spot". Later we saw a 92-year-old lady arrive using a walking aid. Her daughter led her to an open table so that she could sit down and another server came rushing saying they had to order before sitting! The old lady was out of breath and needed to sit down. Please be polite and considerate. Put a sign that says: Wait to be seated, or something like that.

Small Space with causal atmosphere

By Jpamr5 |

Four of us arrived around 1:15 PM on Friday, September 29, 2017, and waited for a table after we stood in line to order. Our wait for a table was around 10 minutes and the food order took around 20 more minutes. I enjoyed the savory bun which was the right amount and good flavor. The salted honey pie was different and tasty. Other family members enjoyed their salmon salad, BLT, and porridge.

Awkward space, pretty good food

By ehbnyc |

Be prepared to wait 45 mins for your food, do not bring the kids. The food was good enough but not extraordinary, and the counter staff was snooty. Overly twee and Portland for my taste.

Great breakfast and AMAZING coffee!

By greg5849 |

Service was prompt and friendly. Had the breakfast burrito which was excellent and pretty filling, and their coffee is absolutely delicious (I drink it black...)! It's the best coffee I've ever had, easily. Free refills too! A line formed outside the door after we sat down - it's a popular place, with good reason!

Great food with a Portland feel

By EMCCRMA |

If you're looking for a Portland feel and great food, this is it! A friend's and I went for brunch. The food was what I would describe as Northwest fare. Everything was fresh and the flavors were interesting. I had never had some of the offerings they made and look forward to trying more. The savory porridge was absolutely amazing. So so so good. Possibly one of my favorite breakfasts of all time. Loved the quaint atmosphere.

Fell in love ...

By Bryan H |

Came on a Friday afternoon after what I assumed would have been their lunch rush. While I ordered pie and tea, my friend ordered one of their famous salads. I was worried that it would be hard to find a table, and they (the servers) seem somewhat in control of the situation. Sounds like from the reviews in TA that breakfast can be a mad house. I enjoyed every bit of my time at this place and found the service to be top notch. The guys working were attentive and charming. The pie I got rivaled Lauretta Jean's -- but obviously without the huge selection you get there. My friend wished her salad didn't have huge pieces of greens in it. One of the best cafe experiences I've had in Portland in a long time. Came in thinking it would be another hipster joint -- and although the people are me (my fellow diners) annoyed me, I just tried to block them out and have an amazing time.

Cool place / people / food

By Amandine D |

We stayed 3 days in Portland and ate twice at sweedeedee for a brunch! This place is lovely, the food and the atmosphere were really nice!

Great little neighborhood spot

By Digitalocean |

Friendly and just as one would expect for this type of little neighborhood cafe. The dish I had was great! And others that I saw being served were also looking good. Being able to get a Bloody Mary was an unexpected pleasure.

Quaint and Delicious

By wethrivelife |

I've been coming here for years and the trout dish is consistently delicious. I just had to post a review to show you how beautiful my dish was; and it is every bit as tasty. They have a variety of baked goods and made to order dishes that are unique and special. The beverage choices are high-quality and wide. It is not always easy to get a comfortable table at this tiny treasure of a restaurant but it is worth the short wait. I have grown accustom to arriving at off hours in order to slide in more comfortably. I highly recommend SweeDeeDee for the special dishes and old-world charm.

doesn't live up to hype

By robinette f |

slow service, average food, not very clean. pastries not exceptional and neither were egg dishes. not worth the time or wait.

Sweedeedee = Sweet + Special

By Kristin R |

I loved everything about this place! The atmosphere is special, I felt like I was stepping back in time into a cafe in the small southern town where I was raised. The produce is gorgeous, it feels like they have hand-picked the best greens. Pretty sure I had the best blueberry muffin of my entire life. Had brunch here with 2 girlfriends and we didn't want to leave. I suppose that is the only drawback, the line for a table is ever present so you can't linger for too long. The staff does a really good job and helping you find a seat so don't be deterred by the order at the counter and find your own seat concept. It's just simple and delicious, it was perfect. Well...it would be even more perfect if they had lattes, so I guess I will say it is 99% perfect!

Creative and healthy menu but a long wait!

By Marsha C |

We came here for breakfast and enjoyed the food quite a bit and the atmosphere, music and service. It just literally took a couple of hours from start to finish as it's small, crowded while waiting but worth the wait as the food was indeed delicious.

Homey neighborhood breakfast

By Nate B |

First, grab a menu and order at the counter. Then take a moment to appreciate the atmosphere of cozy tables, sort of matching coffee cups on the wall, and the record collection with actual record playing the blues. The staff is friendly, the offerings fairly standard for breakfast featuring local farms and seasonal veggies. The breakfast burrito was phenomenal. Self-serve local roasted drip coffee. Located a few blocks north of the popular Mississippi shopping stretch, this feels like a hidden gem only slightly out of the way.

Worth the wait

By NomadFilmmaker |

Here's the thing about Sweedeedee; you're going to have to wait. If you don't have patience and an ability to merrily enjoy a conversation with your breakfast date, standing in line, in what can sometimes be a squished space, then this is not the breakfast place for you. The line will always be moving steadily. I've been many times and the absolute longest I've ever had to wait was 1 hour. But pick your time to go in full knowledge this affects how long you will wait. It's a lovely bistro, with friendly service minus falseness you get in other places. The food is delicious. You don't ask for customized plates here, you take it as it comes, and it's always consistently yummy, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The system works just follow it.

great place

By trtmct |

Best BLT ever! Have been waiting for awhile to stop there and was so glad we did. The server was very friendly and prompt. Pie was good too!

Good food, but crowded

By Johanna H |

This restaurant is tiny. I had a fantastic breakfast, soft-boiled egg, avocado toast with sprouts, greens. They also have more traditional breakfast (corn cakes with bacon.) A gem, but go there during off times if you actually want to sit.

Take your time

By Ihyde |

If you are in a hurry skip this place. Food was good but we had to wait over an hour for it. Nice atmosphere and staff.

Rustic & amazing

By Kelly M |

Rustic, quirky, a bit chaotic but worth it. Tiny tables so be willing to sit close to your fellow diners. Excellent, excellent food! Delicious, unique baking! Don't miss the rose garden only a few blocks away!
