Terminal T

By cgregory613 |

Skip this at all costs!! Terminal T has a TGI Friday’s with poor service and yes a major disappointment new drink menu was unavailable, bonus level! As if wings were supposed to be warm. You got it food arrived scattered and cold, then the attitude bubbles out. As if food is not supposed to be warm. So if you have a flight out of Terminal T hit up a 5 guys in one of the other terminals. Avoid at all costs!!! An embarrassment to the TGI Friday’s brand this location has made us vow to never eat at TGI Friday’s again!!!

Ty is great

By evan P |

Ty was great , awesome dude he was very polite and friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Honestly he would do great in sales , hopefully he leaves the restaurant business to sell high commission products!

Great service

By Bennett C |

The service and food were great! Kaylynn was kind and quick with the food and drinks. We made our flight in plenty of time. Thank you!

Great Spot to visit between flights

By Frank M |

A great experience. We shared a bucket of bones with seasoned fries. The ribs were basted with Jack Daniels and the chicken wings were BBQ. Along with a beer it was a great meal.

Best customer service award!

By GARhondaK |

Oh my! Wasn’t expecting anything but water, salad, appetizers, fries and a beer. Received such personal attention and courtesy. Food was served promptly and we proceeded to eat. Within a few minutes our server Audriana brought out a popping hot plate of fresh fries. She said she could tell the others were “just not warm enough “. Our waters were never empty, beer was good and cold. What a pleasant experience at an airport!! Thank you TGI Friday for excellent food and customer service!

Great food and service

TGIF Atlanta Airport Concourse B has my cellphone and all my data and won’t give it back to me

By Ana D |

I have contacted several of the Managers (Michael, Stephane) to get information on my cellphone. They said they were going to remove the booth this weekend (yesterday ) to get my cell phone back to me but I have not heard anything yet. You guys have all my data and I will have to escalate this issue of I don’t receive my cell phone back My cellphone was dropped in between the wall and the booth in the restaurant located in TGI Fridays 6000 N Terminal Pkw Concourse B, Gate B-19, Atlanta, GA 30320

TGI, ask for TY

By Walt S |

The TGI Friday breakfast is a solid choice. But TY’s service is great. He understands that we are in an airport and will probably be under time constraints. Plus, he took the time to ask about allergies, a potentially life-altering question. Great stuff!

Service at Hartsfield Airport location was excellent. Staff was attentive, hustling, pleasant, friendly and helpful

By Llhp |

Servers at Hartsfield airport were pleasant, polite, friendly and hustling. They helped each other out. Courtney was my server.

In the airport, Fridays is where it’s at!

By Ashley A |

Why is the airport Friday’s better than the stand alone ones…LaMonica was wonderful and actually took time to talk to me…Her Sister is a Gemini like me!!! Food was good and fresh (Million dollar salad…🤤) and the Prosecco Prosecco’d.

Great staff!

By Josh D |

Shavonn was amazing! I recently found out that I have some food allergies and she helped me navigate the menu and made sure I had everything that I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options and when I travel that is so important to me. She had a smile on the entire time and such a positive attitude even though it was super busy and she was running from table to table. The hostess Chaunte was also great. She was so positive and happy with all of the customers. The food was delicious, but I really enjoyed my dinner here because of the staff.

Best Server experience in YEARS!!!!

By Erica M |

I visited this location at Hartsfield Jackson Airport and my server, Oshun, was AMAZING. Full of life, personable and charismatic af. I told him I really appreciated his service. The food was delicious 😋 and everything came out quick!

Friendly Staff!

By Randi S |

I just wanted to have a drink and people watch and this is a great place to do it. It has 2 open walls making it easy to see people pass by. I had a glass of champagne and watched the sites:) The person I was with had trouble ordering and the staff was especially friendly and took their time to make sure that we got what we wanted. How refreshing!

Slow poor service

By willmV9606HX |

Horribly slow for an airport! Waiter probably forgot to place our order before he went on break- took almost an hour to get our food after we placed our order. Then the order was incorrect as well. no offer to adjust the bill, and we were merely filling the 90 minute gap before our flight. Ended up bolting for the plane, dissatisfied and amazed that that place is still in business.

Sharon is the BEST!

By Kim F |

My friend and I had a layover and decided to eat at TGI Fridays. When we sat down we were greeted by the nicest most professional young woman named Shavon. At first I thought she was a manager the way she handled herself. She has several tables and was super busy. However, she kept calm and professional and greeted us with a smile and the sweetest personality. It's so nice having this kind of service and if she is not the manager she needs to be! She made sure we had refills snd everything we needed to complete our meal. We had a great time and next time we come through Atlanta we will be seeing Shavon.

At Atlanta airport

By nevardo a |

Good service, the food was ok but the coffee was absolutely HORRIBLE by far worse than Dennis or IHOP

Airport Restaurant $$$$

By Dawn-Marie Young Kelly |

Terrible food and ridiculously expensive. Taking advantage of travelers but sadly all establishments in the US airports do this.

Don't order the fish and chips

By Shannon O |

Fish was still cold and not cooked through. Management brought a second try. Fish was warmer and fries were cold. Service was slow. Left as had to catch a plane. Save your money and time.

Chantel is amazing

By Mars5454 |

Chantel was an amazing bartender, the prices were reasonable, and the breakfast sandwich was really good. If you're in terminal B go to Fridays.

Supercalafragulisticexpialadocius

By Madeline H |

This spot has delicious food and fast service & hopefully you’ll get the waiter named Ty!! If you have a long lay over this is a great place to go!

Excellent

By Rusty S |

Ty was an exceptionally great server! Food was good, came out fast and the walnut old fashioned was delicious! Highly recommend.

No

By Cec |

The Servers are amazing. Very upbeat, super fast. But the food, good god. How can you get bar food wrong. We are travelers, in a rush most likely. Need good food because airline food #ucks. Stop in at a TGIF in B concourse and ouch. Cheese sticks cold in under 10 min. Chicken Qs #nope. For the love of all things aviation please have decent food in these airports.

Go stuff, better service.

By Christina C |

Ty’s service was incredible! Top notch. Hard to find service like his anywhere else. The food was good but not as great as the service.

Best airport food experience

By Belinda S |

Great service. Everyone is so friendly. Happy atmosphere. Staff really look like the live working here. Fabulous salad menu. Definitely a better choice than the self service options in the food court. Highly recommended.

Page is the bomb!

By Wilhelmina B |

Page gave me 5 star service. Thanks! Good service, checked in, timely. Couldn't ask for more. She was an exceptionally good server. Thanks!

Service

By Ivyspradling |

Rubber chicken and pop spilled on me

By jennifer s |

Chicken was like rubber the worst food ever. Pop was spilled on me and I had white pants on, of course were at the airport and my bill was still 27$

Worst Burger in Atlanta

By Craig M |

We ordered a blue moon beer one burger and onion rings. It took 45 minutes for the burger to come back raw. It took 30 minutes to get the blue moon beer. The waitress was fabulous but the cooks don’t know how to boil water. I have managed restaurants for 15 years this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will recommend all my friends never cometo a TGI Fridays

Phenomenal Service

By Chance C |

Ty did a great job! Very attentive, helpful. Outstanding service. Fridays at Atlanta Airport. Food was on time, well prepared.

Piss poor service

By Scotte35125 |

Poor service. My sirloin and potatoes looked good, but the waitress dropped the plate off and said she would bring me silverware back. After 15 minutes and she was no where around, I finally saw her and sent it back because it was cold. Never again!

Dry Chicken

By Journey00366499138 |

Coming home from England through Atlanta, had a big layover, went into TGIF, Atlanta Airport Concourse B since we hadn’t been to one in a while. Hostess, servers were all great and friendly, very attentive, grilled chicken on my Caesar Salad left a lot to be desired however. It was over-cooked, dry and cold. Like it had been setting out all day. Other than that, was a good experience.

Dot go to TGIF by gate 4 at Terminal T in Atlanta.

By Marc B |

Monday between 5-6 pm. Not very busy time and one could expect the following not to happen: Greeting was without eye contact: taken to a table that had shattered glass (from a pepper shaker) under the chair. I pointed it out and was not only seated there anyway, but none came to clean up. Not just rude but also non compliant with safe serve. After I ordered my bill was presented by laying it in the table without comment. It’s rude to bring a bill while I’m eating. Worse if there is no rush because the restaurant is at 50%. And getting the bill before I get my water? I dot recommend going there.

Great waiter

By David R |

Ty was awesome. Made us feel like we were actually family. Highly recommend sitting in his section and having him as our waiter at the Atlanta Airport THI Fridays

Lunch Between Flights

By Gary N |

We had a short wait before they started serving lunch. I had a bacon cheese burger with onion rings and a coke zero. It was a very good meal.

People make the difference

By truetray |

Server "Tawasky" and the hostess greeted me graciously and seated me and my oversized luggage promptly. I was in awe by how people worked together and assisted each other. Food was prepared very well. Mr. William, kitchen manager was out checking on how things were going. I never have reviewed an airport restaurant - you just expect mediocre food and service - this was a real exception. Very well done, this was the TGI Fridays in the main Pavillion area. Thanks to all

American Diner

By Paolo_sambiase |

Local American style. Typical American Dining cuisine. Friendly and prompt service. Good food. Nice and nice location. Medium high prices.

Food was Good and Plentiful, Service was Great!

By Patricia B |

We had a fairly short layover in Atlanta and went to TGIFridays for an early dinner before our second flight. Prices are high, as you would expect at the airport but portions were large. Our server Brittany was awesome...efficient, friendly, made sure we were happy with our food, etc. Superb customer service.

Staff is great!

By Brianna A |

Shavon helped me today and she was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond in service. She knew her beers and helped me to make my selection.

No deadlines for repeat

By Line H |

Me and my husband ate on Fridays at the airport in Atlanta in October. We ate chicken wings and a portion of Potato Skin/ Wings/Mozzarella Sticks. The food was quite average, our waitress nice. What makes me only give two is that someone from the kitchen sat down at the next table to eat, rapping loudly while sitting there. This doesn't make the meal even better.

Best onion rings ever

By ginamiller0763 |

Just waiting for a flight and stopped for lunch. Had a couple of bloody Mary’s (which were great) then got a sandwich with onion rings as the side. The onion rings were so crunchy and flavorful I’ll get those as my side every time instead of fries.

WONDERFUL SERVICE 10/10

By Ken B |

I recently came to Fridays on concourse B and OMG !!! The service was wonderful . When we walked in we were greeted with a warm beautiful smile from chauntae . As this was me and my sister’s first time ever having Fridays , Chauntae was soooo helpful with guiding us through the menu . Even though she had many other tasks to complete she still managed to stop and assist with anything we may have needed . If you’re ever coming through Atlanta airport please stop by Fridays and ask for chauntae the manager (i believe) !!!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Travis, Travis, Travis!

By Yuri Monet |

We were sat quickly, but, the food meh. However, our server Travis turned my frown upside down! He was attentive, responsive, and hilarious!!! Keep up the good work, Travis. You are appreciated 💛

The worst

By Alan D |

Popped in for some food when we were delayed in Atlanta. The server “Jasmine” seemed friendly but her incompetence was astounding. Wrong starters, starters arriving after main course and a total mess from start to finish. We eventually called the manager over June, to complain but she seemed disinterested. We paid for what we had and left but as we walked out Jasmine was smirking and laughing with her colleagues. Worst dining experience in 50 years of travelling. Shame as the food we had was nice ! Attitude wins no accolades in my opinion and a chain like TGI’s should have better trained staff, and not writing orders down is wrong. A blunt pencil is better than a sharp mind !

You could tell the management was excellent as the employees were happy and well trained but not rushed. Excellent!

By sarathurman1 |

We visited TGIFridays in terminal b today. It was excellent food and service.Kayla was a fantastic waitress—efficient and friendly.

Good

By R. K. V. |

Very good- a great reconnect with a mainstay of my past. Excellent choices, good service and exceptional value for the money

quick and tasty sandwich

By lost_bobcat |

Was able to get a seat at the bar and order a great chicken bacon sandwich. Came quickly and filled me up just right. Got salad instead of fries to trick myself into thinking this was healthy. No real healthy options in this airport termininal.

Good, fast service

By hannaH w |

Page was excellent. Patient with our tired travel brains with fast and friendly service! Food was good. Great Cobb salad to make up for all the travel food we’d been eating.

Terminal T

By Manny D |

Business stop at terminal T-4 for 2 hour layover. Nice location that wasn't packed like the others. Sat to eat dinner at the bar. Great service and good personality from the bartender. Decent food (but came fast, so points for that). Good prices. An option for your business layover dinner.

A Warm Welcome Back to USA

By Veronica B |

After a bumpy road returning from Europe with several days of delays and encountering only a few hundred unfriendly people, we were so grateful to return to US at Atlanta for connecting flight. We were fortunate to meet our server Gabriella Barrios. Her welcoming smile was a breath of fresh air and her service was above and beyond. She will be highly successful in a hospitality career. Thank you TGI Fridays Atlanta Airport for a yummy dinner and especially thank you to Gabriella - this young lady is going places. Well done!!

Great!

By Shawn B |

Amazing experience!!! Food was fresh and yummy! My server Tyler was Attentive, patient, knowledgeable and CUTE!! Will be back just for him!!

Great Experience !!

By Heather A |

Excellent food and prompt service. My server, Ty, at the ATL airport location was outstanding—professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. He made a delayed layover an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you have time between flights.

TGIF Atlanta terminal south across from T 4

By TTYTravel1 |

Probably the worst Airport dining experience I’ve had. We were four people, two of us got our meal. The other two did not get theirs until half an hour later, and they were waiting for only a chicken Caesar and a cherviche... Waitress was rude turned down our request for putting at least some of the meals on the house. Avoid this place as u will miss your flight for so so food

Hurried, a bit brash, not an oasis in the chaos

By Martin |

OK, so you're at the Atlanta airport. One of the most busy airports in the world. It is time to eat, and you'd like to find something away from the chaos. Well ... this probably isn't it. The servers are a bit rushed and brash. They're nice enough, and willing to help, but ... it wasn't the peaceful meal we were looking for. The food is standard TGI Friday's fare. Nothing remarkable, just exactly what you'd expect. OK, so this is better than grabbing fast food and wolfing it down. 'Nuff said.

Very good.

By fab |

All very good and tasty , we were very positively surprised. Except cery old furniture and plastic knife and old menu card.

Great experience at B Gate TGI Fridays

By Michael D |

I sat at the bar and Orlando and Jade were the best! They were super friendly and helpful and attentive to everyone. Food was good and drinks were better. They really kept up during a busy time and had excellent customer service. Thank you!

Surprising!

By GrammyofTriplets |

Our server was just the best, she was super friendly, very courteous, treated us like family! We were in between flights from Pasadena (Burbank) en route to Fort Myers Florida. Needed a drink and a quick meal. The ribs were great, as was the wine and beer and fries! Again the server made our meal!

Not a Bad Breakfast

By Mike B |

During a recent vacation, we flew through Atlanta VERY early in the morning, so we couldn't have breakfast before we left. But with a 4 hr layover in ATL, we figured that would be a good place to grab it. Since we had so much time we didn't have to do the quick grab-n-go at the fast food places, and we were surprised to see Fridays was serving breakfast. Wasn't a bad choice. They have a very limited menu, but you don't need a lot of options with breakfast, I had and omelette with potatoes and sausage, and my wife eggs with bacon. We both thought it was okay, and the coffee was served in nice oversized mugs. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in a big rush. All in all, it was a better choice than the fast food places.

Not very excitng

By Magnar Mo |

Waiting for a plane could be more exciting than this. I think Friday’s should renew their menu completely. Even the salads have 1000 calories. Forgetting about calories I tried the whisky glazed sampler. The ribs were good, but the chicken was hard to identify as chicken and the natural taste of the shrimps was more or less killed. Good service though.

Great Service

By PEarlie A |

Great lunch!! Easy in and easy out. Great server, Ty. He kept our drinks filled and got all of our non typical orders correct. We never seem to be able to get stuff straight from the menu without changing something.

Overall great service

By Todd A |

Great service! Very personable. I’ve stopped in here many times with the same experience each time. Keep up the great service!!!

A Friendly Place with a Great Staff

By Patty_in_Cleveland |

Our server, Nevia, was upbeat, and so very competent at her job. We even made sure the staff we worked with knew how impressed we were with them. We had a flight delay over 6 hours, we were tired and hungry and we left Fridays smiling and feeling good. Our sandwiches were delivered quickly, hot and delicious. We had trouble with our QR Reader and she efficiently helped us remedy the problem, with a smile. Her associate, Nas, was just as upbeat as they worked our section. In fact, the entire restaurant was full of smiles. We needed that!

TGIF review

By Go421979 |

Katrina did an awesome job very attentive and helpful as I ordered two things that she recommended were not enough food for a dinner. Food came out fast and great experience.

TY was great!

By Joe C |

Our waiter was TY and he did an awesome job getting our order together. Food was great and the drinks never stopped coming! I would highly recommend going here if your in a hurry in the airport and have not much time to get to your next gate.

Shavonn was the best!

By Marisa M |

Shavonn was incredible. She was so nice and took great care of me while i was traveling alone. I would come back 10000x if she was my waitress. Thank you, Shavonn!! 🩷

Ty was great!

By Cory H |

Ty was great! He remembered all of our orders even with such a large family/group! Ty was very friendly and personable; we had a great experience!

Just ate at TGIF at ATL airport headed to terminal E. All the employees were so pleasant. Everyone was smiling and kind

By Lynn S |

Employees had a spectacular attitude. All were smiling, helpful and the service was fast. The food was good before boarding a long flight. Our waitress had hot pink hair.

Breakfast Between Flights

By hcohn31 |

Long wait for my next flight...time to have a good breakfast...had a cheese omelet...it was a bit overcooked...still good...service was good..worth the stop if you have the time

Super sweet service!

By Daniel H |

Shavon at concourse b was amazing! She was very polite and attentive. She even helped me pick out the perfect cocktail. Thanks, Shavon!!

Yummmmmy

By HonestReviewOne |

Best burger and fries! Right on the corridor. Sit down service or order to go. I ordered to go. Service was very quick. Staff friendly and attentive. Received my food hot and fresh in no time at all This is a well know chain and the quality did not disappoint. Portions are large. I had enough for two people. FYI - they accept American airline meal vouchers here !!

Awesome

By Marco T |

Ty was an awesome waiter! Great customer service! He was personable and so kind. He definitely made our time worthwhile as we wait on our flight.

Consistent

By heyjudithz |

They know you have a limited time schedule. They perform accordingly. Trust in them to get you to your gate on time - they can do it! Not bad food or drink, either.

Tai was an excellent waiter. Food was delicious. Broccoli soup was outstanding

By Fearless560876 |

Tai was an excellent server. Food was delicious. The broccoli soup was outstanding. Hostess was friendly & efficient. Haven't been to any airport restaurant this good.

Great dinner at the airport

By Ritu N |

Great dinner spot at the airport! Mikah, our waiter was awesome. He was quick, courteous and great with the kids. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service!

By Apucciarelli |

Overall: it was a great experience and I did not have to wait for a long time for the table. It was quick and the waiter brought us our drinks quickly. Mind you, it was during the rush hour, but my expectations were exceeded

Not what it should have been

By Ken R |

The food I had, the bucket of bones, could have been better. The chicken wings were very over cooked and dry to the point where there wasn’t much meat left on them. The ribs were small and… meh. What really concerned me was the odor in the place. We were seated near the kitchen and it really smelled off, like it needed a serious deep cleaning and sanitation. It was unfortunate, we have a TGIF in our hometown and it’s much nicer than this one.

Airport dining that doesn't disappoint

By Dinah G |

My server was excellent! The chicken bacon ranch sandwich with crispy chicken was delicious! Definitely would recommend.

Service vs Food

By WorldTraveler1976 |

It’s a TGIFridays so going in you know it’s glorified fast food. The reason for post is because of the excellent service offered by Keonte. He made recommendations that were perfect so good 3 stars and service 5 stars!

Don’t go here for drinks.

By Renee G |

The service was okay, but we ordered two Bloody Marys that came without celery or olives, which were listed as ingredients on the menu at the entrance. When we asked, the server said he was sorry but that they were out of both. Those two drinks, with tip, ended up costing $45.

Just O.K.

By Jan T |

Had breakfast at this TGI Fridays before a flight. The restaurant is very cramped and not much space for luggage to sit when eating. The eggs & potatoes were unfortunately cold when they arrived at our table. Hard to eat cold eggs. Service was good but probably won't be back again. Very expensive for just o.k. cold food.

Stopped Here Between Flights

By Jarod M |

Stopped here between flights and enjoyed a burger. I will say that the service was amazing, even though it was busy she helped me quickly and my burger came out in like 10-15 minutes. The food was delicious and my refills for my soda came quickly. As with any airport it was expensive and over priced.

Workers need to be trained to work with customers who have disabilities

By Chloe B |

I was nearly in tears being served here. Didn’t receive food for 45minutes after being sat. I had a service animal with me

Okay, nothing bad, nothing great.

By greglinmon |

Limited menu, lots of fried options or salads. Service a little slow but staff were pleasant and helpful. Located down t concourse in gates 1 thru 8 area

Don't eat breakfast here

By karen w |

Worst breakfast we've ever had. Go elsewhere. Food cold, 30 min to get it. Too many groups sat at one time for the server she was running but too much.

Worst food ever!

By EdwardMc |

Last night (02DEC 2029) at Atlanta’s Airport TGI Friday’s I ordered the appetizer with two hamburger sliders and fries. Guess they ran out of love today. The presentation is atrocious and the food was not tasty at all! Someone couldn’t even cut a regular hamburger bun in half correctly to compensate for being out of slider buns I guess either. How this made it out of the kitchen I’ll never know. I give this TGI Friday’s in Atlanta’s Airport Terminal T A BIG FAT F-.

Great service

By CHARLIE S |

Great service! Food was good, and came out warm. Waiter was very friendly and made some great recommendations. We will eat here again!

Dis A Poin Ted

By rcaldin |

Bartender version of long Island not even close and had to send it back. Sampler platter was ok. Chicken and potatoe skins were subpar. Highlight was Jacques who was awesome. Friendly and apologetic. Just dissapointed

TGIF Indeed!!!

By mgmchugh |

If you are the T terminal at ATL, these group knows customer service. They wee quick and the food was tasty. TV’s are set up where you can see the finals of March Madness if you desire! TGIF!!

Shaday was amazing

By Shauna P |

Shaday was amazing --- great service! Food was good, beer was cold. Had all the best games on, wings were tasty. Good experience on a long layover.

Never again

By Edward W |

Just spent 13.00 for a hamburger that tastes like it came out of a vending machine, and if I would have had a dessert it would have been almost 30.00 for sub standard food

If you want any food go somewhere else

By chefbeth4044 |

This place is the Worst. 45 minutes to get the beer. Expressly told our delightful waitress that we needed our burger cooked extra well done having seen the well done at the next table. It arrived RAW! Not even warm enough to warm the cheese!! $15 for a beer that was almost flat on arrival. Done with this company for ever now!!

Don’t go if you need to catch a flight !

By Travel Dad BA |

Sunday morning - bacon and eggs took 35 Minutes to come out. Our server Ty was nice and even went next door to get us tea bags (since they were out). But the kitchen …2 meals came out in 15 mins , the other two took 35 from moment of ordered. Also served toast and French toast without bitter. 🤔 lots of other quicker options available in terminal B I would suggest skipping this place , al least for breakfast.

Excellent

By Coach Gus Q |

The server, Ty, was friendly and did a great job. The food was excellent and atmosphere was good as well. I enjoyed eating and would so so again.

Disgusting.

By Happy130 |

Thought I would go in for a nice meal... wrong. I first asked for coffee, it came but then had to wait for sugar until it was cold. The cup had a residue all over the inside and obviously gave me a used drink napkin. Then ordered egg breakfast over medium; tough, cold and disgusting. Then asked twice for water... ordered another cup of coffee in a new cup, it came but then the creme package that my server brought me obviously was old; curdled. I asked my server for my check, waited and waited and had to get up and go find her for it. She had maybe one other table, but her service was TERRIBLE. The whole restaurant needs to be cleaned and scoured from top to bottom.

Waste of time and money

By Isaac B |

I flew into ATL for a 2 hour layover. I have been to TGIF's several times before. I had time, so i ordered a Cheeseburger well done. I was specific to say well done because i do not like to eat undercooked meat. It was a busy time so the food took a little longer than expected. When the burger came out, I took a bite and the burger was cooked medium. I immediately shared with the waiter. He was apologetic and notified the manager. They asked if i wanted another burger. I did not want to risk getting another burger because now my time was dwindling. I ordered Whiskey flavored chicken wings well done because i do not like undercooked food. After a while the food came out. The food came out and instead of whiskey flavored wings, i received buffalo hot wings. I began eating the first chicken wing. After taking two or three bites, i realized that i did not receive the whiskey flavored wings i originally ordered. I notified the waiter and told him that i had the wrong wings. I told the waiter/manager to give me the check so i could leave. Moments later, the waiter brought out the correct wings. They explained that it was a mistake in the kitchen. At this point, it is close to boarding time, so i told the waiter to bring a box to take the food to go. I did not want to get a large take out tray, because i had too much luggage to carry around. So, i could only take 6 of the 10 wings. I paid my bill, and the chicken was $12 more than burger, so i ended up paying around $30 for a ginger ale and 6 chicken wings. I was very unhappy with this experience. When i got on the plane, i began to eat my wings. I ate into the first wing and realized that the wings were also undercooked! This was a very very disappointing experience. I reached out to teh TGIF home office, and they assured me that someone would reach out in 2-3 days; however, I am 8 days later, and i still haven't heard from anyone.

Everything was great

By Kelly R |

Ty was amazing...so friendly. And got it done in "180 seconds"!!! Food was good, atmosphere relaxing, seated right away.

Best bartender

By C&P Miller |

Jo Jo is great she was very helpful and happy smiled and took good care of me come see her when in Atlanta airport Love them place

Great service!

By GoPlaces200937 |

Shavonn was my server on concourse b and did a great job of getting my order quickly and out to me quickly. Exactly what you need when trying to get food on a layover.

This was the worst food I

By Lwlittrell |

This was the worst food I have ever had, even by airport standards. We ordered the sampler with ribs, wings and shrimp....and the artichoke and spinach dip. The wings weren’t, well, thin slabs of meat with a burnt terryaki crust that was so salty it was ridiculous. The ribs were dry and way over cooked. The shrimp was bland and tasted old. The chips for the dip were stale. The service was mediocre at best. They didn’t even have full size napkins....and never once came to ask us about our food. Avoid this place at all costs! Fair warning!

TGIF!

By claudiawilson20 |

Kahmian was our server and just absolutely lovely! The food was great (we had the cobb salad). Yummy cocktails( Bloody Mary and the Strawberry Lemon drop martini)! All around a great quick experience before our flight.

Not a good place to eat !!

By linzip |

Arrived at TGI Fridays at 6.20pm and ordered a burger.. well done and had to wait 1/2hr to receive it and it was pink inside.. sent it back and ordered a chicken sandwich to only wait another 1/2hr.. not happy at all! In all this time my husband had received his meal and eat it.. not happy at all, you don’t get this in the UK, don’t think l will eat here again :(

Zero management

By Twilightkid |

Came here during a layover. Staff hanging out, laughing while people are waiting for food. Most actually sitting down and joking around, kids at the bar- horrible. Loud and inappropriate staff- find a manager.

Fast, efficient, friendly

By Casey d |

Our waiter Ty, was on point. Super friendly, fast, and efficient. Food recommendations he gave were great as well would highly recommend.

Great service at Concourse B ATL.

By JennATL |

I had a wonderful experience at the TGI Fridays at Concourse B today. My server was Kayla and she was a ray of sunshine. Such a happy competent server which I very much needed as I’m traveling again for business. Thank you Kayla for your excellent service and your positive sweet customer service. You’re the best! To the cooks, my food was great. Extra crispy fries are my thing. Thank you!

Wow seems to be a happy place!

By K+1 |

Grabbed lunch at the airport, expected typical Fridays. That was true of the menu, but we were very impressed with other aspects of this restaurant. Despite being crowded and very busy, service was good, but more importantly the staff seemed happy. They chatted readily with clients, and supported each other willingly in serving the masses. Nice to see teamwork.

Worst Restraunt in the Airport

By frannie1155040 |

We hadn't eaten since 4.00AM and stopped in here en route to Costa Rica, the service was slow and it took forever to get our food. Half an hour after eating we got stomach cramps and diarrhea not fun when you have a four hour flight ahead of you. We wrote their office and never even got a reply. Walk right on by don't even bother stopping here.

Nice staff;lousy food

By catmommy7 |

Nice staff; lousy food The young lady at the hostess stand was very friendly. I orderedChicken and waffles. The waffle was good but the chicken was lousy! Chicken tenders from the freezer that were deep fried, and the taste was not good at all! Definitely not worth the price!

TGIF + Shavonn

By Bobby M |

Shavonn was super attentive, friendly, and fun to talk to during our stay today! She took great care of us. Oh, and the food was really tasty too!

Roaches running on the floor!!! DISGUSTING!!!

By Markski69 |

DON'T GO THERE! ROACHES running around on the floor adjacent to bar/garbage nxt to few seats, rude unprofessional management.

Did not like this Fridays, Atlanta airport

By Keith G |

Went with my wife with vouchers, delayed for 24 hours, barmaid Sam/Family shouted out to the whole bar vouchers, her demeanor was quite rude the whole time, and the food wasn't great and we had to ask 3 times for the bill

Place for Lunch Stick with Appetizers

By Jim W |

Got lunch between getting ready for a flight after weather forced overnight stay. Great motivated servers, but food was OK. Those of us who got salad and soup found them good. My son got a burger and was not impressed. There are better options at ATL.

Great srvice

By Lesa S |

At the Atlanta Airport and came into TGI Ftidsys. Great timely service. Our waiter was great. It was a quick stop between flights.

Good Food Good Service

By boca m |

Tasty burger; a little skimpy with the fries I felt. Good service. Affordable place to eat before heading into the city.

Bad, terrible, horrific.

By Ed T |

Worst service ever. 40 minutes to get my fish and chips (10 minutes later than the others in my party) Fish was cool in the middle, not cooked. Cancelled my order, walked out and got a breakfast sandwich at the nearby DD's. The waiter was good. Not his fault obviously. Would not recommend and would not go back.

Bad

By PVClan |

Will be sure to prepare food beforehand. Friday’s To Go should be ashamed. I imagine their kitchen is filthy in the back. Got served rotten broccoli and the replaced fruit smelt dirty. What happened to high standards for airport food, or is it just Atlanta airport that so bad!

Excellent service

By Larry G |

Excellent service from Page. Fast, friendly and efficient. She did to a terrific job from the moment we sat down, and got us moving quickly to catch our flight.

A Good Breakfast Spot

By GPaCalgary |

Nothing much to say about this spot. Food was good. Service was good. Our server was friendly. An uneventful meal.

Nice place to kill some time

By Texas Voyager |

Just after we arrived at the airport, we received notice from American that our flight was delayed. We decided to cool our heels with a couple of drinks and a snack at TGI Fridays. That was a good call as pretty much everything in Terminal T was shut down. The food and drinks were decent if a bit pricey. The service was engaging and caring.

Good Burgers before a flight

By Jan T |

We arrived hoping for breakfast but it was 10:04 a.m. and they stopped breakfast at 10. Ordered burgers instead. They were pretty good but service took a long time. Tables and floors were sticky but it was a filling lunch before our flight.

Great Service, Horrible Food

By Bruce J |

Ok, an airport sit down restaurant, a chain, so caveat emptor.... BUT, a much delayed flight so I thought a cheap, mediocre small sirloin would be ok. How bad can it be? Well, indible bad, that's how bad. A mangled internal organ looking mash of gristle served with inedibly salted mashed and soggy broccoli. If I had to make a list of the worst restaurant meals I ever had, this would be in the top 5. And I am counting basic training chow. But hey, the beer was cold and the waitress was sweet as could be. Certainly not the usual sullen airport service. I tipped her well. Brittany.

Don’t come if you want to eat

By flibbit |

I just wanted breakfast after an early flight. Unfortunately my cell phone would not scan the QR menu on the table. Server came over, I explained I wanted to order but the code didn’t work. I asked for a menu. She said they didn’t have any and ran out last week. I asked how I could order. No reply. She was too busy flirting with the intoxicated businessman at the next table, holding his hand, laughing. There were several other men at nearby tables, all with just drinks. Server asked if they wanted food, they all said no, but still she was more interested in them than in me. I went to the hostess and explained I wanted to order food but the menu wouldn’t scan. She shrugged and said that’s all they had. I left and went to IHOP, where I got great service, a great breakfast, and where the server got a great tip. If you want food and great service go to IHOP.

Tiny portions

By marshall l |

Ordered a chicken sandwich they brought me half a sandwich this thing was so tiny with 4 tiny onion rings and tried to charge almost 20 bucks. Service was great but food is a joke

Server was fabulous! Nothing special otherwise!

By Jennifer B |

Outstanding server!! Marty was warm, attentive and so friendly! We’d go back, if just to see him! Food was good, but nothing special. Typical for an airport restaurant, way overpriced!

Good as expected...

By James W |

Nothing special here...if you’ve been to a Friday’s in Chicago or wherever, you’ll recognize the menu here. I had the Bourbon glazed sliders and they were great, but messy...ask for extra napkins ! Service was best described as untrusted. Don’t eat here if you need to catch you flight in the next hour or so !

Good Food

By Bruce M |

Not been to a fridays for a long time but the food was very good and the service was great we had a great time

Poor management

By Heather T |

Exceptionally poor slow service at terminal T in ATL airport. Tiffany the supervisor was over the top rude and highly unprofessional to guests and the servers. I’d enter that property with caution. Tiffany was scolding the servers in front of customers. She also only sat at a table and didn’t assist with customers or other staff. Will not ever go back.

Took forever to serve a steak and forever to redo it

By LRR800 |

It was between lunch and dinner (3pm), the restaurant wan't even full and service was slow to a crawl. I asked for a medium rare steak that took 25 minutes to arrive. It was well done and the server offered to redo it. She took the entire plate and 15 minutes later she said it wouldn't be long. 8 minutes after that I left. Waiting 48+ minutes for a 6 oz steak, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli with lemon is unacceptable at an airport restaurant. I won't be back.

A Decent meal

By Bruce V |

Stopped here on my layover to NY from Portland Oregon. I had the Fridays Signature Whiskey Glazed Chicken Sandwich with fries and was very good. Place practice social distance with customers. All staff wore masks and gloves. Place was crowded, I sat at the bar, bartender was Pleasant.

Good and drink good, service not.

By mr_larry_smith |

Tgi Friday has earned a good reputation. Thus I tried it at the airport. The menu, venu and food were as good as expected but the service was not. There were lots of servers but they were talking amongst themselves and not serving.

Awesome

By Amanda V |

Awesome server and an awesome food. Food was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

poor service at first

By trips50rus |

We were seated right away, however people who were seated in our same section got their orders taken sooner. When our order was finally taken, I think they forgot about us, because the other people around us had their drinks already and we were still waiting. They finally brought our food out and we still didn't have any drinks. So they brought our drinks out and apologized and kept checking on us after that to make sure we were attended to. The food was good though and was made to what we ordered. We were considering not leaving a tip.

The highlight of our airport experience!

By Melissa |

After a transatlantic flight, we were bracing ourselves to deal with a stressful airport experience. It sounds silly, but deciding to eat at the TGIFriday’s in the Atlanta Airport was such a great decision that made us feel so at ease and forget any previous stress. Our server, Ty, was attentive and so kind, despite the restaurant being in the middle of a lunch rush. Thank you to the whole team for being so friendly and accommodating!! The food was also great and came out very quickly. :)

Service with a smile.

By Heidi T |

Missed my connection and was not happy about it. Jayda was an extremely friendly face who provided amazing service with a smile. Her actions made my day a bit better.

Second time is better!

By Packer Fan 2022 |

Tamara was an excellent server! The food and beverages were outstanding. We got wings, burger, cheese burger and Caesar salad. Last time we were here was AWFUL. It was in Feb 2023 on a Sunday evening after the NFC championship game. TGIF was out of many food items and beers. Very disappointing! So we decided to try it again and were pleasantly surprised.

Impressed

By eatbread |

Seated promptly, really good service, food was better than expected and less expensive than other places. Good place to go during layover. Only negative was that the seating is pretty tight and its hard to manage with luggage.

Dinner during NCAA Toruney games

By Bruce N |

I was early for a flight and wanted to catch NCAA basketball games. The bartender had all of the staff trained to say that he was too busy to change channels. I was told he needed to go "in the back" to change channels. That was not true. They eventually brought the remote out in the bar area. After about 40 minutes they made a change and switched to the wrong game. My server got on him with his poor attitude, and he told me that he would talk to management. I never did see the game so they will not get my business next time.

Waiting on our flight

By cnanrw |

Finally got to try a TGI Friday’s. Not bad. Took awhile for someone to wait on us but after that, service was great. Andre was wonderful. Attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious. An cheeseburger, grilled salmon and a sizzle omelet were our choices. The omelette (mine) was great. Very good flavors. Not a bad experience for a first time visit for me. Now I can’t wait to try another location.

UGH

By Flipper1954 |

The restaurant was packed with a waiting line, so sat at the bar. Bartender was vivacious and did a good job. Made a delicious Bloody Mary! Food was sad...limp soggy fries, bun on the whiskey chicken sandwich was so sticky it stuck to my fingers with little mayo, limp lettuce, a tasteless tomato and a dried out piece of chicken and bacon that need to cook more--another limp item! And lunch was $50 ! Ridiculous!

By Emilio S |

Wings were overcooked but my biggest complaint was that some travelers see sign and that’s open till 1030 but they funneled two guests to Togo window at 1005pm. Some of us travelers maybe just left kids with opposite custodial parents and need a drink too sad

Served raw chicken twice!!!

By Daniel B |

Got served raw chicken tenders sent them back, server comes out with another portion which was once again raw. Server got extremely defensive and another server told me that she “wouldn’t recommend the tenders as they’re not good here”. Disgraceful service and worse food. Server pressured me into leaving a tip as he said he “needed a break”.

Wonderful Experience

By amandamacia |

Wonderful service with Paige! Dinner was served quickly and hot. A welcome experience after being on the airplane for 10 hours.

Worst burger in 20-30 years & at least a thousand burgers consumed

By Jim G |

1st thing: This review is specific to the TGIF in concourse T. Maybe the one at concourse C is wonderful. Why does the menu say burgers will be cooked to your order or why would the server ask how you want your burger cooked if they are unable or unwilling to do so? I ordered the Bacon-Cheeseburger medium-rare. It came at something well beyond medium-well. Texture-wise is felt much more like a veggie burger. Not like a beef burger at all. The patty itself had absolutely no flavor. All I could taste was the onion, cheese, and bun surrounding the burger. After a few bites I asked the server if they could have possibly mistakenly given me one of their plant-based patties instead of beef. She assured me it was beef. Absolutely the worst burger I have eaten in 20-30 years. That includes desperation microwavable cheeseburgers from gas stations and other non-restaurant sources. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever step foot in a TGI Fridays again. I think I probably need to go barf now....

See Shavon at Fridays.

By mtdbassman |

Shavon is amazing! Every time I come through Atlanta airport I stop in to Fridays for a bite. She is singing and super friendly. Sometimes it’s tough to find airport staff who are happy to work their job. Shavon does it with ease.

Trust Tyrone

By Jennifer B |

Delicious brunch and an awesome waiter. Loved their french toast, meaty bacon and Peach Prosecco Mimosa. Thank you Tyrone!

Ty is the best server ever.

By ERIN B |

Amazing service. Ty went above and beyond to take care of us. They knew we were in a hurry and they accommodated to ensure we had our food in a timely manner and made our flight.

Will return

By NoPlaceLikeHome |

We visited the location at Concourse B-Center on December 23rd in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly. The service was fast and excellent. The food was delicious. The only issue we had was that the bill did not match the prices on the menu. The menu was apparently off by about a dollar. We did not have time to address it but might double check it before out next visit. Otherwise, my review would have a 5 star.

Great food and service

By Sean B |

We had a long layover and decided to eat here. Good experience. Food was exactly like we ordered it. Received it in a timely manner. Service from Mikah was great.

Terrible steak

By JuanManuel C |

A new York broke my knife, it was that hard. Terrible steak for $22usd. not recommended Need to follow waiters

Horrific

By April-Elin |

The service was unpolite, the ceasar salad old, and soggy with old chicken and the burgers were bland and tasteless. The chips looked like they were burned, but were just soggy and tasteless. A horrific experience. The TGF in Norway are 100% better. I considered putting my finger in my throat cause I was sure the food would make me sick. Stay away.

Skip this and go next door

By 1019Robyn |

I was at the bar right next to the beer pouring area. She helped everyone around me BUT me. The lady had big fake eyelashes on. I made eye contact with the Asian lady and nothing. They clearly suck. I left and went next door to Savi Provisions. Seated right away and had an attentive waitress within a minute. Don’t bother with TGIF - out of date and out of grace.

Great service

By Jackeline T |

Tim had immaculate service! He was very attentive and although it was busy he made sure we were well taken care of! He is a great asset to your team!

The Food is the Food, The Service, Really Good

By Ira S |

The menu is a typical TGI Friday menu, no surprises there. The service here was great. The people, from the greeter at the door, (007) to the waitstaff were simply great. It's really a pleasant place for a meal between flights...

Had breakfast with a coworker waiting on our flight out of Atlanta and Ty was awesome. You got a real one with Ty!

By Dirk S |

Ty was our server and he was the best. We are traveling through town here at the Atlanta airport stopped to have breakfast before our flight left and Ty took great care of us.

Mediocre

By JackofPBFL |

We had dinner here tonight and it isn't the TGI Fridays that we are used to. The music was horrible, the food was served tepid. The only redeeming quality was Eric our server. he did a good job.

Busy,went next door,SAVI PROVISIONS

By R W |

Fast, good salmon, salad, soup. 30 tables. Saving is small, takeout available, and convenience store, too.

Love Melissa Amazing customer service

By Daydream11386010039 |

Melissa was amazing, I am a disabled veteran customer she made me feel as if I was not an inconvenience she even stored and brought my walker to my seat once I was done eating

Kay is the best server

By Chrisitne P |

Kay was the best!!! Highly recommend coming to TGI Fridays! We had a great experience with her positive joy and energy!!

Waiting on flight

By ed w |

The only thing worst than the food was the service The manager brought our bucket of wings and ribs with no plates or eating utensils. What a horrible experience. I can’t believe that this restaurant actually had guest in it but we were fooled too.

Friendly and Efficient

By Cynthia R |

Exhausted and hungry, I wandered in this at Terminal B. The greeter was super nice and my server Viche was efficient and helpful. I ordered the sesame whiskey chicken strips and it was an enormous portion. Very tasty. Glad I stopped in.

Made delayed flight a lot better

By P H |

We had a horrible lunch in Raleigh after long flight delays and were hungry with limited time before our next flight. Friday’s was crowded with a short line and we took took two seats at a bar table. Our waitress was hustling as fast as possible and our cheese burger and fries with wine was excellent!! Thanks for making our day.

Chicken strips

By DSH |

These were not strips of chicken but balls of burnt breading that may have contained dried up chicken that were not edible. Reminded me of the turkey meal in the movie Christmas Vacation.

All over good

By Kelly M |

It was easy to get a table in this crazy airport. Great food great service- Paige was attentive and the shrimp appetizer was a delicious snack. I will be back.

Bad experience

By Robyn M |

It took 30 minutes to get my server to take my order and another 40 minutes to get my burger. I asked for it medium well and it was medium rare. I was done at this point and not hungry anymore. So it took another 15 minutes to get and pay for the check. They were kind enough to not charge me for the entree. So on to find some other place to eat. Thank God for my 3 hr layover!
