Expensive? yes! But if you want to splurge and have some delicious food - give it a try. We had a reservation, which was great because they were turning people away. Service is top notch. Your water glass will never go under 1/2 full. They came by many times to check on us, answer questions, make sure things were perfect. The basket of breads that they bring out was a great start! Everything was so good. We were afraid to eat too much bread, though. Wanted to save room for our meals. Our group had filet, prime rib, crab and ordered some sides to share - sauteed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, mexican street corn (the fav).. Everything was delicious! The side dishes were the stars for us, which sounds odd, but they were. Meat was very good, but nothing special. $70 prime rib didn't taste that much better than the $20 prime rib we get elsewhere. But the experience was fantastic and the food all came out at the right temperature and tasting wonderful. Give it a shot!

After having a cocktail, a complimentary bread basket with herb butter was placed on our table. The hot pretzels and Parmesan crisps were quickly consumed. We started our meal with a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail $17.00. The shrimp from Mexico were huge and so were good for sharing. We then ordered the 8 oz Petite Filet Mignon $43.00. Their steaks are aged for a minimum of 28 Days. Absolutely delicious. The Au Gratin Potatoes $10.00 were very tasty. After a lovely bottle of wine from their fabulous wine cellar, there was no room for desert, Definitely a place to enjoy a good steak with impeccable service.

great place with excellent choice of food, started off with seafood jumbo jackpot with oysters, lobsters, crab legs , shrimps and as extra stone crabs, which was presented nicely and was excellent. then of course the steak, had wagyu fillet mignon, great soft taste, tender and served with great sides. excellent choice of wines and good service. the table setting was good so was a great dinner. not cheap as most things are not in Las Vegas.

Perhaps the policy is standard, but we had a reservation for 24, but unfortunately due to a midwest blizzard, several of our attendees could not make the dinner due to flights being cancelled. We had 17 that were able to attend, but we were still assessed a fee for 24. That was 7 times $165 per plate extra. I find this to be a somewhat bad practice especially when the final attendance was out of our control due to weather. That's over $1000 we paid for virtually nothing. Food was good, hence the 2 rather than 1 star.

One of my Top 4 Dinner experiences EVER! The steak was perfect, the setting was perfect, the service was perfect. Nothing left to be said...

We were over-the-top delighted and impressed with our delicious Chateaubriand for two dinner, and staff, at T-Bones Chop House located in the Red Rock Resort and Casino. A beautiful venue, professional staff and delicious steak dinner, made this a night to remember. Special "thank you" to Lawrence Silva, Director of Fine Dining, who attended to our every wish; Lilly our server, for her advice and gracious attention; and Will, our food runner, for all his meticulous care. T-Bones offers a great vibe and beautiful venue, superb dining options and a great Happy Hour. The back patio is also a cozy venue for fine dining. Don't miss out on this exquisite dining experience. T-Bones sets the benchmark for excellence for fine dining in Red Rock, Summerlin, classic!

made res for wife, daughter & 10 year old grandson, were sat in a booth in the bar, dinner was fine when a group of 4 men sat across from us and one kept using foul language asked to see mrg, " brian haffhill " when i complained he stated " what did i expect sitting in the bar area " when reservation made i was not told to expect foul language ,nor did we expect a child to be allowed in the bar, emailed brian latter to which he never responded, sad to say will probably be last time we dine here !! r. carson

This is an amazing steakhouse here at red rock Casino. Contend with the best in Vegas. Giovanni, our server made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much.

Four of us started off w/ a small seafood tray ($75 | large shrimp, lump crab meat, oysters, half lobster & king crab) and a Jordan cab ($119). First of all, the seafood tower was very good. One of my co-workers doesn't eat much seafood, so the size was perfect. The lobster tail was surprisingly large, as were the shrimp. We barely finished it. The only room for improvement would have been a different serving tray to showcase the seafood better, and some drawn butter: 4 Stars. Likewise, the cab was excellent. Jordan comes from the Alexander Valley in Napa and goes well w/ bold seafood and steaks: 5 Stars. For our seconds, three of us ordered wedge salads ($12), while I had a caesar salad w/ anchovies ($12). The wedge salads looked really good w/ blue cheese & bacon. Unfortunately, the caesar was not as good bc it lacked flavor in the dressing, and the anchovies were not salty: 2 Stars. Four our mains, two ordered petite filets ($43), one ordered a 16 oz NY ($49), and I had a large filet ($48). My steak was aged well, but could have benefited from more seasoning or butter. Nonetheless, it was medium rare as requested and tender: 4 Stars. For our sides, we ordered grilled asparagus ($12), cauliflower ($10), and mashed potatoes ($10 - sorry, no pics). None of the sides really stood out, and the portions were small: 3 Stars. Regarding the ambiance, its very fancy in here. There is an awesome bar behind the hostess station when you enter. In addition, there is a fire pit encased in glass in the center of the restaurant. However, a big downside was a couple of large groups thought they owned the place and were yelling and talking loudly as if they owned the place. Most nice steakhouses have private rooms for this purpose: 2 Stars. On the other hand, the service from Michael and his team were excellent. They were super nice and attentive. We didn't have to ask for anything additional: 5 Stars. All in all, a very good experience. However, T-Bones pales in comparison to Joe's Seafood in Caesar's Palace IMHO. The latter executes on all fronts, has better tasting steaks, and does not have boorish customers.

Reserved a table of 14 for a holiday party. Spoke to events planner several times in week prior. Reservation was for 7:30.....we were seated at 8:15, with a single apology. Asked for wine menu several times before we received it. Finally began to receive SOME food by 9:15....but not all. They forgot an entire entree for one guest, and the sides for three others. Again, no sincere apology. We even had to remind server to remove those items from bill....he did not proactively do that. As we were leaving we were able to overhear the General Manager having an important conversation with the hostess about eyelash extensions. Absolutely awful experience. Shame on you T-Bones, GM and service staff. PS....Bill was over $1200, not including the rounds of drinks at bar while we waited or the forgotten food items.

I was really quite impressed with T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Casino. The style is ultra elegant and the lighting is a perfect soft glow - it's an ideal environment for a special night out. Right off the bat the interior design is jaw dropping, featuring sky high ceilings, curved metal accents, and a glowing marble bar. My personal favorite? The salmon, paired with shareable sides like sweet potato fries and an expertly crafted espresso martini. It’s a splurge, but if you’re craving top-tier steakhouse dining in a stunning setting, it’s worth every penny!

Fantastic. Steak was amazing. Decor very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here again.

went with a party of 14--service was attentive and refined, food was excellent which is very impressive given the expansive menu.

0-10 this restaurant is a 20 !! Melt in your mouth steak, fantastic service and a beautiful setting makes this a “must” when in Summerlin Las Vegas.

We live rght around the corner fromT-Bones and typically it's been great, but not so last night. We ordered appetizers and the waiter didn't come back for 25 minutes until I got his attention to finally order. The meal took forever to come out and when it did my steak was over cooked. Odd for a steak house, but it happens. The problem was that it didn't come back out until 20 minutes after my wife was done with her meal. Instead of automatically bringing me fresh sides as they have been sitting there for over 20 minutes, I had to ask him for a new side. Then instead of removing the steak from the bill (not expected, but typical in this situation) he said the manager gave me 20% off. At no point did anyone come to my table to apologize or anything. There are so many choices and good steak houses in Vegas that this isn't what I expected from this establishment.

I don't understand how there are so many good reviews and our experience was a total disappointment. First of all, were die hard steakhouse people from Texas, that's our thing. we've been to most of the best fine dining steakhouses in the country and many all over Vegas. T-Bones was awful and we will never go back. The atmosphere is the first thing we noticed. The music is insanely loud and this place feels like a nightclub. We had a booth facing the bar and had to watch a couple at the bar make out on and off through our whole meal which was NOT the atmosphere we wanted. Does anyone? I ordered a filet medium well because when I order them medium, they come bleeding all over my plate and I can't stand that. My filet came and it was seriously so black and hard on top, it looked terrible and it tasted even worse. That was beyond medium well. We sent it back and it came back only a tiny bit better and still it had no taste. Don't order the filet! I just read a review a few down that said the same thing. But I can't eat a bigger steak by myself and my husband wanted the scallops. The wedge salad was not a wedge, it was a bunch of chopped up lettuce so I'm paying for a wedge and I get a regular salad with wedge toppings. Not what I wanted. There was just nothing that was outstanding here and really the atmosphere was the thing I disliked the most. I could have gone to a lot of places on the strip and enjoyed a nice meal in a place that didn't have loud music like being in a club! Never again will we go to Red Rock, and you can't win anything on their slots either. Total waste of a Christmas Eve here!

We went to T-Bones to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary for our dear friends. The service was spectacular, as was the food. All entrees and side dishes were quite good, with the exception of the asparagus - it was stringy and tough and woody - very unpleasant. All other dishes were great. They gave our friends nice dessert bites to commemorate their anniversary. It was a pleasant experience and we will return.

T-Bones is a very attractive restaurant/bar that features music, quality service, and an elegant atmosphere. I ordered the 22 oz ribeye cooked medium-rare and the Steakhouse Salad. Others in the party ordered fish and prime rib meals. Everyone ordered sides such as corn, mushrooms, asparagus, and potatoes. The fish was the hit at the table while the ribeye and prime rib looked great but were both very dry and not as flavorful as anticipated. The sides were all delicious and enough for 2-3 people. My only reservation about T-Bones is that it is a bit too overpriced for the food that was presented. I know that is part of the Vegas steakhouse expectation but if this is the case, fish should never beat out the steaks on the table. I will give it another shot because I do love a good steak!

We have been here many times and we have never been disappointed. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server (Rico) was great!! Didn't rush us and made recommendations when asked. We tried the tater tots for the first time, very nice and soft -- not a lot of flavor - would go with french fries from now on. We had cherry crumble for dessert -- can't say that it was all that good -- but wanted to give it a try. Always a good "go to" place.

Split the Ribeye with my wife . It was perfectly done served with a moderate priced red wine. The waitstaff was informative and quite helpful with wine and dinner selections.

First of all I have been here several times. Every time has been very good with no major complaints.. however the service and food does not quite match the pricing. do not be in a hurry because everything is very slow. Salads are okay but nothing memorable... the steaks are wonderful. The service however could definitely be improved. For example are empty plates and dishes were stacked up in the middle of our table. When you're spending $100 per person that type of service is unacceptable in my opinion. Overall it has great ambiance is a trendy restaurant and very convenient.

the food and service is amazing. Caeden is the best, he brought us our food and his personality made us all smile..great staff and service and food. Awesome wine list.

We have been here a few times and always have a great experience. We had the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were delicious with a nice spicy/tangy sauce. I will be getting those every time I go. There are 2, which they split for us on separate plates, and are more than enough for a nice appetizer. I had the grass fed small filet (which is what I usually get). It was done perfectly. My husband had the boneless rib eye which was excellent. We had the mac and cheese (good) and pureed potato as sides. Since it was a special occasion they comp'd us a delicious carrot cake, which we couldn't finish -- more than enough for 2 -- take some home for 1. Steak houses are steak houses, but time after time TBones is never a disappointment. The staff down to a person are wonderful. We take guests here all the time and also go ourselves. With all of the steak houses in Vegas - if you are at Red Rock - its a must.

A last minute decision to eat dinner after a long day of shopping, sight seeing and driving. We went to unwind at the casino and plopped in since it was past our dinner hour. Great steaks, wagyu filet, rib eye bone-in, great appetizers and a really good merlot. Service was well timed, and staff made it a fun and relaxing evening.

The food was excellent and the shrimp were a largest I have ever seen. The service is fist class which goes along with the food. The place is pricey, especially the wines It is a place for very special occasions or big expense accounts..

Family style means pick your steak and sides are meant to be shared among 3-4 people. They offer choice, Prime and Wagyu meats. Cooked perfectly. Oysters are Pacific Northwest. Club cakes had little to no filler.

Relieved to say I had very successful meetings at Summerlin last few days , It is my last night in Vegas and my business associate , six of us went to T - Bones Chophouse for dinner , located inside The Red Rock Casino and Resort , very upscale with high ceiling relax well - lighter ambiance not like some Steak House in Vegas so dark and gloomy , menu very creative and lot to choose from , not a cheap place for steak , but you pay what you get , very reasonable , I order the Shrimp Cocktail , Oh Boy ! it is colossal giant shrimp , like from Mars ! so tasty and fresh , my 22 oz Bone in Ribeye (MR ) is prime of the prime , juicy and so tender just melting it in my mouth , very flavourful , good age ! seems every one love their meal and the service excellent , it is privileges have a beautiful meat , , and don't just eat but enjoy what you eat ! I know where to come for my Steak next time when I am back in Vegas . so if you looking for a great Steak , T- bones is the place ! truly recommended !

We LOVE T-Bones and eat there frequently. The steaks have been perfectly tender, flavorful and cooked EACH and EVERY time we have eaten there. I mean 100% of the time! We love to start with the shrimp cocktail and crab cocktails. The French Onion Soup and Steakhouse Salad are great. The Filet is so tender and flavorful. Of course the Chateabriand is delicious....The ribeye and prime rib are also very, very flavorful. If you aren't feeling a steak then the burger is amazing. We all love the burger. Our Vegan daughter loves the Cauliflower steak. The Warm Butter Toffee Cake is the BEST dessert. The Peanut Butter Caramel Sundae is a disappointment.

Started with shrimp appetizer, they were large and meaty, very good. For entree the crab legs, 4 large legs in a half shell. They easily came out of the shell, the legs were very tasty and sweet. Very filling. Also had green bean almondine, cooked perfectly, also very good. Dessert of fried oreos which completed a great meal.

I was there for happy hour, they have a great selection of food and drinks. I had the cucumber martini and the poke tacos. The tacos were really good, o would have eaten more but needed to save room for dinner. The cucumber martini was one of the best I’ve ever had. You can smell the fresh cucumber and taste bits and pieces of them in the drink. For dinner I had the prime rib. It was a huge portion. It was very flavorful and cooked perfectly.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, where we go for significant events, like birthday and anniversary - this time it was our 5th wedding anniversary. It all started fantastic. Upon arrival (we showed at the time of our reservation, 7 PM, to the minute) we were seated quickly (within 5') and we were given an excellent table, one of the best, in the corner, with views of much of the rest of the restaurant. The server started to do well, attentive, and the food was great, as usual. The reason why I marked service at 3 stars and overall 4 stars (whereas I have always given the maximum before) is because of a bizarre incident in the end. Our bill was about $260, so I filled the "merchant" copy as usual, adding $40 tip, signed it, left it in the little black AmEx booklet, then we left. We were almost near the exit, when the bass boy ran after us and stated we didn't leave a bill. We were shocked as both my wife and I were 100% sure we placed and left it back the way we always do. I must also note that when you already let them run your credit card and then you leave not signing or leaving any bill, bars and restaurants can just run the charge with no problem - except they wouldn't get the tip. The bottom line is that we went back, which was a trek with my pregnant wife, who was already quite tired. Then our main waitress, the bass boy, and one more guy all came together, I showed where I left it, then they showed me that black booklet saying it was empty. I know it is not a big deal in the big scheme of things, but I was rather upset, as I didn't do anything wrong and all the inconvenience was unnecessarily brought on me (and my pregnant wife) for somebody else's error. As they printed a new set of receipts, for me to sign, and I was ready to sign again (this time with a far less generous tip), the bass boy came back with my previously signed receipt, stating it was found "in the linen". Clearly what must have happened, they either grabbed the table cloth not realizing that the booklet with my signed receipt was there or the person grabbing that little booklet did in a "no look" way and somehow the receipt slipped out. Either way it is a highly amateurish mistake and with the running after us part, the arguing part (like they kept saying there was nothing left back when we both were adamant and absolutely certain we signed and left back the receipt), and the miraculously finding the receipt part (in the linen) this ruined much of the good things we experienced up to that point. Of course the overall picture is still good (for why I am leaving 4 stars), but we were rather puzzled by this experience.

I went here with my coworkers during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by the HH menu and the drinks. The ambiance is very nice and the waitresses are sweet. The only thing I didn’t care for were the lobster rolls which were on pretzel bread and were cold. I think the lobster needs to be cold and the bread needs to be warm. Other than that, the waygu beef slider and tuna poke nachos were definitely my favorite along with the bread given to you before your meal. A true gem in the suburb located inside of red rock hotel/casino.

The menu is of the normal steakhouse fare The staff was very attentive without being annoying. The sirloin was cooked perfectly and the taste was what I expected. The only negative was the piano bar singer who seemed to be very loud. Thankfully, she was terrific but she was very loud. All-in-all, a terrific place

This is a great steakhouse located inside the Redrock Hotel & Casino. Their steaks are generous and were cooked to perfection. Very flavorful. I enjoyed the dry-aged, 22 oz, bone-in Ribeye. The restaurant is very elegant, but being inside a Casino in Vegas, you can arrive casually dressed.

Great steakhouse. Excellent service and even better food. Greatly enjoyed steakhouse salad, steak, and sides. Also loved the various breads.

They have a large bar with lots of TV's, good food and great service. Their cucumber martini is delicious but be careful.

Been here several times and service has always been exceptional. We've ordered seafood appetizer, Caesar's salad, and Wagyu filet minon. Seafood platter was very fresh and clean. Wagyu filet was cooked perfectly (med rare), tender and tasty. If you love wine, you must take a look at their wine list! They have fantastic wines, from $100 range to four digit plus cult wines, they've got it.

we ate here for my birthdays and it was memorable. My wife had the grass fed steak, and I had the 22 oz bone in ribeye. Actually, if they had a grass fed option at 11 oz, I might have picked it - hers was buttery smooth and tasted fantastic. Mine was excellent, seasoned well. Our starters were both also top notch (five-cheese soup and a wedge salad).

This is the Red Rock Casinos best restaurant. It is decent, but not great. We had a waiter that did not know how to handle a group of ten, and the restaurant is loud.

We have stayed @ Red Rock a number of times, but never tried T-Bones, we will be back. The atmosphere, the service, the food, all were above average, we really enjoyed it.

First time coming here. I came here with my friend and we made it just in time for happy hour. you can only get a few items on the menu for happy hour. Girl at the bar said everything on the menu that is $15 or less is half price. there is only about 3 appatizers you can get in that price range. I got mexican style corn that comes in a bowl. YUMMY!!

I never write reviews. I have only posted one other one in my life. I am a 30+ year resident of Las Vegas, a businessman, and regularly take my friends and family out for dinner. Unfortunately this is not a good review on T-Bones! I have eaten here "many times" over the past 10-12 years. I don't give up easily on a restaurant, but I will not return here again. Here's my story. Over the past 3 months I have eaten here three times. Once with my wife, and the other two times with friends or business clients. The bartenders now have about the most offensive "attitude" of anyplace I have ever been. They are cold, rushed, and give you the feeling like 'they are doing you a service by giving you a drink'?? The steaks have been mediocre at best. T-Bones "used to" have some of the best prime meat anywhere, but I'm guessing that they have changed providers, because it is not even on a caliber with Outback - that's bad:( And the steak is never done the way you order it, but you eat it the way it is served - because you have waited sooo long for your dinner. This restaurant needs a MAJOR management overhaul, or they won't be open much longer. Rick P. - Long Time Las Vegas Resident

Head to what looks like a good bar scene and find they moved the chairs to accommodate a large party adjacent. That’s not a problem until you ask the bar support person if it’s ok if you can grab another chair. His is reply’ I don’t care what you do’. So, I go over across the bar, grab an empty chair and place it so my wife can sit down. The kind patron next to us saw what I did and was nice enough to move his chair over to allow the room for another chair. So, I then ask the bartender if they mind if I place another chair and then she says, there no room. I say, sure there is, and even the Kind patron next to us says there is. The bartender then proceeded to argue and was extremely rude. So, as you can gather, if you want to lift your own chairs, arrange for your own seat, this is the place to go. I guess they forgot who the customer was. Hmm. No wonder why our friends said the place has gone downhill.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here last night. What a great meal and time that we had. We started off with a shrimp cocktail and shared a tuna appetizer. My wife ordered the salmon and I had the 11 oz filet. We also shared mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and the apparatus. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Also their drinks were large and just as we ordered. Well worth the price. We arrived at seven and did not leave until ten. That says something right there!!! No pressure from anyone to leave sooner....Would highly recommend.

For a casino that is not on the strip, this steakhouse stands out as something very special. The service, food, atmosphere, ambience all were spot on. This was a remarkable meal with a friendly knowledgeable staff and great food. The menu was full of variety and the food expertly prepared. If you are out in this area WEST of the strip by the mountains you really want to check this place out.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The best drink ever, I ordered the Old Fashioned. It was so strong it cleared my sinuses with one sip. I loved it, worth every penny. I will never be satisfied with the watered down drinks from anywhere else. You get to choose a bun from the bread tray, we picked pretzel buns, they were so yummy. My husband ordered a steak and I got chicken. I wish I would have gotten the steak. That steak was amazing. We were given a free dessert of creme brulee because it was our anniversary. Very good.

Nice atmosphere in this casino restaurant. The steaks are terrific, and the king crab is just about the best ever, but expensive. Service is efficient.

The food was mostly good, but the service was painful. When our server first came to our table and I said, “Hi, how are you?”, he actually said, “well I’ve been better.” Debbie Downer vibes right off the bat. It took quite a long time to get cocktails and he floated by several times without eye contact or acknowledgment of us waiting for longer than should be expected for a restaurant of this caliber. We started by ordering a half dozen oysters but sent them back because they were the size of small clams. They were dwarfed by three containers; horseradish, cocktail sauce and mignonette. It should have been embarrassing to serve 6 minuscule oysters with enough condiments for 2 dozen. For the price one would expect a decent size, but these were laughable. Debbie Downer just shrugged and took them away. The CA chopped salad was boring, the wedge not really a wedge salad, but was just ok. The steaks were very good and cooked to perfection. I had the Faroe Salmon and it was a large piece and was very good. Scallops were 4 lonely looking pieces ($49) on a large plate but were cooked perfectly with a beautiful char. I felt like they could/should add something to the plates…even an herb garnish or a small veg. My salmon was served with nothing but a piece of lemon. The spicy cream corn was a good side, but we should have ordered something other than the baked potato because it was average. All in all, the entrees were delicious, the service lacking and the prices steep. Four of us, 1 bottle of the cheaper ($60) wine, a couple of drinks and we were at $457 before tip. Not the best bang for our buck, especially since we had the depressing waiter. Wah-wah-wah.

My wife and I took my parents to T Bones for a dinner and we couldn't be happier. The service and meal was exceptional. The atmosphere is very upscale and the wait staff was equally attentive. I've been here before and to date I have never had a bad experience.

I've had the best filet mignon of my life here. I'm a Brazilian and I know a thing or two about meat. Can't go wrong with this place.

Any time I'm in Las Vegas, for work or play, I never miss a chance at this restaurant. I'ts about the best food you can get, with a qualified staff, and excellent bar, perfect ambiance. You can not have a bad experience here.

Celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary with family and friends at T-Bones. It was an absolutely perfect evening. We dined on the patio and the weather was perfect. We brought a special bottle of wine for the celebration and even though it was on their wine list they were gracious enough to open it for us. A courtesy greatly appreciated. We ordered two orders of the Chateaubriand and it was cooked to perfection. It's hard to find restaurants these days that serve it so it's always a special treat for us. Others in our party ordered different meals and everyone raved about the quality. The service was friendly and professional and we were given a complimentary Creme broulee for our special night. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

This is not your grandfather's smoky steakhouse adorned with brass and oak. Great spot for date night, though. Modern and warm environment. Nice to see that ivory linen complemented by good service exists off the strip. We were promptly seated and blown away by our Server. Huge Martinis! We are steakhouse fans and usually have to endure the "well seasoned" attitude of the captains that come with them. Not the case here. On our first night, we went with our bubbly Server Jocelyn's suggestions for the lump crab cocktail (delicious mustard sauce and lemon), they sliced a Ribeye for us to share (perfectly cooked, the wife was happy, she knows her meat) and corn side (in season and cooked perfect al dente). We are not big dessert people (we normally drink our dessert, haha), but Jocelyn convinced us that although fried Oreos might sound odd, they are not to be missed. OMG! We went back back to the bar again, just for the Oreos. Jocelyn recognized us from coming in before, which I thought was a nice touch. A+ for attention to detail.

This is my second rating of T-Bones. Since it's been a few years, T-Bones did not disappoint us on this trip. Great food and service. Still one of my favorite steakhouses in America. Top rack cuts of meat, cooked and served perfectly. It is pricey but you mostly get what you pay for. We had reservations made weeks in advance and we still had to wait a bit for our table, plus we weren't initially attended to quickly. But, nothing to worry about. Here are my 5 by 5 rating notes. Five stars (*) is best: 1) Food Quality: ***** 2) Service Speed / Attention: **** 3) Service Attitude: ***** 4) Atmosphere & Clean: ***** 5) Price & Value: **** Overall Rating = 4.6 Will I return? Yes Reservations recommended? Yes! Parking situation? Plentiful

Drinks at the bar with my wife, we ended up liking the drinks so much that we stayed and ate. The drinks were made to perfection and the food was very good. Above all the service was the best, comfortable and helpful, involved but not pushy. We will be going back ASAP!

First time in this restaurant. Excellent service and great food. I love they ribeye and they also had that night special stone crab, I couldn't eat it all. We was very full to have any desert, so our waitresses offer us small bites platter and it was delicious. It a place I really recommend if you in Summerland

Whenever I'm in town visiting friends, Red Rock is my go-to spot for some slot play, and T-Bones is hands down my favorite restaurant here. I dined on Saturday, January 17, 2026, and this was my first steak of the year. I couldn't have picked a better place. What truly sets T-Bones apart for me is the service. I remembered having Erik as my server on a previous visit and specifically asked if he was working. Lucky me! He was, and I was seated in his section. Erik, along with Ryan, delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, they made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. The reason I keep coming back to T-Bones isn't just the great food it is the consistently excellent service. Erik and Ryan are perfect examples of why this place stands out. If you're looking for top-tier service with your steak, T-Bones is the place. I'll definitely be back.

We went for my wife’s birthday and were seated right away and greeted by server soon after seating. We placed drink order shortly after seating and dinner order shortly after. It took 20 plus minutes to receive appetizers, after about 30 minutes later I asked about our dinner and told it might be a while kitchen was backed up. I pointed out that the couple on came in after us had already received appetizers and their dinner. Our server said he would check into it and sent over the manager who ask what was wrong. I told him that we ordered almost an hour ago and had not received our meal he said he would also check on it and get back to us. He passed us several times after that and never said a word to us. At about 90 minutes we finally received our meal it was only then did the manager come back over and asked how it was, no mention of why it took so long other than they were busy. Other diners seated after us were in and out before we received our meal. My guess is they overcooked the rack of lamb first time and had to redo it, but we never did get an explanation. On a good note the gave my wife a free desert for her birthday. The rack of lamb was excellent by the way, it just should not have taken that long to be served.

They will seat you for dinner as long as you arrive before 11 p.m. The food if fabulous and the wati staff is great. Nice view of the pool or if you're looking for privacy, they have large booths. We have never had a bad meal here.

We spent the last night of our family holiday at T Bones for a “special celebration meal” and had a spectacular evening with incredible food, attentive and friendly service and a very special atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We had a drink on the patio to kick off the evening - a great chance to get some cool photos in an amazing setting and were then seated personally by the Manager - Lawrence who made us all feel very welcome and special. Our waitress Denise was also really friendly, helpful and not at all pushy (as you sometimes hear .....). The shrimp cocktail and Wagyu carpaccio for starter were spectacular and the wine list had some great French White Burgundy at very reasonable prices which went perfectly. Three of the four kids shared a salad to start as us brits are not used to the US portions and we did the same on the main course with three of us sharing the T Bone which was more than enough meat. The sides were all spot on and the chocolate cake for dessert was to die for. My wife is in the catering trade and she said it was quite possibly the best chocolate cake she had ever tasted !!!! If you want a treat in an up market and lively atmosphere this is absolutely the place to go.

I really enjoy the food and service at T-Bones. It has been consistent for years. I think the food is always worth the drive, it's the other side of town. I have the great burger and seafood tower! One of my favorites!

Met a co-worker for mid week dinner. She had the filet with lobster tails and I had the Queen Prime Rib with creamed spinach. Ordered mine medium and it was perfect!

I hosted a business dinner recently. Prices are crazy off the chart. $30 crab cake apps, $65 rib eye steak. Every time we visit the prices are up again. It is like a plane ticket. Sadly the server's helper only gave me half the left over food from my full plate which I requested. If he likes to throw out pricey food, he should be washing dishes.

We had a wonderful meal here as everyone in our party of six had different entrees and everyone was very pleased with their selections. Wine selections were good and pricing very competitive. The staff and service was excellent and attentive. We would come back again and highly recommend the restaurant.

Hadn’t been to the Red Rock in about 18 months and this was my first stop for dinner. Very classy but upbeat. Great bar area and bar tenders. If you prefer a table you get high quality service you’d expect in a high end steak house. I had a seat at the bar. The bread basket is great with a lot variety. The menu changes slightly since me last visit. To my disappointment my favorite starter the Tuna Poke has been replaced by tuna tartar. While similar it was different. The original was basically seaweed salad, avocado, and the tuna in the shape of a hockey puck. This version removed the seaweed and added roasted artichokes. Definitely inferior to the original. It was good but I wouldn’t get it again. I then had the KC Strip and the roasted corn. The KC is dry aged vs the NY strip which is wet aged. The 20oz size of the KC gets you still 16oz plus of meat after the bone. It was cooked perfect, great crust, excellent. The corn is one of my favorites for sides. Unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert this time but fried Oreos I’ll be getting next time. They have a corkage fee of $35 which is a little high but if you’re bringing a good bottle not that big of a deal. Also, I was solo and had made a reservation just in case as the bar area can get crowded. At 6PM on Wednesday there were only a couple seats open and I got one. It tends to clear out after 8 with the happy hour crowd being there early. Anyway, made a reservation but then told the hostess I would just sit at the bar seat I had. Instead of getting credit for the reservation on OpenTable they cancel it. Pretty much all places I do this still credit me for the reservation and don’t cancel it. This has happened multiple times here. End of the day, great food and experience.

I have eaten here multiple times and am never disappointed. The complimentary bread basket is filled with the most yummy varieties: walnut raisin, sourdough, and the best pretzel bread ever! The crab cakes are like no others - there is no bread filler and is simply gigantic flavorful mounds of crab lumps. The waygu beef is to die for, the hearts of palm salad is light, the wine menu is lovely, and the service is top notch.

The atmosphere is inviting and beautiful but does not overpower the wonderful service and delicious food. The seafood is memorable and the steaks are so tender you can almost cut it with a fork. This is a perfect restaurant for a special occasion. It is located inside Red Rock Casino and was awarded best of Las Vegas last year.

This is not a good steak house I go to mastro’s in Beverly Hills pricier but much better food Waiter admitted crab is from a can Steak was just ok Corn side no good Salad king crab with avocado look great tooo much citrus Wife’s Dover sole $49 she did not eat Very fishy

Located in Red Rock Hotel and Casino, this is a high end steakhouse in Las Vegas. Always great steaks and seafood.

We had a private room and the service was as expected. I do not recomend teh desert which was too big a portion, rather opt for drinks to end the evening.

This was to have been our one big night out at a great restaurant, but it was our least favorite meal of the week - and the most expensive. Our waiter, Bryan, seemed not to like us - for what reason I don't know. We were dressed appropriately, we ordered drink and dessert along with our filets and side, so it wasn't that we weren't spending enough, and the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived (it was early) so it wasn't that he was busy. He made snarky comments about other diners' choices (without knowing what we might then order), I had to drink from my husband's water glass twice when mine went unfilled - no apology, of course, when he eventually refilled it. For what we paid for that dinner, we deserved at least the same respect that we got from the servers in the Grand Cafe at breakfast, and that just wasn't the case for whatever reason. Whether he had had a bad day, or we reminded him of his in-laws, or whatever, it's his job to serve us, and do so pleasantly, and he wasn't able to make that happen - which ruined the whole evening. Had we seen a manager, or had the hostesses at the front asked how our meal was, we'd have gladly let them know we had a problem, but that didn't happen. My husband had dined there the evening prior with co-workers and had a lovely evening, so if you can avoid sitting in Bryan's section, by all means do so. This is the one restaurant in the resort (at least at the time of our visit in September) with a dress code, if you're planning to visit and want to pack accordingly.

Beautiful interior, great service and food. T Bones is a favorite "Off the Strip" steak house in the beautiful Summerlin area of Clark County. This is one of the best steak houses if you want to get off the Strip and enjoy the beautiful Red Rock Casino. Everything is delicious and the service is superb. T Bones is located in the Red Rock Resort with plenty of parking and multiple venues therein.

If you're staying at Red Rock be sure to have dinner at T-Bone. As good a steak as I've had anywhere and I've been a lot of places. Bartender Chelsea makes the best old fashioned on the property. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. Note that this place is expensive: bison rib eye plus the twin lobster tails with caesar salad and two bourbon old fashions with tip came to $200... yes just for one person.

Dinner was totally awesome. My wife and two friends defied the “rules” and headed to LV. Red rock is a great venue. Enforced the rules and OK with me when I forget to pull the mask back up but very politely got a reminder. Food at T-Bones is top notch. Only problem was the head waiter. He had an “attitude” which I thought, at first, was cool. Brought one check to our table and we were clearly two couples. Asked for a split given my wife ordered and ate very little. Could tell it pissed him off and he brought the checks back but still wrong. Hell, we paid it and he got the minimum tip. We are usually big tippers so his loss.

My wife and I since moving to Las Vegas almost 2 years ago have been hearing about this great steakhouse at The Red Rock Resort. We decided this was a great weekend to try it out since we received a $25 discount coupon through the mail. So after arriving a little early, we were told our table would be ready at 7:45 and not earlier. That was fine since that's our reservation time. At 7:45 sharp we went back to be told they were working on our table and it would be ready shortly. At 8:03 they called us to be seated and took us to a small table in the bar. We refused, and continued to wait another 10 minutes before being seated in the nicest part of the restaurant next to a beautiful glass enclosed fire pit. It was wonderful, to say the least. We we're pretty much ready to order and placed an order for an 11 ounce filet, augratin potatoes, and 2 glasses of red wine. They only had 7 red wines by the glass and the least expensive half bottle of red wine was $50, and by the glass was $15. That's fine, if it's good and it was descent. The problem came, after ordering and it took exactly 1 hour to receive our food and it was not cooked right. The waiter kept telling us that the reason it was taking so long was it took longer for well done steaks, which I didn't buy into. But when it finally came out it was barely medium well. Very pink and almost red in some places. My wife and I always share an entree. She's likes her steaks well done, I am ok with medium well. The quality was good, it was tender, and potatoes excellent. My summary was long wait, poor service, high prices, but good food (once you get it), and great atmosphere. Good Luck!

The Red Rock Hotel and Casino is by far my favourite “hangout” in the city. I have been to Tbones before, but usually with my husband and/or friends. Last week I found myself alone and hungry.... I sat alone at the bar, watched the basketball game, talked to other clients and the bartenders, and had the most delicious meal ever. The host and staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The portion was too large for one small woman, so I had dinner for a few nights, as well. As steak houses go...this is one of the best!

Multiple time winner for best Steakhouse in Las Vegas, a distinction it has earned and continues to earn every day.

This is one of my all-time favorite spots in Las Vegas! Consistently good food and good times! Great atmosphere! Great cocktails! Amazing steaks! Always a must when we are in Vegas. Located in Red Rock Resort so quite always away from the strip. Enjoy!

We had a great meal here recently. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The burrata appetizer was fresh and tasty. The shrimp cocktail was also really good. The steaks and sides were all great. My favorite was the parmesan creamed corn, it was light and decadent at the same time. Overall a great meal, while on the pricier side, it was noticeably cheaper that steakhouses on the strip.

My wife and I have gone to this wonderful steakhouse inside the Red Rock Casino/Resort many times and have been completely satisfied always. The food is excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere a pleasure. Everything is a la carte and on the pricey side, but well worth the visit.

We really enjoyed our meal here and highly recommend it to groups that want a diverse choice of food. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

T-Bones is just not as good as it used to be. The service was great and you’d expect that a steakhouse could get a steak cooked close to an acceptable temperature. We never ask for something to be returned but the medium rare came back brown throughout and very well. The new steak came back medium well too. On a side note, they can still cook a good cauliflower dish, the salad and macaroni was good too. Don’t pay $70 for steak at this place!!!

I typically stay at the Red Rock once a year for a March Madness weekend. I will eat at T-Bones one night during the stay and try another steakhouse elsewhere in Vegas to change things up. The more I experiment the more I wish I just ate 2x at Tbones during my stay. Everything from the atmosphere, to the service, to the food is first class. I’ll usually sit at the bar even if I’m not solo. The bartenders are on top of everything, making sure your glass is full, the food is as expected, and can answer any question. Having the TVs at the bar is a bonus for solo diners. And just the overall atmosphere is great. It’s classy, high ceilings, and not too loud. I’ve never been disappointed by anything I’ve experienced or eaten. There have been a few steakhouse experiences I’ve had elsewhere in Vegas that I have legitimately enjoyed but nothing that would move Tbones from the #1 spot. Always ask for the break basket if not offered. A great selection. Cocktails are great, pick something off their menu (anything they make is going to be better than a vodka soda). I like the tuna tartare starter. And I always get the NY Strip and I’ll change up the side. My guilty pleasure is the fried Oreos for dessert.

We stayed at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for several meeting for my wife, in September. On the second night of that stay, we dined at T-Bones Chophouse, the steakhouse on the property. We had 6:45pm reservations, and were seated promptly upon arrival. I started us off with a bottle of the Paul Hobbs Ross Station Estate Russian River Sonoma Chardonnay ‘12, while we looked over the menu. We went with: Lobster Bisque – an excellent rendition of this popular dish Petite Filet Mignon (8oz, and a “large” 8oz) – very good, and perfectly done to Medium-rare Buttermilk Fried Chicken w/ “home-style” sage gravy (on the side) – excellent fried chicken, both crisp on the outside, and moist and tender on the inside Mac & Cheese w/ Cavatappi pasta, Cheddar Gruyere and Parmesan – very good side Mashed Potatoes w/ Roast Garlic – excellent Roasted Cauliflower – perfectly cooked, and tasty With dinner, I ordered the Robert Biale Black Chicken Napa Valley Zinfandel, and the Paul Hobbs Crossbarn (second label) Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, from the B-T-G selections. We added the Dr Heidemanns-Bergweiler Bernkasteler alte Badsube Rieslings Trokenbeernenauslese. The restaurant’s décor is lovely, if a bit over the top, with translucent stone bar and counters, and lots and lots of colored lights. Our 4-top table was well-spaced, and ambient lighting adequate. The noise level was moderate. Our service was good, and the meal enjoyable. We returned the next night, for their Moët Hennessy Wine Dinner, and it was great. For this evening, we had: Passed Bites of Caviar 7 Pommes Frites, Oysters (wife had to decline, due to her bi-valve allergy), served with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, NV Champagne – Oyster presentation was very interesting, with a lighted bowl of ice! Alaskan King Crab Salad w/ avocado, citrus vinaigrette and micro arugula, served with Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc ‘17 – an excellent dish Ricotta Cavatelli w/ jamon Iberico and Parmesan cream, served with Cloudy Bay Chardonnay ‘16 – this was an outstanding dish, and the NZ Chard went very well with the creaminess of the Ricotta Roasted Striped Bass w/ grand mère, and a red wine-butter sauce, accompanied by Smoke Tree Pinot Noir ‘16 – the Sea Bass was perfect! Beef Wellington w/ périgord truffles and spinach coulis with the Newton Cabernet Sauvignon ‘14 – one of the best Beef Wellingtons I have had, including at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (Michelin 3-star) in London Dark Chocolate Canelés w/ vanilla ice cream, served with Hennessy X.O. – while I am not a “dessert person,” this was a very good dish It was fun seeing the Sommelier, from the night before, and spending time discussing the wines. Service was very good, and this was an excellent wine dinner – something, which we do so very often. I was glad that my wife had made note of this event, and that we had been able to secure seats.

What a pleasant surprise. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I went for business with 35 and they didn't skip a beat. Beef was tender and cooked perfectly. Go. You won't be disappointed.

For the price - given the service - and the portions - dinner was OK. Waited for nearly an hour for our main course. Appetizers came out at the same time our dinner arrived. Drink orders were wrong, and or missed multiple times...cool place overall - good atmosphere - but service and food could use some work.

I tend to stay at Red Rock to stay away from the strip but still have good meals and a good time. I’ve been coming to Tbones for years and even though the faces have changed over time and the product stays consistently great. We started with a cocktail at the bar. As always professional and polite service. We were seated and I started with the tuna tartar. Honestly I like the way it used to be with the avocado and seaweed salad, but this was good too. Kept it simple with a NY Strip and fries. Everything g was great, food, service, atmosphere, everything. We had brought a bottle of wine and was aware of the corkage fee, unfortunately the bottle was corked and the somm was very professional about it. He helped pick something off the list the was comparable. Also, one of the underrated desserts that is now on the menu is the deep fried Oreos. Don’t knock it until you have tried it. My friend wasn’t a believer and then he tried one and called it magical. Can’t wait to come back next march.

Slow, but it was Friday night, and busy. The food was good, but not pectacular ($$$) at $49 for a petite fillet mignon sans sides. Service was accomodative. Told the plate was very hot, but that is standard (lawyers no doubt). It was only warm. Steak was OK temp, average tenderness. Bar service was above average, friendly, good size drinks.

I went to TBone on a recent trip to Vegas based on a family recommendation. My grandson and I both had filets but different aging. There was absolutely no flavor in either steaks. They were tender. The prime filets I make at home from Fry's Supermarket have more flavor without any seasoning. The Mac and Cheese had the pasta stuck together and was dry. I do not under stand why a supposed high end steak house has music blaring that makes conversation difficult.

Stopped in for dinner while at the casino Even though we were inappropriately dressed we were still treated like royalty. Our waiter, David was superb, asking all of the proper questions and making menu suggestions. They have a large menu, everything from seafood to bone-in steaks or steak without the bone, prime rib, rotisserie chicken or buttermilk breaded fried chicken, lamb, ribs, even dishes for vegetarians. So many different veggies it was difficult to make a choice (I wanted them all). The sides are served family style so theremm is enough for 2-3 people to share and the baked potato was enormous, again large enough for 2 people served with butter, sour cream, chives and bacon all on the side. The salad selection was equally impressive, I didn't exactly count but at least 4 or 5 different salads to choose from. We had the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing. So good! All dressings are made in house as well as the bread selection, there was 4 different breads in our basket, all made in house and all delicious. The butter served with the bread was also made in house and wonderful. For our entree we selected the 22oz bone-in rib eye cooked medium. It was so tender it could have been cut with a fork and cooked to perfection. Very pink with some tinges of red, very juicy and served with a sauce on the side that was to die for. For sides we choose the baked potato and grilled asperagus both yummy. The potato was baked not microwaved and the asperagus was tender crisp just perfect, served with hollandaise sauce on the side of course. We were offered coffee and dessert but after dinner there was no room but the menu was impressive. Key lime pie, warm cobbler for 2, warm butter caramel cake, vanilla bean cheese cake with rasberry compote to name just a few. We were served 2 small dark chocolate cups with whipped rasberry inside and 2 small lemon marange fingers to clear the pallet. On a scale of 1-10 our dinner rated a 20 and the service was off the charts. T-Bones Chophouse is located inside the Red Rock Casino on Charleston Blvd. in Summerlin. If you live in Las Vegas or are planning a trip to Las Vegas this is a restaurant you don't want to miss!

Locals enjoy this spot because the drinks are well-crafted and the 'scene' is upscale. Easy to meet pleasant people and the staff is truly helpful. The live music can be an intrusion and it needs to be toned down. No need to shout for for you drinkng partner to hear you.

Were here for a special anniversary celebration, but the food and service were top notch. I would assume if you dined in the restaurant proper it would be more of the same.

Came to Vegas to visit a friend and he took us to T-Bones for dinner. The Red Rock Casino is a short (30 minute) drive from the Strip but it’s well worth it. Extraordinary service from start to finish. Cocktails mixed perfectly. Serving portions are perfectly filling. Our steaks were grilled to perfection, just to the degree we ordered. I ordered the loaded potatoes gratin which were unlike anything I’ve ever had. Beautiful decor topped of a wonderful dining experience. Would highly recommend T-Bones Chophouse.

In the Red Rock Casino. Upscale steak house. Nice menu, excellent wine list, staff were great. Nice decor, really enjoyable meal

We have been here many times, but this was a special anniversary. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server Denise was excellent throughout the entire meal. We started with the shrimp appetizer and my husband had the crab appetizer. I would say out of the 2 - order the shrimp -- they are huge and come with a very nice sauce. My husband said the crab were so so. We had the petit filets with a side order of lobster. Steaks were done to perfection and the lobster was perfect as well. It came with a butter sauce that had a bit of zing to it -- something different besides plain butter. Ian stopped by our table to wish us a happy anniversary and check on what we liked as far as dessert. They brought us a creme brulee and a huge piece of some of the best chocolate cake I have ever had. They had written on the plate in chocolate to wish us a happy anniversary. Overall another great experience. We would highly recommend. Of course - we will be back.

We've been to this restaurant many times and have always received outstanding food and service. We've eaten here at the bar during happy hour , family table of three and group of 15 friends. Staff is very attentive without being overbearing, and suggestions are very much based on their opinions and not the just the highest priced item. I've found that whenever I come to Vegas I expect at least reasonable good service but am often disappointed. T-Bones d livers on both fronts and for the I highly recommend them.

I took a dear friend for dinner for her birthday. We ordered steak which was way overpriced but delicious. We also ordered the tomato salad which was disgusting. They poured some thick gloppy nacho cheezy food on top ... unedible ..sent it back. then the fire alarm went off and a flashing strobe flickered for a good 20 minutes...very stressful....they didnt even comp us a drink ...too bad...we wont go back there !!!!

We made it a point to drive out of our way to tryout this place. It was highly recommended and we are so glad we tried it. The place was immaculately clean, decor was gorgeous and the food was superb. The crab cakes were full of flavor and made with quality crab meat. The New York Strip with 2 lobster tail add ons were so tender and deliciously seasoned. The mac and cheese was the best we've ever had! And the coconut custard cake was perfectly sweetened! Extensive wine menu and cocktails. Service and attention was top notch! Too bad were not locals...we would be returning everything were in Vegas!

Fabulous Martinis with stuffed olives, great appetizer specials. I love the fresh tuna tacos and beef leg. Great fresh bread. Good prices.

We have eaten at T-Bones several times on our trips to the Las Vegas area and have noticed that it has gradually declined in its quality. It’s obvious that they are more focused on catering to the larger, corporate crowds than the individual patrons. No chef is happy about cooking a well done steak but this is the only place that we have been that is unable to. After sending it back when it was delivered red inside, it returned pink inside but totally burnt on the outside. The service from the kitchen was so slow, that the offer to prepare another one came after my husband was finished with his meal. Yes, they removed the cost of the steak from our bill but leaving my birthday celebration still hungry couldn’t be reimbursed. With the number of steak houses in the Vegas area, it’s easy to remove this one off of our list.

Had a small gala dinner for a party of 18 persons in their private room, which was nicly decorated and we started off with some cocktails. We had a fixed menu so started off with shrimps in a nice spicy sauce and beef carpaccio with rucola. Inbetween was a small dish of cezars salad and then for the main a fillot mignom which was great piece of meat, tender and soft and grilled perfectly. Ended with a decent creme brulle. A classic dinner well prepared with a good service.

Fantastic staff, they were very accommodating and and helpful. Drinks, appetizers and Steaks were great. Really enjoyed our time. Prices were very reasonable.

The restaurant was full but the staff hurried to find us a table. We were recommended the special for two and it was the best recommendation ever. Perfect dinner, perfect staff, terrific experience. Thank you!

I was invited to dinner by a key trading partner and friend in the US. The seafood starter was not as good as I would have expected and the dressing for the seafood could have been better explained. The Steak However was great to excellent. Perhaps too much salt though the flavour of that soft, tender, aged steak from an obviously good pedigree was clear to the pallet and well prepared. I thought that the hostess ladies were also very friendly and attractive which added to the style and elegance of the venue. The service was good. Well done.

I enjoy staying at the Red Rock and TBones is my home base. I ate here a couple times during the week and then would also stop by for a night cap when I eat elsewhere. It definitely is considerably busy later in the week starting on Thursday. Sundays and Mondays are no problem getting a bar seat or table. The bar is quite a happening place during happy hour and all night late in the week. They will usually have 4 bartenders at prime time and they are all very attentive and also social enough while still keeping up with orders. There also is a wide selection of liquor and a comprehensive wine list. Each time I went with the tuna poke app, which is great. Tuna poke topped with sesame seeds and a couple sauces on top of avocado on top of seaweed salad. Comes with home made chips which in choose not to use. Almost forgot, a nice bread selection and the always appreciated soft butter (I hate when you get good bread and rock hard unspreadable butter at a restaurant). The steak was on the money each time, NY strip perfect med rare. I've move from the KC strip recently but both are consistently very good. There are quite a variety of sides both veggie and potato. The gratin potatoes was very rich so I'd pass on it next time. The charred corn is season and was not available this time but is my favorite. Every time I go I leave satisfied and no difference this time.

You can't go wrong with this restaurant! The bartenders (females) are so friendly! The menu is incredible - excellent steaks. The service is top notch! The best Steakhouse off the Strip!

The special brunch here is on the pricier side, and well worth it. Wonderful ambiance, very friendly hostesses and staff, everyone made my mom's day. First, they handed out mimosas as soon as you walked in the door. These mimosas got refilled multiple times throughout the meal. Then, they handed the ladies boxes of macarons, which was a really nice touch. For brunch itself, they had already cut / peeled jumbo shrimp, lobster and king crabs as well as carved meats, gourmet breakfast dishes, sushi and salmon, and made to order omelettes and crepes. Well worth it and we'll definitely be repeating the experience, also worth it not to have to fight Strip traffic!

A great place to take a date. You can’t beat the ambience, food, and bar selections. Smoke free and live entertainment. What else could one ask for?

We were ready for a good steak after being on the road all day and decided to check out T-Bones. Now we know why they've been rated the best steakhouse in the past! Our Filet Minon and New York steaks were prepared to perfection. The service was top-notch and the overall experience was very pleasant.

My husband and I come to T-Bones Chophouse every year when we are in Las Vegas. We love a good tenderloin and this is the best in Vegas, my opinion! The staff is excellent and the drinks are great. I tried a shrimp cocktail this year and was not disappointed. The prices are of fine dining, but worth every penny!!!

We have been here before, and came back to see if was still as good. It was. The ambiance is quiet and inviting. We simply loved the crab cake, which is the best. The wedge salad is also a great way to start your meal.. We loved the steak, and the king crab legs are huge and very tasty. Service is excellent, Usually busy, so make a reservation.

Have been staying at the Red Rock for a few days for a conference and booked a table at the T-Bones Chophouse. Did not have any high expectations, just thought was going to have some steak. Wow, was I wrong, because this place really serves the best steaks in Las Vegas, and probably should be in the Top 5 in the USA. Besides that, the service is great. We were served by David, Frenchman who's been living in the USA for over 25 years, and if anyone still wants to say that Frenchmen are not service oriented, please note that David proves 100% this not to be true, he's so professional and very much concerned with his guests. We ordered NY Strips which were cooked to perfection. Also ordered some sides which were all great. All in all, it's very much worth the drive even if you are staying at the Strip to have steaks here, it beats all the chop/steak places on the Strip!

I should have known by the lack of folks eating dinner that this restaurant might not be a good call. Was seated for a party of five, made reservations but the hostess keep telling us no we did not a reservation but eventually find it--got sat down by the doorway and it took 10 mins before we were addressed (had the bus boy bring us water)--finally got a waiter and the cocktail was poor (old fashion/way too sweet)--started with the onion soup and it was good--followed with the chicken (huge portion good for 2 people)--others had the filet, one asked for her filet sides to be covered and seared with pepper ; they said yes but when it came it was not--the other fillets were ok not very savory--the sides sprouts were hard they left the core in--the mushrooms were soggy--the au gratin potatoes good--did not have dessert went next door for that--the wine selection is very expensive--we had good wine/good deals at other 5 star hotels in vegas---would not return

I really gave this place a chance...Visited THREE different times and they were very consistent...Good steak TERRIBLE SERVICE....Seriously it became a running joke with my wife to set our watches to see how long before someone would come to our table....I will never go here again unless it's comped...When you are paying these kind of prices you expect a level of service ( like not wondering if you will ever get a drink refill) I literally clocked 18 minutes between being seated and someone asking if we wanted a drink (not a server mind you just a person) that took another 7 minutes before we saw a server...

....because we never were seated and served. My husband has dined at this Restaurant a few times with a large business group and was anxious for me to try it. We waited a bit at the host stand and no one was there, so we sat at a high top table at the bar. We waited for about ten minutes, and when no one served us, I went to the hostess stand to inquire if we could in fact be served dinner there. After minutes went by while I stood there...and the hostess noticed me waiting...listening to her have a conversation with a gentleman about the neighborhood he lives in, the ages of his kids, their school district, etc I finally went back to our table. After at least another 5 minutes, the same young hostess came by and told us those tables were reserved and we'd have to move. Again, quite a bit of time had elapsed. I noticed prior to her coming to our table another hostess walk by and notice us sitting there, so I'm sure she gave the younger gal the heads up. This young gal handled the situation so poorly and unprofessionally...I told her that I waited at the stand and she didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence. She could have easily said excuse me, I'll be with you in a moment. She said, in a very snotty tone, that she was "having a conversation." So, we left and spent our money elsewhere. Look back at my many, many reviews on TA. I don't think I've ever complained about a place nor had such bad service before.

We have always enjoyed eating at T-Bones...In October of this year, we celebrated a special birthday, with 14 out-of-town guests. The food was excellent, as usual, but the "icing on the cake" was our server, Denise, who went beyond the usual, with exceptional service, and also to the Maitre D for the excellent set up for the occasion. A truly memorable evening enjoyed by all. Thank you!...Jackie Dadaian

I like this place and will definitely return. The food was great (hubby said it was the best veal he had ever eaten in a restaurant). The only (small) complaint I had was that the shrimp was over cooked. More locations on Instagram @collins2collins

First the steak was disappointing. But everything else was great. Bread basket hot and good with salted butter. Decent tomato mozzarella salad. Great wine selection with knowledgeable sommelier. Very good sides of squash and roasted rainbow cauliflower. They apparently make different flavours of sorbet every 2 hours; we had roasted pear and mango, both of which were delicious and served with shortbread cookies. Live music and interesting decor. Fast, attentive and friendly service.

I can say this was the best prime rib I’ve ever had. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was great as the bartenders were very engaged. Overall a great dinner experience. I will be returning.

Food Was Really Good No Complaints At All And The Service Was Great Denise Was The Best! Everything She Recommended was Amazing

If you want special attention, this is the place to get it. Jocelyn and her team didn't miss a beat serving my husband and I filet and scallops last week. Bring your wallet cause this ain't cheap. But we knew that going in. The food is worth every penny as is the wine. They take great care in the details. Thank you for an enjoyable meal!

Good thing I was on an expense account. $50 for a steak is a lot and I'm from New York! I had the scallops and they were good. Wine was good too

The shared T-Bone steak at 32 ounces was excellent. It’s no longer served with seasonal vegetables. The taste was amazing. More than enough for two. Even had left overs. The sides were also prepared to perfection. Service was over the top. Drinks were large and the drink menu is extensive. Yes, it can be a little expensive, but the atmosphere, service and food quality more than make up for the price. Plus the portions are large.

The Mother's Day buffet was AMAZING! For a fair price, the mimosas kept flowing as we indulged in sushi, salads, omlet bar, crepe bar, and more! So glad we live within walking distance. We will be back!

Some friends came into town and wanted to meet up away from the strip. I suggested T Bones inside Red Rock Casino. Beautiful bar and ambiance some music in the background. Just a nice atmosphere. I had their steakhouse salad with a white French dressing. Really a little different and lots of flavors between the citrus and fresh vegetables. They serve it chopped. It was really good. Then a ribeye medium rare with some root veggies. Steak was perfect veggies a good add. The service was very good. Not cheap but well worth it.

We go to T-Bone chop house in the Red Rock Resort about 2 times a year. Great steaks, on chops. What was different this time was the noise level. They've added a "singer". First of all, she was LOUD, and secondly, off key. The waiter said they get "lots. of complaints, but she's still here". We enjoy the food, with the exception of the baked potato (which was HUGE, but cold and raw in the middle) and especially enjoy the petite filet. However, we won't back due to the noise level.

Great Fine Dining Restaurant, great atmosphere friend service, lots of options, the steaks are great but so is everything else as well

Went last night on spur of the moment reservations & was completely wow-ed! We arrived early (they open @ 5pm), so we had a drink @ the bar first. Bartenders were all friendly, knowledgable & gorgeous. Actually everyone who worked here was really good looking! (And my husband loved the female bartender/hostess uniforms!) The hostess seated up promptly, remembering our name & my birthday. She accommodatingly moved us closer to the pool view for our first time visit, & quite subtly provided black napkins. Service was prompt & attentive, though more from the back waiter Joseph, & food runner than the main server. My water glass was never empty (thank you!), & I never had to remind them no ice (a rarity!). The bread basket was a nice variety - my husband loved the pretzel bread, I adored the sourdough. The Lavash was surprisingly actually quite spicy. We ordered the French Onion Soup, which they kindly split, unbeknownst to us - it was superb! We also had the tomato mozzarella appetizer which was big, juicy slices of tomato & large generous chunks of mozzarella - delicious! We also shared the Wagyu filet which was absolutely, truly one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life! I am a carnivorous meat lover with steak being my first meat of choice, & this steak was incredible! Really! (See my other reviews if you're in doubt). They do serve a lot of seafood as well, none of which I smelled. That to me is a good sign about fish quality. We also had the charred sweet corn which was the newest taste sensation I've experienced in a long time. It was fantastic! This is a traditional style steak house, with side dishes ordered a la carte. Their list of sides was most impressive - I think there were about 18 different sides to choose from! Certainly a lot more than most fine restaurants offer. We wanted to try some of the other side dishes, but really knew we'd be too full, & we were holding out for dessert. We had the warm toffee cake & fried Oreos for dessert. Both were delicious. The toffee cake is yummy, good sized, & has a warm caramel sauce (don't use it all unless you like A LOT of sauce! Perfect for me, too much for my husband.) I believe it's their signature dish & worth ordering again; the Oreos probably not. You get 5 deep fried Oreos with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's a nice presentation & the warm melty gooey Oreos are awesome, but way too much breading for deep frying! I picked off most of it, so the plate still looked full after I had eaten all the Oreos inside. I love Oreos, but think this dish would be better using Doublestuff Oreos & less dough. They even brought me a chocolate covered strawberry & baby creme brûlée for my birthday! =) I can't wait to go back - everything was amazing & awesome - from the staff to the food, it was all impeccable. They had live music for a while & even have a wine sommelier. The ambience, the view, the decor & the music were also very enjoyable. You could hold a conversation even though it was a bit loud inside. It is expensive, but I felt we got our money's worth. The only major aspects of disappointment were the loud bar crowd of 'average' patrons. It oozed high class throughout the restaurant when we arrived, but by departure, in the adjacent open bar area, with TV sports on, I could have been in a local sports bar. T-shirts, shorts, families with little kids, people haggling for comps kind of dissolved some of the charming magic. For a nice high end formal dinner, it can't be beat. But with clientele they can't avoid, that experience might get a bit tarnished. Would I go back? In a heartbeat! Recommend? Absolutely!!

Our 39th Anniversary and we chose to go to T-Bones on the suggestion of a good friend and he was spot on. Great service, great good and great environment. From the moment we entered the host was gracious, the wait staff professional, but not over bearing and most importantly the food was awesome. The bone in filet cooked to perfection and the drinks were flowing.....definitely will return.

Service was excellent and the food even better the steak was perfect the fish was so silky and amazing the atmosphere is great soft live music and dim lighting I love this place

After having eaten here in February of this year I went back for dinner this week. I think this place is still far better (and as such the best in Vegas) over any of the other steakhouses that can be found in Vegas. It's worth the 25-minute drive from the strip. Worth mentioning, their onion soup is out of this world!

I came by for a quick dinner at the bar. It was 7-8pm, but they were not busy yet. Positives - - it was a good bone-in filet, not great, but not a real weakness. - the sautéed spinach was perfect. - the staff is exceptional. Negatives - - I didn’t order a bone-in filet, I ordered the bison filet... more to come on this. - the kitchen was excruciatingly slow. I would have sent the steak back when it came, but I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. - I’m always happy with a steak, so I pressed on. It was a good steak. It did not rise to the $74 price point.

Loved the ambience of T-Bones , excellent service. Four of us enjoyed our dining experience, we all ordered tenderloin, my companions steaks were grilled to perfection, mine was a little over done, I order rare and know what to expect, I was a little surprised that it was cooked longer than it should have been at this caliber of restaurant. Since this was our first night in town and it had been a long day I didn't send it back.

We came here for a business lunch and I was impressed. It was very good. One of the best buffets that I have been to.

Rib eye over cooked, halibut was tepid, prime rib was over cooked. French onion soup and creamed spinach-I had much better and paid much less.. took 1/2 hours for food to arrive… too loud to talk… not worth the $$$!! Go to BJ’s across the street… so disappointed

We dined with friends at this restaurant on December 23rd. A group of 4. The service was a little slow and the restaurant was not at capacity. Beautiful decor. Located inside the Red Rock Casino. I had the Rib-Eye. It was pretty good, but I've had better. The exterior of the steak was seasoned well and charred-but still good-it got a little more bland in flavor towards the center of it, but still good. The ginger martini was great. Someone in our group had the scallops and raved about how good they were. My husband had the Prime Rib and said it was good. Just average service and decent food.

Very pretty inside. Seating was okay but not terrific since we had to share a table with another couple. Pricing is good for drinks but the cauliflower appetizer was overpriced at $14 on the HH menu. Service was not great! They have a lovely patio area that is seasonal.

Shoutout to our servers Corey, Denise, & La for doing a superb job taking care of our table!! Our three servers went above & beyond to meet our every need on our visit to T-Bones. To start- the bread is to die for. The pretzel balls are like little balls of heaven that melt in your mouth, and the Parmesan flatbread is very good as well. Corey sold us on the steakhouse salad, and if you get it you will not be disappointed. (I’m still partial to a wedge, but the steakhouse salad was good!) If you love cold seafood- get the seafood platter. Lobster, king crab, boiled shrimp, oysters- all perfectly cooked, with a variety of dipping sauces. (They will bring you melted butter if you ask for it!) Then, there’s the steak! Oh my! Some at our table had the filet (my personal choice!), and others had the ribeye. Everyone agreed that the steak was the best they have ever eaten. The ribeye comes out with a garlic butter cilantro sauce.... so delicious (even with the filet!) But don’t get me wrong- the steak is simply perfect without the sauce! I recommend getting your filet “Pittsburg style”- charred on the outside, and rare inside. Please don’t ruin these beautiful steaks by over cooking them- rare or medium rare all the way! We had the asparagus and Brussels sprouts for side dishes- yum. I recommend both. We were so stuffed by the time for dessert , so we passed on the (toffee cake?). But, then we were awed with a trio of small bite desserts for each of us. The chocolate discs were my fave, but the almond cake was luscious, and the pistachio bites were also good. Perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. Also- the liquor selection and the wine list is very impressive. After the meal, Andrew & Anthony made sure everything was good. Thanks, T-Bones, for a fun night filled with outstanding food and great service!

The misses and I were in Nevada for a family vacation and found our way to red rock casino. We literally stumbled across this restaurant as we were hungry and in the mood for a steak. We were not disappointed. In fact it was far above what we were even looking for. The service was top notch, polite, friendly, professional. The ambiance is great. The food came within a good time. And the food itself was amazing. Best steak I’ve had in a very long time. This place made for a memorable long over date night for us.

I highly recommend the bone-in ribeye (wet then dry aged), the crab cakes, and for dessert, the bananas foster. The dessert made at your table is great!

This is most definitely one of the best Steak house in Las Vegas specially outside the strip. If you’re visiting from out of town I would 200% recommend the experience of their food and their magnificent staff. T-Bones is known not only for their amazing cut steak cuts and portions. Definitely recommend their Rib Eye Steak and Lobster. Heart of Palm as salad and he carrot cake is a must. Denise is one of their best server and she’s always amazing with her personality and great humor, makes your dinning experience very lovely. Great for dates, business dinner and for sure even if you want to hang out at the bar and have a few drinks or cocktails with a small plate and go. For sure I will be back. The staff is Triple five stars at all times!!!

My daughter heard so much about the King Crab Legs so she had to try them for herself. They were AMAZING!! Large portion, shell already cracked for easy access. She will definitely order them again. I had the Scallops. They were nice and tender but could have used more seasonings and some salt. The assorted breads were good along with the creamed spinach and mac and cheese. Our wait staff Denise and Marco were fabulous. I have to give extra kudos to Denise, she's a treasure. Final outstanding thing was they wanted to show their appreciation for my daughter's service in the Army so they gave us this delicious dessert plate with chocolate covered strawberries, 2 chocolate candies and Creme Brulee'. Such a wonderful night. We will be back!!

Dining here is definitely an experience. The service is excellent and the servers are extremely knowledgeable about their menu. The food is outstanding and the ambiance is perfect for a special meal. The menu offered a wide variety of steak and seafood options.

Delicious food, extensive menu, attentive wait staff, stunning decor and totally upscale. Multitude of steak offerings, vast list of sides, in addition to many seafood selections.

Love T-Bones Steak House in the Red Rock Casino. Very, very pricey, but the food is worth it. Large portions of both main courses & sides. Easy to share for sure. Beautiful bar too!!!

Went here to treat my mother to a steak dinner for helping with my move. The steaks were big and bountiful - and very tasty. The sides were generous and great for sharing and the martinis were just right! Our server was attentive. Was a great experience overall.

Last visited in 2016, nearly 200 seats overlooking the Red Rock pool with high ceilings, fireplaces and plenty of polish, T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge feels a lot like many On-Strip casino Steakhouses, but taking a few more risks with the menu than many the price is also lower – not dissimilar to nearby Fleming’s or Morton’s. Operating at half-capacity in the “new normal,” Chef Daniel Ontiveros shifting over from currently-shuttered Scotch 80 at The Palms, it was just prior to 6:00pm that four guests made themselves comfortable on the heated patio, well-mannered staff in masks quick to fill beverages before presenting one of Sin City’s very best Bread Baskets. More refined than four-years prior, plates such as Poutine replaced by the likes of glistening Hawaiian Tuna inside a Lavash “shell,” Appetizers also consisted of a lighted Shellfish display perfect for sharing plus hand-cut Wagyu Beef featuring bold textures from housemade Pickles and an Egg Yolk to be served on Toast. Still a little louder than necessary inside, despite social distancing, it was in the midst of conversation that serviceware was reset – course two soon arriving with a 21-day Dry Aged Prime T-bone and beautifully seared Scallops plus a quartet of well-portioned Sides. Quite taken by the Scallops’ seasonal Accoutrements, velvety Squash and earthy Mushrooms playing well of the Bivalve’s natural sweetness, it was without a bite of Corn or Pasta left that plates were reset for Dessert, none featuring Tammy Alana’s creativity from Scotch 80 though the Toffee Cake with Crème Fraîche Ice Cream is nonetheless delicious

We ate dinner here while staying at the hotel and it was a good meal, but a little over priced. Our onion soup and the lobster chowder was excellent, but my filet was over cooked and didn't want to wait to get another one. The dessert was also excellent with chocolate cake. The service was decent, but a little slow....not sure that service by a committee is still the best way to provide good service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I am not sure if we would dine here again based on the price of the meal.

Made a reservation for dinner with my wife for a belated valentines dinner. Restaurant is very nice food was good not exceptional considering the price. Service was poor don’t like to nitpick but the waiter took our drink order came back 10 minutes later asking us if we were ready to order our dinner? Asked him where our drinks were? Got our drinks proceeded to order. Got some bread and butter needed more butter had to ask three different times for the butter. The wait time between the appetizer and entree was exceptionally long. Again food was ok. Service no so much. Will not be going back anytime soon!

I was looking for a restaurant that offered great food, and I found the perfect place. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the service was unmatched. When we arrived, Hector greeted us and the best introduction to the restaurant. Following that, David guided us in ordering the best drink, steak and dessert. One thing that truly distinguishes a great restaurants is the service provided...it is very evident that the Executice Chef has truly trained the front staff and prepared the back of the house to produce for the customer. EXCELLENT!

This has been our favorite for years. We had not been in 2 months and went back this past Friday. They no longer do happy hour and had raised prices. We ordered dinner and noticed portion sizes had changed. So disappointed as we are locals . We won’t be back. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area with better value. We will now go to Andiron. It is clear they don’t want local business and prefer to rip off tourist. They make the restaurants on the strip look like a great deal.

I stopped going to T-Bones 2 years ago as the quality went down hill, I went back this last Saturday and what a huge difference the new executive Chef and GM the food was outstanding as was our server Adam. What a difference, will be going back.

We live nearby and decided to splurge and stay at the hotel and try a new place to eat. It did not disappoint. I have heard about the food from coworkers. The yam is a HUGE side. Our girls loved it. My steak was absolutely delicious and what a great haunk of crab for the Oscar style. Also, try the lobster corn chowder. Hoping we can return before we move. Highly recommend.

This experience was the example of "you get what you pay for." The service and food were absolutely top notch. Our beverages never ran dry. We take a very leisurely pace when having dinner out and we never felt rushed. (We don't order our main course until we've already eaten the appetizers). One of us had ribeye, the other filet mignon. They were both cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. If you want a special experience I highly recommend.

Usually give this a five star rating but last night would give it a minus 30! Started with ordering French onion soup when we received two of them they were burnt on top and served cool with no broth what so ever. Called the waitress and she apologized and said she would remove from the bill which was nice. I then told her to make sure the next one coming for my wife had broth as this was her main course, Once again came with hardly any broth, called waitress again and she apologized and took it back to kitchen then came back out with it and said i watched them pour the broth (WHICH WAS COLD). Our two orders of King Crab came out cool and watery with no hot butter! Very disappointed, especially for a $700.00 Meal. Would not go back ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

Fine Dining Experience. The petit filet was perfectly tender ($65), with delicious asparagus ($16) and a Caymus glass ($50). You get the idea - this is an expensive experience nestled in the Red Rock Casino. The bar is beautiful and wait staff are excellent and attentive. Only negative is the music is far too loud; just a lower adjustment would make it perfect.

I really liked this restaurant, however, my favorite piano player Peter Radd is no longer there. He is considered one of the best piano players in Vegas. As a business I beg you to consider this. Many of my friends will not go back there based on business decisions. I will follow him wherever he goes.

After a disappointing experience in a nearby restaurant at Red Rock, we were beyond surprised at the perfection T-Bones offered. EVERYTHING is on point: from the hostess who asks for your name for you to be greeted by your server by name, to the food, to the live music from the incredible Mahi! Crab cakes are real delicious chunks of perfectly seasoned crab, roasted sweet corn was such a treat...but the steak - WOW! It was the best steak I've ever had in my entire life. Our server Gene deserves applause as he was kind and professional. All the staff were efficient, smiling and great at their jobs. My only complaint is that T-Bones is not in my own town. Thanks - management here has done a great job in creating a perfect experience.

I wanted to visit this restaurant for some time but was disappointed in the experience. We made reservations for an early evening dinner when the restaurant was not at all crowded. When we were walked to our table, we were seated in the bar area, not the dining room. We were wearing very nice attire, so I don't know why they seated us where they did. We asked to be moved. The highlight of the evening was the young man who served us bread. He was extremely likable and pleasant. Our meal, however, was ordinary -- not bad but not great, either. We did order a side dish that neither of us liked. The server kindly exchanged it for a different side. For an ordinary not extraordinary meal, it was on the expensive side. It is probably not a repeat choice for us.

From start to finish, the service, the atmosphere and food was excellent. Our server Gabriel was charming and very professional when suggesting what entrees he thought we would enjoy. He was right!

Red Rock Resort takes pride in offering a wide variety of fine restaurants, beginning with their flagship, T-Bones Chop House. Beautiful, spacious modern setting that is quiet so that you can actually carry on a conversation. Service is prompt and very attentive. This is a carnivore friendly place-- lots of beef, chicken, pork, lamb, fish and other selections, superbly prepared. We shared an Ahi Tuna Poke appetizer that was presented on a bed of seaweed. Our main course was the full rack of lamb, roasted to a perfect medium rare, carved at the table and served with a medley of vegetables and tiny potatoes roasted with duck bacon and black truffles. As a special occasion, we were presented with chocolate covered strawberries and crème brulee with a little sugar banner wishing us a happy anniversary! They had assumed that if it was not a birthday, then it must be an anniversary, and blushed in embarrassment when we indicated that it wasn't. But, hey, it was the thought that counts!

The bar is the place to eat. Very busy on Thursday - Saturday. The bartenders are so nice and great at recommending wines.

Incredible atmosphere … great food, selection and staff . Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Menu had wide variety and interesting options

T-Bones has always been hit or miss. 18 months ago it was a hit but alas this time it was a miss. And for the prices they charge, it is unacceptable to be anything but great. First issue with T-Bones is they are part of Station Casino's Happy Hour mix so between 5-7PM all the locals swamp the bar and order half price drinks and apps. Seriously you can't find a seat even if you have dinner reservations. This needs to change. The other issue was management. It appeared they installed new managers who don't understand 5-star service and the managers on duty from our previous visit were no longer there. We wanted to start with the basic shrimp cocktail but learned that it was sold-out and this was 8:00PM on a Saturday night. Really? Yep, the happy hour crowd was very hungry and ordered them all. We went with the lump crabmeat which was OK. The garbage salad was as good as ever along with the amazing bread basket. But then the entrees came and it went downhill fast. We ordered the Prime bone-in filet and asked for it medium and sliced. What arrived was a tiny piece of meat on one plate and the rest on another. The meat was rare. The French Fries were luke warm at best. The mushrooms were OK. It all had to be returned and never to be seen again. The manager showed up, took care of the bill and we left. No apology, no "what can we do for you to make it better (like bring us the food was ordered and wanted)," In the scheme of things, T-Bones will always be busy and management understands locals drive their business, not tourists. But if they keep this up even the locals will have a hard time stomaching this place.
Decent
I was very happy with the quality of service and food however it didn't have a wow factor for me. For the price I was paying, I was not expecting any less..
