Beautiful atmosphere, bring sunny views, great place for a sophisticated and healthy breakfast. Highly recommend.

Love breakfast at Tableau. A perk from Tower Suites side for guests. Tableau Breakfast with pastry basket is the best.

Terrific caesar salad in a rustic, chic setting! Cute little bar. Beautifully decorated with a French flair!

Very enjoyable breakfast. Excellent service too . I really liked the menu options; my waffles were exceptional and my wife’s pancakes as well. Candies bacon with my breakfast was very good .

It was my first time staying at the Wynn Tower Suites, so when I was told I received complimentary breakfast at Tableau as part of the 'Tower Suites Experience', I honestly didn't expect much; the usual continental breakfast, you know? It was definitely a pleasant surprise when I saw I got a choice from a menu. And since my suite reservation was made for two (even though there was just me) I got two breakfasts! Score! :) Waiting for my breakfast, I was served a little basket of fresh pastries and at least once the server would bring out a sample plate of one or two bites of a different pastry with the chef's compliments. I can remember once it was a bread pudding - another time it was a type of trifle I think...? I could have just sat there all day sipping my coffee and eating mystery pastry...lol :) The breakfast of course was delicious and sure hit the spot; whatever I ordered. And the restaurant itself was naturally bright and overall decor gave off this warm, inviting, laid-back feel. Loved it! Lastly, a friendly piece of advice I received from the hostess: the restaurant tends to fill up quickly so there tends to be a wait to be seated. The best course of action (assuming you're not going to be there right at 7:00am when they open) is to make a reservation. Thanks to everyone at Tableau!

Tableau provides a beautiful outdoor dining experience. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and extremely fresh and delicious. Unfortunately it's $7 for a small juice glass which is outrageous but you're in Vegas so... We both got bananas foster French toast. My Mom loved it. I didn't care for it. I didn't like the bread they used. It tasted like banana bread...almost cakey. I prefer just a regular bread if you are going to have such sweet toppings. I wouldn't order it again. In the past I've had the bananas foster French toast from Terrace Point Cafe which was much better than here. I noticed on this visit that Tableau had it and Terrace Point did not. Their version was better! My Mom also got a side of bacon which she requested be crispy. She really enjoyed it. We got a croissant which was amazing! If I could, I would eat one a day for the rest of my life! Huge vegetarian menu available! They ask if you have any food allergies when you order. Multiple people waited on us throughout our dining experience. At least 4, maybe 5. It doesn't matter so much as long as you are being well taken care of but it is difficult to build a bond with your person and it's confusing come tip time because to me it seems more like a buffet restaurant tip than normal table service. The only thing that takes away from outdoor dining here is the fact that birds will visit the empty tables and poke around. I feel like since the staff know this happens, they should be clearing the tables much quicker than they do. If the tables were cleared quicker, the birds wouldn't have anything to dine on. We saw some birds take a pastry and fly away. It bothered my Mom much more than it bothered me but it definitely isn't something that people want to see happening at a fancy, expensive breakfast.

Tableau is not only the best and most comfortable breakfast venue at Wynn but all the receptionists (especially Andrea) and managers at Tableau are first rate Menus are inventive and everything that turns up is superb. Even the coffee is terrific. The vegetarian menu and vegan options are excellent and a pleasure to sample. Then again The Wynn has always been the best in Vegas for vegans. It really is a pleasure to dine here every day for breakfast. The lunch menu now beckons.

Had a business lunch here and the food and service were excellent. A little on the pricing side, but everything at the Wynn is priced high. I had the Salmon and it was prepared perfectly. My associates had the Chicken Sandwich and they were pleased with their meal as well. Definitely upscale and reservations are recommended.

Eating at any restaurant in the Wynn is going to come with a high (overpriced?) price tag, but in the Tableau, you may forget this - in essence, it probably won't matter because the food, service, and decor/ambiance is so "on point." We ended up eating here because of a conversation my wife had with a bellman at the Wynn when she arrived - he claimed that people actually came back to the Tableau for the crab cakes. Gauntlet down, as our many years in Maryland have made us discerning crab-eaters! My wife tried the crab cakes (only appetizers at lunch) and I had a halibut dish - both were amazing and if the crab cakes were served to you in MD, you would be pleased! I don't usually talk about the pre-meal bread, but this was also something special. Finally, we were too satisfied with the meal to order dessert, so our server brought out some maccaroons for us to sample…go my goodness - freshest and best-tasting macaroons we have ever eaten. We had a terrific time here (not crowded either) and have no reservations in recommending this spot for what we are sure will be a memorable experience.

As we checked in in Tower Suites, we get a complimentary breakfast. First day they lost my booking. Not a good start. The Eggs(sunny side up) not the best I had. Coffee taste like instant (maybe it is) Service was good. Second day finally didn’t messed up my booking. Service was not that great this time but food again is not the best( maybe because it’s free?) 3rd day no reservation, long queue. Table service was a mess. Server was the worst, so you can imagine, we went to Starbucks the next day for breakfast 😑

We had breakfast here included in our room rate for 5 days we stayed at the Wynn. Exellent service and lovely food. Highy recomended

We have eaten here multiple times during various stays at the Wynn. They tend to have $50 breakfast credits at the Tower Suites, so this place is packed every morning. There is always a wait. Highly recommend a reservation if you want to eat here. It has a nice environment with the basics on the menu.

I stayed at the tower suites section of the Wynn and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Tableau. The service, the food and the atmosphere were excellent. It was nice to be surrounded by service staff with a smile on their face and i never had to wait for anything. You have the option of sitting indoors or outdoors by the tower suites pool.

If your staying in the Tower Suites the elevator opens right in front of the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and the assorted pastery basket had some awesome delights. The croissant was the best I've had and we were in France recently! Great coffee and fresh orange juice get you day off to a great start. The service is top notch and entire staff make your visit a pleasure. Best to make a reservation as many know how good it is. The "Conservatory" is a nice bright area with views to the pool. Outdoor service is also available, weather permitting. Don't go if your looking for a bargain. Excellent food and service are worth paying for.

Had a delicious breakfast at Tableau while staying at the Wynn. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Pancakes were tasty and fruit was fresh. There was seating both in and outdoors by the pool.

Five star breakfast was something I questioned going into Tableau, but only a single experience will have you coming back. Over the course of three days we continued starting our day at Tableau. The Tableau Breakfast and the Belgian waffles are two of the best offerings. The pastry basket is a definite order, unless it comes with your breakfast order. Fruit plate was not only extremely fresh, but presented with a masterful design. KUDOS!

To start the food was good the Tableau burger and the meatless burger where good. My parents ordered a bottle of champagne that the waiter proceeded to open and spill at least a quarter of the bottle onto the floor. I watched in awe and the waitress next to him told him to go get another bottle. However for some strange reason he did not and poured the glasses and left the bottle with us. I was simply in shock, this was after he disappeared before he took our drink orders for at least 10 minutes, mind you it was 230 in the afternoon with maybe 4 tables full in the restaurant. Good food but atrocious service on this visit. Unacceptable at Denny's let alone a 5-star resort.

Ate here on our last day of vacation. Wish we had eaten here earlier. Both the food and the service were great. Will be back on our next trip

My go to for breakfast when staying at the Wynn. The food is great with an ever healthy eating oriented menu. Highly recommend for the start to the day.

Located in the Tower Suites of Wynn Resort, this is the best place for an elegant breakfast or brunch. Although they have all the standard and some exotic offerings, I usually just make up what I want and ask the server to make it. Great service. Reservations are a must when its busy. This is a great place to start the day. You can sit in the main room or the conservatory and have a nice view of the pool and gardens

I was here for a catered dinner and it was beyond all expectations. We had two passed starters - a smoked salmon and some sort of vegetables. Both delicious. After a nice time mingling with the party, dinner was served. First was a fresh tuna tartare. Next a choice between Caesar salad and crab cake. I must have been in a fish mood - the crab cake was superb, filled with nice chunks of crab, cooked just right. The next choice was beef or salmon - I continued with the fish. The salmon was perfect, a huge portion. Only question was the vegetables seemed to be same as the passed starter. Dessert was over the top - an ice cream parfait and a chocolate truffle lollipop and a so-called strawberry donut. I think the latter was a panacotta, a dessert I usually do not like. It was delicious, the best I've ever had!

We were staying at the Wynn Towers and we enjoyed breakfast at Tableau. It's like breakfast fine dining. The croissant is the best.

We had breakfast there, evertyhing was amazing. Starting with a Bellini, then I had the French Dip, it may sound somewhat aggressive but it is not, absolute delicious is what it is. The prices are quite elevated, but it is well worth it.

great place for breakfast and lunch. another win for The Wynn. Food is great. Coffee is so good here.

Wow, what a great experience. Great food, decent service and cool atmosphere. They have a decent size menu with plenty of options, I got the White Chocolate French Toast with bacon on the side. The French Toast was exceptional, lots of flavor and came with diced fruit on top. The bacon was typical, but good. They have a lot of healthy smoothies and drinks, I tried the Revive (Kale based with honey and siracha) and was very happy. Service was efficient and faily friendly. My only knock is he never refilled my coffee (and at $7 you would expect it)

Poor service, cold food and who cares attitude are the best things I can say about this restaurant. When you go to a first class hotel, you expect first class prices and first class service. Only one of these things where available at the Tableau. I have dined at the Wynn/Encore for years and this was a markedly bad experience. I would have mentioned it to the manager....but after waiting ten minutes to speak with her/him, I just left.

A perfect breakfast experience. The restaurant is smaller than the average casino option. The space is bright and airy. Staff are friendly and efficient. A perfect start to the day

booked here for brekky as we had read many positive reviews and how it was busy.... the place is gorgeous.... great ambience and our wait staff were great... the food however was overpriced and underwhelming... started with the fruit platter with greek yoghurt - a tiny scoop of yoghurt accompanying mostly melon (my least favorite fruit) 2 slices of pineapple (bite sizes ) and a small handful of mixed berries.. i had the lox and bagel - chewy toasted sesame bagel (i prefer the ones from my local supermarket) - but do have to say there was a generous serve of the lox and a number or sides (tomato, cucumber, capers red onion) to go with the bagel. My friend had the eggs benedict - luckily had asked for the hollandaise on the side as she found it unusually thick and unpalatable. After the fabulous brekky we had the day before in Caesars i was rather disappointed with the fare. It cost over $80 for us both and definitely not worth the price....

So this place clearly comes highly recommend, but I would stay clear of breakfast. Had the Tableau breakfast. Toast was cold, eggs were okay, pastries were not fresh. Our experience at other Wynn restaurants were much better. Shame cause servers and setting was lovely.

Breakfast and lunch menus have great variety, recommend reservations, they also have patio outdoor which is lovely

The breakfast was very big and kept us full till dinner. We enjoyed the classic breakfast and eggs benedict with smoked salmon. We had a $50.00 breakfast credit but it still cost more money. The food and service was excellent.

We are both vegan, so were excited to see their vegan menu (note, it is labelled 'vegetarian' and our server explained to us that this is so that it doesn't scare off other diners but assured us that everything on it was vegan). My partner had the burger, fries and chocolate shake which he really enjoyed. I tried the chocolate shake and it was delicious. I ordered the roasted beets with goat cheese fritter, asian pear, toasted hazelnuts, arugula and aged balsamic. What I received was disappointing - literally 8 pieces of beetroot with three arugula leaves, 4 shaves of pear, a sprinkling of nuts and the balsamic. Now I think about it I can't remember the goat cheese fritter. If I was to pay $8 for this as an starter, fine, but $18 and it's expected to be a main course, I was very disappointed. Thankfully I ordered a side of thick cut chips which saved my from leaving hungry. The service was a little bit odd - for instance we must have been served by about 4 different people during our meal. Our cocktails took longer to prepare than I would have expected but were excellent when they arrived. Staff were polite. Lovely setting, OK service, not good value for money.

Tableau was our favorite restaurant spot on our recent trip. The decor is beautiful and the staff was great. The portions were good for brunch and equally delicious!

Sit outside and enjoy the breeze (before the summer heat of course). The chicken sandwich is great but you can share if you are ordering appetizers or a salad. We had the crab cakes and avocado lettuce wraps, also wonderful!! Friendly service

Quickly and easily accommodated a walk-in table of 6. We had a beautiful lunch and excellent service.

We ate breakfast here every day of our 5 night stay as we go a $50.00 Breakfast credit for staying in one of the Wynn Tower Suites. We had other option as well but this was super close to the Tower Suites Elevator so we just made reservations here every morning.

Good for breakfast and lunch. Hade breakfast here and lunch a couple of times. Maybe a bit busy at times, had to wait 45min for table one day. It was not a big deal, but as a guest there should be enough capacity so you dont have to wait that long. But anyways. Good place and good food.

I have been here in the past and it has always been outstanding but someone has to look at what has happened ! The decor and ambience in this restaurant is superb and the food is good but the service has become hopeless. We went for friend for breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes to get toast! The restaurant was not busy and there were plenty of staff on but the server was just incompetent . When we complained to the manager she started to argue with us. This is not what I expect from this usually great venue. I will go back because it is a great place but they really have to have a look at the staff.

Had breakfast here today and walked away saying we wouldn’t return. The breakfast is very standard nothing to justify the price, it looked like they just pulled the food from the buffet. Pastries weren’t fresh. Many other better options. The only good bit is that it was free with our tower suites breakfast credit!

Love eating at Tableau. The atmosphere; the service; the food; and the pastry basket with the Tableau Breakfast is the best. Even when we don't stay at the Wynn, we eat at Tableau for breakfast.

The restaurant is a beautiful location for a business dinner. The food is well presented and fine, but compared to the setting a bit disappointing.

Had breakfast in the Tableau every morning during our stay. Great variety on offer, table service from very happy waiters and waitresses!

Great escape from the common Casino noise. Wasn't full, still not widely known. Food was OK, but atmosphere and decoration were great. Will definitely visit again

Wonderful surroundings, beautiful food and the service is excellent as alwasy at the Wynn. We were 6 travelling together and all had the great experience

I’m a Las Vegas local who chose this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday with other girlfriends that totaled up to a party of 9. I made reservations 5 days before the date and informed the reservationist that I was hosting my friend’s birthday brunch and would be bringing a group of girls. I also requested they sea us on the patio because the weather has gotten nice here. I showed up 30 min early to greet everyone who was supposed to show up @11:45am for our 12pm reservation. I was immediately told the balloons I had in my hand for my friend wouldn’t be allowed in the restaurant. I think this is something that should be told on the front end if you know a party is coming to celebrate a birthday. Two employees, who seemed to be managers told me about my balloons at two different times. I had to wait inside of the restaurant at the bar while our table was being prepared though. I sat at the bar with the other 7 women who showed up where we all ordered drinks. The bartender was so sweet. We were entertained while waiting for our patio table. Also, when we finally got seated (@12:15pm) 15 min past our reservation time, we were taken to the patio area where our 3 tables (2 round and 1 square) were all spread out and not connected. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t at least make an effort to put the tables together for a birthday celebration of 9 people. Once we asked them to connect the tables the best they could, we sat down where we ordered our food after an extreme delay of getting initially serviced. We ordered tons of food and drinks which was yummy. On the way out, I bumped my foot on a small stool that was sticking out of one of the tables. I was told was for the purse. My foot is still sore 9 days later. That was such a physical hazard because it’s small and not easily seen amidst the inside tables’ long, white table clothes. The food was good and the patio is cute are my two upsides are dining at this restaurant. I wouldn’t go back and I won’t anything there in the future. Overall disappointment in service and experience.

Part of the joy in staying at the Wynn is Tableau. When we get to start our day with breakfast there, we know it is going to be a good day - either meeting, work trip or a day at the pool, there is no place better. Service and food is wonderful. If you book a Tower room, breakfast is included. The dining area at the rear of the restaurant (the conservator) is a really great architectural space - still very fresh and enjoyable each time we dine there. We have enjoyed Tableau over many years and we continue to highly recommend it.

The decor is elegant, the table perfectly set, the food delicious. The help.. not always that friendly. They seem tired and testy. Normally the Wynn is the best. Next time its back to Sinatra's!

While staying at the Encore utilizing an American Express Preferred Hotel reservation, we were able to utilize our 40.00 per person breakfast perk at Tableau. The food was amazing, the service impeccable and the setting gorgeous. We had eggs benny with ham which was cooked to perfection. The lox and cream cheese was served beautifully and tasted great. The coffee was delightful. I will definitely return, perhaps for dinner. It is not inexpensive, but if you want to splurge and have a great dining experience, Tableau is a good choice. Breakfast is expensive but certainly less costly than dinner.

Stayed in the tower suites at the Wynn.. Went down for complimentary tea and stayed for breakfast.. the service was exceptional.. Sit outside if possible overlooking the pool....The place is pricey but you don't stay at the Wynn to be economical. Get the complimentary free tea/coffee on the way in and save the cost at the table.

A very pleasant brunch at Tableau in the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. Sitting in the beautiful conservatory it is bright and cheerful. The service is excellent and the food outstanding. Lovely spot!

Opens at 7:00.. you can choose inside or patio dining with misters.. end of July and it’s hot but the service ( hunter and Valerie are so nice and called me Mr. every morning. Try the granola and yogurt or crab cake Benedict before you start you day at the tower pool. Lots of healthy options ( smoothies) to choose from

We booked the Tower suites so that we could order breakfast in Tableau for "free". We had an up-graded room because of a problem we encountered the last time in the hotel. No one told us that the up-graded room didn't come with free breakfast! The last morning we checked our bill and saw that all 3 day's worth of breakfasts were charged. I talked with the front desk about this and was able to convince them to reserve the charges. Now, for the food. We had 8:30 reservations made weeks in advance. We still had to wait a few minutes each morning for a table. Service was very slow the first day. My eggs benedict was not very warm and the sauce not particularly wonderful. My husband loved his very generous serving of lox and bagels. The second day service was better. But they forgot my bacon and I never remembered it until hours later...must have needed more coffee. Omeletes were very well made. The last day we were seated in the rotunda area and had the most amazing, smiling server. Husband had lox and bagels again. MY omelette order was a bit mixed up - wrong cheese, no avocado. I dealt with the cheese and the server brought a plate of sliced avocado. Bread basket was wonderful. There is free coffee at the bar from 7:00 on. Nice way to wake up as long as my husband fetches it for me!!

We absolutely love this restaurant. The ambiance is amazing, you feel like you are sitting outside in a garden. The service is impeccable. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The food is served beautifully and cooked so well. We will definitely be back the next time we are staying at the Wynn.

Great breakfast place. Food is yummy and they always give you a treat from the chef. It's difficult to get in so make reservations when booking your room.

We ate from a set menu for a large event - the service was top notch, that atmosphere was fun and stylish. The food was decent, I had a New York strip steak and was satisfied, my wife had the salmon, and noted it was just ok.

The restaurant environment is very cute and posh. Came in for Sunday breakfast and was not disappointed. I ordered the Nautical Eggs Benedict (so good) and the hubby ordered yogurt parfait. Cute garden setting, perfect for a relaxing Sunday breakfast.

Very nice restaurant with good food. Expensive though and quite crowded. Tableau Breakfast is quite tasty.

Made a reservation for a large group during a conference. Service was impeccable and food delicious. The space is beautiful and expected at such a nice resort.

We asked for a table over looking the garden and were granted our request. The service and food is top notch. The room decor is fabulous. One of our favorite places for breakfast even with a limited menu.

We decided to try Tableau for breakfast to avoid a 90 minute wait on the Wynn Buffet. Great decision as the breakfast and service we received at Tableau were faultless. Two of us shared the 'Tableau breakfast' and the 'White chocolate french toast', which was plenty......prices are more than fair for the quality and in fact cheaper than two buffet tickets (without the long wait). Best breakfast we had in Vegas in the 9 days we were there.

The Wynn is such a gorgeous resort. This restaurant typifies the experience. It felt I like a luxury country club setting overlooking the pool. The room is beautiful. My wife had the lobster salad and I had the La Scala chopped salad. Both were excellent. Pricey but at least you feel like it’s worth it because the room is lovely and food very good. I would go back again for sure!

We started our Vegas trip with lunch at Tableau. It is intimate with beautiful service and the fun of looking out at the swimming pool. Our meal choices were right on, and our waiter was a good match for the ambience.

This sun filled beautiful brunch restaurant is near the Tower Suites in The WYNN. Hand painted Chairs, lovely table linens, top notch service and food. Attention to detail is their signature here. Try the Avocado toast and Caesar salad. You cannot go wrong with the food here. It is a true 10 experience.

We ate twice at he Wynn’s Tableau and both times it was great. Beautiful setting and wonderful food and service. Staff is very accommodating and open to customizing your dishes and food and drinks were prompt and wonderful. Great coffee and freshly baked breads were wonderful along with fruits- Benedict’s and large selections of numerous egg/ waffle breakfast items. Would try a reservation unless you come before 8 am.

On our last morning we tried the breakfast and were glad we did. Everything was excellent. Eggs Benedict and some of the best thin crispy bacon I've ever had. Highly recommended breakfast in the Wynn.

Had breakfast here for 5 days. The food is excellent and once you are in the service is great. Very friendly and efficient. We tried lots of different things off the menu and everything was great. They are really busy at breakfast and you do need to book. If not you will have to wait for up to 20 minutes for a table. Worth the wait though. They food is a good start to the day and we felt a much better option that the buffet.

I have been here with friends and family on several occasions and Tableau never disappoints. Delicious breakfast/brunch and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Service has always been excellent.

I visit Tableau yesterday (7th of April), for breakfast, after hearing my friend Danielle talking about it so many times. She had on her first visit the vegan version of the eggs benedict and the buttermilk pancakes and she could not stop talking how good both items from the menu were. She is not vegan and that is why she found the vegan eggs benedict so impressive and tasty. So this time we all (party of 5) went to visit the restaurant to have a breakfasts feast. We were very excited. We were shown to our table, after a short wait, the room have a lovely set up and you can request to be in the outside area. We had two servers looking after our table, James that was in charge of the drinks and then a girl (she didn't introduce herself so I didn't catch her name) that took our order. They were both lovely and good at their job. After getting all the drinks the food came shortly after. Danielle and one of our friends went for the vegan eggs benedict and then we had a regular eggs benedict, a oatmeal and a continental breakfast coming for the rest of us. All the food was delicious except for the vegan eggs benedict. Apparently they changed the receipt and now it doesn't look aanything like Danielle had before in January. It was two sad pieces of toasted sourdough bread topped with heirloom tomato and a piece of smoked tofu. The whole thing was completely overcooked and it didn't look good at all. For you to understand in January Danielle was presented with two pieces of toasted English muffin topped with a vegan sausage patty and scramble tofu. Was a good looking meal that actually looked like something that everyone on the table would love to have. Short after receiving the meal Danielle said that it was not the same she had before but she dicided to try it anyway to give the benefit of the doubt to the chef. She was so disappointed that I decided to ask James if we could talk with the manager on duty so we cold understand why they changed something that was so good and maybe if we could speak with the chef in order for us to get the receipt for the old version of the vegan eggs benedict. James promptly went to the manager and then pointed in my direction saying that I would like to speak with him. Some time passed and the manager didn't approach the table at any point. After some time James returned to verify if in fact the manager had stopped by but he hadn't so he went to call him again but he still didn't come to the table. After a while thr girl that took our order came to the table to see how we were and Danielle explained the situation, the girl was apologetic and explained that they had decided to change that item on the menu. We finished our breakfast and asked for the bill and the manager still didn't come to speak with us. Me and Danielle both work in hospitality and for us it is completely unreal that we ask for a manager and he doesn't bother to come. I hope the rest of the guests get a better chance next time because clearly we don't look important enough for him. Horrible experience.

We only did salads for lunch, and tried a few of the appetizers before, and all of it was very good. Service was very good as well.

Staying at the Tower Suite at Wynn , the restaurent right at the elevator area . Spacious , bright , modern and very friendly. The breakfast is superb ,especially the croissant , juice is fresh , and the egg white omelette is yummy . The lunch menu looks good too . A convenient place with great service and food

My favorite is to have breakfast at Tableau. It is bright and sunny. Looks out on the pool. It just feels like a friendly time to wake up and enjoy a suburb breakfast. Pastries. Coffee. Eggs. Salmon. Oatmeal. Served fast and fresh. Tables are large so you do feel squeezed in Have fun. And good morning

Breakfast was included with our stay so we decided to check it out, though we are not normally big breakfast eaters. We did not make a reservations (I would recommend to) and had to wait 10 minutes or so. Complimentary tea & coffee is available while you wait. Our server was pleasant and attentive and provided us with good service. My husband had the hash, which he said was good, though different from what we are used to. I tried the blackberry Belgian waffles with bacon and they were fantastic! My husband ate his and then finished mine, saying he thought it was delicious as well. We attempted to eat breakfast the next day as well, but having forgotten to call ahead, the wait was 45 min. and we didn't want to wait that long (our mistake). This restaurant also services the pool during the day where we tried the guacamole & chips as well as the kale caesar salad. Both were very good! Prices were high, but we expected as much at a very nice hotel, and it's bearable when the food is good!

Emily - the hosts and the staff are always the best! Tableau is amazing - the food is always perfect and the staff is the best in the business. Varied menu and they will accommodate any request. Presentation of food is beautiful.

We ate at Tableau twice on our short visit to Vegas. We loved it. People complain that it fills up fast and reservations are a must. Although this is true - we showed up both mornings without reservations and were seated immediately because we were fine taking a table in the bar area. These are not reserved and if they are open you can use them. Service was incredible! Marie, our waitress was simply the best. When one in our party felt ill and requested a papaya juice she hunted down a papaya and made the juice herself! Amazing! One recommendation for the restaurant- it’s fine to have a dress code and we saw them ask guys wearing tank tops to go change. But if you’re going to do that please enforce that for the women as well. The guy with the tank top is not nearly as casual as the woman with the shortie shorts and tube top next to us...

We were in Las Vegas for a couple of days of business meetings for my wife, and while staying at the Encore, I got to dine at Tableau again. This is one of my two “favorite” breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas, so I was glad to be back on a gloomy October morning. Though solo, I was quickly seated at a 2-top in the main dining area – the patio seating was not at all tempting, as it had gotten windy, with rain threatening. I started with the Fonte French Press Coffee, and a glass of the Ruinart Rosé Brut Champagne NV. As I really like this dish, I ordered the Eggs Benedict on an English muffin, with shaved country ham (not the “Country Ham” that one finds in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, or West Virginia, but very, very tasty just the same), poached egg and chive Hollandaise sauce. The Hollandaise sauce was again perfect, with a light, almost “fluffy” texture, and just the right amount of citrus sourness to it. The ham was grilled perfectly, and had a hint of a smoky flavor. My service was excellent, and the room, as always, beautiful. Just a lovely restaurant to enjoy a great breakfast. The only thing to make this breakfast better, would have been for my wife to have joined me, but she was in a meeting, eating “buffet scrambled eggs.”

This place is amazing, and low key! You must enter through the Wynn tower suites entrance and present a key to get to the restaurant. It is hidden behind the tower suites elevators. There is an interior restaurant, and a balcony to sit on also, over looking the tower suites/ and Wynn pool. Top of the line service, amazing food! 5-star experience. I ordered the eggs Benedict here, it was amazing!

Have had a few breakfasts here and they have all been excellent although expensive. Lovely setting and good service. Only downside is waiting for a table even with a reservation.

Sat outside and was instantly annoyed when they tried to sit us at a table that had wet cushions and bird poop on the cushions. Someone needs to get a clue and be on top of cleaning these off. We got a new table and ordered. The food (corn-beef hash) was so small it looked like a kids portion. My friend had the Tableau breakfast and that as well was a child's portion. Service was slow and food as only okay. Nothing to write home about. Everything is overpriced. Also no bottomless mimosas. Not coming back here.

We recently stayed at the Wynn in las Vegas. Breakfast was included with room, so the first morning we visited Tableau for Breakfast, which apparently you really need reservations for, so we were able to sit at the bar, since we didn't have reservations. I ordered cheese and tomato omelet, it came and it was disappointing to say the least. It had very little tomatoes or cheese in it and was delivered on just a white plate with no presentation at all. It had toast on another plate, but it was just dry toast and wait person disappeared so it was not possible to ask for anything to go on it. They really acted like they were doing us a favor just to allow us to be there after charging over $25 for an omelette. I would suggest if you would like to eat breakfast while in Las Vegas, plan on visiting a different restaurant

My wife and I visited for breakfast 3 mornings in a row. The first day was not good. The food was not prepared to my liking and I think that was the waiter’s fault. She was not attentive at all. I even after calling her over a few times, my order was never complete. At one point, I told her that my wife and I were feeling forgotten. She then brought the remainder of my order, but the damage was done. This is only the second time in my 40 years of breathing & blinking that I didn’t leave a tip. The second and third day made up for the first. Jose was great and I hope he enjoyed his tip. The food was then tantalizing.

If you have not had the breakfast at Tableau, you are missing out. The bagels and lox come on the most beautiful plate with many tasty additions. The Tableau Breakfast is delicious and comes with fresh fruit. We did not have one thing here that disappointed us. Delicious!

Two bad meals in Vegas, one really good one and this was it. A Lobster Cobb salad was simply superbe. You could actually see the chunks of Lobster in the salad. Very tasty.

First day no reservation 45 minute wait for breakfast, pass! Made reservation for next day. arrived hour early, lost reservation (how? its in a computer). Rescheduled for 10 am. arrived 10am, its a 30 minute wait? whats the point of a reservation. 3 hostesses, no one busing tables, and one waitress outside. Food cold when arrived, coffee almost non existent, and the portions are small. don't bother coming here there are several other better places on the property, or Denny's across the street would have been better

Always great. Emily and Gabrielle ( hope I got that correct) are excellent as is the rest of the staff. Food is superb and presented in beautiful fashion. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff starting with the hostesses set the tone for a great start. The waffles, salmon, omelettes and pastries are all great. The staff is even better!

Had breakfast as part of our package at the Wynn Tower Suites. Food good but service was not typical Wynn. Eggs Benedict were good but the Tableau breakfast with pastry basket is the best.

I had a great breakfast with my friends and Tableau. We sat and talked for two hours after enjoying our breakfast on the patio, poolside under a sun umbrella. The fresh squeezed orange juice was SO GOOD! I also ordered fresh fruit and the eggs benedict which I really liked. All in all it was a fabulous meal with some people I hadn't seen for awhile:)

I arranged a breakfast for 18 work colleagues while in town for a trade show. Only place in the Wynn hotel that would take a reservation for breakfast with no pre-set menu. Atmosphere is nice, service was great. Menu selections are plentiful but the food although good, was not as good as in the Terrace Cafe (also in the Wynn). Overall we would go here again.

Has a great breakfast selection. The food is fresh and well prepared and the attention to detail is phenomenal. Its a 5 star dining experience.

We had breakfast there twice as we were in the Tower suites ( at the weekends it probably is recommended to make reservations as the first time we came down there was a 30min wait). For the complimentary Tower suites breakfast you have a choice of coffee/tea or juice and the choice of 1 item. I chose the tableau breakfast which came with your choice of eggs ( I chose an omelette which also came with a pastry basket (some of the pastries were sugarry but they were very good) You could also get a tea/coffee to go ( before 830am) which was complimentary, Service to start with was slow on one day but otherwise it was very good.

It was ok coffee and the rest of the food was OK. Was not my favourite onsite restaurant. Convenience to tower suites was the only perk.

If you are staying in a Tower room at the Wynn hotel, breakfast is provided at Tableau restaurant overlooking the Tower pools. This is a lovely restaurant- there is a large choice of breakfast items both sweet and savoury but portions were too large for me. I had some lovely poached eggs and a basket of pastries my first morning, Other breakfasts I tried were the continental which was the same basket of pastries and a plate of sliced fresh fruit which was lovely. I tried the Spanish omelette which I really wouldn’t recommend - overstuffed and a bit greasy from the chorizo. I enjoyed the lox and bagels but my favourite (so I had it twice!) was the Belgian waffles with blackberries, bacon and whipped butter. These were outstanding - there were four small waffles which were cooked to perfection and very light and fluffy. The restaurant surroundings are delightful - especially if you are seated in the Conservatory, and on each morning I ate there, the service was very very good too.

The best breakfast I had during my travels in the USA. Yes it is expensive but it is worth it as all the food is fresh and there are many healthy options too. I am vegetarian and there was lots to choose from and we were all happy with the taste and presentation. If you are not staying at the Tower Suites then book ahead of time as it is busy.

Loved the french dip it was insane delicious , open faced we split it! Great bartender Alex, very nice & helpful!

This is the breakfast and lunch room for the Tower suites at the Wynn Hotel on Las Vegas Blvd. Very attentive wait staff. Selections well designed, presentation excellent. A relaxing, friendly atmosphere. It’s a wonderful way to start the day. The restaurant looks out on the pool garden for the Tower suites which is very pleasant to look at while breakfasting.

If you have the opportunity to stay in the Wynn Tower suites, you will LOVE breakfast at Tableau. Can be hard to get a reservation. (Yes, reservations are needed for breakfast!) That should give you an idea how great this place is!

I truly do appreciate top notch service and that is what is provided at Tableau. From being seated, to serving coffee, providing fresh food and clean utensils as needed, to listening and making recommendations the service is exceptional. The food is beautiful and well prepared and although not the most delicious food, it is tasty and good and a delight to eat. The environment and decor is superb and I do recommend it as it was a joy to dine there.

Good food not amazing. We were not staying in this hotel and would probably choose to go somewhere else if our friends had not invited us to eat there. It was ok service not amazing.

I enjoyed a superb Birthday breakfast, it was just the perfect way to start my day. Great food, atmosphere and service. Romantic setting, this is such a charming restaurant, upscale and classy. One of my favorite place, unquestionably !

As part of our staying in the tower suites, breakfast at Tableau was included. I'd like to report that it was delicious. They start out by serving pastries to the table, and I just ordered some fruit and bacon. The fruit was presented very nicely. Orange juice was fresh squeezed. Service was great. My friends all loved their dishes as well. We ate outside on the patio and it was a great experience. Looking forward to returning.

Like other restaurants at the Wynn & Encore, Tableau has vegetarian & vegan menus. It is an elegant but casual restaurant with nice decor & lots of views outside so you get light. Service is very good. I was offered a complimentary newspaper after being seated for breakfast. Food is expensive, but falls within Las Vegas strip range. The food, however, is very good. I had the blueberry pancakes which were vegan along with vegan sausage. I have posted a photo of my meal & the vegetarian breakfast & lunch menu. They are very good about also telling you what is vegan.

We did not dine here so I cannot speak to dinner but the choices for breakfast and lunch were very good. We ate breakfast twice and lunch once and were delighted with the experience both times. ask to sit in the outer sun room if possible. The decor is vibrant but it somehow works and the view of the pool area is pleasant.

I arranged to have a business meeting at Tableau. What a MISTAKE! I was so embarrassed at just how awful the service was here. It is terrible that you have to flag down servers to get served. Here I am hosting a CEO of a multi Billion dollar company at this restaurant and our dining experience here was totally miserable. I can't speak for the others at my table, other than their complaints too about the bad service, but my food was nothing special. Never again!

We stayed at the Wynn for 2 nights, and ate at Tableau for breakfast both days. Everything we tried was delicious. It's a beautiful restaurant with a garden right outside and a view of one of the pools. I feel that the attention to detail and service here are the best I have ever had at any restaurant. For example, on our second morning, I was just about to set my handbag on the ground, and all of the sudden, the hostess runs over and says "Wait!" and she brings over a short stool, that is specifically just so your handbag does not have to rest on the floor. Genius. It's the little things. I look forward to coming back here in the future!

mina was our server and was fantastic! She was so courteous and helped me to get a fabulous salmon lunch gluten free! Salad dressing vinaigrette was excellent. We have eaten here many times whenever we come to Las Vegas and it is always great!
Wonderful Easter Brunch
We had a 10:00 reservation for 4. We had to wait a few minutes but only because we didn't want the seat they offered us inside. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to sit outside or in the atrium type room. I would highly recommend one of those areas and not the main room where you check in. Our waiter was wonderful- very attentive and was good with our daughters allergies. He had everything checked out before she ate. The presentation and taste of all our food was perfect. We had the acai bowl, oatmeal and 2 of us got the traditional breakfast that came with baskets of pastries. We tried the specialty drinks like a smoothie, a special juice and a prosecco. All delicious. This felt like a very special meal out and was worth it!
